the best thing to do is to boycott it. i won’t be making any gifs or reblogging any content from the collab. i won’t be watching or listening to the song. it’s unfortunate they’re caught up in a deal with coke, but jype has had a long standing deal with them so im not surprised to see it continue. especially since most companies are generally being problematic from us headquarters and not foreign ones. i also assume it’s more for jyp’s benefit than anyone else’s, man is desperate to chart…. but at the end of the day all we can do is not support the collab and let jype know fans aren’t happy about it

hi!! so i've tried a lot of things to learn korean but i'll rec a few ive really liked

learn korean in korean: this is literally all in korean but it is slow and i felt like i was understand a lot

talk to me in korean: this one is good too, very helpful for learning vocab and korean phrases. they also have books and other resources. its probably the most popular resource for learning korean!

Korean from zero: this workbook series was nice, some just are straight up in korean and confusing but this one was great for practicing writing and learning vocab and grammar

here is a whole reddit thread thats full of great resources too!

there is a point where the best way is going to be a class or tutor because self study can only get you so far :/ but these things will help u decide if its worth the money and effort of classes.

heres an ask w more help!

you can use duolingo to learn the alphabet and some basic words if you want but it advances with no explanation on how grammar works for sentences so you're just memorizing things and not really learning correctly so i didnt like it
