#can't stand emos and mcr
I actually have discovered I lack the motivation for a new fic so here's various blurbs for Punk Remus corrupting Christian Virgil that I like. Insert Blasphemy and Sacrilegious Activities tags here. And there are a few suggestive ones because it's Remus I don't know how else to form it. Basically I'm sorry in advance :3
- Virgil got that purity culture BS from his parents about like being a virgin before marriage. So like. Extra virgin. Remus changes these things. No details because I want to still be welcomed on this blog 🙏
- They actually meet in a church bathroom (it's really awkward Virgil walks out of a stall to wash his hands and Remus is just sitting in the window smoking) (he doesn't want to be there) (went with his parents and then ditched) (this is only like 50% of the time of me thinking about it tho) (didn't go outside bc they thought it was funny to smoke in church) (made a holy shit joke to Virgil. That was his first sentence. If you shit in a church is it holy shit) (somehow it fucking works) (romance is not dead, fellas, its hidden in the shit jokes)
- the first not Christian song Virgil years is Welcome To The Black Parade by MCR. That's why it's really special to him. Inspired the emo.
- I feel like no matter what Remus' bedroom is covered wall to wall in just. Whatever he wants. Pride flags, tapestries, posters, signs he's stolen, random shit he's thumb-tacked onto the wall, LEDs and fairy lights and lamps. There is no open wall space. This is all a bit overwhelming for Virgil at first (remember: sad beige baby) but he comes to love it and all the things he can look at
- every hickey Virgil gets pre-moving in with Remus is hidden underneath a shirt. Remus leaves ONE above his collarbones and Virgil literally has to tell his parents it was a bruise from how he slept. Remus gets HELLA scolded for that
- Virgil does smoke a cigarette with Remus. He does not like it. They also shotgun a cigarette. He has mixed feelings on that. Virgil does the devil's lettuce with Remus. He enjoys this. A lot.
- Virgil's first time drunk on something other than communion wine (half joking) is with Remus. They skip town thrice over in order to go to a bar where Virgil won't be known and tattled on. Remus is surprisingly very protective and good to him. Takes him home, takes off his shoes and coat, tucks him in, puts a trash can next to him for tomorrow.
- A lot of late night drives through the parks. I mean, it's late, Virgil doesn't have a curfew. They drive through the parks and find a cozy corner to talk where nobody will see or hear them. Maybe they smooch a little. A lot.
- SO many religious conversations. So many. Just. So many. Remus wants the communion wine and the little crackers. Virgil has to explain he cannot have the wine and crackers. Remus calls him wine and a cracker. Then asks if eating the wine and cracker is cannibalism. Then talks about cannibalism.
- my favorite one: Virgil asks Remus to come with him to church one time. Just once. Maybe Virgil is having a hard time (not religiously like externally) and wants to go for comfort but can't stand the thought of leaving Remus. So this like total punk walks into a church and sits with Virgil and... knows all of it? The prayers, the statements, the right times for everything. Virgils shocked. They leave the church later and he's like ???. Remus answers "what? Didn't think I was a church kid? Don't I look like a pastor's kid?" Haha yeah plot twist I love this.
- virgils parents want to meet his "new little friend." Remus can't hide all of the punkness but it tries. Virgil is surprised when he shows up with a clean mouth (swearing + brushed his teeth), long sleeves to hide the tattoos, plastic (mostly invisible) piercings to try and hide the ones he can, hair tied back in a respectable position (is a mullet ever respectable? /j /lh) It doesn't make them 100% like him but he tries and he may succeed a little.
There are definitely more but I also have a habit of sending in asks at 1am and it is 12:52 am and I need eep. I looooooove corruption fics where it's totally cool. Like yeah there's some concern but still that's the good shit. Also hi 🐸 anon (or anyone else) if you read this and any of these inspire you, take em :3
— 👑
V A L I D but I fucking L O V E A L L of this!!! Ree W O U L D make a holy shit joke in a church and of course it works on Vee manz is dorksexual XD /light hearted Poor Ree has to get scolded by his boyf for the hickey wear turtlenecks then Emo XD I seriously L O V E their bond and how carefree they are with each other and the fact that the chaotic Punk at least tries to put an effort to look presentable around Vee's parents to make a good impression is really sweet <3 (Also I'm O B S E S S E D with that plot twist of course Ree would know the church like the back of his hand but Vee's confusion makes it more hilarious XD)

I'd like to say something at this point.
I'm reading here and there that some of you are changing their vision about Noah or reaching the point to ask yourself if you still want to be a supporter of him because of what that blog said about him.
I believe that what happened between Noah and this person is probably true, I don't have any reason to doubt about her. But.
As we say in Italy, you can't fully believe to a story if you ear just one-side bell. Noah doesn't have the chance to tell his side of the story because he has better things to do than care about gossip. More than that, it's a human being. We have to look at the big picture. I don't want to defend him at all costs, I actually really don't care because untill he will be a decent person in public (not saying bullshit like Ronnie, for instance) and continue to be polite to his supporters, we are cool. I think I'm far older than more than half of the rest of this (sometimes really bad) fandom because I was a teen in the years of the emo wave. You maybe don't know about the Used, early MCR, Radke himself, Oli Sykes before Sempieternal...
They were drugs addicted. Always drunks as skunks. Pissing on people, throwing mic stands in the pit, get FULLY NAKED on stage (I'll never forgot about this, Quinn Allman). They did some awful shit in front of they supporters and to their supporters. Things that nowadays would get them canceled. You have no idea (maybe, or maybe you have) of what was Warped Tour 2005. Or maybe it was 2004? I can't recall.
Bad Omens are TODDLERS compared to this people. Innocent, pure babies. They are nice, extrovert maybe but nice. No one can deny that. They dont do drugs, they dont get drunk on stage or fuck around this supporters. They have an healthy routine in tour, they are teaching people to not fucking fight, they don't fuel fights! Its NORMAL in metal to have a couple of injuries at concerts. Collateral damages. I was nine at my second concert and I saw Slipknot. One dude broke his nose in the pit. Blood everywhere.
It's not a fucking Hannah Montana show. Those dudes are suppose to be badass. Noah is not pretending to be someone else or faking a new personality. He is doing is job and he is delivering pretty good shows. In no time he will grab his crotch around moaning like Oli, give him fucking space to express himself and be feral. Like any other metal artist.
Another thing.
Bad Omens vip experience is not expensive. I don't have interest in buy vip pass for 30 second of nothing, I'd rather wait after the gig is over. I met so many artists this way and usually they are more appreciable if they don't have to move to the next city. BUT the costs is not that high. I bought vip pass for LP once and I had to work 3 months to save enough for it. And I was still living at my parents'!
The merch is high quality, they make new pieces every time.... that's their way to get real cash guys. During a tour you have to pay tons of shit: the venue, flights, hotels, your crew. And you pay in advance most of the time. I don't think they are rich bitches rn. They are doing fine probably but still many of them lives with friends. Having flatmates is many time a signal that you can't afford Ronnie Radke house in Paradise Palisades.
I heard that they weren't really nice during the set in Canada. Maybe Montreal or Toronto. Someone felt bad, someone dropped a surfer I don't know. I didn't follow this I here for dirty smutty ff. If I want to see them play I have tiktok. By the way you have to know that most of the time you can't see shit from stage. Because you have lights in your face pointing your eyes. So probably noah just say a crow surfer falling and thought 'here we go again, this people has no fucking etiquette', and he left the stage. Or maybe who owned the venue asked them to do so in case of emergency.
BTW there is no fucking etiquette at their concerts. I stand with him if he's pissed off about that. It's not that hard to understand that you have to stay at the sides if you're not used to metal shows or you don't want to be pushed. Other people is ruining your experience or maybe its simply not for you. I grew up in the moshpit and that's how we like our shit. We have no time for filming or make tiktoks, we live the moment (we, people who like metal music, I'm not gatekeeping. If you wanna learn how to survive the pit and enjoy the experience just message me.)
So, to sum up.
My point is that every one of us has that friend that was a dick with one or more girls we still love him because we know that he's a weirdo an not a bad person.
My advice is stop being obsessed with Noah and just enjoy his work. You dont know him, you cant tell. Don't believe everything, stories are getting bigger and bigger everytime their are told, and think about the fact that straight guys are mostly jerks. They take more time to mature and act like adults. We know that Noah is in therapy now, he open up about it, so he is aware that he is not perfect.
BECAUSE HE IS NOT. HE IS A HUMAN BEING AND HUMANS MAKE MISTAKES.
That's it.
I don't want to fuel fights as well but please stop being ridiculous and acting like he is insulting you personally. It's fine to be delululu but your pushing the limits.
Peace and love.

WHO DO I WRITE FOR?
----------------------------------------
What I think the Crows listen to
Kaz Brekker
Have you seen the way this man dresses? He dresses like a merchant and acts like one. He's definitely a very classy guy, hence the reason why I firmly believe he's the type of person that listens to jazz and soul music.
YOU CANNOT TELL ME OTHERWISE
Listens to Frank Sinatra, Michael Bublé, Dean Martin
I've seen so many people classify him as the type to listen to hard core rock like Green Day, and although I understand why, I genuinely feel like Kaz is the type of person who enjoys the sound of the saxophone, the old school type of songs that your mom listened to when she was in high school.
I will forever stand by my point
Honorable mention: ABBA (He will never admit how much he enjoys their music)
INEJ GHAFA
To me she's a mix of 80s type of music and Taylor Swift. Like there's literally no in between.
I think Taylors more recent songs make her feel empowered in a way after everything she went through in the Menagerie.
Definitely enjoys her older songs though! I feel like she enjoys a lot of acoustic music and often shares it with Wylan.
As for the 80s taste, like you can't just tell me she doesn't listen to ABBA on a daily.
Honorable mention: Queen, just because.
NINA ZENIK
I think this one is pretty obvious
Pop queen all the way!!
Listens to the trendiest artists like Ariana Grande and Nikki Minaj.
Is always onto the next trendy song, never missing out on any.
She just lives for the poppy type of music that had you dancing on the spot no matter what!
She has definitely rubbed it a little bit onto Matthias
Screams the lyrics to Doja Cat songs with Jesper. PERIOD.
Honorable mention: One Direction, because I believe in my heart she has always been a Directioner and she bawled her eyes out when they disbanded.
MATTHIAS HELVAR
Either hard rock music or classical music. There is literally no in between.
Very emo, you can't convince me otherwise
Huge fan of artists like Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Green Day. THOSE type of artists
I'm a firm believer that he went through an emo phase in his life where the only music he listened to was My Chemical Romance and Panic! At the Disco.
Still cries to this day because of MCRs disbandment. Nina definitely teases him for it.
Honorable mention: Lady Gaga, because like I said before, Nina in some way has definitely influenced his taste. Lady Gaga is the bomb tho, I don't blame him.
JESPER FAHEY
Not gonna lie, I had a hard time figuring him out.
I think out of everyone, he has the most varied taste in music. Will listen to literally anything based simply on his mood.
Like Nina, he listens to pop the most. But I think he leans more towards older type of pop songs.
The type of songs you heard in your childhood that bring back core memories.
LOTS of club type of music like Usher, Pitbull, Britney Spears. Definitely a fun person to go clubbing with.
Honorable mention: The Neighbourhood. I am emotionally attached to The Neighbourhood, and I am emotionally attached to Jesper. I just HAD to put this in here.
WYLAN VAN ECK
Ok so the obvious answer would be soft type of music. Lots of acoustic type of songs.
LOVES artists like JVKE and Harry Styles.
BUT
he has another side that a lot of people forget to mention (aka book Wylan)
His guilty pleasures are the sluttiest type of songs. I'm talking The Weeknd, Chase Atlantic.
So many people picture him as a soft boy type of aesthetic and although it's somewhat true, so many people forget the "We could wake them up" Wylan.
Honorable mention: Arctic Monkeys, just like im emotionally attached to The Neighborhood, im just as attached to Arctic Monkeys and I know for a fact Wylan enjoys that type of music.
I said what I said.

rank acotar characters by how long you could stand to be in a car with them? important factor: they decide what music is playing
Ranking ACOTAR characters based on an 8 hour roadtrip where they control the aux. Don't forget that I alone have the only right opinions in the fandom and therefore will be taking 0 feedback.
17. Beron- AM talk radio the WHOLE way with the most HEINOUS opinions a person can have. Loudly agrees and at times is arguing back with the guest through the speakers. Is he aware they can't HEAR HIM?
16. Amren- Doesn't like music. No road games, please.
15. Jurian- Dad rock. There is only so much Every Rose Has It's Thorns we can hear before its time to drive this car off a bridge. Pour exactly NO sugar on me, I am afraid of ants.
14. Gwyn- I'm SORRY, but she's giving very strong show tunes vibes. Spends the whole time singing, and yeah her voice. is beautiful but this is not American's Got Talent. This road trip is about classic jams, not showing off.
13. Nesta- Gruesome murder podcasts. Listens without flinching as the night grows darker. Thinks we should turn down that dark road as a short cut. Why is she cutting cheese with a hunting knife?
12. Tamlin- Country music, but it's like, pop-country and not country with feeling or country for murdering men. Barefoot blue jean night? Sir we're in New Jersey.
11. Eris Vanserra- Listens to The History Of Rome podcast the whole way. Jesus Christ man can we choose another point in history? NO. We will hear of these ancient battle tactics and we will be grateful. Only upside is Mike Duncan is a great story teller. Definitely asks for a sexual favor half way through, like I'm not DRIVING HELLO SIR?
10. Azriel- 2004 best of emo jams. Its a playlist he made himself, with all the classics. Become increasingly concerned when MCR's Helena comes on and he turns it up to belt with clear, obvious feeling. You okay, bro? Want to pull over for a taquito?
9. Vassa- Whatever is on the radio, like this isn't cornfield country. There is NOTHING but the sound of me mooing at the window ("cow") or the static as she flips station to station. Occasionally finds the most banger radio station filled with songs you forgot about, only for it to vanish right at the climax of a song you're both belting. Still, the spontaneity is fun
8. Rhys- NPR podcast. God it's informative and yeah it's interesting and the conversation it opens up keeps you both busy for hours so it's hard to completely complain. Spends a lot of time staring at his phone and fact-checking guests
7. Tarquin- Apple Music? I mean...I GUESS. He did his best, but his best is questionable. It's his own playlists and his taste in music if fun, if not eclectic. No one vibe- and he brought snacks.
6. Mor- Nothing but gossip. How does she know so much? Terrified to tell her about personal life, but have to admit hearing what disasters everyone else is really fills the time.
5. Emerie- PREPARED. Downloaded a mix of playlists AND podcasts, rotates them when the mood starts to flag. Never lets her finger off the phone, but also does not take requests, so stop asking. You get what you get.
4. Elain- It's pure pop and nothing else. Bouncy and upbeat, she came to have a good time with nothing in between. Outdoes Tarquin in snacks, and has a list of road games ready to go for when everyone is burned out with music.
3. Lucien- A playlist for every mood. Oh it's raining? It's sunny? Everyone is hungover and needs quiet? He's got you covered. The vibe never drags and is always appropriate, reading the room before you even know the tone has shifted.
2. Cassian- King of the excursion. Roadside America memorized, Cassian knows where every biggest wind chime, ball of yarn, and rocking chair is located. Somehow manages to keep everyone mostly on time. Stops for snacks instead of bringing his own because everyone knows the best food is at a rural gas station. Ranking jerky flavors for fun, and in between, keeps it easy with a steady jam of road trip faves.
1. Feyre Archeron- High Lady of the Road Trip herself. Turn off that podcast, turn up the music. Feet on the dash, gossip ready to GO. Can tell a story for HOURS, knows all the deets on everyone's messy lives. Planned ahead and found a hotel with a pool AND a bar. Playlist absolute perfection, based on the friends in the car.

7 year old me heard Welcome to the Black Parade for the first time from an older cousin and really enjoyed it.
9 year old me is told they can't go into Hot Topic and they should not look like that or listen to that. (Note that I recently found out she gets someone else to go in there to buy me gift cards now)
11 year old me is told they can pick out a concert for their birthday and wouldn't you know MCR was going to be playing the month before with Blink-182. But they were given Carrie Underwood tickets.
13 year old me got their first computer and solely used it to watch music videos and interviews from MCR, FOB, and other bands (also marvel but this is a band post). Later they were sobbing because they missed their chance to ever see MCR. This is about the time they realised they weren't straight.
15 year old me for unrelated reasons was hospitalized for various mental reasons, but gets back into MCR and other bands from the pop punk and emo scenes after not listening to them since the announced break up.
17 year old me sees FOB for the pre-mania tour, this is a defining moment because they had never been to a concert of their choosing before (looking at you grandma). This is about the time they realised they weren't cis, also when they listened to hHessiant Alien for the first time and got Twitter so see Gerard's tweets on pronouns and things.
19 year old me is devastated they don't have enough money to get to the reunion show in LA (that 20 year old me was able to but tickets for the tour later) but at least they received hella mega tour tickets to see FOB again.
21 year old me has graduated college and is working in the medical field in the height if a pandemic. Tickets for every concert they have has been post poned for at least a year if not more. They also finally come out as Nonbinary.
23 year old me has become reobsessed with the thing that saved my life all those years ago and is still saving my life today.
I cannot express how much love and acceptance I feel from these guys. I will always stand by that My Chem and Fall Out Boy saved my life. And I've always been proud to be part of these music scenes because I've rarely met someone in these music scenes or alt asetics that don't encourage you to be you and keep fighting. And now I have more bands and singers like Set It Off or Yungblud.
I dont remember much of my childhood but I remember the music and the messages. And that's why I'm still here today

25. Have you ever upset yourself with your own writing?
yes. many times. writing process typically swings between getting really emo about the characters and going full sickos mode about it all. things that I would call upsetting would probably be all of I speak as one about to die. mmm tragedy. and the torture scenes in NO SAFE PLACE. especially the part about Lazar. Um. Crumbling like a wet cookie? turns out writing torture deals psychic damage to me, who knew. other fics have been sad for me and lived in my brain for a while but i would not call them upsetting on the same level.
12. Do you have a playlist for your current WIP(s)? Share it!
I don't have playlists for my current WIPs. I haven't really gotten into the habit, though I totally should, but usually my character/relationship playlists serve the same function. Anyways I did make one for the cquackity / karlnapity & cdream slasher wedding fic that is currently. not being worked on at all. it is. entirely made up of songs from Bleed Out and MCR songs.
15. How do you come up with titles for your fics/chapters?
I use a lot of song lyrics! A lot of mountain goats lyrics. 13 out of my 32 works use tmg lyrics for titles. I look for songs that I feel like match the vibe or theme of the fic. The Mountain Goats have many songs with many themes. Otherwise I like using lines from the source text, if the fic in question was inspired by or was an au of something. Silver Dollar is from Arguing with the Ghost of Peter Laughner About His Coney Island Baby Review by TMG. because like. Dead guy. Elegy. gestures vaguely. put on your chairman mao coat because it pleases me to have that as a title and because commandante can be about dream and sapnap actually, if you look at it from the angle i'm standing at. Harlem Roulette can be about fundy and q, etc etc.
Everything Now As Day is a line from the Menelaiad by John Barth and WE ALL THINK YOU'RE A GRAND GIRL is a line from Antigonick by Anne Carson. I speak as one about to die is from Anne Carson's translation of Agamemnon. Kassandra says it :) you don't have to love it is a line from CM Punk's snake promo. left pining for transience is a line from the deeply wonderful Fiona Lu's poem Turing Test. dawn and mourning dove grey and turning from the plow are both lines from a song from the webcomic Sword Interval by Ben Fleuter, since both those fics exist in the SI au. The chapter titles for dawn and mourning dove grey are the names of the entries in the apocalypse log that reveals the circumstances of the worldbuilding and sets the stage for the final arc of the webcomic.
Titles that aren't direct references to something are still made with consideration to the fic itself. sometimes a fic is big enough 2 warrant a very simple and encompassing title as The Death Poem. The fox who traveled to the end of the world is called that bc I was trying very hard to emulate the style of the fairy tales and fables I read growing up, and those are like. Decently straightforward and referring 2 fundy as a fox emphasizes his trickster-ness. NO SAFE PLACE and BED [DIS]ASSEMBLY are like that because i appreciate all caps quite a lot, maybe an ill-advised amount. also sometimes its just the vibes. the vibes call for all caps.
before we cut to Alexandria is. hm. Well I can't recall atm the exact leaps in my thought process but the general gist is that it's a study of a very specific and liminal period of cabinetduo's relationship, set between the larger and Historical events of the election and the red festival and nov16, and Alexandria is this big important city and it's also a place that gets kind of famously destroyed a little but this isn't yet about Alexandria/L'Manberg. The poem doesn't even leave the White House. I also know it was inspired somehow by tmg's album Songs for Pierre Chuvin.
Journeying Into the Center of the Earth To Retrieve Your Dead Ex Boyfriend because that is what the fic is about and though it is not an instruction manual it is still a detailing of a process. and also because the concept was inspired by Carmen Maria Machado's Help Me Follow My Sister Into the Land of the Dead

i grew up in the height of emo/scene/rawr aesthetic. like i was in middle school when mcr, fall out boy and patd got HUGE and it was so oversaturated and their fans were legitimately fucking awful people, rude and mean for 0 reason whatsoever (i'm not saying they are NOW just that's how it felt then). like i was ready to go see my favorite band of all time but then mcr joined the tour and i changed my mind bc i didn't want to be around those people. i didn't end up seeing the band i wanted to see for like 8 more years.
i was always kinda into panic (until after pretty odd, brendan urie in general has rancid vibes and i don't trust him) i don't really have an opinion on fob (i did eventually get over my shit and check them out and i like some of their stuff but lets be real - their singles are the singles for a reason) but i cannot stand mcr. i did my best to actually sit down and listen to them to see if i could enjoy them without the "wah it's popular so it sucks!" shitty teenager vibe but straight up, i never could. and i have NO idea why the younger generation loves them so much, except maybe their older siblings who would be my age were into them. gerard is an extremely whiny singer, and that's coming from a longtime placebo fan.
but really what this comes down to is that i just don't like pop punk
and i really, really wish people would stop thinking mcr is a goth band
"let people like things" i'm not saying you can't like anything i'm just saying i think it sucks
also side note in high school me and this other girl wanted to see who the better writer was so we each wrote fanfiction and had a third person read it. my competitor wrote waycest and i wrote vam.... which was, unfortunately, ville valo and bam margera. they used strawberry shampoo as lube and i won the contest. she was so fuckin' mad and said i only won it because i'd written porn but i was under the impression that i was supposed to? idk
that competitor was the same person who, a few years later, was busted writing Hanson incest smut fanfic on a school laptop and was forced to read it aloud to her social studies class until the teacher figured out what direction it was going in and made her stop
hanson hadn't been popular for like a decade at that point and now that girl is married to a guy who posts a lot about how much he loves guns and had a new england patriots themed wedding cake

Ok I see that you're the thursday expert so I gotta ask. Do you know what songs they played last night? They were epic, especially with that one song where it was just the singer.
Also ray didn't take his shirt off but at one point he pulled it up to wipe off his face and it exposed a lot lol
AAAA im so glad you enjoyed them!! TRAGICALLY i couldn't find a livestream last night so i can't give you the complete setlist for sure, but i know from people there that they only played songs from their second and third albums last night (full collapse and war all the time). both of those are iconic emo/post-hardcore albums and sooo worth a listen, watt especially is the kind of album that gets better the more you listen to it bc there's just sooo much happening.
anyway last night they definitely played (out of order): understanding in a car crash, paris in flames, standing on the edge of summer, cross out the eyes, this song was brought to you by a falling bomb, hole in the world, and war all the time (the title track). the song with just geoff was falling bomb! im so used to seeing videos of it being played live in small venues where every member of the crowd sings along to every word and it's so beautiful, but it's so cool and haunting to see it played like this, in a huge echoey stadium with so many silent faces but everyone getting their torch lights out and waving along...augh. as a little fun fact: geoff used to have a reputation as such a bad live singer that he got the nickname "tone geoff" (as in tone deaf). he came from a hardcore diy basement scene where vocal talent didn't matter so much as spirit and delivery, and then thursday reached unprecedented amounts of success for that scene (and then mcr blew them right out of the water LOL) and he was getting publicly humiliated about it and the band almost broke up over it multiple times. they were briefly on a major label and the label hired an expensive vocal coach for him who would criticise geoff for not being a faster learner, and he'd constantly injure his voice on tour trying to hit notes. it's like. so amazing to see how far he's come since then and how he was able to absolutely blow away a whole stadium of mcr fans, especially with that song. he's incredible :''''')
also, in case you're interested, last night's setlist was different from the others, i'm assuming bc of 9/11 (fc was released shortly before it, and watt in part criticises the militaristic attitude of bush's america directly afterwards so), but the setlist from the other nights has been: the other side of the crash, cross out the eyes, signals over the air, jet black new year, this song brought to you by a falling bomb, fast to the end, understanding in a car crash, war all the time.
also, regarding ray: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. WHERE ARE MY PIXELS.

Are you into Panic! At The Disco’s music?
is this a fucking trick lmao. 🤷🏻‍♂️ welp i don't care too much, so here's my ~history of patd~
like every other emo in 2005 i liked a fever you can't sweat out.... i was not a fan back then - i was more interested in taking back sunday and the used and mcr (aw and simple plan hahahaha)! i didn't really consider panic to be "my kind of" emo. they were scene, which was a different subgenre back then. people don't differentiate the two nowadays. i didn't see them when they were touring for any of these early albums. i was young, poor and not interested lol.
i wasn't a big fan of many of their subsequent albums (too scene for me. but there were a COUPLE of bangers i guess?). i controversially think pretty. odd is utter trash lol.
post-break up i thought the banger singles from Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! were pretty fucking good, especially Miss Jackson. IMO the Death of a Bachelor album is a fucking masterpiece, and i stand by that. i saw them during this era (let's be real - it was just bslur) live and i was even seated in VIP (mostly bc i'm old lmao. i gave all the merch to a colleague). it was a great show.
i saw him again a year (??) later just as Pray for the Wicked was releasing and it was another great live show imo.
i don't think i could do another show featuring the garbage he wants to put out now. ya man would have to have to swear on his life that won't sing any viva bullshit looooool. ya man really pushed it way too far and went off the rails. 👋🏻

Im assuming you meant both of them so !!
SHUICHI:
favorite thing about them: I really like how calm and sweet Shuichi is. He's my favourite of all 3 main protags for this reason, he has an air of calm introvertedness that Makoto and Hajime don't, which I find really relatable and endearing. least favorite thing about them: Every protag does it, but the little somewhat rude quips he can have about the other students in his head. Be nice to them!! Youre just as weird of a guy as they are favorite line: My freaking BLOG HEADER!!!! "We stand with one foot in fiction, and one foot in reality…" This struck such a strong chord in me when I played the ending of v3. Just thinking about this line makes my heart flutter.
brOTP: Shuichi and Rantaro should've had more time to hang out together. I think they would've really gotten along
OTP: OH MAN... It has to be saimota!!! Close contenders are saigoku and saimatsu! (holding myself back from naming 5 more ships)
nOTP: None that immediately come to mind??
random headcanon: Shuichi is trans, ace, and biromantic! He's one of the few V3 characters I have very specific queer headcanons about
unpopular opinion: Shuichi doesn't listen to punk rock or MCR or anything like that. He's not that kind of emo. To me, Shuichi is a VOCALOID emo!! Specifically early 2010s vocaloid emo. He's been listening to Rolling Girl, Lost One's Weeping, and Tokyo Teddy Bear on Repeat since he got trapped in the killing game
song i associate with them: (hilariously not vocaloid or emo) What's Wrong by Half•Alive
favorite picture of them: Probably any of the training ones!! Transmasc swag
GONTA:
favorite thing about them: His earnestness!! I love the way Gonta is genuine whenever he speaks, be it about the things he loves or feels passionate about or the things that upset him. least favorite thing about them: The whole... reptites..... backstory thing. In general I'm not the biggest fan of a decent amount of his FTEs. Thankfully if I don't look at it it can't see me. Gonta was raised by wolves <3 favorite line: Gonta has some great ones but two that are standing out to me right now that Occasionally get stuck in my head are "Smile like Gonta! :D" from the bonus event with Himiko or "You make mistakes a lot... A WHOLE lot..." From a backroute towards Miu ghdsjkfsd.
brOTP: GONTA AND RANTARO OH MY GOD!!! I think they would get along so well!! Back in ch1, during big group discussions, its usually Rantaro responding when Gonta speaks to begin with. I think Rantaro would love to help Gonta look/talk about bugs and Gonta's energy would be really refreshing to him.
OTP: GOKUMOTA. On a surface level they are both athletic with science talents, who are loud and passionate about what they love, but on a deeper level I think they could really help each other and be a shoulder for the other to lean on. Gonta is extremely self deprecating, and if he got close to him there's no way Kaito would let that stand. Gonta is also very expressive, so I think he could help Kaito learn that its okay to not be okay, and to express that to the ones who care about him.
(I also like saigoku!!)
nOTP: I already talked about not liking Kokichi and Gonta, Im also not really into Romantic Miu and Gonta or romantic Kiyo and Gonta, though thats to a lesser extent. Im pretty picky about Gonta ships
random headcanon: This is one I go back and forth on, but I do have the headcanon that Gonta Might have a little sister. Her name is Tsugiko and she was either extremely young or hadn't been born when he got lost.
unpopular opinion: Not really an unpopular opinion, just something random I guess? Lots of people draw Gonta with blue butterflies, which look very pretty, but I never understood why it was always the same type of blue butterfly. I think Orange matches his colour scheme a bit better, so I'm wondering if there's any symbolism I'm missing here
song i associate with them: The Room is Filled with People Who Love You by Foresight
favorite picture of them: Probably the bonus event with Himiko and Shuichi!! That one's very very cute

(It’s the emo mcr mutual here)
I’m here to say keep it up! I read em all. Emo gays gotta stick together! But I gotta say itto and puppy boy gorou hold a place in my cold black heart 🖤😂 I’d take anything you’d give me
But in all seriousness. Keep up the amazing work. I love your style and works. Keep it evil and gay
HI EMO MCR MUTUAL I LOVE SEEING U ON MY FEED thank you for reading 😭😭😭 i didnt know you had a soft spot for ittorou i havent wrote them in a while but i hope you like this one !!
itto 👹 + gorou 🐶 — unwinding after gorou is back from a mission, angst fluff + nsfw mention
one, two, three deep breaths until itto is done dragging the ointment through the ridges of his fresh wound.
the way its fresh scent fills every corner of the room the second itto opens the flask, a faint hint of mint that sits at their nostrils, an acidic undertone that stings wherever it touches.
gorou is no stranger to the feeling, yet it never fails to manifest tears that blur his vision. his sharp canines dig into his bottom lip, a miniscule amount of pressure away from severing it beyond repair.
itto takes a much needed break. he's always torn between packing it up as soon as possible, regardless of the pain gorou undergoes — or taking his time, delaying the process overall but allowing him to register it.
he's getting too used to it, more than his heart can bear. finding gorou at his door, barely standing up straight — the sight no longer has any shock value to it, but the hurt of it persists.
gorou knows it too. that's why he fights the tears to the best of his ability, to not sadden itto any further than he already has.
it's selfish. scraping all that remains of him off the floor and crawling back to itto every single time. he has his comrades resting at camp, kokomi tending to their wounds along with her own.
a general of the resistance, gorou has enough at his disposal to recover and face itto in proper shape.
but, he doesn't.
when he's seeing red and panting at every step of the way, all he needs is itto. his lungs giving out, if it's the last breath they will utter he would rather have it whispered over itto's lips.
his arm, now soiled with a wound vicious enough to almost tear it apart completely. if the day ever comes that he cant even charge a single shot with his bow — if his tired heart can't even pump blood to gush out of his wounds any longer, he would want to be with itto.
in his arms, comforted by his embrace. he powers through the stitches and bandages, finally getting his arm back, mostly numb due to the ointment (thankfully)
with the other he cups itto's cheek, unsure of how to wipe off the worried look off his face, always unsure of how to comfort him the way itto does with him.
"i'm okay." he whispers, it's silent enough for it to be heard in the dead of the night.
"you're not."
itto pulls him to his lap and holds him by the waist, slow and careful. it varies in style, this simple move that never fails to take gorou's breath away.
sometimes it's lazy and lax, early mornings where itto just wants gorou on him like a blanket as he drifts back to sleep.
sometimes it's casual, in a way of simply wanting to be together as gorou reads or itto knits.
and sometimes it's heated, lips crashing into each other, itto pulling him close as they burn up with desire. one hand on gorou's waist and the other stripping him, teasing and stroking him to his limits.
this one, however, is softer. compassionate, worried, loving yet fearful. afraid as if gorou might slip away from his touch at any moment.
afraid that one day he might collapse on itto's doorstep as always but never wake up again.
with the arm that's relatively in better shape gorou presses itto's head to his chest. he kisses at his soft, wavy hair.
itto revels in his scent, though mixed with the smell of dirt and blood it's nothing short of his gorou.
his beloved.
he brushes through his soft tail with his fingers, still damp from when he tended to it and got rid of all the knots a few minutes ago.
now it shines the way it always does, golden fur — along his back and down his thighs, albeit less thick compared to his tail and ears.
without a word, itto gets up with gorou still on his lap and heads for the bedroom. he lays gorou on his bed and watches him shrivel up into a little ball when itto settles right next to him.
with a few hisses and mumbled curses, he extends his severed arm and a leg to rest across itto's body and looks up at him.
itto's hand cards through his hair affectionately, petting his ears, peppering small kisses all over his face.
"i know... that i said i'd be more careful. i'm sorry that you have to see me like this. i'm sorry that—"
he chokes on his own words.
"—you have to be the one to take care of it every single time."
itto smiles, caressing his sides — "i wouldn't have it any other way."
he takes a deep breath.
"just... don't die on me. okay, pup?"
gorou nuzzles into the crook of his neck, sorrowful, now almost entirely on itto's body because his warmth is the only thing that's keeping him intact.
"i won't." he wraps his tail around itto and presses a kiss on his neck. "never, i promise."

WAIT DID U MEAN HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD???? HAVE U HEARD WAR CHILD? PARADISE LOST?
PARTY BY MYSELF???!!!!!!!
YEAH HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD KJBGDKD
I didn't answer this ASAP since I wanted to give my full Lore about Hollywood Undead + please remember I'm terrible with music genres so like
One of the things I really enjoy about music is buildup; hence why one of my favorite MCR songs is Demolition Lovers. It's 6 minutes of switching from part to part very beautifully, as well as constructing the narrative of the aforementioned Lovers. You get the soft intro, leading up into those initial "I'm trying, I'm trying", which stops but fades again to the "All we are are bullets", which ends in that AWESOME guitar solo(?) that keeps building and building to the "Phantoms forever" part.
Lots of other songs I enjoy have this sort of buildup; Undefeatable from Sonic Frontiers (which like, kinda makes sense as it's both a really good song and also meant to build up to each section of the boss battle it's from), King For A Day by Pierce the Veil, Last One Standing by Simple Plan, City Traffic Puzzle or Sweet Tangerine by The Hush Sound...
Heck, even when listening to Evanescence in 3rd grade I probably enjoyed Bring Me To Life for that reason as well
This Love This Hate has the benefit of also being a Blorbo(tm) song which is another story entirely that I don't feel like telling; but overall I enjoyed the buildup of that song and since I heard it first in a Blorbo AMV + I always associated its lyrics with said blorbo, but that was my first Hollywood Undead song. I'm not sure what genre it feels like since it doesn't sound like the harsher rocks of Three Days Grace or the pop punks of the Emo Trinity, but whatever it is, it's just overall very good at portraying a highly specific mood; similar to Viva La Vida by Coldplay to me, where it's such a melancholic mood for a feeling you simply can't place, but it still makes you Feel anyway.
Sell Your Soul I actually found through a random speedpaint video; I think I was actually looking for speedpaint vids set to This Love This Hate since sometimes I wanna see visuals while listening to my music when lyric vids don't suffice. It def feels more on the rock spectrum than This Love This Hate, which I absolutely enjoyed; but ough the BUILDUP being so much harshly rock-ish helps a lot. The lyrics always gave me the impression of someone being led to their own public execution; screaming from within that they fear their own incoming death, the fear and shame from realizing how many people come to celebrate YOUR OWN DEMISE, to some part of you saying FUCK IT, THROW IT ALL AWAY! FORGET ME! I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE! since either way, you're dying. Considering I enjoyed Three Days Grace in 3rd grade, I think there's something self indulgent in the lyrics + harsh music of Sell Your Soul.
This Love This Hate was just very personally endearing to me, like a blorbo-themed Viva La Vida. Sell Your Soul was outright BOPPIN' to me since its harsh lyrics and rock-y tone was just very appealing to me.
However, I remember going on a Hollywood Undead binge after accidentally finding Sell Your Soul... only to be a little disappointed that the things I was finding just wasn't capturing that same energy of either song
I definitely do have more Hollywood Undead songs in my playlists than just Sell Your Soul and This Love This Hate, but they're not particularly songs I've gone as crazy for as those two.
Tumblr media
I'm not sure if I have time to re-listen to all of these to fully digest, but in re-listening to Levitate I quite like the sound but not particularly crazy for the lyrics. Young is odd because I quite enjoy the instrumentals I'm hearing, but something about the vocals isn't really hitting me as crazily either.
Also just in case bc I forgot it's one of their top songs: Bullet is pretty nice, I quite enjoy the contrast between sad lyrics and boppin' instrumentals! I have no problems with it other than it sounds quite different than the rest of my music playlist so that's why I haven't added it. Not to mention I did used to listen to it during my very bad sad boi hour moments so I definitely need to be in a specific mood to listen to it.
Paradise Lost is the only title I recognize from your ask, but listening to it again it DOES have a bit of dramatic buildup, but it's not hitting me quite much. It has a soft instrumental at the beginning but very harsh vocals, which is a bit of whiplash I personally am not a fan of for this song. I quite like how the chorus sounds at least! But it's such a highly specific vibe that I personally DON'T vibe with; I'll probably add it to my Liked Songs, but not my actual playlists. Not to mention I tend to add music on if I can see myself drawing to them, which I'm not really getting that vibe with Paradise Lost
BUT (and I'm doing this live as I write this post), I will listen to your other songs rq!
War Child, live thoughts:
what the fuck a horn
first lyrics this is more of a #slay song than the dramatics of sell your soul/this love this hate
this fr sounds like the kind of song you'd put over your best gameplay footage
i think that's what i'm thinking tbh, i tend to like more dramatic lyrics, but at the very least i'm enjoying the instrumentals! the vocals are pretty nice too even though they're talking about ass and alcohol; just kind of a disappointment for someone who's more for the dramatic songs
Good song! I could imagine myself drawing to this, but I am more for more dramatic lyrics than "mm girl sexy". I feel like I'd add this to my more boppin' playlists rather than my full on mish-mash of dramatic songs.
Party By Myself, live thoughts:
kiinda don't like this intro for some reason @_@
party music??
this feels more of a #slay song as well
this rap is bumpin' though
yea this absolutely feels like party music; GOOD party music though, like the kind you'd find on a 2012 dj playlist
once again, v bumpin! just perhaps not the kind of dramatic i tend to enjoy
Once again, good song! Oddly enough has the vibe of 2012 party playlists? I'm not sure if it's "imagine myself drawing" levels, but definitely I can see myself listening to this if I wanna feel those #party vibes. And there are a LOT of good party vibes songs out there.
The verdict: Bumpin' songs with no drama go in the Edgar Allan Poe meme playlist
Tumblr media
I thiiink I prefer Party By Myself more than War Child? Those 2012 party music vibes just hit much better than the general #slay energy of the latter.
Once again, there's some level of disappointment I feel however; I do in fact tend to love the more dramatic vibes of Sell Your Soul and This Love This Hate in my general music. It's why I enjoy My Chem so much! Heck, my newest songs in my main playlist are about the #drama;
Tumblr media
1.) A guitar instrumental cover of a song trying to capture the vibes of "The End"; a credits song, a death, your OWN even so!
2.) Love From The Other Side was introduced to me by a friend who also enjoys Fall Out Boy and introduced it to me as "dude the new FOB song sounds so anime". It's very dramatic in its buildup! ...But also Fall Out Boy lyrics have always been slightly incoherent to me so JKSBGKFS I don't tend to care as much when it comes to their lyrics
3.) Okay this one I added because it reminded me of an OC dynamic when I found it but like,,, cmon it sounds like breakup angst
Tumblr media
4.) Heard this randomly as well, but always associated with a sort of seething hatred for someone who's wronged you; it feels like a musical embodiment of glaring intensely at someone
5.) Once again was imagining this one with an OC dynamic and like,,, yeah. #Drama
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think the TLDR is this:
I love drama and buildup within my music, and This Love This Hate and Sell Your Soul were perfect brainrotting songs back when I first listened to them! I would attempt to get into Hollywood Undead more, but each song I listened to just didn't really hit me as much as I wanted; maybe the vocals for one song weren't my cup of tea, maybe it was too much boobs sex and alcohol in the lyrics, maybe the instrumentals just weren't hitting me. Paradise Lost is definitely better than I remember, though once again still not HITTING me as well as those first two songs, and it's still not one I'd consider for my main playlist.
I'm glad to be able to share music with others, and I do quite enjoy the songs you've listed! I do quite enjoy Party By Myself more than War Child since it captures those 2012 party music vibes. However, there's once again the disappointment in simply preferring more dramatic songs than the #slay and party music vibes of these two. There's nothing inherently wrong with it, it's pretty much a matter of personal preference and a bit of surprise I managed to fall in love with Sell Your Soul and This Love This Hate out of all the songs from Hollywood Undead that DON'T fit their vibes! It's just a shame since in listening to those two I was hoping to find another Three Days Grace or Green Day kind of band within Hollywood Undead, but it's just simply not the vibe they tend to pursue within their music and I respect that.
Overall I enjoyed being able to ramble about this, and I'm at least happy to be introduced to new Hollywood Undead songs even if the vibes of them are the opposite of what I tend to enjoy within my general music taste :] Thank you so much for introducing me to them!

music asks:
O
Q
R
S
heyeyyyyyy scarletttt!!
O- Name four bands/solo artists you wish would stop playing music
addison rae. i don't know her music status as of rn but JESUS FUCK. PICK A FIELD AND GET GOOD AT IT. DON'T BE A TIK TOK GIRL, BE IN ONE HALF ASSED MOVIE, MAKE ONE SHIT SONG, AND THEN LEAVE. COMMIT!!! also obsessed made me want to tear my eyes out /neg <3
kanye west. i'm sorry i just. this one feels like it should be self explanatory, and i kinda feel about him the same way as i feel about jkr. like, you've told us about your political beliefs, good job, thats one reason to hate you, but i never liked your content anyway, bubyyeyeyeye.
doja cat. i actually haven't listened to any of her music, but i think she should stop releasing 'music' and her next album should just be cat sounds like she did all night at the met. why? because it would be really, really, really funny.
harry styles. im sorry i cant. i just. i hate this man so much. i dont know what it fucking is. but i cant. stand. him.
Q- Name one band/solo artist that you think is VERY underrated
i feel like the ones i think are underrated are kind of mainstream or talked about a lot, like verified artists on spotify or whatnot, so i don't think any of my favs can count as underrated.
buuut im going to say girl in red (even though they're talked about all the time) i think girl in red is kind of written of as like 'hahah lezzbiennss,' and yeah there's a lot of wlw kind of themed (??) songs, but there's also some that are really introspective and stuff (like serotonin)
so not underrated, but kind of... pideonholed wrong? maybe? like how mcr is like 'haha emos' but anyone that's into mcr will tell you. no. not hahah emos haha black parade.
R- Name one band/solo artist that you think is VERY overrated
.
okay this one's going to put me in hot water in the byler tag especially buuuut
taylor swift.
i just... don't see the appeal? like she has a handful of really really really good songs, idk, seven, invisible string, cruel summer maybe, and i do think midnights is a good album. but like. it's good. her music has never made me like feel. deeply feel. i don't see why she had such a cultural impact, like her music is so middle tier to me.
ps. i saw a girl in my legal studies class playing taylor swift 2048 the other day sooo that is what i mean by overrated. i think her music is playable, but i like her in the way that i'll put one song on one playlist and call it a day.
pps. no hate at all to people who love taylor swift, she's their favourite ever, etc etc. this is not a criticism of people liking 'basic' things or whatever, whenever i see people specifically hating on taylor swift fans i get so fed up, just let people like what they fucking like. i personally just don't get what's so special about her music. there's a reason i put her in here and not in 'please stop making music'
S- Favorite music “fest” (Warped, Mayhem, Bamboozle, Lolapalooza, etc)
uh. idk. i've never been to one? i feel like i can't really say the difference or anything. sorry, thats such a bs answer but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So I now live in a place where putting cream on my skin is not only normal but expected, because fuck desert climates, but sometimes i cannot STAND the texture. My skin is now telling me ''im itchy i need cream'' but i also know that as soon as I touch cream my entire skin entity will crawl right off my frame and escape into the night.
Thank you, texture issues. You make life interesting, if nothing else.

We all know that Batman used to laugh during Jason's era as Robin, but I think that at least the first month or so that laughter was mostly a, "what the fuck is up with this kid" kind of laughter. Like Jason is so astonishingly different from Dick as Robin (Dick: *wants to kill someone so bad he's got a severe case of Stupid and Bruce just wants him to Sit and Stay* Jason: "Robin gives me magic!!!" 🤩) that Bruce just has like No coping mechanisms for Jason lmao. The first three weeks is Bruce just going, "what the fuck? Dick didn't do that. what do you mean I'm not going to have to nag him about homework. Oh my god this teenager thinks that--yuuuup, those are rocket propelled rollerskates. Oh look, the inevitable crash." I'd be wtf laughing too if i went from 2008 MCR emo child to ray of sunshine, introduced by way of incredible ballsiness followed immediately by half assed violence and stray-cat-esque coaxing from Bruce. I'd think I was in a fever dream ngl.

Rewatching Phineas and Ferb has honestly just highlighted how much of a good guy Jeremy is. He adores Candace no matter how weird he clearly thinks she is, thinks her brothers are cool even while she's desperately trying to bust them, and, whenever she has spent the entire episode trying to be there with Jeremy until she can't STAND it any longer and goes haring off after the boys, he's just chilling in the dust and saying, "that's my girl."

Phineas and Ferb astounds me with how funny it continues to be. We've estblished Linda Flynn-Fletcher as the old pop star Lindonna, and then she likes to play jazz with two other women in the neighborhood. Imagine if Nina Sky (one hit wonder of the 2000s: Move Ya Body) had a quiet jazz trio in the middle of the suburbs of this city and dropped an album and you're just like, ah, yes, soothing jazz by Nina Sky.
And track three is a hard rock song with the lead male singer ranting to Nina about how evil their siblings are and all the rest of the tracks are back to soothing jazz. You flip over the CD case to read the back.
3. E. V. I. L. B. O. Y. S. Sung by Nina Sky's daughter. Music by Nina Sky's jazz trio.
I think that I'd be simultaneously laughing myself sick and also extremely confused.

My #1 post of 2022
I think people need to tell more kids that they're proud of them for graduating high school. I'm absolutely dead serious, especially now. I can see the graduating high schoolers surrounding me right now are burned out and traumatized and depressed, and they've undoubtedly had a much, much harder time in high school than I ever had, and I had some pretty shitty high school experiences.
I graduated high school with no more acknowledgement than the standard "congrats on surviving another year of school!" And immediately followed by "have you finished all your scholarship applications?" That was fine for me. I knew i wanted to go to college, I was set and ready for it, eager to get out of high school into more challenging courses.
But if I just finished high school after two years of fighting through online courses and no one acknowledged the battles I went through? If I was as burnt out and traumatized as these kids are right now? I'd have never have gone to college.
So for everyone graduating high school, even if you barely scraped by passing: I see you. I'm proud of you. You did such a good job. I wish you success in what you try to do, fortune enough to keep you safe and happy, and health always.

At a concert Hayley Williams played Misery Business again and mentioned she was cancelled for the word whore. I thought they stopped playing it of their own volition. Am I Wrong?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
i wouldn't say that hayley was cancelled per se, or if she was i can't remember it. but at art + friends, their last show of the AL era in 2018, she said that they weren't gonna play it for a while. she's spoken a lot about misogyny in the scene back in the day (and at present time honestly), and about internalised misogyny she had when she was younger and wrote the song. and i think the reason for why they stopped playing it was bc hayley didn't relate to the words anymore or the person she was when she wrote it (like it says in your screenshots). but as i remember it, they stopped playing it of their own volition. i also think it was a way to take a stand and own up to the words her younger self wrote; to say that calling someone a whore is not okay, and that she was in the wrong for saying/writing it.
the reason for why they brought it back for the show i think is bc of how popular it got again during the pandemic on tiktok (with the olivio rodrigo mashup for example), and also bc of the newly "rise" of pop rock/punk and emo. it is their most famous song, and an iconic song, and at this point the song is something more than the lyrics, i think. it's about the song being part of the soundtrack of the emo scene in the late 2000's, along with other iconic songs from other emo bands at that time (mcr, fall out boy, panic etc.). she said "fuck it" before they played it last night, so i think she's realized that the song means something different to her, than it does to the audience.

I am stressing because the girl I was going to MCR with can't come anymore and the other people who are going have seated tix so they won't want to pay extra to stand because then they'll have to sell THEIR tickets it's like... I'm about to start outing myself as an emo to coworkers to talk someone into spending $100 and hours lining up to see them with me...
