Bible study
this was supposed to be short but i got carried tf away omlll UNEDITED!!😭
MINORS/AGELESS BLOGS DNI you will be blocked!🩷
Priest’s Son!Armin warnings: idk if this is considered sacrilegious but Imma put it here just to be safe. Smut, Vaginal penetration, unprotected sex, manipulation, toxic Armin, fingering, Virginity loss, corruption kink, and praise if you squint.
Claiming that his back was hurting from sitting on the wooden chairs in his dining room, Armin suggested the two of you move to his bedroom. To which your hesitantly nodded your head in agreement, slowly taking his hand as he guided you up the stairs and to his room.
How sweet. How naive. He would think to himself as he dragged you to his bed.
And as the two of you sat on his bed reading whatever passage Armin had lied to you about wanting to go over. The young man would find himself drawn to your skirt. How it rose as you sat up, watching the way you pressed your legs together in hopes of not revealing yourself. He would gently rake his fingers up and down your soft leg. Raising it higher and higher with each verse you read aloud.
What once could be passed off as a simple action with no thought behind it, had now turned into Armin, the church's golden child, fingering you. The Bibles had been tossed on the floor after orgasm number three.
“Am I doing a good job for you? Tell me how I’m making you feel, dove.” He’d speak into your skin before latching his mouth onto your neck. His fingers never let up.
“So good, Min.” you’d pant out.
“Can I fuck you? Hm, Dove?” Armin would say. Staring straight at your neck, to be more precise, the cross that was wrapped around it.
“Um, but doesn’t the bible say-” Armin almost scoffed right in your face.
“You want to be a prude right now? While I’ve got my fingers in you?” Armin said, biting your lip before slipping his tongue into your mouth.
“It’s not that- It’s just that I’m saving myself for marriage…” You said, pulling away and gasping for air, tears slowly forming in your eyes.
You felt so guilty for even letting it get this far.
“I know you're a virgin, but don’t worry. It's ok to do it if we love each other.” He would whisper in your ear as he pushed your body down deeper into his sheets.
And as Armin pushed his way into your virgin cunt, he’d whisper sweet nothings like,
“I love you.”
“You are my first time too”
“Don’t cry, Dove, I’ll marry you if you get pregnant.”
And you believed every lie that left his mouth that night and many nights to come.
You couldn’t help but come back to him every weekend, the way he fucked any sort of guilt out of your body. It was addictive.
You loved it, bible study that is…

No one really had an answer. It was as if Eren had vanished into thin air, like he erased himself from the face of the planet and it was just you eight who remembered his existence. All of his belongings stayed just where he left them. Eren’s suitcase was barely unpacked. A glass of water sat half full on his nightstand. There wasn’t a single thing that seemed odd or unusual.
Missing in action for a few hours turned into a few days. Which, eventually, turned into weeks. All of the Survey Corps plans to set up a base in Marley had to be put on hold, and it raised more questions about what to do next. Should the mission be considered a failure and go home to Paradise? Or, wait it out and continue as coordinated once Eren eventually returns?
There was also the looming danger of being busted by Marleyan officials as Eldian’s from Paradise, a special group of people in which the entire country agreed that they hated. Was staying on Marley a minute longer than necessary a risk worth taking?
You didn’t want to think about any of that now. All you wanted was some breakfast.
You quietly open the door to the dining hall, not surprised to see Hange and Levi sitting at the table. They stopped talking to each other as you entered and greeted them for the morning.
They seemed to be having a particularly serious discussion. Hange was sitting on the edge of their seat, their face painted with that determined look that you found inspirational and also frightening-- depending on the situation. Levi was sitting back in his chair, an arm rested around the supportive backrest.
“Make a cup of tea for me.” Levi said.
Anyone else would have taken his tone for rudeness, and his request as a direct order. However, you knew this was Levi’s way of being polite, as his articulation was softer and rounder around the edges. A change of speech he only reserved for you.
It was a recurring joke that you were Levi’s favorite. Levi spoke to you in different tones than he does to anyone else. For you he is always a pinch nicer. He usually said yes to any of your requests, agreed with most of your ideas, and no one could recall a time where Levi had to whack you upside the head for saying something stupid. On top of all that, you were the only one who was allowed to make Levi his tea. Eren made it taste bitter. Jean serves it too hot while Armin serves it too cold. Sasha adds too much sugar, and Connie makes too much of a mess for a single cup. Hange somehow makes it taste like dirt. You were the only one who could brew and sweeten it the exact way Levi liked.
“Yes, sir.” You complied.
It was routine now that you would make a cup for Levi before yourself whenever you happened to be awake at the same time. He hardly needed to ask at this point.
As you approached the table to prepare tea, you took notice of the heavy silence between the three of you. Levi definitely added an ominous element to whatever room he was in, but the tension was too thick. Perhaps you really had walked in on a heated conversation. Being the awkward interruption made you nervous. You kept your head down as you sorted through the teabags to find one Levi would enjoy.
“So, since it’s just the three of us. We’d like to ask you a few questions, Y/N.” Hange spoke up, clearing their throat as they did so. You paused.
“Okay.” You agreed, trying not to sound as anxious as you had suddenly become.
“How has Mikasa been holding up since Eren has been gone?” Hange questioned.
“And be honest.” Levi interjected.
If you were going to be completely honest, Mikasa had been having a difficult time. Just as anyone would imagine. For the first few days of Eren’s absence, she had been inconsolable. Mikasa spent most of those days confined in her hotel room, crying to a point where she would exhaust herself, fall asleep, wake up, repeat. Then, her despair took a turn and transformed into unwavering hope that Eren couldn’t be gone much longer, and that he would return. It was a last minute coping mechanism.
“She’s.. doing her best.” You answered, pouring hot water over the teabag in the cup.
You voted to keep it simple and true as you could without divulging too many details. Mikasa was heartbroken, but she did less crying every day. You figured that Mikasa wouldn’t appreciate you giving out too much personal information, especially to Levi.
Levi and Hange glanced at each other as you kept your back turned. They mutually and silently agreed to not push further about Mikasa. Still, there was another person they were concerned about.
“And Armin?”
The sudden mention of his name falling off of Levi’s lips casually and innocently sent goosebumps down your spine. You shivered as if a chill had brushed right through you. You even dropped the spoon you were using to stir sugar in Levi’s tea directly onto the floor. It fell with a muted clunk against the carpet.
Your mind began to race. As far as you and Armin could tell, no one suspected anything about either of you. You both kept a respectable distance from each other around the group but by default your interactions with each other increased. No one seemed to notice how your eyes lingered on each other from across the room. Sasha, who had been wholeheartedly invested in your infatuation with Armin from the beginning, didn’t even realize that he fixed you a cup of tea every morning since landing in Marley. Jean, who was Armin’s assigned partner for the mission and only slept a few doors down, paid no attention that Armin’s door would squeak open and shut at odd hours of the night from you slipping in and out. Mikasa, who was Armin’s very best friend, seemed oblivious as well. Then again, her mind was elsewhere these days.
There wasn’t much to be said about what Connie knew, because it was usually nothing.
If anyone was going to notice anything, it was Levi. And if Levi knew then Hange most definitely did as well. Levi was omniscient, all-seeing, all knowing, nothing got past him without him hearing about it. You were sure that you and Armin’s jig was up. You’d have to break down and tell Levi everything he wanted to know, as you couldn’t imagine lying to your captain and commander.
You bit your lip as you reached for a new spoon. You began to sweat under your arms and your stomach felt as if it would drop right out of your ass. As quickly as your anxiety had been sprung, a new idea came to mind.
Telling Levi the truth was your best option. However, you didn’t need to reveal all of it.
It was generally easier to tell if Armin was upset, afraid, happy, or sad. In the context of Eren, he was a tougher nut to crack than you suspected. When Eren first disappeared, Armin remained positive that Eren would return as he had no real connections or resources in Marley. He stayed up most nights as a watch guard, ready to welcome Eren back with open arms and a jillion questions. Coffee was his newfound hyperfixation. It gave him the energy he needed to stay up through the night. Apart from the stray glasses of water that you insisted he chug, coffee was all he drank.
When it was becoming apparent that Eren qualified as missing in action, Armin’s decline began. He crash-napped at strange times during the day. Whenever he was awake, his nose was buried in the journals he brought along with him from Paradis, flipping through pages and notes and personal diary entries he had taken on Eren, his memories from his father, and information on the Attack Titan. Armin hardly ate anyway, but he held no real appetite. Armin slept in later and later, often letting the small plates of food you brought him run cold.
You straighten your posture.
“Actually, Captain, I’m glad you asked.” You said.
Hange and Levi shared another look at each other as they also sat up to listen. Just as they predicted, Eren’s two dearest and longest friends would be struggling with him being gone. Everyone knew that the trio never really had a single day without each other. Anyway they could help, they absolutely would.
Levi’s tea was at the perfect temperature and just the right amount of sugar had been added. You walked across the room and lightly placed the saucer and cup in front of him. For a second, Levi watched the steam rise from the rim and eyed the deep brown liquid. You stepped back and stood at full ease.
“Armin hardly comes out of his room these days. I don’t think he eats, or sleeps, he’s too occupied overanalyzing and prophesying. We all know that Armin is more… perceptive than others. I-I think a day outside would do him some good. Only for a few hours just to get his mind off of things.” You submitted your idea, looking between Levi and Hange for any kind of reaction.
Instead of taking the cup by the handle, Levi hovered his hand across the entire rim and sipped through a gap in his fingers, louder than usual. He held his eyes on Hange, who actually had the final say. Hange’s stare was fixated on the table as you explained the situation. They nodded slowly as they listened.
Of course, there was more you wanted to say. But, just as you wanted to respect Mikasa’s emotional privacy, you wanted to do the same for Armin, and not lead on too much. Levi and Hange eyed each other down, quietly debating as if they could read each other’s minds. Your eyes darted between the two of them, eager to hear their thoughts. You felt like you were asking both of your parents for a favor.
“You think we’re going to let you two out and about unchaperoned, in enemy territory, after the shit you all pulled at the refugee camp?” Levi questioned, an eyebrow raised in suspicion. He didn’t look at you as he spoke.
Good point. Quickly, you came up with a counter argument to blame Eren for the sake of the conversation, but Hange intervened before you could propose it.
“Eren took full responsibility for that, and I said we’d just forget about it and move on. That was weeks ago at this point.” Hange removed their glasses to wipe a lens on the corner of their shirt.
“Armin and Y/N are responsible, and are the ones we would have to worry about the least if they were out by themselves.. We shouldn’t let Armin rot in his thoughts alone. Don’t you agree, Levi?” Hange hinted.
Levi took another large slurp out of his cup. With the loud sipping and little complaint as he drank, you figured you once again hit the nail on the head. Hopefully, that would add extra leverage to your proposal. Levi licked his lips and sat his cup in the saucer with an uncomfortable clink.
Levi’s silver-grey eyes weren’t cold, but still just as unnerving, as he finally made eye contact with you. You swallowed as he looked you directly into your soul, and a few yards beyond. He pointed a finger as he spoke.
“Don’t do anything stupid.” Levi said. Now, that was an order.
Your mind had drawn to a blank. You had prepared yourself to defend your case. However, you were not expecting the conversation to go as simply as it did. Once the tide of relief had washed away, you thanked them generously and prepared to leave and make plans. It was better to accept a yes and leave, than to waste another second and give them room to change their minds.
“Hold on,” Levi called after you before you could fully make it out the door.
He dug around in his pocket, and simply chucked whatever he had towards you. You caught it with ease, opening your hand to see that he had thrown a singular Marleyan coin. A string had been tugged in your chest.
“Thank you, Captain.” You smiled greatly and genuinely, giving a respectful salute out of gratitude. Levi waved his hand, dismissing you. You turned on your heel and let the door fall closed behind you.
“Hmm.” Hange relaxed in their seat. Their lips pressed into a sarcastic frown. Levi glared.
“What?” He wanted to know.
“I didn’t hear you say you wanted reimbursement. But I always have to pay you back.” Hange commented.
Levi sucked his teeth and reached for his tea.
“I’ll just add it to your tab.”
-
A cloudy heaviness floated around in the dark and gloomy room. A few stray pieces of clothing laid across the floor. Dishes had piled on top of the bedside table as neatly as they could be stacked. A few mugs have been collected over the course of a few nights, dried and evaporated rings of coffee remained in the bottoms. The only light source in the room was the lamp in the corner that gave off a sickly yellow hue. It made Armin’s eyes and head ache, but he didn’t want to have the curtains open. Each rise and fall of the sun was just another day without Eren.
Armin took a gulp out of a mug that had been sitting near him as he rummaged through various journals and notebooks. His coffee that he had been cradling was brewed a few hours ago and had long been cold. Armin didn’t care about the stale taste it left in his mouth. He didn’t feel like going to get a fresh cup.
The only audible noise in Armin’s room was the annoying ticking of the clock on the wall. No one likes listening to the time pass by, and it was quite easy to tune out. However, all Armin wanted to do in this particular moment was concentrate on his own research. With each tick tick tick, Armin’s head pounded. His stomach also began to bubble as he had not eaten anything since yesterday afternoon. Food and water would make the hunger and oncoming migraine go away, but he was too engrossed in his writings to get up and do anything else.
Armin was hyper focused on trying to find a clue as to why Eren would disappear. He had been awake since the night before editing, studying, rewriting and scribbling over notes he had taken months and months ago. Something, somewhere, had to be an answer. He could taste it. Armin’s mind buzzed with thoughts and theories. Each assumption was laced over the other, intertwining in his brain all at once. They rattled against his skull.
A soft knock on the door was all that was needed to annoy Armin to the fullest extent, breaking his concentration on trying to keep his ideas sorted. Reality shifted around him now that he had been distracted. The hangry smog wiped from his eyes as he blinked himself to the present. Armin balled his fists, refraining from smacking them down on the table out of frustration
Armin turned in his seat and stood up. His head swam for a second as the blood pooled back into his legs and feet. He realized he had been sitting in that chair for quite a while. He spotted the shadow of two feet under the crack of the door and, suddenly, a piece of paper slid across the floor. The feet disappeared quickly as they appeared, muted footsteps trotted down the hall and away.
It was a note. Armin quickly reached to pick it up and unfolded it.
“Armin, would you please meet me at the pier by 12pm?”
There in black ink, written in your handwriting, was your name signing off. Armin stared at it for a moment to admire how the letters formed the sound of you. He also noticed that the i in his name was dotted with a small heart. Armin’s own heart fluttered. No one has ever written his name that way.
Armin turned the note over in his hand, not expecting anything to be written anywhere else. There was very little context. The pier? He didn’t quite understand. Whatever it is you needed to meet about had to be important if it was outside of the hotel. Armin checked the time. He had thirty minutes.
With haste, he assembled an outfit. Brown slacks, a white button up shirt, and a beige vest to match. Armin splashed some cold water on his face and scrubbed his teeth until his gums bled. All the while his thoughts ran a mile a minute. Armin could feel the adrenaline flow under his skin at the anticipation of seeing you for the first time today. He did a brief breath check before grabbing a cap to conceal his insubordinate hair. Usually it would lay flat but of course it wouldn’t do what Armin wanted right now.
He was out the door with fifteen minutes left to spare. As Armin was just leaving, Jean was walking into his own room.
“Oh, ‘sup Armin?” Jean threw his hand up in acknowledgement. Armin paused, a breath of air being startled out of his lungs.
“Hi, Jean. Bye, Jean!” Armin greeted him breathlessly.
Perhaps if he appeared to be in a rush, Jean wouldn’t question where he was going without him. Armin didn’t need Jean holding him up and asking questions.
“Wait, hang on a second! Where are you going?” Jean stammered. His face was screwed up with confusion.
Suddenly, Armin's hands were beginning to sweat. Anxiety began to pool in his chest. Armin needed to navigate his way out of the hotel and to the pier. The pier was close, a block or two away. Armin could still be on time if he kept his talk with Jean short.
“I’m going to the pier for a while. To look for Eren.” Armin said plainly as it was the entire truth. He put his hands in his pockets and swallowed.
“I can go with you.” Jean offered. He had his hand on the door handle, ready to leave if Armin said yes.
Armin upheld his promise to keep your relationship under the table. He figured one of you would tell Jean eventually. Armin did find it quite funny that Jean was the one who gave him the small boost he needed at the camp that night, but was so far gone that he couldn’t even remember his drunken words of encouragement. Perhaps at some point Armin would thank him for his unsolicited help. With time, of course. For now, Armin was enjoying having you all to himself.
There was an awkward pause as he waited for Armin’s answer.
“No, I-I can go alone.” Armin politely denied.
“Alright,” Jean hunched his shoulders, slightly disappointed. He was about to go back into his room before he abruptly turned back on his heel.
“Y’know Connie and I stay up pretty late most of the time. You can come kick it with us if you want… If you get too lonely.” Jean gently suggested.
This was the first time he and Armin had spoken to each other in days. Armin was Jean’s buddy, and he missed hanging out with him and Connie together. Every other night or so, Jean would tip down the hall to see what Armin was up to. Most of the time his lights were off and everything was quiet. Jean figured Armin would be a little lonesome. Leave it to a jerk like Eren to abandon his best friends.
Armin lips turned to the side in a shy, reserved smile.
“Thanks Jean.”
Jean nodded his head again. He decided to let Armin go his separate way. He couldn’t help but wonder if letting Armin out alone was a good idea or not, given the circumstances. He shook the thought away, having more faith in Armin coming back than Eren at this point. Jean held out his fist for Armin to pound. With no hesitation, Armin approached Jean and met his fist with his.
On that note, Jean went back into his room. Armin rounded the corner like a bat out of hell, and made a break for the exit.
--
The day was surprisingly warm and sunny. It was the middle of the week, and not many people seemed to be out today. It was nowhere near as crowded, as it was when you all first came to Marley. The pier was bright, full of life, loud, and busy. Now, it was pretty vacant and boring regardless of the lovely weather. There were a few people wandering around. Their shoes clunked loudly on the wood of the pier, echoing loudly into the open sea air. Even though the temperature was slightly high, the wind blowing off of the ocean just a few steps away provided a refreshing breeze. You could even taste the salt.
You checked your small wrist watch for the time again. The day was growing dangerously close to noon. Armin would have been here by now, but he was nowhere in sight. You had picked a perfect spot right in front of the pier's welcoming entrance. In big iron letters erected over its archway read Libero Pier Amusement. You sat patiently on a bench. Sitting in a public space and looking around anxiously was a perfect way to draw attention to yourself, so you kept calm and collected.
The anticipation was driving you crazy. You didn’t bring anything to distract yourself with while you waited, so you resorted to picking at whatever hangnail you could find. You bit at one, wondering what could possibly be taking Armin so long? What if something had happened to him? It was unlike Armin to be tardy for anything. What if he just didn’t want to come? You glanced at your watch again.
“Chewing on your nails again?”
You jumped. As if you manifested him out of thin air, he was there. You didn’t even hear him coming. You looked up at him, relieved that he was finally here and in one piece. But your heart fell at the sight of him in the daylight. It was obvious that he had not been getting enough sleep, if any at all. The area around and under Armin’s eyes were darker than the rest of his face. His outfit, however, was pretty fly. Marleyan fashion suited him well.
“Yeah.” You admitted timidly.
“I got your note, obviously.” Armin stated as he helped himself to sit next to you, thigh to thigh.
He leaned into your space, his hands resting politely in his lap. You had his full attention, eyes wide and dotting across your face. His eyes, the water in the distance, and the sky were all a miracle shade of blue.
“What is this about?”
“I wanted to go on a date.” You introduced your idea, motioning to the nautical environment around you. You gave Armin a flirtatious side eye.
“A date?” Armin sputtered incredulously. You hummed in response.
A strange crack accidentally escaped Armin’s throat. A date, of course! How stupid of him to not realize that sooner.  Would you be upset if he didn’t realize this is what you had planned? Had he known, he would have gone out of his way to bring you something nice.
You pressed your lips together, hiding a smile and hoping that Armin would be okay with this. If not, you both could simply go back to HQ and spend time together there. Although, that wouldn’t be as fun.
“Unless you’re uncomfortable! We can go back--” You started to bargain. Armin interrupted you promptly.
“No, please! I-I definitely want to be here with you.” Armin pleaded. His reassurance made your stomach twist.
“I must ask though, how did you get past Hange and Levi?” Armin wanted to know.
He was more than positive that you did not waltz right up to them and say you wanted to go on a date with Armin. And, no matter what way you put it, there was absolutely no way they could have ever agreed to let you venture out alone without Mikasa.
You playfully shrugged. You hardly broke a sweat trying to reason with your superiors, but Armin didn’t need to know that. You did, however, want Armin to know that Levi had given you money. Armin’s jaw dropped. He almost didn’t believe it until you pulled out the copper coin allowance out of your pocket, chuckling maniacally. Armin scoffed.
“I guess that little boy didn’t take all of it.” You lightly teased.
“He’s never given me money.” Armin fake pouted.
He thought back to all of the times that he had gone into town to get things for Levi, and it was always out of his own pocket. He genuinely did not mind at all. That, and he also dared not to ask otherwise.
You laughed. His mood already seemed to be changing. You grabbed Armin’s hand and stood up on your feet. He followed.
“So. What should we do first?” You asked.
Armin held his shoulder out for you to take. You wrapped your arms around his bicep and gave it a very firm hug. A warmth had gone through him, starting from the top of his head and sliding its way down into his toes. He could feel his cheeks flush just by you touching him. It sent his heart thumping and mind racing. This would be your first outing together as a couple. Maybe if Armin remained collected and chivalrous, while staying sharp and alert of his surroundings, he might not fuck anything up.
Like he did last time.
It did not matter where the starting point was, as long as Armin got to spend time with you. After a few weeks of beginning to get used to sneaking around in dark hallways at strange and ungodly hours of the night, it was refreshing to see you in a rather normal romantic environment. A beautiful day, you on his arm, out and about in a place neither of you had explored before. Armin’s stomach gurgled. He suggested food first.
Although this was your plan, Armin seemed to lead the way. He specifically wanted ice cream again and he looked for the trolly. Unfortunately, he didn’t spot the gentleman anywhere so he settled for something else. So, you both made way towards the only open food stand. There was a bit of a line, but you waited your turn. You stood behind a man with a baby resting on his shoulder.
The first thing you noticed besides the huge bald head, were their big green eyes. Their cheeks were fat and round, perfect for pinching. Just as you appeared, the infant kept their eye on you. You smiled and gave a little wave, and made a few funny faces. Your new friend, with their little fist in their mouth, smiled and giggled in return. A bit of drool had rolled down their bottom lip.
“Aw,” Armin chortled at you.
“I like babies.” You mentioned to him matter of factly. The line moved forward a few feet.
The parent must have caught a whisper of your comment. He barely turned to the side and glared at you through the corner of his sight. You could tell he gave you a quick up and down examination. The man's concentration circled on your left arm, which remained at your side since Armin was intertwined on your right.  Then, he gave an awkward and unfriendly fold of his lips, and promptly turned back around. It was always disappointing when a cute baby had rude parents.
The menu for street food in Marley was insane. You and Armin collectively have never had so many choices for food in your lives, and it was quite obvious to the vendor by the way you both gawked at the menu. You recognized a few items, such as Mikasa’s popcorn and Sasha’s funnel cake. But you weren’t too sure what a hot dog was exactly…
You and Armin both opted for a pretzel, to try something new.
Once you had gotten your twisted snack and paid, you pointed back to the pier. From where you were standing, you scouted out a perfect spot to sit, eat, and talk. One section of the pier was lined with wooden benches. It was built to stand a few yards beyond the shore line and farther into the ocean. You both sat closer to the end, wanting to be as close to the water as possible, and ate in a comfortable silence.
Seagulls called overhead. The sound of the water sloshing against the wood of the pier echoed under your feet. You snuck a glance at Armin as he munched. His hair blew against the warm wind. He was amazing to look at.
“I’ve missed seeing you during the day.” You confided in a soft voice.
“Yeah…” Armin dragged out. “My sleep schedule has been kind of messed up…”
It was obvious that Armin desperately needed sleep. Even though the bags under his eyes were plain as day, he was still good looking. In your personal biased opinion, Armin was always an attractive guy. The lack of sleep gave him a tragically beautiful aesthetic.
“I stay up most nights just… thinking.” Armin lowly stated.
Armin focused on the half eaten pretzel in his hand. There was something nipping at the back of his mind, something that you could see but not put a name to. You took a bite out of your food to fill some of the silence.
“About what?” You asked.
He paused for a moment. Suddenly, he wasn’t hungry anymore.
Armin thought everything was going well so far. He didn’t want to ruin the mood by being sad and talking about his feelings. Although, it was only a matter of time before you broke the ice and brought up Eren. He noticed how you tiptoed around it, how your exterior around him had softened. Since Levi didn’t bother to do bed checks anymore, only because the main reason for reinstating them for the time being had gone, you pushed the envelope on how late you would stay in Armin’s room. Sometimes, you’d fall asleep for a while. He guessed that you just wanted to keep him company.
“You can tell me anything.” You reassured him. You lightly knocked your knee against his to get his attention.
You were completely right. You were an excellent listener, and quite easy to talk to. Having deeper and more meaningful conversations with you was simpler than he thought. After understanding that you liked to talk as much as he did, Armin realized that he had psyched himself out for years. Being too intimidated and shy to initiate anything beyond banter as comrades, and vague compliments.
He often found himself spewing embarrassing facts and stories. You knew that Armin does not like to sleep with socks on because he hates the way his toes feel when they’re confined together, and he likes when it rains because everything feels cleaner. If he could confide in you that he enjoys a romance novel every now and then, he could be honest about his latest dilemma.
“I know, I just…” He inhaled sharply.
The pout on your lips was involuntary. Armin’s shoulders fell. He still kept his eyes on his lap. His bottom lip was taken in between his teeth, chewing on the supple skin.
“I thought at first that maybe being in Marley triggered some kind of memory, that Eren got lost or confused and would find his way back. I read my notes a thousand and one times. He hardly ever spoke about his fathers memories, aside from killing the Reiss family, so I couldn’t even piece together an idea of where in Marley he could have gone”
“And then I remembered the ‘see you later.’ It made me think he changed his mind at some point, but why? Maybe it was something I had done, something I didn’t understand… That’s kind of where I’m at now, I guess…”
You left your pretzel unattended as you listened. A sinking sensation fell in your abdomen. It was without question that Armin missed Eren and, honestly, so did you. He wasn’t your closest friend, but you enjoyed kicking him under the table when he joined in on Connie and Jean’s teasing. You constantly remind Eren to mind his business whenever he commented about Mikasa’s hair getting too long, and that she can keep it anyway she wants. Being the last person to see Eren seemed like a cruel joke. You felt as if anyone would see him for the final time, it should have been Armin.
You slid closer to him, hips touching together. Gently, you place your hand on his shoulder. Your eyes were locked on to him. He couldn’t avoid eye contact if he tried.
“I don’t think it had anything to do with you.” You hushed.
Armin offered a weak smile. You had spoken so tenderly, he almost believed that was true. All of a sudden, his mouth had gone dry. He felt as if you had him by the throat. A ringing sound in his ears as he zoned in on your lips. They always turned to a smile, no matter the occasion.
“Stand up. Face me. ” You demanded.
Without question, Armin did as you said. You plucked his pretzel from his hand and sat it down where he was sitting, and took both of his hands in yours. They were warm and a little sweaty. You gave them a squeeze. You instructed him to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out, following along with him.
“Let’s still try to have fun here while we can. Okay?”
Armin sighed. He could not deny to himself that the sunshine and fresh air had restored a piece of his mind. He was never going to stop wondering about Eren, thinking of the smallest technical detail, until he showed up again. For now, perhaps he could let his guard down for a moment…
“Okay.” Armin effortlessly agreed.
From that point on, he managed to put all of his Eren thoughts to the back of his mind, and enjoy your company. It had actually been about two or three days since you both had spent time together. He realized he hadn’t seen anyone for a while, which must have been why Jean was so surprised. Armin missed hearing you laugh and reaching to touch him anyway you could as you did so, how you could make a conversation about anything, and you definitely had gotten prettier somehow.
You both took one long, slow stroll around the pier. Mainly just talking, bouncing off of each other's ideas and random thoughts. You noticed a few things about him as you walked and talked. Armin spoke fluently with his hands. In casual conversation, he waved and moved them around. When he was being bashful, he rubbed them together. Armin also put his hands in his pockets sometimes. You hadn’t figured out what that meant yet. He apparently had a lot on his chest.
It was about to be your second turn around when you noticed a few people walking along the shoreline and under the pier. Immediately, you wanted to go there.
You and Armin rolled your pants legs up to the shin, took off your socks and shoes, and walked through the water under the pier. You held your footwear in one hand, while holding hands with the other. They swung in between while you casually strolled.
It was apparent that Armin was in a better mood. He skipped through the water, splashing himself and you as he kicked his feet around. He let his mind and his mouth run a mile a minute. Armin spoke on seemingly every thought that had came to his brain. You couldn’t help but to smile and laugh as he did. One day out and away from everything was just what he needed.
“Look at this,” Your eyes glanced at one of the pier legs.
You both stopped and approached to read and admire the handwriting that was etched into the wood. They were messages, notes, love declarations and promises. It was romantic to see how many couples had been in this very spot before you and Armin. He awed at some of the sentimental carvings. You had an idea.
You reached into your back pocket, pulling out a small knife you kept for last resort defense. You flipped it open and pointed the blade into the wood.
“What are you doing!” Armin exclaimed.
“Writing our names.” You stated, quirking an eyebrow. You thought it was obvious.
“You can’t do that, that’s vandalism!” Armin insisted.
He placed two hands on your shoulder, peering over as you were spelling your own name.
“Vandalism, really? Look how many people have been here before us!” You chortled as you moved on to sketch his name underneath yours.
Armin wasn’t the type to willingly bend the rules, which is what made it so fun to break them around him.
“Just because other people did it, doesn’t mean it’s right!” Armin hollered over the sound of the water moving and crashing. A subtle salty mist dusted the air as the wind blew from the ocean.
Armin’s face had turned a bashful red. He anxiously looked around. If you were both caught by Marleyan authorities and discovered to be from Paradis, it would be game over for the both of you as well as everyone else.
“Ta-da!” You cheered. You slid your knife back into your pocket and stepped back to admire your handiwork.
There, permanently drawn into Liberio’s pier were your names together, enclosed with a heart. Carving curves was more difficult than you thought it would be but the shape came out all the same. Armin noticed that you dotted the i in his name with a heart as well. He reached out to run his finger over the fresh carving.
“Nice little touch.” He complimented. The serious line of Armin’s lips twitched into a smile.
A quick gust of ocean breeze flew past, misting the sides of your bodies as you stood face to face. He had realized many things about you at once. Armin liked the way the wind had blown your hair back from your face, and the way your lips were drawn into a cheeky smile. He suddenly couldn’t feel his feet. The feeling of the cold water around his knees faded into the background as you had become the center of his attention.
Being in your presence was always a surreal experience. Even more so now that Armin got to have you all to himself. The era of Armin yearning from a distance was, for the most part, over. He no longer had the underlying anxiety of wondering if you would ever like him the same way. Even though you’ve said it, it was clearer now that you truly cared for him. He could feel it in the way you held his hand, pointing out the finer details of the world around you. You literally carved your names in wood, and it would be there forever for others to know that you both stood in this very same spot. It felt official, as if a contract had been signed. Armin’s heart pumped doubletime.
A switch had been flipped. A layer of Armin’s adoration towards you had been stripped, and a new fresh wound lay underneath. It seemed to run deeper into Armin’s chest than he anticipated.
“I owe you an apology.” Armin blurted out. You turned to look at him.
“Why?” You questioned.
He inhaled. The words weren’t easy to come off his tongue. Armin wanted to shrug and say he didn’t know, to spare you the bore of him talking. But, you said he could tell you anything…
“I… don’t think I’ve given you the attention you deserve.” He confessed, pulling on his fingers.
You helped yourself to wrap your arms around his middle, giving him the most genuine and warm hug he had ever gotten. The water that you stood in was cold, but your touch had him just about sizzling.
“You don’t have anything to apologize for.” You stated.
Armin gulped at your comment. You resting on him eased his spirit, as if he was forgiven for a sin. He laid his cheek on the top of your head, snuggling into you for the moment. His eyes began to throb, tears threatening to pick behind his eyes. He wasn’t sure what he was about to cry for. Armin’s psyche felt a hue brighter. Suddenly, nothing else seemed to matter to him than you did in this current moment. Armin did not want to taint this memory with tears, so he quickly blinked them back.
You played under the pier for a few hours, as long as it took for mid-afternoon to turn into late evening. You kept reading other names drawn onto the pier leg, trying to find things to pick up and maybe keep as souvenirs, but you didn’t find much. Armin brought it upon himself to start throwing water. You splashed him back. This was maybe the happiest you had ever seen him be.
A weird creepy feeling hit you in the back of the neck. Suddenly, something was off. The hairs on your arm stood up. You got the sensation that you were being watched, stalked from behind. You stopped running around the pier legs, playing into Armin’s silly tag game. You took a sly peak from the corner of your eye before turning completely around.
There was indeed someone behind you, a few feet away. It was unclear what they were doing exactly. They stood still as if you couldn’t see them at all.
“What’s wrong? Are you tired?” Armin asked.
You had become distracted by his voice. In the split second you turned to look at Armin and back at the person, they had already gone. They were there plain as day, Armin must not have seen them before they took off.
“Nothing is wrong.” You said.
Armin approached you slowly, careful not to splash around as much anymore. He wrapped an arm around your back, enclosing you around him in a light hug. He looked in the direction you were staring into, not understanding what had distracted you all of a sudden.
“Let’s go back.” He offered.
Armin didn’t let go of your hand once. He held it from the pier all the way back to HQ. His grip tightened when you made it inside and snuck through the halls like two lovestruck shadows.  The hallways were clear and quiet. There wasn’t a single person in sight.
“Are you tired?” You hushed.
“No, are you?” Armin asked.
“No…” You trailed off.
Since the hallway was so empty, now seemed to be a perfect time to slip in either of your rooms. You typically snuck off to Armin’s room, which was farther down the hall and had loud door hinges. Your room was closer, only around the corner. “Do you want to come to my room?” You suggested.
A bell had gone off in Armin’s head. He’s never been in your room before, neither here nor on Paradise. He couldn’t begin to imagine what your personal bedroom looked like, although he wondered. Armin nodded his head in agreement. The lump in his throat had formed in seconds, and hindered his speech. The dry mouth didn’t help either.
You promptly grabbed your room key out of your bag, so you wouldn’t have to fumble at the door. You and Armin promptly rounded the corner. You stuck your key in the lock and with just your luck, the key did not turn. You moaned in frustration.
“Sorry. This sticks sometimes.” You explained.
You quietly jiggled the key in the hole, hoping to dislodge the mechanism inside. Of course it would happen now that you’re in a rush. Armin stood close behind you. You could feel his breath on the back of your neck, which only further distracted you. It sent goosebumps down your spine.
He couldn’t help his eyes but to wonder up and down your backside. Armin began to anticipate what possibly could happen once he got inside your room. Anyway he put it in his mind seemed perverted, which isn’t the energy he wanted to give off. He couldn’t wait to hold you close to him and unwind under your sheets. Armin’s head began to pound at the thought of things escalating further.
Armin fumbled with his hands anxiously as you struggled to unlock the door. You shook the handle again, more aggressively this time. Mikasa’s room was catty-cornered from yours, and would definitely see what was going on if she caught wind of suspicious noises in the hall. Armin wasn’t sure how Mikasa felt about you and Armin being together. It never had a chance to be brought up.
And, sometimes, he really disliked being on the same brainwave as Mikasa. They were always very close. At one point in their childhood, Mikasa tested Armin extensively to see if they could read each other's minds. It felt like just as Armin began to worry about being caught by her, Armin happened to notice her door was cracked enough to peek out of. The tip of her red scarf lazily hung through the crack, an eye just barely visible.
Armin quickly glanced between you still trying to break into your room, and Mikasa, who was staring directly into his soul.
“What?” Armin mouthed to her.
She looked Armin up and down once. Her eye squinted. She was definitely judging him. Quietly, she closed her door back.
You managed to successfully turn the key, after spewing swears. The door swung open and you went inside. Armin followed and closed the door behind him.
Armin didn’t allow a second to pass before he had his lips on yours. He held them there for a moment. You were quite surprised, standing in a short jolt of shock. When the familiarity that was Armin as you knew him sunk in, you kissed him back. Both of your lips laced in between each other. He laid his hands on your hips. His fingers lightly dug into your skin. You placed your arms around his shoulders, giving him support as he leaned in most of his body's presence into you.
Your room was still dark. You hadn’t even turned the lights on yet.
Armin took a step forward, causing you to take a step back. Walking while kissing made you miss a few steps. The back of your legs collided with your mattress and you fell backwards, dragging Armin down along with you. He exclaimed when his feet were suddenly taken out from under him, and quickly braced himself so he didn’t completely squish you.
You chuckled rather awkwardly as you were slightly embarrassed for some reason. Your heart thumped in your chest, even your ear drums were feeling the beat. Of course you and Armin were often this close to each other. It was obvious that physical touch was his main method of affection. Both of you were usually staying up extremely late, embracing one another, talking and getting to know each other better. Armin especially liked to fiddle and toy with your hands and fingers, and leave kisses anywhere he was allowed.
Armin giggled as well. You smiled up at him, eyes glowing brightly. Armin lowered his face to yours. He lightly rubbed the tip of his button nose against yours, and then helped himself to another kiss. You gently added your tongue to the equation. Armin melted instantly. Comfortable moans slipped through the both of you. Time seemed to no longer exist. Armin felt like he had been kissing you for ages, but still was not getting enough. His blood started to work harder to flush through his veins.
He wanted more. Armin itched to feel your skin on his, soft and delicate. He remembered how good you felt inside. Not that he ever stopped thinking about it, and how being inside of you felt so right. He never stopped thinking about you. The way you held him, moaned his name and mewed for more, squirming under his touch. With his eyes closed, he could almost taste you again.
Armin broke himself away to collect air.
“Do you want to..? Y’know…” Armin struggled to find his words. He spoke them softly into your jawline as he walked his lips there to leave kisses.
Armin resisted the urge to suck on a perfect spot where his lips grazed your neck, just below your ear. If he left any marks, someone would definitely put the pieces together and know that it was him. Armin most definitely wanted to leave his love bites and bruises on you. His secondary thoughts spun as they thought of all the other places he could freely bite and suck on.
Asking before proceeding was always the right thing to do, but Armin didn’t know why he was blushing harder or how it was possible. He could feel a bashful heat rise in his face.
You knew what he was asking. You wanted to excuse yourself so you could hide your face in a pillow and scream into the down feathers to hide how hot and bothered you had suddenly become. This would be the first time you and Armin would have sex sober.
How would it be different?
The blue in his eyes poured into you inquisitively. They changed from a light cyan to a deep, amorous phthalo. Perhaps it was the trick of the light. His eyelids appeared heavy, no longer staying wide with wonder. He focused on you as if you were a target he was aiming for. Armin’s cheeks were strawberry red, as well as the tip of his nose and ears. He held a small piece of his bottom lip in between his teeth as he patiently waited for an answer.
You wouldn’t ever turn Armin down.
“Yeah, I want to.” You confirmed.
There was zero time to react. Armin sighed in relief and reattached his lips to yours. He was still on top. To make himself more comfortable, Armin put one leg on each side of your hips to straddle you. You could feel how hard he had gotten, making a shiver go from the bottom of your neck and straight down. Your hands went to entangle themselves in his hair that was so soft, it felt as if you were touching nothing. Your nails accidentally scraped the skin of his scalp as you did so. A miniscule whine left Armin’s lungs as he helped himself to kiss at the pulse of your neck.
“I promise I won’t cum before you this time.” Armin stated. The both of you chuckled, smiling into each other.
Both of you began to strip each other of your top layers. Armin’s shirt had been removed, as well as yours and your bra. You took into account how toned he actually was. He was definitely on the leaner side, shoulders and biceps defined with muscle. His abdomen was divided into faint sections of four. Armin wasn’t necessarily gung-ho about training and being physically fit, but it was clear that whatever work he was putting in was paying off.
Bare from the chest down, Armin moved from kissing the sensitive spots on your neck to your collarbone. Then, he moved to give attention to each one of your breasts. He kissed one as he held the other, giving your nipples each an equal amount of pinches and gentle sucking. Armin made his way down your sternum, down your stomach, and met a dead end at your waistline. You still had your pants on.
“Can I taste you again?” He wanted to know. His fingers had already hooked into your belt loops.
You nodded your head in agreement, not even having to think about it. Armin’s lungs filled with excitement. He bit his lip to keep himself from smiling too much while he unbuttoned your pants and took them off for you. He began to tremble slightly from the anticipation of pleasuring you with something he knew you liked, something he was supposedly good at.
You propped yourself up on your elbows to watch Armin make himself comfortable between your thighs. He was on his stomach with his feet hanging off the side of the bed. Just for a moment, Armin paused to look back up at you. He wanted to see if there was any hesitation behind your eyes. If there was, that would be okay. But he was practically praying that there wasn’t. He gently wrapped his arms around your tights.
Armin took the kind smile you laid on your lips to be a go ahead, reading your mind perfectly. He helped himself down to give your clit two clear kisses, and began to lick ever so gently. The last thing you saw was the top of Armin’s blonde hair, his face tucked away. You closed your eyes and laid back to let Armin do his thing.
Armin’s hands dug into the meat of your thighs and his arms had tightened into a gentle hug once you began to wiggle and whimper under his tongue. He changed from giving your clit smooth licks, to licking through your pussy. He lapped at everything you had to offer like a pup to water on a hot day. Armin removed one hand to dip a single finger into you, leaving nothing untouched.
“So good.” He whispered.
Using his tongue and fingers, Armin created a rhythm that he could keep up with. He managed to work his way up to two fingers inside of you, teasing at the spot inside that had his name written all over it. Armin focused his tongue back to your clit, sucking and licking them interchangeably.
You were on cloud nine. This time around was better than the first. It would technically be Armin’s second time going down on anyone, but he performed like he knew what he was doing. You didn’t quite understand it, but if he was doing it this well then did it actually matter? You kept your noises to a minimum out of courtesy. A hand had made root in Armin’s hair, tugging at his locks. Armin’s one free hand reached for yours.
Enthralled in the pleasure he was giving, you had your eyes closed shut. Armin kept his wide open, unable to look at anything else. His vision tunneled from his job between your legs, to the sight of you squirming and huffing under his touch. Even before that fateful night in the tent, he had fantasized about pleasuring you in any way he could in any way you liked. Besides knowing what was outside of the walls, all Armin ever wanted was you.
A cord in your abdomen began to tighten and tighten. You knew you were coming close to an orgasm, but you didn’t want to just yet. You let Armin finger until you couldn’t take anymore. You tapped his shoulder.
“Stop, I-I don’t want to come yet.” You puffed.
Armin halted without comment. The corner of his mouth drew upwards in a shy smile. His eyes were swimming with lust, pupils blown out and dark. He used the back of his hand to quickly wipe his lips before glossing them back up your body. Armin kissed you. You could taste the faint tinge of yourself on his face and on his tongue.
A brief make out distracted Armin long enough for you to slip your hand in between your bodies and start messing with the button and zipper of his pants, which he had kept on. Armin gasped when your chilly hand found it’s way inside and around his cock. His mouth fell open with shaky sighs and moans as you began to work your hand up and down his shaft.
Armin was hard as stone. He was of decent thickness and length. Your core fluttered at the memory of how he filled and stretched you out so wonderfully. His cock flexed and twitched in your hand. You had only worked your wrist a few times up and a few times down, Armin was already panting and sweating.
“I wanna be inside you,” he huffed in your ear. You smiled into his shoulder. He almost sounded as if he was begging.
You released your grip to give Armin space so he could shimmy out of his pants. Once they were tossed to the side and he had settled comfortably on top of you, Armin gave you one deep kiss. His breath hitched inside his throat as he sunk himself inside of you. His whine grasped your attention. Your eyes flipped open to check on him. Your vision was met with the top of Armin’s blonde hair. His face looked down to where you both were connected.
“Are you okay?” You question.
Armin nodded. With his eyes closed, he took in a giant gulp of oxygen as he lowered himself onto his forearms. He was cautious not to put all of his weight onto you. Armin buried his face in the spot between your shoulder and neck. He spoke low, his voice sizzling in your ear.
“Forgot how tight you were.” He quietly confessed.
A little laugh escaped your lungs as he laid on top of you, chest to chest, as he pushed himself deeper. Your body recalled the way Armin filled you up. The stretch of him felt nice, a perfect fit and balance of length and size as if he had been molded just for you. Armin stayed still for a moment after making himself comfortable. Your arms wrapped around his shoulders, fingertips pressing into his skin.
He moved his head so his nose touched yours. He wanted to be as close to you as he possibly could. Being literally inside of you almost wasn’t enough. You being sheathed around him was as close as he could ever get, so warm and so snug. Armin kept his composure, as he tried not to climax upon impact. He worked his hips slowly against you, impossible to restrain his breaths of satisfaction.
“You’re so fuckin’ beautiful.”
With the compliment rolling off his tongue, Armin met his lips to yours. You embraced him tightly, holding him against you as you felt like you were floating. He took your bottom lip between his teeth and tugged, his moans spilling into your mouth. They were low and breathless, just loud enough for only you to hear. His thrust increased, still slow and loving, but more emphasis was added as he pushed back up side of you.
As he did so, Armin realized that your bed was slightly unsteady. It rocked as he did. And somewhere in the screws of the frame was a rather annoying squeaking sound. It might have just been his ears playing tricks, but he swore it got louder as he kept going.
“Your bed is very noisy.” Armin commented, chuckling and slowing down his pace to cease the squeaking. You swallowed.
“No one will hear, I promise.” You said.
Armin had to catch his breath over what you were saying. He inhaled deeply again, getting a good whiff of your hair. Armin let his hips have a break, staying still at his last thrust upward. You felt the tip of his dick touching the particular spot you liked. Armin put his forehead to yours and looked you straight in the eye.
“Are you sure?” He asked. Armin looked deep into you, scanning for any amount of uncertainty.
A shiver went through your spine. Armin stared at you with an erotic gloss coating his eyes. It must be a signature of his. However, there was an icy focus to his irises. You saw an idea fly into his mind. His tone had changed, as did the rest of his aura. Everything had gone a shade darker, Armin being the only one taking up your entire vision. The world seemed to not exist outside of him being on top of you.
“Yes.” You cautiously replied. Whatever he was about to challenge you with, you accepted it.
Armin believed you. If there was no chance anyone would hear, then he didn’t see a point in trying to keep quiet. There was more privacy in a hotel room than there was behind a tapestry.
He leaned in for another kiss. Armin’s lips fell onto yours, haphazardly kissing you with no real pattern. Your tongues moved around each other recklessly. Armin pulled his hips all the way back, and snapped forward with little mercy. He repeated the same motion again, and again, and again. Your eyes clamped shut, seeing strange sparks of colors and shapes.
“Does this feel good? Hmm?” Armin panted in your ear, desperation entangled in his question. His breath was warm and rumbled as low as his voice could go. You nodded your head.
“K-Keep going. Don’t stop.” You confirmed, swallowing your encouraging words as Armin continued.
It was all Armin really needed to hear. He snaked both of his hands down your arms and to your hands, locking his fingers in between yours. Without a single que, your hands flopped to the top of your head, being pinned down by a weight on your palms. Armin melodically sighed. Lewd moans were exchanged in between each other as Armin began to fuck you threefold.
“I won’t stop, baby. I-I… I can’t stop.” Armin huffed pathetically.
Right now, his main focus was how well he fit buried deep inside of you. Armin swore he never had a stronger sense of belonging than here in this moment. He could feel the tip of his cock prodding at your soft walls. The way you squeezed around him had Armin crumbling around you. You smelled nice, as per usual. Armin could still smell traces of the ocean salt in your hair and on your skin, which was soft and supple as it rubbed up against him. Armin’s hands gripped yours tighter.
The sound of bodies hitting together could almost drown out the bothersome squeaking of your bed frame. You hardly paid attention to it. You were too consumed in the ecstasy Armin was putting down. You drank in every word he spoke. His trimmed hair below his beltline made perfect friction on your clit as Armin bore down hard when he thrusted into you. You were so full of him, anymore might be too much. You were already sensitive from his tongue lapping at you moments before. This was just enough to send you over the edge.
Armin freed your hands from above your head. Blood started to circulate back into your wrists. He then placed both of his hands on each side of your face, cradling you softly. Both of your eyes flipped open at the same time, directly looking at each other. Armin sheepishly smiled. It was impossible to look anywhere else. He held your face exactly where he wanted, maintaining eye contact as you fell closer and closer to coming undone. You held onto his shoulders, digging your nails into his warm skin.
You could feel your stomach tighten and the muscles in your core swell. You whispered how you were close, so close, so so close while Armin kept his fast pace. He let his hips go as they naturally could, not really having a specific rhythm.
“I’m gonna come,” You smaller voice was swept in the wave of Armin’s moans. He put his forehead to yours.
“I won’t until you do…” Armin exhaled.
Just a few more pumps into you, and Armin had you splintering from reality. A wash of relief finally crashed down. You throbbed around him. You knew he could feel you coming to orgasm. Armin’s hips wobble for one single second, a rather delirious laugh cracked from his throat. He could feel you drowning in your orgasm. You clenched around him, sucking and pulling under the waves with you.
Armin removed himself posthaste. Your head was still spinning and your consciousness was jaded. You sat up again on your elbows in time to watch Armin relieve himself right onto your stomach. Some white ropes had jumped all the way to your chest. His eyes were squeezed shut and his jaw hung open while he worked his wrist around his dick until he was satisfied.
Then, he flopped next to you on his back, his shoulder slightly over yours. You laid together in a thick fog of post-sex silence, catching your breaths and letting your brains reset. Your first coherent thought that came to mind was to clean Armin’s mess from your skin. Second, perhaps to bring Armin a glass of water. His face was beaten with red splotches as if he had run laps around the world. There was a thin shine of sweat to his forehead. You twisted the knob on your bedside lamp, and got up to do so.
“Where are you going?” Armin asked. Like a frog to a fly, his reflexes were quick. Before you could get too far, he lightly grabbed your hand.
“I’m going to clean up, and then bring you some water.” You stated with a smile, giving his hand a little squeeze.
Armin’s heart pinged. He smiled back at you, only because he was still too loopy to form a proper sentence. He watched you sashay away to your private bathroom, admiring the view of your naked backside. Once you had disappeared, Armin fell back onto your mattress. A puff of your smell wafted around him like an amorous security blanket. He inhaled deeply. If he snuggled into your blankets enough, perhaps your smell would rub on him too.
Armin nestled under your blanket and made himself comfortable. While he did so, he realized that there was still a significant amount of space left, even if you were laying down next to him. In Armin’s hotel bed, there was barely enough room to fit the both of you but you still managed to make it work.
“You know, your bed is a lot bigger than mine.” He commented.
You snorted from your spot in the bathroom. You had cleaned yourself off and thrown on a shirt you had. Then, you filled up a glass of water in the sink, took a few sips for yourself, and filled it back up again.
“Yeah, it’s bigger than my bed back home too. Actually, this entire room is about three times the size of my actual bedroom. I don’t even have a…”
You stopped talking at the sight of Armin completely passed out in your bed. He was literally awake and talking two seconds ago. His face was still flushed with pink, not as red anymore, and his breathing was still heavy. Armin was curled up on his side.
As quietly and as carefully as possible, you crawled up next to him and turned the light back out. Your vision adjusted to the darkness. You swore you could feel his heartbeat bang through the sheets. Holding onto that sound, you fell asleep not long after he did. -- thank you. reblogs and feedback are appreciated! arlertwitch © 2023. all rights reserved. do not translate or repost any works by @ambassadorarlert on any other platforms. violators will be prosecuted in accordance within the law.

Tumblr media
Armin ruts his hips into you desperately, chasing his orgasm with flushed cheeks, mouth agape and eyes squeezed closed in concentration. He'd been away on an expedition with the scouts for a little under a week, the entire time his mind wondering to question what you were doing; if you were thinking of him, too. He'd move away from the campfire, away from his friends and into a patch of trees to submerge himself within, hopelessly pumping a fist over himself, trying his hardest to picture your tight cunt around him - but it was no use. The highs he'd received from his own right hand had nothing on what your pussy given him.
You sucked the twitching, sensitive member into your walls, a tight squeeze around his tender cock, a moan falling through his lips. Armin was always vocal during sex, something you'd appreciated greatly despite his embarrassment. "M-missed you." The words between your own whines met his ears, brain barely able to make the few words out, though once he'd made sense of the sentence, he'd leaned toward you, a sloppy kiss between haphazard thrusts to show he'd felt the same way about you, even if the first thing he'd done when getting through the door had been pushing you plush to the bed to milk his already hard cock into.
"Feels good." Armin managed to push out the compliment through his scrambled thoughts, another whimper shortly after as he'd felt you squeeze around him, head tilting back. "C-close, baby." Your fingers had been working on your clit to build up the tension within your abdomen, one you'd known the male on-top of your body had felt too.
"Cum for me." His voice was quiet with uncertainty, the instruction not one he'd been used to giving, though when your mewl had met his ear, a roll of your hips upward, he was glad he'd spoken. Armin's heart raced as he watched you through blurred eyes, a string about to snap, a climax awaiting-
"Gon- ah!" His chest inflated with the sharp breath of air, blue orbs leaving your face as he'd squinted, hands grasping onto your hips harder while he'd bullied into you a little less rhythmically, stuttered wails, mouth as wide as it would go.
He'd usually known better than cumming inside - a sheepish conversation between the two of you discussing birth control only a few months ago. But, after he'd needed you so desperately, he'd been unable to control himself and spilled the hot ropes within your walls. Your back had arched at the feeling, a flutter within your chest as you'd felt claimed by him.
He'd pulled himself from you a moment or two after catching his breath, dick twitching as he'd laid back on the bed. "Glad you're safe." Your eyes were closed, but he'd known the look of relief you'd always had when he'd stepped through the rickety door of your home, an expression he wouldn't let himself forget.

Sharing that kiss with you put a smile on Armin's face for the rest of the month. Every day as he scurried around the bookstore, ringing up customer's purchases and shelving away books, he traced his fingertips over his lips and thought of you.
When you and him stole upstairs to the cafe for your book dates, he looked at you with a brighter light in his eyes. Slowly he became less socially awkward around you, and he even stopped having stuttering spells.
He was really warming up to you. He was becoming a friend. A good friend. Well, actually, more than a friend; that was evident when you and him secretly kissed in the secluded poetry aisle.
A pattern formed.
You'd stride into the bookstore, greet him at the cashier and ask "Are there any new arrivals?" and that was his queue to take you to the classics section so that he could show you the books he had recently shelved. Both of your feet would slowly wander to other aisles as you let an enrapturing conversation engulf you, the books lost your attention and blended with the environment.
Then your words trailed off, and he'd give longing glances to your lips a few times.
Armin seemed to adore pecking your lips while cupping your cheeks. Sometimes his hands slid to the back of your head and nestled in your hair. And he always pulled you closer, closer, until you were chest-to-chest in the back of the bookstore.
"Oh my god, it's half-past already?" Armin said, "I've gotta get back to work..." he said, reluctantly prying his hands from your sweet cheeks.
"M'kay, I'll be browsing. You're getting off early today, it's Friday right?" you asked.
Armin nodded, "Yeah."
"Wanna come over?" you asked.
Armin blinked, "Huh? What?" he seemed either taken aback or confused, you couldn't judge which.
"I mean, come over to my place. I've already been to your house a few times, y'know. Have you ever been in the newer city apartments?"
"No, not really. My friend Eren used to live in one on Ochre street, but he moved with his girlfriend to those apartments that line the riverbank. Y'know, the fancy ones?"
You scrunched your nose. "I hate that area, it's full of snobbish people."
Armin chuckled. "Really?"
"Anyways, so do you want to come?" you asked.
He nodded excitedly. "I'd love to, I mean, if it doesn't feel like an intrusion to you."
"Oh, Armin, why would it feel like an intrusion? Besides, I'm the one who invited you." you said laughingly.
"Right..." he blushed a bit, and pulled his shoulders together.
You swore that he spun on his heel like a ballerina when he left to continue working. Well, 'working'. It was a slow day and the most of his work was fixing broken shelves and organizing the children's book section.
Tumblr media
"Let's go, loverboy." you said, greeting Armin outside after he finally got off work.
"Loverboy?" he blushed. "I like that."
The two of you began to walk quickly down the blocks to beat the coming thunderstorm.
"I think, actually, dreamboy would be better suited for you, since you've got that olden-day dreaminess about you. Y'know, like those men in those movies from the fifties." you said.
"I'd have to disagree." Armin chuckled. "And, anyways, I don't like movies from the fifties, if I'm being honest. The actors feel disingenuous."
"Really! I love 'em. They're so comforting to watch on rainy days." you said.
A moment later, the clouds let out a drizzling rain. You and Armin laughed down the street, ignorant of the world around you, completely in your own love bubble. Any passer-by could see that he was in love with you.
The drizzling rain turned to a complete downpour, so you and Armin rushed to your apartment.
You were giggling about something, probably about the fact you two were completely soaked. No, drenched. Your socks even got wet, completely soaked through. Your top was clinging to you, Armin's sweater felt the weight of the water.
When you fumbled with the key and your apartment door, Armin leaned against the wall to support his body; he was losing it laughing.
"I promise, this is my home, and this usually doesn't happen." you said, trying again. You kicked the bottom of the door, and then it unlocked.
"Worked like magic." Armin commented.
"I'm adaptive, aren't I?" you beamed, opening the door and motioning him inside.
"Very." he nodded, following you inside like a wet puppy.
You sighed the sigh you always do when you return to the comforts of your home. Armin looked curiously at your furnishings, admiring how your décor reflected your aura.
After dropping your keys onto the entryway's end-table, you squeezed the wetness out of your hair.
"God, it's cold." you commented, and then said something that made Armin blush until his cheeks were searing hot. "D'you wanna shower?"
"What? I – oh, you mean to get warm?" he stuttered, "Sure."
"What else would I have meant?" you teased.
He gulped and shrugged innocently.
Tumblr media
Armin showered first, and he did so very briefly. He emerged warm, feeling fluffy, and when you went to shower yourself and freshen up alone, he tamely explored your apartment.
He peeked into your bedroom, and when he glanced at your bed, his mind raced with many thoughts. But he stopped himself, like someone quickly stops the flow of water out of a bottle with a cork.
The door to your study was wide open, so he went in, and his eyes went big. He felt like he was in his grandfather's library; it was wall-to-wall books. They were even piling up on the floor due to lack of shelf space.
His attentive gaze lingered on the book laid on your desk. It was a novel that he'd recommended to you; it seemed you were halfway through it already. That made him feel good, and he smiled to himself while browsing your library.
"You like it?" your voice suddenly sounded at the door. He jumped and turned to face you.
"Yeah, it reminds me of my grandfather's library... I feel like a little kid again." he said. His eyes swept the room admiringly, then he nodded to the book on your desk. "Are you enjoying it so far?"
You nodded enthusiastically, "It's kinda terrifying, but I love it."
"Sorry, I should have warned you. Lovecraft writes quite horrifying stuff." he chuckled.
"Have you read (...) yet?" you asked eagerly.
Armin blushed. "Oh... well, yes I finished it but I forgot to tell you."
You looked at him, impressed.
"You read all that in three days?"
"Actually, two."
"Good grief, Armin, you're a book eater."
He sighed amusedly at you, "I got nothing on my grandfather. He's the real speed-reader." he said.
You plucked a book from the shelf and opened it. When you playfully hid behind it, he laughed and asked what on earth you were doing.
"I'm hiding. You'll never find me within these two-hundred pages." you joked.
Armin came closer to you and lowered the book. "Found you." he said, his tone lower and almost sensual. "Not a very good hiding place. I recommend hiding in Crime and Punishment next time. It's five-hundred pages."
Your eyes met his. Because he had lowered his voice into a near-murmur, so did you. "D'you want to – um..." you trailed off.
Armin felt his heart beat faster. "Hm?"
You changed what you were about to say at the last minute, and the both of you knew it. "D'you want to have some coffee?" you asked.
His eyes stared through to your soul. He looked so pretty right then.
"Of course. I'd love some coffee" he said.
Tumblr media
While brewing a strong coffee for Armin, he sat at the kitchen counter writing.
You weren't sure if it was a letter or a poem, but whichever, he seemed to be putting a lot of thought into it.
"Sugar?" You asked.
Armin looked up in surprise because for a split second he thought you were calling him sugar. "Oh, yes please, two."
"Two? Wow, you're a pretty sweet boy." You flirted with him. He chuckled and lowered his gaze.
A long silence passed wherein you languidly stirred two sugars into his coffee, and he scratched his quill pen on the paper. He stopped and looked contemplatively at what he had written. He seemed dissatisfied.
"What's the matter?" You asked.
Armin frowned. "I just haven't written poetry in a while. It's so stale..." he said self-consciously.
"Doesn't it just have to rhyme and then it's good? I don't know. I've never read poetry, except for that book you recommended." you shrugged.
"Well, there's a bit more to it than rhyming..." he said, then looked hard at his work. "This is bad." he said decidedly.
"Let me read it." You said, "I'll be the judge."
Armin smiled a little and handed the paper to you. He pulled his cup of coffee closer to him and sipped it while you read. He felt this growing nervousness as you read; what were you thinking? You seemed captivated by what he wrote, but Armin couldn't tell if it was positively or negatively.
"Armin," you began, "this is really good. Like, really good."
Armin clicked his tongue in disbelief.
"I mean it! Armin, you write like a real olden day poet. It's beautiful. You should be proud, not just anyone can do that."
He gave you a bashful smile. "Well, if you're saying that, I'll believe it I guess."
"Can I keep this?" You ask, clutching his letter to your chest. His heart swooned at that.
"Yeah, of course. But... I'll write you many more poems in the future, anyways." He smiled.
The two of you looked at each other for a long while, as if entranced. There were questions Armin wanted to ask; about you, about your life, about your past. Did you once love someone? Is it all new to you like it is to him? Would you be amused if he told you that you're his first love?
"Y/n," he said your name thoughtfully, "have you ever had a lover before?"
You tilted your head at him and didn't answer immediately, because you were half wondering why he would ask that.
"I have, but just two. The first broke my heart terribly, I was in pieces for years, and the second... well, that was hardly a lover at all. There was no connection between us." you said honestly. Armin listened attentively. Part of him felt childishly jealous that you'd already experienced love before him. "What about you?" you asked him, "have you ever had a lover before?"
Armin looked at you with those big blue eyes. He always had that adoring puppy-like look around you.
He seemed frozen in place for a while, but finally answered. "No, I haven't. You're my – uh..." he trailed off shyly.
"Really?" you replied in surprise. "I'm your first?"
"Yeah." he made a small smile. "You're my first."
"It's an honor." you smiled.
Armin fixed his eyes on his coffee, which had gone cold and he had only taken one sip, because when he talks with you he becomes so absorbed that he forgets about everything else in the world.
"I really like you." he said. "Sorry if I come off as childish or clingy sometimes, it's just... I've never had this before. Developing this relationship with you feels like... it feels like starting your favorite book, before knowing it's going to be your favorite book."
You looked at him in adoring silence. "So poetic." you mused.
He had an embarrassed smile, one so cute that you felt compelled to give him a kiss on the cheek.
He wasn't prepared for that at all, so he receded into a shyness that reminded you of how he used to be in the beginning.
"Wanna read with me on the bed? It's cold out here." you offered.
Armin felt his cheeks heat up a little. "Sure."
Tumblr media
So you did read, sitting side by side together on your bed, which was tucked into the corner next to the window. The rain was consistently battering the pane, so after your insisted, Armin agreed to stay overnight at your place.
You were fully engulfed by your book's plot, but Armin was only pretending to read; he was too excited, too in a daze of love to actually pay attention to the words on the page.
Instead of being interested in what the character in his book was doing, he was interested in what you were doing.
Although your book had your attention, your eyes became sore with tiredness. So you closed them, thinking that you'll rest just for five seconds and then magically feel rejuvenated.
But actually you fell right asleep.
"Y/n?" Armin called your name softly.
Your head fell to rest on his shoulder, and he had no idea what to do about that. His heart was racing.
"Y/n?" he called your name again, almost in a whisper, while looking at you.
You mumbled sleepily in response. With careful movements, Armin pulled up the blanket that laid across yours and his feet, and draped it over you.
"Sleep well, my sweet love." he said, and confidently kissed the top of your forehead.

7:25 a.m. - armin arlert
Tumblr media
Catching your breath you look down at armin, head laying down on your thigh while he gently kisses over the soft skin. His hair messily fallen over his face but he still looks so pretty, blissed out on you.
“love you”, he mumbles into your thigh,
“love you”, you whisper back, not wanting to speak too loud and disturb the peace of the morning and the moment. Sliding his hand up your thigh to your hip he slowly rubs circles against your skin, smiling at the goosebumps that begin to litter your skin.
“Do you wanna shower?”, he asks, still not lifting his head from your thigh, but moving his eyes to watch your face. Giving him a smile you nod.
“You’ll have to get up”, groaning softly he sits up, kneeling above you now.
“Can we just do this all day?“, you giggle, bringing your hand up to brush his blonde hair away from his face.
“Stay in bed feeling each other up?“, he laughs, shoving your face gently into the pillow.
“Yeah sure”, rolling off the bed he shuffles into the bathroom, two seconds later you hear the stream of water from the shower, the sound inviting you into the bathroom. Strolling in you hug armin from behind, leaving light kisses along his shoulder blades.
“I’m working from home today too”, turning his head he smiles at you,
“Told you, you should”,
“Yeah yeah”, you say, letting go of his warm body and stepping towards the shower, reaching your hand in to test the water. Once it’s to your liking you shrug your t-shirt off, stepping in and lightly sighing. “Don’t complain about how hot it is”, you call out, right before he steps in behind you.
“You know cold showers are better for your skin”, he says, reaching up to grab his face wash.
“Are you implying something with that statement”, giggling he shakes his head,
“No, your just always on a new skincare kick so just thought you’d want to know”, you hum in response, reaching around him for your body wash.
“I’ll continue to enjoy my hot showers”, you say then smirk before adding, “but if you wanna look into cold showers it might be smart”, with a small gasp he looks at you, insult written all over his face.
“That was so rude”, smiling you continue washing your body, watching him move around you to get his shampoo.
“Pretending that you use your own shampoo I see”, looking at you he laughs,
“What’s with the attacks this morning”, laughing along with him you shrug.
“Not attacking just joking”, he hums, bumping his hip against yours as he sets the bottle back down.
“And after how I woke you up this morning you should be extra nice to me”,
“Oh should I?”,
“Mhm”, leaning towards him you kiss up his jaw,
“I was just thinking I’d pay you back later”, you mumble, then move away like you didn’t say anything, trying not to smile at the blush on his cheeks.
“How sweet of you”, he says as he leans his head back to rinse the shampoo out of his hair, that image alone makes it extremely difficult to not repay him right then and there.
“Alright well I’m going to eat breakfast and start work”, you announce, stepping out of the shower. Sticking his head out he gives you a look that says ‘are you serious?’, “I’ll meet you in the kitchen”, and with that, you grab a towel and head back into your room, with the feeling that not a lot of work is going to be getting done today.

The First Time You Held Hands <3
reader x armin
tw: none, just cute fluff ^-^
a/n: this is my first time writing oneshot fluff so please lmk if you like it :D
♡  ⊹    °     . ˚ 𖧷 · °     . ♡  ⊹
The two of you were randomly strolling on the trails of a grassy park, having gone there to escape the monotony of the ever boring Sunday. The sunset left streaks of pastel hues on the wispy sky, and the scene was almost like one out of the ending credits of a cheesy romcom. The silence was comfortable, interrupted occasionally by the kids shouting to each other on the playground and as you felt the cool breeze on your skin, you knew you felt completely content. You’d never known comfort like you did with Armin, you never had to use words. He seemed to always know what you were thinking, a fact you found solace in. You knew it was too early, that it had only been two weeks since your confession, your first kiss, your relationship becoming official, but you knew you were falling in love with him. And you knew he too, was falling for you. The start of such a new relationship had blossomed the timid kind of love; shy glances, nervous touches, blushing ears, but you wouldn’t want it any other way. Still, Armin was incredibly hesitant and most of the time, you were left making the first move. Even then wasn’t any different. As your hand brushed his lightly with the swing of your arms, on a whim you reached out and tenderly took his hand, intertwining your fingers with his. His skin was soft, likely because of his rigorous use of moisturizer, and the warmth of his body left butterflies in your tummy. You turned to look at him and found him staring at you, ears beet-red, a habit of his you found so endearing.
“Uh-um,” he stuttered slightly, not knowing what to say.
“Hmm? Is something wrong?” you asked feigning ignorance.
He looked at you for a second and a smile slowly spread over his features. Oh how you loved that smile.
“Nothing. Nothing at all.”
And as you kept walking, you could feel his grip tighten, squeezing your hand affectionately.
You’d never been happier.

Forever and Ever and Ever
Armin x Reader
You were a lost cause way before you even knew.
CW: Manipulative Behaviors, Cheating, Lying, mild strangulation, Gaslighting, love bombing, obsession, minor violence, reader is the work of year's of manipulation.
In all honesty, you liked the attention at first.
To have someone so wholly and devoted to you was amazing. Never having to question his whereabouts or do all the other things your friends had complained to you about was like a dream.
Until Annie came along and suddenly; it was like you didn’t matter anymore.
It's not that you didn’t trust Armin, you trusted him so much. You knew he wouldn’t intentionally hurt you right? At least you thought he wouldn’t—but you also weren’t blind to the way they acted with each other—like two long-lost lovers.
Like now.
You were supposed to be hanging out but he’d arrived late, the remnants of laughter painting his lips and red-tinged cheeks.
It almost felt like he was mocking you.
“Sorry I’m late Annie needed— wait where are you going?”
You didn’t even let him get a word out before you were walking away. You honestly wanted to be as far away from him as possible you felt...unstable almost.
Like you couldn't breathe; like you were close to screaming and tearing your hair out.
“We were supposed to meet at 12 o’clock, the movie started at 12:45; it is 4:16.” Breathing through your nose you yank your arm from his grip and continue walking.
Of course, he runs after you, not seeming to quite grasp how you were actually feeling.
He manages to grab your arm again completely stopping you in your tracks. He didn’t look it but Armin was strong as shit.
“H-Hey im sorry Annie needed my help with something and I lost track of time I didn’t mean to—“
Yanking your arm from his hold you give him the meanest look you could muster. You could tell the look on your face surprised him because you’d never looked at him like that before with so much malice and contempt.
“It doesn’t matter what you meant you stood your girlfriend up for 4 hours.”
Armin huffs and tries to grab you again but you evade his grasp “You just want me to abandon my friends when they need help?”
You felt violent.
You never felt…violent; towards your boyfriend before.
There surely must be something wrong with you to want to hurt him in such a way, to make him feel the way you did…but you didn't find it in yourself to care.
“No, but as your partner I expect a lot more communication than a on my way text! Do you know how embarrassing it was to stand here without any clue as to if you were coming?”
You had no regard for the other stragglers around at this hour who were just a little invested in the drama goin on on this side of the sidewalk. Armin however did care expressed by the way his neck and ears were turning a bright red. He puts his hands on your shoulders to keep you in place, distress, and embarrassment painting his features.
“You’re making a scene, lets's talk about this at your place.”
Objectively his place was closer and you both knew this. That's what puts all the clues you didn't want to see together and confirms at least one suspicion.
Laughing you can only shake your head as hysteria starts to set in “She’s in your dorm isn’t she that's why you want to go to mine.”
You were on the verge of a mental breakdown. Your emotions just felt everywhere and you couldn’t even think of how to get your thoughts back in order.
Why did you feel like this? How could Armin of all people make you feel like this?
“No your dorm is just closer.” He says it so confidently that you were almost inclined to believe him if you didn't already know that he was full of shit.
Something like a bell goes off in your head.
Pushing him away, you can't help but laugh “No my dorm is a 10-minute walk from here your dorm is around the corner.”
Armin's eyes search yours almost calculating something before nodding faintly “….yeah she's in my dorm.”
Sadness is a secondary emotion.
Anger takes hold much quicker...and then you just feel empty.
“So is it fun fucking her while your girlfriend is waiting for you?” Your voice is so quiet that if he wasn't so close to you he wouldn't have barely been able to hear you.
Armin looks panicked again but also almost, relieved? The expression is gone from his face before you can even take actual note of it.
“We’re not fucking, she just needed my help. I would never do that to you." Armin's hands find your face trying to convey his words "I love you so much, I wouldn't ever think of doing something like that. You know me (Y/N).”
Your jaw ticks under his warm palm “Do I?”
The violent urge had subsided by this point but you were nowhere near a forgiving mood. You didn't like being angry, much less being angry at someone you loved.
“You do." His thumbs rub pseudo soothing motions into our skin and you almost felt the urge to lean into him. You brain was playing tricks on you "You're the love of my life, my future, my everything. I would never think of cheating on you, you have to trust me its nothing going on between us.”
He punctuates each word with unwavering eye contact that makes your anger start to waver but you stay strong.
“I don’t believe you.”
You wanted to, you really, really; wanted to but something inside of you refused to let him sweet talk his way back into your good graces.
“Then I’ll spend all the time I need to convince you—starting now, let's go get dinner I wasted enough of your time today.”
You let him pull you into a hug that almost made you relax if you weren’t so pissed off. You didn't believe him but what other choice did you have? He was being so sincere and apologetic it was almost too tempting to believe him.
Armin does make it up to you however, and many times over almost to the point where he was back to normal after letting Annie steal all his time from you. It was almost like falling back into routine living in pure relationship bliss.
But sometimes—just sometimes when he came to see you. You could just barely smell a hint of a perfume clinging to his skin.
You trusted Armin, you did; and you couldn’t even find evidence that he was lying about not cheating on you. So why couldn't you let it go?
Why were you obsessing over this?
Were you just being crazy?
“Girl I hate the stressed look on your face, just confront him.”
Biting your thumbnail you keep your eyes locked on Armin’s back. He was sitting around with his friends no more than 600 feet from you and as far as you could tell unaware of your presence which at this moment in time you preferred considering he would probably coerce you into sitting with him.
“I tried that I need actual proof.”
Your best friend gives you a look filled with pity that you ignore completely. You’d rather die than continue with your accusations without knowing if you were just filled with paranoia and insecurity.
Turning away from them you pull out your phone and send a precautionary text to Armin which is replied to almost immedietly. The fact he was replying like nothing was wrong made you almost feel guilty for borderline stalking him.
Your best friend's voice breaks your train of thought “She’s laying her head on his shoulder.”
Waving her off you plan out another text to test if he would start lying about anything. You just wanted to catch him doing something, anything, really. “Mikasa does that.”
She tries again “They're holding hands?”
Hitting send you almost feel irritated at her voice “Mikasa does that too.”
You wished she would give you something with substance something that finally proved you right.
To make you stop feeling so fucking obsessed.
”Well damn do Mikasa kiss your boyfriend on the mouth too??”
Your head whips up at breakneck speed and you’re gifted to the sight of Armin giving Annie one of the softest kisses you’d ever witnessed. He only kissed you like that when he was feeling particularly sweet.
Armin lied?
Honestly you almost expected it, no boy could ever be so perfect.
A terrifying numbness takes hold of your heart.
Your phone finally buzzes with a response but you ignore it in favor of gathering your things “Let's go.”
Your best friend looks worried and unsure. Even she hadn't expected this outcome either “You’re not gonna confront him?”
Slipping your phone into your pocket you shake your head. You felt like your entire world was silently imploding “And get embarrassed? No thanks.”
“You ok pumpkin?”
You could only shrug in response, you didn’t have a real answer for her and you weren’t gonna hurt yourself trying to find one.
Silently parting ways with your friend you head back to your dorm and pack anything of his that you could find into a bag. You wanted every trace of him scrubbed from your room.
You wanted him to stop existing.
Your minds a blur as you somehow materialize into his dorm building. The plan was to get in and get out and hopefully not cry and make a bigger fool of yourself.
The second you appear on his floor you're greeted by Jean who seemed to be on his way somewhere but immediately changes his mind the moment his eyes land on you.
“Oh (Y/N) whats up! Armin's not home right now so—“
Connie, who was in his room jumps up and pokes his head out the door once he heard your name; trying and failing to look inconspicuous behind his tall friend.
You don't question their nervousness because of course they would know anything that had to do with the whole thing; they were his friends after all.
“You can stop covering for him I already know now move so I can give him his shit and be done with it.” Narrowing your eyes you try to go around him but he blocks your way.
"Move."
When Jean doesn’t move but starts to look apologetic you get mad enough to shove him completely out of your way sending him tumbling to the ground.
Connie jumps having watched the whole exchange with wide eyes “Oh my god Jean are you ok?!”
Swinging Armin's door open has Annie jumping out of his lap in surprise. Armin's staring at you like a deer in headlights and can't even bother to get a word out before you’re throwing the bag filled with his things onto his floor.
“Fuck both of yall.”
You’re barely out the door before he’s following after you calling your name along the way. He doesn't even have the nerve to look shameful as he buttons his pants along the way.
You originally planned to take the elevator back down but with him following after you the stairs were your best bet.
Armin latches on to your wrist before you can make it through the doorway. Once again you’re reminded just how physically strong he actually was as he pulls you firm against his chest.
“Armin let me go.”
Armins grip only tightens the more you struggle against him, his arms were practically an iron cage at this point and the longer time went on his hold on you turned almost painful.
“No, not until we talk about this.”
Still squirming in his arms you huffed in almost defeat “There's nothing to talk about, I don’t want anything else to do with you!”
If you could see his face you’d have watched the mild panic drop into something a little more sinister.
“So you wanna break up with me?”
You strangely feel conflicted at his question but you still find it in you to answer "...yes.”
“Why.”
You turn your head to try and catch a glimpse of his face “Are you serious?!”
He seriously had to be fucking with you it's the only thing that made sense.
“We can work through this it was a mistake—“
Trying to kick him you huff when the hit doesn't land “You don't mistakenly cheat on somebody!”
“You’re making a scene we can talk about this in my room.”
Technically the scene was made as soon as you sent all 6’1 of Jean Kirstein flying down the hall but, details.
“No im not going anywhere with you especially not in the room you fucked your little girlfriend in!” Kicking your feet out your thrashing is only temporarily quelled by Armin pressing you against the wall.
“I didnt fuck her!”
Stomping your foot you just narrowly miss his foot “Bull. Shit.”
You had never been so angry at him before, he’d never done something to hurt you before so you weren’t even sure how to emotionally react.
Your emotions were just...everywhere.
It was almost unhealthy.
“We almost did and its no excuse for it—“
Kicking the wall you almost manage to knock him back “Then why would you kiss her?! I saw you, you little fucking liar; you kissed her in front of everybody do you know how embarrassing that is—why are you crying?!”
Armin's tears were landing on your shoulder in burning hot trails. “You cant leave me you cant.”
Groaning you try once again to force your way out of his grip; to the same result. Meanwhile, Arkin continues his monologue.
“You’re the best thing thats ever happened to me you’re right im fucking terrible but you have to give me another chance I can fix this.”
Armin's grip tightens significantly at that.
It was so tight in fact that it was starting to cut into your oxygen. Patting his arm in a panic you shift in his grip only making it worse.
“Armin—Armin that hurts let go—“
Your ribcage felt like it would snap at any moment. Like one wrong move would kill you.
“No, im not letting go until we fix this.”
He squeezes tighter not giving you any other option. Your heart was pounding wilding in your ribcage with a mixture of lack of oxygen and fear.
“Armin im—cant breath pleas—I cant—“
If you could see his face you’d know just how unhinged he truly looked. “Not until you hear me out, I’ll let you pass out if I have to.”
Black spots were starting to cloud your eyesight and in pure desperation, you managed to croak “ok…talk.”
Armin lets you drop just barely managing to catch you before you fell. You were beyond dizzy and while you struggled to catch your breath Armin lifts you into his arms and robs your back in an attempt at being soothing.
“It's ok my love breathe we can work through this together.”
Weakly pushing at his shoulders you try to get out of his arms but can't. Your energy felt strangely zapped and you quickly give up on trying to get him off of you. With all the fight drained out of you all that was left was how hurt you truly felt.
You couldn’t believe that this was the boy you loved. That he could manage to rip your heart out in such a way.
“I hate you so much, why would you do that to me?”
Dropping your head onto his shoulder all you could do was cry while Armin took you back to his room.
“You don’t really hate me; you’re just upset right now, it's ok we’ll work it out.”
While you two had your scene down the hall Annie had been putting her clothes on at the behest of Jean who was still bright red from embarrassment. He hadn’t expected you to be able to basically fling him down the hall considering the huge height gap.
Did he kind of deserve it? Yes. Would he admit it? No.
The blonde girl after dressing herself quite literally refused to leave as now she had a bone to pick with Armin.
When he comes down the hall Annie felt a shiver roll down her spine. Something about him was fundamentally—wrong.
He wasn’t looking at her with those sparkly eyes anymore and if she knew any better she’d see that he looked downright disgusted with her.
Ignoring him she immediately sets her sights on you “(Y/N) I swear I didn’t—”
Armin cuts her off “Please leave she doesn’t want to talk to you.”
Annie blinks back in shock not expecting Armin to interject so rudely “Im not talking to you—I know it doesn’t fix anything but I’m really sorry.”
You don't even turn your head to address her eyes shut firmly and pressed into Armin’s shoulder “Are you really?”
“W-what?”
You weren’t stupid enough to think she didn't know you two were together—everyone knew you were together. Where one went surely the other followed.
And you really weren’t mad at her…maybe a little bit…but you didn’t blame her. She owed you…nothing.
It was Armin who betrayed you after all.
And now you were crying again.
Annie nearly flinches backwards at the animosity that seemed to pour out of Armin now. He was angry at her like it was solely her fault for your tears.
“We don’t forgive you, do we?”
The use of we is manipulative, strictly there to put you on the spot and to give a false sense of comrades. He wanted you to feel like this was only between you two, like Annie was the enemy.
You knew what he was doing.
When you don’t answer his soothing hands turn slightly violent on your skin, you knew his grip would leave dark bruises in the morning. To everyone else it looked like he simply adjusted his grip but you knew better.
Armins voice is tight and threatening “Do we, (Y/N)?”
Annie watches confused as you practically lock up and then shake your head slowly. She couldn’t explain it but all of a sudden she was very deeply afraid. Her stomach turned with an unknown sickness and finally listening to her instincts gets the hell out of there, but not before spitting out;
“You’re fucking weird!’
Armin hums somewhere back in his throat and takes you into his room without speaking a word to Jean or Connie all his attention seemingly attached to you. In reality, he was thinking of every way you’d try to break up in the coming days and every way he could stop that from happening.
“Its ok baby we’ll get through this together, it’ll be like it never happened, like she never existed.”
You somehow felt like he had a double meaning there, a sinister one. It's emphasized by the way Armin tilts your head back forcing eye contact. He’s cradling your face like you're the most precious thing ever; he’s beautiful like this, so soft and doting.
But Lucifer was also beautiful.
“ You want to forget about her right? All you have to do is tell me so and she’s gone for good.”
He runs a thumb over your lip sending a tingle down your spine. He seemed almost mesmerized by your mouth. Like he wanted to devour you from the inside out.
You don't know why you were allowing him so much of you at the moment. You should be disgusted by his hands roaming your body so quickly but you felt strangely, relieved?
“Armin...”
He surges forward before you can get the thought out and latches his lips to yours. He invaded every one of your senses forcing you to feel nothing but him, like the true dictator he was.
It was messing with your head.
As much as you didn't want to admit it Armin was the air in your lungs, you couldn't breathe without him, and you couldn't sleep. It was sick but it was true. You'd been together for year's, he was the only solid thing to ever grace your life.
But, he finally hurt you.
Even in this moment, where your guard was considerably lower; the betrayal still felt almost like a fever. Like something you could never be prepared enough for. It felt like he’d personally carved out your heart.
And as greedy as he was; here he was once again demanding it.
That was something you would not be able to live through a second time.
Pulling away you put a hand on his face to stop him from chasing your lips “If you do that. If you hurt me like that again...I’m really leaving, I promise you.”
And you were serious.
Your heart wasn’t fragile by no means but who wanted to be cheated on? You’d already look dumb taking him back now and if it were to ever happen again you couldn’t bare the shame that would bring.
“You would leave me?”
Armin’s stare is cold and calculated. A look you only ever saw when you'd made him unreasonably angry. It was rare but familiar.
You nod without fear “without a word.”
“Leave me?” Armin laughs under his breathe and that look is in his eyes again as he forces your back into the bed. He makes a show of climbing over you; imposing his body weight onto yours, stealing the few bits of oxygen he so graciously gifted you. “That’s funny that you think you even have a choice.”
“Try to leave me if you want, you'll hate every moment of it. I'm welded into your bones you cant tell where I end and you start and you want to leave me?” he laughs again truly amused at your boldness while his hands explore your body is warm waves.
“You’re mine forever do you understand? I own every inch of this body. Death couldn’t even keep me from you.”
You stare at him incredulously, almost wanting to feel shocked at his declaration “Armin I’m serious.”
“So am I,” He forces your legs open and makes himself comfortable between them “You may not realize it yet but you need me. You need me so much it hurts but its ok i’ll make sure you never forget.”
And he did.
And just like he told you, every waking moment afterward was spent pressed to his side. You truly didn't know where one began and the other ended. You didn't even have time for anyone but him nowadays so that was ok too.
Armin was all you needed right?
You were his and his alone after all.

miserable.
summary: reader tries to go to a friendly get-together she was invited to, just to realize no one wants her there.
Tumblr media
the bright glare of the stop light blinded your vision as you finally stopped your car.
you have no one.
absolutely no friends
you grip your wheel tighter, knuckles popping at the sudden move and your eyes blurring.
you don't even know why you went. this friendly get-together was obviously interrupted by you. no one wanted you there.
you walked up to jean first, saying hi as he just kinda stood there
"hi uh-"
uh. he doesn't know your name. you feel embarrassment flood through you instantly before connie ran up and through tears of laughter started retelling a story.
connie didn't even look at you either. you sniffed awkwardly and backed up. you suppose you only talked to them on a couple of occasions, that's fine.
you felt the car stop at another light, fuck you forgot you were even driving. you now saw the pile of tears on your jeans and felt your aching throat, sobbing silently in your car like a loser.
you brushed that interaction off and went up to the people you did know, eren, mikasa, and armin of course.
you're only here because armin invited you. being his friend in this tutor group you both formed it was nice of him to invite you here, you were gonna have fun.
walking up to eren leaning against the wall casually you said hi and he just shot a quick smile before locking eyes with mikasa who walked right in front of you, stepping on your foot.
she felt your shoe immediately and spun around, you saw eren putting his hand in front of his mouth to hide his laughter and your entire body ran cold, embarrassed yet again.
"oh, I'm sorry!" mikasa said, two cups full of alcohol in her hand as she wore wide worried eyes at you. well...at least someone is talking to you
"no its-" then she spun back around and gave eren his drink, who now had a red face and a smile from laughing so hard.
you turned around, stepping away, careful with your steps, now worried to embarrass yourself further
you heard eren snicker behind you and mikasa hitting his shoulder
"shush eren! don't be so rude, I think that's connie friend..she was just trying to be nice"
they didn't even remember you. fuck you were gonna cry. you didn't have tears in your eyes yet but your throat ached so hard like you were gonna let a sob out.
there's armin, fucking finally. you walked over to him, he was pouring drinks in the kitchen and you started to feel a lot more comfortable
"hey armin"
he looked over at you for a second and looked right back to the drinks he was preparing
"oh, hey. didn't think you'd make it" he mumbled while mixing some off-brand soda with whisky and you just felt your knees buck
"well...you invited me. of course, I'd show up" you reminded him, hoping to jog his memory that he must have invited you for a reason, that maybe he wanted to be your friend
"mm." he hummed simply before grabbing the drinks and swerving past you like you were blocking his way in the wide hallway
you felt your eyes burn and just walked out the door. running to your car as tears pooled out of your eyes.
you're so embarrassed. you have no friends. zero. you joined clubs and thought you made one but he just pitied you. he couldn't even stand you that long and not to mention his friends hated you to
you're aren't some new girl trying to find which group she's good in either. you're graduating soon and you don't even have new numbers in your contacts, just family who brush you off on the rare chance they call.
you ached for someone just to talk to, just someone. anyone. you don't have to have anything in common with them, just a warm body to just air your problems out and them to respond with something more than an "mm."
you're so fucking miserable and as you park your car in this weird ass parking lot to go up into the apartment that's every shade of tan, you know you're just gonna be as alone as you always will be. because people can't fucking stand you.

“Come on baby, you can do one more cant ya?”
Armin’s legs wobbled with every single thrust, he whimpered as he put his head down in shame but you grabbed his chin and (lovingly) slapped his cheek.
“H-hey now..! They’ll hea-hear-“
He got cut off by his own breath as he let out a whimper. You chuckled before pushing him up to switch the position, two hands on his chest and he threw his head back in pleasure.
“Commander Arlert? Sir are you there?”
Swallowing his own words, you answer for him as you slap a hand over his mouth.
“He’s busy with paperwork. The meeting is called off”
The footsteps of the cadet faded in the distance and you smirk as you speed up and his eyes roll back into his skull.
An: armin is way too breedable. Also please shoot me some asks😋

WICKED GAME │ Castiel Veilmont.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A quiet afternoon with your boyfriend couldn't seem like a better plan. But when two people are ridiculously in love, they always find something ridiculously more romantic to do.
pairing. castiel veilmont x f!reader
genre. fluff, suggestive.
setting. established relatonship, both are aged up.
content warning. kissing maybe? and castiel loves you too much :( (that needs to be a warning)
author’s note. im kinda nervous to post this 😭, pls tell me if you liked it, enjoy!!
Tumblr media
The day was horrible, and all I wanted was to return to the comfort of my room and never leave. But since I discovered the comfort of being with Castiel in his house, simply talking about everything, resting, or any relaxing activity, I understood that there was nothing better than that.
"Feel better?" Castiel asked in a raspy voice, as if he had just woken up.
His finger gently tracing the curve of my back under my shirt sends an electrifying spark through my body. "A lot." I snuggle a little closer to him.
"I'll beat whoever hurted you." Castiel murmured.
I laughed. "You won't."
"Well, not if you don't tell me what happened."
I grimace. "It's not that important, seriously."
"If it concerns you, it's important to me." I don't see his face but I'm sure he's already frowning.
I managed to lean on him and stretch out a little and get a better look. I moved a little closer and my fingers stayed busy untangling the strands that fell into his eyes gray eyes, shining under the sunlight. "You look very handsome." The compliment slips from my mouth before I can think.
Castiel pauses for a second. "Do not change the subject." I would have believed him right if it weren't for the way his ears reddened and his expression relaxed.
"I'm serious." With the golden light from the window illuminating his features, and giving an even brighter shine to the red of his hair, I dare to say that I have rarely seen him so angelic.
He complains. "I knew you were obsessed with me, but it's starting to get embarrassing." Finally his smile escaped.
I rolled my eyes. "Wathever you say..."
A few minutes of silence were enough for the fatigue to dissipate a little. Between talks, Castiel and I were fully up and we were talking about everything and nothing, as usual. At this point in the afternoon, the radiant glow of the sun indicated that it was about to set.
With his eyes still closed, Castiel spoke. "I think about you a lot when I listen to music."
The idea took me by surprise and I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows in surprise.
"Oh yeah?" I smiled.
"It's a slow song."
"I thought you only listened to rock bands."
I have shrugged. "Not since I've known you." He confessed and seemed to avoid looking at me for a couple of seconds.
I stretched a little closer to him. "Can I hear it?"
Castiel seemed to hesitate for a moment, but soon agreed. He shyly reached over to turn on a music player and the song began to play. I know it! If I remember correctly, I may have mentioned to him at some point that it was my favorite. "Wicked games" started playing, and I couldn't help but get carried away by the melody.
"Come on!" I said, and got up from the bed. "Dance with me!"
Castiel shot me a horrified look before starting to complain. I slowly started dancing, and I offered him my hand to take, but he seemed prettysure that he wasn't planning on dancing with me.
"Please.." I wishpered.
Castiel could never resist that, so I noticed how he sighed heavily and barely stood up from the bed to join me. Although at first his movements were a little reluctant, he began to play along when I took him by the hands. We intertwined our fingers and I noticed how his grip was so delicate, but still firm.
The now dimly lit room gave everything a comfortable, homely look, and I felt like the time was frozen, and, for a brief moment, it was just the two of us. Castiel didn't dare say anything, but I could tell he was enjoying it too from the way he was watching me. His eyes shine and I can't tell if it's because of the light or some other reason.
"I wouldn't do this if it weren't for you." He reproached with a red face. I smiled and stood on tiptoe to kiss him.
Although I expected the same gentleness with which he held me, Castiel caught me off guard and instead grabbed me by the waist tightly, pulling me against him. Our bodies continued to move to the music, only this time we were melted into each other. The strong smell of his cologne intoxicated me, and his body heat relaxed me. His lips kissed mine a little too roughly, but he always did it that way.
His hands caressed from the curve of my waist to my back and higher with constancy and softness, just like the gentle swaying of our bodies.
"It´s nice to have you close..." I quietly whisper, breaking the kiss for just a few seconds.
In response, I feel a warm kiss on the crown of my head. Being so tall, he always used to do that instead of kissing my cheek. My body gives up a little, and I lean against his chest. The song is still playing in the background, and I feel how his chest vibrates while he hums to the rymth of the song.
"This…is nice" He said softly. "Even if it's ridiculously romantic."
I smiled against him, and from the way he pulled me closer, I knew he had noticed. I always knew Castiel wasn't that good with words. But he made an effort for me.
And that was enough.

VONNE, INC. — PRODUCT: teasing.
sub!armin x fem!reader. uses of (y/n); she/her. thigh riding. hand-job.
Tumblr media
armin whined, fingertips dancing along his clothed arousal, only enough pressure to ensure that he'd feel the strokes of pleasure, yet need more. it was tortuous to him, but he knew she'd unlikely stop. always, she had a fondness of teasing him - whether in public or in the behind closed doors, he figured she enjoyed seeing him blush or become flustered.
although, armin wouldn't deny that he liked that side of her.
"please.. i need more, (y/n).." he bucked his hips into her palm, only receiving a 'tsk' in return, "nuh-uh, not yet, pretty boy." she returned her hand back down to his boxers, her thumb rubbing over the covered tip. (y/n) smiled kindly, her actions showing otherwise, "this is your punishment, isn't it? after all, it is your fault you're in this mess."
he couldn't deny she was right, he did cause this upon himself. all over.. he couldn't even remember.. all his thoughts were focused on her movements. lust filling his senses; begging to be pleased more.
he muffled his whine, choking back as he furrowed his brows. armin had become desperate for any friction, any feeling of her against him, "can you- mm- can you, at least.." he struggled to get the words out of his mouth, her thumb rubbing harder than before. she titled her head, her freehand holding his thigh as her fingers massaged along his inner, "becoming a stuttering mess, all over me putting a little more pressure?.. i guess, i'll just have to—" removing her thumb from his tip, she looked at his frustrated gaze, "—stop."
as much as he wanted to protest against her actions, (y/n) would force him to say what he wanted either way. armin bit his tongue, "can you.. ride my thigh, please." (y/n) hummed, she wasn't opposed to it; they'd done it before, countless of times, though this was a punishment - but he asked so nicely.. she shook her head, "if you can be a good boy for me, then we can do anything you want."
the words seemed enough to motivate armin. he held his hands in the place she asked earlier; by his sides, gripping at the sheets. of course he wanted to touch her, feel her, and so much more - but if he could do anything he wanted after these events were over? he would just have to restrain himself.
as she applied more pressure, she stroked his shaft the best she could through the fabric. he'd been punished enough, the least she could do for him is let him have what he's begged for. pausing, she laced her fingers in the waistline, lowering the boxers enough for his erection to be freed. armin shivered, the sudden cool air against his cock surprised him. his dick twitched, practically begging for (y/n) to presume. she climbed out of her underwear, swiftly taking them off. her arousal had gotten the best of her; the growing wetness becoming unbearable for her comfort.
setting herself upon his exposed thigh, she groaned as she began grinding herself down. her clit brushed back and forth, the shocks of pleasure causing broken sounds to escape from her throat. moving her dominate hand to stroke armin, an airy moan echoed from him. whimpers escaped from his throat as he threw his head back at her fast strokes. he so close, desperate to release. feeling her wetness rub against his thigh made him further motivated to cum. all he wanted was to ravish her - to please her, have her shaking. even thinking about it made him pulse.
"f-fuck.. please- just like that-!" her thumb rubbing against the underside of his cock, trailing against his vein and upwards to his sensitive tip, was enough to cause him to break. "i-i'm gonna cum! please– don't stop, please!" thrusting his hips into her touch, his moans became all the louder. (y/n) could feel herself becoming closer too. she grinded herself further down, faster and sloppier, "cum with me, my love- cum with me!" her demand sounded more desperate than composed. though, she couldn't care either way - all she needed was to see him cum.
his breath hitched as she felt his hips stutter, strings if white shot out of his slit. spilling on her hand and forearm, dripping down to land on the sheets. his head began to feel dizzy as his cock still spurt out cum. his legs shook as his eyes began to water, "thank you– thank you for letting me cum.. thank you, thank you!" his desperate thanks were enough to cause (y/n)'s release. her breathing became heavier as she held her clit against his warm thigh, feeling her orgasm overcome her senses. her grip moved from his cock to his hand on the bed. as she rode out her orgasm, armin continued to send his thanks and praises to her - all of them going from one ear out the other.
"you helped me so well, miss.. i'm so happy." he kissed her neck as he slowly laid her down, climbing between her thighs as he looked up at her, "it's my turn now, isn't it, my darling?"

@nymphoheretic - Poppin’ Cherries Collab
warnings: degradidation, virginity loss(obviously), mentions of bullying, fingering, mean girl!reader, nerd!Armin, Perv!Armin, public sex
DISCLAIMER!!! THE STUFF I WRITE IS NOT REAL. SMUT ON HERE IS ENTIRELY FICTIONAL AND THE ACTUALITY IF HAVING SOMEONE SIMPLY RAM INTO A VIRGIN IS VERY VERY VERY UNREALISTIC. BUT THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED FICTION. DO NOT. AND I MEAN DO NOT. BASE YOUR SEXUAL EXPERIENCES OFF OF THE FICTITIOUS EVENTS THAT GET WRITTEN ON ANY SMUTTY STORY. THIS IS FOR FUN NOT FOR EDUCATION!!!!
Tumblr media
Armin was fed up with you and your sweet smiles laced with venom. The verbal venom you’d spit out at him while keeping such a sweet smile on your face. You were considered to be one of the golden girls of your campus, smart, beautiful, and kind.
Bullshit.
It was all bullshit.
Armin saw the way you used your pretty smiles as a mask for your rotten personality.
And he hated it. Hated how you never called him by his name. Only ever referring to him as a “virgin loser”.
So today, after your usual late-night tutor session at the always empty library, Armin stood up and announced that this would be his last time tutoring you.
“What?” you exclaimed to him.
“I didn't think it was this hard to understand. I'm done dealing with you.” Though Armin tried to make his voice rougher than usual, it wavered a little as you stood upright to his face. The sudden attitude had thrown you for a loop, making you raise your eyebrow at the boy as you stood in his face.
“What, am I a bad student? Do I not retain the information well enough for you?” You scoffed at him.
“No, it's not that.” He said, rolling his eyes a little.
“Then what is it? God, I wish you could get straight to the point. Wasting my time like the virgin you are. Probably want me to stick around longer so you can stare at my tits again.
“See, that's why. I'm done with the names and the assumptions. I can't teach someone who doesn't respect me. You don't even call me by my name.”
“You aren’t a very respectable person, Armin.” You said his name smoothly as if you had said it a thousand times before. Armin let out a small gasp-like whine, hearing you finally call his name. “You don’t think I can’t see you staring like you want to fuck me every time you tutor me. You think, what? That I can't see you fix your pants whenever I lean into you. I call you a virgin loser 'cause you are one.”
Your hands, now, grasped onto Armin's collar shirt, pulling him in closer. Your lips were inches from touching, you watched as Armin’s eyes drifted from yours to your gloss-covered lips.
The proximity was driving him wild. The scent of your perfume mixed with your coco butter lotion filled his nose and made him step back. You were dangerous. He hated how you got him so worked up with your words. Causing you to smirk, and Armin cursed at himself. Proving everything you said right.
Well almost everything…
“I'm not a virgin.” The blond boy spat out. Ears and cheeks becoming a little bit red from anger. If you weren't so pissed off, you'd find him a little cute.
“Sure you're not, Min.” You spoke back in a mocking tone. “The hard on you're getting from me calling you a loser is great proof.”
Instead of stepping away, against Armin’s better judgment, he closed the distance between the two of you. Pressing his weight into you and trapping your body in between his and the desk covered in your books.
“Armin, what are you doing?” You let out a gasp as you felt his semi-hard dick press against your thigh.
“What? Nervous?” Armin’s head was bent into your neck. Mouth hovering right next to your ear. His words were quiet. But still held a mocking tone. He sounded much different from the timid Armin that never once tried to speak out before.
“Of you? Never.” You chuckled, trying to mask your nervousness. Armin’s eyebrow raised in surprise.
“Don’t tell me. You're a virgin.”
“N-no. I'm not. Shut up, Amrin.”He let out a small chuckle. The irony of it all.
Armin's hands were now at your thighs, grazing up and down your skin. His mouth latched onto your neck, giving it a bite before pulling away.
“You talk big shit, but you’re still a virgin.” He scoffed while ripping your panties. This action caused you to let out a loud pornographic moan. “Pathetic. You are pathetic.”
His finger now rubbed at your cunt up and down, slipping into your hole “accidentally” every so now and then. Each time he did, you found yourself becoming better and wetter.
“Min, please.” You whimpered out.
“Please what? Use your words.” He smirked down at you.
You hated how much he was enjoying this. His power over you. He knew you didn’t have a clue what to do, and he was taking advantage of that. Making you beg him to do something, anything.
“Make me cum.” His usually sweet smile looked so much more intimidating now that he held all the cards.
You gasped a little at the intrusion of Armin's long and delicate finger pushing its way into your untouched cunt.
“Oh fuck, you are so tight.” Armin groaned at how you clamped down on his singular digit. He felt himself harden even more, thinking about how you’d squeeze down on his dick.
All you could do was moan out in response as he added another, stretching and plunging into you deeper and deeper.
“I think I’m going to cum Armin.” You panted out into his ear. But before you could hit your climax, you felt it dissipate into nothing as Armin pulled his finger away from you. Making you whine in frustration.
“Don’t be a brat.” Armin spat at you while undoing his belt and pants buttons.
“I thought you liked me being a brat?” You giggled a little as his ears flared red again. “You are blushing like a high schooler.” You said, laughing at his rushed way of pulling his pants down. Your laughs would be cut short, a result of Armin ramming into your pussy without a single care for you.
“You make my life hell, calling me a virgin and a loser, but you’ve never even been fucked.” His eyes rolled back as he degraded you. Keeping his thrusts erratic and hard as if he was just using you as a vessel for his cum.
“You’ll make the prettiest cum dump, won’t you?” He asked tauntingly, but when you didn’t respond, it caused him to slap at your clit, making your whole body convulse.
“Mhm, Armin. The prettiest” You slurred out, choking on your moans and salvia. You were slipping in and out of consciousness as you gave in to the feeling of your incoming climax. You saw white as your orgasm hit. Your nails clawed at Armin's shirt as he bit your neck, muffling the moans he released as he came shortly after you.
You tried to wrap your mind around the fact that you had just lost your virginity.
In a library….
To Armin…
Once he had pulled out, he held you in place. Watching as his cum seeped out of you. Before you could get up and fix yourself, Armin turned your body around, bending you over the desk.“What? Did you think we were done?”

HEAT WAVES... (Armin Arlert x afab!reader)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
0.6 AS ABOVE… (main menu | spotify) ↳ summary: armin does something special. // sasha starts getting curious. ↳ warnings: so much fluff it'll make you sick, minor mentions of violence, flower language. ↳ genre: comfort, comedy, fluff ↳ word count: 6k
Tumblr media
“Woosh… woosh…”
All was quiet in the girls barracks. Crickets sung outside of the window, the pale light of the moon high in the shy offered relief from the darkness of the night.
“Woosh… woosh…”
The layout in the barracks were rows and rows of bunk beds with a nightstand in between each one that housed a single oil lamp. To your right was Mikasa, who slept on her back as if she were sleeping in a coffin. Above her was Sasha. Her foot hung off the side of her bunk, beckoning to be grabbed or tickled. To your left was Christa, and Ymir, who snored loudly on the top bunk.
The sound of whooshing had woken you up. You rubbed an eye, looking around for the source. Everyone around you seemed comfortable and cozy, out cold from a hard day of training. After another quiet ‘whoosh,’ you pinned that the sounds were coming from above you. You kept your eyes half shut to retain your sleepiness so you could easily go back to bed, and climbed the ladder on the side of your bunk.
Annie laid on her back, one arm out from under her covers and rested above her head. She looked just as intimidating asleep as she was when she was awake. Annie had a bad habit of talking in her sleep. Sometimes, they were incoherent sentences but most of the time she made the silly “whooshing” sound effects.
Annie had talked in her sleep since she started cadet training, and you figured she had done it her entire life. You always wondered what an aloof person like her dreamt about. You asked once, but she never gave an outright answer. It only added to her cool mysteriousness.
You waited less than thirty seconds to catch her in the act and “whoosh” again under her breath. With a pillow in hand, you whacked her with it. Annie jolted upright, sputtering confused and dazed.
“What was that for?” She hissed at you.
“You’re talking in your sleep again.” You informed her.
Annie looked around her. Her eyes were blown out wide, lips turned upside down into a different kind of frown from the one she wore during the day. She looked around, getting a grip back into her waking reality.
“Are you okay?” You tested.
Perhaps she was having a nightmare, and smacking her with a pillow wasn’t a good method to wake her up. You immediately felt guilty.
“Yeah. I’m fine. Sorry.” She mumbled.
Annie turned on her side, facing away from you now, and cuddled back under the thin sheet. You returned to your bunk, settling down on your back. You closed your eyes to get back to sleep. Not even five minutes had passed until you heard,
“Whoosh… Whooooooshhhhhhhh…”
-
The morning was warm and breezy. The sky above was just beginning to turn blue. Shades of yellow swirling behind the clouds. The sun had not come up yet but here you, Sasha, and Mikasa were, ready to train.
It was Mikasa’s idea. Now that everyone had returned home to Paradis, it was time to fall back into the usual routine. Mikasa used training to blow off the stream Eren left her seething in, instead of laying in bed and rotting. You and Sasha woke well before the crack of dawn to accompany and support her.
Two months had gone by, and neither of you missed a single day.
“Om…” Sasha hummed. She increased her volume slowly with each meditative mantra.
Before physically training the body, Mikasa stressed the importance of training the mind. For forty-five minutes the three of you did peaceful meditation. Mikasa led since this was her routine. She’d find a comfortable spot and you all would fall into a higher state of consciousness.
“Om…”
“Sasha, quit it.” Mikasa chuckled.
You kept your eyes closed as you focused on finder inner peace. There was no way you could now. Sasha exclaimed out loud, pouncing on you and Mikasa’s shoulder.
“Look, look, look! There he goes!” Sasha excitedly hushed.
Just a few feet away, Niccolo walked to the mess hall. It was unclear if he knew you three were there and watching him or not. All you could make of him was the back of his curly blonde hair, white chef's coat, and the crate he was carrying. You put the pieces together and assumed he was beginning the breakfast shift in the kitchen.
“For a Marleyan, isn’t he dreamy? I wonder what he’ll be making this morning!” Sasha sighed whimsically.
You weren’t completely sure if she was drooling over Niccolo himself, or the idea of his cooking.
Sasha was completely head over heels for this guy, and you could understand why. Niccolo was relatively good looking, but the fact that food was Sasha’s love language and Niccolo was a chef boosted his score. She had fallen stomach first for the grumpy and apprehensive Marleyan that was hired to work in the kitchen temporarily, both of them forgetting that he was technically a prisoner. Niccolo couldn’t hide how he had begun to soften around Sasha. Whatever he cooked, Sasha ate it and was always given a sample before it was properly served.
No better match could have been made.
“For you.” Mikasa chortled.
The wet morning dew from the grass dampened your clothes, especially on your butt. It had gotten to a point which you couldn’t tolerate anymore. Having enough of Sasha’s lustful shenanigans, you quickly stood up on your feet.
“Can we get started now?” You asked.
You extended your arms out, pulling Mikasa and Sasha to their feet as well.
Sasha mostly kept up with her archery and shooting skills, since she was the kill shot of the squad. The sound of her emptying her magazine didn’t bother you as much anymore. You didn’t need to see how she had obliterated the target dummy with bullets and arrows. Wherever Sasha’s target was— between the eyes, center chest, or the groin for giggles, she hit it with impeccable accuracy.
You liked to imagine Sasha as a little girl with a crossbow in her hand, proudly displaying the game she had hunted. She always kept you entertained with her childhood stories about growing up in the forest. You could recall how ecstatic she was when she had conquered that wild boar in the forest of Trost District. Sasha had brought it down with a single arrow to the skull. That was when you truly realized how amazing she was.
You couldn’t break your eyes away from Mikasa for a moment to admire Sasha’s damage. One distraction would cost you your face. With boxing gloves on her hands and safety pads on yours, Mikasa boxed you with no remorse. You dug your feet in the dirt to keep your balance upon her impacts, focusing on her flying gloves to protect yourself. Mikasa’s eyes were cold and dissociated as she pounded your palms. You and her were together often enough, you had a stellar idea of her routines and habits. Still, you wondered what the hell she ate that made her so strong. Or, perhaps, she was simply born effortlessly talented.
From your peripheral vision, you saw how Mikasa raised her foot for a kick. Without hesitation, you swatted her ankle away. Mikasa caught her own balance. She never fell, slipped, or tripped over anything.
She had barely broken a sweat. This moment of lapse made you realize just how far you both had moved from your original position. A good ten feet or so. Mikasa was slowly backing you into a corner, she always had the advantage.
When training for the day had drawn to a close, Mikasa suggested that your living quarters would be the ideal spot to recuperate and relax. You agreed, saying you had nothing planned for the day.
As the three of you slowly approached your living apartments, an object in front of your door came clearer into view. You all stared at the wrapped bouquet of blue Campanulas perfectly placed in the corner of the doorframe. They were delicately protected in white parchment paper.
“Someone left you flowers.” Mikasa announced, her tone comically flat as she pointed her finger at the conspicuous gift.
“Who are they from?” Sasha incredulously gawked.
You carefully picked them up and inhaled the petals. They smelled divine, a hint of Earth still lingered which meant they had been freshly selected and dropped off not too long ago. The gag was that you already knew who had left them. It was a typical token of affection and appreciation that Armin would present you with a flower, or a small bundle he had chosen for you. He also liked to place a few of them in your hair. Then, later, you pressed them into your personal journal for safe keeping.
Buried deep within the stems was a small note card. You plucked it and read the face silently to yourself.
10am. Same place, was all it said, written in Armin’s tiny penmanship.
During those two months since you had returned from Marley and adjusted back to regular life, you still hadn’t told a soul about you and Armin. Since Mikasa was healing from a broken heart, it felt insensitive for two of her best friends to be open about being in a relationship with each other. You and Armin didn’t exclusively agree to continue your low key relationship on those terms, it just seemed clear that now was not the right time to broadcast it.
The honeymoon phase of your relationship was still buzzing. Since you and Armin couldn’t be out and about in the way you liked, the routine you had become accustomed to on Marley had bled into your lives on Paradis; sneaking through the halls at odd hours of the night and averting a wider audience of wandering eyes, letting your eyes linger on each other longer than normal, holding hands and playing footsie under the table.
Being in a secret relationship had its perks and downsides. It was fun to lurk in the shadows, feeling as if you were doing something you shouldn’t. You never had a rebellious phase. Slipping out with Armin and creeping back in the small hours of the morning, hushed quickies in empty closets, keeping your own secrets and knowing things about each other no one else knew was far too exhilarating.
The only negative perspective was that you couldn’t shout from the rooftops on how madly in love you were with Armin already, previous years of undercover pining like a juvenile included. Armin had made you feel so special with his words of affirmation, tender acts of service, and romantic quality time. He was supernaturally kind, always considerate of your feelings and carefully choosing his words. He had literally given you the clothes off his back, letting you wear his heavy Survey Corps coat if you weren’t adorned in yours and the night was chilly as you roamed the streets together after dark. He picked up easily on your likes and dislikes, what your favorite anything was, and how you expressed displeasurement by the way you turned your nose up at certain things.
You had been awake for so long, it started feeling later in the day than it actually was. Sasha had a watch, you grabbed her wrist to read the time which read nine forty-five.
“Oh, shoot! I completely forgot I had something to do this morning after training!” You falsely gasped at the time.
Sasha blinked. Her first thought was how it was unlike you to forget anything, especially if it was something important. Mikasa spoke, but Sasha didn’t hear. Your suspicious body language was too overwhelming not to pay attention to. Sasha saw the note you slipped into your pocket, and the way you cradled the bouquet closer to you as you fumbled with your key. It seemed like putting a key in a lock was an exceedingly difficult task given how you began to tremble like a leaf in the wind. She watched you cautiously.
“Aw, that’s a shame. I was hoping you’d touch up my eyebrows.” Mikasa pouted. She traced a finger over them as she thought about it.
You quickly unlocked your door and briefly stepped inside. Mikasa and Sasha didn’t follow, as you’d be leaving anyway. Sasha stuck her head through the door, she watched as you chucked a smaller and more decayed bunch of flowers into the trash and added the fresh flowers to the same vase.
Y/N get flowers regularly… Interesting, Sasha thought to herself.
“I’ll do them later, I promise.” You said, closing and locking up your apartment.
“You said that last week!” Mikasa protested.
You looked in between both Mikasa and Sasha. Mikasa’s unkempt brows were bent together in the middle in a dissatisfied frown. You had been putting off helping Mikasa with some of her beauty regime because any other amount of free time you had was spent mostly with Armin. You glanced at Sasha, eyebrows turned in the opposite way. She had hers quirked up, her eyes shamelessly looking you up and down. They both stared at you intensely, and you knew if you lingered a second longer they’d start asking questions.
“I’ll see you guys later!” You caved, not being able to handle the silent pressure. On that note, you scurried off down the hall, not looking back as you exited quickly. Sasha and Mikasa stood for a brief second in silence. They exchanged odd glances, knowing they were both thinking the same thing. What’s with them?
“I can do your eyebrows for you!” Sasha offered.
“After what happened last time, there’s no way I’m letting you that close to my face ever again.” Mikasa spat out.
-
The sounds of horses snorting amongst themselves along with the smell of hay lingered in the air. Each stall was occupied with either a single horse or a mother and her foal. Whenever you went to the stables on unofficial scouting business, you tried your best to never arrive empty handed, whether it be a crunchy carrot or a nice head pat and a scratch. You offered the new colt your friendship, petting along its little face, and paid brief attention to some of your friends' horses as well.
You briefly scanned the stables for a sign that Armin might be here, but all was silent and vacant. To pass the time you thought you would visit your own horse.
You walked further down the isle of horses, each one snorting and making noises to themselves as they stood around in tranquility. Walking by one particular stall, you heard an all too familiar sound.
“Psst.”
Doubling back your steps, you saw that it was Armin tending to his own horse.
“There you are!” You exclaimed.
You briefly eyed Armin up and down. He was in rather casual clothes, accepted with a pair of his tougher boots he wore for working in. His horse also had a saddle strapped to her back, ready for an adventure.
“What’s with the get up?” You wanted to know.
“I was going to the forest this morning. I w-wanted to know if you would like to come along with me?” The words spilled from Armin’s lips like an accident that was waiting to happen. His sky-blue eyes were drawn open wide, wholeheartedly hoping you would agree to his invitation. He rubbed his palms together, a sheepish mannerism you realized he had.
The smile that slowly began to spread on your lips lifted the heavy weight in Armin’s chest. He logically knew that he had no reason to be nervous about rejection, as you had never denied him before. You had alway been open to his ideas he shared, always met up on time when you arranged meet-ups, and you never pushed him away whenever Armin started poking and prodding at buttons that he knew would make you turn to liquid in his hands. Even so, the potential chance of being turned down lingered involuntarily.
“Okay!” You didn’t even miss a beat.
Armin released a breath he didn’t realize he was holding. He grinned ear to ear, ready to immediately set out. You didn’t notice the rucksack in the corner until Armin grabbed it. He wasted no time gathering his bag and strapping it to the side of the saddle. Armin held out his hand, obviously waiting for you to take it. His hands were usually soft and just a little sweaty, but you didn’t mind it that much. Armin assisted you in helping you jump up on his horse’s back, hoisting you up by your foot. You could mount a horse on your own, but you allowed him to be a gentleman. - The Scout Regiment’s headquarters was stationed in Trost, and had been for a few years. The pastures from Wall Rose and outward had been completely wiped of titans, thanks to Hange and Eren’s ingenious guillotine, thus making expeditions outside of the walls a breeze. With Armin taking the reins and you sitting behind him, you both trotted off of Scout property and into the streets.
It surely didn’t take long to reach the gate of Wall Rose, the only thing keeping civilization and the nearest stretch of wilderness apart. You never would have imagined that you would be able to travel back and forth, and still remain alive. This would be your first time going beyond the walls, not necessarily alone, but without a parade of scouts. You took a moment to look up at the wall and at the people around you.
You already knew that the walls were made from titans, but your brain just couldn’t imagine how they’d all fit together inside. The haunting face of a titan peering through the brick, or what you used to believe was brick, never left your imagination. A flock of birds flew overhead, making shadows while they flew in front of the sun.
“State your name, regiment, and business going outside of Wall Rose.” The Garrison guard demanded. He held out his hand promptly to inspect Armin’s exit permit to be outside of the wall on his own.
“Cal, you already know me.” Armin sighed, obviously annoyed. He reached into his back pocket to present his permit.
“No exceptions, Arlert!” Cal spat back.
You relaxed your posture and waited. You looked out at the people around you. Since there were no titans outside of the wall, the Garrison didn’t have much to look out for. Not that their jobs were back breaking anyway. A few guys in their short tan leather jackets sat around a wooden crate, playing cards and passing around a flask. They were all painstakingly bored, because the guard currently monitoring the lack of traffic through the gate was giving Armin a particularly rough time.
“This looks fake.” Cal huffed, holding the permit high in the sunlight to spot any forgeries.
“Well, it’s not.” Armin responded dryly.
You locked eyes with a woman. She was blonde, her hair had a dustier hue to it, compared to Armin’s yellow undertone. She sported the knee length green coat with a unicorn in the center of the crest, indicating she was of the Military Police. Being an MP was your first goal once you joined the cadet corps, but as time went on and with the more friends you made, and the more you changed your ideals, you decided to stick it out with the scouts. A decision you were glad that you chose, even through all the disaster and tragedy the scouts had to endure and will experience more of.
Everyone knows two things about the Military Police; they’re lousy at their jobs, and the women were gorgeous. The woman you were having an unintentional staring contest with was no exception.
You politely smiled at her, a favor which was not returned back to you. Her lips were thinned in an expression of judgment and you were close enough together to see some emotions in her eyes. She scanned you up and down as if she knew already knew what your greatest sin was. Your smile fell from your lips, no longer seeing a point in trying to be nice. She turned away with a roll in her eye, and carried on with the squiffy men seated around her. You watched her out of the side of your eye as she twiddled a piece of her short hair and flirtatiously laughed above everyone else.
The screeching chains of the gate being lifted caught your attention. Since they weren’t in a formal formation, As the outer gate to Wall Rose was lifted to let you pass, you could see the green fields as far as the eye could see.  A new and fresh gust of wind blew right through you. You got your arms around Armin’s abdomen and held on, knowing Armin would tear off for the open field. Armin snapped the reins, and broke speed in record time.
You held Armin tightly as Armin’s horse  booked it by his command. The sky had never been so blue and the grass had never been greener. You could actually admire the land you lived on now that blood didn’t stain the ground, and steam from destroyed titans didn’t fog up the sky. You thought back to the very first time you had gone outside of Wall Maria, bound for what seemed at the time to be the edge of the Earth. Life really was beautiful when it wasn’t polluted with death and destruction.
The nearest set of trees wasn’t far, only a half an hour ride. Armin rode up to a heavy patch of the deepest pine and juniper green trees that stood well over eighty meters tall. Their leaves rustled in the wind, a few falling high from the branches above. Armin hopped down from the saddle, tying his horse off on the trunk of the tree. His blond hair glistened in the sun. Armin’s hair had three different dimensions of color, a few pieces around his face and temples had a different texture compared to the rest of his head. Sweat had curled the hair framing around his face, his cheeks and the tip of his nose flushed darker than usual.
“So,” You breathed once your feet hit the ground. “We’re here. Now what?” You asked.
All around you, there was nothing. No villages or homes, not even empty or abandoned ones. The land was flat and appeared to continue forever if you didn’t know that the ocean was on the other side of the distant horizontal line. The wind was silent and warm.
Armin took a few steps closer, the grass squishing under his boot. His eyes trickled over your face, talking in all of your beautiful details in the organic sunlight. Armin kept eye contact with you while he sneakily grabbed your hand and held it politely in his. Even through his fingertips, Armin radiated kindness. He gently pulled you towards the man-made gap in between the trees. There was a trail that led through the shadows.
“Come on, I want to show you something.” His voice was low and enticing. There was a bass in his quiet tone that made your ear drums tickle.
You glanced over his shoulder to look through the massive tree trunks. There were glimmers of light that came through the branches. Looking deeper in, you could see that it was dark and shady. Ominous and suspicious. A shiver went through your spine and a reflex to wonder if there were titans lurking about.
“Are you sure there are no titans out here?” You asked.
You moved your feet apprehensively as Armin continued to tug you closer. You felt silly for asking considering you were on the expedition to double check that all titans beyond Wall Rose had actually been eliminated.
“I swear.” Armin promised.
With his word of honor, you grasped Armin’s hand tighter and brought yourself to his side. Your fingers locked in with his while you walked into the forest.
Comfortable silence blew through every now and then, but Armin mostly talked while you listened. This seemed to be your usual dynamic. He asked how your morning training went, if you were tired and if you needed a break from walking. Armin filled you in on his morning. He finally finished that book he had been reading for most of the month and how he didn’t like the ending, the ideas he proposed to Hange and how he was looking forward to seeing some of them come to fruition. The railroad was almost complete, and was about to kickstart a new project. Armin thought it would be beneficial for the population inside the walls to construct a major institution where the sick and injured could be treated. If there was one place the severely ill and wounded could heal, there would be more free space for minor illnesses and grievances in local doctors offices. That way, health care could be provided easily and evenly. You thought it was a fantastic idea.
The forest wasn’t as threatening as it seemed. The sun came through the canopy of the trees beautifully, creating an ethereal environment. You spotted a bush of Campanulas along the matted dirt trail. One section was missing several flowers. You put two and two together. Armin had been here earlier, but why? With the rucksack hanging on one shoulder, items inside of it clinking together, you knew he had to be up to something.
Jumping over fallen branches and bending under low branches, Armin began to lead you uphill. The mourning doves were still hooting softly in the distance. Armin stopped abruptly. He popped up directly in front of you. He already had a solid grip on one of your hands. With his free one, he slid it down your arm to the one he didn’t have. His touch sent a cold chill through you, despite it being quite warm outside. He held them both as he spoke.
“Close your eyes, okay?” Armin couldn’t resist giving your knuckles a quick and chaste kiss.
You were right. There was a trick up his sleeve, an ace in his deck you weren’t expecting. There was a flux in his tone of which he spoke, drawing you to say anything except no. His eyes sparkled with mischief and surprise while he held you so close to him.
You did as he said with no questions asked.
Behind the darkness of your eyelids, you could hear Armin doing things and moving around. He unzipped the rucksack. Whatever items he had in there clanked around as he moved about. Armin muttered quietly to himself.
“Are your eyes still closed?” Armin asked, though he could see that they were squeezed tightly.
“Yes.”
“Don’t open them yet!” He instructed.
“‘Kay.”
You stood awkwardly, eyes still closed and not yet completely sure of your surroundings. Your ears were finely tuned into the noises around you. Birds flittered and chirped closely, leaves rustling up above your head along with the faint breath of breeze. You drummed patiently on your thighs as you waited, growing more anxious by the second as to what Armin could possibly be up to.
“Okay, open.” His voice this time was lower than a whisper and appeared right in the shell of your ear. Your heart pounded at his lips suddenly being so close.
You did just as he said, opening your eyes and letting them adjust to the greenery around you. Both of you were standing in the middle of a clearing. The sun was at its highest morning peak, not a single cloud in the sky. It shone a spotlight down on the clearing Armin was leading you up to the entire time. On the ground was a blanket with food spread buffet style. White flower bushes encased the area like a natural fence.
“I-I figured that since you don’t have anything planned this afternoon, and I don’t have anything to do either, we could just hide out here…?”Armin explained, an open and hopeful suggestion left in the end. He rubbed his hands together nervously as he spoke.
It wasn’t really surprising that Armin had gone out of his way to do something this nice, as he tried to do things for you while keeping a low profile. The bouquet of flowers weren’t out of character, and neither were the little notes. Armin left little pieces of himself in places only you could see; the inside of your Survey Corps coat, in books.
This set up, however, was the grandest thing he’d ever done.
Armin pulled on the joints of his fingers to soothe the storm in his stomach. He scanned your body language. Your face lit up, a wide and surprised smile spreading across your soft lips. The knot in his tummy quickly untwisted itself.
“Aw!” You gaped at how everything was intentionally set up and laid out before you.
“You like it?” Armin questioned, as if the sentimental gloss in your eyes made it difficult to actually tell.
“Yes!”
You immediately got comfortable on the splayed blanket. It was unexpectedly soft. You laid on your back and threw your hands behind your head, looking up at the sky through the deep green branches. Armin joined your side without wasting a single second. You took a closer look at all of the food and smaller things he brought. It wasn’t much, but there was bread and jam, bits of different cheeses, apples and grapes. There was also a deck of playing cards and two books. They were simple things to come by.
Your chest felt as if it could just explode from the way Armin made you feel. Before you had gotten into a relationship, you never would have guessed that Armin was as romantic as he had been. Often a man of a few words unless prompted into conversation. Logical, analytical, and practical didn’t seem to go hand in hand with romance and affection. It was a side of Armin that only you got to see, a side that you knew that was only reserved for you. Which made you feel all the more special.
“This is really, really nice. You’re so sweet to me.” You gave him praise and recognition. Armin jokingly rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders and scoffed with faux imperturbability.
“Well, you know…” His face turned a deep pink.
After all the hard work and organization he put in to set this up, you decided at least a kiss was in order. You extended your neck slightly to meet his lips in the middle in the midst of his humble denial. Only then did Armin fall silent. He caught up to the pace of how you moved your lips in between his. His body melted on top of yours, now lying comfortably on top of you. He helped himself to hover you, his waist making home right in between your legs and hands holding him up on both sides of your head. You threw your arms around his neck, Armin instinctively lowered himself. The tips of your noses brushed against each other, and abdomens flush.
In between little make outs, you fed yourselves and each other, played a few rounds of Go Fish, and finally nestled down and started reading once all of the food had been eaten. You cracked open the newest book Armin had got just for this occasion. With a book in one hand, Armin rested his head in your lap and you played with his hair as you read out loud. You used your nails to scratch at his scalp, and twirled pieces of fine angel hair around your finger. Armin’s eyes fluttered shut, resting them as he listened to you read. He could listen to your voice forever.
Apart from the sounds of you reading and the feeling of you gently twirling his hair, everything around Armin seemed to fall away. Armin could only seem to find peace of mind whenever you were in his presence. Just the sight of you soothed the redundant and dull ache in his chest he had acquired from the trauma of the last few months. Armin still missed Eren more than anything, he thought of him every single day. He wondered if Eren was alright, if he had somewhere to sleep or something to eat. Whether or not Eren had grown comfortable in the new life he abandoned his old one for, or if he was even alive at this point. Instead of bottling up all his emotions inside, keeping his thoughts to himself so as to not upset Mikasa and others, you encouraged him to speak his mind. Little by little, each day got easier. Even still, apart from you and Mikasa, Armin couldn’t confide in anyone else on the same level as he did with Eren.
No one could take Eren’s place in Armin’s heart. However, the space Armin had for Eren and you separately started to slowly merge. Your touch comforted him like soup on a sick day. Armin never knew how much physical touch meant to him until Armin got to hold you almost whenever he wanted to. Your hands fit perfectly together, your bodies evenly meshed when you were pressed against one another. Hearing you laugh drowned out the buzzing in his brain. He slept deeper and longer with you snuggled up next to him. Those thoughts that had their own tiny voices couldn’t be heard over Armin hearing you moan his name in your ear while you both fucked each other.
Armin took advantage of the pause you took to flip the pages to speak after he had been quietly paying attention to your story telling.
“Can I ask you a question?” He blurted out.
You gave up trying to turn to the next page and closed the book completely, giving Armin your full attention.
“Yes,” You spoke, not even thinking twice about it.
Armin sat straight up. You leaned back on the blanket, supporting your weight with your hands. Armin’s throat bobbed as he swallowed. There was something on his mind that he just could not hide. Armin was a quiet man, and you studied his body language carefully. A slightly turned head with eye contact was reserved for when Armin was curious, inquisitive. When Armin turned his head without eye contact, something was on his mind. He took a reasonable pause.
“If you could have anything you wanted, what would it be?” Armin implored.
You reached out again for his hair. It was so soft, as if you were touching nothing. His hair wasn’t as neat as it normally was since you had been playing in it. The wind blew his bangs back. You remembered when his brass-blonde hair was just shy of touching his shoulders. Armin hardly ever did anything with his hair, as a guy usually would. It always hung in his face, shielding him from being perceived. All you wanted to do was let the strands fall through your fingers.
Now, Armin’s hair was shorter in the back and layering longer at the top. It wasn’t quite a bowl cut, but it worked for the shape of his face. When Armin first got his hair cut, you were glad to see the guy behind it, but sometimes you did miss the length. You never got to play in it while it was long.
Your first thought to his question was to be able to turn back time. You would take it back three months ago in Marley, where Eren stood in front of you shaking with an unknown anger you had never seen before. You would change how you didn’t try hard enough to get him to articulate his thoughts. You would make yourself follow him outside so he wouldn’t be alone. Then perhaps he would only be minutes late to meet back with the squad instead of never showing up at all. Armin would be happy and still be conjoined to Eren’s side. Mikasa wouldn’t have cried for weeks and weeks, her smile would be brighter and her eyes wouldn’t be so cold. Captain Levi would still have someone to sarcastically abuse, Hange would have at least one person willing to stay up until three in the morning with them, Jean and Eren would fight as usual. Connie and Eren would still teasingly taunt and terrorize you at every chance they got. Everything would be in balance, as it had been before, and as it should be.
“I don’t know.”
You shrugged innocently as you took a section of Armin’s hair and split it into three pieces. It would be best not to say. You didn’t want to ruin a perfectly good and wholesome moment.
On the other hand, there wasn’t anything else you immediately wanted or needed. You were so grateful for all the times you scraped by death without even a broken bone. There wasn’t much one could ask for once you’ve been given life so many times. You weren’t starving, you had a roof over your head, and money in your purse. You had friends, and Armin, who gave you heart palpitations every time he blinked those long eyelashes. What else could you want?
“What about you?” You asked Armin in return.
You reached around you towards the flower bushes and plucked one straight from the stem. Within the white petals and yellow center was a sultry and sweet aroma. The scent tagged itself in your memory. You chose a few more flowers and placed them along the crown of Armin’s head.
Armin had already gone beyond the walls and had already seen the ocean, his ultimate life goal. He had an influential hand in transforming the island of Paradise, installing the railroad that was almost completed, and several other new ideas. Those ideas were just that so far. Armin wanted to think of an objective that was outside of work, something personal.
“I’d like to revisit my old house at some point, and see what it looks like.” Armin admitted.
“That can easily be done.” You said while your fingers kept working. Armin chuckled.
“Yeah. But, I can imagine some renovations would be in order for it to be livable.” Armin added.
You hummed. The scouts didn’t have the greatest salary, and saving money for a home would take quite a while. Even in a less fortunate outlier district such as Shiganshina. Why would the government waste money on paying soldiers in a regiment who were destined to die anyway?
You started your project on Armin’s hair over, since the flowers wouldn’t stay put in its fine texture. You recreated a braid going across the crown of Armin’s head, and then stuck the flowers in where they fit best. You worked on him as Armin spoke about his home in Shiganshina.
He and Eren lived in the same neighborhood, just a few blocks from each other. Armin remembered sitting at the kitchen table with his grandfather, who taught him to read, showing him pictures in the infamous book Armin brought up a few times. At the same table, his father would fix up the scrapes on his hands and knees from falling, either because he was clumsy and mistook his step or because he was shoved to the ground. And, Armin definitely remembered sitting in his mother’s lap while she showed him all of the blueprints for the hot-air balloon and the plans she had made.
Armin thought about his bedroom, and how juvenile it would be for him now. How the dishes would still be piled in the sink, books on the shelves were still organized in chronological order, shoes still by the front door and clothes for a little boy hanging in the closet and folded in the dresser. Everything would have layers and layers of dust, but would still be perfectly in place.
“And after reconstructing whatever needs to be done, we could get off-campus permits and live there.” Armin said.
Your heart almost stopped completely at hearing him say ‘we.’ As in you and him together.
“That sounds lovely.” Your breath tickled the back of Armin’s neck. He rolled his eyes back at the sensation, toes curled in his boots and stomach turning.
From that comment on, Armin continued. He shared how he wanted a flower box in every window, even on ones facing away from the street where no one could see. He wanted bookshelves built into the walls so it appeared more flush and cohesive, an oven to make bread at home instead of struggling to buy a loaf every week. All the renovations would be expensive, most definitely, but if he saved just enough and learned how to do a few things himself, the possibilities would be endless.
You lost your concentration for one moment, and a flower tumbled from Armin’s head to his lap. He picked it up and lifted a finger to ever so gently touch the delicate petals. All that Armin described sounded like a dream. But, there was one tiny minuscule flaw.
“Wouldn’t people notice that we live together? What would we do then?” You asked, half teasing.
So far you and Armin were so good at hiding your relationship, no one had suspected anything. It was easy to slip undetected while everyone’s attention was averted to coping without Eren and adjusting back to regular life. If word got out that you and Armin were living together off Survey Corp grounds, there would definitely be assumptions and questions.
Armin shrugged. He shoved his nose into the flower that had fallen into his lap. Armin got a whiff of a spicy scent with earthy undertones. He twirled it in between his fingers.
“It’ll take a while to save for even a down payment, then having the off-campus permit go through. W-We’ll just figure it out when we get to that point, I suppose.” Armin talked low, despite you two being the only ones out in the forest.
Armin’s flower crown was completed. He moved his head around carefully so as to not ruin your masterpiece. The flowers sat on the top of his head as if you had crowned him a prince of the trees. Armin did a half turn to at face you. The sun coming through the greenery above granted Armin a glowing shadow around his shoulders. He looked like an angel.
“What kind of flowers are these?” You wanted to know.
You quickly changed the subject. Thinking further ahead about living with Armin was making your head spin. You wouldn’t be totally opposed to it, but you never had lived with a boyfriend before. The possibility of settling down somewhere seemed so far away, so unlikely given the chance you’d die the very next day. A new window of potential cracked open ever so slightly.
Armin took a final glance at the flower in his hand, and then gently placed it in your hair just above your ear. You flushed quickly at the feeling of Armin’s fingers dusting through your hair.
“I believe these are gardenias.” Armin replied matter of factly. He responded with little hesitation.
“We could plant some of these in the windows!” You mentioned excitedly.
“Okay, sure. Whatever you’d like.” Armin smiled, and chuckled.
His cheeks burned hot, he could feel himself turning an embarrassing shade of red. He smiled gently and genuinely at you. The corners of his eyes turned upwards happily. Only you were capable of making him grin this way these days. The pulling feeling in his chest was a sensation reserved for you and you only. The tunneling vision whenever you were in his line of sight became clearer and sharper with focus. Armin’s body was already admitting to itself that he had fallen for you harder than he had ever thought imaginable.
-
When the sun shifted and time set to late afternoon, it would be time for dinner by the time you and Armin returned back. The thirty minute trek lasted another thirty minutes because Armin’s horse walked the rest of the way to Scout headquarters. Armin could have made her pick up the pace a little bit, but he wanted to spend his time with you as much as he could. Armin didn’t talk much. He stayed quiet and enjoyed the slow trot with you holding onto him again. You didn’t have to hold onto him so tightly, but Armin liked it nonetheless. You both parted at the stables, but not without quickly and deeply pressing your lips together in a long kiss. Neither of you were sure if you’d be able to see each other later, or if this was your secluded parting for the night. You went ahead of Armin to the mess hall. The snacks Armin had brought were eaten hours ago, and you absolutely needed more sustenance. The mess hall was busy, as expected. You got your plate and sat yourself at the usual table. Connie and Sasha had already claimed their spots, sitting right next to each other and shooting the breeze. You plopped in front of them, greeting them breathlessly before helping yourself to your meal. The food today was just alright, but beggars can’t be choosers. You completely missed the way Sasha and Connie exchanged short looks at each other.
They leaned in closer, keeping their eyes on you until you noticed them staring directly at you. Connie naturally had wide eyes, big and a yellowish-hazel, lighter than Sasha’s. If you didn’t know them both, you would have assumed they were fraternal twins. They spent so much time together they started looking like one another. You blinked at the both of them, staring you down like you had grown a second head. “What?” You asked. You took your napkin and wiped the corners of your mouth, in case there was something on your face.
“Who’s the guy?” Sasha simply asked as if it were the easiest question in the world. You scoffed.
“What?” You choked. “Who is the guy?” Sasha pressed again.
“There is no guy!” You automatically denied.
You did the best you could to keep your composure, but your body couldn't stop the increase of anxiety. You might as well be under a single spotlight lamp, playing carrot and stick. Sasha leaned in closer, the smirk on her face grew bigger and bigger as you kept insisting there was no person of interest. There was no getting out of this conversation, Sasha could smell fear. Her honey-hazel eyes met to yours, you subconsciously avoided eye contact. If she looked too deep into your eyes, they might tell her the answer she seeks.
“Oh, there’s a guy.” Connie input with a knowing smirk on his face. “‘Cause I’m a guy, and I know when there’s another guy.” He explained as if he was making sense.
You squinted, not understanding Connie’s logic. You and Sasha cut your eyes at each other.
“Old flame, or is it someone new?” Sasha continued. She wiggled her eyebrows and shimmied her shoulders.
Just because you have had an incredibly dedicated crush on Armin since you were cadets, did not stall the pursuit of other potential partners and lovers. For years and years, you had become comfortable admiring Armin from a distance. You never actually thought you two would potentially end up together. Had you known that, you obviously would have waited for him. Then, you never knew when your last moment would be, so you lived your life as fully as you could for a soldier — per Sasha, who encouraged you to have normal relationships.
You took a pause to actually think about what you might want to say next. You didn’t honestly believe you could hide much without at least Mikasa and Sasha catching on. They were both very intuitive, and Sasha was more of a gossip than Mikasa was. Confessing now, in front of Connie and without Armin present, thus leaving Mikasa the last to know, seemed inappropriate.
Like Armin said, you’d both figure out what to say when you got to that point. Whenever that day comes, you’d like Armin to be with you. Connie wasn’t paying attention anymore. His focus was directed towards his bowl of stew. He shoveled food into his mouth as if someone would come by and snatch it from him. Sasha’s face twitched with excitement. She leaned in closer and spoke just a smidge quieter, a tone that was befitting the noisy environment.
“Who is it?” Was her next question, naturally.
You sighed. You took a look around the mess hall, wondering where anyone else was so the current conversation could come to a close. You shook your head.
“I can’t say.” That was all you were willing to admit for the time being.
“Whyy-uhh!?” She whined as she stomped her feet under the table.
“We want to be…private.” You put it lightly so as to not hurt Sasha’s feelings by saying it was a secret.
You wanted to tell Sasha so badly. She was always your number one supporter about crushing on Armin. If your circumstances and environment had been different at the scene of defining your relationship, she’d be the first person you’d tell.
Sasha slouched back in her seat, arms folded with a smug smirk across her lips. Her eyes glanced you up and down about twice before she nodded and threw her hands up.
“Fine. Don’t tell me. I’ll figure it out myself.” Sasha declared.
You hadn’t looked away from Sasha’s suspicious yet omniscient stare down. Not knowing who the mysterious guy is would drive her insane for sure. Perhaps it would be fun to see all of her guesses, and to watch her face fall every time she got it wrong. The chance of Sasha naming Armin right off the bat was slim.
Right in the nick of time, Jean had helped himself to sitting on your left.
You didn’t see Armin, but you felt him. You smelled him. The aroma of gardenia still lingered on his skin, on his clothes, in his hair. Armin gently sat down across from you, next to Connie. Jean had occupied the only space next to you. Armin greeted you with a soft ‘hey.’
“What are you trying to figure out?” Jean wanted to know. He got a spoonful of his stew and blew on his spoon lightly.
“Sasha’s gonna figure out who Y/N’s secret boyfriend is.” Connie summarized the conversation.
You opened your mouth to speak but nothing could come out of it. Like a sixth sense, your eyes honed in on Armin across from you. Armin kept his hands folded in his lap, ears open and listening to the conversation as he pretended to be busy with a string on the hem of his shirt.
“Like I said, it’s private.” You repeat yourself again so Jean could retain that bit of information.
Under the table, Armin nudged your foot with his. You made eye contact for half a second. You met each other with stealthy and knowing twinkle in your eyes. You knocked your foot against his in return, rubbing the side of your shoe with his boot.
Armin’s face muscles ached to pull to smile, but he held it all inside with an awkward swallow. His heart skipped a few beats when you raised your foot to graze higher on his calf, teasing him under the table.
“That’s your business. I don’t care.” Was all Jean had to say. He began to eat his dinner and remained silent.
“I care! I care so much!” Sasha exclaimed.
Sasha had worked herself up so, she went to flail her hands up to her chest in dramatics. She knocked into Connie’s wrist, and his spoon flew from his fingers. The muted clang of metal rang from Connie’s position.
“See, look what you made me do! You made me drop my fuckin’ spoon!” He complained.
Armin refrained from giggling at the irony. If it hadn’t been for Jean and that humongous gulp of alcohol he made Armin chug, you and him would not be a private item. Another thought crossed Armin’s mind. He knew you both couldn’t stay in the comfort of your secluded relationship forever, and eventually the truth would come to light. If Sasha was asking questions, how much longer could you two get away with it?
Armin watched you and Sasha go back and forth. Sasha spat out a few names of Scouts you might know and who might be interested in you. You shook your head at every name Sasha gave, promising her that she wouldn’t guess it so easily. Once she ran out of names to give, she gave up and insisted she’d try again later.
“You got me now, but I will figure this out!” Sasha swore as if her life depended on it.
You could spare her sanity and give her a hint, tell her to shorten and reel in her fishing net, or offer a clue about his identity. Sasha was so hellbent on solving the mystery, it seemed to be more entertaining to let her do it on her own than to offer help. You failed to hide how much you were resisting to smile. You nodded, while still brushing yourself against Armin’s foot only inches from Sasha’s own casual flat sandals.

🖤 Ayo… real quick
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Armin is clinging to you, so easily edged when you when he sucks all over your pretty neck. His hands are greedily playing with your tits, squeezing your softness loving and he way it felt so warm and cushy opposite his lean frame. His pants rub against you and he’s grinding a surprisingly endowed buldge into you. he's telling you how pretty you are and how good he wants to make you feel. He’s just so in awe of you and the way you consume all of his senses. The more you moan for him he pulls you tighter to him. Moving hips back and forth, the friction from your body has him growing swollen and excited, the desperation to feel more of you making his tip thick and wet. with your bare thighs in his grasp, he jolts, I love you’s spilling from his puffy lips, his mouth hot on your neck as he comes in his pants. You shudder, your hips weighing down onto the friction, your entire body vibrating along with his as he pants your name over and over. By the time he's able stop squeezing you, he laughs. You're something special, ya know that? I'm sure you won't mind if I fuck you proper now. I would hate to leave you unsatisfied.

Armin melancholically lowered his chin onto the cash register and let out a deflating sigh. His grandfather gave him a sympathetic look.
"She hasn't been around in a while." Armin muttered.
He looked blankly at the display books in the window; they were all crammed together. There was an unmoved cart full of books standing nearby, which he hadn't had the energy or motivation to shelve away.
"She'll come around again." His grandfather assured.
"But it's been weeks..." Armin replied glumly.
There was a silence.
Armin sighed again and rubbed the side of his face with his hand. "It feels so quiet." He commented. It was clear in his voice how much he missed you.
"Chin up." His grandfather said.
Armin halfheartedly pulled himself together.
The working day had come to an end again and you hadn't been there. Armin assured his grandfather that he could close up shop himself, so he let him be and went to get groceries for dinner. Umi the cat comfortably napped in the basket that he carried.
While glumly locking the front door and rolling down the shutter, he heard someone shouting for him.
"Wait! Armin!" You called out, running towards the store.
Armin's heart leaped at the sight of you.
"H-hey!" He stuttered out in surprise.
When you reached him, you panted to catch your breath, "I-I guess I'm a little late... I forgot you closed at five."
After hearing your voice and seeing your smiling face again, it felt like not much time had passed at all since your last meeting.
"Oh... well, since you're here." Armin mumbled softly. He rolled up the shutter again and unlocked the door to the bookstore. "But we best keep the lights off, or everyone will think we're still open."
"Okay!" You beamed happily at him.
So the two of you found yourselves alone together in the bookstore, browsing the aisles in the waning sunset light. Though, admittedly, neither of you were really paying attention to the books; you were too busy catching up on each other's lives.
You explained that your schedule had gotten wildly busy. Armin felt a bit silly, because he'd been overthinking, and came to the conclusion that maybe he said something to drive you away.
It's so nice to hear his voice again, you thought. And he was thinking the same thing.
"Ah, I missed you." You laughed after he made an awful pun about something.
He stuttered, unsure how to respond, "I did as well." He managed to say, but barely.
In the back of Armin's mind, he was trying so hard to challenge his nervousness. He had so much to say. Sometimes he'd lay awake in bed, imagining the conversations that he wanted to have with you.
"I'm not good at speaking..." He admitted. It seemed random to you, but it was currently burdening his mind. "But there's a lot that I want to talk about with you."
You looked at him understandingly. "Hm... maybe we should write to each other! I've been sending letters to my friends lately, but they think it's pretentious." You laughed.
It lowered your spirits remembering that. You were so excited to send old-fashioned letters to your friends as a surprise, but only one of them was vaguely amused by the endeavor. The rest were indifferent, or called you pretentious.
"I'd say any friend who calls you that isn't a friend at all." Armin said honestly. "Personally, I think the idea is really sweet. I'd love to receive a letter from y- from a friend."
You felt your eyes light up. He may have thought he was bad with his words, but every time you talked with him you felt your spirits rise.
"Well, actually, now that you mention it..." You began shyly. "I did write a letter for you. I've been meaning to give it to you for weeks, but everything seems to be getting in my way. It's so annoying!" You complained.
Armin smiled and intently listened to you complain about your schedule and how everything seems to go wrong even when you're careful. You dug around in your bag and pulled out the letter.
"Wow, a wax seal and all? That's really pretty... where did you come by one of those?" Armin analyzed the letter's seal, admiring the pattern.
You shrugged, "I found it in my grandmother's attic. She had a whole writing kit, with a special fountain pen, but I don't know how to use one of those... so I just wrote with a ballpoint pen."
Armin laughed, "I like that. A fancy letter written in ballpoint pen." He said.
It was almost completely dark in the bookstore, except for Armin's phone torch, which he propped on the books to provide a small area of light.
"I know how to use a fountain pen..." Armin mentioned after a short silence. "I could teach you."
"Oh really! Then, we could write real old-fashioned letters – pretty ones – to each other..." You responded excitedly.
"I'd love that." He admitted, and then added with a half-laugh, "Actually, you know, sometimes I want to throw my phone into a lake."
"Me as well. I don't like receiving phone calls, or text messages. When I tried to write text messages more eloquently, then I got slapped with one of those 'you're pretentious' comments." You said.
"Was it the same person who called you pretentious for the letters?" He asked.
You nodded, "Yeah. I'm not sure why I still talk to him, I guess it's just because we've known each other for so long."
Armin felt a small pang of jealousy in his chest.
"Well, personally, I'm just bad at texting. And writing, too, for that matter. I don't think I have a single poem that I'm proud of." Armin continued, steering the conversation away from the topic of whoever this mystery man was.
"You write poetry!" You gasped, "And you never told me!"
"I'm not good at it..." He nervously ran his fingertips over the back of his neck.
In the middle of your conversation, the doorbell chimed.
Armin's grandfather appeared at the entrance with one hand carrying a basket filled with market vegetables and the other carrying a familiar Russian Blue cat.
At first, he confusedly asked why the store wasn't closed up.
But when he saw you and Armin standing in an aisle, he raised his head in understanding. "Oh, I see." he said, "Well, Armin, at this rate, it would be kind to invite the young Miss back home for a warm meal. It's getting late and cold."
"Oh! Um, sorry! Yeah... um..." Armin stuttered.
It felt like after the atmosphere between you and him was disturbed, that Armin's ability to speak significantly decreased. Like a river's flow turning turbulent after having been laminar.
"...Would you like to?" Armin asked, turning to face you.
How could you refuse the idea of coming home for a warm meal with a sweet boy and his grandfather?
"I'd love to, as long as you both don't mind having me." You responded kindly. Armin felt the tone of your voice shift since you were no longer comfortably alone with him.
"Of course not. Let's get going then." Armin's grandfather said, and you three headed out the store together.
⁕⁕⁕
The night finally took over the sky. Street lamps lit up, their globe of light appearing fuzzy and soft. You and Armin followed his grandfather like he was the leader.
Even though he said it was alright for you to call him Harry, you anyways called him Sir Arlert out of respect.
It was a long walk to their house. They lived quite far out of town, it almost felt like you were in the countryside, but not quite. Sir Arlert explained to you that this was the 'old people area'; all the veterans who dedicated their hearts in the war were serenely snuggled up in these well-built homes.
"You can't pry these homes from them. They'll never give 'em up." His grandfather chuckled. It amused you how some elderly people speak of other elderly people, as if they are not all the same age.
"To be fair, I wouldn't give up these homes either. They remind me of English cottages." You said.
Armin was being silent, keeping his hands shyly tucked behind his back as the three of you walked on the dirt road.
"But it isn't nice," Sir Arlert spoke, "Because for young people like Armin, who live with geezers like me, there are no people his age in the area; just more old geezers. It gets lonely for young men."
You tilted your head in thought. "I guess that's true."
"I don't mind it." Armin said, blushing.
His grandfather quickly responded, "Ah but you were moping about being lonely and sick of seeing the same faces until Y/n walked into the bookstore one day!" He said.
Armin blushed violently. He felt the heat searing from the top of his cheeks to the bottom of his jaw.
"Really!" You laughed.
You finally arrived at their home. It was old. And just like the books in their bookstore, it was falling apart. But inside, it was as homely and inviting as browned pages.
While Armin hopped around like a nervous bunny to prepare the kitchen for cooking, his grandfather calmly lit the fireplace and set the table at a snail's pace.
You helped Sir Arlert where you could, and went to light up some candles and gas lamps. It felt like you were in another era, it was wonderfully cozy and quiet, not like in the city where you used to live like an ant in a colony.
The fireplace crackled very quietly.
Armin's nimble hands peeled potatoes and carrots. He began chopping them up for the stew, and then you came to stand by the kitchen's archway.
"Need a helping hand?" You asked him.
His voice nearly got caught in his throat. "No, I've got it – OW! Fuck!" He yelped as he cut his finger.
"Are you alright!" You cried, and quickly rushed over to him.
"Yeah, I'm good." He stuttered.
"Aw, your finger is bleeding! Let's go to the bathroom to fix it up." You said, hastily wrapping a cloth around Armin's finger.
⁕⁕⁕
He felt conflicted; his finger hurt, but at the same time, if he hadn't accidentally sliced it, then you and him wouldn't end up alone together in the bathroom upstairs.
The bare lightbulb flickered above. The candle by the window made up for its lackluster illumination.
"Sorry." Armin apologized softly.
"For what?" You tilted your head.
"For being a bit much." He said.
"I don't know what you mean, Armin."
He was trying to string a sentence together, he was on the verge of saying the first word, but then you smiled and interrupted him.
"It's alright, Armin. You don't have to speak a word, I know." You said understandingly, gently cleaning his wound with a cotton swab soaked in alcohol.
He nodded. "I-I'm usually not this bad at speaking..." He said shamefully. "It's just nerves."
"Do I make you nervous?" You asked.
He raised his face at you. His eyes were full of light despite being in a dim room.
"A little bit." He smiled lopsidedly, looking away the second you made eye contact.
"Sorry..." You say quietly.
"Not in a bad way, though." He assured.
You pursed your lips to keep from smiling. Armin did the same.
After nursing his finger, the two of you headed downstairs to continue cooking with his grandfather, and then joined together for a warm, homely meal.
Umi was in her own cat world, except for when you and Armin began washing the dishes; then she decided she wanted to sit in the dish rack.
"It's very cold," Armin's grandfather commented, "And there's a slight drizzle. If you want to stay for the night, Armin's room has plenty space. I'll get the blankets." He said.
Armin's heart panged in his chest. His sleeves were rolled up, and he had soap suds going up to his forearm.
"Oh, I don't want to be a burden... I'm sure I can make it home before the rain gets heavier." You said.
It seemed that the gods were trying very hard to keep you and Armin together tonight, because almost two minutes after you said that, a heavy thunderstorm broke out.
Rain cascaded down the roof's eaves.
Armin's grandfather went into the hallway to take out the blankets that were stowed away into a cupboard.
After washing up, he gave Armin these blankets, and then disappeared into his bedroom with a tired 'goodnight'.
⁕⁕⁕
Armin lead you into his room; it was a small attic room, as neat and composed as his style of clothes. He insisted that he take the floor, but you came up with another idea entirely.
"Why not the both of us make a fort, and sleep in it together?" You suggested.
"A-Alright." Armin laughed. His heart beat rapidly, he could feel it.
So the two of you built a plush fort together. Armin laid the base, and you brought the chairs and draped a mismatch of blankets and sheets over it. There were dazzling fairy lights strung by the window, and glow in the dark stars on the ceiling; towers of books threatened to spill over.
The two of you kept your voices hushed and gentle throughout the night.
"I like your room." You said, laying comfortably in the fort that the two of you made.
"Oh... thanks. I actually kind of hate it." Armin said.
You laughed, "Why? What's the matter with it?"
"Well, it's small and sad." He chuckled, "Just like me." He joked.
"Armin!" You laughed with him. "I don't think it's small and sad. It's full of life, and it's got your feeling plastered all over it."
He rolled onto his side to look at you. Such a simple thing, yet it took such courage. You felt really close to him, it was like the two of you were in a bubble that the world couldn't pierce.
"What do you mean, my 'feeling'? Is that good or bad?" He asked.
"It's good." You assured him.
He smiled a little.
Although he seemed so shy and gentle, there was something in his eyes that told you another story of his personality. He was a book that you had only just begun reading, but you wanted to skip in between the pages to answer all the questions you had about the plot.
"Armin, do you consider yourself a romantic person?" You asked. It seemed random to him, and made him blush.
"Well, sort of..."
"What do you mean, 'sort of'?" You smiled under the dim light.
Armin felt lulled by your voice.
"I've never really felt like I've been in love before meeting you." He blurted out.
"Huh?"
"Huh?"
The two of you looked at each other. You began laughing, and he did too.
"Sorry." He mumbled, hiding his face into the pillow. He recoiled so much, you felt his warmth leave your air.
"Don't hide away! I'm not startled, I'm just surprised. I didn't expect you to admit to that now." You said.
"You mean... you already knew that I like you?"
"Oh, definitely. I knew from day one." You laughed.
"Really!" Armin let out a long groan, "That's embarrassing. I'm sorry if it makes you uncomfortable."
You shook your head, "I like you very much, too. I'll be honest, most of the time when I came into the store to browse, I wished that you'd come up to me and say hello." You admitted.
That was a surprising revelation to him; he would have never thought that you were wishing for that.
"I meant to say hello many times, my friend always encouraged me to." He said.
"And why didn't you?" You asked teasingly.
"I was too shy and too nervous." He admitted simply. "I overthink a lot, it stops me from going after what I want."
A silence passed. You looked at him with glittering eyes. Armin really felt like kissing you right then, he was thinking very hard about it.
"Am I something that you want?" You asked.
Armin blushed.
"Yeah." He said.
You were trying to figure out how to tell him that the feeling was mutual, but then you realized that words are not necessary sometimes.
So you went in for a kiss. A swift, gentle kiss. All the meaningful feelings that words couldn't contain were expressed there, on both of your quivering lips.

shy!armin confessing his feelings to you at the carnival.
fluff, maybe language?, afab!reader.
Tumblr media
you walked through the carnival, people surrounding you everywhere you went and turned. it was almost scary how many people were there, but it was obvious. “where the hell that dude go?” you whispered to yourself while twisting around to find where armin went. he said he was going to the bathroom, but it’s been almost 10 consecutive minutes, and you haven’t seen him since.
you shook your head and shrugged it off. it’s probably nothing, you thought to yourself before walking over to the popcorn stand and pulling out your phone, pressing his contact.
ima be waiting by the popcorn stand when u come back.
you sent the message before putting your phone in your back pocket and looking around. all you could think about was the fact that he’d better be back before the fireworks went off. biting your lip and looking at the group, you felt someone poke your arm. you looked beside you.
“finally. what were you doin, man?” you tilted your head. “I had to buy snacks for the fireworks. I forgot to invite you, ‘cause I wasn’t thinking about it.” he smiled and gave you your favorite chips, a drink, and cotton candy. you smiled and hugged him warmly. “thank youuu.” you dragged your words before grabbing your things and starting to eat your cotton candy. armin didn’t hug back, he was nervous. as hell.
“yeah, uh… we can, y’know, get our spots ready.” he said, looking everywhere else but at you. you cheesed and grabbed his arm, wrapping yours around his. “alright.”
for a minute he could’ve sworn he felt his heart drop. it wasn’t anything new that you would get all physical with him and stuff, but it seemed like every time you did it was the first time you ever did, and that’s what made him so scared. he kept walking with you, glancing at you every few seconds before looking the other way and trying to hide his smile. ‘God, she’s beautiful.’ he thought, looking up at the stars while biting his lip before looking at you again.
he tried to make sure he didn’t turn his head too much, because you’d catch him. and he’d be even more embarrassed than he already is. “this is good.” you looked at him. his eyes quickly diverted above you before he looked at you. “hm?” he hummed. you looked at him with a confused look. “you good? you’re all red and stuff.” you laughed. he stared at you for a moment as you both stopped walking. “really?” his eyes slightly widened before he looked forward. “I dunno. looks like it.” you said.
“ah, yeah.” he nervously chuckled before you two finally made it to an empty spot. you could see some building from afar, but none that were in the way of the sky. “it’s so pretty out here.” you mumbled before spreading out a blanket in the grass and sitting on it, like everyone else was doing. armin sat beside you, putting your snacks in front of you. “yeah, it is.” he said quietly before criss crossing his legs. you kept your legs in front of you before leaning on your palms. “do you think random firework ash falls on people if they’re too close?” you asked, looking at him.
he raised his eyebrows and laughed at your statement. “I mean… maybe?” he said. “what time do they start popping? you asked, opening your drink and sipping it. “uh, like, nine.” he said. “what time is it?” you asked again. “8:58.”
“oh my Goddd, I’m excited.” you smiled to yourself. Armin watched as you wiggled in happiness and smiled softly. “I can tell. when’s the last time you’ve been to one of these?” he asked. “when I was nine, i think. but not in a long time, I know that. it’s been so long, armin!” you started shaking him before hearing everyone’s talking start to get louder. you gasped and looked at him, “it’s starting!” you smiled again. armin laughed and put his hand on your shoulder. “you’re way too excited.” he chuckled before looking forward. you both paused.
that’s when you saw one firework go into the air, and then pop, showing pink and purple colors. you bit your lip with a smile. “that was so pretty…” you pointed and looked at him. he smiled and nodded, not as pretty as you, looking forward as more started to go off. you watched in awe as all the colors filled your face.
he also looked forward, before his gaze shifted to you, who had a slightly opened mouth. he watched as he could see the reflection of the colors in your eyes. he softly inhaled and noticed that his hand was still on your shoulder. ‘make the move’ he thought to himself. he swallowed as you moved slightly closer to him, eyes still fixed on the sky as both of your ears filled with loud sounds of popping.
as he looked back forward, he slightly moved his hand from your shoulder, to your upper back, and to your other shoulder. his hand hung off as you continued to watch the fireworks, barely noticing what was happening, but when you did, you looked at his hand and back to the sky, moving closer again before laying your head on him. his arm now fully rested around you.
he looked down at you again. “you’re so pretty.” he whispered. “I wish you knew how I felt about you.”
and he really, really didn’t expect you to hear him over all the fireworks, that was until you replied. “me too.” but everything was getting so loud, it was almost faint. the only reason you could hear each other was because you were close to each other. he looked down at you, heart beating quickly. “huh?” he frowned. you shook your head. “nothing.”
as he looked around, and looked back up to the colors in the sky, you suddenly looked up at him, only with your eyes though. he didn’t even notice.
you watch as the colors from the sky bounced off of his face, lighting it up pink, blue, red, and every other color there was. you then looked at his lips. now you weren’t completely nervous, you’d always knew there might’ve been something between you two that you both knew about, but neither of you wanted to mention it.
just do it, your mind told you. that’s when the thought flashed in your head. what if you did? what would it change? you two basically, technically already told one another how you felt. so really, what would happen?
your eyes moved back to his eyes and towards his lips again and his openly did the same.
thats when it finally happened, he leaned in and kissed you, for a long time. his lips tasted like candy, almost, from the amount he’d eaten that night. he pulled away and stared at you, lips slightly parted and breathing hard. not only because he was holding his breath out of fear, but because he was nervous as fuck. couldn’t even believe he just did that.
you stared back at him in silence. “what was that?” you asked. armin shrugged and shook his head. “i… don’t even know. like, seriously.” he said back. you looked him in the eyes before smiling. “you like me?” you laughed and shook your head.
“you like me?” he chuckled a little. you rolled your eyes and shrugged. “yeah, whatever.” you laughed before he smiled and looked forward, face getting pinker by the second.
“you’re adorable, armin.” you laughed and rested your head back on his shoulder.
“yeah… yeah, you too.”
