Differentiating Eren and Shitz

Hi so this is a post or whatever it is on why Eren and Shitz are not alike, never have, never fucking will

If any of you find yourself disagreeing or getting offended the deeper you read into these i suggest you back off and never look back thanks

Where did this came up with?

As we all know Chapter 139 definitely started this. Because of the birth of that chapter many shit came and some were good but mostly bad, because of Mikasa paralleling Ymir i guess, there came the Eren paralleling Shitz. anyways the reasons

1. Eren wanted to destroy the Titans

- Idk if people read chapter 122 or watched episode 80 but Shitz: Even after I die...my Eldians will rule the great lands of this world with their enormity. And my Titans shall reign forever and ever.

He wanted them to rule till the end of the Earth because of his revolting desires

- Eren on the other hand: I'll kill them all! I'll wipe every last one of them off this Earth!

Destroying the Titans not the beings but the power of it as the series progressed is one of its main topics

Eren hated the Titans, yes his hate did mellow for it as he learned the truth but he hated the idea of someone turning into a mindless eating giants

2. Shitz abused Ymir

-We all know what happened, it's so disgusting but people forget about this all to enforce the Mikasa-Ymir parallel to make 139 make sense, so yeah Shitz abused Ymir, had her hunted and possibly have her eyes poked, r/ped her, used her to kill people, dehumanized her into nothing but a slave, to the very end, showed no absolute appreciation for Ymir because he's nothing but a fucking slimy selfish disgusting son of a bitch moronic asshole who started this fucking mess and deserves nothing but pain because i have never ever seen a character do revolting things to a goddamn child and lose all morals all for the sake of his humongous ego that Ymir had to inflate her goddamn life, it wasn't even his accomplishments

gosh imagine my reaction when i read that seed part; but she's a kid!

- Eren treated her like any decent human being which isn't a lot but he did, Idk it seems like Eren is manipulating Ymir to me, How? How is telling someone you have a choice manipulating? To choose? That everything is in your fucking control? Eren gave her a choice to lend her power to him or not.

3. Eren would never want his friends or anyone for that matter to chew his spine

- See Shitz wanted to pass that power to his children. IDK maybe he didn't know that their was a limit, uh idk have you checked the part where he said hey kids, have children and have them eat your spine like???

-Are we forgetting Eren stood up for Historia and again told his friends to like hey dont, you dont have to make sacrifices for this titan bullshit because it sucks eating someone you love quite literally and also bcus you ppl are special to me and should live deserved long lives and to

Eren experienced the suffering that Fritz never got to, thought i wish he did because fuck that loser

4. Horrific acts for different reasons

-Yeah Shitz was all imma conquer everything bcus apparently this empire consisting of like idk 1 million people and shit isnt enough for me, why dont we go and kill people bcus idk its fun, i want more ppl to kneel before me and tell me im a great king despite r/ping a literal child and also bcus im just really bored

-Eren did the Rumbling not because he wanted to conquer the goddamn world but to free his people and friends and because the rest of the world left him no choice [This doesn't excuse his actions tho, killing is still killing]

5. "All i ever wanted to do was do right things, I never wanted to be the king"

- First of all I love this line so much, because Eren never wanted those kind of shit

And I have two interpretations for this line

- This may refer to the fact that Eren has to act like ugh Shitz for the whole thing to work, yk setting Ymir free thru mikasa yeah

- And like i said Eren never wanted to any of this shit, a hero yeah but not a king

6. Eren saved Mikasa

- So yeah, Shitz made Ymir a slave, Eren saved Mikasa from being a sex slave, completely different things, get me?

7. Eren is hot, has great qualities, has lots of stans, and Shitz is not and never will be the only thing he's attracting is all of the morons of this Earth and dirt there

Eren is also the protag and hes not yey!

In conclusion Eren and Shitz are not the same, fuck you, whoever thought of this, you must be fucked in the head and I can only wish for you to seek help like right away

Things that fanfics pretty much always get wrong about WangXian.

Lan Wangji is gay. Um, no. He's actually demisexual pan, and demi romantic. I know people don't understand this and are almost never willing to think of this demography as a part of the wheel, but yeah. They (we) exist. There are people who've never felt any sort of romantic or sexual attraction to people, except for maybe one person? Or two? The whole thing about Lan WangJi was how he was famously ascetic. That's literally his arc, breaking his untouchable-ness for that one person. His one person. And the proof of this is how he never thinks twice about the body Wei WuXian was in. It could've been a girl that resurrected Wei WuXian, and the moment Lan WangJi knew, he would've shifted his perception to that and dragged Wei WuXian back to Gusu. I'll even go as far as to say that he might even be a sapiosexual, which as one myself I totally feel like he is, because he is almost always, completely turned on when Wei WuXian is being a smart ass.

Wei WuXian is almost always a flamboyant gay or bi. Um.. No? I mean his entire arc was literally flirting with girls and then there is Lan Zhan. Like literally he's like I wanna travel with Lan Zhan like my parents did, and we'd live in one house and he'd do the weaving and I'd do the farming, and we'd spend our retirement like that, and then holy shit this body has turned me gay! How does that translate into being gay? Or bi? He's actually always shown to be very flirty with girls, but never holding any attraction or romantic feelings for anyone? Also why do fan fics always make him flamboyant? Don't get me wrong, but except for when he's actively attempting to act like a lunatic cut-sleeve, he's actually a very simple guy? Even when he was under Jiang Cheng, he was very dramatic with his gestures, yes, but he was still dressed very practically and simply? That's literally his whole, ya know, aesthetic?

Wei WuXian crying. I get this. Trust me, we all want to see characters who are more emotional, but canonically, unless like he was a baby who was facing down dogs larger than him, he cries twice in the whole book: once after YunmengJiang burns down, and second after Jiang YanLi dies. And I won't lie, I hate when I see fictions where he just you know, cries at the drop of a hat. I totally click out of it. I'm always like why are you butchering his fucking character! Why is it so hard to show that a person is angry or sad without them crying? Between Lan WangJi and Wei WuXian, I'd say Lan WangJi is the one who cries, because he totally cried after Wei WuXian confessed. Wei WuXian on the other hand was just very emotional? But not crying? I just wanna tell the fan fic authors, there are so many other ways to show that the character is feeling something very powerful without them crying. Explore.

Wei WuXian is tiny compared to Lan WangJi. Um. No. This is a factual no. In his original body, Wei WuXian was 2cm shorter than Lan WangJi, which is a negligible height difference, and in the Mo XuanYu body, he was 8cm shorter than Lan WangJi, which is like about 3/4th of a head difference depending on the head size. So if you're writing a fanfic where either Wei WuXian doesn't die, or is a modern fanfic, don't make him fucking tiny! Don't call him the shorter man or Lan WangJi the taller man, or that he looked up to Lan WangJi or Lan WangJi bent down to kiss him. None of that is needed for that height difference!

Jiang Cheng needs therapy and cuddles after the book ends. Which, I won't lie, I won't deny entirely, because every single one of the cast needs therapy after that, but yeah no, Jiang Cheng is literally one of the last people I'm sympathetic towards. And I have good reason for that. Hear me out. Since we're reading the book from Wei WuXian's perspective, we don't feel the passage of time, but it was 13 years for the rest of the people. 13 years to move on from that whole shitz of the Nightless city massacre, and almost everyone does. To a great extent. Even Lan WangJi. They all move on with their lives without hanging on to dead people, because that's the thing about living. But not Jiang Cheng. Even 13 years later he defines his life by Wei WuXian, and that is so fucking unhealthy I can't even. And I cannot feel sympathy for that. For obsessing so hard over one person who has died, in one of the most brutal of ways, more than a decade ago. He CHOSE to hold on to that. To that hatred. When Wei WuXian says after the second siege, what else can I give you. I have died once, and not even my body remained on this earth, its not a plea to ask for forgiveness. It's literally him pointing at the fact that he died and their all consuming hatred should have died with him. Because after that, he's not responsible. When Jiang Cheng ruined relationships in his life after Wei WuXian's death, it wasn't Wei WuXian's fault, because then, moving on was his duty. Blaming Wei WuXian for all the miseries in his life 13 years after everything ended is literally pathetic. And I won't apologise for thinking that. Yes, Jiang Cheng is painfully human, but he's the extremity of humanity that we're all warned against. The fandom collectively condemns the father of the Twin Jades of Lan, for obsessing over his wife a decade after her death, and still do not think of how Jiang Cheng is the repetition of that in the present life. The emotion may have been different, the method and behaviour different, but the outcome the same.

Wei WuXian is insecure and believes the worst about himself. Okay this we need to have a conversation about, because yes, this is something that most people think is canonical, but like the whole "thirteen years of inquiry", is not. And if you believe in this, I can't blame you either. But here's a reason why I believe it's not.

After the whole slaughtering the fake XuanWu of slaughter, when Jiang FengMian and Yu ZiYuan have the fight and Jiang Cheng is like, my father hates me, Wei WuXian responds with "my parents are real people in this world, and I don't want anyone assigning me to their households." Which to me just sounds very confident and proud of his blood and family. And a lot of that credit for that confidence should go to Jiang FengMian, who took a broken street boy and taught him how to be comfortable in who he is and comfortable in his place in the world. And when he did not have something, he was taught that he could fight for it to get it. Yu ZiYuan did not teach Wei WuXian that. The streets did not teach Wei WuXian that. Jiang FengMian did. And its doing disservice to that teaching about self-worth if you think anything otherwise.

Everytime people blame Wei WuXian, he fights against them. Be it verbally or physically. Wei WuXian is very aware of his actions, and he takes them knowing the consequences they could give rise to. Example, saving the Wen remnants and defecting from the Jiang sect. But never once, not even after his resurrection, does he ever think he was wrong. Yes he knows he crossed a line when Jin ZiXuan died and then the Nightless city massacre followed with the death of Jiang YanLi, and he feels guilty and responsible, but never once does he think he was wrong in saving and standing up for the Wen sect remnants. His whole thing is the path to hell is paved with good intentions. Like literally. Saying that he believes the worst about himself is casting a doubt in his believe in doing good.

After they get married, when they overhear how Lan Qiren is gonna lose it if Lan WangJi doesn't return, Wei WuXian is the one who suggests that they should go back to the GusuLan, and that Lan WangJi should smuggle him in and hide him with the jars of emperor smiles, and if that doesn't work then they can just leave. What we're supposed to take from that is that he's so confident in his relationship with Lan WangJi that he knows, push come to shove, Lan WangJi would chose him. Saying that he is insecure, is literally making a mockery of their relationship, which did not happen overnight. It grew gradually. During the second siege, when he asked Lan WangJi to stay with him, that was him, from his perspective being like let's fight, if we die, we die together. And then for readers to go on and say that he could be insecure in a relationship with a guy who was willing to die with him and willingly ruined his reputation for him is so ridiculous to me.

Um I feel like I should apologise if I offended any of the fanfics writers, you guys are great! But I just felt like these are things that needed to be out there in case someone forgot what the actual book feels like.

The 7 brothers with a 10 year-old lilith (+ side characters & mc)

This is an hc is inspired by the chapter 14 flashback, so the gist of this Hc is what if lilith gets turned into a 10 year old child try as diavolos way to save her. This is gonna be a really long post so strap in~❤️.

This hc post is made with the help of my friend, @heeminchan, thankiez.

General info about 10 year old lilith:

She has no recollection or memories about the celestial war or being an angel at all.

The post might say 10 years old but she's probably already pass the 1000+ mark, but still is and acts like a child.

She looks like ruri chan ( for reference here)

So without further babbling, lez go❤️

Lucifer

" if you behave I'll give you a princess poison apple and play with you "

Lucifer being the eldest takes it upon himself to be a father like figure to her. In front of the others, he makes sure to keep a strict front but in private, he's alot more softer on her.

Lucifer's room has a toy chest for her since she likes spending time and playing in his room. And being the child that she is, she even dresses up the skeleton in his room. If he's not busy, he would play with her, simple playing house and all.

One time while lucifer was doing paper work,lilith wanted to help him . So to keep lilith busy, he handed her a bunch of void documents and told her to sign them. In the end she got bored and decided to draw her with her 7 older brothers. Which luci decided to frame and put up at the entrance hall.

If lilith gets into trouble, luci doesn't shy away from punishment. But rather than stringing someone upside down and leaving them like that for 100 years, he would just ground lilith and take away her toys. (Buuuuut her other brothers would just sneak some of her toys to her room, especially beel and belphie)

Mammon

" heh you should be greatful you're brothers with the GREAT mammon, shortie! Huh?! w-wait dont cry! "

Mammon loves teasing lilith. Be it calling her a pipspeak, shortie, cry baby, etc. He's said them all, buuuuut he always takes it back because lilith might tell lucifer and he gets punished AG A I N.

Lilith as much as possible doesn't leave any of her things in mammon's room, because her other brothers warn her that he's going to sell them away.

One time mammon stole something from lucifer (probably something to profit from), and lilith was in lucifers room because she was playing hide and seek with beel. Seeing mammon stealing, she gets out of her hiding spot and tells mammon that she will rat him out to her big brother lucifer.mammon taking non of this shitz says he'll do whatever she wants. By the end of the day, lilith gets a new plushie and mammon still got ratted out because how can she lie to her big brother lucifer?

Mammon does try to get her involved in his schemes sometimes. Making her ask money from her other brothers and other more shenanigans, but when he's feeling it he will in fact spoil her with little treats such as candy.

Leviathan

" wooah you look so much like ruri-chan! Can you sing too?"

Levi is still as much of a shut- in, having a younger sibling that he can teach TSL or play games with is his dream come true. Lilith goes to his room to watch anime (for her its cartoons but dont tell levi because he will be very triggered) with him and play video games.

If lilith does go to levi's room , he's always watching out just in case she ends up using his precious figurines as dolls or touching his precious merch. Sometimes( most of the time) when he's too busy playing his games, lilith will just talk to henry 2.0 and feed him.

Levi is a mega ultra super duper (insert more hyperbolic words) fan of ruri-chan, so during lilith's birthday..he gave her a ruri-chan costume (the other brothers already knew where this was heading but they couldn't stop it since lilith liked the cute clothes). She wore them and levi literally freaked because she looked just like her! He posted a picture of her on devilgram and the pic got a decent amount of likes.

The only time that lilith gets in trouble with levi is her staying with him past her bed time, she gets pouty about it but in the end she still gets taken to bed by her big brother lucifer.

Satan

"i can read you a story or we can play tea time, what do you prefer? "

Satan acts alot like a tutor to lilith, he teaches her about manners, reading and writing, and many other things. Satan loves teaching lilith especially when he sees her trying to pronounce big words, which he finds adorable.

Satan for the most part wants lilith to stay out of his room because there are too many dangerous books around. But he would rather play with her in her room instead, either reading a children's bed time book before going to bed or playing tea time with her. They both share a love for pets and animals, so in his free time, he will take her to a kitty cafe where she can play with the lil furballs.

Satan was regulary teaching lilith about different animals, until they got to the cat. Lilith became so intrigued by cats that satan spent a good 30 minutes to an hour of answering her questions about cats. One day, he saw lilith crying by the stairs. He quickly went over and asked her what's wrong, only to find out that she asked lucifer if they can adopt a cat wherein lucifer completely dismisses the idea. Knowing that Lucifer's mind wont change, the next day satan surprises lilith with a black cat plushie with a red bow tie thats as tall (or alitte bit smaller) than her. Until this day, the cat plushie satan gave her is her favourite. She is never seen without it, and she even gave it a name, mr. Momo.

The only time that lilith ever gets in trouble is if she joins in on satan's pranks on lucifer. But most of the time she's let off the hook if they're harmless ones.

Asmodeus

" waahh~ lilith's so adorable, but not as adorable as me"

To lilith, asmo is the closest thing to a sister she can have. Being the only girl in the house( before mc, if mc is a girl ), asmo likes to doll her up and make her his little dress up doll. He often buys clothes for her because he just LOVES making her pretty.

She doesn't spend as much time in asmo's room because there isn't much to do there, but when asmo calls her in after a shopping trip. She already knows he's going to make her pretty as a peach!

It was lilith's birthday and Asmo wanted to dress her up for the occasion! Hair? Check! Make up? Check! Clothes? Check! She was looking as pretty as ever (but not as pretty as him). After dolling her up , lilith went to her other brothers to show Amos work. All of them asked if a child should be wearing that much make up, but asmo tells lilith to shrug them off because they can't appreciate beauty even if it hits them in the face!

The one thing that gets lilith in trouble is lucifer seeing her being dressed by asmo , wearing clothes not fit for a 10 year old girl. Seriously, devilgram level make up on a kid is not appropriate (well in lucifer and some of the other brothers point of view)

Beezlebub

" the eggs taste like plastic..huh? I'm not supposed to eat them? Sorry, they looked too realistic"

Beel is very close with lilith. He spends most of his time watching over her or bringing her to his favourite food joints to eat. Since beel is so big, she loves it when he carries her around, either on his shoulders or just being carried in general. Beel wants to protect lilith at all times, so if sorcerers or witches want to summon lilith, he comes along to watch over her still.

if its not Lucifer's room, lilith's next stop is always the twin's room. She goes in and jumps on either of the beds and having her toys there as well she can already entertain herself. When beel is there to play with her, she likes to play chef and make him food using her plastic kitchen toy set( though some pieces are missing since beel keeps forgetting that its plastic). If she doesn't want to play with her toys, she tries to tickle fight beel and always wins.

Beel was in his room eating a box of cupcakes until lilith barges in and sees him eating cupcakes, she pouts at beel asking why he didn't tell her that he had cupcakes. Beel, being beel just says to her, " they're my cupcakes". She pouts even more and says that she wants a cupcake as well. Beel couldn't resist and splits the cupcake, giving the other half to her. After finishing the cupcake, he promises to buy her a box aswell next time.

Lilith having a sweet tooth herself will often look in the fridge for sweets. She sometimes ends up eating beels food(custard), and hides the evidence. Beel rampages again and breaks the kitchen. Lucifer then lines all of them up and ask who ate the custard, and all of them immediately suspect mammon. But being a good girl, lilith admits her mistake and apologizes to beel, who calms down and says ," you could have left me some..".

Belphegor

" how about later...? Im still too sleepy to teach you..."

Belphie, same with beel, is pretty close with lilith. If he isn't cuddling her as his favourite cuddle buddy, he's teaching her how to dance ballet(Based it off his dancing sprite). Lilith spends most of her afternoon napping with belphie.

Besides playing with beel , lilith also loves playig around with belphie. She makes it an everyday challenge for herself to wake him up in the most creative ways. It can be things such as ice,drawing on his face, tickles, etc. When belphie is too lazy to stand up from bed( which is often), she just plays with his hair and does whatever she wants with it. When he finally does stand up, he teaches lilith some ballet. While she's even wearing her full ballet attire, with tutu included.

It was the middle of the night and lilith had a nightmare, she wanted to go to her big brother lucifer, but it was already late and she might be disturbing him. But then she remembered that mid nights is when his big brother belphie is awake, so she goes over to him with mr.momo. belphie is alittle confused since its way past her bedtime so he asked her whats wrong. She climbs up his bed and hugs him, after calming down she tells belphie that she had a nightmare. Belphie was well acquainted with nightmares, so he knew exactly what to do. They went to the kitchen and both had a cup of warm milk. Going back to his room, he cuddled up with lilith and made sure she had a good nights sleep.

Lilith ends up over sleeping and gets very cranky if she gets rudely awakened.the others find it very adorable.

So this depends on the mc's personality but lets start from the beginning. After being sent to the devildom and having the basic run down of what is to come, mammon takes you to the house of lamentations. The first thing you notice once the door opens, is toys scattered all around the entrance hall. Not only toys, but you see a height lines at one of the door frames. Mammon gets more annoyed because he stepped on one of the toys and he shouts out," lilith!". A small girl carrying a black cat plushie almost her size comes down the stairs. Mammon scolds her for leaving her toys out like that and he introduces you to their 8th sibling, lilith. Lilith immediately hugs you (no matter the gender), because it's been a while since she's seen a human. And you become her instant play mate.

The mc's room already has a toy chest, filled with lilith's favourite toys. She likes to play around with the mc and actually gets quite attached to them.

Lilith gets so comfortable around the mc that she ask permission from her big brother luci if she can make a pact with the mc. Of course, lucifer is skeptical but he allows it because of liliths enthusiasm.

Diavolo

" ah lilith , I didn't think you would be accompanying lucifer today. "

Dia acts alot like the rich uncle that only comes back during the holidays to give out presents. Lilith rarely gets to see diavolo because most of the time it's only lucifer that gets to see him. But, when lucifer does come back he often gives lilith sweets that barbatos made by diavolo's order.

On the rare occasions that lucifer brings lilith along with him, she acts very reserved and shows off the manners lessons that satan has been teaching her.

On one evening, lucifer brings lilith along to dinner with diavolo. While eating, diavolo jokes around saying that lucifer should just stay in the castle with him. Suddenly, lilith bumps in and protests against the idea, " no big brother luci's staying with us". She hugs as much of lucifers arm that she can, giving diavolo her most pouty and "menacing face". Dia loves seeing how much she cares for her brother, while lucifer is trying his best to hide his embarrassment.

Luke

" ahhhhh! Im not a child! I dont want to play with a demon!"

When lilith first saw luke, her mind immediately said," playmate! ". Though luke always complains about being treated like a child because he's short, he tries to bare it because simeon convinced him to play with lilith.

When in the purgatory hall, she brings along mr.momo and some other toys. luke sometimes pretend he isn't there so he doesn't have to play with lilith, but once he hears a sniffle of her almost crying. He couldn't help but open the door for her and play.

Upon first meeting luke, the key difference in height was..still... apparent. Somehow, lilith is still a few inches taller than luke. Being the giddy child she is, she tells her brothers about it and they all start laughing their lungs out. And when luke finally got wind of it, he was so flustered and embarrassed, he almost refused to leave his room.

Solomon

" why not make a pact with me?"

All her brothers warn her about solomon and to stay as far away from him as possible, she rarely gets to interact with him. But most of the times they do meet, he often ask her to make a pact with him. She always replies to him, " i have to ask big brother luci's permission first". Solomon just smiles and pats her head.

Huhu not much i can say about him since im sure the brothers distance lilith from solomon as much as possible.

I want to come out.But its hurt if you leave in a anti lgbt place.You see Im more afraid then losing friend than come out as lgbt.Me and My friend sometimes make a joke about lesbian shit and do so on but when I said I want a girlfriend (not like come out) they literally got freaking out and like "I dont wanna be near you if you gay" but sometimes I though like no shit im gonna say I gay so that I cant find a girlfriend or something ( because im lonely as shit and im dying for someone love) I hate it you know.Im jealous of someone's who gay and have a happy relationship with their partner and also can be happy open with it.Sometimes i dont want to come out but I still wanna girlfriend.But I might be bisexual or an ace.So yeah thats the story about me still in the closet.Sorry for my grammar mistake because im shitz in english grammar.My own language grammar are also a tons of shit.

what do you mean by "while this fandom and shiw continue to backflip into a pool of abkeist nonsense"? I'm genuinely curious, because lately i've been struggling with the show and its fandom as well

first of all it means that apparently i really do need my glasses checked out tomorrow if you copypasted my tags because wow thats a lot of typos for barely one sentence whoopsie

in this one specific case i mean shitz stans excusing the fact that he quite literally became a self radicalised nazi-esque horror scientist who restrained one of his supposedly best friends to an operating table and pulled shit out of her head with pretty much no painkillers while she was begging him to stop (which 1. risked her being paralysed and 2. is an extra gross image given the fact that shes a woman of colour) while holding their mutual friends including his own wife at gunpoint so they wouldn’t intervene, with the fact that he had a brain injury 3 seasons ago that she show has decided to ignore up until this point but (since it was mentioned last episode) are quite possibly dragging up again now to make the team forgive him because given the lackluster writing and increasingly gross treatment of daisy and big all around mess that is shitzsimmons as a ship i have no hope that the show won’t make her and everyone else crawl up his ass and forgive him with no consideration given to their respective trauma or the message the show is sending with this.

i’ll be the first to celebrate if im wrong here i’ll throw a party if they make shitz a villain for good but i’m preparing for the worst. also the fandom has always been a garbage pile of varying size so i doubt anythings gonna change there either. i have like 6283795463 other reasons for being annoyed with the show but that’s what i was referring to in my tags.i hope this is somewhat coherent because i’m tired and as my tags have proven i literally can’t see what i’m doing. also u can always dm me if u wanna talk shit about aos i live to complain

AoS 5:22 - SPOILERS!

I have some thoughts. Well, I have some rage-fuelled ranting to do. There’s a fair bit of capslock of rage below the cut, be warned.

Look, I love Mack a helluva lot and I am pleased as punch that he survived AND that he and Elena were reconciled, but I am MAD AS FIRE that he gets to lead SHIELD now when Daisy fucking well EARNED that position by blood, sweat, tears, and sacrifice.

It is ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT that Daisy's too emotional to lead. Fuck's sake, PHIL COULSON was constantly emotional - mostly about Daisy (have we forgotten he turned SHIELD UPSIDE DOWN and killed innocent agents in order to get the GH serum to save Daisy in S1???) and only people who didn't understand Coulson - or his relationship with Daisy - or actual bad guys questioned his leadership.

PLUS WHICH Daisy 'Quake' Johnson has been leading that team (and a Secret Warriors) team on and off since the first fucking season so she EARNED IT!

I hate this fucking bullshit, show!

Also, I am furious that they insisted on making Flopinda canon when it's RIGHT THERE IN CANON that May loved Andrew, that he was both the love of her life and the absolute rock on which she could rely to face the world (just as Coulson has been for Daisy, BTW!).

Inhuman asshattery fucked May up, but she still loved Andrew, even after she divorced him - S2 shows that REALLY clearly. And then he gets turned into a literal Inhuman monster (I HATE YOU AND YOUR ANTI-BLACKNESS AGENDA, SHOW!), and dies to save Daisy and it's really fucking obvious that May STILL loves Andrew, but then Shitz's murderbot AIDA programs May and Coulson's LMDs to love each other (because AIDA - and Shitz by example - is so fucking BASIC in its understanding of what love is!) - and suddenly this was something May wanted to explore? After being madly in love with Andrew ALL THIS TIME! AND NEVER THINKING OF COULSON IN THIS WAY!

BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And now Daisy's been deprived of the ONE person who has ALWAYS stood by her, believed in her, encouraged her to be the hero he has always known she could be - just so May gets to 'live her dream' with a DYING Coulson. So May's gonna be losing a second man she supposedly loves in a few weeks when she's NOT EVEN over the trauma of losing the literal love of her life.

BUUUUUUUUUUUUULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoilers for AOS Rewind, aka the Love Letter to Shitz

They have Fitz trying to take full responsibility when the aliens come for the team in the diner, because that’s character growth for Fitz! Indeed it its. But the military doesn’t let him off the hook, and punishes him on behalf of the team.

The military question him and of course have to remark that he’s the “big bad brain of SHIELD” which would be a perfect moment for me to suggest that he goes full MODOK this season?

Drinking game whenever anyone talks about how he is smarter or the smartest?

They bring up his brain trauma from S2 again, which is interesting, but it’s only used to suggest he believes it might have made him capable of doing something he can’t remember. And that the Framework acerbated his brain trauma.

We get to see a lot of him doing pushups and writing in the cell he’s in. Screaming at tv because of a soccer match (so I guess it is habitual that he screams at inanimate objects). It’s very boring filler.

Not sure about the real validity of Hunter’s escape plan but it’s mostly played for laughs and it’s like an episode of A-Team.

Daisy is now labelled as an “assassin” because her LMD shot Talbot in the head. SHIELD has been defunded and dissolved.

Bobbi and Hunter are together but not, which lets Fitz moan about how he and F/S are cursed by “distance”. Even though other members of the team are plagued by this as well every season, um...Daisy and Coulson?

The alien from the first episode is the Recorder, a Kirby creation. His name is Enoch and he sent the team to the future to fulfill a prophecy, specifically the year 2091.

Fitz was not part of the prophecy given by Robin Hinton who is an Inhuman precog who can see across spacetime. Polly and Robin must be pretty used to being chased since they barely react to being pursued by the military and Robin went the Terrigenesis early and it’s effected her ability to cope with her powers. Fitz gets to bring up the Spacetime episode and moans again how the universe has it in for F/S. Robin tells him he was left behind so he could save the team and they have to break into the base to send him to the future in the pod Enoch arrived in.

We’re subjected to several new Fed Military characters for plot reasons, they’re setting up the idea that there is something going on in the present that the military is actively planning for and hiding alien tech.

Also, this is the worst guarded and most incompetent black ops military base of all time? Because they break back in and use ferrets to set off perimeter alarms, because I guess they have no technology on this base?

They find the Z-1 and act like it’s nostalgic when they were just on it last season? (People online thought it was the Bus, but it’s clearly not.)

Literally, the whole point of this episode was how Fitz actually grew because of his experiences in the Framework into a leader, even though he feels guilty about all the killing people and stuff, and now he makes a sacrifice so he can wake up from cryo stasis ready to save the team and be ruthless in the future.
