A group of bipartisan lawmakers reintroduced the Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) Banking Act in the House and Senate on Wednesday, after the legislation designed to free up banking services for the cannabis industry stalled in last year's Congress.

The bill, which has been tweaked since last session, was introduced by Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., Rep. Dave Joyce, R-Ohio, and Rep. Earl Blumenauer, D-Ore.

If the critical banking and financial protections advance through committees, they could see a vote on the Senate floor for the first time. The bill, which has always had strong bipartisan support, passed in the House seven times previously.

"For the first time, we have a path for SAFE Banking to move through the Senate Banking Committee and get a vote on the floor of the Senate," Merkley said in a statement. "Let's make 2023 the year that we get this bill signed into law so we can ensure that all legal cannabis businesses have access to the financial services they need to help keep their employees, their businesses, and their communities safe."

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., expressed his support for the legislation on Thursday and said he would work to make sure the legislation includes criminal justice provisions when it reaches the floor.

Cannabis stocks Curaleaf Holdings, Trulieve Cannabis Corp, and Terrascend Corp all rose by double-digit percentages on Thursday. The bipartisan nature of the SAFE Banking Act's reintroduction appeared to boost hopes of more relief to come in the industry.

"The SAFE Banking Act will provide urgently needed relief to cannabis businesses of all sizes and act as a stepping stone to broader reforms," said Matt Darin, CEO of multistate cannabis operator Curaleaf, in a statement after the bill's reintroduction.

Under current federal law, banks and credit unions face federal prosecution and penalties if they provide services to legal cannabis businesses because cannabis is still a Schedule I substance, the same classification as heroin and LSD. Schedule I substances are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse, according to the federal Drug Enforcement Administration.

Without access to financial services, state legal cannabis businesses are forced to operate their businesses solely using cash, which can result in robbery, money laundering, and organized crime.

"This legislation will save lives and livelihoods. It is past time that Congress addresses the irrational, unfair, and unsafe prohibition of basic banking services to state-legal cannabis businesses," said Blumenauer, founder and co-chair of the Congressional Cannabis Caucus.

Key components of the bill protect banks that work with state-legal cannabis businesses from being penalized by federal regulators.

Under SAFE Banking, federal regulators are barred from taking several punitive steps against banks, according to the legislation:

• Prohibit, penalize or discourage a bank from providing financial services to legal cannabis businesses • End or limit a bank's federal deposit insurance if the bank provides those services • Recommend or incentivize a bank to halt or downgrade providing banking services to cannabis businesses • Take any action on a loan to an owner or operator of a cannabis business

The legislation also creates a safe harbor from criminal prosecution, liability and asset forfeiture for banks, their officers or employees. Moreover, a new component includes the safe harbor statute extended for underserved communities who face challenges in accessing capital and provide affordable access to financial services.

EXECUTIVES SOUND OFF

SAFE Banking, which has 38 additional cosponsors in the Senate and eight additional cosponsors in the House, will be a boon for an industry that has seen a downturn. Top cannabis executives have pushed Congress for years to take action on banking and other federal reforms needed to fortify their businesses.

Brady Cobb, the CEO of Sunburn Cannabis, a leading Florida dispensary chain, said in a statement, "All eyes should be on the Senate Banking Committee to call the measure up for its first hearing in the Senate."

"SAFE will serve as a springboard for the US banking and financial sectors to meaningfully participate in this budding industry, and most importantly it will significantly reduce the safety risks faced by the thousands of employees of this all cash business," he said.

Morgan Paxhia, co-founder and managing director at Poseidon, a cannabis investment firm, called the measure's reintroduction a major advancement for the industry.

"We have seen many firsts in legal cannabis and that now includes the scheduling of a hearing of cannabis banking reform in the Senate," added Paxhia. "This is an historic step for the Senate."

Es ist Mittwochmittag. Ich bin, wie üblich, in der Bib. Stellt sich raus: ich schreibe meine Klausuren in zwei Wochen und nicht, wie angenommen, in vier. Sachen gibt’s. Jedenfalls geistere ich durch das Gebäude, wo ich nach einer Unfallquelle die mir eine Krankschreibung einbringt einem Wasserspender suche. Vor mir biegt auf einmal eine Studentin ungefähr in meinem Alter in den Gang ein. An sich ja erstmal nichts Ungewöhnliches, in der Bib eine Studentin zu treffen. Was aber ungewöhnlich ist, ist dass dieses Mädel mindestens einen, wenn nicht zwei Köpfe größer ist als ich. Zum besseren Verständnis muss man hier wissen: ich bin groß (tm). Keine Riesin, aber doch merklich überdurchschnittlich, und ich habe das zu einem festen Teil meiner Persönlichkeit gemacht (ist ganz praktisch, wenn man sonst nicht so viel Persönlichkeit hat). Stell dir diese eine nervige Person in deinem Bekanntenkreis vor, die zu kleineren Leuten Witze darüber macht, ob sie überhaupt über die Theke schauen können oder ob sie Hilfe brauchen, auf einen Stuhl zu klettern, that’s me. Ich bücke mich manchmal ein Bisschen und stütze die Hände auf den Oberschenkeln ab, wenn ich mit normal großen Freundinnen rede, so übel bin ich. Dementsprechend hart trifft mich jetzt die Erkenntnis: diese Frau ist größer als ich, und zwar deutlich. Ich muss zu ihr hochschauen und kann nicht mal beurteilen, ob ihr Ansatz rauswächst. Ein ganz, ganz ungutes Gefühl macht sich in mir breit. Fühlt es sich so an… klein zu sein? Oh nein. Ich mag das nicht, ich mag es überhaupt nicht. Eben noch war ich eine Giraffe und jetzt? Ein Zebra? Ein gottverdammtes Pony? Die Große, die immer noch vor mir herläuft, hat derweil eine Feuertür erreicht und zieht sie auf. Anstatt aber hindurch zu gehen und sie dann mit nach hinten verdrehtem Arm für mich aufzuhalten, WIE DAS JEDER NORMALE MENSCH MACHEN WÜRDE, stellt sie sich an die Seite, drückt mit dem Arm die Tür auf und lächelt mich freundlich an. Ich bin also gezwungen, unter ihrem ausgestreckten Arm durch die Tür zu gehen. Und es passt. ICH MUSS MICH NICHT BÜCKEN ODER AUCH NUR DEN KOPF EINZIEHEN. ICH LAUFE AUFRECHT UNTER DEM ARM DIESES MÄDELS DURCH, WAS BEDEUTET, DASS ICH SO KLEIN BIN, DASS MEIN SCHEITEL UNTER IHRER GOTTVERDAMMTEN SCHULTER LIEGT. Ich glaube, ich muss vor Scham sterben. „Das ist die Rache für all die Jahre voller arroganter Spötteleien“, schießt es mir durch den Kopf. „Gott muss eine kleine Frau sein, und du hast sie irgendwann mal als fun-sized bezeichnet. Du dumme, eitle Gans“. Der Großen, die mich immer noch lächelnd anschaut, werfe ich über die Schulter ein mattes „thanks“ zu. Sie tritt, mit diesem Selbstbewusstsein großer Menschen, eben jenem Selbstbewusstsein, das mir gerade genommen wurde, durch die Tür. Ihr Kopf berührt fast den Türrahmen. Ich muss den Blick abwenden.

Ich hoffe, das Gebäude brennt mit mir darin ab.

Teil 2

Dann kam der Samstag. Und ich war so nervös. Ich hatte mir halterlose Strümpfe besorgt, Heels, einen Spitzen-String mit passenden BH, kurzen Rock und Bluse, die die Dessous etwas durchschimmern ließen.

Dann war es 18:00 und punktum klingelte es. Ich öffnete und da stand er, mit Einkaufstasche, und einem Blumenstrauß. Ich war so gerührt, er war wirklich da und hatte alles mitgebracht. Mir kamen fast die Tränen.

Ich zeigte ihm die Küche und als er anfangen wolle, sagte ich herrisch „Ausziehen! Du wirst nackt kochen, nur mit einer Schürze.“ Ich hatte nur eine weiße Spitzenschürze von Oma, aber die passte wunderbar zu ihm.

Ohne ein Wort tat er es, aber es war ihm sichtlich unangenehm seine Short auszuziehen, da er eine beachtliche Erektion darin verbarg, oder es zumindest versuchte.

Ich schob ein Bein zur Seite, dass es von der Couch rutschte, zog meinen Rock noch etwas höher, so dass ich nun mit gespreizten Beinen vor ihm saß und er mir direkt zwischen meine Beine schauen konnte.

Ich fing an mich durch den String an meiner Spalte zu streichen und sie lief förmlich aus. Ich musste nicht mal den String beiseiteschieben und brachte mich so innerhalb von wenigen Augenblicken zum Orgasmus.

„Jetzt darfst du meine Beine streicheln, aber nur da wo die Strümpfe sind.“, keuchte ich noch völlig außer Atem.

„Ähm, äh, ja, sollte ich hinbekommen.“

„Du wirst, sonst brauchst du nicht wieder kommen.“, ohje, ich setzte wieder alles aufs Spiel, aber ich wollte es richtig.

„Ja, werde ich.“, sagte er mit festerer Stimme und ich jubelte innerlich.

„Dann darfst du morgen Früh um 8:00 mit Brötchen wieder hier sein.“

Seine Augen strahlten und mir wurde es wieder warm ums Herz… und zwischen den Beinen.

„Ich zog ihm an mich und gab ihm einen kurzen Kuss auf die Lippen; „Dann bis morgen.“

Er ging und ich war völlig aufgewühlt. Ich musste mich direkt nochmal befriedigen.

Für den Morgen musste ich nun noch eine Kleinigkeit vorbereiten.

Dann ging ich ins Bett und schlief recht unruhig.

Acht Uhr und es klingelte. Ich lag noch im Bett, wie es mein Plan war und schickte ihm eine Nachricht, dass der Schlüssel unter der Matte liegt.

Er grinste, ja das würde ihm gefallen. Das Badewasser lief und er kam nackt wieder zurück und fing an mich auszuziehen. Ich hatte mir extra einen Bärchenschlafanzug angezogen. Immerhin gehört sowas auch zu mir.

Er gab sich Mühe, aber man merkte, dass er sowas noch nie gemacht hatte und ich half ihm etwas, bzw. sagte ihm, wie er es richtig macht.

Dann hob er mich hoch und trug mich ins Bad und ließ mich ganz langsam ins Wasser. Erst die Füße und er fragte, ob das Wasser richtig sei. Seine Fürsorge machte mich schon etwas an.

Er nahm einen Schwamm und ich genoss seine Berührung. Seine Latte zeigte mir, dass es ihm nicht weniger gefiel. Mit meinen langen Haaren hatte er auch etwas Mühe, bekam aber auch dass hin.

Ein Handtuch legte er auf der Toilette bereit, dann hob er mich aus der Wanne, setzte mich ab, kniete sich hin und fin an mich abzutrocknen.

Das Gefühl so umsorgt zu werden war berauschend. Und natürlich merkte ich, dass er meine Brust und meinen Schritt ziemlich gründlich abtrocknete, weshalb ich etwas lächelte.

Er lächelte zurück und ihm war klar, dass ich es gemerkt hatte.

Dann schaute er mich an und fragte, was ich nun anziehen möchte. Ich zeigte auf das Sideboard: „Da liegt alles.“

Als er die Sachen nahm, zuckte sein Rohr noch heftiger. Es war ein durchsichtiger Spitzenbody, im Schritt offen und mit Strapshaltern, ein Paar Strümpfe und Heels, sonst nichts.

Er grinste nur breit und meinte, dass er gerne auch beim zweiten Mal noch dabei gewesen wäre.

„Das glaube ich dir sofort, aber du kannst dich ja mal hinknien und meine Fotze lecken und mal probieren, wie meine Geilheit schmeckt.“

Er kam zu mir und ging langsam auf die Knie, schaute mir in die Augen, als ob er noch eine Bestätigung brauchte, ob ich es auch wirklich ernst meinte.

Dann war er zwischen meine Schenkeln und leckte mich. Was habe ich das Gefühl vermisst, ich wollte kommen, ich wollte meine Lust rausschreien, aber ich wollte noch mehr und daher drückte ich ihn erstmal wieder weg.

Ich hauchte völlig benommen: „Das reicht.“

Wir frühstückten und es war nicht ganz so leicht ein unbeschwertes Gespräch zu führen. Es lagen einfach zu viele Hormone in der Luft.

Ich lächelte ihn an: „Wenn ich dich jetzt bitte zu gehen und verlange, dass du wieder nicht wichst, bis ich dir sage, dass du es darfst, würdest du gehorchen?“

Er wurde etwas blas um die Nase und erwartete, dass ich es ernst meine.

Stotternd sagte er, dass er mir jetzt schon so verfallen sei, dass er alles für mich tun würde.

Ich grinste breit und befahl ihm, dass er mich dann erstmal wieder ins Schlafzimmer zu bringen hat.

Er trug mich rüber und setzte mich auf der Bettkante ab. Ich instruierte ihn, dass er mir bequeme Unterwäsche rauslegte, eine Jogginghose und nen flauschigen Hoody.

Nun sollte er seine Sachen aus dem Bad holen, die dort noch immer lagen, was er auch artig tat.

Er nahm mir alles ab, da sein Schwanz jetzt doch etwas schlaffer wurde. Ich winkte ihn mit dem Finger zu mir und hauchte ihm ins Ohr: „Bevor du gehst, will einen richtigen Kuss haben.“

Er setzte sich neben mich, zog mich auf seinen Schoß und küsste mich. Wow, was für eine Leidenschaft in diesem Kuss war. Langsam schob ich meine Hand zu seinem Schwanz und fing an ihn zu massieren.

Er keuchte auf, fragte noch: “Kondom?“

Ich hauchte „ja“ und zeigte auf die Nachttischschublade. Er rollte mich aufs Bett, dass ich fast auf dem Bauch lag, schob sich in Rekordzeit das Kondom über und drang von hinten in meine nasse Spalte. Ich schrie kurz auf, da es dann doch etwas sehr schnell ging, aber damit nur noch geiler war.

Wir bestellten Pizza und hatten einen gemütlichen, entspannten Tag. Als der Abend näherkam, sagte ich zu ihm, dass ich nicht will, dass er sich wichst, wenn ich nicht dabei bin, dass er sich Gedanken machen soll, wie er mir ganz sicher beweisen kann, dass er es nicht tut.

Damit schickte ich ihn nach Hause und er sollte sich erst melden, wenn er eine gute Idee hatte.

He likes to pretend like he hates everything and is completely put together but if you are careful and quiet you can catch him dancing to queen and singing along in his pyjamas and socks (especially Invisible Man)

He kinda hates the Lukas' cuz he thinks they are super pretentious and clique-ish (which is fair but also he is SO pretentious so it kinda makes him a hypocrite)

Super judgy but doesn't even realise how mean he is cuz, ya know, autism (this is still a tmasona after all)

Mostly uses he/him pronouns cuz those are the pronouns everyone assumes he uses but he is agender so he doesn't really care what pronouns are used to address him

Works at a library and loves to shelve books and people watch

SUPER nosy actually but doesn't like to talk to people so he just kinda lurks and eavesdrops

Semi-verbal autism so his favourite thing is when he is chilling with Brett and Silas and he can just listen to them with out being expected to contribute to the conversation beyond the occasional nod

Supergirl is headed to the 31st century with Legion of Super-Heroes, an upcoming animated feature due out early next year from Warner Bros. Animation, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.

Meg Donnelly voice stars as Supergirl/Kara and Harry Shum Jr. stars as Brainiac 5. The cast also includes Darren Criss as Superman, Matt Bomer as The Flash and Jensen Ackles as Batman.

The story picks up as Kara, devastated by the loss of Krypton, struggles to adjust to her new life on Earth. Her cousin, Superman, mentors her and suggests she leave their space-time to attend the Legion Academy in the 31st century, where she makes new friends and a new enemy: Brainiac 5. Meanwhile, she must contend with a mysterious group called the Dark Circle as it searches for a powerful weapon held in the Academy’s vault.

The project hails from supervising producer Butch Lukic, director Jeff Wamester, writer Josie Campbell, producers Jim Krieg and Kimberly S. Moreau and executive producer Sam Register.

Das gehört zu meinem Knallender-Beitrag, "mit dem Lehrer..."

Ich lasse jetzt nur mal ein Snippet hier stehen, schön brav und jugendfrei für tumblr ;)

Am Ende beendet Leo die Sportstunde zehn Minuten früher, weil er es nicht länger aushält. Er schickt seine Schüler*innen in die Umkleidekabinen und wartet, bis auch die letzten von ihnen verschwunden sind. Erst dann erlaubt sich, sich auf die dicke blaue Matte zu setzen und ganz kurz das Gesicht in den Händen zu vergraben.

Am liebsten würde er einmal kurz schreien. Helfen würde es nicht, aber vielleicht würde sich der ganze Frust dann nicht mehr nur in seinem Innern aufstauen.

Er kann sich nicht von Adam fernhalten. Sowieso nicht, weil er sein Lehrer ist, und auch nicht, weil Esther vielleicht Recht hat und Adam Hilfe braucht. Hilfe, die garantiert nicht darin besteht, dass Leo sich von Adam anfassen lässt.

Er lässt sich nach hinten fallen und starrt für einen Moment die Hallendecke an. Wenn er so hier liegt, kommt sie ihm unendlich weit entfernt vor. Genauso wie die Lösung für seine Probleme, obwohl diese eigentlich ganz einfach sein sollte.

Er hat einen Fehler gemacht. Mehrere, wenn man es genau nimmt. Die er vielleicht nicht wiedergutmachen kann, aber er kann zumindest versuchen, keine neuen zu begehen.

Auf einmal ist da das Geräusch von quietschenden Sportschuhen auf dem Boden.

Eigentlich hätte dieses Geräusch schon vor einer Weile verklungen sein müssen. Leo unterdrückt ein Seufzen, schließt für einen kurzen Moment die Augen und bereitet sich dann darauf vor, sich aufzusetzen und wieder die Rolle des verantwortungsbewussten Erwachsenen anzunehmen, der hier definitiv nicht gerade die Decke angestarrt hat, weil er einfach nicht mehr weiter weiß.

„Gibt's ein Problem?“

Er braucht gar keine Antwort auf seine Frage. Er weiß schon, dass es ein Problem gibt, weil er nicht dazu kommt sich aufzusetzen. Da ist eine Hand auf seiner Brust, die ihn zurück auf den Rücken drückt. Knie, die neben seinen Hüften in die weiche, blaue Matte einsinken. „Nein“, erwidert Adam.

Als ob da nicht der Kern des Problems liegen würde.
