Happy New Year! At least it's 2024 where I am.
Or is that Hap-Bee New Year? Eh, there's two Bees I have in mind anyway, not one, so that doesn't really work.
I saw in my new year rewatching the Bees kissing.
2023 was a good year for Bees kissing, with at least two canon kisses, one possibly a continuation of the first, and the second in the Justice League x RWBY part 2 movie.
While it looks doubtful that there will be any canon Bees kisses in 2024, maybe Volume 10 will finally be greenlit, bringing hope with it of more to come. And the only limit on fanart and fanfic of Bees kissing is what we get up to. I intend to do my part to contribute to that because in my opinion there can never be too many kisses between Blake and Yang.

Cinder really is zeroed in on killing all of Jaune's love interests though. It's suspiciously consistent.
Almost makes one believe Cindere and Knightfall is canon, and not just in the manga.
I also had to redraw most of Jaune's left arm from the elbow down, after cutting Ruby out of the scene. I think I did a pretty decent job.

At one point Flash asks Yang what happened to her arm and her response was “it doesn’t matter” which like fair. If she says “my girlfriends ex cut it off” there will be way more questions than this films run time has space for, and let’s not get started on the interdimensional child custody battle that would end up happening.

WHY ARE PEOPLE LIKE THIS? Yang wound up in the Ever After in the first place because she was protecting Ruby. She tried multiple times to get Ruby to open up to her but Ruby wasn't in the right headspace to do so.
It's just so damn frustrating when people don't pay attention and then attack the characters and the writing.

I have a question, but it needs a little background info first.
Yang's Atlesian prosthetic doesn't seem to get caught up in hair, as seen above. But their second on screen kiss doesn't really involve that prosthetic, after team RWBY changed the way they did coming through the portal into DC Earth.
So my question: did they have to untangle Yang's prosthetic from Blake's hair after this triumphant kiss?
