So I just saw a post by a random personal blog that said “don’t follow me if we never even had a conversation before” and?????? Not to be rude but literally what the fuck??????????
I’ve had people (non-pornbots) try to strike conversation out of nowhere in my DMs recently, and now I’m wondering if they were doing that because they wanted to follow me and thought they needed to interact first. I feel compelled to say, just in case, that it’s totally okay to follow this blog (or my side blog, for that matter) even if we’ve never talked before.
Also, I’m legit confused. Is this how follow culture works right now? It was worded like it’s common sense but is that really a thing?

Random Star Wars Rebels stuff/story ideas I thought about: (mostly about Kallus and tiny Jacen)
Kallus babysitting Jacen again when Hera is on another mission
Kallus: (working on codes and stuff while Jacen is playing next to him)
Jacen: Dad, I'm hungry.
Kallus: I just have to finish this, then we can go- (realization, looks down to Jacen) What did you just call me?
Jacen: Dad.
Kallus, now afraid of Heras reaction: (Has an internal breakdown cause this is giving him a lot of mixed feelings for different reasons)
Meanwhile his colleagues are passing money around each other, cause they all had an ongoing bet wether and when this would happen or not.
Kallus in general becoming Jacens main babysitter cause he's mostly working from the rebel base and not going on as much missions as Hera and the others
Hera, right after her birth: Take this Alexsander (hands him the baby), it's better if he gets used to you fast.
Kallus: (holding the baby) Would you mind to explain what you mean by that.
Hera: No.

Kallus, in a mission briefing: (explaining stuff)
Baby Jacen, on his back: Bah !
Sabine and Zeb fighting about baby Jacens atttention but losing to Kallus
Sabine, Zeb and Kallus babysitting Jacen on the Ghost

Zeb: No, no. Your aunt is stupid. Come to uncle Zeb instead.
Sabine: Hey! What the-
Jacen: (crawls to Kallus instead, who fell asleep at the table right after he sat down)
Kallus obviously ends up taking on the father role more or less, and teaching Jacen different things
Hera: Can you explain why Jacen just tackled Zeb to the ground this morning, and how he can explain a blasters construction in detail.
Kallus: Ah well, he annoyed me about learning how to use a blaster for days. And I thought it might be good for him after all to know some self defense. So....
Hera:...
Kallus:...
Hera: Well, that explains it.
Kallus: That's all?
Hera: Good job, he really knocked Zeb out.

Something I noticed in the Dungeon Meshi anime that passed me by in the manga is how Marcille's instructions to Laios in using magic are exactly what you'd expect from someone who has been studying it academically for god knows how long.
Her preparations for teaching him were coming up with/remembering the speech about feeling the mana flowing through your body, and picking out the right spell. But she glossed over the things that wouldn't concern someone who is extremely experienced in healing magic:
How awkward it is to lay hands on someone in order to cast a healing spell
MANA SICKNESS, which apparently happens to everyone when they first cast a spell
And it's not like she completely forgot that they're a thing, but it wasn't part of what she was planning on teaching, because everyone already knows that, right? So Marcille just brushes past it, like "oh yeah duh, that's a thing, anyway-".
I love it, perfectly in-character. She's an academic!

The first days (part 1)
After the portal closed, they walked. They didn't really know where, it's not like either Kai or Bonzle had a map for this dimension, but they kept walking. Kai just hoped they wouldn't randomly meet with on of the forbidden five, or four, since one of them swapped places with Kai after all. He didn't like to admit his own weakness, but if the storys about them were true, then there was no way for Kai to beat the four or even just one of them on his own. Especially when he would probably need to protect Bonzle in a fight as well.
"Do you have a plan?", Bonzle asked, pulling him out of his thoughts.
"Find a portal somehow, I guess. Or create a new one. Either way, we should check out how this place works. Aside from the random gravity rules."
Though, to call that a plan was probably to much. More like a general idea to get back to if the chance for it ever comes. Lloyd and the others would be able to deal with the one of the five that escaped, right? So they would be fine eventually, it was all that mattered.
But he wouldn't tell Bonzle that he basically gave up hope to get out of this place. Not after he just told her that 'Ninja never quit' and everything. Just like he never told Nya when they didn't have enough food for the two fo them, or couldn't afford her school materials, after telling her that he earned good money that month.
Lying wasn't very hard for Kai if it meant not making others worry. The situation may be vastly different, but he would adapt. Eventually.
A little voice in his head, honestly sounding a lot like his sister, tried screaming at him how this was one of his many bad habits he should get rid off. But ignoring that voice was another thing he just learned over the years.
He would just have to deal with this situation live gave him. He always did. One way or the other.

Love how Echo came back (FINALLY!!!), had everything they needed for their plan prepared, and proceeded to single-handedly do the work and save the day when they had to change the plan last minute.
And on the other side there's Omega copying him by being 1 hundred precent confident and competent as well. Making plans to escape with the other children. Echo would be so proud.
Like yeah, not much honestly happened this episode, but Echo came back just to be badass and I'm here for it.

And then you have to prepare the food. And get plates, and cutlery and a glass in order to eat and drink. You gotta wash it later and put it all back.
You have to brush your teeth or you'll get caries. You gotta change out of your day clothes if you don't wanna sleep in your own sweat. You also have to change the bedsheets regularly, just like your toothbrush.
So much stuff you gotta do to maintain your body, and so much stuff you have to do in preparation for maintaining your body.
And at the end of it you still feel like shit. You're body still hurts and the amount of preparation you have put into something, usually drains all joy you originally could have had from it.
do you guys ever get annoyed that like. we have bodily needs.
like, sure, I don't mind eating a lil snack or drinking something tasty, BUT it annoys me that I have to do that in order to live.
like, I can't have little treats all the time, no, I have to eat regular meals, because otherwise the body will get upset. and most of the times, the body will also get upset if you eat something in particular, because it's dramatic like that
I like sweet fizzy drinks, but I gotta drink way more than I would like to in order to stay hydrated. and best way to do so is to drink water & that does NOT spark joy, the flavor usually is off, boring and annoying. not to mention if you drink enough, you gotta go to the bathroom so often, such an annoyance
like. do you guys get me.
