Uhhhhhh I promise I’m cooking something up guys. Promise… I’ll even show you the plan(?)

Klance post canon, but the internet is obsessed over Keith. Since the internet is the internet, they end up graphically talking about how much they want to smooch Keith and do some Stuff with him, and Lance is not very happy about this.

Some random event comes up, and overnight Lance is instantly trending on social media!! He now has a bunch of people drooling over him too!!

The paladins do go attend galas and interviews and all that schmooze because they are celebrities (they literally saved the world??). People eat the content that is posted up, and that’s when the first few klance shippers rise. Most people are like “??? Where did you get that from” but the klancers are confident in their ship.

Keith and Lance are put into their old “rival” dynamic—instead of combat-related issues, it’s now about who is hotter. People argue about this A LOT and honestly KL probably talks about their rivalry in at least one of the interviews,which makes the fans EVEN CRAZIER!!

The Klancers are seen as delusional for picking up the (VERY REAL) fond looks Keith gives Lance in interviews because “Keith isn’t gay!!” (*cough* Lance is openly bi)

AND THEN LANCE GETS CASTED TO STAR IN A TV SERIES??? Everyone is pumped especially because he’s one of the main characters and he’s being paired with this one pretty girl (IT COULD BE ANY POPULAR WOMAN IDK) that he’s met up with a couple of times.

Flash forward to the series debut (and maybe even the second season) and people ARE GOING FERAL! Not only because Lance and the girl in the show are depicted as a really cute couple and have a really good development of their relationship throughout the first like 2 seasons before they get together (WHAT KLANCE COULD’VE BEEN, DREAMWORKS.), but mainly because there’s a NEW leaked bts where Lance is spinning the girl around in the rain and doing romantic stuff idk and people are posting about how they want to go jump in a highway

But then someone posts a video of lance spending time with keith IN THIS LITTLE LAKE WITH A WATERFALL!!1!1!!1 AND HE’S TWIRLING KEITH AROUND JUST LIKE HE DID WITH THE GIRL??1?1!!1?

The internet explodes again.

things to note:

Keith is giggling in the video. Don’t ask why, I’m just correct.

The romance between Lance and The Girl in the series WILL BE 200% non-toxic. This is so I can make a plethora of people scream and cry over it in the fic, just like how they did with klance in 2017 (Except for the fact that. Y’know… they didn’t end up together 💀💀).

Jealousy will be a huge element in the story. Whether it’s Lance/The Girl or Keith/I don’t fucking know, there is going to be lots of yearning.

Uhhhhh I’m terrible at making stories and consistently updating so I can’t promise you a completed fic!!

If I do end up committing to The Bit and completing the story, I would aim for it to be around at least 50k(?), with like 20 chapters at most.

I am NOT finished with VLD (currently on 4x6), so as I run through the seasons there is probably going to be more and more references to the show as I update!

I hope to get the first chapter of this fic out by next week (the 27th), but I am also notorious for procrastinating, so we’ll see.

There's no way it couldn't, although I personally love the ending (even thought it did make me cry when I wrote it) and hope to write a spin-off (maybe next year) about Aryll and the court poet, who I named Carik (but Link thought his name was Carrot)

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

My Hylink story Adore I wrote for Zelink Week 2023. It's 5 chapters of angst and 2 of marital bliss (I do wish it had gotten a bit more traction on AO3. I was pretty proud of it when I wrote it) many thanks to my beta @fioreofthemarch!

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Not yet! I only have 14 dedicated readers and they're all so lovely, and leave positive comments. TYSM!

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Um, not until recently 😂🤣 I wanted to try my hand at smut with I Belong to You (which was supposed to be a one-shot)

So it does have some smut in it, but honestly, it's story driven and the steamy scenes add to the story, characterizations, and motivation. I actually am very proud of this story and think it's the best thing I've written to date. And many thanks to my fantastic betas @hyylia and @zeldaelmo

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

No. Although I do think you could easily write a cross-over with Legend of Zelda and Adventure Time.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

No. My stuff isn't that good 😂

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

No, but I would like to with someone who is good at transitions, etc. Sometimes it will take me days to wrap up chapters because my mind goes completely blank when it comes time to write sequels to a scene 😭

14. What's your all-time favorite ship?

Zelink. It's the ship that brought me back to writing.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

Well...my current WIP Captain Link Araki and the Harbinger of Destiny is giving me a WORLD of trouble, but I do love the character of Link I've created for it, so I'm going to try my hardest to complete it by the new year!

I have a HP WIP I started, and will probably never complete. It was an expansion of a short story I wrote called Aphrodite's Destiny (which I still absolutely love, even though the writing is probably not polished)

16. What are your writing strengths?

Dialogue and characterization (at least, that is what I think my strengths are! My readers may disagree!)

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Descriptive writing (like the setting, lighting, what the characters are wearing, etc) that isn't boring or like reading a list! I worked on it in I Belong to You and hope I can continue to incorporate what I learned in my future stories.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

Hmmm, I haven't thought much about that. I did include some song lyrics in I Belong to You that were in French and were supposed to represent the Rito language, but I included Zelda's thoughts about what those words meant.

I suppose if I were to write dialogue in another language, I would write the dialogue in italicized English but reference that they're actually speaking in another language.

My favorite story is my current one - I Belong to You I'm not going to lie, I love my Link and Zelda in this story so much!

My second is my short story for HP - Aphrodite's Destiny

Tagged by @bleue-flora (I am sorry it took so long it's been like a month I was procrastinating)

1. How many works do you have on AO3?

22, because my brain hates to stay focused on one idea at a time and I just have to make everything worse. I've got a lot more half-formed ideas and three-paragraph beginnings of fanfiction too <3

2. What’s your total AO3 word count?

124,920 - that's...a lot. And it's only been about a year, so yay!

3. What fandoms do you write for?

Dream SMP. I'm lurking in a couple other fandoms (mostly the Locked Tomb and Dragon Age), but I haven't written anything for those yet.

4. What are your top five fics by kudos?

1. Off the Planned Course

Not that surprising because it's one of the fics I've been writing the longest, is the longest of my actual stories (so not counting Whumptober stuff), and it also has the most people reading it (I blame including the Syndicate for that). It's probably my favorite too, so the validation is really nice (even if I keep getting writer-blocked by it).

2. Unfortunate Circumstances

Also one of the long ones, so it makes sense that it's on this list. Also, literally the second Dream SMP fic idea I ever had, so it's great that it's still going.

3. Easier Said Than Done

This one I kind of feel bad about - I decided to change a few details a while ago and I'm still not done with editing the old stuff so I can start on new chapters, so I really haven't been writing much for it recently (i.e in the past six months). Maybe this will get me to work on it again but I wouldn't hold out hope. It's not abandoned, but it's still basically on hiatus.

4. Shared Scars

I really like this one, but I didn't really expect anyone would read it because it was just a random AU with no basis in canon about two side characters, y'know? It's just really fun to write.

5. Dive Deep Into The Dark

This one is the one that surprised me, because it's just a collection of Whumptober oneshots that I wrote in like an hour each. But, hey, apparently people liked that, so yay?

5. Do you reply to comments? Why or why not?

Whenever I can, because they're taking the time out of their day to read my stuff and going the extra step of leaving a comment, and because I just like talking about my stories and stuff <3

6. What’s the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Okay, this and the next question are kind of difficult because I am allergic to finishing anything, ever, and that means I have to stick to oneshots, but I'd say either everything I've ever written for a Whumptober prompt (because those are all terrible, basically) or Old Habits Die Hard (Old Reliances Die Harder) because it's an angsty canon-compliant (ish) oneshot where nothing is resolved and everything is just terrible. In my longer fics, I don't really plan for tragic endings, because the ending should be happy even if the journey there wasn't, or else the whole things sad and there's not really any point.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Again, only oneshots count for this, so I'd probably say burn the scorecards, balance out the scales, because the ending is hopeful and probably the best possible outcome via rivals duo.

8. Do you get hate on your fic?

Not really, which is great. The most I ever get is a confused comment or someone making assumptions, and that's all fine.

9. Do you write smut?

No, and I don't plan to.

10. Do you write crossovers?

No, but I have some ideas I might write that involve crossovers and I might write them eventually.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not that I know of!

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

No, I have not <3

13. Have you ever co-written a fic?

No, but I would like to in the future.

14. What‘s your all-time favorite ship?

Drunz, for sure. It's the ship that really got me into the fandom and I've always liked that sort of toxic codependence even though they're terrible for each other.

15. What’s the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

All of them? Well, besides that, I'd probably have to say Off the Planned Course, because, although I really love it, I have no idea how to end that thing or when.

16. What’s your writing strengths?

Absolutely no idea, maybe internal monologues? It's hard to evaluate your own writing.

17. What’s your writing weaknesses?

Dialogue. 100% dialogue. I get in my head about if it sounds natural or if anyone would ever say that or if I'm writing a character right and then it turns about clunky because I'm too busy worrying about it.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I don't have a problem with it, but you should provide translations in that situation so the readers have context and know what's going on.

20. Favorite fic you’ve ever written?

Probably Off the Planned Course, there are some chapters were I was just having the time of my life writing that thing even if they were immediately followed by two months of struggle.

(Again :P) and I'm back with full of angst: Hu Tao, Beidou, Keqing and Ayaka breaking up with their S/O due to protect them against issue (you can choose the thing that'll make them break up) after sometime, they fix this issue they find S/O back, with the hope of getting back together but when they find their S/O their personality changed far from good, they're fighting recklessly, getting killed almost, angry all the time, ready to fight without giving it a second thought etc. (As for the ending I'm feeling like having fluff but you can choose whether it ends with angst or fluff!)

A horrible change

A/N: hello hellooo angst anon!! This is oddly long because honestly, I had so many thoughts on this scenario. Once again sorry for the late answer ♡

(also this au is like modern au but there's still hilichurls ykyk)

Hu Tao

Hu Tao had just gotten a job opportunity to plan funerals for the sacrificed soldiers in Inazuma. They said it would take her months and months to ever complete the job. She thought that if she left you to go abroad for maybe even over a year, would hurt you. After a night of making up a decision, she knew she had to break up with you. Though, confronting you about it never was easy. She thought to herself everyday 'they seem so happy.. I can't possibly tell them right now.. maybe tomorrow.' she kept procrastinating until the day she had to go. she realised what she did.

She had already loaded all her stuff in the ship, ready to set sail to Inazuma. You had looked everywhere for Hu Tao until you saw her on the docks. "Hu Tao! I've been searching everywhere for you and here you are. What're you doing her anyways?" you asked, running to her. "Y/N? What brings you here? Wait did we plan anything for today but i forg-" she panicked but was soon interrupted by the captain of the ship. "Hey Ms. Hu, we're all set, don't wanna waste too much more time." She pouted. "Y/N I'm sorry. I wanted to tell you but it was too late. I want to break up with you, I think that you'd be better off with someone much better. For now, I have a job to do. I'm terribly sorry." she wiped her tears while running onto the ship. She could no longer face you so she hid somewhere you couldn't see her. You couldn't even process what had happened, you were frozen on the spot, mind blank. You never saw Hu Tao again. Not until..

1.6 years later..

You saw her getting cornered up by 5 large lawachurls. Without a second thought, you ran and attacked the lawachurl that was the most closest to her. "Go" you looked at her, she didnt move a muscle. "I said go! Do you want to get killed or something?" you shouted as a lawachurl attacked you back.

You defeated all 5 of them but your body was severely injured. As you looked closer to Hu Tao, she looked exactly the same except she was taller and her hair was slightly longer. "Hey, come here I'll fix your wounds up." She said, catching you by your wrist. "I can take care of myself. I don't need your help." you slapped her hand off. You walked back to Liyue Harbour as she also followed. "Can you PLEASE not follow me? I've had enou-" you fell to the ground, unconscious.

You squint your eyes, while trying to open them because it was so bright. "Where the hell....am I?" You try to sit up. Hu tao pushed you back down. "Uh-uh-uh you aren't in the state to be even moving a single muscle. Get some rest and recover first."

The room was silent as Hu Tao was on her desk doing some work, and you finally realised where you were, Hu Tao's house. It looked the same, as if somebody was taking care of it while she was away.

"Why'd you go? Without telling me in the fist place." you spoke up. "I kept on procrastinating to ever tell you the truth. You looked too happy everyday for me to ever tell you." she gripped her pen tightly.

It was just silence again. You didn't know what to say so without making a noise, you walked up to her and hugged her from behind. She was shocked but was soon comfortable. She stood up and gave you a tight hug while tearing up. You also did the same.

"I'm so so sorry Y/N"

Beidou

Beidou had realised how she was away from Liyue too often and barely got to meet you. Although she did send you letters from time to time, she thought it was never enough and that a long distance relationship was too painful for you. She had no time to think so she confronted you as soon as she saw you.

"Hey, Y/N. I'm sorry but it has come to my attention that I've been away from Liyue more than often. I just think it's not a really healthy relationship and that you probably deserve more. I'm really sorry but I don't think you'll ever feel happy in this relationship." She stood there for a minute, you couldn't respond back. You couldn't say a single word and she soon sprinted away to her ship.

2 years later

She's finally done with urgent jobs that she needed to do in Inazuma. As soon as she came back to Liyue, she thought of you but she of course didn't know where you were. She had bumped into Xiangling at her restaurant.

"Ah Beidou! It's great to see you again, what would you like to order?"

"Aha, hello Xiangling, its nice seeing you again too. I'd like stir fried filet to go please."

"Alright, here ya go! Enjoy, it's on the house in honour of captain Beidou's comeback!"

"Thanks. Appreciate it. And also.. if it's not too much to ask, do you perhaps know where Y/N is?"

"Hmm last time I heard from them, they ordered some to-go food saying they're training at Jueyun Karst."

"Ah I see then. Thank you so much for the help. See ya." Beidou waved off running to find you. Although it was quite a journey there, she was cornered by some hilichurls that were high leveled. With her not having any weapon in hand, she panicked. That was when you sprinted in front of her and started attacking those hilichurls.

You signaled a 'go' to her but she just doesn't budge. "GO BEFORE YOU GET KILLED TOO." you grunted after an arrow had hit you on your arm. She ran as far as she could. After a few more attacks the fight was over but you ended up being heavily injured. You started limping back to Liyue harbor but you bumped into Beidou once again.

"Oh goodness! What have I lead you to Y/N I'm so sorry.." She grabbed you by the wrist.

"You should be sorry for leaving me 2 years ago. Compared to that, this is nothing." You got your wrist away from her grasp.

"Right. First, let me carry you back and get you healed after." She carried you.

"So tell me, what even was the reason why you broke up with me? Letters would've been fine."

"I just thought that.. You'd get tired of me always leaving Liyue and barely ever spending time with you. And I thought letters were never enough...I'm sorry.."

It went silent and you snuggled to her touch as she carried you back to Liyue Harbor.

"I'd do anything to not leave you anymore."

Keqing

Keqing had a lot of work every single day, but she manages to do it all without failing. Though it had to come to an end. She just got news from Ningguang that there have been a lot more situations around Liyue than usual. Ningguang says that she wouldn't even have time to go home and that tonight would be the last night before much work. As soon as she heard that, she thought of you. What would happen if she doesn't go back home for months and months? How would you feel about this situation? Her walk home was uneasy, her whole mind was conquered by thoughts.

While walking home she pulled out her phone. You were watching a movie waiting for Keqing to come home so you both could have dinner together until you heard your phone vibrate it was from her “Sorry I’m gonna be home late don’t wait up.” the text read “I can’t believe she’s doing this to me again.” you mumbled under your breath. You thought to yourself, 'She’s been doing this a lot lately is she cheating on me?' “Don’t even bother coming home.” You replied as you got up to re-heat your food and cover hers.

You heard your phone vibrate again but this time it was someone calling, you look to see the caller ID only for it to read 'Keqing' You tried ignoring it but she kept calling “What?” You replied with irritation evident in your voice “why did you reply so harshly?” Her soft voice replied which made you feel regretful already “You know you’ve been doing this a lot, I have barely seen you!! I go to sleep before you even come and I wake up after you leave! When are you gonna stop working late and spend time with me?!” You yelled getting frustrated “I-I just can’t you know how my boss is hunny” she replied her voice cracking “That’s not an answer and you know that.” You replied before hanging up, throwing your phone back on the sofa.

1 year has passed

After a few moments you heard your doorbell ring, you open it to see your favourite flowers and a note that read 'I'm sorry Y/N. Tonight was the night where I was supposed to tell you something important, but I'll just write it here. Ningguang says I won't be able to come home for a few months, Liyue has been too chaotic. Let's break this off, I don't want you to suffer this way anymore. I love you.' Tears started tracing your cheeks.

Keqing had finally finished all her work and Ningguang had let her go on break for a month as thanks. On her walk home she was approached by some hilichurls, with her unarmed she panicked. Luckily, you were just around the corner because of training. You sprinted to her with your *choice of weapon*. You attacked the hilichurls though you were very lousy making you getting hit a lot of times too. Keqing was stunned, she stepped away and fell onto the grass.

Finally after the hilichurls were defeated you turned around to see keqing still stunned. "You good?" you asked. "I should be asking you that." she replied back. "You should go n-" you fell. It had seem so that you hadn't slept for days and had fell into keqings lap fast asleep.

Keqing sighed

"I never wanted to leave you but I had no choice at the time, I hope you still love me as much as I still do now."

Kamisato Ayaka

The Kamisato clan is one of the biggest clans in the land of Inazuma. Ayaka, as the eldest daughter of the Kamisato clan, she of course had to come to a point where she had to get engaged to the son of another big clan so the Kamisato clan can stand stable.

Ayaka had finally told you this 2 months before her engagement. "Let's break this off. For the better. I'm sorry Y/N, I can't afford to avoid it. I love you." Your heart broke into a million pieces. Your one and only, finally had to go. You couldn't accept the fact you had to let go of her so soon. Rain still pouring right beside the shade you both were under. Not thinking much of it, you ran like it was the end of the world. Ayaka had reached a hand out but she hesitated. You ran and ran until you reached home. You were soaking wet.

You felt as if you never want to step outside anymore. Ayaka was no longer there for you, whats the point of life if your lover had left you for another man?

8 months later

You had isolated yourself in your home for all those 8 months. You had a friend of yours send rations every week. Other than that, you had a bunch of knocks on the door. It was always aggressive, it was as if that person was determined for all these months. You finally stepped out. Having a stroll around Inazuma was quite fine. But soon, you had spotted Ayaka being cornered by a group of men.

You sprinted, combating the 3 men down while recklessly getting bruised up in the process. Ayaka was dumbfounded. "You ok?" you asked her. "Uhm y-yes I'm fine." she answered. "Alright. I'll get going now." you quickly said.

"Wait!" she grabbed you by the wrist and pulled you into a tight hug. She placed her head on your shoulder. You were flabbergasted. "Don’t you have a husband Lady Ayaka? I don't want people misunderstanding."

"I managed to avoid it. For you. All that knocking on your door, it was all me. I've been waiting for the past 8 months now." she whispered.

You were lost in words. All you could do was bite your lip, and return her hug as tightly as you could.

"I'd do anything, just for you."

As Much As Is Realistically Possible We Should Avoid Getting Our Panties in a Twist Over Being Faithful To The Canon: Me Giving Dracula Opinions Alongside a Good Does Of Generic Fandom Philosophy Because I'm A Procrastinating Idiot Who Likes To Hear The Sound Of My Own Voice

Don't get me wrong I fucking hate when what I personally love about the canon is ruined in adaptations. Still waiting on any adaptation to actually give me a post-castle Jonathan which is in any way as interesting as he is in the book. But also, the nature of fandom and fanfiction and fanon and all that is we all engage with a story, are drawn to some aspect of the canon which resonates with us, and then typically use this as a jumping off point to explore things that the text doesn't. This is true for pretty much everyone out here draculablogging.

For example, there is in my opinion absolutely no evidence that Lucy Mina and Jonathan were a trio of childhood friends. Lucy's family does not seem to have property in Exeter and Jonathan literally never thinks about Lucy on his own. It seems obvious to me that Mina and Lucy met at boarding school. I'm quite happy to keep this element of canon in my fics because it makes sense to me. Conversely I do like to dabble in Van Helsing: Vampire Slayer, and that is expressly not canon. But idrc because it's more fun and interesting to me to have it that way. People who want to see Lucy, Jonathan, Mina childhood best friend trio bc they think it's cute are just as valid, even though I don't particularly care one way or the other. It's kinda silly to be like *eye roll* well this is fanon not canon when I guarantee you if you really look at your own preferences you're doing it too, and who really cares? People just like different things. Plus the whole point of fandom is you can go places where the canon didn't like if you write in a best friend trio then you get to explore why Lucy and Jonathan apparently grew apart. If you write an occult background for Van Helsing you get to maybe color in some of his odd edges. That's cool and good who cares if it's not strictly accurate as long as you don't pretend you're being canon compliant.

Now, those two examples are pretty innocuous, but bc this novel gets pretty heavy at times, naturally the Discourse amps up when things amp up. For example, I really like to write Mina having a lot of rage. I like her to want to rip Dracula limb from limb (granted my fics always have her role-swapped with Jonathan in the books). I am well aware that this is not in her book character at all, who consistently pities Dracula and counsels against vengeance. Personally, I just think vengeful Mina is more fun, and it's also true that I don't appreciate how Bram Stoker is like "yes perfect christian woman. perfect. all mercy. so pitying." I don't think it's quite realistic to what her feelings would be to a man who assaulted her and I also think she should get to be waaaayyy more angry about the way Dracula abused the two people she loved in all the world. I like feminine rage and I think Mina should have some and so I write her as having some. But I also get that plenty of people don't really vibe with righteous anger and like Mina's whole mercy bit and find it really really compelling, and sure plenty of victims of assault in the real world are not preoccupied with revenge. And that's such a valid take and fics that run with it are more reflective of Mina's book characterization than mine. And once again both are good. Neither side needs to be going "well MY changes are inherently more feminist than yours" to justify our preferences, it's just what we like, we can just like it, and if there is a feminist slant to what we think/write/draw it does not mean the other take is anti-feminist.

This is also why, in my opinion, it's truly not that deep if people want to ship their little harkula dracumina dark romance ships. Like full disclosure I think some of the most fucked up harkula stuff can be hot, but I have 0 interest in reading the stories that really focus on Dracula embodying the repressed desires of either Jonathan or Mina. I do absolutely exclusively read the stuff where Dracula is an unsympathetic abusive monster, and I want to read stories that use that as the anchor for horror, and I want to read stories that have Jonathan and Mina overcoming that abuse.

Now That Doesn't Mean I think the people who want to do the whole twisted love stockholm syndrome thing are bad or shouldn't do it. They are clearly just coming to the text from a completely different place than I am. It's not like I would disagree that at the very beginning before the torture began Jonathan was kinda attracted to Dracula in the Victorian queer horror way. If people want to do the whole reincarnated wife thing with Mina bc idk they really like the Coppola film or whatever, sure. I will not read that, but I'm not going to invent reasons why they're Bad Dracula Fans. It doesn't matter if it's not canon, so long as you don't say it's canon (why did you name it Bram Stoker's Dracula Francis it's not Bram Stoker's Dracula you did not adapt ANY of the characters faithful why are you lying)

Anyway I know I'm not really saying anything new, and mostly the Dracula fandom has been fine but I have seen a few takes out there acting like canon is a trump card that it truly isn't, and i've also definitely seen people get up on the moral high horse on like, depictions and portrayals of abuse etc. and although fandom can be a wonderful space to tell important, compelling stories about heavy topics, when people don't want to do that, they're not less moral than you. Lots of the time they're trying to tell important, compelling stories about heavy topics of a different sort, and sometimes they're writing porn. This is normal fandom stuff.

I've been thinking of doing a pinned post for a while now but never got the chance to (read: I thought about it, procrastinated, and then forgot), so... yeah. It must be weird for my long-time followers to suddenly see a "Hey there! Welcome to my little corner of the internet!" post but, here we are. A couple years late, too. Anyway.

I'm Kitty. I go by she/they. I'm a fanfiction author. All my works are posted on my ao3.

This blog is for me to share my writing, interests, and/or other hobbies. Feel free to drop an ask or slide in my messages if you fancy a little chat -- I don't bite. :)

My current fandom focus is the MCU, mainly anything about Stephen Strange, but I tend to shift through different fandoms like BBC Sherlock and the lot. I'll do you a favour and not list them all here because, well, in that case, it'll be practically endless.

I used to post incorrect quotes, but not so much nowadays. If at all. Ah, also, fair warning: I generally do not tag any of my reblogs and could go on reblog sprees from time to time, or be inactive for days on end. There is no in-between.

This is my own space and I have the right to express myself and my opinions freely here, although I will rarely engage in anything with heavy discourse/debate and the sort. But I am always open to them if anyone's interested. Just don't ask for trouble.

I am not a fast writer. I will not respond to your prompt immediately. It could take me weeks, months, and maybe even longer to get to you.

I would prefer if you'd leave some space in the prompt for creative liberties and not put in too much detail. (You might as well write it your own if you want it in a very specific way.)

Don't pressure me into doing your prompt. Please keep in mind that I can and will send it back/refuse to write it if the prompt you send isn't doable to me for one reason or another.

I can be sensitive to some topics like alcoholism, physical/domestic abuse, etc. but it is negotiable so long as it isn't heavy on the topic. Just send me a DM to discuss.

It comes without saying, but underage and sexual abuse is a definite no.

Physical de-aging is OK, but I won't do ageplay or age regression -- whether it's sexual or not.

Yes, I am open to writing NSFW but please, for the love of god and all that is holy, do not send me anything about mpreg or genderbending. Or anything too... weird, for that matter.

In case a clarification is needed: yes, hurt/no comfort or even MCD fics are definitely OK. Yes, yes, yes, 100%.

My preferences

I'm not exactly that picky of a person, but I do have preferences when it comes to reading and/or writing. And I would greatly appreciate if you'd take them into consideration, as I want to enjoy doing requests as much as you do when reading it.

I tend to prefer Hurt!Stephen or Whumpee!Stephen in h/c or whump scenarios, but I am not opposed to writing him being a caretaker. In the Sherlock fandom I prefer Hurt!Sherlock but, again, totally open to otherwise.

I love a lot of various tropes and things but am practically obsessed with whump and hurt/comfort. Angst is another one I absolutely love. I write fluff as well, but it usually requires a certain mood, so fluffy prompts might be replied to later than whumpy/angsty ones.

Most of my works are IronStrange but I love Wongrange just as much, if not more. Other ships are, again, totally alright. Although I am not very fond of these ships in particular: SpideyStrange, ScarletStrange, and x reader.

Other things

Be reminded that I am an amateur author and a human, so, despite me not being averse to 'constructive criticism', it'd be appreciated if you would kindly hold your opinions to yourself instead of sending hate asks/comments -- unless you can say them without being rude. Both explicitly and non-explicitly. I am not confident with my writing (as I should be, haha), and doing so will just discourage me further.

I post from a lot of fandoms. This is not an IronStrange-exclusive blog. Filter tags if and when necessary.

hmmm I just find it interesting that I avoided supernatural as a 13 year-old on tumblr during the height of the superwholock era largely because the fangirl slash fiction obsession seemed weird/scary to me as a repressed (bisexual) good christian girl™ (like yes of course we all know there was/is extremely problematic shipping going on in the spn sphere but I didn't know much about that at the time besides the questionable 'straight girls fetishize gay relationships!' narrative). then by 2020 I was out and accepting of myself so when the spn/destiel renaissance happened I hopped on the rollercoaster out of curiosity and here I am two years later. I haven't had this intense of a hyperfixation since star wars when I was 12.

and then I remember discovering dan and phil when I was 14 and really loving their videos but not getting too deep into their fandom because of all the slash fiction (which obviously the shippers were very problematic at the time, but that wasn't necessarily why I was avoiding it... because I was into straight rpf as a teenager around the same time 🤦‍♀️).

well anyways... guess who just fell down the dan and phil rabbit hole once again? I was conveniently procrastinating finals stuff last week by rewatching all their old videos and then picking up where I left off in around 2016. which is extremely ironic if you know anything about dan howell (who has been posting content again and sucked me back in).

moral of the story: of course superwholock-era tumblr fandoms were weird and had problematic shit but I avoided some of them mostly just because of internalized homophobia and now that I'm older I've turned back into a cringe (but free) 13 year-old and am healing my inner-child, except now I know how to engage with media/celebrities in a more healthy way in general so maybe it was a good thing I waited?

Okay look.

I am not the best house-keeper.

If you are anything like me and it takes you rolling out of bed and, less than half-awake, doing The Shit That Needs To Get Done, you're not alone.

My cats have been getting litter all over the carpet, because the fucking apartment is almost completely carpeted. I hate carpet in the first place, and I've been putting off and procrastinating vacuuming.

Finally did that. Finally got the box cleaned for the first time in too long, got one of those litter liners I bought put into the box.

My order of toilet paper arrived, which meant organizing the shipping boxes I've just been tossing in the closet so that I could access and organize my sparse remaining supply of paper products.

Now that the litter area feels more manageable, I would like to keep it maintained once again.

And then of course, the ice cube tray that I've eagerly been waiting for.

I'm gonna run that to the kitchen for a wash, fill them up and I need to run out for a new carbonation canister.

I also want to finally give in and get an extra blanket from one of the retail surplus stores. Which is fine, I have to get some stuff from the dollar store anyway.

Maybe I can run those errands tomorrow? Or after a nap? The weather is looking foreboding.........

Who or what got you into F1? first of all, one of my friends has been watching it since summer break of the 2022 season and i was always like "omg i don't get it why would anyone watch f1" (yeah🤡) but more so, in april when i should have been studying for my a-levels and i was procrastinating, i was looking for something to distract myself with. so i went on youtube and got recommended some youtube videos by the official f1 channel like "11 times ___ happened", stuff like that. i started watching those, then i watched some funny driver moments compilations and once i was done with my first few exams, the miami gp came up and i decided to watch it bc why not. ever since i'm deep in the hole lol

2. Who was the very first F1 driver you supported? Do you support them now? Have your opinions on them differed or stayed the same since then? the first one who stood out to me was charles leclerc bc i thought he was funny in the yt videos and i'd also seen some really cool racing moments of him so i was like "slay i like him" and that hasn't really changed, just that ,over time, more and more drivers have been 'added to my collection' lmao if anything, i admire him even more now bc he never gives up and stays with ferrari and his sheer optimism is something i look up to a lot

3. Who’s your current favourite F1 driver? it's still charles lkdghslkghs but alex and oscar are really close to being number 1 too

4. Is there a driver pairing or pairings you support? -I say this in the most sfw way possible, but you constantly have your hands on each other in one way or another. He’ll ruffle your hair, or wrap his arms around shoulders if he’s standing behind you. Constantly holding hands, putting your legs in each other’s laps when you’re sitting next to each other. People are always making the old “get a room” joke because you’re always so close.

I preserved instead of immediately dropping it like a hot potato when it got difficult. okay, so i got to a decent part I’m satisfied with it. there’s only this little part that bothers and I want to revise, but I’ll do that maybe tmmr because I most definitely need the break now. like oh man, I wrote +211 words but the MENTAL EFFORT IT TOOK. one day!! im going to master smut writing!! and it’s going to breeze

i’m honestly getting james vibes but I’m also getting “bestfriends everyone thinks are dating but they’re not”… that’s why i’m thinking Sirius Black. and I think you guys also would like fake day or something to make Lily & Sirius jealous.

I feel like Sirius would be the type of guy who would wanna have fun and he would make everything about fun and laughter and yk, and so he likes to play pranks, so maybe he plays a prank and you walk into accidentally and because of that you ignore him for a little bit cause you said you can’t hold grudges so maybe it’s for like a few hours, and all during that time he was just apologizing, he hates the silent treatment.

I also think he would come to you to talk about things that have happened in the past or something, since you said that you are the therapy friend, I think he would come to you because he wouldn’t want to come to Remus cause moony already has problems to do it and so like maybe he tells you this and you tell him that he could always talk to you and so he talks to you about stuff anyways make sure to tell you that you could talk to him too.

I think he would love to do arts and crafts with you, I don’t know what you mean by arts and crafts; like jewelry or art and stuff I don’t know, but whatever it is, he most likely would wanna do it. i think you would love sharing music and I bet he would want to know more music too and if anything you would be showing him more of muggle music; abba, ac/dc, queen which he probably already knew but so what, also the Beatles ;)) (i love oldies)

he might not be the type person to read a book cuz he has to but he might be the type of person to read a book if the girl he likes is reading that book, and so maybe he sees a few books that you are reading and then he gets a copy and reads it himself just to find out what you’re interested in. I think you would have a book club with Remus, Lily, Mary and Alice and he would most likely get jealous because he’s not in that club.

as for your love language; acts of service and quality time. the first one: I get the vibe that Sirius would be the type of person to carry your books/bag and that he would walk you to class, and if you didn’t have the same class he would make sure to tell you to wait for him and at the end of class he would run to you (your class). I hope that’s what you mean by acts of service cuz i dont really know.

The second one: Quality time. i don’t think reading books that you find interesting is quality time but I think it’s quite cute. something that might be quality time is that I think you guys would both go do the astronomy tower or it would be on accident that were you are up there and he just happened to walk up there too and you asked him to join so he took a seat next to you and I think he would tell you about the constellations and stars names and maybe you would surprise him in knowing a few. I think you guys would just talk about anything and everything together. I bet he has good taste in jewelry so for gifts he would get you jewelry and it might be too expensive but the thing is he basically kind of designed the jewelry maybe. I feel like you would clean and organize the marauder‘s room a bunch too.

Thank you for reading!! I’m glad you liked everything so much :) it means a lot. I love when fics have long plots but there’s not a ton of them out there (which is understandable, they take time and effort to write) so I’m happy to fill the niche.

ENDURE SWEAR AND SHIP ARE MY FAVS TOO!! They’re so much fun to write and even though endure is finished I always have so much fun whenever I go back to write bonus chapters. It’s my longest work (as of now, I think ship and maybe swear will end up longer) and I wrote it during a tough time during my life so it’s just very close to me. Sometimes I go back and read earlier chapters and cringe but that’s a part of growing as a writer. It’s also the only one of my works that’s gotten popular and I can attribute a solid majority of my reads even on other stories to how big it’s become, so I’ll always be thankful for that! It makes me so happy that so many other people love it the way I do. Also comments about how the story made someone cry always make me laugh lol.

Ship in the Harbor is honestly really fun too, it leaves a lot more room for creativity which I enjoy even though it does in a sense make the story more difficult to write. Half of my writing time for that story is just researching to make sure stuff is accurate 😭 Colt as a character is unfortunately pretty underrated so I don’t expect much to come out of that fic, which is almost nice in a way because I can really focus on doing whatever I want with it. Those who do read Ship always leave the sweetest most thoughtful comments though!! I love all of my readers very much ofc but it always makes me especially happy to get the comments that are like mini-essays hehehe.

Maiden Tag is just me writing whatever I feel like. It’s not at all a serious story so it’s pretty far from what I normally write, which makes me wonder if my pacing and development are fine, but at the same time it’s really more of a destress/therapeutic story that doesn’t take much effort on my part — which isn’t to say I’m not trying with it, because I am of , but I’m not worrying about constant plotting and foreshadowing and getting every detail accurate and meaningful the way I am with swear/SitH.

NOW THAT MY EXAMS ARE FINALLY DONE I CAN WRITE SM MORE 😍‼️ hopefully updates soon on everything…school burnt me out so much but now that I won’t have homework and whatnot I’ll be able to really just enjoy writing again. I’ve also been debating starting another au story just because they’re so fun and now that summer’s almost started I’ll have a lot of time 😩 ofc I DO have like 5 stories going on atm but what’s one more 🤤 it’ll be a lot but it’s honestly kinda helpful to have so much going on at once because I can procrastinate writing one story but writing another and that way everything gets done. Because sometimes I just want something light and fun like Maiden Tag or Eren’s All That, sometimes I want to do something more serious but am bored of canon (battle for trost is my enemy. I CANNOT write that arc fsr I just hate it so so much) so I’ll work on SitH. And when I’m missing canon and especially Eren I’ll write for Swear. Then I have a story for JJK which is separate LMAO.

Haikyuu fanfic recs for ones I liked hehe

Anyway, as the title suggests, I am recommending some fanfics for popular(ish) ships that I personally really enjoyed! I’m only doing one or two fics per ship (which in hindsight is KILLING me so I’m just putting the first fics I find and am like I really liked that one LOL) because I wanted to do a shorter fic rec list (tho watch this become super long LOL). I also may or may not be procrastinating finishing a couple other long posts, so there’s that hehe. For the (kinda but not really) public consensus for best fics per ship (by kudo count) check out some of my other posts. Also I’m putting some ships I don’t actually read much of (OOPS LOL) so if you think that there’s a fic that fits my type (if I even have a consistent type) better, pls tell me LOL. Otherwise, pls continue heh :)

The Loyalty of a Traitor by DeathBelle (E) 76.9k // ok so does me liking this fic make me basic cause I feel basic LOL. I really love mafia fics, and the way the story line developed was SO good, like IN LOVE with this story. This is a fic where you should read WARNINGS, TAGS, and SUMMARY before diving in, but if the length scares you, don’t be. It’s so easy to fall in and get lost in the writing!

the courtship ritual of the hercules beetle by kittebasu (chanyeol) (T) 66.3k // again, basic? Probably LOL but it’s good so I have no shame ;) Again, pls don’t let the word count scare you (cause it scared me LOL), you get really into it after like 2 paragraphs, so just make sure you have enough time to finish hehe.

KuroKen:

Thicker Than Blood by kylar (M) 91.4k // are you surprised that there is another mafia one? You really shouldn’t be LOL. Anyway, I’ll just be here pushing my mafia fanfic agenda while you read this monster of a fic hehe :) Definitely read WARNINGS, TAGS, and SUMMARY because there is some very sensitive topics involved! I also adore the oibokuroo friendship headcannon, so more reasons to read, right?

Liked, Commented and Subscribed by Royal Society of Pandas (Abarcelos) (T) 45.7k // this fic is SO funny omg. I read it and I had to stop so many times just to laugh because I could not stop sometimes LOL. However, there IS angst towards the end, it gets resolved, but it’s still there... But honestly, it just adds such depth and flavor to the fic, so pls read it!

BokuAka:

bang! now we're even by Authoress (M) 11.9k // so I’ll be honest, I don’t read a lot of BokuAka (...oops?) and so I wouldn’t consider myself as the best person to be recommending fics for this ship (in general too LOL).... ANyway, I love myself some good spy AUs (was gonna put that IwaOi spy AU but the LIMIT), and Akaashi in a dress? Like the tags might state, what more do you need? The characters are done beautifully, and the story development is SO good, so I give you all my humble BokuAka rec.

Crisis Converted by valiantarmor (M) 60k // man do I really love fighting in my fics LOL. This was super good and the plot itself kept me really engaged (what a twist omg). It does talk a bit about mental health issues, but it’s done so well, and they really did this AU justice!

DaiSuga:

How to Manage by SuggestiveScribe (E) 39.3k // ok so yea yea we established, I’m basic, BUT can you blame me? This might’ve been one of the first DaiSuga’s I’ve read and I have no regrets. Literally, this fic series is one of my favorites, so OF COURSE I had to add it somewhere :D Honestly, I don’t even think you need to read the first one to understand what’s going on, but I would just cause it has some funny DaiSuga moments too ;) This is explicit for PWP, so proceed with caution~~

Add New Contact by booksong (G) 8.5k // this one! It’s so cute and poor Daichi LOL. He really out here doing the most,,, Anyway, we love tech Suga, and a nice dash of snarky tsukki (LOL is he salt, yes yes he is). It’s very fluff and pine, so if you want to read Daichi having gay panic like 24/7, go right ahead LOL.

SakuAtsu:

Burden of Blame by DeathBelle (E) 91.2k // ummmm, haha what, another mafia AU? Me, predictable? Noooo, never..... Anyway, this one was so freakin’ good like, love it so much! It’s one of my favorite mafia AU fics, and I love the story line progression. Poor Atsumu being dragged into this mess, but it’s okay because THEY are IN LOVE. Honestly, this fic is Atsumu best boy like he is the best boy. BEST BOY.

Notte Stellata by awkwardedgeworth (T) 20.9k // I ignored all of the other fics I LOVE in this ship (like the pain I’m in rn), but I love this fic with my whole heart. Like I have reread this fic multiple multiple times because I love it so much (tho I might’ve skipped the angst a couple of times cause I didn’t want the pain okay?). I keep coming back, and the second fic in this series is SO funny and cute and I love it here. Please read it, it’s so FREAKING good, angst and ALL.

KyouHaba:

Team Mom by All_My_Characters_Are_Dead (T) 2.7k // so as I was going through this tag (because that’s what I do LOL), I remembered this fic and I love it. Like yes Yahaba is the fear factor and yes Kyoutani is the DAD. I really like the team dynamics in this one, and the first years make me laugh pls.

Camellias by kiyala (T) 1.9k // IK you’re all like, you’re missing such great fics, like no I’m not I just made myself hate myself by limiting fics to two per,,, I love this fic and when I starting looking for this ship, it was the first one I thought of hehe. I really love magic and their interactions are so cute and the PLANTS ARE DOING THE MOST. Pls read both in the series, cause domestic KyouHaba is best KyouHaba ngl LOL. I love the plants, and if you read the second one, someone tell the trees to stop bullying Yahaba.

MatsuHana:

This gets annoying fast, Makki by Ink_stained_quills (G) 2.3k // IM IN LOVE WITH THIS FIC PLS I COULD NOT STOP CRYING TEARS OF LAUGHTER. This AU needs more fics PLEASE. It was SO freakin’ funny and the other teams KILLED ME. Like how they all approached the problem differently and how some of them (KUROO) asked for help LOL. Please this is so freaking funny go read it.

boiled frogs by reginagalaxia (E) 91.5k // I told myself I was gonna put my most angsty fics on another post (which I will for my other favorite MatsuHana angst fic which I love), but this fic. Omg I saw it and I was like I have to. Literally I have to. I hate angst, but read it. It, the, plot, omg, I jjfnsfknalkjdnf ljksan. Like I’m not sure you understand. This fic. asjfjfsadnldjb. I never thought I could hate a character SO MUCH,,,, like SO MUCH. READ TAGS, WARNINGS, AND SUMMARIES because some serious stuff really goes down. Bless Iwa-chan.

SunaOsa:

Accidentally in Love by pancake_surprise (T) 19.6k // JOSE CUERVO strikes. I love this fic and all the chaos in it. The way they were supposed to be the responsible couple (of friends LOL),,, sike. This one is only a slight angst and it’s mostly love and fun :) Also technically this is no longer the first fic in the series, but I’m still putting this one cause the other one is SakuAtsu orientated hehe :)

Spring Secrets by DeathBelle (T) 3.8k // Seasons might be one of my favorite (as all things also seem to be) series of all times. I don’t like rerecommending fics I’ve already said to read, which is why I’m not yelling at you to go read a certain other fic (which is my life and blood). Anyway, this fic series is all fluff barely angst (maybe that’s why I like it) but it’s so freakin good pls read it all ahhhhhh.

Komori/Suna (what is their ship name):

I wish to live in a world by hatsuna (T) 24.8k // ok ngl this fic was so sad and relatable? Like I was like wtf why are you making me cry rn even though like I shouldn’t be? My heart? Pain. (Hotel? Trivago.) Technically, this is END GAME but the main pairing is kinda SakuAtsu???? Something of the sort, but also their relationship (Komori and Sakusa) is written so well and idk guys I think you need to read this fic rn.

Ah the two fic limit hurt me, but fear not I am making ship specific rec posts (LOL I’m so dramatic), so if you wanted more of a ship,,,, its a coming hehe. And yes I did say I’m making an angsty fic rec post, but we’ll see if it gets finished before I side-track with posts like these LOL.
