Lettie's Hometown within the Queendom! (Some visuals of what I imagine it to look like under cut below!)

They usually utilize Trolleys, Buses, & Trains the most for transportation. Cars are there but it's very rare to see them out and about with so many other aspects of travel around them. (They also have a variety of other flying vehicles (like the ones during the scenes with Madam suliman in HMC) people can gain licenses in order to travel with them)

Their main trade is a mix of textiles, baked goods, & aircrafts

Chipping is also located beside a river that connects to the ocean, gondolas aren't very far from being spotted there It's sort of a mix between Venice & London

The story of the wandering wizard is well known there, they regard seeing his castle in the distance as a sign of good fortune and good things coming their way as it was for the hatter who came across it.

The hearth is also incredibly important, most homes have some form of fire going- warmth and stability as well as a well put together home are what it symbolizes.

They have a shooting star festival (Night of Stardrops) every start of summer when the sky is at it's clearest, and it's a huge event- the same day the wandering wizard got his magic and his familiar. It's not uncommon for people to be wearing diamond patterned clothes/accessories before the festival- sometimes star themed clothes/accessories but the most popular is diamonds. (It usually takes place June 20th!)

Maize had been more than content to avoid this holiday of love and affection, he was more than okay with the free food along with hearing the compliments from his peers (when he got them...), even a little greeting between him and Azul was okay.

HOWEVER.

Hearing familiar footsteps approach drew him from his current work of inventory for the lounge (he promised Azul he'd get to it before the weekend), looking over his shoulder to Merle as he found himself smiling. Putting his work down he marked where he currently was on inventory before giving his friend his undivided attention.

And his smile only grew at the sight of the locket, quickly taking it and examining it closer- his ears starting to wiggle with delight, looking back at Merle with an even bigger smile.

"Of course I do! How could I forget this!?"

He never forgot that chase when he found it, that shark forced him into the tightest confines his hearts were racing by the time it was over... He hoped that shark liked that face full of ink.

"I haven't seen this since we were kids!! How'd you find it again??" Though the pure joy on his face could easily be translated into a thank you for his shark.

"And how'd you get it fixed? Last I checked it was coated in barnacles..."

Vi's eyebrow rose a little as she walked with Anais, sure her schedule was free all night but she was still wondering why she asked to begin with.

then the questions hit. Ah. There it was.

"Oh no the first in line to ask me out for things today, whatever will I do.~" A teasing tone took on her voice as Vi's ears twitched, her tail swaying behind her while they walked through the halls, "I'm messing with you, what time do you want me ready? Or should I meet you by Ramshackle? Either way I'm absolutely down for an evening of food and sweets, hopefully we can find a cheesy ass movie to enjoy all this shit with."
