Watching trailers for earthspark really got me thinking of a new AU. Basically (in whichever continuity this seems more appropriate) but when the allspark landed on earth there was a few unintended consequences. For one it started cyberforming earth, not completely but enough to create hotspots places where new transformers are forged from the very earth itself. And boom now there is a native population of transformers which have lived pretty much their entire lives and are deeply a part of human culture and society since day one.
