I'll be honest, while Deuxmoi always and still does post a ton of BS, thanks to the development of this never-ending saga...I'm starting to really feel like she's been used intentionally to push this narrative along all the way from the very beginning. Aka 2021.

A very out there theory but hear me out: Early on, the fandom had the general consensus DM was BS. Especially in regards to CE. Because DM was the one that first started spreading his super secret GF nonsense back in 2021, right before the introduction of Soba Saga. Her almost nonsensical rants about her having legit sources on this secret GF - while doing weekly podcasts where she insisted she never got any intel on him because his circle was so tight knit (interesting how that suddenly changed out of nowhere when someone showed up) - just made her seem like crazy cat lady gossip conspiracy Marjorie Taylor Greene on steroids.

She was the first to post that "dating Soba for over a year and everyone in PT/her circle knows about it" in early 2022.

They go public in late 2022. 2023 There's some Sunday Spotted (I could be wrong) vDAY post about CE and "fiancé" being seen in town at dinner (sounds very similar to the most recent vDay sighting). That was about 10 months before the super secret wedding and there had been no announcement of being engaged, minus the Tumblr blogs and random third rate tabloids and troll twitter accounts passing on the rumors. DM starts spreading around the same time some Tumblr blogs get the intel about secret engagement, wedding, rift in the family, people on his side not liking Soba, etc. Eventually it is revealed DM was right all along???? In a complete turn of events her credibility goes from zero to 1 (grudgingly of course, while she continues to spill BS daily)

Meanwhile, DM gets the first RPatz sighting with Scarlett and crew at dinner. Nobody believed it - as Nancy mentioned, it just seemed too farfetched with the way that restaurant was set up.

Then in early 2024 we get an actual RPatz sighting with with Soba/CE, and separately, sightings with Scarlett and Colin. Now there's more "credibility" to that random other sighting even if it still can't be proven.

Now...possible project with RPatz and CE's name circulating. Maybe just gossip fodder, maybe some truth to it. Time will tell. Coincidences once again.

DM gets the sighting of CE in LA with Russos. He actually confirms that one himself a month later.

Simultaneously, DM gets random sightings of CE doing other stuff where soba is not mentioned. Nobody knows really what to believe anymore.

But for every 15 BS things she posts, she actually gets 1-2 right. It starts to completely make her a hit or miss source but enough to get people riled up and worried if/when she gets something related to CE/Soba.

In a way, this strategy, if it were to have any salt to it, is kinda interesting. It also sort of enforces the idea of possible foul play. Because if CE is truly in such a happy, private, loveful relationship, why use somebody as uncouth as DM to throw out breadcrumbs? Especially since, in the past, his fanbase and most Tumblr blogs believed it was only legit if it came from someone like People Mag (his team's go-to). Ironically, Page 6 has been getting most of the exclusive scoops this time around, in addition to weird low rate tabloids that eventually make its way to the top.

I know I sound like crazy qanon conspiracy theorist, but I guess people see what they wanna see. But for the people who believe this relationship isn't as genuine as some want to believe, it kind of tracks that somebody's PR team pushing this out in ways to sort of make you wonder, question, and push back on the validity. Just enough to make you think, maybe, maybe there's something going on BTS that they're not saying but they're kinda telling. But you'll never know what the truth is. At least not for now.

I do find DM’s role since 2023 to be very interesting indeed. You missed nothing. Not one thing. She’s made herself be credible enough during this, but also, she’s questionable. So of course, take everything she says with a grain of salt.

I made this comment a bit ago to someone else, he still uses People. Who got the Jinx articles first. Think about that for a moment. He. Just him.

As far as the last paragraph, what I will say is celebrities need to be talked about. Good or bad, they need the press. They need to be in the front of people’s minds. What better way to have them in people’s minds, and to have fans talk about something long past their expiration date than by playing a game. PR has become such a hot topic word, and I think very few people even understand it. But to me, if you’re having to play so many games, what really is real? Live your life. Isn’t that what we continue to be told they’re doing?

Hi BPP hope you are doing great. I’m a jikooker but there’s something that’s been bothering me a little bit and i would like to get ur opinion on it. So after Jimin posted that photo of himself and Jk, i saw some people making comments about Jk’s body language and how he kept his elbow out to keep a distance between him and Jimin. I’ve also seen other instances on original content when Jk’s body language with Jimin was kinda off or negative and the barely looked relaxed around him. When u see him with literally anyone else, he looks really relaxed and does not mind sitting really close to them but with Jimin it looks like sometimes Jk wants to intentionally keep a distance. Now I don’t even for one second believe the nonsense tkkrs and antis spew about Jk hating Jimin. Anybody with eyes can see how much Jk cares for and loves Jimin. So why do you think his body language is like that? And is this something you’ve noticed too? I would really like to hear what you think.

Hi Anon,

I'm going to make an example of your ask to show something I keep repeating from time to time, which is that the majority of the problems, 'discourse', and source of angst in k-pop spaces, is manufactured by k-pop stans themselves and has almost nothing to do with reality or the members.

One of the biggest tells that something is fan-manufactured BS, is if the narrative is riddled with contradictions, because cognitive dissonance can only take one so far.

For reference, to be sure the whole class is all on the same page, here's the picture Anon is referring to:

Anon, let's pick apart your ask a little bit.

Let's first talk about why you're listening to anybody trying to read body language from one still picture showing two Busan Bros and their backs.

The person most able and likely to fully read Jungkook's body language in this scenario, is Jimin. You know, the person who was beside Jungkook, actually with him in person, when the picture was taken. Not some random internet stranger sitting on their sofa looking at a still, pixelated image of jikook's backs.

Following that logic, if Jungkook was in any way uncomfortable with Jimin or wanted to get away from him in this instance, you'd have to first assume Jimin is inconsiderate, oblivious of Jungkook's feelings, or being something of a troll to JK, to then assume he'd go ahead and force JK to take this picture and then post it (assumed by some people to show JK was uncomfortable with Jimin in this case) on Jungkook's birthday.

Which is the end goal of that narrative. It takes an innocuous picture, and forces an end conclusion by first introducing a harmful assumption but one necessary to reach the end conclusion, in this case that assumption is of Jimin's character. So that's how a picture of Jungkook having his hands clasped in front him and likely holding something, which is obvious from the picture and which easily explains his posture, and shows JK actually leaning into Jimin - an obvious contradiction to the end-claim, then becomes fodder for the narrative of 'JK's body language around Jimin is "kinda off or negative and the barely looked relaxed around him."'

Like, that's a whole bunch of words pulled from the ether that have no bearing or relationship to the actual picture we're all looking at. All of those words came from the imagination of someone else who has nothing to do with jikook, and now I'm sitting here in my hotel room having to explain why it's bullshit.

Actually I didn't have to answer this, normally I'd delete it, but you started off your ask nicely and it's a good one to pick apart.

Because it shows the thing that really gets me about the kind of theories that drive discourse in BTS fan spaces. It's that every time, there's far more accessible and simpler explanations to explain what you're seeing, than anything you get from antis, shippers, rival shippers, akgaes, mantis - the usual suspects for this disease of a hyper-active imagination that for some reason always follows the plotline of a Fernando Gaitán telenovela. It's almost like the members are not treated as real people, but as fodder for drama and sensationalist conspiracy theories for that fan's entertainment, self-fulfillment and actualization.

It's what makes fandom such a self-sustaining system. It's that even when there are no problems or drama, you can count on some fan somewhere who will eagerly create them out of thin air, just to get a reaction from other fans who perhaps subconsciously have the primary motivations of the initial fan: treating the members first and foremost as a means to explore unresolved anxieties, insecurities, and boredom.

Now, this doesn't mean that Jungkook can never be uncomfortable around Jimin or want to keep his distance. We know it's possible because Jungkook is a person, and it's human to sometimes want your own space or to want to not always be in physical proximity with people around you, and that this can happen for a whole bunch of reasons. But what you sent me Anon, is an ask that's about a theory where the source of the theory itself (the picture), contradicts the end-claim of the theory, just to feed an underlying fan narrative that's often found in spaces that don't treat either Jimin or Jungkook as real people. The picture doesn't actually show Jungkook pulling away from Jimin. It shows Jungkook with his hands clasped in front of him, leaning into Jimin so Jimin's arm can get around his shoulder, Jimin standing with an upright posture, and both Jimin and Jungkook looking in the same direction.

The only thing possible to infer from this picture, is that jikook are jikooking.

It's possible this is a reality that makes some people so uncomfortable they'd look for any explanation to take away from that fact, including believing theories that are inherently self-contradictory, but there's no reason you need to play along with that BS. It wastes everybody's time and does nothing but dumb down the conversation in fan spaces.

The other day me and my friend had a whole debrief about jikook😭 and I mean hours long conversation but we also had other conversations in between and we talked about how they pretty much have nothing platonic going in between them, and how literally her words “they’re each others comfort place and they’re so comfortable with each other”, we also joked around about denying them because we were a bit jealous like imagine being young and in love and rich it’s wonderful obviously.

Well this is the part I wanted to mention honestly was when I brought up that (being eos comfort) I think jungkook may show signs of neurodivergence (specifically autism)(well I do believe he does since a lot of the things he’s done are traits of neurodivergency) and I don’t mean it in a bad way at all because well I too am neurodivergent but I don’t mean to try and diagnose him either because obviously only professionals can do that. But I kinda wanted to see your take on it (I’ve come to value your opinion quite a bit😭). I’ve also seen that jungkook possibly being neurodivergent is a topic that’s been discussed quite abit and have seen a lot of other neurodivergent people say they relate so much to him in terms of neurodivergency and I can say I am one of them too. So to my original point of this paragraph was that when I mentioned that to her <my friend> she was quite surprised and she also said it explained a few things about him and it made sense (in a non rude way) and I agreed but I also had this conversation with her because she also has a brother with severe autism and i too with a cousin who has really severe autism so I was familiar with these things based on being surrounded by it and personal experiences I go through but as someone with a lot less severe and mild symptoms. So eventually we got to the point where we discussed how people with autism have superfications on things they really really like and how they get so absorbed they tune everything out (a major sign of autism) she said that’s probably why he always watches jimin content and how he tends to constantly mention him, how he is always so fixated on jimin because he is a topic of interest and importance to him that he can go hours with watching his content and not move at all and how he constantly seeks him out for attention, comfort and play. (Jungkook had mentioned that he wouldn’t pay attention to comments during the 28.03.2023 live wanting to focus purely on jm and literally wanted us to watch him react to his baby) And when she mentioned that it was very fitting of him to have a fixation on someone he probably always sees and he values so highly but along with that he wants to show everyone that he supports jimin and he loves him and also wants people to know he does, whether anyone believes it’s romantic or not.

But I thought it was really cute and it melted my heart, I turned into a puddle of jikook joy😭

I've got neurodivergent siblings, a sibling with autism, a neurodivergent husband, a likely neurodivergent child and I'm neurospicy myself (those hyperfixations hit us all.... I say with a bts blog here and a book blog I should use more on the side) lol so yeah, I mean. I see it in Jungkook. It would make sense to me. It's something that gets mentioned every few months because it DOES make sense. Who knows if it's true or not. Only JK and those he would share it with. But I do see what you are saying. Also the rest of your little rant was adorable and so cute and I loved it. Your conversation with your friend sounds fun!

Some thoughts on this shipping discourse

I have already expressed MULTIPLE times how much I hate drama, so this is probably gonna be my last post on this topic. In the future, I might post less, not at all, or often but with only positive stuff. I just don't know if I can mentally handle being on here for much longer. Anyway, here are some thoughts:

Trying to convince Tkkrs they are wrong is not going to work.

I would like to challenge anyone here to think of a time when someone ACTUALLY changed their opinion on something after an online argument. Can't think of one? Exactly. Humans are stubborn, it's just part of who we are. Especially online, nobody is actually open to changing their opinion on things. We argue just for the sake of arguing.

And, we have to remember that Tkkrs are JUST as confident that their ship is real as we (Jkkrs) are. It may be stupid, but as a former Tkkr I would know (I had just joined the fandom and I was young, don't blame me for falling for the Taekook bs). Anyway, when I say I was confident in my belief that's an understatement. Eventually, I did stumble across Jikook, and the story is actually very funny. Again, I had just joined the fandom and hilariously, my mom was starting to get into BTS too. One day, she stumbled across a Jikook video on youtube, called me in the room and showed me, saying "look how in love these two are". I was hesitant at first (still being a tkkr at the time), but I watched it with her, because she was my mother; someone that I knew and trusted. If some random person online had sent me the same video and told me to watch it, I wouldn't have. I would be pissed and ignore it. My point is, to convert me from a Tkkr to a Jkkr, it took my own mother showing me a video, and explaining to me that with her almost 60 years of life experience, she could tell they were in incredibly in love.

Nobody's gonna listen to a random person's opinion on line. At least, not with an open mind.

2. We're just giving toxic people the attention they want.

More than 50% of what I see on Jikook Tumblr recently is answers responding to toxic people's posts, whether those people are tkkrs, antis, or solo stans. Because we answer all their stupid questions, more of these people are coming out of the woodwork to share their own stupid opinions. And then it's just a toxic circle.

Even though it may give you some satisfaction to roast random strangers on the internet (I even enjoy reading roasts by jkkrs sometimes), it's really not worth it. We're just giving them the attention they want. If we just ignored them for a while and didn't answer their questions or respond to them, they wouldn't go away, but we would definitely see less of them on here.

Also, aren't we kinda being hypocrites? When tkkrs leave hate on Jikook posts we all get together to hate on them (which is justified) but we seem to have no problem when jkkrs leave hate on Taekook posts. I know it's different because Jikook is real and taekook isn't, but again, we're not going to convince them by leaving hate comments. We're just gonna piss them off more. Honestly, I think the only thing that would shut tkkrs up once and for all is if Jikook came out with their relationship, and we all know that's not going to happen, at least not anytime soon.

Ok, I think that's the end of my rant. Please let me know if you agree with me or not. If you disagree, I totally understand. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I'm just sharing mine.

ALSO 3 more things:

1: please feel free to send me asks! I will respond to ALL of them as long as they are not toxic.

2: does anyone know any platforms where the Jikook community is welcoming and nice? It may sound stupid but I think that's what I really need right now. I have no BTS friends and would LOVE someone to talk to about them.

3: let me know if you would like me to stay on here. I'm almost definitely not gonna post any more stuff about this drama, but I will 100% post more cute and wholesome Jikook moments if y'all want me to.

ok but real talk I didn't like the promo + marketing for it. honestly I feel like hybe is rly messing up w enhypen, what with the "pov types of bfs" tiktoks (there r better ways of posting thirst traps - learn from ateez and skz) and the promos and teasers including wallpapers. it felt more like fanservice for the super delulu fans more than actual promo. also I feel like the marketing and graphic design could have been a lot better bc while it might have worked some time ago, now competing groups like skz and ateez who have/had comebacks recently or soon have much better marketing, design, etc. this is kinda controversial but imo I rly kinda wish that enha was under jype instead bc the production + marketing under jype is a lot better than hybe - my friend and I were comparing my manifesto and her maxident and while both albums are really really good, the product for maxident was imo better designed, w the pc concepts better, poster seperate from the lyric poster, cd design better, etc. imo (and again, controversial) hybes kinda slipping after bts' success - txt recent line distribution, enha pov tiktoker, lsfm promoting one song 17 million times, etc. not even jype specifically - even a label like kq which actually respects it's artists (those crazy stalker atinys given legal trouble vs whatever the hell belift was doing).

I digress but the point is - while the members were really really good and talented I do wish the production and marketing was a bit better.

also ik I ranted ab Jays songwriting credit already, but I genuinely am rly happy ab it and would've been regardless of the member bc I genuinely rly like it when the members r involved in the production and development of the album/song beyond just vocals and visuals bc it brings a rly nice element to it so I do hope we see more of that!!

tl;dr: album was so good. the songs were rly good but I do wish the production and marketing was better. the members ate (as usual). I rly liked that member/s were involved in early stages!

For entertainment purposes only I had to cut off the readin at the hyung line bc I completely lost focus during Namjoon's rant and had to tie it all up and take a break. I might do a part two another day.

Jin : "Aigooo Bang PD-niiiim" The guy is acting just like in that vlive when he was drunk lol. "Really, he is a good manager but he did not have to be so strict when we were young. We know he had expectations of us and he wanted us to succeed because he knew we could, but I wish he had the softness he has more today at that time too. I would have gotten yelled at less. He was happy i made a lot of progress in dance and voice, he was even more happy everyone agreed i was handsome and some went to see us for that. He made the right choice with us."

Hey foxy, hope you're doing good 🤍 Thank you for the MM update, I loved it.

This chapter was kinda special. It felt so domestic. It also made me think how Jungkook was mentally back then when he exposed his ink first. I mean there was also the dating rumor with cctv shit but I just remembered how fcked up that time was back then and reading this chapter made me think about it again. It made me think how great Jungkook (irl) matured. How unbothered he is by anything at this point. Ofc we don't know him personally but I feel like he can take much more now with 26 than back then with 21. Anyways I hope he had his kinda "sasha" in real life back then or even now that can just get help or just get comforted. Anyways I'm just ranting atp, I'm sorry 😭 I miss him sm sometimes </3

Ah and back to the chapter, I'm happy that sasha talked to him openly about her feelings. For a moment I thought they might fight but it actually was so cute. Sasha's such a cutie 🥹

I am not directly familiar with what you're talking about but I will stay happily ignorant haha. By the time I found BTS Jungkook actually already had his tattoos! People griping seemed to bubble up every time we got a glimpse of new ink so color me not surprised it was there from the beginning. I don't know if it's true but I think maybe the first time his tattoos were ever seen were in airport photos so I took inspiration from that 😎

So while i didn't really see his reaction live to whatever the initial response, I totally agree he has grown so much even in just the years I've been a BTS fan. They all seem to have developed a healthier protected space and I hope that's true, both through their own self confidence and identity and also, like you said, loved ones who can keep them steady.

As for the My Matryoshka chapter, I think for a moment they both thought it might be a fight too 😂

Aid Update! (+BTS Drabble below tha cut)

Well, I knew I’d have to do it eventually, and now is just as good of a time as any, I suppose, and it's best to do before I get even deeper: I’m doing my first official rewrite!

It may be a couple, a few, or several (hopefully not several) months before you see any new chronological Aid chapters, but that’s because I’m hard at work behind the scenes trying to piece together something way more cohesive!

The sequence of major events that I have already shown remains relatively (using that word loosely here) the same, but I’m touching up, adding, and changing some minor and secondary things (okay, maybe this whole thing is getting a Hollywood makeover and major facelift and there are bits of rearranged info so I’m not accidentally exposing dumping—I’m looking at you chapter 5 & 7) to serve the overall narrative better now that I have a better grip on this story as opposed to when I first started this.

(“Where’s this coming from?” You may didn’t ask. Well, I also want to post on other platforms, and I sure as fuck can’t do that with the mess I have right now!)

*I’m considering having Beta readers and consulters in my next go-around to help avoid making some of the same mistakes. If you’re interested & don’t mind getting spoilers (including The Aid’s real name), are okay with all the CWs listed on the Masterlist, and can deal with Wyatt being a POS, shoot me a DM!

[Ranting Bitching begins]

I’ll also change the chapter format; logistically, I don’t know how this will turn out. That guy I just introduced in the Part 2 Sneak Peak, Benny, yeah that’s a main character who’s getting pushed towards the front (Part 1) so we get to know him alongside Mr. Aid, not after the fact.

“Why didn’t you push Benny to the front to begin with?”

Well, cause ya see, I wrote the beginning of this in a rush because I just wanted to write something and post it without thinking I’d come to care about the story the way I do now. Truthfully, I didn’t think of Benny until after the fact, and he didn’t solidify himself as a lead until a bit later. (I’m a noob, okay, this is the first story I’ve ever attempted to write, and all this has been a big learning process—ah, growing pains!)

Because Benny throws a wrench in things, I may end up deleting all/most of my current entries and start from the very beginning, releasing a chapter a week for the first 20-25ish chapters, AKA the new Part 1–AFTER I finish my rewrites and new writes. What I have up right now will stay there until I can replace it. But I’m not sure. I don’t know how to go about this, and I’m open to suggestions! I know this is chaotic, and backtracking may seem insane, but it’s necessary for the amount of sheer world-building happening on both these MCs’ ends, and this is a slow climb, not a 100-meter dash, so put on your hiking boots!

Where I’ve gone wrong:

Let’s just say I don’t like The Aid’s abilities, and AU lore not even being mentioned until chapter 5. I know that’s a problem, and it's really sloppy on my end. I started writing this story before I had it fleshed out in the slightest bit, and it snowballed into something bigger than I had imagined it would be. I still have a lot of intricacies to settle, but at the very least, I need to lay some better groundwork. My foundation was built on a fucking sinkhole. To be honest, admitting all this is kinda embarrassing, but I’m not a professional, and this is my first whack at it. Besides, piecing together an alternative reality with Mystics and cooperations owning and selling people while world-building an apocalyptic hellscape with remaining “safe towns,” resistance factions, and a fucking cult regime vying for control while a disease basically creates zombies, making the notion of escape nearly impossible for our MCs, on top of making two separate storylines that converge into one is really, really goddamn hard. And so is writing the haunted protagonist, the other tenacious protagonist, and the insane, sadistic antagonist POVs alongside each other. Choices were surely (sorely?) made! :’) A sobering experience indeed.

Also, my pacing is irritating me. In my opinion, I have been severely slipping and not delivering what I want to be. Maybe that’s the fault for starting where I did in the timeline. The Aid needs to rest and heal. He’s reflecting, contemplating, and unfortunately stagnant. I mean, he did just temporarily die from blood loss and came back up after four months of isolation. He’s beaten to shit after about a year and a half of being abused and tortured. He’s not okay, and he knows it.

However, I don’t love how I’ve neglected to share his past and different sides of him, as he’s a bit of a chameleon under normal circumstances. Consequently, it implores me to add some backstory parts/ficlets/what-ever-we-wanna-call-them so we know him, not only this shell of a person he currently is and the person he’s reborn as. I have several half-started entries that will explore parts of his history with Madame Eleanor, his first year with Wyatt, and even some extras with another currently not-mentioned Sullivan family member who left a mark or two (this whole family is fucked, I can’t wait to show them all off). So I hope to release some “Extras” in the meantime.

Looking back at the beginning, I can tell how hesitant I was to show just how horrible Wyatt is, so I’m amping up his fuckery so we know his character from the jump. I didn’t know my characters very well initially, but after several months together, I know them way better and am less timid about showing them for who they are.

i do think infantilizing asian men is a big problem in the kpopper community but i think a big reason as to why people still see dream as “cotton candy boys” is because we remember when they were 14-16 years old. i was there when they debuted and i had already been in the kpop community for a few years. im an 00 baby and im asian too and i remember seeing dream like “wow these dudes are so young” because i was a big exo l and army and they were grown ass men. at the time, it was very odd for ALL the members of an idol group to debut at THAT young of age so i wasnt used to seeing these dudes my age that looked so young. plus it doesn’t help we kinda watched them grow up and theres so much content from when they were kids. kinda like how we view disney actors that we grew up with that never really shook the disney persona in our heads. i’m not excusing this mindset because i think it’s flawed but i think that’s why you see people say stuff like that about dream.

ive been an nctzen since the 7th sense and it took me a long time to see the sex appeal in dream because i still saw them as the hoverboarding nerds, even though im the exact same age as half of them (which i realize now that i was the problem)

all this to say, it’s still a big problem that people infantilize these asian men (especially) in their 20s but i think this mindset is why people (esp seasoned kpoppers that have been in the community for years) might say these things about dream more

this is personal but in general im having a bad week and I was listening to Jungkook yesterday and randomly teared up thinking abt everything he’s probably had to go thru chsjxjjsjx. bc when I got into bts I think JK was still 17 going onto 18 and the amount of sexualization I saw online was INSANE. it only got worse with time, but literally it back tracks as far as pre-debut and upsets me so fucking muche xnnejc im very sensitive abt it because I developed very early on in life and had grown men speaking to me inappropriately ever since a 1 digit age which I think really fucked up my head and made me internalize shit but like thats WHY I feel this way abt all of this

bc it took me a long time to become comfortable with my own body and expressing myself sexually bc I was over-sexualized from a very young age which made me regress where as I feel like kpop idols almost do the opposite at times……like they’re repressed to act like children well into their 20’s and end up ripping their clothes off as soon as they can.

JK is the best example of this for me bc I have followed him in bts since he was a minor? where as Dream I didn’t follow much prior to Ridin’ because their sound wasn’t my vibe(I still prefer 127’s music now). like thats why I was getting sad bc I was like mannnn JK’s sooooooo insanely talented and instead of letting him bloom artistically Bang PD let Scooter Braun paint him out to be this overly horny fuck boy. which is fine, whatever, its just music and he said multiple times its not personal for him at all but just cndjxjd ik he had to deal with so much at such a young age even some nasty ass old man telling him how pretty he was on tv when he was 15 saying JK his TYPE😐 I HATE THINKING ABT IT NDJEJXJDJD

its a double ended sword like being overly sexualized too young or infantilized as a whole adult, both are topics that piss me off. from one spectrum there is me who really clings to my childhood bc I feel like I was never treated or seen as a child bc of my rush thru puberty vs my friend who is super petite and has always wanted to be seen as womanly/adult bc she can pass for a kid. we had this discussion one day and I was like holy shit this is internalized trauma…

Arabella felt her head heavy and throbbing as she laid her hand on her forehead. Did she fall asleep? Her eyes fell on the clock on the wall. It was way after 2am.

With a groan she forced herself to sit up, everything around her spinning for a moment before it all fell into place. She had been laying on the floor of her ranted apartment - a cover up to be closer to her target.

The pizza box beside her was still open with the half-eaten piece of cheese pizza inside. Goosebumps rose on her skin then and she felt a light breeze coming from the dark night outside. The balcony doors were wide open. Her eyes grew wide. It can't be.

She immediately stood up, legs still wobbling a little and went out. It was silent at the backyards of the tall buildings. Only a stray cat pushing a can making a noise.

She noticed a rope tied on the balcony railing up to the window of the building diagonally from hers. The wind blew again, tousling her waves and causing the rope to swing. She huffed.

She grabbed the zipper of her hoodie and in a swift move got rid of her clothes. Revealing the tight black attire she had been wearing underneath. Tucking her hair out and tying it into a ponytail, she pulled out her extra layered gloves and slid them over her hands before hooking her belt to the rope and swinging herself onto it. She crossed her legs around it, her grip tight as she pulled herself up to the other apartment's window.

When she finally reached it, she unhooked herself and pushed the ajar balcony door open. Crossing her arms over her chest upsetly. "Sedating me to preempt me. Quite rude and not very gentleman-like of you," she laughed out.

It hadn't been difficult to figure out who had been behind this.

A short laugh escaped the man's plum lips as his hands paused from working on the safe and he heaved his cheek from the cold metal. "Oh darling, Bella, I'd never try preempting you."

"Save your breath, Jimin," she snorted. "You were the delivery boy, right?"

"Indeed," he chuckled, wiggling his head, "Kinda disappointing you didn't recognise me under the disguise." He sighed dramatically, giving her a cheeky grin then. "But I guess my disguises are just that good, huh?" She rolled her eyes, choosing not to comment on it. Partially because she felt embarrassed with herself for not foreseeing this happening. Partially because she didn't want to feed his ego any more.

"I like your new hair by the way, it suits you," he said before focusing back on the safe. Adding with a grin to himself, "Makes you extra dangerous and hot."

She blinked confused before processing what he meant. He hadn't seen her with her current hairstyle. Dyed copper-red hair and bangs. She clicked her tongue. "Thanks," she mumbled. About to enter the room when he held his hand up. Stopping her.

"You might wanna rethink that, love," he mumbled and pointed at the corners of the luxurious furnished room. It was dark so she could clearly see the red dots coming from the laser alarm system.

"I see.." She zipped down her black leather jacket, taking out a small spray bottle from between her chest. Spraying it into the room. And indeed, red laser beams crossed all around the room. "How did you come across them without disabling them?"

He licked over his lips, pressing his cheek against the cold metal again. "You should know how flexible I am," he winked at her, making her audibly snort.

Arabella was used to Jimin's overly high self-esteem and flirting, it wasn't anything new and part of his charm. Still, he made her fall asleep to get to the document before her. Offending her ego and thief honour.

She observed his expression turning back into a concentrating one, brows furrowed as he was trying cracking the safe. It was a rather old school one. The type you had to spin around the wheel and listen to when it clicked. But that was all a cover. Because as soon as he discovered the last digit, a small display appeared. Asking for a key card.

"Good I came prepared," he smirked to himself and pulled out the needed key card from his blazer's pocket. Or well, the key card copy he got with the help of a skimmer while pretending being a bank clerk the other day.

And indeed, the safe clicked open and he opened the lid. Revealing the document of importance they both were after.

"Guess my job here's done," he said as he folded it and slid it into his jacket.

But then an electronic voice started speaking, coming right from the safe. Beginning a countdown, Both looking at each other startled.

"What the - did you touch anything?" Arabella squealed panicked.

"No! I swear I didn't!" he defended himself, "Maybe you touched a laser after all!"

She huffed, crossing her arms. "I didn't! Thank you very much!"

Jimin faced the safe again, trying frantically to find a way to stop the countdown, not knowing what would happen when it reached zero. And he also wasn't keen to find that out.

"Well, bye bye then." She was ready to hook herself on the rope again and slide it down to her ranted place when she heard Jimin getting up.

"Aw, c'mon, love. You won't leave me here hanging, right?" He was giving her his most charming smile, although he should know it wouldn't work on her the same way it worked on other women. So he gave up when he saw her persisting unimpressed expression. "Fine, fine. Then leave me behind. Wouldn't be the first time anyway. But how about I'll give you that in exchange for your help?" he smirked and heaved his arm. A golden necklace he had snatched from the safe dangling from his fingers. And he saw her brown eyes widening. Of course, he thought, that always worked.

"How about you give me that and the document, which is my actual mission."

"Mission, huh? So who gave you the job?"

"None of your business." And with that she swang herself over the rope and let herself slide down.

"Bella-baby!" he called out, completely forgetting about the lasers. And unfortunately it was too late, his hand already interrupting a beam. An alarm going off along with the countdown that was nearing ten now. "Crap," he muttered and quickly ran to the window, also getting on the rope.

Dogs started barking from afar and lights got turned on one by one in the neighbouring buildings and apartments.

As soon as he reached her balcony, he pulled with all his force on the rope, untangling the hook and quickly collected it. He shut the balcony doors behind him then, before any neighbour managed peeking outside and possibly seeing him.

He dragged out a breath, relieved they made it out in time when suddenly feeling weak. And he fell to the ground. The image of Arabella stepping forward and bending over his numb body was only a blur.

"Oh, Jiminie.. I'm sorry, but you kinda forced me," she pouted. Her voice overly sweet as her face hovered over his, brushing a strand off his face before her hand wandered over his cheek to his neck and down to his chest. Disappearing under his jacket, only to appear again seconds later. With a piece of paper between her fingers. "Call it revenge for the drugged pizza. I'll see you soon," she smirked then and pecked his lips before disappearing from his eyesight. And everything turned black.

He didn't know how long he had passed out. He only realised he was on the backseat of his car when he gained consciousness again and his eyes fell open. Seeing blurry buildings and lights coming from out of the window. "Shit."

"I'd say so. We only saw Arabella waving us goodbye before she drove off on her motorbike. What happened? Did she outwit you again?"

He turned his head, recognizing Yoongi on the passenger seat.

"Well, you see," he chuckled then and attampted to sit up. His body still weary from the injection. "Let's say Bella didn't like the pizza."

The older guy just shook his head, laughing dryly. The usual blank expression on his face remaining. "Told you it was a dumb idea."

"So let me guess," Taehyung, who was driving the car, said with an upset undertone. "She also got the document."

"I feel offended," Jimin frowned, putting a hand on his chest, "You should know I always go prepared to heists." And with that a piece of paper appeared in his hand which he had pulled out from his sleeve. "The one she got was obviously a fake copy of it."

Taehyung heaved a sigh in relief, nodding. "So she got a fake one," he grinned, "She'll be furious when finding out."

Jimin shrugged, his gaze wandering out the moving scenary. "Well, that's how it is between us. She should know me by now."

Jimin shouldn't feel bad about it. At least that's what the guys were telling him when that video appeared in his inbox the next day.

It was true, Arabella tended to betray him and leave alone with the loot. And still, he forgave her every time. Because he could not not forgive that beautiful woman. This was how she was. A true thief. And loot was not the the only thing she had stolen from him all these years they had known each other.

After all the times Arabella had dumped them, he still never held a grunge against her. He knew she'd never leave him behind if there was actual danger. She'd never abandon him in a hopeless situation where he couldn't save himself. She'd never do that. Like that previous night. She knew Taehyung and Yoongi must have been close by as his partners and would get him out of there in time.

And that was why he couldn't help but feel guilty right now. And actually offended. He played the video again.

Once again Arabella appearing on the screen. Tied on an armchair. Her clothes looking torn at some parts. Her usually shiny waves ruffled.

"So Jimin, you really got me this time with your little attics," she weakly smiled. Heaving her head more to reveal a silver collar around her neck. A blinking green and red light on it. "Unfortunately my client didn't find it as amusing as me, so.." Her voice breaking, sounding almost pleading. "If you could drop off the real document, that'd be great. Or well you know I could also ask another thief for help. I heard Chat Noir is really good. Perhaps better than you, who knows." She shrugged and looked away. Squeezing her eyes shut before the video abruptly cut off.

A message with a place and time attached to it.

"West Inn Park House

10pm"

There was no need for more info. He knew what would happen if he didn't obey, judging from the fact that silver collar was more than just a nice accessoiry.

Sighing, he folded his arms behind his head and leaned back. Staring at the white ceiling. How dare she thought someone else but him could save her.

"You're gonna do it, aren't you?"

"Obviously, do I have a choice?" He stared at Yoongi who was sitting cross-legged on the couch opposite to him. His arms folded, holding his sword in its shaft.

"And how do we know this is real and not fake?" Taehyung inquired from across the room. "This could be a setup. You should expect anything from this woman."

It wasn't a secret that his friends didn't like nor trusted Arabella, rightly so. And they couldn't comprehend why Jimin was so head over heels for her either. Seemingly forgetting the countless times she set them up for her own opportunistic reasons. And Taehyung might be right this time again. And still, he couldn't risk it.

"What if it's true after all? What then?" He didn't want his voice to be shaky. But they did notice the genuine worry it was holding.

Yoongi and Taehyung exchanged a glance before the latter finally sighed.

"Fine, then do it. But what can we use instead of the document then?"

"Who says we'll have to use anything else?" Jimin smirked. "Just because I'll go save Bella from that unfortunate situation doesn't mean we'll just give it away." He stretched his arms contently when noticing blue lights peeking behind the curtains. Blasting sirens suddenly screeching through the silence. All three pressing their hands against their ears.

"This is Interpol! We know you and your gang are up there!"

"Oh no, not again.." Yoongi sighed. Already sliding out his long weapon from its sheath.

Taehyung went over to window, hiding himself behind the wall when taking a quick glance behind the curtain. Already holding his Magnum close. "How did he even find us?"

"This is our last warning! Come out or-"

"Jeez, pops is really at it again," Jimin laughed out, a smirk forming on his lips as he pulled out his walter-ppk from inside his jacket. "He's really getting better at it, I give him that."

"We're coming!"

"That was our cue!"

The three ran out the apartment and upstairs to the rooftop from where they jumped over to the neighbouring building's roof. It only being a meter apart and lower from theirs. When deciding on a hideout they always made sure to choose one with an easy escape route for cases like this.

Inside the other building, they found the bag they had hidden there at the basement and changed into the police attire they had once stolen from an unguarded truck. Being prepared coming in quite handy. They also put on wigs and disguised their faces, Yoongi also hiding his sword. Already hearing officers entering that building as well to look for the thieves there.

"Time to mingle!"

They headed upstairs, where one officer was already guarding the entrance door. "The basement's clear!" Jimin said in a stern voice as they passed by him. "We'll look outiside the area in case they made it out." The trick was to just walk and talk confidently like you were supposed to be there and do this. That usually prevented from anyone rising suspicion.

"Alright," the officer nodded, looking quite bored as he watched them walk out. Disappearing in the crowd of officers and bystanders who were trying catching a glimpse of what was going on.

From the distance they could hear 'pops' - as they fondly called the Interpol agent assigned to their cases, Kim Seokjin - holding back a swear when Team Alpha called through the radio, saying they couldn't find anyone.

His assistants, agents Jeon and Blake were speaking with the inhabitants of the buildings in case they had seen something, which they surely didn't. That Jimin was sure of. But even if they did, the three were already far gone by that point. Getting into their car, that was of course parked further away and in an empty alley, not easily spotted from the main street. Finally tearing off their masks.

"Seriously though, how did he find us this time?" Yoongi wondered out loud from his usual spot on the backseat. "He's really getting better. We gotta be more careful." He was just glad he didn't have to use his precious sword this time. It always exhausted him when doing so. Jimin shrugged as he drove off, turning into the main street towards west.

"No clue. But there's something else we gotta take care of now."

As of riize, i heard about get a guitar but never paid attention to it bc wth am going to do with a guitar?? Ummm.. how/why did i start stanning for me to be able to stan a group, i have to find a song that i like a lot, and then a member that really reels me into the group, making me want to learn more about them. In this case it was seunghan haha

So erm.. i remember talk saxy came out but i never listened to it, just saw the thumbnail on youtube and i was just like "oh cool!" And continued on with my day. A few days later though (fun fact talk saxy was released on my kpop anniversary) it finally dawned on me that they had a new mv so i listened to it at school. It was just okay. Watched the mv when i got home; the song was songing (for context, when i have a fav song i play the crap out of it then get tired of it a week later.. talk saxy took me a month to recover-) and seunghan was seunghaning.

So uhh.. decided to look more into them. My bias list at the time was seunghan.. maybe shotaro then sohee then sungchan (reminds me of yujun) and then anton (idk if anton was up or down or not)

Shotaro caught my eye bc usually hes really giggly and smiley but i had watched the bts of talk saxy and my jaw DROPPED bc how he so foine like?????

As far as anton.. me bestieee (@starryriize) is sohee biased and i was too kinda, but anton was catching my eye a little bit so i just declared he would be my bias even though i thought it would change in a week or so (IT DIDNT HAHAHAH)

So today is Namjoons birthday of which I didn't know by the way because I saw nothing on twitter and that maybe be because I'm on pjm twitter and they don't give a fuck. But there was nothing on the trends or anything. I saw jimin's IG post just now and only then I knew about his birthday. Happy birthday to a music lyrical genius a dime in kpop.

This got me missing BTS and their content basically everything about them. I miss them, I miss them so much. The hiatus didn't really affect me last year because when it was announced I was going through it academically. And this year I was so caught up with jimin and face I even forgot about them. But lately especially today I found myself missing them.

I miss run BTS I miss their YT content. I actually miss armies before the hiatus turned them to a toxic fandom. I miss their fun tweets and spaces on twitter. Alot has been happening in this second chapter that has made me hate some members well not hate per say but I don't like them either. The second chapter has revealed alot about the members and the fandom its self

There are some members who's personalities are just off like literally off. And I sort of like get why that certain member doesn't have alot of friends judging by the way he acts, he doesn't have friends not because he's an introvert but because he's got a bitch ass attitude personality

As much as alot has happened in this chapter I miss the old BTS the BTS before the hiatus. As much as I want BTS to come back of which they will. There will be a huge change in the group's dynamics. You can clearly see right now that jimin prefers jhope and Jin over the others in reality where as it always seemed like he was closer with jk and Tae. I know that their bond is deeper than it seem because they don't show us everything at the same time it might not. Sometimes there's no deeper meaning to something it is what it is. Because I'm here wondering that now it is clear pretty much visible that soulmates vmin is no more. Are they going to act like the divorce doesn't exist

If the group comes back are they going to act like jk is not preferred member. That out of all of them he's the one they see potential in. Are they going to act like one member hasn't received royal treatment that they didn't receive in their debuts nor in their prime time as a group. Or are they going to act like it didn't happen just like jimin's no1 which their refusing to acknowledge because of reasons only they know or is because till today they don't believe that he actually did that on his own idk. And then there's jk looking at his attitude now and all that he's said and done is he going back and pretend to be a sweet maknae. The one who's always quite in interviews. Is he going to pretend like he didn't really said he wants to be bigger than BTS' is he going to pretend like he basically said he's better than everyone like he didn't say he was the chosen one.

Are the members and the company going to sweep everything that happened under the carpet and pretend like everything is okay because it definitely isn't. If it ain't some members not talking about BTS come back it's some using the groups name as a click bait.

Idk if I made sense but I'm just curious about alot of things and I just miss BTS.

Overall jimin has always find a way to make me mind my own business and loudly remind me that I'm just a fan quietly. Because tae was Mia during his debut but he posted him on his debut on IG. He supported every member on their debut. Sometimes I think jimin does such things to people to kinda say he's got a problem with me but I don't. Or sometimes things are not as deep as we make them to be because they don't show us everything but based on what we see mhh mhh mhh

Again jimin has reminded me to mind my business loudly and that I'm just a fan I should know my place because I could be ranting that jikook is not real only to find out that after military they're moving to that mansion JK's building in itaewon because "we don't know everything"

I wouldn't call it a sensitive matter, but if a particular segment of the fandom (cough, Taekookers, cough) is feeling upset about this, I don't see any issue with that as long as it doesn't lead to hatred toward other members. That's where I draw the line. This isn't your typical BTS content where all members are expected to be present. It's a bit more complex. I think the issue arises from the company's focus on specific pairs most of the time. I'm not implying a conspiracy, but content related to YOONMIN, NAMKOOK, MINIMONI, VMIN, NAMGI, etc., could have been included and celebrated with same enthusiasm over the 10 years.

I believe Jungkook is telling the truth when he mentioned that Jimin wanted to do this, and the company seized the opportunity. If Taekook shippers have an issue with it, they have a right to be. Jikook and Taekook are two of the biggest ships in the fandom. So, if the company focuses solely on one pair and not the other, it's not fair to Taekook enthusiasts or even ARMY who want to see Taekook content. It also sets a certain narrative that can lead to unwarranted hate towards Taehyung (even by OT7). There's no concrete proof or statements regarding any pairing's realness; it's mostly fan speculation, which may or may not be accurate. But to overlook Taekook as a pair for official content, especially for ARMY who believe no member is in a romantic relationship, is setting the stage for unnecessary criticism.

As you've mentioned before, and I agree, Taekook has matured and can handle being on camera together just fine. I can understand any concerns up until 2018, but beyond that, it seems like it's taking a long time to establish that Taehyung can do something for Jungkook without people jumping to conclusions. When people wonder why Taehyung gets more hate, this is a part of the answer. Even now we see Taekook more together in ads than company content. I'm not accusing the company of any malicious intent; they likely made these decisions to protect the members and themselves, but that doesn't mean these decisions can't be flawed. I apologize for the lengthy rant, but it's clear that the company did dirty to Taekookers in this regard.

And people say we are unhinged when most of the things we get are either from the artists or third party sightings. Trust me I understand why jkkrs looks so delulu.

Mmm, that is a complex thing actually right? Because the way we look at this kinda has to do with which perspective we take (though perhaps the outcome is the same on all accounts, just the way we get to it might differ). Gonna think out loud a bit..

If we take the most neutral perspective, that would be that of Armies who don't believe in ships. I kinda wonder if they even think about stuff like this. Do non shippers miss company Taekook content? I really don't know. I think perhaps some might have the same reaction some Tkkrs have to Jkk content. They associate Taekook with Tkkrs and are therefore more busy with fandom reaction than with the actual content. But then again, I follow some (I think..though you never know) neutral blogs and those are always happy to see Tae and Jk together. In general my take is that neutral army does not have the same call for Tkk content as we do... whereas I have seen a call for Vmin content when there was a lack thereof. I'm sure neutrals would love to see Tae and Jk together in something, but I don't know if the demand is actually that high.

Now, let's take the company's perspective... I am of the opinion that the company does not treat both ships equaly, because they know one is not actually a ship. That does change things, because there is the adition of having to keep it a secret.. and.. extra Tkk content will surely get huge fandom reactions. Taking into account that there's arguably more Tkkrs than Jkkrs already.. I'd say they perceive it as an actual risk. That does not necessarily mean that the risk is as high as they perceive it, but they will always base their decisions on worst case scenarios. They protect their business and a part of that is keeping 'scandals' away. Is that unfair? Definitely, the whole closeting situation is unfair. Is it with bad intentions? I mean.. partly? It does actually protect Tae and Jk's privacy and relationship, because imagine the whole world and media being all over them. I'd say the worst thing is that they aren't allowed to be openly queer. Privacy and openness about sexuality should be up to them, and I think the company does have a say in that. I don't know how much of the pairing of Yoonmin, Hopemin, Vmin we got this year is the company's idea or the result of members preferences. I tend to believe Jimin and Yoongi and Jimin and Hobi are actually close and that therefore them being in official content together is natural. But, there's also obviously pr benefits there. People hate me for this, but Jm at Tae's fanmeeting was pr for both.. does that mean their connection is less real? No. Things can be both and it was clear that they both enjoyed being able to do this together. Same goes for Jm and Jk's travelvlog stuff. It's nice that they get to do that together and I think they had a blast and both wanted to do it. But the purpose of it is to entertain Army. And that is where the difference becomes clear in how the company treats Taekook... because I am fairly sure we would never have gotten a Taekook travelvlog (omg how hilarious would that be.. for us 😂)if Tae and Jk had wanted to do it. Sure we get them interacting on lives and they might even do a live together at one point, but actual company released footage... I don't think it's in the stars for us. But... then again you never know and we might just get lucky someday. Sure, not all members get to pair up.. we don't really see Namjoon do anything with anyone as much, but the thing is that Tae and Jk are amongst the closest (if not closest... yes, closest!) pairing and they do not get put together on official content. Unfair or protection? I don't know.. maybe also both.

So our perspective (as Tkkrs) we will always think of it as unfair. We want as much as we can get and we are [rotective of them and we think we know what they themselves would want at times. Do Tae and Jk actually want to be doing something offical together? And to what extent? I still have some hopes for Tae going to support Jk publicly somewhere. I think him being in Suchwita (which could have been edited out) was a step. But I don't think it's going to be much bigger steps than that. Perhaps they'll go to some awardshows together, or with Jimin as well? I think their relationship with Tkkrs is complex. Though it might feel justifying in some way, us screaming too loudly will increase their unsafety. Tkkrs in comments being too bold is annoying for that same reason. They can't come out, so don't push them. I think the company's relationship is equally complex, but obviously not emotionally based. They too have to walk a line between making use of them and keeping them a secret.

Lastly, we have the perception of other ships, mainly Jkkrs. To them, Jm and Jk doing a travelvlog together is proof. I mean, it's probably gonna be worse than the Tokyo GCF. That sucks because I already know the amount of straws in my inbox will be insane and their takes on it will make me cringe out of embarresment and annoyance. But.. that does not mean Jk and Jm shouldn't be able to do this stuff. They want to, they enjoy it.. and I will just avoid straws for a while until things have settled.

I am gonna enjoy seeing Jm and Jk together so much. I love them, love the way they interact and I think it's gonna be super funny. Sure things might be unfair on some level (I don't actually think I have a strong conclusion in here somewhere), but to me that does not stand in the way of enjoying whatever content we get. I think this whole situation makes it hard to be fair to everyone in all aspects.
