Hi I have a request...well hello... Sorry I don't know what else to say so I'll just skip to the part where I put in my request. I want to ask for Gojo with a f!reader who is also a special grade sorcerer. She felt under strain from her excessive number of missions and was slowly falling to the dark side like Geto, and she always acted like she was fine when she was with Gojo but was still somehow discovered by him. I've been feeling down a lot lately and everything is stressing me out. I'm having lots of negative thoughts. I really need a hug (long hug, lots of hug) or some comforts.

You, a special grade sorcerer yourself, have a massive burden on your shoulders. You get assigned an unusual amount of missions and are constantly pushing yourself to the limit. Your resolve is being tested, and you are slowly falling to the dark side just like Geto did.

When around Gojo, you try to act like everything is fine and act like nothing has changed. But somehow, he's still noticed. You're starting to lose hope, and his concern for you is the only thing keeping you from slipping completely.

"Are you okay?" Gojo asks quietly, stepping closer to you. You pretend that everything is fine, but he can clearly see through it. He's always had a way of reading you like a book.

You shrug, trying to hide the fact that you're on the brink of burnout. "I'm fine" you say, putting up a brave face. "Just tired"

"You're working too hard" Gojo says, his voice softer than usual. He's worried about you, and it shows. "I know these missions are important, but I'm worried about you."

His concern is the only thing keeping you from slipping even further onto the path of darkness. You shrug again, trying to pretend like it's nothing, but you know the truth. You're not fine.

"I'll be fine." You try to sound convincing, but Gojo knows you well enough to see through your facade. You're hiding how overworked and stressed out you are, and he knows it. "I'm just tired" you repeat, trying to sound more confident than you actually feel.

This isn't the first time he's voiced his concern about you, but you're adamant that you can handle it. You try to be strong and push through despite how exhausted you are. You want to prove that you can do this.

"I know you're strong…" Gojo says, staring at you intently. You can't help but meet his gaze. His eyes seem to pierce right through you.

"… But you can't keep working yourself this hard. You're burning out. I'm worried about you."

He's right, and now you're starting to admit it. You've been pushing yourself too hard for too long, and it's finally taking its toll on you. You can feel your resolve slipping away, and it scares you.

"I'll… I'll be fine" you say again, your voice wavering slightly this time. You feel like you've been pushing yourself too hard for far too long, and it's catching up with you. Gojo's concern is starting to get to you, and you're starting to admit that you're not alright.

"I promise you" you add firmly, trying to convince yourself as much as him. "I can handle it. I just need to keep pushing."

"You're starting to sound like Geto." Gojo says softly, his tone laced with worry. He knows how intense Geto was when it came to his missions, always refusing to take breaks or time off. He's scared that you're turning into him.

You try to assure Gojo that you're nothing like Geto, but he doesn't seem convinced. He knows you too well to believe that just because you say you're fine that means you really are. He's stubborn, and he won't quit until he knows that you're truly alright.

“I’m not like Geto.” You try to argue, but even you know that you sound more and more like him with every passing day. You can hear the similarities in your own tone, and it’s unnerving.

Gojo seems unconvinced, and his expression remains serious. He doesn't want you to go down the same path as Geto. The two of you have grown closer over the last few months, and he's seen how much you're struggling. He's trying to keep you on the right track.

"Afraid that i will leave you or kill some "monkey"?" You asked sternly

“Both, actually” Gojo replies curtly, a hint of playfulness in his tone despite the seriousness of the conversation. He is completely aware that you have developed a short temper and tendency towards hostility over the past few months. He is also aware that you are slowly descending deeper into darkness.

“The monkey comment was a bit uncalled for though…” Gojo adds, unable to contain a smirk.

"Well that what humans are,monkeys who fights and kill other humans for their own benifith no? so why i cant get rid of those monkeys?" You asked sounding serious looking at Gojo.

"Because that would make you no better than them." Gojo replies, his tone once again hardening. "Humans can be cruel, yes, but that doesn't give you the right to act as judge, jury, and executioner. Killing without mercy simply because you have the power to do so is not right."

Gojo is trying to appeal to your sense of morality. He knows you have the power to do many terrible things, the power that Geto also possessed. But he wants you to stay on the path of justice.

"That's what Geto did, and look where he ended up" Gojo adds quietly. "He became a twisted, vengeful person who only sought to spread destruction."

He doesn't want you to go down the same path as Geto. The last thing the world needs is another Geto. You have the power to do many great things, but you also have the power to cause tremendous damage.

"And what's the difference between me and him?" you ask sharply, your tone harsh as you try to justify your actions. "I have the ability to eliminate those I deem unworthy, so why shouldn't I?"

Your morals have become twisted over time, tainted by the power of darkness. You're slowly starting to believe that ending the lives of people you deem as unworthy is the only way to truly restore peace. Gojo's concern is starting to grow.

"Because you're not supposed to kill those you deem unworthy" Gojo replies quietly, the playfulness now gone from his tone. He's starting to realize just how far you've fallen down the path towards madness. "We're sorcerers, not god. We don't get to decide who lives and who dies."

Gojo is trying to remind you of your duty as a sorcerer, to hunt cursed spirits and protect the innocent. He's trying to convince you that what you're doing is wrong and that it'll only end in more destruction.

"But why are we supposed to protect the ignorant weak mortals?" you ask, a hint of disdain in your voice. "We have the power to punish and rid the world of them, so why shouldn't we?"

You're starting to sound more and more like Geto every time you speak. Gojo's concern is reaching a fever pitch. He knows that if you continue with this way of thinking, there's no turning back.

"Because they're people." Gojo replies, his voice becoming more and more forceful. "They're not animals that need to be punished simply because they're weaker than us. They're human just like us, and they deserve to live."

He's trying to appeal to your humanity, hoping to get you to see them as fellow human beings instead of "weak mortals" that need to be punished. He's trying to get you to remember who you used to be, before you started to fall.

"And look what they did to me,to us! they don't fucking care,even if we kill a spirit they will blame us for other stuff and i work for those fucking ungrateful monkeys!" you shouted as you broke down crying

Gojo listens as you vent, letting down the walls you've built up around yourself. The pain and bitterness in your voice is clear to him, and he can see how much you have come to resent humans.

He's aware of your struggles, the way that humans have let you down and blamed you for things that weren't your fault. It's the reason you now have this deep-seated hatred of them.

He understands your hurt, but he still doesn't think that that justifies taking lives indiscriminately.

“I know you’ve been through a lot, and those humans did you wrong” Gojo says, speaking slowly and calmly, trying to reassure you while also being firm with you. “But you can’t just turn around and do the same to them. That’s not justice. It’s only fueling the cycle of hatred and death.”

He wants you to see the bigger picture, to realize that punishing humans isn’t the answer. He’s trying to appeal to your sense of morality, trying to get you to understand that killing isn’t the solution.

Gojo notices the cracks forming in the ground beneath your feet, and he immediately tries to step in to comfort you. He knows that your emotions are running rampant and that your power is becoming unchecked.

He quickly moves to your side, wrapping his arms around you in a warm embrace. He can feel your pain, your hurt, and your confusion surrounding everything that's happened. He knows that you're struggling, and he's trying his best to provide you with the comfort and support that you need.

"Shh, it's alright…" Gojo whispered, gently running his hands through your hair. "Shh, take a deep breath…"

His voice is calming and reassuring, filled with understanding and compassion that you haven't felt in a long while. He's trying to soothe you, to ease the chaos inside you. He's trying his best to make you feel heard and cared for.

"Look at me…" He says quietly, holding your face gently. "Look at me…"

Gojo wants you to focus on him, to get your mind out of the place it's currently in. He's trying to ground you, to pull you out of the spiral of emotions you've found yourself in.

"Breathe…" He says calmly, gently brushing away the stray tears from your cheeks. "Just breathe…"

Gojo is trying to help you calm down and get your emotions under control.

"Okay…" Your breathing starts to slow to a normal rate, and your emotions begin to stabilize. Gojo keeps his arms around you, continuing to hold you tightly. He's not letting go until you're completely calm and in control again.

He continues to hold you, not leaving your side until you have managed to calm down completely. He's offering you the comfort and support that you so badly need right now. He's not going to leave until you're back to your usual self.

Gojo understands your emotions better than anyone else. He knows how much pain and suffering you've gone through. He knows how much you've been mistreated and betrayed. He knows how much you've been hurt, and he wants to make it all go away.

"I…I'm better now" you say quietly, finally taking a deep breath and managing to compose yourself. You are still in his arms, and he does not seem inclined to let you go just yet.

He keeps you close, not letting you get away until he is sure that you are truly okay and no longer spiraling. He's worried about you, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that you're safe and in control.

You stiffened when you felt Gojo snuggling his cheek in the crook of your neck and shoulder "G..gojo?"

Gojo doesn't answer immediately, the silence hanging in the air between you as he continued to hold you close. His cheek is nuzzled against your neck, his arms still wrapped tightly around you.

It feels… surprisingly comforting, having him so close to you like this. You've never had anyone cuddle with you in such a manner before… and it feels nice. Maybe too nice.

"Hmm?" Gojo asks after a moment, his voice low and quiet. He's still holding you close to his body, his arms wrapped around you tightly as if he won't let go anytime soon.

You can feel the tension building between you, both emotionally and physically. The way that he's holding you… it makes your body tingle with awareness. There's a spark between you that's palpable, and the longer you are in this position, the hotter it burns.

"no..nothing..just…" you wrapped your hands around his torso underneath his arms "don't let go"

"Never." Gojo replies simply, not moving an inch. If anything, he only holds you closer to his body, pressing you even more firmly against him as he refuses to let you go.

The physical contact between the two of you is intense, almost too much to bear. Your bodies are so close that you can almost feel every muscle straining at the touch. Your hands wrap around his torso, your grip tightening, and he seems to take comfort in the way that you cling to him.

Gojo leans his head slightly down, his cheek pressing softly against your neck. You can feel his breath tickling your skin, and you find yourself leaning into him. He's so warm and close to you, and you're finding it hard to resist the urge to push the boundaries and get even closer.

The electricity in the air grows stronger with every passing moment, both of you feeling the tension between you. Your hands move up to the small of his back, and he holds you even tighter.

He pulls you even closer, feeling a surge of warmth radiate from within his body as he holds you in his arms. His body's heat is soothing your soul and helping to fill the empty void within you.

The exhaustion and depression you still feel melts away slightly as you bury yourself further into his chest, pressing yourself into his warm embrace. You're finding more and more comfort in a position you haven't been in before, and you can feel a slight smile on your face despite everything that has happened.

Gojo continues to hold you tightly, not letting go for a second. His arms are strong, yet comfortable as he holds you to his chest. You can feel his breathing quicken as you lay your head against his body, his warmth seeping into your own.

The fatigue you still feel slowly melts away, replaced by a feeling of contentment and safety. You're starting to relax, to feel at ease. You're feeling more and more comfortable in his arms, and you have a creeping sense of safety that is starting to take root inside your mind.

Gojo continues to hold you in his arms, his own fatigue melting away as well. The physical contact between the two of you is refreshing, easing the weight of the tension on both of your bodies.

You can feel the tiredness slowly fade away the longer you stay in this position, your breathing beginning to slow again and your mind becoming quieter with each passing second. The safety you're feeling is both physical and emotional, his presence offering you an outlet to relax and a sense of comfort that you've been missing for so long.

My Long Season 2 Prediction Post:

So this is a long post containing all my (more or less) final predictions for Season 2 of IWTV. Mostly so I can keep track of everything I've been predicting since Season 1 ended.

I'm breaking this all up between General Predictions and some specific Episode Predictions. And I'll put it all under a spoiler cut due to the length and just in case any of this is correct, which would mean massive spoilers. Because yes, many of these predictions are based on things found in many of the books in the VC, not just IWTV; as well as recent trailers and other press material.

General Predictions:

Louis will attempt to end his life like he did in the book Merrick by the end of the season, likely in EP08: This is something that I've been predicting since EP05 of Season 1 first aired. I think it is pretty much my oldest prediction wrt the show, and one I've never wavered from. Now it's time to see if this prediction is right or not.

Lestat is asleep in a coma somewhere in the Al Shafar Tower, and is the source of The Groan: I first made this prediction back before EP07 of S01 aired. I wasn't too confident about it being proven during Season 1, but I think now is the time. Maybe Lestat's in the penthouse. Maybe he's in the basement. Maybe he is on some floor in between, I don't know. But something like The Groan wasn't spoken about as just some throw-away line. There is a reason it was pointed out. And I think that is because Lestat is the source for the sound and makes it sometimes while he is in his post-Memnoch coma state. And what is going to finally wake him up will be Louis doing what I predicted above in my first prediction.

Armand and Daniel's relationship (ie their past romantic relationship) will be revealed in EP08: I've been predicting this more times than I can count during the hiatus. Simply because, as far as general/causal audiences go, revealing it in the finale always just seemed like the most impactful place to reveal it.

The missing pages of Claudia's diaries will reveal the information about her that we learned in the book Merrick, particularly regarding her feelings toward Louis: Via the link above I made a long meta post about that. I'll say more about it below, but in general, why Louis is going to do what he does by the end of EP08 will be because of what he reads/learns from Claudia's missing diary pages, just like as what happened with book!Louis in Merrick.

Louis will begin to awaken his Fire Gift abilities during the season: There is a quick shot in one of the preview trailers of what looks to be Louis setting one of his photographs on fire, but not with a match or candle or anything, but just by staring at it. I think when Louis first discovers he has the ability to light things on fire like that, he'll not be overly excited about it or anything, and only reluctantly test it out sometimes . . . until he unleashes it in full in the season finale against the theater coven.

Episode Predictions (Spoilers):

Episode One (many people have already seen this episode at the premiere, but there is one thing I was already predicting about it before then that I want to say again):

-- Louis and Claudia will not arrive in Paris until either the end of the episode or the beginning of Episode Two.

-- This episode will be a set up to explain how revenants are created. That they are made if you try to turn a human but don't give them enough blood; OR if you don't scatter the ashes of a vampire that has been reduced to one. This will be done to set up both why Claudia's ashes had to be scattered AND the risks being made to bring Louis back either at the end of Season 2 or the beginning of Season 3.

Episode Two:

-- Not much to say really that most don't already know/suspect. Louis and Claudia arrive in Paris, and Armand and Louis first meet. Louis and Claudia meet the whole theater coven.

Episode Three:

-- Again, not much to say. Armand's full backstory will be told. This is also the main episode where we'll see Nicki and what his fate was. We will probably also get confirmation from Armand that the backstory that Lestat told Louis and Claudia about Magnus and how Lestat said he was turned was true.

Episode Four:

-- Louis and Armand have sex for the first time (with Dreamstat in Louis' head giving commentary 🤪).

-- The "banquet" scene, where Armand puts the coven members to sleep and Louis and Santiago have a confrontation (Louis looking like he's going to cut Santiago's tongue out.)

-- We will see the rift between Claudia and Louis continue to grow, as well as Claudia's distrust/dislike of Armand.

Episode Five:

-- "Lestat, Lestat, Lestat, Lestat, Lestat, Lestat, Lestat, Lestat." 😂

Yeah. We'll see this moment above in Episode 5. And Louis and Armand will basically deliver all their break-up dialogue from the end of the first book HERE, in Louis' shitty apartment in San Francisco; after Louis has attacked and almost killed Daniel.

This means that yes, Louis will confirm to Armand that he knows what Armand did to Claudia here. (With only heavy illusions made about what her ultimate fate has been.) And then Armand will give his "I thought you'd get over it" monologue.

And while Louis and Armand won't fully go their separate ways as they did in the book after all of this (because Armand will still feel he needs to look after Louis), we will very much understand that these two are not a happy couple at this point in time, and are full-on toxic in their own unique way.

-- Along with the FULL 1973 interview, The Chase between Armand and Daniel will be shown almost in full. We'll see a lot of things about The Chase, but we will probably not see fully when, or how, it ended.

Episode Six:

-- "I betrayed Louis once in my life and it wasn't in San Francisco." Armand says this to Daniel in Dubai in this episode.

-- Madeleine gets turned in this episode.

-- Louis says goodbye/breaks up with Armand.

-- The episode will end with Louis, Claudia, and Madeleine all being taken by the Theater coven to be put on trial. Armand gives Louis a "Judas kiss" and leaves the three alone at the dinner table right before they are taken.

Episode Seven:

-- Okay so, back when the Jones Cut trailer first aired, I said that this moment was Rockstar Lestat:

Well, I was wrong about that. Why? Well take a look at this:

Do you see it? Behind Santiago, in the upper left. That is the same key prop on the railing as in the shot with Lestat on the right on the railing. If you squint, you can also kind of make out the musical notes on the railing to the left of the Lestat image on the railing on the right in the Santiago one.

The shot of Lestat isn't Rockstar Lestat, as I first thought it was. It is the real Lestat's first entrance into Season 2. And it's going to be at the trial, in Episode Seven.

-- And because Lestat is making his first entrance in the way I talked about above? This is 100% from Armand's POV with some of Louis' misremembered POV with it. Because Lestat was not in any condition to make THIS kind of entrance on his own.

-- The revisit of Mardi Gras Murder Night from EP07 of Season 1 will happen here, during the trial. And it will be revealed that Claudia alone slit Lestat's throat while Louis stood by passively, while Lestat begged Louis to put him in his coffin. (Matching up to what Claudia wrote, in Lestat's blood, what his last words were.) Giving the full context to this moment we only saw in a flash in EP07 of Season 1:

Which will then lead into . . .

-- The revisit of the Louis-Lestat fight from EP05 of Season 1 will be shown in this episode as well. (And will give viewers, particularly non-book readers, their first hints of Amel.) And because of what happened in that fight, specifically why that fight started in the first place, will tie into . . .

-- Claudia's diaries, which will be read at the trial. Out loud. By Santiago. And more specifically the missing pages, which we see Louis and Armand talk about in this preview, will contain some damning evidence that will all lead to . . .

-- Claudia will reveal right there, on stage, to Louis himself, how much she hates him and blames him more for her situation than she does Lestat. Because "It's never been about me." Lestat made her for Louis. If Louis hadn't wanted her, she would never have been turned.

-- This episode will end with Claudia's death. Louis will be rescued from his coffin prison by Armand, and the episode will end with Louis breaking down over her loss -- both in the past and in the present in Dubai now that he remembers everything about Claudia's true feelings towards him right before she died.

Episode Eight:

-- Louis goes all Carrie/Firestarter on the Theater coven (after warning Armand to stay away first), unleashing his full Fire Gift powers on them all.

-- Louis grieving in the park -- the same park where he first met Armand -- in the rain after destroying the theater coven, comforted by Dreamstat. And then Armand arrives . . . because Armand is whom Louis was actually waiting for. Why? Because, as Louis said about it in the book --

Where to go then, if not to die? It was strange how the answer came to me.

-- Louis and Armand (and Dreamstat) go to the "Louver" for that moment from the book; which in the show has been replaced with someplace else since, post WWII, the Louver was apparently still closed at that time. It will be revealed that Louis knows of Armand's hand in Claudia's fate, shown via Dreamstat's reaction to everything Armand says about what happened.

-- And this will all now tie everything together into what will be alluded to about Claudia -- and Louis knowing Armand had a hand in it whatever it was -- in Episode 5 . . . and this now reveals why Louis and Armand's relationship has not been a happy one at all over the years, as we will see in Episode 5. And this will all be summed up by Louis probably saying this from the book directly to Armand:

"Yes, that is the crowning evil, that we can even go so far as to love each other, you and I. And who else would show us a particle of love, a particle of compassion or mercy? Who else, knowing us as we know each other, could do anything but destroy us? Yet we can love each other."

-- And the "Louver" scene will be the last scene we see Dreamstat in, as it will be here that Armand will tell Louis that Lestat died in the destruction of the theater. And Louis will believe him.

-- Armand, in the present in Dubai, will reveal the head thing he did to Claudia before she died.

-- Armand will reveal how he threw Lestat off Magnus' tower, even after Lestat was badly burned by Louis setting fire to the theater (but survived).

-- we will find out WHY Louis stopped feeding on humans in the year 2000. And it's probably not something anyone expects.

-- At some point in here it will be revealed that Lestat and Louis do reunite after Paris -- for real -- for a time, in the recent past. As seen by this hug:

However, something happened that made Lestat unavailable/incapacitated again (some Memnoch-type event is my guess.) So Lestat is now in a coma and Louis, rather than be alone, chooses to stay with Armand for the same reason he did after losing Claudia in Paris.

-- In Dubai, Louis will try to end his life via sunlight exposure, as he did in the book Merrick (as I noted above). Because, along with finally remembering the truth about how Claudia really felt about him, Louis will also be under the impression that Lestat will never wake from his coma again.

-- The bookcase collapsing around Daniel is a consequence of Lestat waking up from his coma after he stops hearing Louis' heart beating. (I.E. a visual representation of Lestat "shattering the realm" as it is apparently explained in the book Prince Lestat about this moment when he woke up in Merrick.)

-- Armand saves Daniel from getting crushed by the bookcase, which will also come tumbling down after the books and glass do.

-- Somewhere in all of that, Daniel will have a flashback that reveals he and Armand were actually lovers in the past. Daniel will be stunned by the memory. Armand will just be surprised that Daniel finally remembered it.

-- Armand and Daniel won't have time to talk about it though because Armand fears/will realize that Louis has done something that caused the commotion to happen (and likely because he also notices The Groan has stopped).

-- Armand and Daniel find Louis' body, burnt to coal ash. Lestat is either already there with Louis' body or arrives very soon after they do.

-- Whether we see Lestat revive Louis (as he was revived in Merrick) at the end of the episode (with Armand's help) or if we are left on a cliffhanger about it? IDK.

The predictions above are all the ones I feel most confident about right now. There are some others I have, but I'm not very confident about them, so I'm not listing them. I might mention them in individual posts after certain episodes air or not.

Anyways, the main cast of Dragons Of Sodor is here! These are their designs right now, but are subject to change. Also, here's some lore about each of them! I'll put it below the cut! (@hkpika07😁👋)

Edit: I've been tired all day and I just realized this has a ton of typos.🤣 Also, some info I meant to put down is not there. *Sighs* Oh well. I tried. Lol.

Note: The stories mentioned here actually have a LOT more going on than what is mentioned. This is just a more watered down version so it doesn't get too long of a post. Have fun reading!

Thomas: Out main man! The big hero! So what is Thomas's role in this story? Well, here's the thing. Notice how Thomas's eye are gold, like gold dust? That's because he's Lady's next champion. Aka, the chosen one. Lol, all jokes aside, Thomas has an incredible destiny of being the one to protect all of Sodor someday! And lead the clan! This comes with a number of challenges he must face as he grows and learns what it takes to be a hero. Another important part of Thomas's story or his relationship with his adopted Father Edward, and how they navigate the rapidly changing world, that is becoming less and less safe for all dragons.

Percy: Thomas's bestie and resident messenger from clan Gold Scale! Percy is a very curious dragon and enjoys writing his observations in journals. He also very empathetic and cares about everyone. No matter where they are from. Unfortunately, he's also a bit gullible. And this combined leads to some nasty trickery from the Gold Scales rivals (The Iron Hides), somewhere down the line. (Fun fact! He's also a bit deaf. Hence why he sometimes mixes up long complicated words. Him and Thomas will sometimes use sign language to communicate.)

James: Thomas and James have a complicated relationship. At first, they were on okay terms. But something very important happened. Gordon is James mentor. And since Gordon is the Clan's Patriarch, this lead James to thinking he may have a chance at becoming the next one. But when it was revealed Thomas was meant to become leader next, James became bitter and wasn't as friendly as before. However, this changed after he was caught up in a forest fire, (This Au's version of James crash) and Thomas saved him, despite being on bad terms with him. After that, he had a more brotherly relationship. Competitive, but still care about each other's well-being. (Fun fact! James is a rare hybrid between a Dragon and Wyvern. So he's got scales and fluff!)

Edward: Edward is the one of the clan's elders and a talented wizard. His dragon species, a Moon Moth Dragon, are known for being very close to Lady Arcana, and magic in general. He has quite a large library of spell books and general historical records. And plenty of old artifacts as well. Thomas was adopted by him at a very young age, and the two are inseparable. Edward made sure to teach him plenty of skills he would need as Lady's next champion. Especially since he was the last one. Edward also adopted Bill and Ben, two twin dragons that are Thomas's adopted brothers.

Gordon: Out of all the dragons, there is no denying that the most regale, fastest, and proudest dragon, is Gordon, Clan Gold Scales Patriarch. Gordon has a mysterious past that he seldom talks about. Edward and Henry know everything about it. But all everyone else knows is that he is pretty much the last of his kind, as all others were killed off by humans years ago. This trauma, he clearly doesn't talk about, has definitely effected his relationships. As he has a hard time opening up or showing any softness. It's not that doesn't care about them. It that he doesn't know how to show it. But that does change. Eventually. He also played an important role in James's life. James was found as a youngster by Gordon and Edward a long time ago. The patriarch saw potential in this rare dragon and wyvern hybrid. And took him under his wing. James looked up to him and wanted to be just like him.

Henry: Sodor's local tree hugger! Henry loves the forest and is pretty much their guardian in this story. He even lives beneath a large tree's roots in a cozy burrow. (The Wishing Tree to be exact!) He also has some sort of really rare plant magic? Nobody even knows why he even has it. Especially since Titan Class dragons don't have any sort of magical abilities. But regardless, he has it. And it's a good thing too, since he has a few health issues that his powers can help him with. For example, he uses his plant magic to form his prosthetic back leg whenever he needs it! Oh, and he can also talk to any nearby trees and connect into their communication system. Meaning he can pretty much find out what's happening in every part of the forest whenever he wants... It's pretty crazy. You may also notice he has a beak rather than fangs. That because he eat mostly plants. In short, Henry is the clan's lovable but slightly weird woods man that lives in a tree and has over a ten thousand squirrel friends.

Emily: In this story, Emily is an apprentice under Victor! I thought it would fit with her personality and how she's usually the one looking out for the groups health. And also rescuing them a lot. Her and Kevin both train under Victor as the clan's apprentice medicine dragons. Emily is the closest thing Thomas and Percy have to a sister. They love her to bits, and she's always looking out for them. She's also close with Henry. The two share a close bond, almost akin to a grandfather and granddaughter relationship. Henry will sometimes help he needs the herbs she and the other medicine dragons need for cures and stuff.(Fun fact! Since she's Scottish in this AU, I was inspired by the legend of Nessie and the Loch Ness. Hence the reason she's a sea dragon. I was also inspired by Leafy Dragons!)

Toby and Henrietta: Toby and Henrietta have been mates for many years. They are the clan's only wyvern couple and are also part of the clan's elders group. Toby and Henrietta love each other dearly, and have raised quite a few children of their own over the years. For now though, they are simply just enjoying each other's company on Sodor as the local retired couple. (I feel like I should put down more for them. Because they do have roles to play. But, I can't seem to get it all out of my head at the moment. Hopefully I'll solidify their roles better later! Also, Toby is based off of owls, and Henrietta is based off of robins and cardinals! They are heavily associated with birds, so it just fit.)

Bill and Ben: These two young dragon twins are a handful! Luckily, Edward (Their adoptive father,) is very skilled in the art of handling chaos and disorder, and can usually sort things out quickly. These two are the adopted siblings of Thomas, and they always seem to be getting into and/or making trouble. Even more so than Thomas!

I showed my mum pictures of every muse on my blog and got some HILARIOUS descriptions of who they are as people, so now I am sharing this.

Please enjoy. I did.

Okay here's my blog promo picture, which is what I used to show her all the muses. I'm going to go row by row and tell you how she described each character (some were in pairs, I'll say when that happened)

First, Asahi: "Almost like Clark Kent. A geek sat in his office and then he goes and does something amazing." 8/10. He's not superman but he is surprisingly good when he steps onto the court.

Norman: "Wants to be a private eye." 5/10 not quite accurate, but I could see it.

Gemima, who got paired up with Conny: "They're just annoying. Just look at them, you know they're annoying." 1/10 it was funny, but they're very sweet little girls.

Bruce: "Thinks he's gorgeous." 0/10 ma'am you do not know the self-hatred this man possesses.

Kili hilariously got paired with Fili, and my mother said they both look like they're thinking: "Where the fuck did I park my horse?" 25/10. She has never seen the hobbit and I laughed SO HARD because she knew if anyone was going to lose a horse it was those two idiots.

Jedediah was missed because she recognised him and wouldn't have had to guess his character.

Oikawa: "Boring." 2/10 it's funny because he'd be so insulted, but he's far too dramatic to ever be boring.

Ray: "Angry." 10/10 perfectly accurate.

Emma: "A trendsetter." 7/10 Technically she did inspire an entire crazy escape plan, so I'll take it.

Camilo: "The annoying friend who sings everything." 5/10 accurate, but I deducted points because despite loving Encanto and having watched it multiple times, my mum did not recognise Camilo and thought he was a girl XD

Pietro: "Super fast. If he ran it would be fast. If he rode a horse it would be fast. He'd want to be moving fast." 8/10 I think the icon gave her too big a clue (though she said she didn't realise he was running and thought his hand was up because his wrist was broken), but I would LOVE to see Pietro's superspeed transfer to a horse.

Ori: "He has a speech impediment and is a bit slow." 0/10 more of an unfair judgement than my mother usually gives people, and not accurate at all. Ori is very smart and I love him.

Revali: "Bit of a mean bastard." 10/10 perfect yes he is.

Yamaguchi: "Looks shocked at the world." 9/10 he is, in fact, intimidated by most of the world, so I'll accept that as a correct answer.

Kagari: "Wants to be in a boyband." 8/10 not correct but given that my depiction of Kagari is deaf, I did laugh quite hard at the irony.

Don: "Know-it-all. Thinks he knows everyone's secrets and he doesn't." 3/10 Don does like to think he knows more than he does, but he definitely doesn't think he's really super smart and knows everything about everyone.

Bilbo she vaguely recognised (enough to know he was a Hobbit) but had nothing to say about him.

Thaumas: "Physically strong." 6/10 his whole character is he's too pretty and wants to be left alone because too many people are into him, but there's nothing to say he isn't also physically strong.

Viktor: "What happened to it's eyes?" 9/10 I have no words.

Tsukishima: "He has a 'fuck off' expression." 10/10 yes he does.

Hawthorn and Attalea she had nothing to say for because she 'wasn't sure what was happening'.

Damien: "That's Billy Bullshit. He's two-faced." 3/10 technically he keeps the two sides of himself very separate, but he's not mean or bitchy and he's learning to embrace every part of himself and I love him for that.

Piers: "Scary." 6/10 he's a sweetheart but many young pokemon trainers would agree with my mum XD

Miguel: "Geeky gay Jesus." 10/10 not accurate but sheer perfect anyway.

Nori: "He's a wannabe wizard." 9/10 not AT ALL but I loved that anyway.

Tyler: "He wants to be a personal trainer but he can't." 4/10 it was funny but he dresses that way because he's gay and also we have watched Turning Red more than once so again, I don't know how she didn't recognise him at all.

Kenma: "A sulky teenager." 9/10 yep. Yep he is XD

Lucien: "He looks gay." 9/10 he would be very happy to know that he is not being mistaken for a heterosexual being

Jack got missed because, like Jedediah, she knew who he was.

Ryan: "He thinks he's the strongest but he cries if he can't find the red skittles." 10/10 I have NO IDEA why she went for skittles but she's completely right.

Takuto: "Tarty, because she reminds me of somebody." 6/10 well yes, Takuto could be described as a tart, but is not a she, and now I want to know who he reminds her of XD

my thoughts on sa.mpo in keeping up with st.ar ra.il - sp.arkle

i reorganized this post to have the content discussion front loaded then have the voice acting/language VO differences talk following it up

if you don't watch the keeping up with st.ar rai.l videos, sa.mpo was supposed to be the one to help introduce for bla.ck swa.n's. sp.arkle crashed it. hence the taped name card, she tore it in the last one lmao. my additional note here is that i was robbed on commentary from sa.mpo on the "beautiful lady" smh.

sa.mpo himself says that he and sparkle aren't that close !!! in my mind he's always kept her at arm's length. willing to help her or work things out in a deal but they really aren't friends

sa.mpo apparently was knocked unconscious backstage, this is in dialogue with the real ow.lbert. so this was intended perhaps so he wouldn't pull a fast one? ow.lbert works for the IPC so i have to then assume that the IPC is aware that sa.mpo is dangerous to some degree to have to do this??? sa.mpo sending ow.lbert a scam text is so funny to me

sa.mpo wanting to move on by not bringing up the past and wanting to be a good boy to then be invited to more "good" things in the future. yeah, he definitely shrinks himself, act innocent, or tries to switch to acting good to get benefit out of it. time and time again this is proven.

fucking sa.mpo calling out ow.lbert and ow.lbert being like "DoYouWantYouAppearanceFeeOrNot" LMAO. sa.mpo then playing up spa.rkle is SO KJSDHGJKSDHG. ow.lbert like okay sa.mpo you're acting TOO MUCH asjkdgh

"what are the limits of the art of acting?" sa.mpo says that he "believes that mistress sparkle represents the limit of the art of 'acting' itself!" based on how he feels about her pursuit of elation, to me he means to say that she really is a limit. it's clear that he doesn't appreciate her viewing the galaxy as a stage or worlds as stages. thinks that this pursuit of elation itself is limiting for a person since it's just acting

when spa.rkle then replaces ow.lbert she says "i believe your acting is still confined to.." she doesn't specify here, instead goes on to say "mr. sa.mpo you have too many limitations. having limitations always kills the vibe". we know that because of how spar.kle exists, to her, sa.mpo is boring because of his self-imposed limitations

i don't dislike spa.rkle but obviously i write sa.mpo so in regards to that last bit, i think his take on elation is more focused on himself. and kinda how i said before it seems that fools have a drive to embody elation, so if he's feeling joy from what he does for himself, then that's what matters to him. in most cases that means it's related to a crime lmfao. i also have other thoughts based on like 2.0 and the sparkle trailers and information but that'll be a separate post

i watched it in english initially. okay. yeah. roger has settled into sa.mpo's voice. he's actually speaking a little higher here than in 2.0 which is… confusing. but i'm pretty sure it's all good under the hood. that's all. it's not a bad thing! in his own right it's great it's fine. english for sa.mpo is just not my preferred in the slightest asjkgh

although i've also said i don't draw my voice for him from spoken/voice acted lines, the way he speaks here outside of the context of the express, aka not pretending to be from belobog.. i think it's actually neat. and by neat i'm referring to the way he draws out some words.

okay as for the other languages. this type of content is so great for comparing and analyzing his VAs oh man. my bias lies between japanese and korean.

though i think more recently japanese has been winning out with his expression. newer lines and in this video we see sa.mpo's full range of emotions and his "acting". i think it's great and what i kinda aim for when writing him. even if i'm writing in english THE WAY in which he speaks is what i hear and where my goal lies. he's not just smarmy, he's not just overdramatic. he's capable of being all over the place when attempting to win someone over, and even when he sounds more genuine you still feel like you can't trust him

however, i have also said that the active balancer in my mind his his korean vo. also has had some rather amusing moments. now isn't the time to discuss past stuff, but for this video he also does the over the top bits when talking about acting and spa.rkle. the dramatics are still fitting! between all the vas i feel like this sa.mpo perhaps sounds the "coolest" if that makes sense. when speaking normally you can kinda hear it in this video

i do adore the chinese vo for sa.mpo. i've seen people say that he isn't as expressive, which i don't entirely agree with as a reason to judge his voice acting? this is technically the closest to source material in terms of the script right. i had said before regarding the reveal scene in 2.0 i think when it's called for then he IS more expressive, this comes through in this video. his dramatics feel purposeful and thus slightly more impactful since he's just a chill playful dude otherwise

STUPID CUPID ˳ ⠀⠀⠀ upon hearing the question, there's a sudden racket as all members try to be the first ones to answer it. cheska suddenly shushes everyone, " let's just go in the order we're standing. "

cheska is also the first one to start, " ok so i'm thinking about it, " she says as she scrolls through kprofile and reads more about them, " and first of all, i love the concept they have; it reminds me of us when we were rookies and used to dress in those school uniforms with that mischievous type of concept! " the rest of the group nods and hums in agreement, reminiscing about their early years. " anyway, i think i decided on my ranks, and they go something like this, " she pauses as she scrolls up and down to find the first member.

" so in tenth place, and as terrible as this is, i put JISU but only because he has that baby face, and i'm not really attracted to people like that, " cheska quickly explains before anyone can even open their mouths. tomie is quick to disagree, " but eonnie, he's the cutest like that tho! "

" i'm just gonna call out other people's names, and then i'll explain why i find the top three most attractive. HYUNSU, DIAZ, JACE, HARIN, FABIAN, SILAS, KAZ, ELI and KENJI in that exact order, from lowest to highest. i just love their japanese members and want to get to know them better! " before the next member can go, cheska is quick to mutter, " ELI looks very familiar to me though, " loud enough for everyone to hear.

" i guess my ranks go something like this: FABIAN, KAZ, JACE, DIAZ, HARIN, HYUNSU, KENJI, SILAS, JISU and ELI from lowest to highest. but i wouldn't sleep with any of them, " viva deadpans, sending others into a laughing fest.

" you're so boring vivi! " aimee says, using viva's nickname to show she's not serious. viva is quick to reply with, " nah, i'm just not into... them. "

" i think it might be obvious who one of my 'favourites' is, with how i jumped to defend JISU, " tomie playfully glares at the leader, making the older female form a fist and lightly touch her shoulder. " but yes, JISU is definitely in my top three, because i find him very cute and handsome at times, " for a second it looks like tomie's blushing, " but there's two who rank higher, and they are... " she trails off, slapping her hands on knees to imitate drums, " it's JACE and ELI! " she watches as other oh's knowing she picked the best ones.

" for JACE it's self-explanatory, i mean... have you seen him? hold on, let me show you, i follow them on insta, " she's quick to grab her phone, scrolling through already liked posts on VARSITY's instagram, before clicking on one, " look! isn't he just... perfect? " tomie flips the phone around, and the post shows JACE's upper body selfie without a shirt. she's quick to scroll to the left, and the next one shows just his hands. his veiny hands.

" oh! " the other members quickly exclaim, and aimee's quick to cover jeanne's eyes, cheska doing the same with viva but more teasingly-like. " this is not for kids' eyes! " the second oldest yells, listening to viva's giggles as she tries to get cheska's hands off of her.

" as for other members, " she starts again after composing herself, but there's still some redness in her cheeks, " i guess from fourth to tenth, it would be KENJI, SILAS, HYUNSU, FABIAN, HARIN, DIAZ and KAZ. i personally know FABIAN, and his brother, so i wouldn't really sleep with him, but he is very attractive! "

" love you bian~ "

jeanne ponders over the question while others talk, and is quick to open a note app on her phone and type something. after she gets her turn to speak, she lifts the device, " i wrote down the list, from most to least attractive VARSITY members, " she says it so seriously that others can't help but laugh.

" number one i picked HARIN, because i saw the group perform once, and he caught my eye. the list goes like this: HYUNSU in second place, SILAS is third, DIAZ fourth, then ELI fifth, KENJI sixth, KAZ seventh, JISU eight, JACE ninth and FABIAN is tenth. but i still think the lowest-ranked members are really attractive, " she assures everyone and closes the note app, putting the phone back in her pocket.

the others wait in case she has something else to add, but jeanne just stares blankly at the camera.

" oh~kay then... " tomie awkwardly says, nodding along.

" anyway , best for last, " aimee flairs her hands around, flipping her hair.

" in first place, definitely KAZ! there's something about him that i like, i don't know how to explain it, though, " she begins, but quickly brushes off her 'explanation', " after him, i'd say i think ELI is for sure in second place, i mean, have you seen his face? " she mocks, playfully exaggerating the question.

" after him, hmm... " she begins to trail off but quickly snaps her fingers, " i'm thinking KENJI would fit in third place, followed by FABIAN. now, i'm kind of divided between SILAS and HYUNSU for the fifth place, so i'm gonna keep them both there, " aimee tilts her head, trying to remember the mental list she made. " JISU is sixth, HARIN seventh, DIAZ eighth and JACE ninth, no offence, " she quickly adds, but doesn't mention whom she's saying that last part.

" quick disclaimer: this doesn't mean the lowest ranked people are ugly, we love you all and would definitely be up for meeting each other, " cheska informs, sending a sneaky finger heart followed by a wink from tomie and a kissy face from aimee. viva politely nods, while jeanne continues staring blankly but slightly moves around in restlessness.

Book recs:

I just finished Sarah J. Maas' A Court of Thorns & Rose's series. I also have The Witcher on my To Read list. I LOVE fantasy. Definitely getting on the fantasy romance train lately, but Lord of the Rings is still one of my all-time favorite books. I do enjoy mysteries too.

What are your recs? My birthday is next week. I intend to make eyes at my dad so he gets me more books.

I spent the past week eyeing my parents to get me books and NO ONE HAS PICKED UP ON THE CUE. still waiting.

OKAY SO LET US SEE!!! Fantasy is SUCH a vibe and its hard to find the good ones BUT:

Once Upon A Broken Heart by Stephanie Garber. It's the second trilogy to her fantasy world, but trust me you don't need the first series; there's just some characters from the past who make a new appearance as side characters or leads! The story follows dear silly Evangeline as she navigates the world of heartbreak :( In her world, the Fates (magical beings that are known to be cruel, evil, and harsh and give very very heavy Tarot card energy!!!) have come back and are residing in their own magical kingdom of trouble and deception (TRUST ME AS CLICHE AS THIS BOOK SOUNDS ITS LITERALLY SO FREAKING GOOD.). Evangeline ends up praying to one of these Fates - Jacks, the Prince of Hearts - to help her save her lover from what she thinks is a curse. Of course Evangeline doesn't care for the consequences of asking a Fate for a favour, but Jacks is literally the biggest shithead ever (affectionate) so he puts that poor girl through SO MUCH FREAKING TROUBLE and Evangeline finds herself travelling to the magical land of fairytales to try and win over the heart of a prince. FAIRYTALE ENERGY EXCEPT ITS KIND OF TWISTED FAIRYTALES!!! AND ITS NOT LIKE YOUR USUAL FAIRYTALES NO NO THIS IS ITS WHOLE OWN LORE !!! BEAUTIFUL AESTHETIC AND THE PLOT IS LITRALLY THE BEST OF VIBES EVER !!!!!!!!!!!! Trust if you enjoyed SJM's work, you WILL enjoy Stephanie Garber; it's a given. (This IS fantasy romance btw, just not as heavy as some other ones!! The romance is def a smaller subplot and is very...will they won't they with some love triangles in the way)

We Hunt The Flame by Hafsa Faizal. This one is also one you'd enjoy if you enjoyed SJM's work!!! It follows the story of a girl named Zafira who hunts in this big cursed forest to try and save her village from famine. She's known as The Hunter, wanted by the sultan for multiple acts of treason, and one of the most feared "entities" of the area; anyone who goes into those wicked forests is insane and probably dangerous (SHE"S JUST A SILLY GIRL.) The kingdom is ruled by a horrible, corrupt sultan and the land has been drained of all it's magic and left as nothing but a dark, twisted land. On the flip side of the coin, you have the sultan's son, Nasir, who is overflowing with trauma, daddy issues, and OOZES dark mysterious morally questionable man !!!!!! He's the kingdom assassin and does all his father's bidding. Nasir's father hears word that the Hunter had been assigned a mission to go find the tombs of the old Witches (who had given the land its powers, and then taken them away to be buried with) from this dark evil island of sorts. He naturally orders Nasir to go find this Hunter, let him lead him to this tomb, and then kill the Hunter (naturally everyone thinks this Hunter is a big scary dude when it is nothing but a like 5'5 girl with fury that rivals that of the gods). Anyway, when Nasir and Zafira get there and realise what this is, things start....going downhill (uphill for ME) FOUND FAMILY AND ENEMIES TO LOVERS AND FANTASY LORE AND AND AND AND WOW WOWO WOW IM SO BAD AT SUMMARIZING THEM WITHOUT GIVING AWAY ALL THE PLOT BUT TRUST ME TRUST ME. Zafira & Nasir get the PERFECT enemies to lovers!!!! SO MUCH FOUND FAMILY (there's other people who ended up coming to this island to find this tomb and they all just get together in a team of misfits). PLOT TWISTS AND WOWO WOWOW WOW SO MUCH ARABIAN LORE !!!YEah. Trust me trust me. If you've read like, Six of Crows, you'd like this.

okay i swear there would usually be more but these are the ones I truly think you should give a shot too, i SWEAR TO GOD they are. SO. SO SO GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might also enjoy Fourth Wing, it's become very popular alongside SJM's books, but I hear the second book has gotten sooo bad and honestly, I personally only enjoyed the first book because it was very character based, full vibes/worldbuilding, very little plot. So if you're looking for plot heavy fantasy, I wouldn't go with Fourth Wing.

if you're also into historical fantasy with some sci-fi elements, or retellings, then def check out Chloe Gong...her Secret Shanghai series (Two duologies and 2 novellas) is SO SO GOOD!!! Shakespeare retellings, spies and betrayals and gangs and fake dating and enemies to lovers and lots of political and historical elements (the books take place in a big time of unease in Shanghai where foreign politics and goverments are trying to take over. The first duology is Romeo & Juliette retelling with the gov being the two rivalling gangs and a horrifying disease that is running wild through the land. The gangs eventually get taken down as Nationalists, Communists and Japanese forces start taking over Shanghai. The SECOND duology is centered around the power struggle between the Communist and Nationalists, with the Japanese invasion that is inevitable. The main leads are split into 2 couples; 1 works with the Nationalists (fake dating, undercover spies), the other works with the Communists (partners to lovers "I would ruin our mission to save you" energy). The second duology is very very traumatising. These series are fantasy but ALSO mystery based. I personally liked the second duology better (Foul Lady Fortune & Foul Heart Huntsman)

For full full mystery vibes, The Inheritance Games IS your jam. OH MY GOD I will never shut up about this series and this post is ALREADY too long so I won't go into details BUT basically. Avery Grambs gets told she just inherited something like 47 million dollars or whatever from some random old man from Texas whom she has NEVER EVEN heard of. Billion maybe. she got a LOT LOT of money okay. The only thing she has to do to secure that money? Live in Hawthorne House (his manor) for 1 year with his 4 grandchildren. No biggie right? Except said grandchildren happen to be some of the SMARTEST TRICKIEST and most TROUBLED KIDS to ever exist in the world. Grayson, Jameson, Xander & Nash. Like the reality of her?

She is a strong protective woman who cares about her child and her husband and wants her relationships to be valued and she's just trying to do her best!!! Like I'm all about Chainshipping, but like. To make Alison the Evil Bitch who stands in the way of that is hmmm. Not where it's at.

My favorite versions of her (in the context of Chainshiping) is someone who may (or more realistically, or may not!) initially understand Lawrence being gay. If she immediately understands great! More power to her, if she was married to him, she would most likely be the first one to pick up Lawrence is gay. If she doesn't, equally understandable!

Because, (Gasp! A woman side character with complex feelings???) any feeling of being betrayed or lied to when a previously long and lengthy relationship ends because of said partner's self discovery of sexual orientation is an immediate real human reaction, especially within the context of a relationship that has a child involved.

And I'm not saying it's the kind or accepting or most correct instinct, but it's an understandable feeling to have, and Alison, depending on your interpretation of her, is absolutely allowed to have such complex feelings. She's human and complex and allowed to think wrong things and make mistakes.

But, Alison doesn't strike me as a person who would hold that sort of resentment for long. She might be confused at first as to how Lawrence could have claimed to love her (but, deep down, she knows he didn't) and how he could have had a child with her (As, unless you are familiar with hetronormative closeting and family building, it would be confusing!), but she'd educate herself and move on.

She would never want Diana to pick up resentment or hatred of her father from her. She fought and bled and attacked a man bodily to protect her daughter, so why would she ever want to damage her daughter's relationship with her father? She wants the best for both Diana and Lawrence, as well.

She would be, in the end, I think, supportive and happy for her ex's happiness. Like that's literally all she wants!!! She wants Lawrence to have passion!!!! To be happy!!! She literally says that!!!

She's willing to accept Lawrence's hatred of her as long as it inspires some genuine feelings within Lawrence!!! She wants him to be fully alive and feeling and living!!! She wouldn't stand in the way of Lawrence achieving that!!!

And we, the fandom, forget that about her.

It's a fine line to walk when there's a canon straight ship that 'gets in the way' of a fandom popular gay ship, but please, please, please, everyone. Value and stop demonizing Alison Gordon 2kforever.

the original sour patch kid

hwayoung got the whole "first they're sour, then they're sweet" ordeal going on. her humor and way of talking can be a little rough around the edges, as some people love it and some don't. with her usual way of speaking, her words and the intent behind them tend to be misinterpreted, so she tries her best to work around it so that she doesn't make too many enemies.

however, as you observe hwayoung you can see some tendencies that might break that misconception that she's all around a burnt tough cookie.

it's painfully obvious that she's got a sweet tooth. it's normal to see hwayoung headed to work drinking something loaded up with sugar or walking around the mall eating something from candycakes or icehaus. she frequents those stores so much that she's a regular,,, one time someone thought she actually worked there

on the rare occasion that no one's in or around the pool while she's on duty, she can often be seen engrossed in the latest novel she picked up, sporting a smile.

while not widely broadcasted for the world to know, she gives swimming lessons outside of her job as a lifeguard. due the demographic that typically brings in, she had developed a soft spot for kids. that part can potentially be observed by seeing how she's always carefully watching over any around her.

if you pay close enough attention, you may notice the keychains she sports on her bag changes every few days, as she switches through the few she owns. it definitely does not allude to her collection of stuffed animals on her bed.

her dog is her baby. while she may not be able to constantly see her dog since her dog lives with her parents, she loves her with all her heart. the occasions she's bringing her into johwa pet supplies for grooming, the hearts in her eyes is a new look that most people don't see.

The Lunari's secret weapon is often praised for the alien, holy equipment at his disposal thanks to his sister's power, but not many who face him in combat live to tell just what fighting style Aphelios has. Although a practised warrior with dual blades, Aphelios is less experienced with usually ranged weaponry, let alone the celestial assortment now at his disposal. Nevertheless, every weapon is handled with complete mastery, and oftentimes with uncanny speed or accuracy. This is most noticeable with the swift movements exhibited when using two weapons in tandem, or when the magical and ethereal nature of the weapons becomes more evident with their gravity-dismissing natures. His stamina also acts like a bottomless pool under the effects of the noctum poison. Aphelios is able to act beyond exhaustion until the point that his body should collapse. Although that too, would come into question if his ambush strategy was not so successful.

The only things keeping his movements natural are his prayer hand motions, breathing, and blinking.

Severum is the most unsettling in its abilities; stealing the very life essence of its foes to heal Aphelios' own wounds. Even if Aphelios were to be near-falling in battle, when the scythe pistol would fall into his awaiting hand and swipe out, it draws out the blood from the cut made, and seeps into Aphelios' body so he may carry on with the mission. In these hard-fought skirmishes, it seems more like the weapon is leading the assassin's body, moving him like a puppet.

The accuracy of Calibrum means it has only missed its mark a handful of times, and never has once its target has already been hit - when the moon guides Aphelios' aim.

Gravitum's cannon throws out powerful dark orbs that draw in everything around, which includes large land masses. Whatever touches the light-eating 'surface' of the orb is expunged.

The blue flames of Infernum indicate an intense heat it promises to billow out. Although the fire sphere will always stay at this temperature, spouted flames will eventually cool down to white, and then orange. (The blue flames are around 1600°C/2912°F)

At first, crescendum would appear like the most normal of the set of five, and correctly, Aphelios' moves most naturally with it. Until of course, the weapon is thrown out and slices through a target with its sweeping blades, and will always return to its master's grasp. Even if it was miraculously caught by someone else, it would simply dissipate from the physical realm.

This post is required reading about Team Rocket’s ages since that’s usually a question that comes up a lot LOL. As for Delia’s age, she is said to be 29 in Takeshi Shudo’s (original writer on Pokémon) novel that built out the world and characters of the anime.

What does "Hanamusa" mean?

Hanamusa is a combination of Delia and Jessie's Japanese names, Hanako and Musashi respectively.

When does this AU take place?

It takes place sometime after the Mezase Pokémon Master/To Be a Pokémon Master series. So all the events that happened in the series, unless retconned within the series, happened. Ash is 10 at the start of the comics.

What's the status between Jessie, James, Meowth and Giovanni/Team Rocket?

Not great terms since they were fired, but also not the worst terms. Giovanni just let the three of them go without any further issues. I will say that I've always loved the theory that Giovanni keeps Jessie specifically around because of her parentage and he as a soft spot for her that he keeps a secret. I feel like Matori was the one that got the three of them fired and Giovanni wasn't able to make an excuse for them this time (without showing nepotism/special treatment) so he was forced to let them go.

If you headcanon Delia as a lesbian, how did Ash come to be?

Delia was young when she had Ash and I hc that she just didn’t really explore her sexuality much! I myself didn’t realized I liked women until I was 18 and didn’t know I liked ONLY women until like 2 years ago. She got married, had a baby and realized after her husband left that she liked women (trans people exist obviously but I’m also interpreting Ash’s father as a cis man).

Who do you think Ash’s dad is?

I don’t know and I don’t really care to explore it. I’m going off of the novel interpretation that he’s just a deadbeat that left to be a trainer, failed and never came back because of the shame. He’s not important.

Isn’t Giovanni Ash’s dad?

That’s a common misconception that people remember wrong from the Pokémon Live show. Delia mentions she dated Giovanni but then left him and his gang after meeting Ash’s father. I also don’t consider the live show canon personally! I follow The Birth of Mewtwo timeline where Madame Boss founded Team Rocket.

Do you think Delia and Giovanni dated at least?

Nah, I think he’s too old for her? I always got the vibe from The Birth of Mewtwo that he was quite a bit older than Jessie and it’d be sus if he was dating Delia when she was married to, and had a child with her husband at 18/19. He’s a bad guy but not a BAD guy.

You mentioned you still ship Jessie and James. Why not make a Jessie, James, Delia polycule?

I have a few reasons I’ve mentioned before! 1. I’m in super deep with this AU already and I feel it’d be very confusing for casual viewers of my stuff if James was added into the relationship haha. 2. I’ve drawn Jessie and James together since 2011 and took this AU as an opportunity to try my hand at writing them as queer, platonic besties bc I love that interpretation of them a lot as well. 3. I’m not poly myself and the way I write this ship is largely based off of my experiences with my girlfriend. I just know I’d favor the Jessie/Delia of it all which isn’t fair and not a good interpretation of a poly relationship. All that said, I DO super enjoy seeing peoples’ poly headcanons and art!

Who does James end up with in this AU?

No one. He's aroace and is happy to be single

Do Jessie and James have all their Pokémon in this AU

I think they have all the Pokémon that they did by the end of Mezase Pokémon Master (all their Pokémon that were left at HQ). Most of their released Pokémon have stayed released and the Alola Pokémon are still in Alola. I bring back Arbok and Weezing post-Jessie and Delia getting married. I may bring back Chimecho, Growlie and Cacnea if I think of an idea I like!

What are Meowth and James up to in this AU?

Does Ash travel with anyone at this point of his life?

I don't have anyone in particular in mind! I could see him making new friends (Nemona???) or traveling with different combinations of old friends. Like him, Misty and Goh, him, Dawn and Cilan, him, Serena and Lillie etc.

Will Delia ever get over her phobia of snake Pokémon

Not fully! I think overcoming fears is fine and good but I think real PHOBIAS are much harder to get past and I don't want to cheapen it. She slowly gets used to Jessie's Seviper specifically and gets to the point where she can pet it comfortably with Jessie in the room. But otherwise, still scared and would need that same amount of time per Pokémon

Is Jessie gaining weight or is it just me?

Not just you! Jessie puts on a bit of relationship weight overtime as you'll see in the later comics in the timeline. Jessie grew in poverty, never knowing when her next meal would be and that continued into her life as a Team Rocket member. Once she was able to settle down (with a woman who runs her own restaurant no less) she's able to live a healthier lifestyle with regular meals and puts on some weight because of that.

Does Jessie ever feel self conscious about gaining weight?

Nope! She feels happier and healthier and hotter. She's also unreasonably excited to clear out her old clothes and get a new wardrobe.

Would Jessie and Delia ever have kids together or adopt?

Nah, Ash is enough for them! I have come up with hypothetical kids for them but they're not canon to this AU. Just a fun little thing for me.

Will you ever put this on webtoon?

Nah. People mostly ask me this because they want to read everything in the order of the timeline but to my knowledge, you can’t reorder chapters or installments which would defeat the purpose. I also don’t think nintendo fan stuff would fly there. Also, also it’s just extra work and another place to upload and I want to keep this all fun for myself~

like ok i'm gonna start with a comparison between how he draws dick vs how he draws selina

there's that same!! exaggerated curve at the waist

the rest under the cut bc this is gonna be long—i'm pulling mostly from batman (2016) #137-138 (i've been keeping up with gotham war lmao)

he gives them the same sort of broad shoulders that taper down into a tiny waist

FURTHER, this is technically where dick's pecs are in comparison to selina's curves:

this exaggerated tiny waist is even more striking in comparison to how he draws other male characters

like don't get me wrong, he definitely favors a broad shoulder to slimmer waist sort of build, but never to the extent he goes with dick

their shoulder to waist to hip ration is a lot more equal, they've got much more of an rectangular build, the curve in at the waist/hips is gentle

Pairing: Simon 'Ghost' Riley x Reader

Genre: Hurt/Comfort

"When was the last time you kissed me and meant it?" Her voice drops into something akin to defeat.

And Simon...Simon feels like the rug's been pulled from under his feet.

Part 2, Masterlist,

"What're those?"

"Papers."

Ghost pauses halfway through opening the document, glancing up at the curtness of her voice. "Papers? She doesn't meet his eyes, gaze fixed on the table of the little booth they're sitting in.

The ice in her drink is long gone, watering down her coffee into something that tastes as bitter as her heart.

It had taken months for her to finally make this decision. Days of talking with her lawyer, crying alone at night and coming to the gruelling acceptance that this was for the best. It was best for both of them.

There's not many things that unsettle Simon. He's had blood stain his hands; his own, his comrades, and his enemies. Had almost any injury you could think of marring his skin, been prodded and ripped into, been the one on the opposite end of the knife.

But as he slides out the documents, turns them over, Simon's never felt more apprehensive.

He stills, reading the first few lines, clenching his jaw. "What is this?"

"I want a divorce."

And something in him crumbles at her defeated tone. Like she's already decided. Like he doesn't even have a chance to ask why or talk it through.

"No." He says tightly, putting them down and crossing his arms.

Her gaze shoots to his. "You can't just say that."

"I did. I won't sign them."

"I want this." She argues, and Simon swallows back the lump in his throat at how utterly tired she looks.

"I don't."

She's the light of his life, the one good, untouched piece of joy he gets to see. Something other than the bloodshed and violence he lives in.

"Simon," She says, shoulders sagging forward. "I can't do this anymore."

"This isn't the solution, love." He feels like his skin is crawling, the beginnings of unfamiliar panic clawing at his chest when she doesn't react to the pet name.

Doesn't smile, doesn't flush that beautiful red, doesn't squirm.

When she doesn't respond again, tight-lipped and clammed up and so determined to not look at him, he asks the question burning a hole through his tongue.

"Why?"

Deep down he knows. Knew this was coming but that part of him is buried under the thudding of his heart, and the rush of blood in his ears. Everything feels deathly still and moving too fast at the same time.

"Why?" She repeats, something in her stirring at the question. Her brow furrows and she switches from a cautious indifference to disbelief and frustration quicker than Simon can process. "Are you serious?" She huffs out an incredulous laugh. "You're away for months at a time and I'm supposed to what? Wait for you at our doorstep and wag my tail all happy when you finally come back to me?" Her grip tightens on her drink.

"Even when you are home, it's never about us. Never about me and you. You lock yourself in your study with your work, don't talk to me unless you come out for dinner or lunch. When was the last time we went out?" She demands. "When was the last time we went on a date? The last time we slept at the same time in the same bed?"

Simon clenches his jaw but says nothing, at a loss for words. It only encourages her to keep going, spewing thoughts that have been boiling over for the past few years.

"You barely look at me when we're home, I had to drag you out of the house to get here! You left halfway through our anniversary dinner last year because work called you in. Sometimes...sometimes I feel like you're only with me because it's easier than leaving and starting over, and that fucking hurts. It hurts when you can't bear to spend five minutes with me away from work. I've been telling you this for ages but you just...you don't listen to me." She leans forward, drink completely forgotten and hits the final nail in the coffin.

"When was the last time you kissed me and meant it?" Her voice drops into something akin to defeat.

And Simon...Simon feels like the rug's been pulled from under his feet.

"I never even know if you're coming home to me." Her voice cracks, and she hugs her middle, taking a deep breath to steady herself. "So yes, Simon, I want to separate. I'm not happy, not like I was when I met you." A sheen of tears she refuses to let fall.

"You can focus on work like you love to, and I can...I can move on."

It was so good when they started out. She found him endearing, dry humour and brooding and all. It was special, those first few years, and she'll always care about him but this...this waiting, this hurting, laying in bed at night alone and cold and crying...it wasn't right. It wasn't what she wanted and she wouldn't force Simon to want it when he clearly didn't want to.

"Fucking hell, I love you." Simon says quickly, stumbling over what to say. He reaches out for her hand on the table, but she pulls it away before he can grab it. It stings more than he can convey, makes the reality crashes down onto him.

He's about to lose her.

Because he couldn't fucking bear to pull himself out of being 'Ghost'.

It was always a rough couple of weeks during his leave. The adjustment to civilian life was a slow one for him, but that's not really an excuse at all.

"I don't think you do."

Simon blinks at her like she's slapped him. "You...you don't think so?" He repeats, running a hand through his hair. She nods, one nod, quick and so sure that it makes his chest ache.

Fuck. He's absolutely messed up.

"Everything's finalised on my end." She says. "You just need to sign them." Her voice is soft, almost like she's coaxing him.
