Pixie AU Humanformers (sneak peak)
This is still a work in progress, so I'm not showing anything more yet, but here's a sneak peak for you guys for the design of Pixie AU Humanformer Bee, Arcee, and Bulk (and their Pixies) (sorry I forgot to add the names on Arcee and Jack, as well as Bulk and Miko. But you guys can tell)
(and for those who don’t know what Pixie AU mean, it is an AU of mine where all the transformer bots are humans, and all the canon humans are Pixies. The Humanformers are still stranded on another planet but this time this planet is the planet of the pixies)

losing weight doesn't have to mean giving up the things you enjoy.
you can still eat snacks and desserts and cake.
you can still go to restaurants and bars with your friends.
you can still drink soda, juice, and cappucinos.
it's all about moderation. you can do all of these things you enjoy, just be mindful. listen to your body. eat when you're hungry, even eat to indulge sometimes. you can give yourself room to eat or drink things you enjoy even if they're not the healthiest option for you. just note it and acknowledge the impact it has on your meals, your fullness, your macro or calorie intake (if you choose to track). i find that i don't feel bad having a slice of cake when i know i've been consistent and when i know i'm not going to eat so much of it that i'll feel sick.
giving up specific foods, food groups, or social outings that you enjoy is going to make this journey a lot harder and a lot less sustainable.
plus, think about all the things you're gaining on your weight loss journey. you're gaining discipline, confidence, strength - muscular and otherwise. you're gaining a new love for fitness, or sports, or walking in your neighborhood. you're gaining a new love for foods you hadn't tried before, for smoothies, for healthy, vegetable-filled meals that taste delicious. you're challenging yourself and you're growing because of it. you're gaining all of these wonderful things while paving the road to the new you.
losing weight can add so much to your life without giving up the things you enjoy. for me, that makes it all the more worthwhile.

Healthy Saturn is realistic. I just realize hard work is not enough. We need luck and connections. So don't push yourself too hard. You've done enough with all of your resources. Using healthy Saturn to be realistic and risk free.
As an MC/Sun opposite Saturn, I push myself down a lot. I feel like all of my hard work is for nothing. That's unhealthy Saturn with harsh aspects. But when I think of healthy Saturn, he doesn't need much. He accepts his small rewards or even nothing and just enjoys a process of building things. Building something for himself is already enough for him. The immediate rewards are just optional. Enjoy the process even if no one notices. Isn't it enough that you're happy doing what you like to do? Don't judge yourself too harsh but guide yourself with love. Always enjoy the process 💖.

🤗 all of the ones i wanted to pick were already picked LMAO
Aw, that’s just good though, you’re getting all the answers :D I’ll make sure to be annoying and tag you next time I find a funny game mwahaha
🤗 What advice would you give to new fanfic writers that are just getting started?
Oh lord. Um. Have fun!!!
No, seriously. Someone out there will love your story, no matter who you are and what you write, but don’t expect hundreds of likes or whatever the first day. Write for you, write because it’s fun or because you want to put something out there. Don’t be afraid to write “overused tropes”, there is no one like you. Your story may have the same tropes or themes but nobody can do what you can do. (And obsessive idiots like me look for the same tropes to read so like. Write what you want)
Perfection is overrated. So what if there are a few typos - it doesn’t change the story. Write what feels right for you, grab prompts where you can if that’s what works best for you. So yeah. Have fun. Make friends, interact with other writers or readers if you’re comfy with that. I have the privilege of talking to a lot of the writers I look up to and that’s amazing, so just… ya know. Enjoy yourself.
Oh, and ask for help if you need it. We are many out there willing to beta or brainstorm with you. I was too scared to talk to anyone when I started out, but seriously. I have yet to talk to anyone (at least in the superbat fandom) who won’t lend a helping hand if I’m struggling.
Write for you, have fun and make sure to tag me if there’s any superbat fluff in the vicinity 👀✨

Happiness is Not a Destination, It is a Way of Life
Shaina Tranquilino
January 12, 2024
Tumblr media
In our pursuit of happiness, we often fall into the trap of viewing it as an end goal or destination that we need to reach. We convince ourselves that once we achieve certain milestones or acquire specific possessions, only then will we find true happiness. However, this mindset overlooks the fact that happiness is not something external; instead, it is an internal state of being. In reality, happiness is not a destination but rather a way of life.
1. Embrace the Present Moment: One of the key aspects of understanding that happiness is a way of life is learning to embrace the present moment. Many individuals continuously postpone their happiness for some future event or accomplishment. However, by doing so, they miss out on the joy and beauty that exists in everyday life. Cultivating mindfulness and being fully present allows us to appreciate the small things and find contentment in every phase of our journey.
2. Shift Your Perspective: Happiness stems from within and can be cultivated through how we choose to perceive our surroundings and circumstances. By shifting our perspective towards gratitude and positivity, we open ourselves up to experience joy even during challenging times. Realizing that setbacks are merely opportunities for growth and that hardships teach valuable lessons enables us to maintain a positive outlook on life.
3. Focus on Relationships: Human connections are essential for leading a happy life. Building strong relationships and nurturing meaningful connections with others add depth and richness to our existence. Prioritizing quality time with loved ones helps create lasting memories filled with laughter, support, and love – all vital elements contributing to overall happiness.
4. Practice Self-Care: Self-care plays a crucial role in maintaining a fulfilling lifestyle focused on happiness. Taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being should be prioritized regularly. Engage in activities that bring you joy – whether it's reading a book, practicing yoga, or indulging in a hobby. By investing time in self-care, you foster happiness within yourself, which positively impacts all aspects of life.
5. Seek Personal Growth: Another important aspect of embracing happiness as a way of life is committing to personal growth and self-improvement. Continuously seeking opportunities for learning and development allows us to expand our knowledge, skills, and perspectives. This pursuit not only brings a sense of accomplishment but also enhances our sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Happiness is not a destination that can be reached through external achievements or possessions; it is an ongoing journey that requires conscious effort and mindset shifts. By embracing the present moment, shifting our perspective, focusing on relationships, practicing self-care, and seeking personal growth, we can cultivate happiness as a way of life. Instead of waiting for happiness to find us at some distant point in the future, let us choose to live each day with gratitude, joy, and contentment – making happiness an integral part of our lives. Remember: true happiness is not found outside ourselves; it resides within us all along.

my 2024 goals ✨
Hello! How another year has flown by so quickly is honestly baffling to me – I almost feel like my feet have been swept out from under me because I genuinely can’t believe it’s gone so quickly! I don’t normally set mantras or affirmations for the year, but I’m definitely going to embrace ‘enjoy the process’ as my line for 2024 – I feel like I’ve spent a lot of time floundering, whether that be…
