Hawkeye Impossible
(The post where I know I shouldn’t be roleplaying, but I’m in need of a sudden escape)
If you could not tell by the title, I am requesting to do a roleplay of a Mission Impossible & Marvel crossover with someone. Not too long ago had I rewatched ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’; and before that I had already been a fan of the crossover idea. Namely, the idea of William Brandt and Clint Barton being one person.
Lately I’ve been wanting to get back into muse so, I thought I might as well take on a new roleplay.
Before I get into details about plot, I just want to say first: I’m not all too up to date on Mission Impossible knowledge (aside from just watching Ghost Protocol); it’s been awhile, but I do remember vague things, such as scattered scenes and whatnot.
There is an option for doing a romantic pairing, but I also wouldn’t be closed off to the idea of doing something platonic! Below are some characters I’m open to roleplaying with (platonic or romantic):
Tony Stark Ethan Hunt
Natasha Romanoff Steve Rogers
Benji Dunn Bobbi Morse
Bucky Barnes Matt Murdock
For plot, I wouldn’t mind anything. I would actually love to brainstorm with my partner on this one, because it could turn very interesting, with two minds working together. But, there is also the option of looking at my previous posts for plot ideas, if interested!

Can we all agree that even if the Mission Impossible franchise doesn't have the best movies ever (I literally love them, but I don't know how to judge movie quality so idk) they are actually really enjoyable?? Like, are you telling me that Benji isn't funny? Seriously? Or that Ilsa isn't the most badass person ever? Or that "22 minutes to door knock" "the countdown *pants* is not helping" and "your line is not long enough" "no shit" aren't great lines? Or that the action scenes aren't actually great?
I'm sorry, but I can't understand people that say they are bad movies and that's it. I find them delightful thank you very much.

Okay, so I know that I am insanely late to the party, here. Trust me, I know. But I've been watching some of the 'Mission Impossible' movies (albeit out of order since not all of them are free on demand for me), and um...despite already being smitten with TC as our dear Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell, I was not expecting to develop a secondary hyperfixation with Ethan Hunt. Oops?
I mean just look at him. And send help. My ovaries were not prepared.
Sidebar, I absolutely adore Benji! I loved Simon Pegg as Scotty in some of the Star Trek films, and he's just as amazing, here.
Lastly...NO ONE WAS GOING TO TELL ME JEREMY RENNER WAS INVOLVED IN THIS?!?!?!?!?! (Yes, yes, I know. I'm remarkably sheltered for a 34 year old woman lol).
