Hey Isa!! So I haven’t really been following the QSMP, I’ll admit, but I heard about the recent angst of the “Cage for a cage” situation, and I’m very intrigued! What are Philza and Wilbur’s stories in the QSMP? I’d love to know more! Also where could I find all their footage to catch up?
Well Wilbur's sorta yeeted into the void bc of Lovejoy things, so there's not much to talk about on his front. He has his egg daughter Talullah, who Phil is looking after and has adopted as his own at this point bc its been months, and that's kinda it as far as major keypoints go for Wilbur lore. That and he canonized (or tried to?) him/Phil father/son dynamics again. Haven't heard much from the community if we accepted that as canon or as a Wilbur Bit Because Of Course He Tried To Canonize That Again.
Phil lore on the other hand. OUGH. I don't know where to start, it feels like so little and so much at the same time. Which is funny bc this motherfucker is so allergic to lore despite being a bomb ass rper (I have 11+ years experience rping, this man is rp veteran approved). I get timezones exist and whatnot & he's usually 3-4 hours into a stream already by the time he gets on QSMP to begin with, but he dodged so much of The Horrors for so long. This week has been an outlier and the crows are suffering thriving.
As far as his lore (in a simplified tldr) goes: Ancient bird man wired for nothing but survival gets plopped on a weird island with other English speakers & Spanish speakers. Shit Is Weird And Continues To Be, but all the islanders make friends with eacg other. They're *emotionally slams fist on table* levels of tightknit. Phil especially is always so ready to help anyone out. Timeskip a month or so, Island Federation decides to play matchmaker and then make said matches parents. They're given a dragon's eggs because Dragon Gone ??? Phil acquires egg kid and raises them to be a careful & loving powerhouse like himself (& then later gets second egg kid who's meant to be Wilbur's) only for the island he's stuck on to throw every wrench at him they can in the form of mobs, federation people, trivial ass tasks given by said feds, and more. The longer things go on the worse they get, and ancient man's biggest weakness is his two kids who keep getting used against him. But ancient bird man is an anarchist, this federation can pound sand. Federation doesn't like that! Ancient bird man get punished. (And that's skipping chunks of things, but I have the memory of a peanut so I'll leave better summaries to someone better equipped.) Also when he's not experiencing the horrors he has at least 4 other men thirsting for him at any given time and he donowalls their advances beautifully while also playing into their flirting and thirsting at the same time because he has No /R Thoughts, Only Goddess Wife and egg children. Goddess wife also encourages his unintentional yaoi-ing.
I DO know you can catch up on QSMP lore via the official recap channel "QSMP Info" on YouTube! There's two videos out so far so the recaps aren't caught up to date yet, but they're made by the admins of the server, so they're thorough and accurate.
There's also a Phil VODs channel that's run by one of the most devoted PEGS (Philza Early Gang Society, Phil's offline chatters <3) in the crow community. I'm sure they have every single QSMP vod uploaded (but strap in, Phil's not a 1-3 hour stream andy, he's a 5-8 hour stream chad). Most times, he does Hardcore first then QSMP later (though I think a few times while playing TOTK he'd get on later too so ??? Good luck?) so realistically despite being a 5-8 hour stream chad, there's only 2-4 hours of QSMP in the vod, you just gotta skim through the last half of the vod. For reference, you'll want to search for vods from March 22nd, 2023 to now. That's how long QSMP has been going. It'd be laborious to fish out every crumb of QSMP stream time but I do genuinely think it's worth it just to see how things on the island develop and why so many people are screaming about The Horrors every day.
I'm sure you could also scrape around YouTube for like. Fanmade recaps, perhaps even Phil-centric ones, though I'd be wary of ones that have character analysis rather than just the plain ol stream content a) because they won't have every bit of footage & b) Sometimes People Are Wrong About Characters. You could also dig for clips of major moments (Phil has some on his Phil Clips YT but they're mostly funny) but that'd probably not give you the whole picture if you wanna be slamming your fists on the table and screaming like a monkey with the rest of us LOL.
There's also plenty of livebloggers who scream as streams progress, so check out some tags maybe. The main one is probably #qsmp liveblogging but that'll be any & all member POVs so it's not the most helpful resource but an idea nonetheless. You'd probably be better off looking through #qsmp philza or #q!philza or something, you'd just have to sift through creative works, memes & shitposts too.
Any crows who follow me that might have more/better resources are welcome & encouraged to reblog or reply to this and add Phil lore summaries (and your character analyses bc Phil mains are trustworthy) or more things to check out in order to get all the Good Shit Lore(TM) btw!

I'm constantly going back in my prompts tag to delete old reblogs. BUT THERE ARE STILL, complete strangers who dig through it and reblog it from me. Like?????????? That has the same effect as a 'fuck you' in my DMs. It's 10x funnier, if it is one of those blogs with a long ass pinned/rules page. And they still had no qualms in doing this shit. It's not quirky, let me tell you that much.
Notice, I'm not complaining about not receiving asks whenever I reblog something. That's not an issue for me (mutuals/rp partners should only send stuff, when they genuinely feel like doing so, without any obligations). All I'm asking is to not make me feel like, I'm just a RP memes archive type of blog, that's only there to provide writing prompts & nothing else. This has been a long running peeve I've been having to deal with, for YEARS. And it made a resurface as of lately.

Jokes aside. It may have been a result of the way I tried watching the classic series (by binge watching the entire thing). BUT when I got to the Hades arc, I got SO mad when I realized they brought back those drawn out battles. Like those were my least enjoyed bits of the early parts of the anime and the Sanctuary arc, meanwhile the Poseidon arc didn't have any of that (which is why I rate the Poseidon arc as my favorite one of the anime adaptation. 15 episodes with NO filler??? HELL YEAH.).
You can say I was already pretty burned, and should have slowed down with the final part of the series. But even then, I don't think that would have changed a thing about my general disinterest towards Hades' servants. Visually speaking to me, they are the messiest and most boring looking characters from the classic series (they only ever wear 1 color and look way too much like a toy, than some form of proper armor).
Rhadama.nthys is the biggest bitch in the club, to me he was the most insufferable. "He is the strongest*tm of all judges." *= only when Hades is straight up cheating and the story feels like unnecessarily drag things out. Reminder that Kanon killed him without any cloth equipped, and he went out the way HE chose to. He literally didn't even have to TRY.
My favorite part of the Hades arc was seeing Kanon wipe the floor, with everyone he crossed paths with. This feels 10x more satisfying, after reading the Destiny & Origins extra chapters.

Not to start the whole Anti vs proship debate. BUT It is a fact that all antis (ppl who want to be cops/have no qualms with harrassing or policing others/etc.) I've come across are an American, who's way too enthralled in their lil bubble they call world. Then they have a breakdown bc as it turns out, the rest of the world isn't AT ALL like them. And there's genuine pushback/retaliation from the community, against these kinds of whiny bitchass mfers LOL.
Obviously, this doesn't mean the fandom is perfect nor it's an Utopia, where there isn't drama at all. BUT when compared to others, it feels a lot tamer in comparison. Unfortunately, it comes at the cost of coming off as a very closed off fandom, that's centered around overseas things for a change.

1: list 3 positive things about your current fandom(s)
First, I'm in more obscure fandoms, so there's not much drama. People are more open to different things because they're just happy to see more stuff for the fandom
Second, most everyone I meet is someone that has been in the fandom for a while. People who really do connect with it and care about it (as opposed to people that just stop by while it's popular for a bit, but leave once the hype dies down)
Third, the fan content that exists for my fandoms is amazing. From detailed AUs to just further explaining something from canon to that joke thing someone claims they 'just HAD' to do, it's incredible and I love it.
11: if you're a writer or artist, what fic or piece of art are you proud of making?
Definitely all my stories in The ScholMander Files. There's really only two people that actually care about this series, but I've had so much fun talking with those two people about ideas for my own fics and theirs, and I've really enjoyed writing these. I've probably written more fics for this pairing than any other single author, and I've got more coming. Which leads to....

There's a few for this, and a lot of it has to do with RPs here. It's a tie for me between:
☆ ScholMander (Milo Thatch/Commander Rourke from Atlantis: the Lost Empire) - This is probably the unicorn of the fandom in terms of how rare it is. But having written so much for it and even RPed it, this is now canon to me. These two are just so sweet to each other I'm surprised I don't have cavities yet. And it all started because I saw some photoedit fanart that had an image of Rourke with an arm around Milo and I couldn't stop thinking about that image. Now, they are canon to me.
☆ Clu x Tron/Rinzler (from.....uh.....Tron) - This is largely due to RP threads I've done on here. I honestly hadn't thought of this until I started RPing it with people here,but now I love it. Especially Clu and Tron as sort-of-parents for Beck. Ugh, the sweetness!
☆ Halman (Hal 9000/Dave Bowman from 2001: A Space Odyssey and its sequel movie/books) - This is probably the one canon ship I'm into, and yes it is very obviously canon, especially in the sequel movie 2010: The Year We Make Contact when they have the following exchange:
Hal 9000: What is going to happen?
Dave Bowman: Something wonderful.
Hal 9000: I'm afraid.
Dave Bowman: Don't be. We'll be together.
Hal 9000: Where will we be?
Dave Bowman: Where I am now.
I mean, it's even more obvious than Spirk (which I also love) and that's saying something. Just the way these two care for each other is just so wholesome and sweet. It's the one ship I don't see much smut stuff for, and honestly, it doesn't need smut, it works so well. They are just so good to each other. Dave does not want to kill Hal, he does it because he has no choice and (my interpretation) he figured out at that point that something was wrong, that Hal was 'sick' and Dave didn't want to see this person he cares so much about suffering anymore. But when Hal is brought back in the sequel, Dave takes extra time during his short visit to check on Hal and make sure he's okay and ultimately saves him from a second death, after which they literally spend eternity together.

⋆ EXPERIENCE / HOW MANY YEARS?: I lost count. I've been rping since I was 11 and I am now over 30.
⋆ FLUFF, ANGST, OR SMUT?: I am an Angst whore! But I want Fluff in between to make the Angst hit harder and to actually build character relationships. Depends on the muse, however. I also love Whump. I don't care much about smut, and I suck at writing it. But if it fits into the story I will write it.
⋆ PLOTS OR MEMES?: Both! Sometimes Memes can be really good Ice breakers. And plot can come second to see where it should go! Or sometimes you want / need to plot first because else interaction might be difficult. I guess the mix does it.
⋆ LONG OR SHORT REPLIES?: Length is not as important as content. You can give me 3 pages of just describing one single object and it will do less than 2 paragraphs of describing what your character does, says, feels, and what the mood of the room is, and then I can actually work with it! My own replies vary as well. I suffer from always feeling like I need to match my partner or feeling that I write too little, though, for myself.
⋆ TIME TO WRITE?: The night, after midnight. Sadly I can't always do it because of work.
⋆ ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S)?: So in all honesty, yes and no. For both of them. Curumë specifically actually incorporates a lot of my personality traits and traumas. He (originally) was based on my Tav in BG3. BG3 was my coping game while dealing with the aftermath of an extremely toxic relationship and breakup. BG3 turned out to be about the abuse cycle in its essence and thus made me obsessed. And I put a lot of needs and wants and wishes of what I should have done into Curumë. The theme of Freedom and the fight against being controlled is a huge part that both haunt/ed me (and him). It also made me vibe hardcore with Astarion, but I shy away from writing him because it feels like a competition. And also Curumë is more personal, more catered to what I personally experienced.
I write him like an Asshole because that is the part that is the opposite of me. But it is - sometimes - what I wish I had done, instead of people pleasing and being a "I can Fix him" person. Anyway, this got a bit personal I am sorry.
As for Raistlin sadly he is also a lot like me. But also not. I actually want to rp and write for him because he is so relatable. I started out reading the books dealing with his character development specifically and it was scary how someone could put some of my own experiences as a (constantly rejected) disabled person with a nondisabled sibling into one character so well. I'd say Raistlin is someone I could have become if I hadn't gone to therapy and decided to deal with my inner demons. The biggest difference between him and me though is the hunger for power, because I don't have that. I do have a need for adoration though, ngl.

Personal, ooc, but this ties to Gia also (really he's the whole culprit for it) and I'm just Excited over it so you'll get to hear it under the cut anyway. Long ramblings.
So I made Gia sometime in December of 2022, in-game, then started rping him with the ever wonderful captainqster like... Idk man, three or four days later.
Let me check actually.
Two days later, okay. We went fast I guess.
ANYWAY. Gia very, very quickly ate up all of my interest, creative energy and drive, not to mention within a few months he had fully become my main in the game, entirely usurping poor Saahe despite being canonically an NPC, whereas Saahe made a legitimately good WoL and I could really get into the story with him.
And yet, Gia. Gia became my everything, and the friends that have known me the longest were commenting that I really just related to him on a level I never have with any other character I've played.
I couldn't exactly deny that, seeing all the evidence.
Now, a bit of context. Saahe was my first and my original FFXIV character, and when making him my thought process was "okay, what's the most personally attractive character I can make in this character creator", which led to Saahe. I think he's hot, appearance wise! I'm very very ace, but you know, aesthetically.
Gia was made on a whim and with an entirely different goal in mind. My thought process behind his appearance was more "if I could be anything in this game, what would it be?"
You might be able to see where this is going based on that alone.
Of course then I went on to mod him to be more in line with the vision I had for him, which led to him getting that hourglass figure and nearly getting entirely, fully castrated before I refrained just enough to leave his dick in peace. It wasn't just to please me, it did have IC reasons, but put a pin on that preferring the look of a male with all external sexual organs removed still in the context of "if I could be anything, what would it be".
So there I am, doing all of this to Gia, while relating like all hell to Gia, while suffering from an intense case of body envy given to me by Gia. More background, then: I've always considered agender to be my preferred identity/closest descriptor to how I feel about gender and shit. Agender, aro, ace, a-everything essentially. However, my appearance has always been very in line with gender binary.
And while I've been indifferent to genders, I have not been indifferent to my own body parts and how against what I feel they go. I've always had dysphoria, but I've kinda just dealt with it, mostly probably assumed everyone's equally unhappy with their bodies. Joke's on me there.
But now there's been Gia and me being kinda... Forced to confront the fact he is so much what I would want to be, physically. He's wonderfully caught between traditionally male and female features, is also very indifferent to his gender, and loosely considers himself a male only for the ease of it because it was the sex he grew up into in puberty and has those sexual organs (sans what's been removed).
And all of that has made my dysphoria flare up like all hell!
So after things kinda came to a head and I spent one total day crying over how unhappy I was with my body, I started to actually look into straight up transitioning and how that works in my country. And it got me very... Excited? Hopeful kinda? Like maybe I could be happy with my body eventually?
After sleeping on that 'cause being super emotional and very upset is no state of mind to make big decisions in, I took a lil step and sent an email to a social worker of a gender diversity organization, explaining my situation and my concerns a bit and just this "idk who to talk to about this". It's hard to doubt my dysphoria and want to change things after living with it since puberty which wasn't exactly recently, but of course it's still a big thing to consider and not something I want to think on alone, while also not knowing how my nurse and doctor would react if I brought it up with them. Or my old therapist, for that matter; we had other things to discuss during my three years with her than my dysphoria that I'd sort of just resigned myself to at the time, and I made Gia shortly before my therapy ended so then there just was no time anymore.
I wasn't expecting a response to my email right away, but I actually got an email back the next day! In which the worker suggested an appointment to discuss my situation, my worries, and what might be the right next steps for me to take. So I scheduled one, and that will be in about two weeks.
So yeah everything is only just at the very beginning, but I haven't felt this... Optimistic? Hopeful? About my future? In a long time? Like atm, before discussing anything with a professional, I would kinda hope to have two surgeries to make myself look more androgynous. Change my name into something less gendered too, most likely. Other stuff is more in consideration, but those first two I've been dreaming off for a ridiculously long time without ever actually thinking that hey, maybe they'd be possible even, and I've never been very fond of my name. I'd need to get a diagnosis first obviously, and that'll inevitably take a while, and then everything else afterwards, but I've cracked the first door open kinda? So maybe? Maybe I can get there?
I don't need the gender on my legal papers to change, I don't care that much and legally you gotta be one or the other, I just don't want to look like one or the other. Let me have the same confusing aura Gia does.
I've also been laughing over how the reaction of everyone online who knows me to any extent has been just a resounding "and no one was surprised". Apparently my vibes and how I've talked have been just a lil like that for the longest time.

My reply length varies from one liners to longer depending on what pops into my mind for a reply. I have no issues learning how to improve my rping skills if that's what whoever I rp with want. I just ask that you have time and patience with me as I learn since I work two jobs and suffer from anxiety,bipolar,depression,insomnia,and ptsd so I use rping as a way to cope so I reply whenever I can.
I'm wanting to try to revive this starter since the last few people I've done it with are dealing with things that have made them have to take a break from rping.
Starter: kagome is some how sent to a part of the world that rengoku is in. Due to so many demons showing up rengoku (CAN BE HIM ALONE,HIM AND ANOTHER HASHIRA,OR HIM AND ALL OF THE OTHER HASHIRAS THIS WILL BE LEFT UP TO WHOEVER RPS AS HIM) is sent to the place where the two of them meet.

I've had this blog for almost three (3) years and Naans is hands down one of my longest mutuals. Not sure for how long, but I wanna say pretty early into this blog for sure. There's some other long mutuals I can think of but out of all Naans is definitely the most active. Don't personally know them, but I am a huge fan. I have this thing where if I admire someone and think they're cool I just permanently stay too shy and never approach because of that shyness but listen even then Naans is always a pleasant presence on the dash and every now and then we comment in each others' posts and we get to interact through there and the experiences have always been pleasant. I can also point out many times where we had different views on different matters and we didn't necessarily agree with each other and it was expressed, but it always remained respectful, how we can discuss in a mature fashion because we're adults even if it's just for a bit. Unfortunately such a thing isn't all that common now a days.
As I said before I don't know Naans personally and outside of some communication here and there I can tell that they are a good bean, a very pleasant person I have no doubt in my mind about it. Their love and adoration for Childe can never be questioned honestly. As someone who will also give a limb for my son I perceive them too well with just how much they like Childe and how much the character stands and means to them. I love reading their thoughts on him let it be in his canon verse or how he'd be like in different verses with different scenarios and just how that would impact the character he would become and be like. Their rping is also really great. Painting a scene, establishing a mood, and letting Childe carry the entire piece until the end, I personally think it's really fancy and a skill I highly admire. The shenanigans they're up to on the dash from time to time also never fails to make me laugh so that's always great awraxa. They are also an awesome artist and every now and then I get to see their art which is great.
I'm glad to see them around and that they're still around as well.

No but in all seriousness I guess I'll start from the beginning. Lemme get this out of the way rn and let those of the jury know that Vis is fucking awesome, Vis is the shit, the bees knees and anybody who wants to argue with me will suffer my wrat h.
I've mentioned it with Naan's section but I have this thing that where if I think someone is cool I just permanently stay shy which is honestly most of the time i'm not gonna lie to you awraxa. Now this multiplies with original characters that are so well thought out that I'm shaking. To this day, and I recall letting Vis know, but to this day I am still blown away by the amount of work, thought, and effort that's been placed on Tem. To this day I am still floored by it because its done so well, there is so much information for you to take in, and I am honestly a huge huge fan of original characters, I love them so much. I was lucky enough that Vis had bigger balls than I did and messaged me for plotting awraxa, it helped break that shy barrier I had up honestly lmao. I'm really looking forward to my son and Tem and how they interact with each other, they're always up to some shit honestly and that will never not keep me entertained and invested in them awraxa.
I think this should go without saying but Vis is great, a very great friend, very down to earth. Vis also makes me laugh quite a lot and they're just really funny. Vis shares pictures of their cats with me and they are the most precious kitty litter, I am their guardian in spirit, a bunch of babies honestly. Vis got them spoiled fr awraxa. I feel very blessed to have gotten to know the mind behind Tem honestly, because Vis is genuinely such a great person, so real and honest. I adore chatting with Vis about all matters of things honestly. I love the communication and honesty and how upfront they are with me. I'm really thankful to have gotten to know them and will forever be thankful that I got over my shyness about them because quite frankly I would have been missing out on a very very good human bean. Vis is great, the character and them as well so pweas e follow if you have not already. Vis don't miss.

her heart 🥺 which you can really see in my portrayal, i hope!! her interactions with julius is one of my fav things in fate extra Ever, especially when the arena was all messed up and it was pretty much fuuuull of julius's hatred for hakuno but hakuno still kept going on and even tried to understand julius in spite of that!! i love how hakuno literally lost consciousness (even her servant got super worried!! it was That serious!!) just by being there but when she regains her consciousness, all she could focus on was julius's memory she'd just seen and how he seemed to be suffering. and then how the whole time she was just concerned abt julius.... says so much abt her character imo and i love it lots!!! really like how hakuno has been shown time and time again to knowingly risk herself for someone else's benefit and how a huuge thing in extra is always hakuno discovering those very compassionate and human values even when she starts out all hollow and empty :,)
the way she treats others and the morals and values she learns hits soo deep to me and personally really makes me feel some kinda way.. (a good way!) something something she was in a cruel and vicious environment and found out that her entire existence doesn't matter but still has a heart that's big enough to think of others and choose to hold onto kindness to the very end..... 😭😭❤️ veeery interesting too, because it's almost like a parallel to twice, who hakuno could've very much become if she didn't have a heart like hers! (that's a whole nother topic thooo <3) i feel like this trait of hers is soooo important, i really wish ppl noticed it more, it really sucks to not really see much (if not any) of it in extella </3 it's what makes her bonds and connections so realistic and unique imo, and that's my fav thing abt fate extra ;_; it's vvvv natural and not plot-contrived at all, really feels like two individuals developing a genuine bond. ofc it's not Just this character trait that makes me love hakuno...... there is sm to love abt her!!! there are many many little things that make hakuno hakuno that make me luvs her ❤️

Someone who is okay playing multiple characters (if Shadowidomauk we can share Essek so when Caleb and Essek are alone you aren't rping with yourself lol), someone who enjoys smut rp, and is okay with darker material (nothing horrifying though just the usual world violence and maybe some mental illness from his time in Lucien)

This was bad. This was beyond bad. Mollymauk, formerly known as Kingsley, was in the back of a tavern that had given them shelter after his first mate had gotten him off board the sinking ship. An old enemy of Lucien’s, damn the name and the curse that seems to follow him, had spotted his brightly colored self and set their sights on their crew. Molly had suffered a sword right through his center, and was waiting for a healer to be found. “V-Val…Val the st..stone.” He rasped, the Drow all but straddling him to keep him still and keep anyone away. She dug in his battered and burned coat and grabbed the one he described, shoving it in his hand. “Call them. NOW.” She ordered.
Molly brought it to his lips and took a staggering breath, who could get here? Caleb could teleport. Caleb was the best option. He could get them somewhere safe. He was bleeding more than enough to use it to cast, and began to wheeze into the stone- “M..Magician…Nicodranis…W-Wayfarer’s Co…Cove. Need help. Please…come get me. Living is…nice. In back…with a Drow...Caleb I need you. Please respond soon.” Water was brought to his lips from his first mate after he finished and he drank, the sword still inside him. “I give them one minute to respond…then we forget them and hope the tavern keeper can find a cleric.” Val said. “Ngh…no…no they’ll come. The Nein always come.” Molly assured her.

Some are pretty unique (to the point I can tell when someone steals it; I caught someone before lol) which I'm glad to have, because it adds a bit of spice to my interpretation. Overall tho, they just come and go whenever it strikes me.

And I hate forcing Cloud to do something that doesn't seem IC just because I want XYZ to occur.

Age: He was “imagined” in 1800, so I guess he is pretty old.
Age Appearance: It’s hard to tell.
Height: 10 feet (tall boy)
Voice: pretty much similar to Beetlejuice from the musical. Just so you can have a generic idea.
Power: He has “imaginary” powers, similar to a cartoon character…a deadly one.
He usually uses all kinds of candies that he can create and shapes them as insects or similar.
He can summon puppets to fight for him and they are made by him after each victim he kills. And of course, L.J is Immortal.
Personality: He can be grumpy and strangely serious with someone he doesn’t know too well, but he can also be surprisingly funny once you know him a little. (still creepy).
Can be manipulative.
He hates children, it is something really difficult for a child to make friends with him after what happened with Isaac.
He will offer you a candy when you meet him if you accept the first candy he offers you, this means that he is “authorized” to kill you or at least try to make your life a nightmare, it is not something that always happens but I would not play with fate. If you say NO to his first candy, you’ll be fine … hopefully.
L.J loves prank (they can be as silly as dangerous) and if you are brave enough to prank him and clever enough to make him fall for your prank, there is a possibility that he will see you in a more pleasant way. (but depends on the prank you are trying to make)
Behind his creepy mask there is a deeply depressed clown..he still
suffers from his past trauma about being trapped inside his box for 13 years and forgotten by Isaac.
When he feels strong emotion (usually anger or sadness) around his eyes there will be shades similar to black makeup smeared by tears.

yes, of course! i love giving my thoughts <3 thank you for asking! <3
first and foremost, let's address the two elephants in the room: cc!techno's tone and style of RPing and the fact that c!techno referred to c!tubbo as a dictator.
as to the first point, again cc!techno has said he's uncomfortable with overly serious things and constant angst is untenable. it'll create burnout in your audience and honestly just isn't good storytelling. luckily they know this! that's why techno is the one who is there with c!dream now. he brings the exact tone shift that's needed.
to the second point, as far as c!techno knows, c!tubbo is a dictator. the two main things that techno knows about tubbo is that he exiled tommy - which techno thought was a bad thing - and not only put techno's best friend, phil, under house arrest but tried to execute techno without a trial. however, techno still expressed that while he's a little suspicious, he thinks snowchester is fine.
now onto the rest! i absolutely loved this stream, cc!techno consistently gives great lore streams, honestly some of the best, if you like that sort of tone.
one of the main takeaways here, is that c!techno is actually scary good at getting information from people in a manner that isn't completely obvious. i've seen people liken him to a cartoon villain and not only do i think that is missing the nuance of his character but i feel it downplays just how competent he is. because he is. he got information from c!dream while giving up next to nothing of value himself; he spoke about tubbo's nukes but never once mentioned phil or niki and even avoided talking about how he knows ranboo. dream was also taking a similar approach and i have no doubt that he's good at it but his disadvantage here is the devastating toll that isolation takes on someone.
but just look at what techno has done for dream already.
we've seen dream and the state he was in prior to this. it was honestly hard to watch, to hear the way his voice cracked, the way he pleaded and cowered. because why wouldn't he? who could blame him?
then techno comes in and one of the first things he does is calm dream down and this stream was truly a continuation of that! yes, he made light of some of it (and one day i'll finally write my post on c!techno and minimization) but he also validated so much of dream's feelings and pain. which is so important! we've never gotten to really see dream's pain nor focused on his feelings. and the few times we have seen it, it's been dismissed. not just by the characters but honestly by a large part of the fandom. techno not only acknowledged what dream has gone through but pointed out a lot of what's happened isn't right. that's needed! that's important! the prison arc is about dream and dream alone, really, and techno is there to reinforce that, not just to the audience but to dream himself, who has spent so long dehumanizing himself in a very 'you want a villain, i'll show you a villain' way.
techno, on the other hand, treats dream in a very human way. he teases him, he hugs him, he makes jokes, he calls dream his friend. he stops dream from self-harming and points out that it's not healthy. he says yes, this isn't okay and yes, you deserve better. but he does so in a way that's light-hearted because that's what dream needs. the prison is dark and heavy and it's been crushing dream. techno, with all his teasing and laughter, manages to take some of that burden.
and it works! dream laughs! he says 'oh my god' in that exasperated way he does when he's trying to hide his amusement and fondness. he's better. not perfect. not healed. but better.
let's also take a moment to appreciate that techno said he and the hypothetical clones could act as a 'meat shield' for dream if they came to torture him again.
two other things stood out to me:
techno bringing up how often betrayal occurs was brilliant because not only was it a self-aware joke about how overplayed that particular plotline/trope is but because techno counts dream as one of the only people who hasn't betrayed him. they might not trust each other at the moment but i have hopes that will change.
c!dream pretty clearly has PTSD. i say this as someone who has PTSD. we've seen signs of it before, with the way he was acting. the self-harm, the outbursts of anger, etc. but now we know he's suffering from poor memory which is another symptom.

Oh MAN..... I love so many characters.... this is exclusively characters that I am currently suffering from Worms about, in no particular order. I also am specifically picking non-main characters to keep the nonsensical spirit of the original post.
Klarg from The Adventure Zone: Balance. I didn't really notice Klarg much when I first listened to TAZ (it was before the series was complete, and tbh I just wasn't super into the show at first) but after I listened to it for the second time (all the way through this time) Klarg has hands down been my favorite character. I very heavily ID with him, his mental health issues (because YES! that's what they are!!) really hit me hard and I just want what's best for him. I'm also a complete slut for Klaako, TAZ: Balance is one of the rare pieces of media where I very much have an OTP and have no interest in other ships beyond Klaako.
Nomura from Tales of Arcadia. I will go absolutely apeshit over any Nomura content I can get (excluding Dr.omura because that's a trash ship that I hate, sorry to those that like it xoxo,) I adore her so much. She deserved better and I think she should have been worse. Thinking about what her relationship with Strickler must have been like makes me go absolutely feral.
Seladon from The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. She's one of my absolute top "problematic fave" hero-adjacent characters. I affectionately refer to her as Mommy's Little Bootlicker and Tiffany Tumbles. She's very misguided but I adore her and both find her extremely whumpable and also want to protect her with my life. My love for Sansa Stark walked so my obsession with Seladon could run.
Zebediah Killgrave from Marvel 616. He's my poor little meow meow, my little princess, my scrungly. He fucking sucks so much it's unreal, but he's also been one of my favorite characters since I started RPing him 6(!!!) years ago. He should have stayed dead. <3
Zhao from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Deplorable human being, I just want to squish him. I want that daddy obliterated. The way he refuses to take Zuko's hand when he's being dragged to his death fucking destroys me. I think about him being lost in that fog for decades so much. I want to bite him.
