Can you tell us a little bit about Fang? 👀
Fang and Bones were originally adopted by Marrow as kids but act more like siblings to him than anything else.
Fang can be pretty standoffish and doesn’t really like talking to people who aren’t Faunus like she is, but with enough convincing she can come around to some humans.
She’s not afraid of confrontation and will get in your face if you’re being a dick. But she’s also got more of a soft side to people she cares about and takes on a compassionate side with them.
She has issues with needing to be the strong and reliable one to people due to her upbringing as a wolf Faunus in Atlas but in reality she’s more of a support role and definitely is a lot more gentle and needing of reassurance than what most people assume.
She has dark skin like Marrow does, dark brown eyes, and Afro hair that’s pulled up into two Afro Pom Pom’s. She’s got a long black wolf tail too.

Now I’m so curious as to the Paths of the rwby characters omg. You said they’re gonna be mostly The Hunt, but that some are gonna change?
Yeah they’re all almost entirely The Hunt/the Path of their home nation with some exceptions.
For reference, Atlas follows Erudition, Mistral follows Harmony, Vale and Vacuo follow Hunt, White Fang follow Nihility, and the Grimm come from Propagation and Finality
Each character and their Path is what they are as of their most recent appearance in RWBY canon, whether that’s time of death, last scene, or as of the v9 epilogue. Some minor characters have not been included as I don’t believe they are necessarily Pathwalkers/forgot about them when this list was made. It’s safe to assume that any non-mentioned Huntsmen follow the Path of The Hunt
Additional note, the line in my post about there only being 4 Emanators in Remnant outside of Ozpin and Salem is still technically true as of the information that Ozpin knows. All other Emanators are mysteries to him and were not intentional. The wills of the Aeons is strange…

Thinking about… more animalistic traits. Mobians who hiss!! Who growl!!! Everyone gets super sleepy in the winter time. Mobians shedding their winter coats in the spring (RIP to mobians with white furniture). Fangs growing in!!! The cultural concept of mating for life?? Fuck yeah

I have seen that art before! I don't remember if I've reblogged it or not (I thought I had?), but I've seen it!
I love and respect when people decide to write/depict mobians as a single species with many variations, it's tons of fun to see where people go with that, but I personally think they're the most fascinating and engaging to figure out when you stick as close to 1-1 with normal animals as possible. You have... NO idea how enthusiastic I am about mobians exhibiting real-world aminal traits, both physically and behaviorally. I have a great many thoughts about it, and someday or another, I WILL post all of my thoughts.
I looooove thinking about the sounds they make. Sonic roughhousing with Tails until he goes from laughing to gekkering, Blaze yowling at the top of her lungs when she's terribly startled, most of the cast is capable of some kind of warning growl.
On fur and shedding, absolutely I love shedding and molting so much. I even have a mobian OC who molts in seasonal colors bc she's an arctic species. In the canon cast, Tails shouldn't be very fluffy--red foxes are incredibly variable, and we know he was born and raised in a tropical environment! Having tons and tons of floof is a temperate and arctic trait, he's gonna be too hot in Mystic Ruins! If you've seen Prime, Nine is actually what Tails' tails should look like given the climate.
Now, mating cycles of real-world animals compared to mobians is a very weird topic, because it gets into some really weird territory where some species roll with polygyny (one male to many females), others are monogamous and mate for life, some die after mating, plenty of animals leave only one parent to take care of the offspring, etc. and tons and tons of fascinating courtship displays... (And then there's actual mating cycles, heats, etc. and that tends to just get weird in a bad way in the context of headcanons about children's media.) Not to mention, there's canonical inter-species relationships and inter-species crushes!
Mobians drive me absolutely batty with how insanely interesting they can be if you're willing to really, really dig into it. Beyond skimming wikipedia and nicking whatever sounds like an entertaining idea, and into the truly bizarre, the intricate, the inter-connected parts of their biology in relation to the wider world!!

Are you able to make a list of all Faunus you have in the story?
That’s a big list given just how big the percentage of the cast are Faunus, but yeah I can do that:
Vale
Adam Taurus - He’s a bull, with bull horns as his trait. He also carries the ear gene from Cerise, but that doesn’t show.
Zanthus Nemeós - He’s a lion, with ears, tail, claws and slit pupils as his traits. Though he’s specifically a lion Faunus, he does have slit pupils from Sable, which can be because of genetic mutations in Faunus that can cause traits from two different Faunus to show in one child.
Ruri Kashima - She’s a catfish, with ear fins, gills and scales as her traits. Another innate ability connected to her Faunus heritage is that she has the ability to feel vibrations through her body better than anyone else, as she has a lateral line. She’s also one of the few who’s Faunus trait actually causes a disability, her ear fins grew too much while in utero so she has no ear canals like other people and was born deaf.
Eirian Esna - She’s mixed, but she’s does actually carry the ear gene through Safou into Icheku, but because the ear genes are recessive, she doesn’t show them. Horns are dominent, but Eirian just didn’t inherit Icheku’s.
Blake Belladonna - She’s actually a black leopard, not a domestic cat, same as Ghira. Her traits are her ears, canines, claws and slit pupils.
Sun Wukong - He’s a monkey, with his tail and canines as his traits.
Kaseya Tabi - She’s a tiger, with her ears and morphed tiger legs as her traits. Having complete limbs being replaced with animalistic traits is extremely rare, since Faunus mostly have their ears and teeth changed to match their heritage.
Bruno Rex - He’s a German Shepherd, with ears and canines as his traits.
Xanthe Nemeós - He’s a lion like Zanthus and Argenta, with his ears, tail and claws being his traits.
Vacuo
Eliana Kokkinos - She’s a viper, with scales and slit pupils as her traits.
Niccolo Olivero de Vale - He’s a Rottweiler, with ears as his trait. His eyebrows are also naturally dot shaped too.
Ankhesenamun - She’s an African wolf, with ears as her trait.
Sable Leib - She’s a wildcat, with ears, slit pupils, claws and a tail as her traits. Unlike Zanthus and Argenta, Sable’s slit pupils are not a result of mutation because wildcats naturally have slit pupils.
Carmine Escalados - She’s also a viper, with scales, slit pupils and fangs as her traits.
Teumessian - She’s a fox, with a tail and ears as her traits.
Mistral
Jin Tong - She’s a lionness, with a tail and claws as her traits.
Hisui Kashima - He’s a catfish, like Ruri, with ear fins, scales and gills as his traits. Unlike Ruri, Hisui’s fins are along the rim of his ear, rather than replacing them fully, so he is not deaf.
Shinju Kashima - She’s a calico, with ears, slit pupils, canines, claws and a tail as her traits.
Seigyoku Kashima - She’s a calico, like Shinju, with ears, slit pupils, canines, claws and a tail as her traits.
Ha-Yun Xochitl - She’s an axolotl, with her gills replacing her ears, so she’s actually deaf like Ruri is.
Atlas
Marrow Amin - He’s a husky, with ears, canines and a tail as his traits.
Neon Katt - She’s a cat, with a tail, claws, canines and slit pupils as her traits.
Lavender Anu - They’re a horse, with ears as their trait.
Vionn Heilu - He’s a reindeer, with antlers as his trait. The fact that he keeps them all year round is funny cause he’s trans.
Rhiannon O’Gormain - She’s a highland cow, with curved horns and ears as her traits.
Robyn Hill - She’s a fox, with a tail as her trait. Yes, she knows robins are birds, no she doesn’t find it funny to be a fox named after a bird.
Wren Hill - Wren is actually mixed like Eirian, and doesn’t show any visible traits like her mother. She can however still see in the dark, so she has a tapem lucidem whereas Eirian doesn’t even have that.
Velvet Scarlatina - She’s a rabbit, with her long ears as her trait.
Jack Bree - Same as Wren, Jack is mixed with Harriet, who is human, and her former partner Giang, who is a snow leopard. Jack has a tail and slit pupils as his traits.
Lou Lantana - He’s an orangutan, with black scalera and canines as his traits.
Yuki Nihonsaru - She’s a Japanese Macaque, with pointed human ears, black scalera and canines as her traits.
Argenta Amaryllis - She’s a lion Faunus like Zanthus, and has the same traits and mutation as he does.
Qiu Amaryllis - He’s a red panda, with ears, eye stripes and tail as his traits.
Alon - He’s a bull, like Adam, and so has the curved horns as his trait.
Cerise Taurus - She’s a cow, and has ears as her trait.
Menagerie
Ghira Belladonna - He’s a black leopard like Blake, with ears, slit pupils and claws as his traits.
Hajimu Belladonna - She’s a wolf, with ears as her trait.
Icheku Zulu - He’s a ram, with horizontal pupils and ram horns as his traits.
Safou Esna - She’s an ewe, with horizontal pupils and ears as her traits.
Keahi and Kuluua - Both of them are Pueo, or Hawaiian owls, with wings as their traits.
Evernight
Emerald Sustrai - She’s an asp, with scales as her trait.
Tyrian Callows - They’re a scorpion, with a stinger as their trait.
Giang Meo - He’s a snow leopard, with slit pupils, claws and a tail as his traits.
The White Fang
Sienna Khan - She’s a tiger, with ears, claws and her stripes as her traits. Her stripes aren’t tattoos in AZRE, they were there naturally.
Kaanchana Naga - She’s a boa, with black scalera, scales, and fangs as her traits. She also has the ability to unhinge her jaw, which is considered rare even for other snake Faunus, but the scars on her mouth were obviously inflicted and are not one of her traits.
Banesaw - He’s a bear, with claws and canines as his traits.
Iya Dhawan - She’s a kite, with wings as her trait.
Ilia Amitola - She’s a chameleon, with her scales as her trait. She also can change the colour of her eyes and scales to coincide with her mood, that isn’t her Semblance. Her Semblance is she can stick to walls.
And that’s all the important Faunus in AZRE at the moment. There’s obviously more with the next generation, but I won’t put them in this ask for now!

CHARACTER PROFILE- Nasir Al-Amin (OC)
Name: Nasir Al-Amin
Alias: N/A
Age: ??? (Appears to be 18)
Height: 6′5″
Species: Unknown (Polymorphed Snake)
Affiliations: Scarabia (3rd year)
Allusion: Jafar’s staff
Personality: Cunning with a sense of humor, Nasir is a Scarabia third year who is rather curious about the world though he doesn’t like to show it, he’s incredibly interested in the magic humans possess.
Though Nasir is good on the surface, he can be incredibly manipulative, never outwardly showing it but doing it behind the scenes, a master puppeteer getting those who fall into his claws to do his bidding- never one to slip up when it comes to his own plans even if he goes about it in the shadows.
Somewhat lazy but never one to shy away from a situation, Nasir pulls his weight when needed- he’s never one to slack off if something needs his attention, if he needs to do it he gets it done.
Signature spell: Arabian Night
- Nasir's UM allows him to freeze someone in place if they look him in the eyes
- This lasts for about 30 minutes
- Incantation: You are caught in a dance, you are lost in a trance of another ARABIAN NIGHT
OTHER:
- A former snake turned into a human, Nasir is the adopted child of a noble family within the Land of Scorching Sands. Not entirely understanding what was going on at the time but knowing they praised a snake god and thanked them for bringing them a child when their own had perished... Though he didn’t understand and barely spoke or knew how to read, they were patient with him and taught him to the point he could do it on his own. Even teaching him magic at a time to keep him defended so an incident like before wouldn’t happen again to their child...
- Nasir is highly affected by the winter months, going so far as to brumate come winter which is why he’s incredibly happy Scarabia is warm all year round. It means he won’t miss anything or out on any events- though he does have a habit of falling asleep in classes when those months come around, he usually begins feeling better come Spring or once it becomes warmer.
- Nasir IS venomous, his venom is only located in his fangs but it IS that of a cobra...
- He can’t turn into a naga, the closest he’ll get is going back to his little cobra form (what he originally was) and he doesn’t want that. Though he has some scales along his shoulders, under his eyes, and down to his waist...

Budaya masyarakat Tionghoa di Indonesia tersebut selalu hadir mengiringi setiap perayaan Tahun Baru Imlek.
"Kita akan terus lestarikan budaya dan tradisi yang baik. Dan Cap Go Meh serta Imlek akan kita ramaikan. Bahkan kalau perlu nanti kita laksanakan di Istana Negara," kata Cak Imin, saat menghadiri menghadiri acara Refleksi Imlek 2024, yang berlangsung di Season City Mall, Tambora, Jakarta Barat, baru-baru ini.
Disambut Henry Husada selaku Deputi Inovasi sekaligus anggota Dewan Penasihat Timnas AMIN, Cak Imin tiba di Restoran Hao Di Fang bersama Bersama Sekjen PKB, Hasanuddin Wahid (Cak Udin).

Acara ini tak hanya sekadar menampilkan berbagai kebudayaan Tionghoa seperti kesenian Barongsai, tapi juga sarana Cak Imin menyampaikan harapannya di tahun naga kayu.
Dengan penuh semangat, ia berharap keberkahan menyelimuti semua pihak.
"Meskipun suara saya sudah serak, saya amat Bahagia. Bersyukur, bersama Bapak Ibu sahabat-sahabat seluruh keluarga besar organisasi yang bersama-sama merayakan Imlek yang penuh bersejarah tahun ini," ungkapnya.

Sebuah refleksi Imlek yang penuh makna, memperlihatkan pesona dan harapan dari seorang Cak Imin, menciptakan aura optimisme dan semangat di tengah-tengah masyarakat.

I don’t think Marrow and Blake are opposites. If you think about it, they’re actually the same. The only difference is one was hoping to change society’s opinion by joining a movement outside the system hoping that grouping everyone oppressed together will make them heard while the other was hoping to change things by joining the system hoping to change it from the inside out. In the end, though, they both wound up being guilty of having a hand in a flawed and poorly led organization that caused a lot of trouble for other people. The White Fang and the Atlas Military both have blood on their hands. One was a terrorist organization while the other wound up being an actual dictatorship willing to commit genocide.... but Blake and Marrow did reclaim theirs though the Atlas military doesn’t mean anything at the moment and rebuilding any sort of system for the kingdom in a kingdom that lacks one is going to be a tough battle. Neither one will ever be the same again. To me, Blake and Marrow had the same intent but different ways of going about it, and similar outcomes in the end.
....and yes, I friend ship them 100% because now Marrow can relate to Blake and if anything, there’s a potential to find some comfort in knowing he’s not the only person with regrets over something like that.

Because I think too much and I mostly ask questions I shouldn't I gotta know...is anyone else concerned that Blake is the ONLY Faunus main character in RWBY? The rest are either minor characters or evil.
Moreover, has anyone else noticed that these teams seem to have some sort of "one Faunus only" rule?
RWBY: Blake
JNPR: No Faunus
CFVY: Velvet
SSSN: Sun
FNKI: Neon
Even Ozpin only had one Faunus in his cabal, Lionheart, and he turned evil, Salem follows this supposedly secret rule with Tyrian being the only Faunus in her inner circle (maybe Tock if its ever revealed that she was working with Salem, and even then she might have been the only Faunus in the group back then as well), same goes for the Happy Huntresses with Fiona being the only Faunus in THAT group, and even the AceOps only had Marrow as their token Faunus.
Throughout the series we never see a team with more than one Faunus on it. That’s always been weird to me.
No wonder so many Faunus join the White Fang. It’s seems to be the only way they can be in a group with people just like them.

After hearing someone talk about the Hunger Games prequel movie a few weeks, I remembered the hunger games simulator and started fooling around with it, until I found one that lets you add as many characters as you want. So, out of boredom, I have decided to present:
