I kinda wanna expand on the whole c!Tommy liking to make stuff. Crocheting was definitely one of his favorites and like I said last time one of the few color yarns c!Dream would give to him would be green. Because of course. The stuff Tommy made would be mostly for Dream.

The joy he would feel when Dream asked Tommy to make him something for the first time and when he finally accomplished what Dream asked him for, he would feel so so proud. Dream, of course, would take advantage of this. Showing off whatever he asked Tommy to make to Tubbo and the others in L’Manberg, signaling that Tommy belonged to him.

Also, he would have Tommy make himself a matching piece. Just another way for Dream to show off that Tommy was his now. Also whenever Tommy would make a drawing of him and Dream, whether it be after a bad argument and he wanted happier memories or some other reason, Dream would always secretly or sometimes not so secretly take these drawings and put them in his own sketch book he had filled with his own drawings.

I would like to mention that Dream would also subtly take the drawings of Tommy and Tubbo or Tommy and Wilbur. Basically anyway for him to connect with his old life would be taken away with some sort of excuse made that Tommy would always believe because his best friend wouldn’t lie to him, right?

I could go on for longer but I feel like this in itself is just good knowledge for everyone to have.

TNT duo parallels/ contrasts

C!quackity clinging to anything he has, while wilbur wants to keep everyone at arms lenght is so interesting??

They both had nothing in the beginning and passionately fought for their causes. While c!quackity (in my eyes) wanted to archieve likeability through relatability (at least in lmanburg days), he never made an effort to hide who he was.

Wilbur on the other hand strived for something higher than himself. He always wanted to put on a great show, a character. And if you play a character for too long, you can't just ... Stop (It's an older sibling thing, i'm sure). He played on and on for so long that he saw only death as a means to stop his course to damnation.

Meanwhile c!quackity put up a barricade (instead of a fascade). Don't trust anyone and all that. His character felt physically and emotionally isolated until charlie came along. And oh, how c!quackity was thankful for that little guy that followed him around and listened carefully to every word he said (never had that before / didn't last long). He taught him lessons - parallel to the life advice tommy would receive from wilbur.

While revivedburs physicality felt like he had no physical boundaries (like personal space, getting hurt, ect.) he had huge emotional ones, which i think are best presented to us in "hitting on 16" where tommy gives him the glass of water and mans is so in his role of stone hard unemotional leader, that he can't even thank his closest friend.

He wouldn't ever let tommy know how much he meant to him... Until the finale. C!quackity also protects charlie for charlies sake. Not for his own. Wilbur (esp. Revivedbur) protects others to proove a point.

Warning(s): Intense Tickling. It's all very consenual!

George collapsed into XD's lap, his goggles lost in his disheveled hair. He felt as if he was on cloud nine, laying back and giggling himself hysterical as his tickle spots stopped tingling. It was definitely one of his favorite things with tickling, the delightful aftermath when his stomach dully ached from leftover laughter and his flushed face got cool after his happy tears dried. At some point, a hand found its way behind his right ear, and began to gently massage.

XD watched George become a puddle, a deeply satisfied rumble purring through their chest at the mortal's dazed and blissful expressions. George's chin tilted to the touch, staring - unfocused - up at them with a soft expression that had yet to come back to Earth.

They almost felt bad.

George sunk deeper into XD's cloak, finding his way back to the land of the conscious after a very unfair tickle fight, it hardly ever was when XD played unfair, when suddenly he harshly jolted so fast he nearly fell out of god's lap.

XD's hands, all four he giddily noticed, were delicately placed on each respective knee and thigh. He felt himself want to tense, but his energy was entirely expelled early, leaving him to take a deep breath and wait for it.

He glanced up, making eye contact with XD's downright evil smile, before his lungs collapsed the air out of them.

XD's hands squeezed, and squeezed, and squeezed-

George gasped, his head tilted back in a wide open-mouth smile. Yet nothing came out aside from tiny gasp and little wheezes, it sounded nothing like his high-pitched cackles.

But XD loved it, beginning to squeeze with more devious vigor. He began that deep rumble again, prompting a little squeak in-between his silent laughter.

It was tortous, George gasped. One of XD's hands wandered to pinch below the kneecap, and his leg kicked out on reflex. Every inhale he took sent a lovely burning yet tingly twitch to his lungs, his face so pink he nearly didn't mind having his head tilt up in constant mirth.

"You like this." XD causally narrated, and George couldn't find himself disagreeing - even if he was halfway between heaven and hell. He barely gave a twitch or a shove, more concerned about raising his hands up to grip at his hair in some way to expel new pent-up energy.

It was a favorite of George's, yes, when he's been tickled so much he can't put up his walls anymore. When he's focused on how he's feeling rather than embarrassment or doubts.

It was George's favorite, but it was XD's too.

do you think c!dream resented c!tommy because c!sapnap was on c!tommy’s side during the first disc war?

dream stated in the last lore stream that he wanted everything to be simple and it was inferred that dream really did everything to just get back to sapnap and george. did dream just see tommy as the first crack in their friendship and did everything in his power to stop tommy?

also seeing the friendship between tommy and tubbo could give dream extra resentment, clingyduo always come back to each other, dream never got that with the dream team

i’m not a c!dream apologist bc boy is a literal murderer and sociopath but finally having this missing link in his brain explains so much

New dsmp and origins Ranboo theory just dropped bitches

So you know those theories about them being the previous time traveler? And you know how in origins SMP the "do not read" book was shown and all that stuff? I like to think that maybe, just maybe, instead of where some people have been going that osmp!Ranboo is a descendant or some sort of ancestor for the DSMP lore, that maybe they are dsmp!Ranboo.

If we play with the idea that they're a time traveler who happens to forget everything, who's to say that's not Ranboo before they got all fucked up?

They're an enderman, but there's no real information about what the other half of them is. Then there's the inbetween and the other side, black and white. Karl gravitates to the other side, but what if Ranboo was the outcome of sticking to the path, of being loyal to the inbetween? What if the other half is a sort of mark or scar from the inbetween? Nonetheless why the other side seems so distressed and hellbent on getting Karl away from the inbetween?

I feel like that would be really interesting backstory for their "pick people, not sides" ideals, that it's something more of an impulse- a response or warning from the last shreds of who they were that's buried now, rather than just an opinion, because while they don't remember the things they saw through their travels in time, something does. It's something they're obviously passionate about, as their speech before doomsday proves.

Basically, I like to think that the inbetween and other side can corrupt people, I mean come on, look at those portals, they look invasive. Nonetheless there's the sheer fact that a previous time traveler had to be replaced because their memories got so messed up.

I feel like the whole enderwalk thing could be involved with that somewhere too (because I also like to think that they're just mistaking what it actually is), but I feel like there's still too much left unsaid to speculate about that yet.

My main question is how does the memory loss work? Does it act as a side effect of brain damage, or is it repression? Because you know the shit you'd see while looking at different outcomes in time would be pretty damn traumatizing, but also being thrown between time periods could cause stress on not just your brain but your whole body.

Anyways, just some food for thought :]

Its 12:09am but instead of sleeping I'm writing Tubbo angst head cannons

Author's note: This is full of tubbo head cannons and my ideas of what his story/backstory could have been:) oh and angst, lots of angst. I’m putting the bee boy through hell to cope.

A House But Never a Home

Tubbo tucks his head beneath the wearing and torn covers of his bed, but sleeping isn't an option. He can feel the tears burn at the back of his eyes again, yet he holds it in as he knows if his father catches him crying it will only make it worse. Sometimes he wishes his room door had a lock, but his father would never allow it. Exactly because he's the reason Tubbo wants one.

The underscore home hasn't been safe since his mother passed away a little over a year ago. Tubbo was only nine, but he could see the weight that lay behind his fathers eyes at the funeral. At first he thought that it would go away, but it only turned into permanent eye bags and missed days from wired turned into being unemployed, and instead of finding a way to provide for himself and Tubbo he turned to alcohol and drinking until he couldn't function any longer.

That's when the screaming starts. Tubbo isn't sure what he is this time, he probably left his shoe out of place in the hall or forgot to put this plate in the dishwasher and put it in the sink instead. All he knows is that these dark green covers won’t hide him for long.

Eventually his father will find him.

He always does.

Tubbo hopes that he will just pass out in front of his door like twice before. He fell asleep mid rage and forgot why he was angry when he woke.

Tubbo hears something smash against the wall. It was obviously thrown with force. Tubbo curls further into a ball position and wishes this was some sort of nightmare that he would wake up from before his father found the door.

“UNGRATEFUL LITTLE SHIT!” He hears his father shout from the living room. There’s a loud thump followed by more crashing, then silence.

Tubbo waits a few moments before crawling out from under his safety covers to investigate. He carefully steps over the empty beer cans that litter the floor of the living room and kitchen. Luckily his father did in fact pass out before finding him. Though it looks as if he knocked himself unconscious after tipping over a mostly empty bookshelf. His fathers horns here are stuck in one of the boards of wood.

Tubbo quickly runs over to his father to check for a pulse. He places two fingers on his fathers neck and finds that he is still alive. Tubbo sighs with relief, though his father wasn’t the best at least he's not an orphan. He's found it's easier to look at the bright side then to actually confront the hot mess that is his life.

He brings to pick up the knocked over and chattered decor as a result of his fathers rage. He figures he should clean it before he gets blamed for it. As he pickles up a broken picture frame with a smiling photo of him, his mother, and his father, during the “good days” as Tubbo likes to call them as nothing was wrong then, his mother was alive and Tubbo believed his father would protect him from anything.

Next to the picture form he finds what started his fathers ramage. It was his mothers wedding ring. Tubbo usually secretly keeps it with him in the pocket of his shirt as a way to keep his mother close at all times. He must have dropped it and his father had found it.

He quickly picked up the ring and went to put it back into his ticket to find a hole at the bottom. Tubbo puts the ring into his other pocket to make sure it doesn't fall out again.

Some more lore stream thoughts (spoilers)

Acting was well done. c!tommy break my heart why don’t you

c!Sam & c!dream character parallels of wanting to lengthen their lifespan & be immortal vs c!phil and c!tommy who want to maintain the natural order

The contrast of someone wanting to live simply to someone who wants to know the secrets of life. Fascinating plot point

These two duos of characters with extreme trust in one another facing off was pretty neat

The grilled cheese and that blooper, was crying of laughter

Getting c!dream’s motivations made his character a lot more interesting to me now. I want to know the same answers he does about the mysteries going on in this world

XD: “You can’t run from death. Death… never forgets.” c!dream is in for it

C!FOOLISH AND EGG MENTION HAD ME 0_0

Seriously why is the dsmp world so inherently screwed up. Like what happened. Why do people just appear and have three lives?? c!Aimsey mentioned this before too, she was confused and didn’t know how she came back to life

I really love c!Tommy’s argument, but it got me thinking. How possible is it to live simply, when in this world unnatural entities like the egg are a huge threat to regular people who just want to live their lives simple too? and there’s gods like XD who regularly meddle for entertainment? all these supernatural things are at the characters’ doorstep, so maybe it would be worth learning more if only for them to know how to protect themselves?

The nuclear machine thing opening looked very cool. Seeing this plot again in a big way is nice

I got reminded of the egg’s speech; “If only from the beginning I’d understood. you are not ruled by greed, or pride. you are ruled by hatred. by fear.” a lot during this stream. Along with the c!Sam finale, themes of different story arcs seem to be lining up with similar messages. There being too much hatred is a big one

I wonder if the egg has contributed to the world being messy too. Maybe because it absorbs souls to gain power and they don’t recycle naturally through XD. I really don’t think that thing is a natural existence

Last we saw XD they mentioned being “busy dealing with stuff” I knew that was important + the suddenly needing deaths thing

So the dsmp is facing 3 instances of the world ending all at once: demonic egg apocalypse, nuclear apocalypse, and the fabric of reality imploding on itself. haha hello season 2 :)

I like to think that when Tommy was in exile, he learned how to draw because he didn’t have anything else to do that was fun. So a lot of the things that he kept in his secret base away from Dream was drawing of his real friends. The ones that abandoned him…

He also learned how to crochet! It was something that kept his shaky hands busy. Oh yeah, forgot to mention, Tommy had shaky hands that could sometimes mess up his drawings because he couldn’t hold the pencil still enough. It was always there but got worse during exile, maybe because he was stressed or maybe because he was dehydrated. Waking up in the ocean is not the type of water he needed.

Dream who also loved to draw and slowly started drawing more and more of Tommy. However, it would get increasingly disturbing. It could start out as something simple like the two of them hanging out to turning into a more detailed gory piece of art.

Dream definitely spent a lot of time on his drawings, sometimes when Tommy was out mining or collecting whatever he needed, Dream would sit down in Tommy’s tent and just sketch something out. His thoughts weren’t the most sane during this time so a lot of the sketches were pretty messed up.

Tommy eventually stumbled across it when Dream “accidentally” left it in Tommy’s tent. However, he didn’t mean to leave the ones that could have freaked Tommy out, for whatever reason. But back to crocheting. The only color yarn Dream would get him would be in his colors so Tommy had to forever live with the fact that he was Dream’s and there was nothing he could do about. Even the stuff he made was subconsciously altered to fit what Dream wanted.

I can't stop thinking about laughter.

(Or, a bunch of random tickle headcanons for Eret, Sapnap, Quackity, and Schlatt.)

Eret, oh my goodness. The literal "haha" laugh.

I have a headcanon every time I see someone tall, I think they'd be ticklish - sometimes specifically on underarms. Eret is one of those people who would fold at upper rib tickles.

Eret's eyes are white, I think they try not to appear self-conscious but truthfully, they don't like their eyes. I headcanon the same goes with facial expressions, they think they look dumb when laughing and that's another reason for the sunglasses. (He, eventually, learns to feel better about himself. She still has those down days, which will lead to cheer up tickles.)

He can scold and control his reactions quite well nowadays, but if you know the right tease, then she can't stop blushing. Which is a very big achievement! Congratulations!

They aren't used to being pinned, considering how tall they are he's used to doing the pinning himself. But if she's immobile or stuck in anyway, it's an automatic response to giggle harder even when nothing's happening.

One last thing, a ler headcanon, they love to pull people into their laps. Depending on the pronouns they use, it's a different feeling every time. If it's more masculine, the legs are crossed. If it's more feminine, it's bridal style and the knees are pointed up.

Sapnap has a "hehe" giggle and it's adorable.

You know the classic cry sound when Tom, from Tom and Jerry, gets hurt? Sapnap sounds like that when he laughs, there's many voice cracks. It's incredible. /pos

If you pretend to jump at him, anticipation-wise, he'll scream and giggle so frantically he can't get a word out. It destroys him instantly.

Quackity's laugh can sometimes sound like a deer in headlights. He'll be laughing and then suddenly gasp and go silent with this giddy look on his face.

The type to hug his stomach and kick anyone who comes close.

I think he'd be shy when it comes to raspberries or nibbles, genuinely hesitant to try those things.

He blushes so easily, it's the sweetest thing!

There's not a lot of JSchlatt content. Have you heard this guy's maniacal giggle? It's hysterically funny. /pos

I'm soft for the idea that Schlatt acts tough, and is tough, but will let himself loose when trying to reassure people it's okay to not be tough.

He's evil, he doesn't pretend not to be, but he's used to the rougher stuff. Sometimes quick and easy to take it out. If anything gentle is used he may not react right away. But don't be fooled, he'll crack if you keep it up and tease him.

Speaking of teases, not many people can take him down a notch. Not many really dare to push too far. He likes the banter back and forth, and enjoys pushing people's buttons. If you do the same for him, he gets excited and giddy.

The back of his neck is a sweet spot, but he guards it with his life, good luck.

There's a sneaky spot just under the stomach, but above the hips, that makes him scream and buck wildly. If someone kneads there, then he'll shriek bloody murder.

Do you think everyone involved in the L'Manberg wars have some sort of trauma related to gunpowder and Explosions?

Like with Tommy, I headcanon that he flinches at the sound of explosions and covers his mouth and nose with his bandana when he smells gunpowder.

With c!Tubbo I headcanon that due to his trauma with fireworks he hides himself in his house when he hears Fireworks going off and smells the gunpowder in the air.

I think it's reasonable to say that some of these things are absolutely terrifying to some of the characters in the DSMP.

Wilbur stream

Ok, I watched the wilbur stream, I don’t know what to think.

c!Wilbur had so many warning signs though, he doesn’t know how to do anything.

He thinks and wants to have a happy memory with Tubbo to apologize, thinks an adventure will help make up for it all. But he decided that adventure will be an invasion, just like the good ol days.

Despite trying to apologize to Tubbo, he still chose to do something like an invasion, he bosses Tubbo around, has him do the work, and always makes himself taller.

I think he knew boomervill was abandoned, and so did Tubbo, and that's why Tubbo went along. Wilbur didn’t want then to actually have to fight, and Tubbo doesn’t want to be pulled into more nations and war, hes just trying to humor Wilbur, and he does miss the good old days.

Wilburs talks about ‘being gone soon’, yeah guys I think he’s dying. As other people have said though, I hope Tommy can stop him. Wilbur has some of ghostbur’s memories, read the books about while Tubbo was president, he needs to address exile. And what better way then Tommy who also was done the “I want to die” route, to stop him, talk about his experience, and then Wilbur finally apologize to Tommy. Like I don’t want Tommy to have to go through that, he shouldn’t have to, but it just seems like Tommy is the only option. Maybe phil could show up, I don’t know...

I can see that Wilbur is technically trying to apologize, but he doesn’t know how to, and maybe unintentionally, is making himself the leader and repeating history.

More thoughts later maybe when I’ve better processed this stream.
