Nezuko is more than happy to share her box with you.
He gets a lot of judgment from the Hashira, but in the end he's allowed to keep you with him.
He swears that he'll turn both you and Nezuko back into humans.
He's hesitant to let you fight, worrying for your safety, much like he does with his sister.
But he does let you fight occasionally with Nezuko since both of you make an excellent team.
Nezuko
She had been traveling with Tanjiro to track down a demon when they followed it's scent to a small home.
She could hear the faint sound of screams as she and her brother ran forward.
What they found was grousme sight.
A family, much like her own, slaughtered.
Fresh blood stained the floor and most of the people inside were dead.
All except for you.
While her brother was fighting, she went over to you.
You were so small, and looked so scared and confused.
Nezuko could tell you had been turned into a demon. Her heart ached.
She knew what you were going through.
After the demon was defeated, Tanjiro approached the two of you.
He to felt bad for you.
In the end, both siblings decided to take you with them, and Nezuko shared the box with you. She even defended you from the Hashira.
She was happy that in the end you were allowed to stay with them.
You two often fight together, but she still feels the need to protect you.
She sees you as family and will go feral if you're hurt.
Zenitsu

He walks inside, only to find out he's too late.
The demon is gone, and the family who had been living in the house was slaughtered.

There's blood on your clothes and it's easy to tell that you're a demon.
At first, he's terrified you'll attack him.
But, you don't. You look around, becoming distressed at the sight of your dead family.
Zenitsu can see you start to cry, which tugs at his heart strings.
He knows it's a bad idea, but he can't bring himself to leave you there.
You would die if he did.
So, he takes you with him, asking Tanjiro for advice.
He even gets a box to help you travel during the day.
Most of the time, you fight demons more than he does.
Though you help him become braver when facing demons.
Inosuke
He was doing his usual thing, running through the forest while traveling with Tanjiro and Zenitsu.
That's when the sound of a rustling bush caught his attention.
He pulled out his swords and prepared to attack but stopped for a brief moment when his eyes landed on you.
You were clearly a demon, but you looked scared.
There's was a panicked look in your eyes and you were shaking.
Inosuke wasn't sure why. But he felt bad for you.
He simply stared at you for a moment, when Tanjiro ran up.
Before the boy could say anything, he picked you up and threw you over his shoulder.
You were confused, and so was Tanjiro. But at least he wasn't killing you.
Inosuke then declared he was taking you with them, with no explanation.
Tanjiro agreed, but told him you would have to share the box with Nezuko so you wouldn't burn.
He always fights with you by his side since he knows how strong you are.
Genya
At first when Genya found you surrounded by your dead family, he was going to kill you.
But he stopped himself when you didn't attack him.
Genya felt bad for you, the fearful look in your eyes made him put his sword away.
He approached you and decided to take you with him.
To hell with the demon slayer corpse, he was going to help you.
