Literally nothing there he hasn't seen before.#Granted it was a few years back and before he was left to stew in his feelings.#LWJ is more focused on his pride than being responsible and reasonable (getting is wounds treated).#His arc really is about accepting that he can't be perfect. That there is importance in being honest and vulnerable.#The tragedy is that he realizes this way too late.#Pride is the worst sin because it destroys your ability to protect anything other than the smallest crown in the world.#When everyone is gone and you are left alone - was it worth it to feel safe and protected from showing your flaws?#Control over oneself is in conflict with connection to others. You cannot pick both.#Hanguang-jun appears to us as a 'perfect guy' but the truth is that he is the version of LWJ who is done with *needing* that validation.#And this time - He can properly reach out to those he wants to be close with.

has anyone written a Loki series fic where Don the Jet Ski Salesman comes home one day to find his boys hiding something in the garage, and is tiredly like "is it snake? I better not go in there and find out you guys robbed a zoo--" only to open the garage door and see an injured, bewildered frost giant Loki prodding cautiously at a bag of doritos (the boys attempted to provide sustenance) (could be angst or good just be the version from the What If? episode trying to recover from a bender with Thor)

#loki series #loki series spoilers #lokius #i can't be the only one who sees potential in the most supernatural version of loki and the most mundane version of mobius #although now I'm thinking about the opposite #some timeline where odin decided to drop loki off on earth rather than raise him on asgard #finding some suitable human couple like the kents but the loki version so professional con artists instead of farmers i guess?#loki raised by confidence tricksters the way some heroes get raised by wolves #until he gets into trouble and has all his powers stripped away and has to deal with jail and parole #meanwhile somewhere out there is some version of mobius who got the bad end from meddling with time streams #lost in the fragments of various timelines constantly unraveling and reforming and time/space slipping #until god of stories loki finds him and gently nudges him into the nearest stable timeline #but the experience has still left mobius deeply weird and kind of half outside of time #temporal manipulating powers-having sort of crazy accidental supervillain mobius #and loki who works at baskin robbins with ant man because they met in prison
