ʚ 𝐀𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐁𝐔 ɞ i swear this boy here is the cutest thing i've ever seen in my life. he makes my heart go 💞💗yk? well, this time the thing that's causing me to swooning over him is this: imagine nobu growing an entire little garden with the prettiest flowers just for you. and, when all the flowers have blossomed, he would do one of these (or maybe both, aone's heart is filled with just that level of kindness ☹️): 1. he goes and picks up your favorite flowies and makes a handmade bouquet for u or 2. takes you on a date on that garden and spends the evening making flower crowns with his sweetheart while having a warm smile on his face. kiss him for me, please.

ʚ 𝐁𝐎𝐊𝐔𝐓𝐎 𝐊𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐎 ɞ he's the one that brightens my day 💋 he arrived home shouting a "i got plushies!! are u excited?!🥺" you really had to gently shush him bcs he was loud and didn't want to see him sad by the neighbors' complaints. he hurried to be by your side and repeated this time whispering: "are u excited?" while showing the stuffed animals. one of them looked exactly like him, black and white feathers & golden luminous eyes; and yes, before asking, the other one was like you. giving bo a kiss on his cheek, you softly replied "yes, darling. they are amazing 💗"

ʚ 𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐌𝐀 𝐊𝐎𝐙𝐔𝐌𝐄 ɞ this was something usual for both if you; after some gaming & chill dates, you shared a minecraft world so u could play together 😌. well, the thing it's that for these past hour he asked you to not enter in the world yet while he was clicking his mouse in a somewhat aggressive way. after some (long) minutes, kenma gave you green light to turn on your computer. when the world has fully loaded you were amazed; it looked like a little and vibrating paradise full of life, your houses were decorated with new aesthetic items and he built a personal zoo beside them. his skin was wearing a white suit and beside him was a sign asking "will you marry me?" 💞🤧.

ʚ 𝐔𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐉𝐈𝐌𝐀 𝐖𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐒𝐇𝐈 ɞ it was weekend, so toshi and you were free that day. ushijima may be someone people would describe add dense, but in that moment he noticed you being a little stressed. he thought that if you both had nothing to do ans his angel was feeling down, he should do something to help u ☹️ so he planned a spa at home night. toshi prepared a bath for you two and helped u dry your hair. after that he applied oils ans creams all over you while massaging you're back, shoulders and legs (baby was so gentle 😭). when you both got to bed he hoped you were feeling better, kissing your lips lightly and holding u on his big and warm arms 💗✨.

ʚ 𝐓𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐈 𝐘𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐂𝐇𝐈 ɞ another shy baby 🥺✨ i'm crying. he ended all his summer homework and the volleyball team duties he was entrusted with, and tada has been missing you sooo much! ge texted you last night asking if you would like to have a simple, calm date with him in the park. also added for you to wear light and, if it's possible, old clothes that you wouldn't care if they get a lil' dirty; at this point you already had a vague idea of what he wanted to do. when morning arrived, yamaguchi and u sat on the blanket he put in the grass. there were a pair of plain canvas waiting to be colored. after some hours, tadashi finished and showed you a surprisingly well done portrait of u with the sunset in the background 😩❤️.

Sooo... Now that its my wif- Tara's birthday... Are the Mystics (And Bo) gonna celebrate it :D? I can imagine Gene trying to set up some kind of surprise party for her, that would remain a surprise for like 4 minutes...

But here you go! An outline for how Tara’s birthday is celebrated this year. 🧿 best fortune teller in Starr Park tbh. Your wife says hi 💜

I really gotta start keeping track of the Birthdays to have these things planned out.

One of the many good things about how much time Tara and Gene have known each other, is he knows she'll figure it out.

The surprise for her will be not the fact that there's a party because she can easily see that, but the extent of it, because she can promise not to sneak a peek at it.

(But now she's curious! Also, she's so used to checking on the future,* it takes a very conscious effort to not do so.)

So, while Gene keeps Tara preoccupied by taking a walk around the Park, Sandy, the Tribe, Gale and Mortis (because they're also friends with the Mysticals bc of the skins, shush.) are in charge of decorating.

So, with only two responsible adults in this group, how well do you think this is going to go? :)

Gale: So do you have a plan for the setup?

Sandy: hm? >.o oh. Yy*yawns*eah. here you go... *hands him a paper*

Gale: ...this just has a rough sketch of the main room and a couple of balloons.

Sandy- mm..felt sleepy but there's still.... -.-...time to...zzzz....

Gale:

Mortis laughs because well they'd just have to wing it! (He would definitely ask Emz for help, but she's busy with the teen crew for plot convenience) As long as decorations are already bought, it should an easy thing in setting it up the way they want it to look.

....decorations are already bought, right?

Sandy softly snores, and the Party Crew realizes that's their answer.

Meanwhile, Gene and Tara walk through the Park. The plan is picking up a few extra gifts along the way before heading back to the main party.

Their first stop is Barley's for some drinks! He gifts one bottle of Tara’s preferred drink, but does charge for the rest. Along the way, we see Brawlers greeting Tara and wishing her well on her birthday.

Colette’s very enthusiastic! She knows all the Brawler’s birthdays, and wanted to make something for Tara!

She doesn’t really have extra money recently, since there was some recent change in management, and she usually makes more detailed items, but because of the money problem, couldn’t buy as many materials she needed, but she’s derailing, so she hands Tara her wrapped gift.

It’s a cute hand-made Shade Plush!

Tara is delighted and thanks her for it. It’s a pleasant surprise, and she appreciates it. Colette fangirls a bit, thanking her, and then waving bye as the Mystics carry on.

Back at the Bazaar, they're trying to brainstorm on what to do. Well, half of them present are. Sandy is asleep and Nita + Leon are playing around the house.

Mortis says the only things he has back home are.. well, decorations of a more... gothic type..you know,.. (Halloween decors. they’re Halloween decors.)

Gale also offers up... some Snowtel hangings, but again, ‘tis not quite the right season to be jolly.

Bo suggests makeshift decorations. The twins are good at crafts! .. but more so along the lines of forest materials, not sand and...

Everyone’s drawing a blank, and decide that they could gather up their own share of materials, and see what could work best. Their time limit won’t really allow a break after all.

So Gale contacts Lou and asks him if he could meet him halfway with everything he can carry. Try not to get caught by the Penguin boss. Lou, ever the chaotic good guy agrees.

Bo gathers up Leon and Nita and they head out to see what they can scrounge up.

Mortis wonders if he should call up Frank too since he’ll be here later to set up and provide the music, but decides to be ~generous~ and just send a flock of his Bats to pick some things up for him. He sees them off adoringly.

With a content sigh, he lounges back and waits for his precious lovelies to return with his ideal decorations. Sandy sleeps on...

Back with Gene and Tara, the next item to pick up is the cake. Piper has the order ready-- a black forest chateau cake.

“Magnificent taste, darlings!” she compliments. she has it all boxed up very fancily. “It’s on the house. Take it as my gift for you. Happy birthday!”

She’ll also be attending the party later. Tara thanks her for the cake. She and Gene then take their leave.

Along the way to their last stop at the new Castle environment for the food, (because while they don’t know Ash very well yet, Tara loves trying out the new items and pizza is always great for a party.)

“Hey, Tara! ...hold up.” Edgar jumps down from a building they’re passing, just because he can and . “...this is from the rest of the Gang. Me too, I guess. Happy birthday.”

The party squad are actually worse off than before.

The Shaman Tribe are back, and the Twins became interested in using fabrics to try and make something too. so they’re playing around with it pretty much.

Gale just arrived, with Lou joined along because he was interested in the party planning too. (So, the snowtel is understaffed right now.) but they’re just chatting instead of working.

Mortis’ bats haven’t arrived yet, and he’s getting worried. They don’t usually take this long in running errands for him.

Leon and Nita are practically playing catch right now. They knock over something that looked priceless. Oh, a crystal ball, perhaps. Bo reprimands them.

They haven’t gotten much closer to making up the room...

There’s a knock, and the group freezes because oh no, they’re out of time. but it ends up being Frank. A very unhappy Frank who was suddenly surrounded by screeching batties who kept picking apart the house while he was packing up his set up for the party. They followed him there afterwards, along with several things.

Mortis tries joking it off ;; , and then very quietly and off-handedly apologizes when Frank doesn’t find it very funny.

But then so hey!!! you’re here so decoration time, everybody! let’s hop to it!

Gene’s Lamp, Sliver, floats in. Sent by Gene himself to check on the progress. They were nearing after all. The Lamp’s alarmed by what it sees. That is, absolutely nothing.

It glares around, and spots Sandy still sleeping. Sliver floats over to him, and hops on him-- Wake up!

Sandy does so, but is very grumpy. “what?”

Tara’s Birthday.

“yeah? what about it?”

Don’t you care?

“obviously.” he swats at the lamp. “it’s tomorrow.”

>:( Today. It’s TODAY.

“,” Sandy looks around, as wide-eyed as he could be.

broken crystal ball, a mix of decorations, and nobody currently fixing up anything from the looks of it.

They’re on the way.

Sandy makes a face. “ok... game plan on the fly.”

The final stretch of the day out.

Gene and Tara are nearing the Bazaar, and along the way, Gene starts to get heartfelt.

He reminisces how they first met, how far they’ve traveled together, how much longer they’ve yet to go.

He wishes he could think of something to give her that meant something like the other gifts that she received that day.

He was a Genie, but after everything they’ve been through, she deserves much, much more than what he could ever imagine to conjure up for her.

Tara smiles. “(Don’t... put me on too high a pedestal, my Friend.”)

Don’t sell yourself short either. You’ve done so much.

“(Yes. I have.)” Tara muses unhappily, thumbing the doll.

Gene suddenly gets the idea of what his gift could be, but he needs his Lamp to start on it.

Right before the two opened the door, a pair of bats were hanging up the last decoration.

And when the two walked in with the final party supplies at hand and are amazed at the display.

intricate ice sculptures and a more snowy feel set up where the food would go. the music section where Frank set up (who was talking with Mortis.) had a darker aesthetic, including the balloons over there.

Lastly the rest of the place was decorated with very cute works of art. no doubt the Tribe kid’s handiwork. she recognized it from when they stayed over, and the gifts Bo’s gotten from them and shown her.

You’d think that the seemed like the mix of fancier silver decorations, a more gothic theme and natural crafts would look odd together... and well, it was quaint, but it was very pleasing to see.

a patchwork of oddities, not unlike this park, really. She’s always been fond of odds and ends. Tara loved it!

Sandy yawns and walks over to them. “we actually just got done with the set up. but if it makes you feel better, we can still hide right now and yell surprise.”

Tara laughs. It’s okay.. it isn’t like she could be-- but she appreciates it. Sandy shrugs, like he didn’t just call all the shots and work in a hurry with the other eight. “you’re welcome.”

Lou offers to help set up the food and cake. Gale helps too, after presenting his gift too.

Frank and Mortis notice the arrival of the Birthday Gal and wave her over. They chat animatedly-- it’s been so long since they’ve had the chance to catch up! They should plan something soon. Tara agrees, and their gift is from the both of them. I can see it being a very nice piece of clothing, though I’m drawing a blank as to what.

The Lamp reunites with Gene, and their perspectives merge again. Oh. the party was really cut close, huh? but it worked out well! what a relief. a scrap book of actual memories is what you have in mind? how very sappy.... She would like it.

Lastly, Bo walks up to Tara, greeting her and wishing her well on this day. He hopes she likes what they helped with ....he then has the Twins apologize for breaking a few things around the house--

Tara dismisses it easily. They can be replaced. The Twins, that is. (joke to scare them.) But really, as long as they were careful from now on, it was okay. the cub and chameleon agree with no hesitation and then run off to cause more mayhem, but quieter this time.

The Psychic smiles. The guests would be arriving soon, and it was already so lively.

Time to party~!

*I’m still deciding on the extent of her powers, so future sight might not be a thing, because of the characterization I have for her. I’m thinking something along the lines of “Can see past events, and make very informed guesses based on what she knows about people, but cannot see the future itself.”

If you are outside, what are you most likely doing? sitting in the shade reading a book

What’s your opinion on people who go hunting for sport? i live in a very rural area so i grew up with hunting for sport extremely normalized but once i actually developed and used my critical thinking skills i realized how morally reprehensible it is. literally just begging these people to use their brains.

How would you describe your relationship with your hair over the years? i’ve always liked my hair color and thickness. i always go back and forth between growing it out long and cutting it short bc i can never choose which i like more also it has lots of red undertones so i’m thinking about dyeing it a deep red

What is the colour of your hairbrush? sooo i actually don’t own a hairbrush because curls but i have a green detangler comb that sits in my shower, if that counts

Name a food you never eat? i like chocolate and i like ice cream, but chocolate ice cream is a no for me

Are you typically too warm or too cold? too cold, likely because i refuse to wear socks if i’m not wearing shoes

What were you doing 45 minutes ago? coming up with a caption for an insta post for when my friend Rose comes to new york--i’m really pleased with myself on this one: we’ll go to East Harlem and we’ll take a pic in front of a mural or something and my caption shall be (drumroll) there is a Rose in Spanish Harlem

What are your headcanons for British Columbia?

ok so disclaimer here is that i’m a fake british columbian even though i kind of sort of live there, i live on the island and the majority of my bc friends are from the coast and not the interior so most of what i can say about the interior is ‘i have driven through it a lot’ but i’ll do my best.

- on that subject bc is like… layers of depth that most people don’t see. lots of people just brush her off as a flaky ditz who is never paying attention to the rest of the country but i seriously feel she’s got a lot of Depth and a lot of spiky barbed inner monologues. She’s really geographically and emotionally impenetrable and doesn’t really let you in on what she is thinking or will do something unpredictable.

- like i don’t think people really get how contradictory bc is? its a climate of extremes that has a reputation for being mellow, its a place that is “liberal” where the Liberals are in reality worse than the alberta pcs (LOL WHAT AN ELECTION I TELL YOU), it’s a place that’s one of the resource-richest provinces in the country that makes it impossible for its own citizens to afford… etc. I think a lot about things like this when I think about how her personality works- she’s not necessarily finicky, she’s layered.

- bc has a reputation for being different than the rest of canada and its absolutely true. like as the second most western province we still tend to think of ab/sk and maybe mb depending on our mood as ‘western canada’ and bc as ‘and bc’. She’s the sort of person who Always goes her own way and makes her decisions on her own, she’s more outward looking than the others for sure.

- worst driver. Hands down. Terrible. everyone blames AB for it but it’s her, the only thing ralphie is worse at is parking.

- if she can’t see the mountains she feels naked and exposed and can’t stay too far out of sight of the mountains or she goes Nuts

- she probably lives in a relatively modern and expensive house- everything is immaculate, she has a lot of interesting artefacts and souvenirs around her house, her garden is manicured and perfect and everything smells like cedar but it also gives you the distinct impression that no one actually lives there. Looks more like a gallery because she’s trying to support local (esp indigenous) artists. no basement. cute car port and shed rather than a garage.

- she finds emotional attachments really Difficult. like it’s just genuinely hard to tell whether she likes you or not because she can be kind of backhanded or condescending even when she’s expressing genuine fondness. She makes a huge deal about being a romantic place but doesn’t really fall for anyone easily, either she gets bored or she doesn’t want to lose a friendship or w/e

- like for someone who makes a big deal about being compassionate for animals and nature she really doesn’t feel that much compassion for people- or rather, when she does it’s not easy for her to express to them

- There’s an ongoing joke that BC stands for “Bring Cash” and its absolutely true. If you want a chance with her/to impress her you have to spend like you mean it. Its not that she’s high mainten- yes she is definitely high maintenance

- Makes a big deal out of being interesting and fun but when she’s at home alone she just sits around in her underwear under a huge pile of blankets/a snuggie and watches the Beachcombers. possibly while high.

- ‘is this matcha’ ‘does it have matcha in it’ [pouring sugar in her tea] ‘matcha is like… sooo good for you… i don’t even [pouring milk and honey in her tea] like this is just so refreshing you know [more sugar]

- you know that scene in scott pilgrim where ramona reads out her entire tea cupboard to him and some of them sound made up, that’s bc. come to think of it she really is a manic pixie dream girl but one who is merciless and apathetic and could probably easily wreck you

- tea snob, the sort of person who is like ‘coffee is like so bad for you it stresses you out man’ but also a coffee snob who can’t wake up in the morning without it so its a lose-lose situation for you

- definitely volunteered with greenpeace in the 70s lol

- ‘ya i live in vancouver’ - actually lives in like PoCoMo or whatever

- once called the spoiled child of confederation and she hasn’t let that go, she probably has it embossed on a trophy somewhere in her giant collection of trophies that she has on display in the fame gua of her perfect feng shui living room

- she only makes a big deal out of ‘canadian’ things when it makes her money, she actually feels very cut off from the rest of the country but will Always appear immediately when there is a competition of any kind because she’s The Best.

- grew up extremely fast. in my mind she represents ‘ (lower) mainland bc’ while the island i represent with victoria as shorthand- they had to move in together to save money and both of them really dragged their feet about it. She’s still kind of wary about the island ditching for independence again but doesn’t REALLY take it seriously. Is the youngest of the provinces but does her best not to act like it.

- actually super confrontational like she will be doing yoga on a rock as the tide is coming in and be One With The Universe and you could be walking past her and say ‘actually vancouver’s kind of overrated’ and she will dive in the ocean and rise out of the water covered in sea onions and seaweed and barnacles like a horror movie and be like “wHaT dId YoU SaY AbOuT mE!”

- exactly the sort of person to get a tattoo in another language that vaguely is correct but actually grammatically Off like… you grow up with people like Amor de Cosmos and this is what you get

- not actually gluten or lactose intolerant, just likes being morally superior (’and like… almond milk just tastes better yknow more wholesome’)

- that person who always ends up with people mooching off her or crashing at her place- she doesn’t actually mind too much, she’s just frustrated that people only seem to come bother her when it’s convenient for them. But she doesn’t like to admit when she’s feeling lonely so i mean… xD

- also really into ghosts and spooky things. she goes along with bert/yk to hunt sasquatsch and externally rolls her eyes the whole time but tbh she has honestly seen sasquatsch like 10 times and has all the blurry photos to prove it. Same with ogopogo.

- goes into woowoo new age stores and spends hours looking at tarot decks and crystals and incense. judges you based on your astrological signs.

- has proposed moving in with kate like 3 times but gets rejected every time lmao

- firm believer that tea solves everything. emotionally compromised? hot leaf juice. emotionally compromised during summer? cold leaf juice. eat an entire fruit. eat ten fruits. decorate with kale. eat the decorative kale. got herbs? make rosemary tea. stain all your dishes yellow and make turmeric tea. literally down an entire jar of capers, idgaf.

- she likes to make her backpack as heavy as she can, blast her own music so everyone can hear it, then schlep it all up a mountain. set everything down and turn it off, sit high up and alone with her little hibachi grill and eat salmon, watch the ravens. paint something on a giant leaf. smoke a joint. look at the ocean. whatever.

- i think exercise is her replacement for emotionally connecting with people. she rides her bike white knuckled through the rain up a hill and loses feeling in her fingers and zooms back down. Pushes herself to adrenaline rush, always trying to get better, better.

- i say a lot about her not really connecting with people but at the same time shes the sort of person that… when you’re in crisis mode and you’re under a literal or a figurative avalanche, she will spot you, grab you and pull you straight up out of it with one arm by the scruff of your neck. She’s actually really generous at heart but has just become kind of closed off after being taken advantage of too many times. Will take you home and dry you off and make a big meal for you and wait for you to tell her what’s wrong.

- I don’t know if she actually owns a boat-boat, but definitely kayaks a lot. long boards. surfs.

- hates BC ferries with an unholy passion, like… that’s a way to trigger a rant right there

- slaps I

- her low tolerance for cold is exaggerated. her high tolerance for cold + wet should be Feared.

- has her hidden rednecky side. makes a big deal out of being vegan and w/e but does go hunting and dirt biking once in a while, knows her way around a stick shift etc. Dunno if she really drives that much - probably has invested in electric cars before but kind of dissatisfied with how much she can actually do with them re: steep hills, roadtrips, etc.

- has had to deal with a lot of paranoia, racism, etc in the past that she struggles to reconcile. really learning to take pride in herself again, i think she’s chinese/british, yeah but there’s also some first nations heritage too that factors into her mixed identity.

- in official positions she might skip french and go straight to mandarin/canto if the job is bilingual, not that she doesnt like french she just Forgets xD.

i feel like i’ve been talking all day so i’ll stop there but feel free to ask for elaboration or something i guess

September TC challenge thing

Day 1 - Are you generally nervous around your tc, or are you more relaxed and comfortable around them?

Yes. Tbh I always had troubles trying to talk to J and even when I did my voice would crack or I’d stutter and I just couldn't find words to talk to him.

Day 2 - Is your tc an introvert or an extrovert? How about you?

We did that Myers Briggs test thing in his class. I got INTP and he got INTJ (which is funny his initials are TJ lol). But anyway I guess that means we’re both introverts.

Day 3 - Does your tc use emojis or emoticons when communicating with you? If so, what have they used? if not, what do you think they’d use?

He does not but I imagine he’d use 😆😀🌎😎 idk why those but yeah.

Day 4 - What’s the biggest or most important thing your tc has taught you, ether in terms of life lessons or the subject mattter of their class?

Honestly he didn't really teach me anything? I know that sounds bad. but like? I guess he did but nothing too important.

Day 5 - Does your tc have a classroom / office, or are they “floating” (using a cart or something and moving from place to place)? What does their teaching space look like?

He has a couple classrooms. He has a main classroom. then a second one with tables that student gov meets in and leadership (plans school events and decorates for them) paints and get stuff ready for school dances and assembly and other school functions.

Day 6 - What was your favorite assignment in your tc’s class and why? Are they a harsh grader?

I had him for two classes, a history class my sophomore year and a leadership class my senior year. Honestly I loved most of the assignments in leadership that he had. And yeah I’d say he can be a harsh grader at times, it depends on the amount of effort you put into your work and his class I guess.

Day 7 - Do you and your tc have any inside jokes? are they shared by other people (classmates, other teachers, etc) or is it just between you two?

We don't particularly have any inside jokes. (not really a joke but just a funny memory this reminded me of) his daughter went to school with me and she sat with me at lunch once and he walked past us to go into his class and this dude that was sitting with us, called him daddy. Its not an inside joke but just funny to me idk.

Day 8 - If your tc was an animal, what animal would they be?

idk a puppy bc he just reminds me of a puppy dog tbh bc he’s super cute sometimes.

Day 9 - How do you feel about being in the tcc? Are you afraid of getting caught, etc?

I don't mind being in it. I’ve been caught before by a couple people but I think they’ve forgot by now so like its okay. But I honestly want to tell people so I can get it off my chest. I guess thats why I made a tumblr

Day 10 - How long have you been having teacher crushes? How many tc’s have you had in total, and how long have you been in the tcc?

I have had 3 teacher crushes. They were in 4th and 7th grade. But these crushes were very minimal and were just me thinking my teacher was cute. They were nothing like the crush I have on J.

Day 11 - Is your tc’s room close to the front of your school / campus, or is it more towards the back? Its upstairs on the top floor but all the way on the far end of the school so I guess kind of the back though it faces the parking lot so kinda the front?

Day 12- Are you shorter or taller than your tc?

Shorter lol

Day 13 - does your tc have any pets at home? how many and what animals?

He has cats and dogs. idk how many. But I have been to his house before and saw them.

Day 14 - Does your tc have a blackboard or a whiteboard in their room? What color chalk/marker do they use the most?

Both. Hey usually used a blue marker. And the chalk was always either yellow or white.

Day 15 - Besides your blog, do you vent about your feelings towards your tc in any other way?

On instagram and my snapchat but I don't hint at it being him because his daughter follows me. And in my journal.

Day 16 - Are there any students you’re jealous of in terms of their relationship to your tc?

Day 18 - Have you ever gotten in trouble with your tc? If so, what happened?

Yes. A few times for cussing. And we weren't allowed to wear hats in school, so I’d always wear mine around him just to get him to talk to me and tell me to take it off. Once he actually confiscated my hat and took it to the office.

Day 19 - Is your tc’s hair curly or straight, and is it short, medium, or long?

It is kind of straight and wavy but short. Idk how to describe it really

Day 20- what web browser does your tc use? what kind of phone/computer do they have?

Im honestly not sure. But I know he has an iPhone, the generation I’m not sure of either.

Day 21- Are there any calendar dates that are special to you because of your tc?

-September 2nd.

Day 22 - Do any celebrities or fictional characters look like or remind you of your tc?

He looks like Josh Homme to me. (He’s lead singer of Queens of the Stone Age)

Day 23 - Is your tc’s room/office number even or odd?

Odd. Room 221.

Day 24 - What do you think sets your tc apart from other teachers at your school?

Idk, I feel like he was more caring, and more passionate about what he was teaching.

Day 25- Do you like the teachers who are “neighbors” with your tc (that is teachers who have rooms next to your tc)?

No not really

Day 26 - Have you ever suspected someone you know irl of having a teacher crush (either on your tc or on a different teacher)? If so, have you ever confronted them about it?

No never really have. Though there were a couple teachers that girls in my school would say were hot.

Day 27 - Do you pass by your tc’s room or office on your way to class frequently? Do you see them around campus a lot?

all the time. I took the back stairs just to see him or went to my locker even when I didn't need to, because my locker was in the same hall as his class. I also decided to be the TA for the library because I knew he was in the library most of the time sooo. Yeah.

Day 28 - Is teaching your tc’s first job, or did they have another job before being a teacher? Have they ever taught at another school before?

I’m not sure what his other jobs were but I know he’s taught at one other school in Washington. (I wrote an article on J and actually got to ask him)

Day 29 - What things keep you happy and occupied over break when you miss your tc? If you’ve graduated or will no longer be seeing your tc in school, how are you handling the situation?

I just keep myself busy, play video games, listen to music, watch youtube, go to work. But if I find myself really missing him I’ll go to the schools webpage and look a picture of him on his page until I’m over it. I also actually went to the school for its homecoming football game just so I could see him... So theres that.

Day 30- What is the sweetest thing they told you or did for you?

He let me sit in his class when I had a panic attacks because my counselor wasn't at school. I tried to kill myself at school my junior year and he sat with me until help came. And he also would call my counselor when I was having bad days.

Streamers, balloons, he even has homemade party hats for the two of you-He isn’t a master baker or anything but he attempted at making a box cake for you!!! He decorated it with so many colourful sprinkles!-Remember how he gets a discount from the pizza place? He bought like three larges and the two of you were eating it for DAYS-SO MANY BOARD GAMES STRUNG ALL AROUND THE HOUSE BECAUSE Y’ALL ARE GONNA PLAY ALL. DAY. LONG.-He either has homemade presents for you, or he’s saved up a lot to splurge on pre-ordering that new video game you’ve been eyeing for months-The two of you watch all the movies!! Whatever movie you wanna watch, he’ll sit through. Scary ones? He might cry but he’ll DO IT FOR YOU!!!!

*JUMIN:-More of a classy approach to birthdays-He did attempt to put a party hat on Elizabeth though MC SHE’S ADORABLE LOOK, HURRY, BEFORE SHE TAKES IT OFF-SO MANY GIFTS. WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO WITH ALL OF THESE-But he always makes sure to give you one super special one. Whether it’s a piece of jewelry he had custom made because it reminded him of you, or it’s something you’ve had your eye on for a while, you’ve got it-He’s also super extra, like y’all know how wedding cakes are super big and beautiful and usually really intricate? Yeah so is your birthday cake. EVERY YEAR. but i mean are you really complaining?? It’s cAKE-Takes you to the fanciest restaurant for dinner, and the two of you dress up for it-(Yes, MC, you’re wearing the new dress/suit he got you)-He’ll also try taking you to new and exotic places as a day trip to see all the sights and watch the gleam in your eyes as you learn the history of the place-Always has the best wine, but on your birthday he pulls out the rare ones, just for you! (Or if you don’t do wine, he finds the best of whatever you like to drink)-Not to mention you wake up with like 14 dozen rose bouquets strung around the house that morning, all holding a little note card expressing his love for you because he can be cute too, mc

*SAEYOUNG:-We all know he’d wake you up by jumping on the bed and blowing that stupid little party blower in your ear until you chase him out of the room-But chasing him is worth it because when you get to the living room there are so many loose balloons that you can’t see the floor-Same goes with the ceiling, completely covered in balloons-Saeran’s just sitting in a chair, in a party hat, looking completely uninterested, but still plays the party blower when you walk in. Saeyoung tries to hide behind him to avoid your wrath you arent a morning person, are you mc?-The two of you spend a good while just throwing the loose balloons at each other over Saeran’s head who was not impressed, might i add-HE MADE Y’ALL PLAY PIN THE TAIL ON THE DONKEY IT WAS SO CUTE-Did you know you can get custom images printed onto your cakes? Because he made a collage of the STUPIDEST pictures he has of you and had it put on top-PLUS IT WAS AN ICE CREAM CAKE. IT WAS AMAZING.-Anything you want, he’ll get you. Just name it. You want a pet elephant? He’ll dO IT DON’T DOUBT HIM MC-He’d probably take you out for a drive, too. You could feel the fresh air and just talk about anything and everything. It’s just really relaxing and he wants you to have a stress-free time

*SAERAN:-What’s the point of celebrating another year of life in this shitty world now is NOT THE TIME MR. EDGELORD-But for you…he could manage it-He doesn’t go very hard at it though because he doesn’t see the real point-He’ll get a small gift for you- something he saw and immediately thought of you-He does get a small cake for you, but a freaking tub of ice cream- ICE CREAM IS BETTER MC DON’T GIVE ME THAT LOOK-Cuddles cuddles cuddles! He doesn’t hide his affection today! It’s all about you, he’ll put his insecurities away for a while-He’ll moan and groan at the stupid Disney movies you put in, but suffer through them because the fact that you sing along is the CUTEST thing he’s ever seen are you sure it isn’t his birthday-CUTIE ALERT: he cooks your favourite meal for you! He might have spent a few days trying to find the perfect way to make it, but HE MAKES IT-He’s also spent all day pushing Saeyoung out of the room because he’s not about to let him ruin your relaxing birthday by bringing in some stupid little party games hes also smacked a party blower into the back of his throat at one point and you felt TERRIBLE but you couldnt help but laugh???

*ZEN- you know his hoe ass is gonna try to go all out for you- like he knows you you prefer lowkey but???- the world needs to know his love for you- but after the RFA members managed to talk him down from performing a flash mob, he realized he should respect your wishes- so he struggles and struggles to come up with something that has a bit of flare but is still something you’d want- and then he remember you one time mentioning you’d never really been on a trampoline before???- hE KNOWS WHAT TO DO NOW- on your birthday (exactly at midnight), he sings “happy birthday” and then hands you a cupcake up with a candle on it - he had you fooled, you thought this was gonna be it for your birthday- boy buddy ur in for a treat!- when you wake up he immediately blindfolds- you’re just like *sigh* “well at least he didn’t jump out of the cake this year”- omfg when he takes off the blindfold though, you find yourself at a trampoline park??? And he invited your friends (including the RFA ofc) and family!!!- He roped Jumin into getting the place to rent out the entire area to then!- aND IT’S SO MUCH FUN???- WHO KNEW JUMPING COULD BE THIS MUCH FUN- wAIT THERE’S A ROCK CLIMBING? DODGEBALL? IS THAT A SLAM DUNK ARENA- Zen didn’t think you’d love it this much but oh my god he’s so happy because you look so happy!!!- and he finds that you and Saeyoung both love to push into the pit with all the foam cubes anD YOU TWO START TAG TEAMING- maybe this was a bad idea after all- but hearing your laugh was all he needed - after that, you all head to a dessert place and you spend the rest of your birthday talking and laughing with the people most important to you with the love of your life right by your side

*JAEHEE- you only really expected dinner at a restaurant and maybe cake because that’s just how you and jaehee are- other people might think it’s underwhelming but honestly, what’s better than snuggling up to your s/o and feeling warm and cuddley on your birthday???- but you’re surprised when you come home to a note that directs you to Seven’s house?- and when you get there, there’s another note attached to a nerf gun- “Happy Birthday, MC! I'm trying to think of different ways to do my town and I keep getting discouraged when I see everyone else's towns looking soooooo beautiful and creative while mine is not. Any suggestions?btw looooove your blog and town!!! :D

Hello! Thank you so much for your kind words! :3 I find it really hard to answer questions like this but I’ll try. 💗

First of all; I know exactly how you feel. It took me really long to love Delfino and every time I finally started to like it, I immediately started hating it again when I saw other beautiful towns. What’s important to understand is that everyone has felt this way. We all look up to other towns and we all wish we could have a pretty town like that. The trick is to turn that negativity into inspiration. Try to see all those beautiful towns as inspirations for your own town. Many spots in Delfino are inspired by spots from other towns, I just changed them to my own personal liking instead of just copying it, and I think everyone kinda does this? Don’t let super beautiful towns make you feel bad about your own, let them inspire you! What also really worked for me was to take a break from landscaping every now and then. At some points I literally wanted to delete my whole town (and even this blog lol) bc it felt like I had the ugliest town in the whole community. At times when you’re that discouraged, just take a break. Instead of landscaping, just play in your town for a while. Go fishing/bug catching, talk to villagers, decorate your house, just enjoy the game. It’s easy to forget how peaceful and relaxing this game is when all you think about is landscaping it perfectly. (Super important: This game is to have fun!) You can also play a different video game, or take a break from gaming in general and return when you’re mind is cleared. I did this a lot and it helped. So yeah, get inspired by other towns, take a break every now and then, and that’s basically what helped me to keep working on my town. Don’t give up! I didn’t and now I love my town. I love it so so sooo much. c: Idk if this is the answer you were looking for, I’m sorry if it’s not! I know how you feel and this is kinda what I did to get rid of that negative mindset. I’m bad at giving advice on actual landscaping, so I’m also going to link you to this guide made by MischaCrossing which really helped me on that part.
