No, eventhough everyone thought those two already together since forever, MaiTake aren't dating because they are both dumbass.

Hina kissed Mikey because they are too together right? They are all in a relationship together. Mikey thought Hina want to cheat on Takemichi with him and got angry.

And that's how Hina found out that Mikey and Takemichi are not couple. (But unknown to those two, deep down those two want to, but they are both dense mf that make Hina want to rip her hair out trying to get them together so they can truly be a trio)

The Black Dragon gives the Shovel Talk to Izana's boyfriend (Kakucho), at Emma's boyfriend (Draken), at Seishu's boyfriend (Koko) and at Mikey's boyfriend (Takemichi).
