Goonch (Bagarius yarelli)!

There are more than one species referred to as a goonch (and, honestly, the genus Bagarius has a lot of confusion related to it), but I'm talking about the giant devil catfish here. It is one of the largest catfish species in the world, reaching two meters (6 feet 6 inches) in length. They possess varied teeth, having several rows on both upper and lower jaws!

Alright, I'm seeing a spectrum...

After being in the TLB Fandom, I've started seeing different opinions and statements about Star's relationship with David (and possibly the rest of the boys) at the beginning of the movie.

Some people think they were a thing, others think it was a sibling relationship, or maybe something completely different! And now I'm super curious.

What is your belief of David and Stars relationship before and maybe when Michael was around? I wanna hear the beliefs or opinions so go crazy!

why do you think donald changed the triplets names

VERY good question. If I had to guess, at least for the 2017 version where their full names are Hubert, Dewford, and Llewellyn, Donald was probably thinking about names for if the boys eventually wanted to join the professional world (s1e1 literally has Donald interviewing to reenter the workforce, the whole show involves the McDuck enterprises, etc, it adds up). He probably wanted them to have options, but he probably also thought he was being clever with the rhyming names. Cuz I mean, come on. Huey, Dewey, and Louie are iconic names. It's also entirely possible he just wanted to ignore Della and thought Jet, Turbo, and Rebel were dumb and thought "I can do better." Or he truly didn't find Della's note until it was too late, if at all. Honestly who can say. I do think he made the right choice though, much to the chagrin of Turbo.

Ok not to be mean, but I think I’ll genuinely be most mad if Brett wins the Emmy lol. Like if it’s not him or Phil I can be like “ok I didn’t watch those shows that person was probably great.” But if Brett wins it means they watched the same episodes I did and decided he was the standout performance and not Phil??? Like Brett was good but it was nothing we haven’t seen from him before and honestly I don’t think they have him Emmy winning material this season (not like rainbow or literally every episode of season 1). Idk I think the voters should also give it to Phil just so they don’t have to have a hair trigger on the bleep button during the speech lol

I decided it was time to get into another crime show, and I’m trying Midsomer Murders

I’m having a great time with the really spectacular weird pastoral small-town Britain vibes; they’re genuinely delightful. and the main character is pretty excellent

one thing I’m being reminded of here though is how absurd I’ve always found the silly English ‘houses with names’ thing. the people in this weird pastoral small town keep talking about 5000-acre estates with multiple buildings on them and instead of referring to them by who lives there, or, fuck, I don’t know, the address, they use Names. all these homes are called like. Hollyhock House or Templeton Estate or Bibblington Cottage or some nonsense. ridiculous

Just saw a really cool concept someone has on their commission sheet called “dealers choice” where you essentially just pay the artist to finally work on a project/piece they’ve been wanting to work on but haven’t had the time/resources and honestly I might add that to my sheet like!!! I think it would be awesome to have someone pay me 100$ or whatever to work on a page of C♡C or draw my silly guys and maybe even let them suggest something while still just letting me do my thing, like idk!! It’s like old school art patron shit I love it <3

My TD:R prediction is that when Bernard gets back from being kidnapped, that’s when they’ll get their first on-panel kiss. Fitzmartin said in an interview that by now they’ve kissed off-panel before but an on-panel kiss was gonna come soon. So I’m betting it’ll be right after the kidnapping because that just seems like the most ideal and dramatic time to do it.

Well, I think max just wasn’t specific enough in her curse. Like, she wrote “those two gay guys” on the stone and as guys becomes more of a gender neutral term (I assure you it wasn’t neutral in the 1600s but pretend), the universe decided that Max also could’ve meant guys as in girls and decided to spice it up a little bit by adding some gender diversity in this one specific event and location where women were very targeted and also executed (coincidental, of course)

Ok so I just came up with a tadc theory involving the first teaser trailer! Stay with me on this one…

So in the first trailer Caine introduces Pomni, where she is confused as what’s going on, Caine then does the knife throwing trick, which leave Pomni with many knives in here. Something that caught my fancy is the way Pomni reacted to being shown. She doesn’t freak out like in the pilot, so this leads me to believe that the trailer takes place a good few weeks/ a month after the pilot. She’s not fully used to the circus, but isn’t losing it like when she first joined.
