#Never space? Whatever I can't remember what they called the dimension
Text
Season 2 part 1 of DR was just fucking amazing and I have so many feelings about it. I feel like I'm talking about this pretty late cause the first 5 episodes also aired on TV for me like a week before they dropped everywhere else. (Win for the german fans.) But then I couldn't even watch the recorded episodes of this week till yesterday cause I wasn't home and nevermind I'm rambling again.
Cole and Geo are so perfect for each other. I love them. And at this point I have to confess: I never shipped lava. (don't kill me please) Lostshipping (that's their shipname right?) is supreme.
Generally I am so happy that Geo, Bonsel and the kids were able to leave the forgotten land. Even if it was due to a villian attack. But hey. Everything has a positive side. (I'm literally so happy for them, especially the kiddos.)
Lloyd was just stressing all the damn time and I'm here for it. Sleep deprived Lloyd was also perfect.
(-> It makes me whonder why Zane hasn't really had any visions anymore since this used to be his thing. And what exactly the reasons for visions are. Since Lloyds visions seem to predict the general bad future. Zanes visions were more centered around him I think.)
Also Zane just being the designated guy to stay at the monastery with frog dude
SIBLINGS. So much good Kai and Nya sibling content, especially with the flashback. The last season was already good on RGB sibling content so I really love them continuing that.
Also Kai still being a dad/older brother/mentor to Wildfyre. He just took full custody over her. On accounts of that Wildfyre not listening to him like the little gremlin she is.
So much good Kai in general.
Bonsel and her witch mom. That scene was so beautiful. I'm not the only one that saw the coming out allegory here right?
Jay showing up again and him just being absolutely done working with the administration. Bureaucracy is truly hell.
On that note. The bureaucratic back and forth between Zane and the two agents was amazing.
The dehumanizing of Zane from the Agent wasn't very amazing.
KAI AND BONZEL ARE TRAPPED IN THE OTHER DIMENSION 😭😭😭😭 It's destroying me innerly. Especially with how Kai did not care about his own safety at all. My dude. You're trapped in a dimension with 4 of 5 evil spirits wandering around in there somewhere. Not to forget the only (known) ways to get out there are another blood moon in like a million years or smthng or a core dragons power who are scattered around who knows where.
So yeah. Lots of feelings. About Kai especially. I might even start write Ninjago fanfiction. (Surprised I didn't do that yet)

I'm not a fan of bridging Genshin and Honkai, but the authors seem to be doing it anyway, so... blame Hoyo for this post.
tl;dr of Honkai lore
At the core of Honkai's cosmogony are two concepts. The Imaginary Tree — a tree of branching parallel universes, each twig of which is a timeline and each leaf a world. And The Sea of Quanta — a boundless place of entropy and chaos from which the Imaginary tree spawned.
Order and chaos, basically. They exist in constant conflict, the tree tries to consume the sea of quanta and the sea tries to flood and dissolve the tree.
When a world fails to persist it can "fall" from the tree into the sea of quanta, becoming an unstable fragmented version of itself called a bubble universe. A shadow of a proper world. Such a universe is eventually dissolved in the sea.
Bubbles universes can also be artificially created or spawned from someone's memories. Either way they are unstable. If I recall correctly, Genshin was confirmed to be a bubble universe in a Honkai 3rd easter egg.
Ether Anchors
There's a technology allowing to extend a bubble universe's lifespan, is called an Ether Anchor. An Ether Anchor holds together fragments of a bubble universe that follow a fixed set of laws.
It seems to be more of a place/space anomaly than an object (“a topological formation that exists between the dimensional manifolds”), if I understood Durandal's and Roland's lore correctly, but also can take the form of an object, if honkai wiki is to be believed.
(I think space anomalies are anchor points, not the anchor itself? the places where it sews fragments of reality together. I'm still figuring this part out)
Quotes from Durandal VN summary:
At the core of the Ether Anchor, space from different dimensions were cluttered together like vines
"There, he witnessed the endless possibilities of another ancient world. "
Tartaglia's character story 4
Readjusted her body composition with the Ether Anchor to turn herself into a weapon.
I think there was a guy in Genshin who constantly talks about turning himself into a weapon. I can't quite remember his name though...
Synchronized themselves with the Ether Anchor, becoming the “Son of God” itself.
"The purpose of this line in the ritual scripture is to forsake the self and sink into the abyss, and in the abyss, to welcome rebirth as a holy infant."
Narcissenkreuz Ordo note
Another property of the Ether Anchor is that it allows bubble universes to interact with one another.
Or maybe not exactly different bubble universes but rather fragments of the same bubble universe (or, since we are in a multiverse, these could be the same thing)?
"Unborn life, unfulfilled wishes, Tragic dreams at the edge of the universal darkness that could never come true."
Festering Desire description
Ok, this is getting too long and no one reads long posts. Maybe I'll continue in a separate post later. There are still the topics of the Abyss (and why it's not The Sea of Quanta), Descenders, whether the anchors need to be sustained in some way, Tsaritsa's goals, why does everyone who has seen the Abyss speaks of ultimate injustice, Alice and Hexenzirkel in general, what is Irminsul exactly, and, of course, Childe, why Childe's promise of a battle at the edge of the universe is more important than it might seem, what are world cycles, and why Childe's part of 4.2 story sucked so much (I now have a Lore Explanation. or maybe a copium overdose. probably both).
For now I'm calling it though. Whatever Khaenri'ahns messed up, it had to do something with Teyvat's Aether Anchor.

Idea that has been bugging me:
Sooooo..... I've really gotten into dp × DC stuff recently, as well as dp in general, and i now have a mlb × dp crossover idea that WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE! It's so annoying.
Anyways, the idea is that after some accident with the miraculous or something, Marinette becomes immortal and magical. And at some point Marinette meets Danny and they get along like a house on fire. So Marinette accidentally becomes a representation of life and Danny is a representation of death, and their the best of friends.
But instead of continuing their hero gigs, they open an interdimensional safe space for anyone who needs it. My initial thought was that it'd be a coffee shop, but then I was like 'they could be so much more though'. That gave me the idea that it's a multipurpose building! So there is a reading corner, a place to buy clothes (or place orders for specific designs), and it just continues to go on. You need car help? They got you, go enjoy some of the places coffee and pastries. I think it'd be funny if it was called something like 'The Oasis' but there are probably better names.
Then the idea of teenage superheros from different universes finding the Oasis just amused me so much that I couldn't help but wonder what Marinette and Danny would do around adult heros. I've decided that they'll help them, but their also trolling with them the entire time.
Like, Marinette and Danny have convinced half the Justice League that their Bruce's long-lost children. They casually mention things that have Constantine wondering why two children know so much about the death realm.
Also, whenever the Oasis is in the Marvel universe, they'll change their appearance a little bit and introduce themselves with a different name each time. This combined with the Oasis' tendency to never show up in the same exact place twice, leads to the Avengers arguing about who runs the establishment and where it is in New York. (At one point Quicksilver swears he saw the Oasis in a different country during a mission.) SHIELD eventually figures out the Oasis and decides to just let them do whatever cause as two beings that represent life and death, they could be doing so much worse.
Then more ideas came because of course they did. Like the Oasis ending up in a more viking like dimension, and the Oasis just shape-shifts into a tavern like building. Marinette is panicking because 'what is the Oasis is becoming sentien?' And Danny is just like 'yeah, that tracks'
Now, I'm not a big fan of the love square, so i view Adrien as more of a friend, but I'm just imagining Adrien sometimes working there part time or Ellie/Dani. The chaos. Imagine those two having to run the building for a day, it'd be hilarious.
And I'm picturing this with Danny still doing Ghost King stuff and occasional Phantom things. As well as Marinette doing Guardian stuff for whatever miraculous or miraculous problems that remain. Just imagine someone trying to find one or the other, and their just hanging out, running a coffee/book/clothing/repair shop.
But yeah, there is that very long idea for a primarily dp × mlb crossover. Sorry it's so long, but I genuinely can't remember how to add keep reading things at thw moment.

YOOO PRETZ! 37, 40, and 45 for the worldbuilding ask game!! (on a side note, does your lanterns world have a name?)
HEY BLU!!! Thanks for asking!
Starting with the question if my world has another name, yes. Kind of? It's still Earth but it can also be called Adamina, which was the name of an old Goddess who gave her body away so life could exist.
Stories tell that she found the vast universe to be too lonely with only her and some other Gods - and she also didn't find confort in their own particular dimension. Being so sad about it all, she curled up into a ball and went into a deep sleep; after many years her body changed so much it became the planet Earth - and it's core is her heart, still beating.
If your question was not about the planet in fact, then I don't know- between me and my best friend, we call the whole universe as Fantasia :]
Now, onto the questions:
37. Is there an afterlife in your story's universe?
The short answer to this is yes, but the longer version is... complicated? There are actually multiple afterlifes, each with their own use. There are four that are most important:
Limbo: in this world, the souls of dead people end up on Limbo when a very rare type of peculiar, dedicated to the art of death, cleans up the body and soul in a ritual. They are called Mordeshor and it is partly inspired in a book i've read, but can't quite remember the name.
Mordeshor people receive the bodies of the dead to clean them and send their soul to the Station. There, a demi-god called Pennydarren will load their souls into a train and take them to the Limbo, which is the place souls can finally rest (mostly, bad souls are forced into eternal labor for the God who oversees it all; this bit was inspired in Hadestown)
Void: the void is the empty, a blackness where unfortunate kinds can be lost and never found. They can see the train traversing it, but can never interact or be seen by anyone besides Athena, who uses the Limbo to traverse space with portals; it's a shortcut.
It is very rare for a soul to be stuck there, but when it does it's very panful. Their bodies slowly wither away and theirsanity goes too after too long stuck in the place; the void is the fine veil between death and life. It's where Mordeshors came from and what makes normal people unable to see the dead.
Library of Souls: this was inspired in the MPHFPC series, where a similar place exists. It's where the souls of old and powerful gods, wizards, titans and peculiars go to rest, apart from the Limbo. There, their powers can await until they need to be passed down to another person.
Ghosts: finally, the ghosts. Those who turn into ghosts are people that can't be cleaned by Mordeshors for whatever reason. They are very common during wars and tend to get stuck with people, making company. Since they are dead, only Mordeshors and Gods connected with the dead can see them normaly - unless a ritual is done so more people can see them.
My characters do have a lot of ghosts who won't make any appearances in Lanterns. They are the ghosts of the men killed on combat during war, who stuck around with Sam, Dean and Pangey.
Ghost normally can't interact with the world of living, unless they are taken by fits of rage. Then, they can hurt live people, normally stealing their skin to try and be a live pedson again - but their perceptions of life are strange and they can't convince anyone. When that happens, a Mordeshor can send them to the Limbo.
40. How safe or unsafe is the place your characters live in? And what makes it this way?
It's not safe for magical people, in general. Normaly the non-magical have no problems, but those who do have it... well...
They live in secrecy for fear of both the no-majs (yes, it's the term from Fantastic Beasts) and the creatures that hunt them for their magic.
Besides that, there are always the creatures, which can actually be any magical crature who is Not Friendly(TM), such as unicorns, dragons, sirens, kute-kutes, demons, sea beasts and whatever. Some are really small, others are insanely huge, it all depends on locations.
That is why most magical people live in groups, really far from no-majs, or straight up live in a time-hole or time-loop, who are created by the Ymbrynes (bird women, this idea is taken from MPHFPC) exactly for them to live in safely.
45. Is there a pop culture, what is considered "cool"? If there's no pop culture, what are some traditions that your characters follow that have been inherited from ancestors or the culture they were raised in?
The actual pop culture doesn't differ from or Earth's, (mostly because of my lazy ass), so that is kind of the same? I mean, what wouldbe considered really fucking cool is getting moving tattoos or having strange magical pets, but that is only for the magical people - no-majs are just like people from earth. What would you version of this world be doing? Mine eouldbe on her phine all the time KAKAKA
But for the culture, there are religious indeed religious practices that are a big part of day to day life.
They believe that carrying symbols for the gods grant protection and luck, there are statues and small temples where people can go all over the world, do their rituals.
Each god has it's own set of prayers, symbols, rituals and whatever; some are done only un special occasion, such as death, birth, marriage or birthdays. Many people, when of age, choose only one of the many Gods to follow above the others - it all comes down to preference.
Would you like to be more in touch with nature? Do you work with the ocean or the water? Or a connection with beauty? The sun? Justice? Are you a soldier or someone with power? One to seek knowledge or to help others?
Choosing a God is an incredibly important thing to do for everyone. On the day of the 15th birthday, a celebration is held into a Temple of Hydra so the child can choose who they may follow - and if they change their mind later, it also can be done.
The religion is a big part of the life of the people who live in Fantasia, so it's of extremely importance in their culture as well.

Some more hall of tuesday stuff~
Specifically, some thought processes and concepts. Yes, I know its Wednesday, but I got too tired + didn't feel well last night to type all this out
I'm noting the design process of this one, because while writing a Tarvek thing the other day it occurred to me that I have a habit of getting attached to characters that follow some philosophies that have become attached to lolita fashion- the dislike of ones true personality, using consumerism and extravagant tastes to fill a metaphorical hole, hiding negative traits beneath literal layers of cute clothing, presenting a personality thats within specific ideals of elegance and refinement, the concept of feminine androgyny, etc
Tuesday the first
Anyway, this outfit was inspired by Baby The Stars Shine Bright
Streamer Tarvek
I can't even possibly explain why i drew this to begin with, partly because i dont actually remember. But i love this au SO much. I wrote a whole bunch of these that i never ended up finishing. Heres a couple of them
Tumblr media
Tarveks streams are not gamer related; its more of a commentary stream but really he talks about whatever he wants. Often hes prompted by questions from the viewers, that causes him to go on extreme tangents about whatever. History, politics, pop culture, math, literally whatever. It's also not a popular stream in the grand scheme of things. He doesnt market or promote this thing at all, but he has a small and very dedicated fanbase of very strange people. In general tarvek likes having an audience and not having to act really put together and refined. Instead he can infodump to strangers and not worry about impressing people too much. And he can wear cat ears and feel only a little bit silly instead of a lot
Girl Watching With Colette
Tarvek is married to agatha and gil in this, which i believe ive mentioned, and i think ive also mentioned that he pretends the stream doesnt exist to them. They dont bother him about it, but they do watch it and regularly comment. I think hes just embarrassed about having a goofy internet outlet, and they just really love watching him excitedly talk about his interests
This was another one from the original prompt list, called "girl watching with Colette." They're sitting at a little teahouse, i think. There's a sequel prompt called "Gil watching with Colette," where Tarvek is holding a large pair of binoculars and absolutely SEETHING with anger while Colette is laughing. Otherwise exactly the same setting
Unforgiven
Before this blog, one of my first Tarvek drawings is a picture of him dressed as Nayeon from Twice. I also remember a picture I did of Lars in a Love Dive inspired outfit being complimented a lot on here, lol.
Anyway, this one was inspired by the concept photos for Unforgiven by Llesserafim. I think concept photos are a really cool form of art in general. Art direction. Needs more recognition, really!
This one was based off the "fallen angel" style of photos they did, but they also have this weird "office cowboy" style of photos? From the same album? I have no idea what that was about, but it's really funny to me. There's a horse loose in the office space. He's using the copier. I didn't know he knew how to do that. Anyway, maybe I should do an office cowboy Tarvek, too. Ive drawn him as a cowboy before, and it was really fun
I Still Feel Alive
This is actually my favorite tuesday, which is funny cause it was just coloring practice, really. But my favorite bit is really all the just. Amount of stuff i shoved in there. We're on castle wulfenbach, hes been stabbed and poisoned (dw about it), hes drinking the vaccine gil made from his notes, weve got his favorite clank girls (which by the way i unfortunately love that we have tinka without a head and anevka without a body), his weasels of course, agathas portrait (because whos office is this, really?), we've got the portal to the eldritch monster dimension out the window there, and an apple tree!
I drew Tarvek with a lot of apple themes for a while, as a reference to his condescending snake description. Its kind of funny 2 me to think of agatha and gil as adam and eve (dont ask which is which. I dont think it particularly matters, tbh), and tarvek as the evil snake, because i think its exactly how hed see himself really. Whether hes actually an evil snake or not. Token evil teammate, awful seductress, yadda yadda yadda. Really, aggie and gil arent innocent either, which makes it funnier 2 me
Godqueen
I really love the idea of tarvek as a godqueen (or godking, i just think godqueen suits him better) because he was originally supposed to be killed off in sturmhalten. He could always still be killed off, which would be very disappointing because i think we would have wasted a lot of time then. Or he could live and things would be as expected. Or we could go the funnier route and make him literally immortal. That would be hilarious to me!
Also, im pretty sure gils going to be storm king. And with agatha as the heterodyne + probably a godqueen, and gil as storm king and the only one whos graduated college, i believe tarvek should be allowed a little immortality. Or maybe financial compensation. As a treat. Make it harder for bang to bully him
Looks wise, godqueen tarvek is based on what he keeps shoving agatha in (sidenote: that is NOT anevkas dress. Can you even imagine her in that? That is his dress. I dont think he wore it, but its definitely tarveks). When it comes to dresses i always put tarvek in something really flowy and needlessly gaudy. But suits and pants should be a tighter fit. A lot of the design inspo is wizard of oz based, particularly ozma. In a lot of illustrations she wears these very loose fitting gowns, and often very simple crowns and a few specifically placed flowers
His crown is also little storm clouds. If gil was a godking hed have little lightning bolts, but i think gil shouldnt be a godking. He can already lift tanks. But if he was, hed have little lightning bolts. Theyd match!
Tuesday Anniversary
First of all, i love painting. Like i love it SO much. Ok, cool
I wanted Agatha in the picture right off the bat, but originally I was going to draw them dancing at Albias ball. I drew this, discovered i drew them facing the wrong way, scrapped it, and then crab anons drink got spilled on them, so it was not meant to be. Also, frankly, i think the impact would have been all wrong. I wanted a kind of "what tarvek wished had happened" kind of thing and instead i think it just keeps bringing back how gil and aggie danced together. And really i wanted something special for just agatha and tarvek, since i tend to do so much gil shipping with them. Its been a while where ive drawn them something of their own
So i kept thinking about tarvek and agatha ideals, from his perspective. I went back to his "when im an evil overload and agatha is my sexy dark mistress" idea, but decided to go for a more likely scenario. So this is sometime in the future, and hes happy being able to walk her down the hall for whatever it is theyre doing. Theyre in Castle of course (with the little wall hangings from the game! I love those), and shes let him dress her up in one of his flowy dresses. His outfits still really similar to the one from the ball, which is also really similar to the one from sturmhalten. I think its just a design choice he likes, so i kept that up. Agatha also has two rings, because this is a moment to themselves but theyll never stop loving gil, really

I want to publish my books one day. And I hope to whatever God is out there, that I can sell enough books that I don't have to work as a wage slave the rest of my life. I love being a chef, don't get me wrong. But the work is brutal, and I can't do this full time forever. Not since I got covid back in 2020. And I'm getting older. I don't know how long my health will last.
I will die one day, I know. But I want to leave my mark before I go. My books are my legacy. I won't be having kids, even if I was able. I was infertile even before HRT. My books are the engravings of my very soul. And I so dearly hope that people enjoy them, even when I'm gone.
And I WILL finish them. That much I promise. I have a whole trilogy, over a million words between them. They arent ready yet. Lost of fine tuning and lore inconsistencies to take care of. They tell a singular story, and so must be finished together.
And if Fate would have it, I will gladly write more books within the same universe. I would love to create more stories, of the lives of characters from different places and times. That would be a dream come true. No writer's block could stand in my way, if people actually enjoyed my books and asked me for more. Books are meant to be read, and the demand would drive me to create more.
That would be the greatest dream. I fantasize of a time and place when people make fan art and fanfics of my stories. Such a thing is the greatest compliment of them all. I dream of engaging people to such a degree that they bless me with such gifts. As improbable as it may be, this fanciful dream keeps me going, even as life tries to stop me. Even as the world tries and fails to end my life. I'm still here, bitch. And I'm not done yet.
Sorry, I'm a bit drunk right now. I only hope my life finds meaning through my written works. And that my soul find a new home when I'm free of this dysphoric moral shell.
I know there is more to mortal existence than my physical brain can conceive. Time didn't exist before space came to be. Time is a dimension we only perceive through the inevitable growth of entropy. This is why we can't remember the future. Even though time itself is but another dimension, we can't perceive it. Only the effect it has on 3d space.
We don't know reality. And I fear what awaits me on the other side of death. But I know that reality is so much more than what we see. This life is but light filtered through to our meat computers we call our brains. There's so much more that we can't see, trapped behind the veil of our universe's axioms.
We will all see the truth when we die, never to tell the living what we learned. I know that one day, even humanity will go extinct. So why do i want to leave my mark, knowing just how fleeting it is? I don't know. Perhaps that's the true meaning of nihilism. We make our own meaning in this life.
This is why I chose the name of Undeadentropy. When creation goes to die, the soul lives on beyond even death. My name is the essence of the soul. Impossible to prove by the laws of science, bound to this world as they are. But inevitable when considered through a philosophical lense. Undeadentropy is magic. A force that has no place in this universe. It has no axiom to bind it to any reality our moral minds can conceive. But it remains the only explanation for how those axioms, and our very universe, came to exist in the first place.
I love you all. And I hope we all find some meaning in this meaningless universe, where even the Divine can exist as nothing more than a feeling deep within our soul. And though we might fight and struggle within these flesh prisons, one day we'll be free. We will meet again, and laugh about this crazy dream we know as life. Until that day comes, take care of yourself. And know that I will always love you.
