What do you reckon c!Quackity’s life is like after the canon end of dsmp? How do you envision it? What’s he up to

If you mean his life in s2, I think it's simple. Peaceful. Deep down, I think Quackity's always wanted a peaceful life, he just often decides to wade through a river of chaos to find it. He meets up with the others straight away; he's a likeable guy, he's quick to make friends. They set up camp and he builds himself a shit little shack by the sea because he loves to swim, to feel the cold water on his face and know that he's alive, he's here, whatever happened in the past that he can't remember isn't worth remembering.

He winds up spending a lot of time with Tommy, messing around and getting on everyone's nerves, but no one really cares. It's not serious. There are often sparring sessions that the camp gathers around to watch, after some people learned they mysteriously possess advanced combat abilities. Quackity is easily the worst. He gets knocked on his ass more times than he'd admit, which gets frustrating fast, but he keeps sparring anyway.

Eventually, he decides to take life more seriously. He settles down and opens the camp's first business: a restaurant, with cramped tables and a leaky roof and some damn good seafood. Soon after, everyone he knows is demanding his help to start their own businesses. He thinks he should probably start charging for his services, but he never does. People talk to Quackity about feeling incomplete, somehow; as if whatever came before this took a part of their soul with it. Quackity doesn't know what they mean. He can honestly say that he's never felt more whole.

If you mean his life if there were no nukes or server reset, I think he puts one foot in front of the other. He rebuilds Las Nevadas and he rebuilds his slime army because that's all he has, because going back now is as good as dying. He's done with wasting his time hunting Dream, Techno, Purpled, but he has extra defenses built in case they come back. (And he knows they will come back.) For now, Foolish is named as his successor. For now, they're friends. It's a weird thing, this relationship: Quackity doesn't know how real it is, but at a certain point, it stops mattering. He'll take fake kindness over none. Later, Sapnap seeks him out after the letter he sent him. They talk about it over a glass of wine or ten in the ruins of the casino. They want to rebuild what they had; they'll work it out with Karl, just give it time. They can afford to wait.

ahem. s2 discduo headcanons

• they both have one half of their hair completely white

• also wanted to do some symbolism with the discs - maybe make Tommy's eye color more violet to match the disk since one is green and one is violet

• they almost constantly wear flowers in their hair!

• Tommy braids Dream's hair occasionally, he wears it in a bun most of the time. Tommy doesn't know where he learned braiding (it's Techno. He used to braid Techno's hair)

• on the topic of muscle memory: both are still extremely good fighters. sometimes their accuracy during training, the aim to kill, will scare them more than they'd like to admit (they only do some training because of mobs n stuff and also just for fun)

• Dream tames a horse and names it Ghost

• Tommy has a cow named Charly

oh here comes the angst. beware. tw: scars, past torture, implied past abuse, fear/panic, memory issues, dissociation/derealization, self-hatred, depression, you know the drill - common fucked up s1 shit

• they both still have all their scars of s1

• and often Dream will wonder: "who did that to us? who did that to Tommy - he's a fucking KID for Prime's sake..." ... yeah... who would do something this cruel...

• Tommy one day admits that he is scared that whoever hurt them, whoever tortured them (he especially looks at Dream's torn skin, looking like it was cut and sewn together, only to be cut again - systematically - it scares him) may come back, to finish them off for good.

• Dream vows to himself to never let that happen.

• the thing is - they are so convinced that they've been through all this pain together, that they've been victims of the same cruel person

• I can imagine Tommy having heavy dissociation/derealization problems if he ever regains his memories since he can't see both of the Dreams (c!Dream and s2 Dream) as the same person-

• I'm not sure if dissociation is the right word here - but my point was, Tommy can't connect these two so vastly different "personas" of Dream into one person, it doesn’t make sense to him, it can't be the same person

• tldr: it's just really fucking with his head

• and Dream would just be so fucking horrified and scared of himself, of what he has done, and probably drown in self-hatred and depression and guilt-

I don't want them to regain their memories, for their own sake

spud sorry for using you as my personal search engine but i know theres talk of a dsmp season 2. is there anyone who has said specifically they will be involved in season 2

I feel Dream, Tommy, and Tubbo are as of rn completely confirmed, since they were the ones who showed off the "after the nuke exploded, everyone lost their memories and can start over!" ending (I believe Jack was also in this stream, but I'm not sure if he showed up at the end. I still refuse to watch it.)

I believe BBH implied (if not directly said) the Egg stuff would continue in S2, which makes sense considering it ended with everyone dying then the egg hatching. So I feel like everyone who was involved in the Egg Finale stream is a solid "Likely"

Phil and Niki have just said they aren't going to be in it (in Phil's case he added a 'at least not right away', don't know exactly what Niki, just saw someone else post about it), due to the fact they'd have to pretend to not know Techno because of the "everyone lost their memories" part established earlier. (And apparently, Niki also might have said she wants to be known for more than the DSMP, but this is still 2nd hand info.)

And I'm not sure what anyone else has said. I kinda feel like Ranboo may have already said they aren't going to be in it, but I might just be assuming because they're now busy with Genloss stuff now that it's been properly announced.

do you think c!dream resented c!tommy because c!sapnap was on c!tommy’s side during the first disc war?

dream stated in the last lore stream that he wanted everything to be simple and it was inferred that dream really did everything to just get back to sapnap and george. did dream just see tommy as the first crack in their friendship and did everything in his power to stop tommy?

also seeing the friendship between tommy and tubbo could give dream extra resentment, clingyduo always come back to each other, dream never got that with the dream team
