One thing that really gets me about the opening with angel Crowley is that he's not just excited by how beautiful his stars are, or how fun the process of creation is, or how impressed he's made Aziraphale. He’s not in it for the glory or the aesthetics. He’s actually horrified by the idea that the universe will just be "fancy wallpaper" in the future, even though Aziraphale assures him that humans will "marvel" at his creations.
What Crowley loves about his stars is their potential. He is building, essentially, a nursery. Most of the universe's stars, he explains to Aziraphale, will come pre-aged--but his are just starting out! After they're given time to grow, who knows what could happen! Good or bad, black holes or new constellations—there are so many possible futures ahead of them, and Crowley can’t wait to see what happens.
And then Aziraphale tells him that he knows what will happen: those stars will never grow up. They will never shine or burn out or implode or become anything new. They’ll be destroyed before they get the chance.
"You can't kill kids."
“Whose side are you on?” “God’s, of course!” “Same God that wants me to whack the kids?”
"People die." "They do, don't they?"
“Great pustulant mangled bollocks to the Great blasted Plan!”
"Don't test them to destruction."
"It's always too late."
"Nothing lasts forever." "No, I don't suppose it does."
This fear has been chasing Crowley since before the beginning. It’s what caused his first doubts, put the first traces of gray in his wings. He’s been raging at the futility of watching beautiful, complex things be damned or destroyed for his entire existence, and that’s why he seems to the audience and to Aziraphale to be a mess of contradictions.
He loves to follow the trends of the times, but he clings to his classic car in an era of planned obsolescence for vehicles. He lives in an ultra-modern flat, but finds his greatest comfort in the unchanging security of aziraphale’s old shop. He hates the idea of killing children, but is willing to see a child die if it preserves the rest of the universe and foils the Great Plan. He “goes too fast,” but his most unique and notable power is that he’s learned to stop time.
Crowley hates predestination. He hates divine intervention and the removal of agency. Crowley, the architect of free will, is constantly torn between his love of change and choice and potential and his terror that everything will be destroyed by an unstoppable, incomprehensible higher power. That’s his driving conflict in the way that Aziraphale’s is learning to find his own path without following Heaven’s rules, and I am fascinated to see how it resolves.

Biology Nerd (Malleus X Yuu/Reader)
>minors and ageless dni<
MC/Reader goes by Yuu and gender neutral and fat (I don't really mention that but this is self indulgent and I'm fat so reader is fat)
Something kinda fluffy for once with a bit of spice and a dash of angst
Content Warning: cultural and biological differences, Yuu not knowing about cultural differences and doing romantic and sexual things with others, Malleus letting Yuu touch him inappropriately but Yuu doesn't understand that touching him like that is very intimate and/or sexual for fae/dragons, Malleus being absolutely smitten, some slight Malleus angst about him being lonely, Grim being scared, dragon cuddles
(I'm probably gonna write more spec biology stuff with twst but idk)
Yuu will be the first to say that suddenly being ripped from your home and put into a completely different world where everything you know no longer exists or applies to reality fucking sucks. But, Yuu will also admit that they love having a whole new world to learn about. Learning the basics of a whole knew evolutionary and sociological history with multiple sapient species that are both human and non human while having access to a full college library? Sign them the FUCK up! Crowley was thankful for Yuu's enthusiasm. Simply allowing full access to the library appeased them. Grim did not have fun at first, but having a human look at him in awe helped. Yuu was so curious about his ability to speak and his connection to fire magic. They would not stop asking him so many questions!
Yuu went around learning with wide eyes like a toddler. They at least knew not to just randomly touch people and that it's inappropriate to ask in the first place, but still, they would not stop staring. Leona, Ruggie, and Jack can constantly feel Yuu's eyes on their ears and tails. Leona gets annoyed and snaps at Yuu usually while Ruggie will let Yuu touch then in exchange for either money or food. Jack doesn't comment on it while Yuu does nothing to try to touch him, and Jack is happy to keep it that way.
Floyd and Jade find Yuu's reactions to them to be greatly entertaining. During their first interaction, all of Yuu's friends immediately ran, but Yuu stayed, just staring up at the twins.
"I like y'all's teeth." And with a few simple words, the tweels were glued to Yuu. Yuu is always excited to see their mer form, but will gladly settle on hanging out with the tweels when they got legs. Yuu also enjoys being on teeth cleaning duty. They get to look at cool sharp teeth and a second jaw. They also get free food from the twins, and all they got to do is clean some teeth? Hell yeah! Azul could inform Yuu about what Floyd and Jade opening their mouths means for eel mer culture, but this little arrangement keeps the two out of trouble. Plus, Azul is afraid Yuu will go on a question asking tangent and will ask about Azul's mer form, and he does not want to deal with that.
The species and cultures Yuu knows the least about is the fae. Yuu honestly didn't even notice that fae were a thing until Ace pointed out the ppinty ears, and Yuu just went :o "Holy shit" :D "That's so cool!" Then there was Yuu's first time meeting Malleus. Should Yuu be more concerned about a stranger just wandering around outside their dorm? Yes, but he has HORNS! The first words spoken between the dragon fae and little magicless human were:
"Wow, your horns are pretty."
Malleus was taken aback by this human, just talking to him casually, complimenting his horns, and smiling at him with so much wonder. Even though Malleus never gave his name, his friendship with the human grew fast. Yuu came up with a multitude of names for Malleus, having a new one each time they met. Horton, Sir Hornington, Goth Babe, Briar Boy, Fae Bae, and more, but a few reoccurring ones Malleus adores. Malmal is the most recent iteration of his name that has stuck around the longest. But,, whenever Malleus visits Yuu upset, Yuu always calls him sweetie and tries to comfort him. It's gotten to a point that the Yuu always keeps a tub of ice cream in their freezer specifically for when Malleus is upset.
Malleus always knew Yuu had an interest in the different cultures and species of the Twisted Wonderland, but he didn't understand just how fascinated you were until the time for Halloween came and Yuu saw Malleus's tail for the first time. Malleus remembers it clearly. Yuu stopped a couple feet away from him, gasped, and then screamed "CHONKY TAIL!!!" The human immediately went behind Malleus, started admiring his tail, and asked so many questions. One of them being if they can touch it, and he let you, much to the dismay of Sebek who was trying to get Yuu to be more respectful. Lilia was the only one to pick up on the blush on Malleus's ears. Yuu did mistake Malleus's tail as a part of the costume, not realising it was actually a part of him at first, and apologized, but Malleus assured you it was alright and that the can keep touching his tail. He didn't mind at all.
Now, Malleus almost abuses the admiration Yuu has for his tail. Lilia, Sebek, and Silver absolutely notice his tendency to approach them and, if they were focusing on something that isn't him, Malleus will fwip out his tail and Yuu would become entranced. Yuu just adores Malleus's tail and, whenever given the chance, will touch it, pet it, even just hold it. Malleus finds it endearing and adorable.
And well, Yuu already has permission to touch his tail, why not ask Malleus if they can learn more about his anatomy? Yuu asks to touch Malleus's horns one day. Yuu’s already stepped over the line with touching his tail, so why not let Yuu touch his horns? Malleus has now turned into Yuu's personal lapcat much to Grim’s dismay. Malleus has gifted the human with a kit for horn cleaning and visits Ramshackle regularly so he can rest his head in Yuu’s lap and have them clean his horns. Yuu is pretty sure Malleus dirties his horns on purpose just so they wil clean them, but they don't mind.
One day though, during the weekend, Yuu invites Malleus over for a full-blown sleepover. Malleus is ecstatic and quickly informs his entourage. Sebek is fully against it while Lilia and Silver think this wil be good for Malleus, though Silver wants the three of them to tag along as well. It takes some convincing, but Lilia convinces the other to let Malleus have his alone time with the child of man. Malleus packs his essentials and teleports to Ramshackle to find the prefect and Grim gathering pillows and blankets, getting materials ready to build a pillow fort.
Malleus has an absolute blast. Such simple games and activities he’s never experienced before, Malleus enjoys it all. Everything is going smoothly, Malleus is relaxing, face cuddled into Yuu’s chest. A moving picture plays on the human’s little screen device while Grim snores as he sleeps on a pillow twice his size. Yuu is petting Malleus's hair, running their fingers through it when they pause at his bangs. They shift the hair covering his forehead and gasps.
“You got scales there?” Yuu says in astonishment as they study the black scales on Malleus's forehead.
“Hm? Have you not seen them before now?” Malleus asks.
“I guess I haven't.” Yuu runs their fingers across the scales. “They're pretty. I'm surprised you don't have more scattered around.”
“Oh, I do, but I find others are less intimidated when they're hidden. My clothing preferences hide a majority, but I also utilize magic to hide some of the more obvious ones.”
“But they're so pretty!” Yuu whines but then backpedals. “I mean- If you feel more comfortable hiding them then go ahead, but I bet they're very pretty.”
“Glamor is common among the fae. Changing my skin takes little effort and is of little consequence.”
“You mean your makeup?”
“It is similar to that, yes.”
“Huh, well it's your face.” Yuu shrugs. “You can do want you want, but I bet you look cute with your scales out.”
And with that, the fae leans up and parts of his face shift, revealing small scales around his outer eyes, below and behind his ears, and along the back and sides of his neck. Yuu stares at Malleus, making the fae worry for a moment, until, suddenly, the human’s hands are on Malleus's cheeks.
“Holy shit!” Yuu squees as they look over Malleus's face. “How the fuck did you make yourself prettier!”
The dragon fae’s eyes are wide for a moment, the tips of his ears a light pink, and then he chuckles. “You are truly unique, child of man.”
“Me?” Yuu laughs. “You're the one with scales here! Just- look at how the light refracts off of them! They look black, but then the light bounces off and parts of them look purple!”
“Oh?” Malleus has never noticed that before.
“You even got little ones here too!” One of Yuu’s hands moves to Malleus's ear, fingers tracing the shell.
Malleus freezes then gulps. Yuu’s fingers run up the edge of his ear, pauses at the top, then runs back down to his lobe. Malleus buries his face back into Yuu’s chest. The tips of Malleus's ears burn red, he hopes Yuu doesn't notice.
“Ah, shit.” Yuu pulls their hand away. “Do you have sensitive ears? I should've asked.”
“It’s alright.” Malleus pulls away slightly and murmurs. “It felt nice. I do not mind you touching my ears.”
“You sure?”
“I would like for you to continue.” Malleus says with a thump coming after when his tail hits the floor.
“What? Want me to massage your ears and tail?” Yuu asks with a chuckle. “Need me to get your back too?”
“Yes, that should be adequate.”
Yuu laughs, brings both of their hands to Malleus's ears, and begins to rub them. Malleus lets out a deep sigh as he practically melts under the human’s touch. Yuu continues rubbing the dragon falls ears and and coos "If you want me to get your back, you're gonna need to move."
"No." Malleus hums into Yuu's chest. "Ears now. Focus on my ears."
"Alright, alright." Yuu chuckles. What Yuu doesn't know is just how intimate this is for fae. Touching a fae's ears is considered a very intimate activity done between mates because their ears are a major erogenous zone. At this point, Malleus isn't sure about his relationship with Yuu, but Yuu touching his ears feels right to him. The fae's eyes dilate as his breathing becomes heavier the more Yuu touches his ears. The end of Malleus's tails lightly thumps onto the floor again and again.
"I don't get it." Yuu moves one of their hands into Malleus's hair and runs their fingers down to feel the scales on his neck. "I don't get how people can be so scared of you when you're basically an oversized puppy but reptilian."
A deep vibration grumbles from Malleus's chest and he lifts himself up, facing Yuu. The whites of his eyes have turned a glowing green and more scales have appeared encasing most of his neck and shoulders. The thin tips of a forked tongue poke out from and slip back into his mouth.
Yuu cups both of Malleus's cheeks in their hands and smiles. "Just a big adorable boy."
The sound of ripping fabric startles Yuu for a moment as black wings begin to tear their way from the back of Malleus's night shirt and spread open. Yuu looks at them, eyes wide, as they reach out and touch the leathery skin.
"You are truly extraordinary, child of man."
"Says the man who just sprouted wings in front of me."
"But you do not look at me with fear. You do not look at me with an otherworldly reverence. When you look at me you..." Malleus rests his hand over the one against his cheek.
"Malmal." Yuu's face shifts to a look of worry. "You okay? You can talk to me if you want."
Malleus gazes at Yuu. There' so much he wants to say, but he hesitates.
"But-" Yuu adds. "If you don't feel like talking now, we can just keep cuddling, or do you want me to massage your tail? Or maybe your wings?"
Malleus smiles. "I would enjoy that."
~~Meanwhile~~
"Hornton is gonna kill my henchman!" Grim runs on all four into the Diasomnia dorm, screaming at the top of his lungs. He quickly gains the attention of some dorm members including Sebek and Lilia (who drags a sleeping Silver behind him).
"How dare you use such a name for the Young Master!" Sebek is screaming back. Silver finally wakes up from all of the screaming, so him and Lilia get Grim and Sebek to stop screaming and have Grim finally explain why he's there.
"I heard a ripping sound and woke up to see big wings and a pair of glowing eyes on top of my henchman. That prince of yours is going to eat them!"
"Oh?" Lilia coos with a smirk. "I don't think that will be happening, at least not the type you're thinking. Still, I have not had the talk yet with that boy, so maybe we should drop by before we're stuck with a political crisis."
With a quick teleportation spell, all four are just outside the Ramshackle Dorm. The door is slammed open to reveal a dragon (that is way too big to be in the common area) curled up, sleeping like a cat, with a little human laying across his snout and forehead, passed out with a smile on their face.

I have a theory
listen up bitches (gender neutral) (affectionate) i’ve been cooking this for an incredibly long time and i’m very very excited to share it but it is gonna be long so i’m putting it under a cut
my theory is that there has been a new set of archetypes created by popular m/m media either in canon or coding and i would love if it was more widely recognized by a distinct name so here we go:
I present to you: The Mirrorball x Running Up That Hill Boyfriends™️ Theory
i need to preface this by saying that i am absolutely not an english major or expert but i have done so much analysis that i’m 98% positive i’m on to something here
so usually mlm ships- at least in my experience- get boiled down into typical Grumpy x Sunshine, Golden Retriever x Black Cat, or like. Babygirl x Badass. and i hate that because those are like really watered down hetero romance stereotypes and i think queer people deserve to get our own archetypes instead of trying to force queer characters into prepaid boxes but that’s a story for another day so:
basically, all content with widely accepted mlm ships (even if they are more in coding than in canon) has this pattern with the ship that fits into Mirrorball x Running Up That Hill
(name pending- open to suggestions)
Boyfriend No.1 of course is the epitome of Mirrorball by Taylor Swift (i know, i know. bear with me here). He’s constantly trying to prove himself and his worth and usually he’s driven to hide or overcome 1-3 specific and intense insecurities/character flaws. He often has innate loyalty to a system or person who has repeatedly abused/neglected/abandoned him and thinks that this treatment is a result of his own character rather than a reflection of the abuser. In relation to the plot and audience, this is the “more dangerous” of the two because he’s so desperate to hold onto the status quo that he’ll often act in a way that makes things more difficult for himself, often by leaving Boyfriend No. 2, sacrificing himself, or doing “the wrong thing.” He also commonly has an older male figure that is breathing down his neck constantly, haunting his perceived inadequacies, and fueling his self-loathing. He’s constantly mischaracterized because he’s either boiled down to “the silly one” or a visage of his trauma and the people that relate to love these characters are usually extremely sad people. Usually this character is also the “mean girl” of the couple.
Examples of the Mirrorball boyfriend: Dean Winchester, Aziraphale, Stede Bonnet, Lucius Spriggs, Sherlock Holmes, Eddie Munson, Mike Wheeler, Prince Rupert, etc.
Boyfriend No. 2 then, is the Running Up That Hill Boyfriend, based of course, on the song by the same name by the perfect Kate Bush. He’s the one that’s seen The Horrors™️ and gained a layer of cynicism that Mirrorball doesn’t have. He was once loyal to something that used/hurt him but he rejected it and used his newfound freedom to restructure his entire personality and reach his much higher potential. Usually, he has passed so far from having a few insecurities to perceiving himself as utterly worthless and unlovable but he’s so convinced that it doesn’t even haunt him, he just goes with it and usually comes off looking overly-confident or cocky. This is The Bitch (affectionate)™️. There’s probably a scene of him covered in blood. This is The Girls’ favorite blorbo and ultimate whump. He tends to be really good with kids and he’s the kind of character that would and often has to CLAW a life out for himself by his fingernails.
Examples of the Running Up That Hill Boyfriend: Castiel, Crowley, Ed Teach, Black Pete, John Watson, Steve Harrington, Will Byers, Prince Amir, etc.
unfortunately i haven’t seen a lot of popular queer stuff so if you can think of other mlm or mlm shaped characters that fit into these archetypes please please please tell me
i’m specifically curious about:
-Hannigram (Hannibal)
-Buddy (911) (@criminally-obsessed if you would mind weighing in but obviously no pressure)
-Lokius (Loki) (@henderdads same thing)
-Any of the marauders but specifically WolfStar
-Stucky (MCU)
-RWRB (i’m so sorry i don’t remember the guys’ names)
-Nick and Charlie (Heartstopper)
-What We Do In the Shadows has one I think?
-literally anyone else please and thank you 🙏🙏 love you all
if you want like explicit examples of each piece for a character lmk for sure because i could talk about this all day long

I don’t know if I totally buy any of the current theories out there, but there is so much fuckery happening in the last sequence with the Metatron. And the thing I keep coming back to is that there is something fucking huge that we as the viewers are missing.
Firstly, when the Metatron suggests that he and Aziraphale need to have “a bit of a chinwag” Aziraphale implies that they’ve already had this conversation. The line is “I don’t believe there’s anything left to be said. I’ve made my position quite clear.”
The only time we’ve seen these two characters speak to each other on screen is at the end of season one. And that conversation is definitely not what Aziraphale is referring to. Further more, Aziraphale’s eyes shift in Crowley’s direction multiple times while he says that line. Az and the Metatron had a conversation that we did not see and that conversation either featured Crowley in some significant way or Aziraphale has intentionally not mentioned it to Crowley. Possibly both.
Secondly, there’s the coffee. Which I won’t go in to too much. It’s been analyzed to death at this point, but it’s fucky nonetheless.
Thirdly, the way the Metatron looks at Crowley as he’s leaving the shop is nothing short of chilling. The ominous music is an obvious clue that something is up, but the expression on the Metatron’s face is so full of loathing. It’s not an “ew, demon, gross” expression that the other angels give him. It’s pure, vindictive hatred and it feels so personal.
Fourthly, there is no part of the Metatron and Aziraphales conversation that we see on screen that Aziraphale isn’t narrating back to Crowley. We as the viewers have no idea what they really talked about. We just have to take Aziraphale’s word for it. The only part we see is the Metatron telling Az to “go and tell your friend the good news” and there is so much fuckery in this scene too!
The Metatron initially says “You don’t have to answer immediately. Take all the time you need.” And then when Aziraphale says “I don’t know what to say,” the Metatron takes that for an agreement and tells Az to “go and tell your friend the good news.” But Az never says yes. We never see him actually agree to go back to Heaven. We only get that in following scene when Az is relating what was said to Crowley.
Fifthly, for all the “good news” that Az has to tell Crowley, when he crosses the street back to the bookshop, he doesn’t look excited. He looks nervous and kind of scared. We don’t see him start to look even remotely excited until right before he starts talking. Aziraphale constantly has his emotions written all over his face. It’s a very intentional acting choice from Michael Sheen. Which leads me to believe that if Aziraphale was meant to be genuinely excited in this scene, it would have be all over his face from the moment we saw him outside with the Metatron. But it’s not. He schools his features into excitement right before he starts talking to Crowley.
This, for me, makes all of the flustered excitement with which he tells Crowley about the Metatron’s offer feel really disingenuous. It feels forced and slightly out of character because we fucking saw Aziraphale be not at all excited before he walked into the bookshop.
And finally, when the Metatron comes into the bookshop after Crowley leaves he asks “how did he take it?” And that is such a weird thing to say if he sent Az in there to tell Crowley “good news.” That’s not something that needs to be asked about good news. Good news is almost universally well received. You only really need to ask how news was taken if the news in question was bad.
The Metatron’s tone and mannerisms are also really different here then they were in the scenes before. Before he was giving off kindly, if a little creepy, grandfather vibes. Once he comes back into the bookshop he seems to have dropped that act. He’s not surprised that Crowley said no. He’s not at all bothered by or has any compassion for Aziraphale’s obvious distress. And his tone much more brusque and businesslike. Almost like he’s saying “Got that messy business with the demon sorted, have we? Jolly good. Let’s get on.” It’s a very notable shift from how we’ve seen him behave up to this point and it feels a hell of a lot more like how we’ve seen the Metatron be in Heaven with Gabriel’s trial or when he spoke to Az in season 1.
As I said before, I don’t know if I’m 100% on board with any of the theories I’ve seen. But everything about this sequence is weird and contradictory. There’s something so damn fucky about it and all of the context clues point to there being some vitality important piece that we are missing. The whole sequence is just screaming “There’s something very very wrong here. Do not believe your eyes and ears. All is not as it seems.” And I am going to be losing my damn mind over it until season 3 comes out.
Why has Neil done this to us?

Fuck maybe that’s what it is.
Aziraphale looks worried and his brain is working in overdrive as he is leaving Metatron to go tell Crowley this fantastic news.
Yet by the time he’s with Crowley he’s so HAPPY and EXCITED it looks like he’s nearly crying and cringing from how painful what he is saying is.
Crowley is looking at him shocked because he can’t believe it either. Aziraphale is talking absolute bullshit. He is ignoring his goddamn confession for fucks sake. Something he wanted.
And he’s looking towards the window constantly.
After a season of “God and Satan are awful” and “My only priority is to show Crowley that I love him and want to be with him officially” suddenly Aziraphale is back to square one.
Maybe because Metatron gave himself away. He thought he will get the foolish Angel, dangle Crowley in front of him and he will do whatever he wants. But Aziraphale read it completely differently.
He knows there is no way Metatron would ever make Crowley an Angel again. He knows Crowley doesn’t want to go back. So to him it sounds like a death sentence. He knows they’d kill Crowley and to him it sounds like they want nobody else but Aziraphale himself to give them to him.
And that’s the moment when he snaps. That’s the moment he realises Heaven is fucking awful. So he’s awful to Crowley to push him away and ensure he would never follow him because they know they want to hurt him. And he’s on his way to Heaven to finally stop them.
OR
What if that coffee theory everyone hates isn’t so wrong. What if Aziraphale does forget hence acting like suddenly all those memories and his love disappears and he’s only thinking about Heaven. And how perfect it was. Which… what happened to all his memories? Everything he’s learned, the priorities he had all season? Maybe the kiss, like a fairy tale, does bring him back for a moment so he gives in and then he’s shocked and angry but then nearly says don’t go and nearly, nearly goes after Crowley. But Metatron knows and he’s there quickly taking him away and already putting in his head “Crowley and his foolish questions”.
Look, I don’t know which theory is right. I just refuse to believe that Aziraphale is just a basic muppet and there wasn’t more to the last 15 mins.

Vampire Empire by Big Thief from the lens of Good Omens (Mainly Crowley)
This will be a massive post so I'M SO SORRY
BUT I LOVE THIS SONG AND I'M SO EXCITED TO DO THIS AHHHH
Tumblr media
Lyrics are in red like this
LETS BEGIN HEHEHEHEHE
(I will skip the parts of the songs that are repeated UNLESS they have a new meaning in relation to other parts of the song)
The song has a whole meaning but my brain is going psycho with how AziraCrow this is
Watching TV tired, bleeding on the bed The milk has just expired, all the leaves are dead I'm not quiet, you've been quiet, just receiving what you said Reeling, feeding, feeling, filled by everything you fed
In my mind I view this section as a lot like how I envision Crowley after Ineffable Divorce the argument at the end of season 2. The line about leaves represent that Crowley has not energy to continue taking care of his plants seeing as his best friend (read: one true love) has left Earth. Line three is talking about how he has gotten no word from Aziraphale, he's quiet. But Crowley isn't. He's rambling, yelling, screaming about his absence. He's getting into fights and god hes tired.
I see you as you see yourself through all the books you read Overwhelmed with guilt and realizing the disease
Crowley sees Aziraphale through the veil of his books now because what else does he have to remember him by? He left nothing behind but his books, bookstore and old memories turned sour.
The second line represents that after Aziraphale goes back up to heaven, overwhelmed with his guilt for what happened and over time realising that 'the disease' is the mentality (Wars are meant to be won, not avoided) both heaven AND hell have.
You give me chills, I've had it with the drills
I see this as Crowley talking to both Heaven and Hell. In this scenario, drills is armageddon/the end of earth. He talks about how both 'give him chills' and hes done with both of them and the 'drills' which can represent the repeated attacks on Earth and it describes them as militaristic drills: exhausting, repetitive, and taxing.
I'm nothing, you are nothing, we are nothing with the pills I am empty 'til she fills, alive until she kills
Here, I view this as Crowley talking to Aziraphale. Pills can be a metaphor for heaven and the last line "I am empty 'til she fills, alive until she kills" can be Crowley mocking God's way of operating and controlling the angels as well as the angels dependence on god and their lack of free will.
In her vampire empire, I am Falling, yeah Falling, yeah
In this part, the vampire empire can be seen as a metaphor for heaven and 'her' can be seen as God. This passage, in my mind, is about Crowley's fall (obviously, considering the "Falling, yeah" bits)
I see you there, rejecting all your earthly power
Crowley realising that Aziraphale has to reject the human parts of himself in order to remain in heaven once he gets there and mourning the loss of something he loved about Aziraphale
Protecting and dissecting 'til you've emptied every hour
Crowley protecting his heart with the vices of alcohol and cigarettes constantly without hesitation and spending his days dissecting each hour of his time with Aziraphale, wondering if they were TRULY friends or Azi just stayed because of pity.
We jumped into the pond and then come under the shower You lay upon my pillow and you open like a flower
This first line can mean that Aziraphale and Crowley both jumped head first into trying to save Earth and the world (the pond) and them came under the wrath of both Heaven and Hell (the shower). But it could also represent how they jumped headfirst into each other when they began collaborating (pining).
The second line talks about how Aziraphale came into Crowley's view on Earth and Crowley watched him blossom, away from heaven and with him, for 6000 years.
I wanted to see you naked, I wanted to hear you scream Wanted to kiss your skin and your everything
This is about Crowley thinking about Aziraphale after he leaves for heaven but every thought is laced with regret and what he wanted (he still wants it) but could never have.
I wanted to be your woman, I wanted to be your man I wanted to be the one that you could understand
The first line is Crowley yelling at Aziraphale (genderfluid Crowley supremacy) and the second line is Aziraphale's answer. Crowley wants Aziraphale and Aziraphale wants Crowley to understand why he is going back up to heaven and believes he doesn't (he understands. more than Aziraphale).
[A REPEAT SECTION]
Well, I walked into your dagger for the last time It's like trying to start a fire with matches in the snow Where you can't seem to hold me, can't seem to let me go So I can't find surrender and I can't keep control
This passage talks about how Crowley feels about Aziraphale's betrayal. He declares that that was the last time he'll walk into the 'dagger' of Aziraphale's and he knows that its futile because he's grown to love him too much and wont be able to leave him forever.
He talks about how Aziraphale cant seem to truly be his but can't let him go, out of love or pity? Crowley doesn't know. Because of this, Crowley can't truly open himself up fully to Azi but he can't control himself around in in the way that when you truly love someone, you want to tell them everything and it divides him so much.
You turn me inside out, and then you want me outside in You spin me all around, and then you ask me not to spin
Crowley talking to Aziraphale (or yelling up at the sky and acting as if he's talking to God) about the unrealistic expectations held of both him and Aziraphale and how they both know they neither of them can live up to them.
You say you wanna be alone and you want children You wanna be with me and you wanna be with him
Crowley ranting to Aziraphale about the hypocrisy of his actions. Aziaphale wants to stay on Earth BUT he also wants to go up to heaven. Aziraphale wants to stay with Crowley but he ALSO wants to be with 'him' (the angels, Metatron, God, etc. etc.). He'd yell about how irrational it is, how he can't have both but he can have neither and it will end up that way if he isn't careful.
[A REPEAT SECTION]
Falling, yeah Falling, yeah Falling, yeah Falling, yeah
-THE END-
This part represents Crowley's spiral after Aziraphale left because:
a. his best friend is gone
b. his one true love is gone
and c. he thinks his best friend hates him
THIS TOOK ME, LIKE, 3 AND A HALF HOURS TO WRITE HOLY SHIT

It's OK to look at a piece of art, media, a book, and anything in between and constantly change your mind about your initial reading or take. You find new ways of interpretation, you find hidden meanings that you didn't see before. It's also OK to have different theories in your head about something and be excited for each of those theories!
I've watched Good Omens 2 four times now, and the Final 15 minutes countless times. I've read several discussions on the topic, I've read some fan fics, and I've lovingly adored all the beautiful artwork (seriously, I'm not a visual artist...stick figures are the best I can do....I'm a musician at heart...and what people have put out there is BREATHTAKING!!).
What's my point? The point is...point is...minds change, and will change again. And we have years before Season 3 comes out (hopefully in the medium we are accustomed via the show) before we can see if our theories come to pass, or something even more incredible is delivered to us (In Gaiman We Trust!!).
Now, apologies for what I'm about to show...I took a pic on my phone pointing at a screen and I still haven't figured out how to make screen grabs because of Amazon's blocking of them. In my earlier watching of the series and in my grief, I was on board with the Coffee Theory. I'm not as convinced of it anymore, other than the Coffee is a Metaphor for a threat from the Metatron (veiled as we see, or directly during discussions we don't). We KNOW Aziraphale doesn't want to go back to Heaven, he says so several times ("I've made my position quite clear." "I don't want to go back to Heaven, where would I get my coffee?"). He gets NERVOUS AF once Crowley's name is dropped by the Metatron. He has had MILENNIA to be worried about Heaven and Hell finding out about their Arrangement. The offer is made, but he knows that it's not an offer he can really say no to...he is talking to the freaking Metatron...THE VOICE OF GOD. He also KNOWS that Crowley won't want to go back to Heaven. And we know the internal struggle and problem that Aziraphale is dealing with in this look here.
Tumblr media
He is NOT about to tell Crowley Good News as the Metatron said. The Metatron also KNOWS this. What a fucking CHESS MATCH this is! This is basically the equivalent of when Crowley says in Season 1 "We Are FUCKED!!"
So what does Aziraphale have to do? KNOWING that the Metatron is across the street looking in the window? He has to resort to the coded language he and Crowley have developed and HOPE TO GOD Crowley picks up on. I don't think Crowley did, but all the Clues are there in how nervous Aziraphale appears when he interrupts Crowley's confession. I'll try to flesh out my thoughts a bit more in another post since I want to show some more visual cues.
My other point? My thoughts can change, and have changed a bit since my heart was broken I saw the ending for the first time. I have no idea when I'm getting out of this deep well, but I don't think I want to leave!

Obligatory sorry if you're fed up with GO2 asks!
I'm a new fan of the show (like, a few weeks after season 2 came out a friend lent me their Prime acc to binge watch everything) and haven't read the book at all but!
It's like in S1 Crowley and Aziraphale exist in the world and in S2 the world exists for them kind of,, in S1 the point of view shifted almost constantly and at the end the plotlines converged together in a cathartic moment for all of our beloved characters, but in S2 it's just,, present Aziracrow and past Aziracrow,, which is fine, I liked that they showcased the way they were and are with each other but it would've been better if there were less of these moments.
Talking about these, I saw that a lot of people on Tumblr were excited to see Crowley as an angel and it could've been good but. I don't get why Aziraphale HAD to be here, or more like HAD to interact with him and remember/recognize him later, and I'm not really thrilled about the fact that Crowley is implied to be someone important! It just feels like Crowley and Aziraphale aren't equals anymore ; Crowley Always Knows Best he admittedly was someone pretty important in heaven before and he feels more Holier Than Thou than the literal angel he's with?? I get that he Fell so he already knows for sure that Heaven is corrupt but,, I don't know, I feel like Aziraphale lost agency and just Can't Do Anything Right anymore! (And Crowley Can't Do Anything Wrong anymore either??)
I found the flashbacks for ineffable bureaucracy quite adorable but it was all too sudden! It feels the Gabriel mystery just wasn't progressing at all during the season and at the last minute, ta-dahh here's an exposition dumb on what happened, no build-up for the now canon pairing. Not a big fan of amnesia in general but even less when the amnesic character just gets everything back for a dramatic reveal scene, maybe I would have felt like things actually happened in this season if Gabriel was slowly able to access some memories. We could have had the build-up of him and Beelzebub planning on escaping together in the flashbacks! (And I mean, I get that there was the fly and the song but,, It didn't really affect Gabriel/Jim so it doesn't feel,,, enough?)
I was completely indifferent to Maggie and Nina. Also could've worked better as a separate POV from Aziracrow. I just didn't get enough scenes to care for them or feel any chemistry. Nina was already in a relationship, and Maggie was just crushing on her. They didn't really get together at the end but they're involved enough in the idea of them getting together in the future to give Crowley love advice and for Maggie to wait for Nina. I just don't really get it? If the goal was Maggie and Nina getting together, then they needed more time and scenes. If the goal was that they would not get together because Aziraphale and Crowley were trying to force them to be, then why saying that they "only needed a little push," that Maggie is "willing to wait for Nina," why both give love advice to a guy they barely know when they barely know each other too?
Anyways, I really liked the show (and am still eager for a potential S3)! But I feel like Neil Gaiman's writing is missing a similar style to Terry's (though obviously I wouldn't know what his writing is like since I. Haven't read the book nor other books from this/both of these actually authors), and important reoccurring characters besides Aziraphale and Crowley.
Yes, I agree with a lot of your points! And it's very interesting for me to hear that we share a lot of the same opinions although coming from different places -- being an older book fan and being a newer show-only fan. "S1 Crowley and Aziraphale exist in the world and in S2 the world exists for them" is exactly right, and similar to what I complained about not liking them "being the main characters". And I completely agree with that even if we see Angel!Crowley, Aziraphale doesn't have to be there, and also not liking that Crowley was somebody important before. And yeah, I've said it before but the Gabriel mystery and even the Nina/Maggie romance have potential, but ends up falling flat. Thank you for the ask! Apology accepted.

More replies about the girlies…! And about the Leech parents.
Anonymous asked:
So it’s from AA cup to F cup?
Judging by how they ended up looking, I guess it’s from AAA to FF lol
I am kind of bad at cup sizes though, and also bad at consistency, but at least that was the idea!
Anonymous asked:
How big are the cup sizes of the other genderswapped twst characters (I.e. the staff, Neige, Chenya, Rollo)
I actually talked about their cup sizes as well as what type of bra they would wear in this reply!
But to update: now I think that Crewel is an A and Trein is a C. I don’t know, just feel like it, maybe it’s because of Cruella and Lady Tremaine lol
Also here are those who I didn’t mention: Vargas is easily the biggest one out of the staff, so around D (+wears a sports bra, naturally); Sam isn’t big, somewhere between A and B, and doesn’t usually wear a bra; Crowley is a C… she just is. I can’t really explain any of this lol
Anonymous asked:
Why does it look like fem Ace and Deuce are scissoring each other?
They always are…constantly…even though they’re bad at it…
They aren’t on this sketch though, but maybe Ace suggested it, that would explain Deuce’s reaction lol
Anonymous asked:
When you’re so thirsty, you grabbing your own boob *eyeballs floyd* On a serious note, I can’t get over how well you draw breasts. I get mad just drawing them under clothes 😔
Yeah, Floyd is probably the one to do that all the time without even thinking about it. She likes to squeeze lol
Also, thank you very much, Anon! I don’t draw them very often, so I am very happy to hear that you like how they look. Looking at tons of pictures and art (R18 obviously included hehe) and sketching helped me a lot…
Anonymous asked:
women...... you draw them so fine omfg
Thank youuuu 🥰 I love them
Anonymous asked:
I love the size, shape, and little difference between each woman. Not only in the pretty 👀 but in body shape and hair situation as well. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful (and dangerous) garden!
Thank you so much, Anon!
I am very excited to share, I’ve been thinking about them for so long before actually finally drawing them all… so it means a lot to hear that you like them <3
Anonymous asked:
was looking back through my liked posts and I saw your drawings of meleanor, and of some of the other twst extras, and it made me curious since now that book 7 is coming out in english will you be drawing more or the new characters like prince Levan, or the knight of dawns? Also a bit of a self-indulgent ask because I want to see sebeks hot ass grandfather in your artstyle :>
We don’t play the game, Anon, so the EN release doesn’t really concern us; we haven’t watched book 7 yet at all.
But when we do, I’m pretty sure I will draw at least some of the characters from it! Definitely more Meleanor and definitely Sebek’s grandpa because how fucking dares he be voiced by Koyasu of all people. I kind of wanted to draw him even before that point (just like Meleanor, I couldn’t resist, to be honest lol), but didn’t really have time for him…
Anonymous asked:
do you have any more leech parents thoughts or possible scenarios?
+
Anonymous asked:
I like to think that papa Leech would also be quite happy with Vil, even though admittedly this is based entirely on a headcanon. Since the boys found out in a vignette that one of his favorite movies has Eric Venue starring in it, I like the idea that papa Leech became a big fan of him. I guess this means that more than liking Vil himself (although he is very charming in his own right), he would like the chance to get closer to his favorite actor through their kids relationship
To the first Anon, I’m sorry for the late reply, I’ll share more thoughts in a moment. Starting with the Vil scenario!
I agree with you, second Anon! We talked about it in this reply, but very briefly.
Whether it’s Jade or Floyd who brings Vil to their house, Papa Leech is going to be super excited because he’d recognise the boy instantly. Somehow, their dinner with the Leech parents would end up looking more like a handshake event lol With Papa Leech asking a lot of questions about Eric and stuff. Even if Vil isn’t dating any of his sons, just the fact that he is their senpai would make Papa Leech super excited. Mama Leech would probably apologise for his behavior, but not in a genuine way, but just to make the situation even more awkward for Vil. Thank god Vil knows how to handle it… probably… maybe…
Vil would also make such a pretty betta merman…
But ALSO!!! If Floyd or Jade (or both) bring Idia to meet their parents, Idia would be absolutely terrified; he would be terrified either way, but the Leech parents are especially intimidating and scary. But they would love him a lot! Not only because he is the Shroud’s oldest boy (connections are important), but because of how his demeanor and his frankly exciting sparkly look. They would stare at him without blinking, showering him with attention. And they would tease him a lot, maybe even more that they would tease Riddle. Because Riddle is just an overly serious baby, but Idia? He is so visibly uncomfortable and scared; teasing him is absolutely priceless. Papa Leech would sit very close to him and look very intimidating, maybe touch his hair, ask him what he is so scared of. Ask about which one of their sons Idia likes the most (neither… please let him go…), a lot of other questions that sound like “there is no correct answer, you are screwed either way, but I am having fun, so you’ll at least survive maybe”. And then Mama Leech would tell Papa Leech not to freak out this poor boy, start stroking Idia’s hand, talk to him in a sweet motherly tone that doesn’t sound even remotely comforting. Somehow… these two are even worse than Jade and Floyd…
A couple of very short HCs!
Mama Leech is a huge gossip. She knows everything about everyone.
Mama Leech doesn’t cook, but it’s a secret, because she wants to keep the image of a perfect traditional wife.
Papa Leech used to operate on land too when he was younger. He still does sometimes, but very rarely.
Papa Leech thinks Azul is a great influence on his boys and wants them to learn everything they could from this friendship before getting rid of him (if he stops being such a great influence).
While the family bond is strong, the entire Leech family is aware that one of them might betray the rest at any given moment. That doesn’t mean that they don’t cherish family tradition and history.

Good Omentober Day 30 - Outfit Swap
Prompt by @disaster-dog
Aziraphale is shocked that Crowley has memorised every single thing about him.
Tumblr media
Aziraphale had never been to a haunted house. He’d had plenty of experience with the spooky but that was all for work reasons. The idea that someone would go and be scared for fun was absolutely ludicrous. It was somehow unsurprising that that is exactly what Crowley wanted to do, however.
Crowley had been excited about it all day, constantly reminding Aziraphale of how long there was until they were leaving. 6 hours, 5 hours, 2 hours… He had taken on this Halloween thing in his stride and he truly just wanted to do something he enjoyed with Aziraphale.
He decided to spring the fact that they would have to find costumes for this party on the Angel at the last minute. Originally Aziraphale was going to keep it classy and go as a classic book character. A Hamlet or the such. Crowley however was insistent that they should dress as each other with accurate detail.
Aziraphale gazed over at Crowley, looking at his napping on the lounge, his arms dangling off the sofa and a slight whisper of drool trickling down his chin. He inspected how the subtly patterned waistcoat hugged his body and how the tight jeans he always wore were like a second skin. There was no way Aziraphale could wear something like that, could he?
He went to the back room of the bookshop, simply to test his little theory out. He would never actually go out wearing anything like that. He snapped his fingers and felt as the denim began to hug his legs and how his whole ensemble suddenly went dark. The massive change was shocking enough but when he caught a glimpse of himself in the small desk mirror, he let out a tiny gasp, shocked at how entirely different he looked.
While at its core it was the same basic clothing, something about the black waistcoat and the dark undershirt made him feel like an entirely different man. Mysterious. Brooding. It almost made sense why Crowley was in a mood all the time. He just needed to borrow some of the demon's sunglasses and he’d be set.
He heard footsteps approaching and before he could miracle his clothes back to normal, hiding his experiment, there was a demon leaning on the doorframe letting out a low whistle.
“Looking good there angel,” Crowley teased lightly, sipping a glass of wine he must’ve poured himself, “You should wear that more often.”
“Oh shush you. I was just thinking about it,” He quickly explained, trying to hide the embarrassment on his face. He didn’t want to tell Crowley that in some ways it feels like he’d stepped into the demon's shoes or that wearing these clothes made him feel some kind of way.
“Look, let me give it a go,” Crowley grinned, placing his glass down before snapping his own fingers, changing into a tan and blue ensemble with a generous helping of tartan print, “What do you think, angel?”
Aziraphale stared at Crowley, admiring how the brown coat landed perfectly at his mid thigh and admiring how much more golden his eyes looked in this outfit. He was like the perfect picture of autumn with all the warmth of a cosy fire. Had he dared to utter any of this to Crowley though, he knew that he would immediately switch back. He could stare at Crowley forever, getting lost in each tiny detail like he was some kind of renaissance painting.
Aziraphale just reached out, his hands exploring the new clothes on his partner, taking note of every detail. It was all exactly like what Aziraphale would wear. Down to every tiny detail. Even things he didn’t think Crowley noticed like the glasses wipe sewn into the bottom of the coat. His hand lingered on the faux velvet of the waistcoat and he suddenly felt terribly emotional.
“Oh Angel what’s wrong? Do I look that bad?” Crowley asked in his unique teasing tone, trying to comfort Aziraphale. He gently wiped the angels forming tears away and cupped his chin to look into his eyes, “If you really don’t want to go Aziraphale, we don’t have to.”
Aziraphale shook his head and buried his face into Crowley’s chest, enjoying the sweet embrace of his partner. He even got his cologne perfect, “S’not that. I just-“ he sniffled, “I didn’t think you’d notice- I didn’t know you cared that much that’s all.”
The demon let out a breathy chuckle and stroked Aziraphale’s hair, trying to not muss up the perfect halo of curls up too badly, “How could I possibly promise that I love everything about you if I don’t pay attention to the details?”
“Crowley, I love you so much.”
Crowley hummed slightly and reached for Aziraphale’s hand, holding it close. As they swayed slightly, Crowley ran his finger along the metal wedding band Aziraphale’s finger housed. He locked their fingers together, enjoying the comfortable silence they found themselves resting in.
Aziraphale gently rubbed the gold chain around Crowley's neck between his fingers, looking deep at thought, “You know, I can’t wait until we get home after all this…”
Crowley got a knowing smirk on his face and planted a kiss on the top of his head, “Thinking about taking all this off already?”
Aziraphale’s embarrassment grew and he just pulled away from Crowley, dusting off his outfit and preparing to leave, “If I’m being you, my dear, does that mean I get to drive the Bentley?”
Aziraphale had never seen Crowley race to the car so quickly.

The Journal
Jaxon Crowley's masterlist
"You are isolated like I am, but you intentionally push others away. And then you wander around in despair all during the night. Do you never notice this cycle?"
Jaxon hated Malleus and how right he was. He knew it was true. All he ever does is shove other people away from him. No one has ever given him a reason not to...but it's been a long time since he's even given anyone a chance.
The delinquent son of the headmage; that's what he's always been. Some people believed getting close to him would give them bonus points in Crowley's book. They thought they'd be able to get away with more if they were with him. Others believed that if they were his friend, no one would mess with them. They would use that friend status to do anything they wanted and thought Jaxon would protect them when trouble came.
All those years, all those people, and not a single one actually cared about him. Eventually, he gave up on the hope that anyone would ever care about him. No one would ever actually care about him, that's what Jaxon fully believed.
Even his own father didn't seem to care much about him. Then again, did he ever? Crowley had given up on him long ago. Time and time again, Jaxon had managed to prove that he was nothing but trouble. He had managed to prove that he wasn't worth the effort, and a lost cause.
But...then why was he saved?
When he overblotted Leona, Kalim, and even that Heastslabyul student were there to save him. Leona cared, but he's never even opened up to Leona about anything. And what reason did the other two even have to care about him? He just couldn't figure it out.
This was way too much for his tired brain to try and figure out. While the collar around his neck was gone, Leona was dead set on making sure Jaxon didn't use his magic on himself to keep him awake. Now he wandered the campus constantly tired and on the verge of falling asleep. He was out for his walk before trying to sleep when he ran into Malleus.
Savanaclaw was much quieter at night. Even on the way to his room, everything was calm and still. It was nice, but he didn't want to be left alone with his thoughts.
Unfortunately for him, the universe loves to throw things at him right when he doesn't want them. This time, it came in the form of a book sitting on the ground by his door. Ordinarily, he would've ignored it. But scrawled in messy handwriting across a paper on the top of it was his name.
Against his better judgement, he picked it up and took a look on the inside of the cover. Upon seeing who it belonged too, he rushed inside his room to read it. It was a name he hasn't seen or heard of in a long time.
'This journal belongs to: Sydney Crowley'
It's his mother's name. This was her journal. Jaxon could only guess that his father dropped this off, but he didn't really care about why right now. All he had to remember his mother by was his memories of her, but this was something physical. This belonged to her.
As soon as he got into his room, he took a seat on his bed and opened it up to start reading.
'It's been a while since I've written in a journal. My old one was even too full to continue writing in, so here I am with a completely new one. I suppose this is symbolism in a way. After all, this is a new chapter of my life so it's only fitting it fills a new book.
Our darling son was born a few weeks ago! It's quite exciting and everything went well in the hospital. Jaxon was born on January 26th at approximately 10:57 at night. Dire was freaking out the entire time. But he was super excited to meet Jaxon.
He wanted to hold Jaxon as soon as he came out, but the nurses let me see him first of course. I wish I could've got a photo of Dire's face when he held Jaxon for the first time. He looked so happy and he even started crying.
Jaxon already looks so much like his father. He's got those golden eyes and pale skin, and he even has the same face shape. The only things he seemed to get from me is the blue hair and round ears. Even as a baby he's already acting like his father; all dramatic and very clingy.
The other day he started crying just because Dire set him down. It was only for a second but Jaxon was so upset and Dire immediately picked him up again. Jaxon just loves his father so much already, it's rare to see them separated anymore. Jaxon doesn't even cry when I set him down.
I can't be upset though. Dire loves Jaxon so much and he's wanted a child of his own for so long that it's only natural they're so attached to each other. It's adorable to see them together all the time.'
Jaxon huffed after reading that passage. The idea that him and his father were close at one point was so foreign and strange to him. And to think that his father wanted a kid...boy he must've been pretty disappointed at what Jaxon turned out to be. Jaxon flipped the page and continued reading without another thought.
'I know it's been a while since I last wrote, but such is the life of a new mother. Things have become more busy since Jaxon was born. Between taking care of him and helping Dire with some things at NRC, I've been quite busy. I'll also admit that I forgot about writing here for a while.
Jaxon turned 2 years old today. He's learned some of his basic needs and even said his first word not too long ago. While he doesn't speak or use his voice often, he's quite adorable when he does.
I have a video on my phone of Dire putting Jaxon down only for Jaxon to start making grabby hands at him and want up. It was so adorable and then Jaxon was babbling before he said dada. Dire heard it of course and immediately picked him up again and started spinning the boy around. I watch that video again from time to time to see the moment and hear their laughter when I'm down.
He's also able to walk around now, and he loves to hold people's hands while walking. Sometimes we all take walks around NRC and show Jaxon around. The ghosts all love him too. Dire keeps showing Jaxon off every chance he gets saying "look how cute my son is!" and everyone goes along with it. Jaxon always has the biggest smile on his face too.
But I'll admit, I do miss all the time me and Dire had for ourselves. He spends a lot of time with Jaxon and I can understand that. But it's always either Jaxon or NRC that's occupying his time. I wish we could still go on dates or even just spending time alone at home. Is that selfish of me?'
Jaxon couldn't believe it. His father spending a lot of time with him? It didn't sound real. And to ignore his mother in the process, how awful of him. As if his father couldn't get worse in his mind. Jaxon huffed before skipping ahead a few pages.
'I didn't think I would enjoy being home on my own so much. Jaxon started kindergarten so he's been occupied there and Dire has been at NRC. Thanks to this, I've been getting more time to myself.
I've been loving my time alone a lot more than I originally thought I would. Jaxon isn't here to ask me a million things and I don't have to deal with Dire's antics. I feel bad for enjoying this alone time as much as I do. They're my family and I'm supposed to love spending time with them. But now I dread them coming home. What is wrong with me?
Even when they get home I find myself interacting with them differently. Dire has been trying to get Jaxon to complete homework as best he can. While Jaxon seems to have a harder time learning and understanding it, Dire keeps pushing that he understand it.
He's told me before that he dreams of Jaxon having a bright future. He wants him to be an ace student and do great academically, which I can understand, but he seems to get frustrated with how long it can take Jaxon to understand things. Jaxon even cried once, and Dire stopped his pushing immediately. He comforted Jaxon, and I think Jaxon learned that it was a way to stop pushing. Now whenever Jaxon gets frustrated with his schoolwork, he starts crying. I think Dire is getting tired of comforting him though, so I've stepped in from time to time so he would stop crying.
It only happens a few days a week, so I guess it's not too bad. Still, it's my job to step in when Jaxon gets too much for Dire to handle. Though I can't help but sigh in relief when Jaxon finally understands something. At least then I can enjoy the moment of peach and excitement that they both show.'
His mom...liked it better when he was gone? This passage didn't sound like his mom at all. He always knew her as a gentle and loving person who was always there for him. He spent more time with her than he did with his dad, but this is saying that she got tired of him and liked when he was away. The part about his father pushing him and getting frustrated was familiar to Jaxon, as well as his mother being the one to step in. Maybe he was just frustrating more as a little kid and she wanted to be around him more as he grew. With that though, he flipped ahead a few more pages.
'Jaxon has been spending more time with me lately. Since Dire keeps getting to tired to comfort him after getting frustrated with school, I think Jaxon isn't wanting to be around him as much. The schoolwork is most of the time he spends with Dire, so he must think his father is always frustrated with him.
He's still struggling quite a bit in school. Thankfully elementary isn't nearly as serious as high school or college, so grades don't quite matter for him yet. I do worry for how he'll do in the future especially since Dire has been so serious about him passing every class with amazing grades.
The other day the two even got into an argument. It was the first time I've ever heard Jaxon even yell at his father. Dire was shocked too, but insisted he was in the right and continued arguing. It ended with Jaxon running away in tears and I couldn't help but feel guilty for not stepping in. But what am I to do? Dire just wants him to be successful, but Jaxon is struggling.
At this rate, I'm not sure if Jaxon will ever be ready to take over at NRC. I know Jaxon really likes the school and he basically grew up there, but with the way things are going with Dire, I'm a bit worried. I've tried telling Dire about it, but he's very stubborn in his ways. Maybe things will get better with time. Maybe Jaxon will come to understand why Dire pushes him so hard.'
He doesn't even remember his first fight with his father, but here it was described. All the way back in elementary...it seems like such a long time ago. He's just been arguing with Crowley so long that it's natural to him now. He always knew his mom didn't know how to help though. Whenever they argued, she would stand on the side silently. If only Jaxon could go back and tell her that time wouldn't make things better at all. Jaxon sighed before flipping ahead again.
'I don't know what to do anymore. All they do is avoid each other and fight all the time. Dire wants Jaxon to be a supper smart straight A student who will eventually take over at NRC and be like him. Jaxon just wants to do his own thing and not have someone constantly pushing him to do better. It's gotten to the point where it just seems like Dire is disappointed in him all the time. I know he's not, he tells me so, but it's getting harder to tell if that's the truth.
I've tried talking to both of them, but Crowley won't give up on his dream for Jaxon, and Jaxon firmly believes his dad hates him and considers him a failure. I'm caught in the middle of two people who can't even get along for a little bit. All they do is push each others buttons. It's like even mentioning one to the other will cause immediate anger and defensiveness. This isn't how a family is supposed to be.
Others have told me that Jaxon is just in his rebellious phase since he's almost a teenager. But this has been going on since he was young, and if this is a rebellious phase, it started early and has been going on far longer than I would think.
I'm so lost and don't know what to do. How do I fix this? I know Dire loves his son and wants what's best for him but Jaxon can't see that. They're both going about it so wrong and I can't even get them in the same room together for five seconds without something happening. Can this family even be helped anymore?
I want to help them. I want them to get along, but I don't know how. Jaxon isn't even trying in school anymore. We send him there only for him to lash out at others and he even got into a fight with one student. I don't want him to feel like I'm disappointed in him, but I really wish he wouldn't fight. I'm just about the only one he gets along with anymore, so I can't be upset with him too.
I just feel so torn all the time. It's like I can't relax and there's constant strain. I hate feeling like this, but there isn't much I can do. I look at Dire now and it's hard to see the same man who would always be there whenever baby Jaxon needed anything. What happened to us?'
Before the pages had a small hint of happiness from his mom, but not this one. The writing feels so desperate and sad. His loving and happy mother, it was hard to imagine her so sad. Even the thought of her crying seemed to hurt Jaxon. At this point he didn't even know if he should blame his father or himself.
He flipped ahead again a few pages, only to find them blank. There was over half a notebook left but the pages were blank? That didn't make sense. Maybe she left before she could write those pages. Carefully, Jaxon flipped backwards to the last page with writing on it.
'This is going to be my last entry into this journal. I just can't take it here anymore. I can't live in this house like this anymore. This constant fighting, constant strain, it's too much.
I've already talked to Dire about it. He was upset of course, but could understand that we were no longer in love like we used to be. We weren't the same. I offered to take Jaxon with me, but he refused. I was quite surprised, but it was...kind of nice hearing that. Dire was more stubborn than ever saying that "You will not be taking my son from me. Do what you want wherever you go, but I'm not going to leave him."
It was like proof to me that Dire still cared about Jaxon. He wanted Jaxon to stay there with him. And to be honest, I'm happy about that. I think I may have become a mother sooner than I was ready. Having a child was something Dire wanted so badly, and I knew I could fulfill that. Yet here I am, wanting to get away from my own family.
I asked Dire to give this notebook to Jaxon someday so he can understand why I left. So assuming he did, I want to say hello to you my dear son.
I'm so sorry about everything. You must be so confused. I can't bring myself to face you before I leave. I'm a bit cowardly that way I know, but I don't even know how I would begin to explain everything to you.
The truth is that I'm selfish. If you've read any other parts of this journal, you could probably tell that I wasn't very happy with everything. I tried to hold on as long as I could, but it all got too much.
Than I went to the doctor, and found out that I'm sick. I don't have much time left either. As much as it pains me, I believe I should spend the time I have left in a way that makes me happy. I don't want to spend my last years alive in sadness and struggling to put a family back together.
I know I failed you as a mother. I can't apologize enough for that. I should've done something to help you and Dire. I should've stepped in, and should've tried to help sooner. I'm sorry for failing you.
But you should know that none of this is your fault. I may be leaving so I can be somewhere happy, but it's not because of you at all. Ever since the day you came into this world, I've loved you. I know you're capable of amazing things and I want you to be able to become whatever kind of person you want to be. It doesn't matter if it's the new headmage of NRC or even a househusband. As long as you're happy, that's all that matters.
I hope you can forgive me for leaving you like this. I know it's cowardly and selfish, and I'm sorry. I also hope that you and your dad will be able to get along soon. It's a bit naïve, but maybe me leaving can bring you two closer. He does care about you, even if it may not seem like it, and so do I.
There are so many things I wish I could've changed, but life had other plans. I hope that someday you can look at this journal and understand or at least look back on happier times in the earlier pages. I love you Jaxon.
-Sydney Crowley'
And just like that, everything Jaxon had believed and known had been flipped upside down. He'd be lying if he said it was easy to process.
His mother wrote this before leaving. That was over four years ago. By now there's a good chance whatever sickness she had took it's toll. He wanted to find her. He wanted to search for her and stay with her after Night Raven College...but she's gone. It's likely already too late. She's gone for good.
Jaxon couldn't control it. Quick tears had run down his face before falling down into his lap. Usually he would do anything he could to avoid crying, but right now, he didn't give a damn. And the tears rolled quickly, so there was no stopping them if he tried. He couldn't even control how his breathing started to get shaky and he wanted to just curl into himself. The scary and tough delinquent and son of the headmage was here, sobbing alone in his room.
He basically just found out that the only person he felt understood him and could accept him, was gone with no hope of ever coming back. He would never see her again, and all she knew before she died was the son who was rebellious and angry all the time. She knew the constant fighting between him and his father, and she wasn't happy with it. It wasn't just Crowley's fault, it was his too. Both of them were to blame for her leaving and being so unhappy. Sure, she said not to blame himself, but how could he not?
Why couldn't he just do what his dad wanted? Why couldn't he just listen? Why couldn't he get along with his dad? Why couldn't he be smart and understand things like everyone else? Why did he have to be so...so...gah! He can't even think of the word. He may as well be the stupidest guy in the school. He's just the violent delinquent that can't do anything right.
"No wonder your mom left you. No one would want a delinquent like you."
He hated that kid. He hates that condescending tone he spoke with. He hates how that kid was sort of right.
Suddenly his room felt suffocating to be in. He had to get out. He had to walk around. It felt like he was trapped in here with his thoughts and he hated it.
Jaxon frantically wiped his tears away before shoving the journal under his bed and walking out the door. He definitely won't be sleeping tonight.

a huuuuge congratulations to your milestone!!!! I really love your works and everything about them is, amazing, especially the unique ideas!!!!
if it's not much can I request a scenario on where leona and vil finds out and helps yuu who has sleeping problems, I would love to see their reactions. Hope it's not too much!!! thank you ♡♡ and congrats again!!! :^]
- 💐 anon!
You're so sweet. I'm so glad you've been enjoying my works! I love writing for these fandoms, and I love seeing what people get excited about. As someone with sleeping problems myself, I really liked this prompt. I hope it's okay the direction I went with it! Thank you, 💐anon! -----
The first time Leona ever experienced your sleeping issues, it was when you stayed over at his dorm during the Azul incident. Everyone would go to sleep, but you'd still be stuck awake somewhere in the room. At first, it bothered him because you'd have a light on and that was annoying, but he soon got used to the light and wasn't bothered by it. Then he was bothered because he noticed how tired it made you when it came time to do his chores. He'd gripe at you half-heartedly as you struggled to manage, considering you to be weak and poorly self-managed. It wasn't until you got closer after those incidents that it weighed on him how much the deck was stacked against you. You were constantly tired. He'd come over to Ramshackle to hang out and find you passed out on the couch. He didn't mind at first - He'd take up a spot on a nearby couch and pass out himself, seeing as how Ramshackle was the perfect place to escape to. But when he'd wake up and you were still asleep, that was a problem. Worse were the times he'd find you on 3 hours of sleep, dealing with people who were readily taking advantage of your internal autopilot to get favors out of you. He'd find that if he saw you yawning, he'd have to stick around and keep people from asking you for favors or pushing you into shenanigans, otherwise you'd pull him in when it was already too late. Now Leona, he's not one to mince words. He tells you that your sleep schedule sucks ass. But when lighthearted bullying doesn't get you to shape up, he starts asking questions. Your bed makes your back hurt? He lets it slip to Kalim that your bed is bothering you. That guy's always looking to solve problems, and it doesn't let onto the fact that Leona's bothered by your sleeping issues. Your dorm is too cold at night? He gets someone to check out the heater while you're asleep. Your clothes aren't comfortable enough? He suggests you use some of his old PJs and suddenly gets himself a whole new wardrobe of PJs. No, he doesn't need these shirts anymore, and if you don't take them, he's going to give them to Ruggie. You're not eating well enough to sleep? Crowley gets a letter that if Ramshackle's food budget isn't doubled, someone will expose the shadier practices of his time as a headmage. The letter details incidents from even before you ever arrived, so Crowley knows it couldn't be you threatening him. At every turn, he lies and cheats and scrapes together ways to fix your problems, not wanting you to find out who it is fixing them. You once asked if he had anything to do with your sleep hurdles getting better and he said "Do I look like someone who gives a shit if you sleep well? I'm not your parent." As rough-around-the-edges as he is, he really just wants to figure out if he can solve the problem that you can't. After all, he respects you as an equal, and if you haven't been able to fix it, then it's probably a real problem. It also helps that if your sleep schedule improves, he can stop looking after you as much, which he maintains is a pain in the ass. When you said "You don't have to watch over me, whatever happens happens" he griped "Whatever bullshit you get yourself into, you'll drag me into." That's okay though, because he's been demanding payback in the form of favors where you make him food or use his card to buy him snacks. That way, Ruggie can implement fixes to your sleeping arrangements behind your back. Whether you know it or not, you have one very grouchy lion who has taken up a fight against your sleeping problems. And he doesn't lose fights. ----- For the Vil extension, click here!

ngl i did not like the crowley-levan theory when i first heard about it, i just thought it sounded too silly and i wasn't convinced by the evidence i had seen for it. but by now, you and my other crowley enthusiast friend have made me like it on the basis of 1) it would be absolutely hilarious because of what it would mean for malleus, lilia, and meleanor and 2) some of the evidence is pretty sus actually... there's so much i hadn't thought about before seeing you post about it, that actually does seem to line up in a really odd way. even if it turns out to not be true, it would still make for a fun AU to explore!
Tumblr media
╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ awww, thank you!! Haha, I remember when I first started posting about this theory several months ago, I was pretty casual about it. But my constant analyzing of Crowley made me realize how there’s so many, perhaps too many, things about him that are rather strange 🧐🧐🧐 His character is purposefully easy to underestimate and almost written to be forgettable- but I’m on the case! o(`ω´ )o It’s funny how after months of constantly analyzing him, there is no concrete answer to what he’s actually up to. It feels like throughout the game, there is a trail of crumbs leading to…something about him. Maybe not necessarily the Levan theory, but he’s definitely more than what he wants the player to believe him to be.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think the biggest thing that helped this theory survive for as long as it has is the vagueness surrounding Levan. We don’t even know if he’s alive or not, and I am suspicious that we yet to receive even a silhouette of him despite mentioning him periodically! Meleanor received a silhouette when she was first mentioned, and many other TWST parents at least get a silhouette too. So why didn’t he…unless we already have one???? 🤪🤪🤪🤪 Just kidding! The point is, that both Crowley and Levan being really vague doesn’t help with anything regarding theories. I don’t even know the next time we’ll get more crumbs about him due to Lilia’s dream ending in the latest update.
And I’m being really honest- I’m okay if this theory isn’t canon! \(//∇//)\ Sure, I would really, really like it to be, but I also have faith that TWST can tell a really satisfying story for both Crowley and Levan regardless. There’s clearly something to be told with Crowley, and I’m really excited to see where TWST will take his character. I just want to see Crowley in the main game again lol 😭 I have a lot of fun thinking about this theory, but I don’t want to pressure anyone into liking or believing in it ^_^ Above all, I just value politeness when being interacted with- I’m not a stranger to receiving some rather scathing comments due to this theory, which surprised me! :0 But it’s okay, I’m just happy to share my thoughts with everyone and that others are having fun with it too 💖🐦‍⬛
I have so many more theories up my sleeve, and I’m so excited for Crowley’s card to drop, because my blog will definitely get hectic because of all the new lines to dissect 🤣

S2, E1: The Arrival, Pt. 1
Not a Meta, Just a tribute.
(Eldritch tendencies) Aziraphale could not give less of a shit about the rent, and doesn't appear to even realize that he should. It's waved away seemingly because as soon as he's there he is thinking about getting his records. He completely dismisses the rent with the air of someone who is keeping a record shop for the sake of not learning how to find records elsewhere? Money seems to be no object, but it also seems to hold little value. It's like he's been playing The Sims with this neighborhood and has it just how he likes it, thank you very much.
(Van Life Crowley) There's no way that Crowley has been living in his car that long. Less than a year. Not only was he in his apt seemingly during Lockdown, but Shax is delivering mail and it seems like the first time that she's telling him about the issues with the bills. 4 to 6 months seems reasonable, up to a year if it took awhile for them to establish this communication.
(Boss!Shax) She's not able to get the bills paid because her signature isn't being accepted as his replacement. . . . Why? Is she squatting in the apartment? Is this promotion through sheer force of will via takeover? Also if she can't get the bills paid does that mean the apartment is going to get the utilities shut off? Are there no lights in Crowley's flat, Shax? Was the wifi cancelled? Why isn't her signature good enough, if she's a valid replacement?
(Eternal Beings Don't Get It) Shax doesn't get why the mail service can't be forwarded to the Bentley. I enjoy the total lack of understanding that is maintained both textually and subtextually.
(Fashion) I love Shax's whole outfit. She looks fantastic.
(Existential Crisis Crowley) Confirms that Hell doesn't know Shax is checking in/seeking advice. Crowley doesn't seem adverse to talking but isn't taking it seriously either. Hell doesn't care how jobs get done. Why does any of it matter if ... they don't even care? It's all a sham. Nothing matters as long as the numbers are good and everything appears as it should. The bureaucracy is always a secret favorite part of mine.
(Boss!Shax) She really wants to do a good job. She's planning things! She's trying to get thngs done! but.... it's secretly easy and the humans basically self-punish constantly in new and ingenious ways. Feels very First Grownup Job where you realize that no one is actually a grownup and office politics are worse than you thought but the job itself is easier and it feels like a confusing look behind the curtain.
(Existential Crisis Crowley) Crowley is still on the outs, yeah, he knows. Doesn't care. But he still wants the information. Protective/Defense Crowley. I know he's called Protective a lot, but I lean toward it being much more of a hyper-vigilant defense mode. Not as worried about being attacked as he is about disrupting his small piece of existence where he finds meaning, peace, or happiness.
(Boss!Shax) (Afterlife Conspiracy) Half rations for demons? Is this Beeze being upset or more Hellish cutbacks? Why is Hell having so many issues? We know people don't become Demons when they die, they go to an afterlife, but we have very little to suggest that anyone actually ends up in Heaven. Is everyone going to Hell, possibly except a very few? Is this going to be a problem? All the musicians that Crowley lists in season one are said to be in Hell, plus all the nazis we saw, but no mention that I can recall of someone actually going to Heaven. Shax is excited to have some juicy dirt. She's so willing to play the political/office game of favors here, and in 1941, and later. Someone wants Employee of the Month.
(Best Buddies Mentioned) Shax wants him to report back if his "contact" in the bookshop mentions anything. Is she playing nice and not suggesting anything untoward? She's clearly still somewhat deferential/intimidated by Crowley (who by all accounts was considered a star employee until he wasn't, so that makes sense for our Non!GirlBoss).
(Boss!Shax) Bless. She tries too hard. There's an attempt to get Crowley to agree to trade info or to give up some in the moment. Though it's an understandable try, Crowley is not phased. He is, as per usual, thinking about ducks. This non sequitur is enough to throw her off balance.
(Future Hopes) I would really love a mini origin moment where we find out how Crowley learns about feeding peas to ducks. I would like it to be something that Aziraphale tells him, as a gesture perhaps, since Aziraphale knows Crowley loves ducks. Even so, any origin would be fun.
(Maggie/Nina) She's a skinny latte but it feels like they've never had much interaction? Is this maybe the only time she's come in when it wasn't the morning rush or something? How is she a regular and Nina knows her order, but it seems like they've never even said hello? It's not wild, just a little odd.
(Fashion) Maggie's sweater is so cute. I particularly love the embroidery on the back. Not into the rockabilly look but she wears it well.
(Jim!Gabe) (Nina The Shit Stirrer) People are straight up filming Jim!Gabe and I wonder what happened to that footage. Is public nudity legal in SoHo? If not, why isn't anyone concerned that a naked and seemingly unhinged man came out of the pub (that's where the elevator is) totally naked. Maybe there's a reasonable assumption that he lost a bet or took a dare? Maggie seems shocked and Nina seems delighted. Do the tomatoes mean anything? Just a standard fruit stand gag?
(Bookshop Omens) The Book with the story of Job is on display next to Aziraphale as he listens to his music. It is open to three dancers? Not sure. The music is Shostakovitch Symphony No. 5 in D minor, Op 47 - Allegro Non Troppo. Fast, not too fast. Are you listening, Crowley?
(Aziraphale the Comfy) The Bookshop Owner, supposed seller of books, during what is clearly working hours, is very annoyed that he has to answer his shop door. He is made very uncomfy by the visitor and seems alarmed but not embarrassed by the crowd? Like he's more worried that he's on Heaven's Candid Camera than just a horny bookseller getting a Sex Delivery (as per Nina). He stands there talking to the naked man on his doorstep for what feels like an eternity. No attempt to cover him up or even the very reasonable closing of the door and leaving. Also Jim!Gabe asks to come in. Could he enter without permission I wonder? Bless Jon Hamm for being so silly. I don't know what sort of modesty garment he was wearing but his whole ass was out and there were SO MANY people on that set.
(Maggie/Nina) First soft moment, laughing about the Stripper-deliver-o-gram, and Nina smiles, enjoying the moment, only to instantly push Maggie away when she introduces herself. (Wouldn't it be funny if I did the right thing and you did the wrong one? Hahaha... NO!) Mirror moment to Az/Crow shutting down their soft moments with harsh turns.
(Heavenly Scandal) Michael is talking to someone on the phone about Jim!Gabe. Is it Beeze? Xray doesn't indicate. She neither confirms nor denies whether Heaven is complicit in his absence. First mention of Extreme Sanctions and the Book Of Life.
(Aziraphale the Comfy) Gives Jim!Gabe some hot cocoa in his own mug. Seems unlikely that there were no other mugs. Is this THE cocoa mug? Or is it a good host sort of move? Why give Jim the mug that he clearly uses for himself and was purchased as some kind of joke or nod to his Angelic identity? Aziraphale seems upset at the idea of Jim not knowing who he is and then relieved at the thought that does, only to be tentative and confused when Az realizes that no Jim is still saying that he has no idea. He's playing carefully, neither wanting to give information or to get in trouble. A trepidatious host.
(Aziraphale the Company Man) He's only half listening. It looks like half his brain is dedicated to damage control/wondering what is happening. "Why did you come to my shop?" Thoughts nervously immediately seem to wander. He's nodding along absently until Jim!Gabe's words sink in about wanting to be near one person. Everyone knows there's at least some kind of ... loose co-worker relationship with Az and Crowley, but Az still instantly has to stomp any possible thoughts of recognizing that relationship into the ground. "No. Certainly not! I have no idea what that feels like." Buddy. Come on. Nothing louder than a guilty conscience. He's fired but he still wants to stay in line with company policy. Eating and drinking aren't against company policy it seems, just not really encouraged. Like people who microwave fish or use someone else's defacto mug in the canteen. Instantly moves away and gets defensive. Seems ruffled and flustered, very aware of the actuality of the situation IMHO. I fully believe that Aziraphale knows exactly how he feels about Crowley and is, like an asympote on a graph, constantly trying (albeit verrrrry slowly) to get as close as he can without actually making their situation a reality. He's passionately dedicated to that fine line. I don't see it as a homophobic Heaven (and that wouldn't track with GNeil's comments) but more of a divided loyalty, anti-personal relationships sort of Jedi mindset. It weakens one's resolve and dedication to The Cause if there is a worldly attachment, even if it's to an otherworldly creature. Doubly so, I imagine, since Crowley is a demon.
(Heavenly Scandal) The Something Terrible. Do we know exactly what this is? Is it the Re-Pocolypse, or is it his memory being wiped?
(Aziraphale the Comfy) Az is of course instantly trying to get more information but also treading somewhat carefully still. Both boy-shaped-creatures are very worried about protecting their peace. He's trying very much to not snap at Jim!Gabe, but also very frustrated. Is this Aziraphale more tightly wound than before? He seems more stressed. Are both the Husbands feeling very precarious about their precious niche of peace? I feel like S1 Aziraphale was more confrontational?
(Jim!Gabe) Ever an optimist. Things will be fine! Also he carried a very nearly empty box down an elevator and less than half a block. Maybe even just across the street basically? If his arms were tired, that says a lot about Gabriel's use of the Heavenly Gym facilities.
(Existential Crisis Crowley) He throws away all his junk mail. Or all his mail. What kind of mail is it? What lists is he on? Does he park on the same street always? He still gives advice to Shax though. A reluctant mentor. He's so pleased to hear that there's something wrong with Gabriel. It's kind of nice to see him get a bit of good news, considering. He immediately gets in the Bentley and drives off. Clearly already heading toward the bookshop to deliver the news.
(Good for me) I saw the fly. I didn't make any connections but I saw it and I knew it meant something.
(Aziraphale the Company Man) This makes me so sad. One of the ways that G&B bond is kind words and actions that are so clearly lacking in their respective departments. Az is tickled by Jim!Gabe saying he loves Az, but can't say it back. These words going unsaid feel like foreshadowing to refusing to speak things aloud (their precious niche) and being unable to speak things later (A group of the two of us).
(Aziraphale the Comfy) he's at war with himself a bit. He wants to throttle Jim!Gabe, but also isn't sure what is happening. Not sure why he doesn't call Heaven to clarify the issue, except that I definitely think his instinct is to protect his niche until he knows more. I don't feel like he's protecting Jim!Gabe yet, I feel like he's trying to figure out the problem and protect their little oasis. There's no softness towards Jim, just questions and fretting and finally the start of "hiding" Jim!Gabe by giving him a different name. And, naturally, calling his Good Pal Crowley.
(Jim!Gabriel) Jon Hamm. Just. Love.
(Domestic Moments) I'm convinced that Crowley drives to the Bookshop almost every day. This call is to re-route him, not to call him over. I know Crowley moans about the reasons that Az calls, but honestly. He's clearly already driving and if he's two minutes away then he is 3 miles away, assuming he is going 90 mph. Obviously they spent more time apart during lockdown, but there's way too much casual intimacy with the space of the bookshop to be only a rare visitor. Others have covered this deeply and well. Small note, Az is calling on the store phone, and while he is able to call via both dialing and just talking to the phone, it seems like the Bentley has some kind of call feature? Crowley hangs up by pressing something in the rearview mirror region. If he was speaking through the radio like others have, the switch would be on the dashboard instead.
(Pratchett) We see Jim!Gabriel through a bookcase and the shot is framed with what I assume is PTerry's hat. Also, the sound of a fly. The clues are really up front in retrospect.
(Muriel!!) She's still a Scrivener, we find out later, but she's walking the heavenly halls so she isn't by herself in that office allllll the time. She immediately notices the matchbox. How many others passed it?
End: 22:22

favorite characters for each fandom: aziraphale (good omens), simon (lord of the flies), grantaire (les mis), alai (enders game), lucius (ofmd), five hargreeves (umbrella academy)
character headcanons:
lotf:
simon survived his wounds on the island, and was secretly cared for by roger (not really “cared” for, just “kept alive”). however, he is left partially paralyzed in one leg and has chronic pain because of it. when they return to civilization, he uses a mobility aid
the choir doubles as their schools honorary gsa

maurice makes british jokes and sam has to gently remind him that they are all in fact british
good omens:
crowley has trouble seeing because of his snake eyes. he misses the stars dearly. once, aziraphale brought him to an observatory on the top of a mountain and crowley cried because the stars were just bright enough for him to see
crowley also gets excited whenever humans discover new telescopes or ways to take pictures of other galaxies because it means people are getting closer to seeing more of his creations
aziraphale invented macadamia nuts (reasons: they’re buttery and soft and light and are really nice to bite and i like them)
les mis:
grantaire makes music. 3 am guitar recordings and random voice memos of lyric ideas. most are about enjolras
as a smart person and a victim of police brutality, valjean is a firm acab believer. he likes giving large anonymous locations to the les amis
marius is the token straight friend, even though he himself is a trans man. there’s such a lack of cishet folks in their friend group that the token straight is literally queer
enjolras is terribly allergic to cats but pets grantaires pet cat anyway. he suffers constantly
other hcs about my lotf oc: he likes swimming but hates the feeling of dried salt water on his body, he likes to paint his nails, he chews his hair and nails when he’s nervous (someone needs to introduce this boy to oral stim toys), and his favorite color is baby blue!
again, thank you so much for the asks!!! <333

Okay scout here again,
So we’ve discussed the obey me brothers and g/t but always about the twisted wonderland 3rd years or staff?

Cater: Loves being a lil guy! He soaks up all the attention that you give him. If he wants more attention he makes copies of himself and you can have not just one lil Cater but two (or more) little Cater's!!!
Trey: I can see him loving being the bigger one. You know he's got those natural caretaker instincts.. he's loving you all small and cute! And he'll bake you little treats to snack on <3
Leona: I think he'd much prefer to be tiny.. He'd looove all the new nap spots he can take advantage of. He has so many more excuses to be lazy too- cant pick up pen so he can't do work 💀
Rook: Ohoho idk! I think it could go either way for him! If he's tiny he's rambling about how exciting it is to see a world from a new perspective, but he'd also be really good at taking care of you if you're the tiny one
Vil: Honestly I can see him fawning over a tiny you.. especially if you let him try to make clothes for you. He's showing you off to everyone, but absolutely no one but him gets to touch you in this delicate state!
Idia: He'd LOVE to be small and tiny! He's so flustered and turned on by your delicate touch and the way that you care for him. If you call him cute he curls up into a little ball and flushes a bright red!
Malleus: ooh.. I think he'd like to be tiny.. So many people are intimidated by him, and at his new height he feels very much the opposite! He likes putting his trust and safety in your hands. He could easily make himself bigger with magic at any point but chooses not to lmao
Lilia: Oh he'd have a blast with a tiny you! He's delighted to hold you in his hands and carry you where ever you need to go. Tbh tho.. I can see him sticking you in his pocket and forgetting you're there so.. watch out
Sam: Mmm I can see him enjoying it either way! If he's big he does a pretty good job of taking care of you, but certainly teases you. If he's the tiny one he wants to hear about how cute you think he is,, the increased attention is a delight to him.
Crewel: Would much prefer you to be tiny. He treats you like a doll,, hehehe I'm kinda kidding, but for real he does a nice job of taking care of you, and thinks you're very sweet and cute while tiny.
Vargas: Oh he wants to be smol!!! He can't remember the last time someone called him tiny, and he finds he likes it!? He's obsessed with the amount of attention and care he gets from you.
Trein: I think he'd like to be big because he'd be suuuch a good caretaker. However! I want to see this man tiny!! I think he deserves some rest and care that he could only achieve if he was sleeping in your breast pocket or curled up in in your palms.
Crowley: Absolutely wants to be the tiny one. He'd looove to have your attention 24/7! He makes sure you never forget where he is, and clings to you constantly.
