“Ohne dich zähl ich die Stunden, mit dir stehen die Sekunden.
In meinen dunkelsten Stunden waren deine Worte der helle Schein am Firmament.
Worte die nun Handfest wurden.
Danke, dass du mich erinnert hast wie man wahrhaftig lächelt.“
“Without you I count the hours, with you the seconds stand.
In my darkest hours your words were the bright light in the firmament.
Words that were now tangible.
Thank you for reminding me how to truly smile.”

Whereas Tina and her step-mother Marisa Pavan had a stormy relationship, Tina admired and loved her "aunt" Anna Maria Pierangeli, in fact she never called her "Pier", she always called her by her birth name, and according to Tina, Anna Maria was a true and beautiful angel who seemed to come from another family.
I'm guessing Tina suffered the loss of Anna Maria at a deep level... as a curiosity, Anna Maria and María Montez passed away when both were 39 years old, Anna Maria passed away the 10th September 1971 and Tina's mum the 7th September 1951... Very similar dates although twenty years apart...
I would like to think that today they are having a feast in heaven, surely they will be remembered on Earth for a very long time...
Very special thanks to @74paris for sharing this story and the photos that come with it.
i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.
advice i think we should tell children is that when adults say stuff like ‘now that i’m an adult i get really excited about stuff like coffee tables and bathrooms and rugs etc’ they don’t mean ‘and now i don’t care about blorbo and squimbus from my childhood tv shows anymore’ bc your average adult still loves all the same pop culture stuff they always did; they just have a greater appreciation for the mundane as well. growing up just means you can enjoy life twice as much now. you can get really excited about a new stuffed animal AND about a new kitchen sponge. peace and love
“Did you see the way that little girl looked at me? Kids. Little kids. They grow up believing that they can be a hero if they drive a sword into the heart of anything different. And I’m the monster? I don’t know what’s scarier. The fact that everyone in this kingdom wants to run a sword through my heart or that sometimes I just wanna let ‘em.”
“We have to get you out of here. Over the wall. We won’t stop until we find some place safe, okay? We’ll go. Together. No matter what we do, we can’t change the way people see us.”
“You changed the way you see me... Didn’t you?
