Vegan Fitness Meals 101 πͺπ± β«οΈ Credit: β‘ @plantperform β«οΈ This is how I approach pretty much all of my meals. Itβs really, really simple and yet so versatile and effective. β«οΈ I almost always cook a base of quinoa, brown rice, whole grain or lentil pasta, add a protein source and whatever bunch of veggies I have available and which are in season. β«οΈ This approach has been working really great for me. I donβt track calories or macros, I just focus on eating plenty of healthy whole foods and making sure that I add a good amount of legumes, tofu or tempeh. β«οΈ Itβs not necessary at all to overcomplicate things. π₯¦π₯¬ ππ₯π₯π₯π

βοΈ Vegan Burritos β«οΈ Credit: β‘ @plantsforfit β«οΈ π Ingredients: β«οΈ π΅ 3 Potatoes π΅ Rosemary spice π΅ 1 avocado sliced π΅ 1 can of kidney beans (rinse them well or cook your own) π΅ 1 of each bell pepper you like chopped π΅ 1 onion chopped π΅ 2 cloves of garlic π΅ Red cabbage (chopped) π΅ Pepper and other spices you like! β«οΈ π Cashew Sauce Ingredients: β«οΈ π΅ 2 Tbsp.
