Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

Sam is not an outwardly physically nor emotionally affectionate person. We know him to be extremely reserved with a high sense of professionalism and this carries into his romantic life as well. Even deep into his obsessions with you he isn’t as romantically intense as someone like Paulie would be towards their darling; especially not in public.

(In private he does cuddle and do the whole shabang but it isn’t overwhelming)

Yes I know he is a proclaimed lady killer but I personally like to think it only applies to women he’s trying to sleep with. The whole shtick is a fake persona. It's for people he wants to exploit but for you…he’s different because his love is “true”.

Basically still charming but toned down a little and closer to his authentic self.

He does however love giving you gifts and little trinkets that he buys or “borrows”. It’s his way of saying I love you and I’m constantly thinking about you. He also likes to use affectionate terms that are reserved only for you like “sweetheart” “my girl” “doll”

(You can see how he is with Sarah, still charming but there’s a lot of respect there for her and he doesn’t cross a boundary unlike the women he sexualizes)

Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?

He’s willing to do anything to protect and keep you. We saw his hidden temper by the end of the game. Usually, it would be under control and not much could make him lose himself but when it comes to you he just can’t help it. He’s a ticking time bomb now and he doesn’t like when anyone flirts or even looks in your direction. He’s not afraid to kill someone in cold blood or send a hit out on someone’s head. Abusing his power in the mob is absolutely nothing to him, he’s willing to do anything to make sure all other competition or potential danger is out of the way.

No man in Lost Haven is exempt from being beaten to a bloody pulp for disrespecting either of you, even the new recruits know they cannot fuck around.

Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

Very stereotypical nuclear family. He wants to marry you, buy a house and have kids.

Maybe get a dog? Nahh he doesn’t like animals…

He’s a traditional man and wants to make the best possible life for you and the kids especially with him being an immigrant coming from nothing.

Regardless if you want this or not, Sam will still carry these plans out. This is the life of every Italian man of his time and he refuses to take anything less.

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

Sam won’t ever give anyone the satisfaction of admitting it but yes he gets so jealous.

You’re his and how dare someone mess with his prize possession. Extremely territorial over you and It consumes him to the point he does act out regularly on his compulsions. His charismatic gray eyes are almost always plotting something dark and sinister for whosoever crossed him.

By the way, Sam wouldn't ever get physical with you but if you ever got caught giving attention to another, it will end in a pretty nasty argument and him keeping you locked up for days on end.

I'd kind of gotten suspicious when I saw Caco grabbing Lando after his fan track walks, making sure there were tons of photos of Lando with Carlos Sr and Jr after basically nothing for so long. bc Team Sainz is on PR overload (understandably) to push for that RB seat. then the box challenge they slipped in while Oscar was in the drivers panel and the absolute swamp of cameras as if Max were giving a press release and it all kind of took the shine off of it. Carlos planting the carland0 breakfast in his interview and then it turning out to be bait footage for Lando's ad for Adam's electric scooter company was just a bit too much for me lol

I'd already been losing the interest in carland0 as rpf since apart from the bromance it was mostly down to larrying degrees of slowing down footage to look suggestive and spinning "rumors" into fact and seeing brotherly affection as them being horny or romantic blah blahhh. that combined with how cynical the sudden carlando influx has been -and after I'd had anons complaining that carlando never interacted even online for so long! - I'm not interested in being in the larry equivalent ship anymore.

So when I watched HFA AO I felt like recreating the fruit monsters and giving them some lore. Enjoy!

First up we have Broccoli overlord. As you can see, he now has a more alien-like appearance. Each bud has either a mouth or eyes and the two thicker sets of stem with the spikes are the equivalent of arms, equipped with spikes for battle. These veggie villains have a habit of terraforming planets, enslaving other aliens, blah blah blahhh, and other average evil alien stuff. Don't let their barbaric nature fool you, their as cunning as they are floral.

Origin: So I somehow managed to piece everything and have the concept of sentient foods living on earth actually make sense. The Alien Broccoli isnt actually the Broccoli we have on earth (though I guess at this point its obvious) but a carnivorous plant race that just happen to look like Broccoli.

This giant maw is in the center of their head and is pretty much like a venus fly trap (there's actually four leaf jaws, but two was easier to draw). Anyway terraforming is hard when the population in their galaxy is scarce, so the Broccoli's technology is oozing with mutating radiation. They drop some on a inhabitant planet or two to (quite literally) bring it to life and then wait a while to kill it (kinda like what we do when growing plants.). As you can guess by now, the tech dropped on earth, and...well, here we are. The radiation can be more extreme or ineffective to some objects than others, which is why there are non-living food, sentient foods, and foods that are monsters. And also other bizarre creatures (like the flying honey badger).

Next. The Ice Scream

I really enjoyed the concept of this one. Ice Screams were once normal frozen treats, that were then lost in the freezer by time, and eventually decayed into spirits with bodies of absolute ZERO. They have adapted to carve burrows with their claws and frost breath. Due to their souls being corrupt, their vulnerable to any source of heat and will perish if exposed, thats why they need a body. In cold weather, their able to roam outside their territory and catch a host by paralyzing their victims with their cold glowing eyes and eardrum-shredding screech (those vocals are also used to make gorgeous melodies to lure said victims). As you can see from the art, there are many ways to tell if the victim is possessed: Constant twitching, sneezing, shivering, glowing eyes, visible breath, cold af, will avoid hot things at all costs, and frozen skin/peel.

They come in many forms and flavors and sometimes might have extra appendages.

Next up: Marshmellow peeps

I figured they'd be kinda like the dinosaurs in the AO world, not much to say other than that.

Next is...Vampire Fruit bat!!

This one might have been my favorite to remake. One of the things I wanted to change was their non-bat forms (sorry but that goofy ah fairy ain't gonna cut it), I thought for a moment and went "Hey! Since most Fruit bats have orange fur, what about a Blood orange!" And here we are! They've got a black aura and leave a trail of petals from their latest victim (basically, whichever fruit they ate, the flower petals of the same fruit will appear). And I gave their outfit fall colors that not only match the vampire fruit bat's red markings, but also fits with the October vibe!

I never quite understood why the trip to Scotland was so important for VM and for their decision to skate together again… wasn't it long before the last Olympics?! Can you explain me something more? 😊

I think in general this is hard to understand because no one (as in us commenting/discussing it) was there so it’s just their retelling of it that people are basing their assumptions off.

I don’t actually know when exactly the Scotland thing was. Based on this TV appearance it seems to have been around a similar time to the china trip (they say they were in Scotland ‘a few weeks ago’ and then later ‘we were in china…’ I’m guessing just before)

As far as their decision to come back I hold more value to their trip to the Great Wall, at T actually details quite specifically in this interview that that was truly the definitive moment. I believe that’s also what they say in their book that was when they kinda settled on it.

As with everything big life decision related there’s a lot that goes into it and especially with two people who had to be 100% on the same page to go ahead with it. As they say they were kinda probing each other for a while to get a sense of where the other was at then seemingly on that trip to the Great Wall they had a real in-depth discussion about it. Idk though. I wasn’t there.. none of us were so we just have to take their word for it (as with everything they say)

As far as it being long before the actual olys it seems from things they’ve said it was only maybe 6 months or so after Sochi that they began thinking about the idea of coming back. In their book there’s a moment when Scott is talking to Patch (well before they actual decided) and Scott says something about wanting to come back and patch says ‘well I think Tessa definitely wants it but I’m not sure if you do’ and that seemed to really convinced Scott to realise how much he wanted it as well. It’s definitely wasn’t this spur of the moment decision weeks before the GP season to comeback and wing it for another gold medal. It was very methodical and the fact they wanted to change so much and do it this new way.. they also had to find people to fund them work out where they would live and all the other things that go along with it.

The way I see Scotland more is around hearing their friend sing this song and it was just one of those moments where they connected artistically to an idea or inspiration. They were having lots of discussions about the direction they wanted to take their skating and artistry even just in the show realm regardless of whether they would come back, but since it was around the time of that decision to compete again. In my opinion it gets lost in the shuffle. In general that whole time for them I assume was this kinda.. rebirthing for them and the next phase of their career.. and I think that’s the really fascinating part rather then a particular instance (or people clinging onto the fact they looked at each other across a crowded room like out of some romcom even tho apparently his gf at the time was there too omg who fkn cares I which people had just left their personal lives alone blahhh😝)

Hope that explains at least my perspective. Basically there was a lot that went into that decision I don’t know that one moment meant more then any except seemingly the Great Wall trip that seemed to be pretty definitive

oh wait i'm not done i guess!

i just enjoy the podcast so much when it’s actually them just having a genuine conversation and letting their chemistry prevail. sure the occassional bit is fine but whne that’s the whole poddcast it isn’t worth watching at all. but this one was really good! i think part of the problem is they’re never going to be as vulnerable as they used to be because of the camera now. like ryan used to cry on the podcast at least a few times a year!! and matt’s voice would go all soft comforting him! there’s no way they’re gonna just let us SEE that, getting to hear it was as far as they’d go. also with luke editing it instead of themselves, that probably also accounts for the lack of vulnerability.but this latest podcast was good - good conversations - good references, ‘i can’t imagine a friend ever stealing money from me'- the way neither of them are actually that funny but they can crack each other up like no one else blahhh. TOO MANY THOUGHTS ABOUT DUMB YOUTUBERS! UGH GOOD NIGHT!!!

absolutely, mental health is a super important topic and one which should always be talked about. and it’s also very relevant in loassumption. too many times we see people disregarding their mental health while manifesting, and desperately getting caught up in a detrimental cycle of toxic positivity until one day, it’s all too much… before saying anything else, i want to make one thing clear: mental health comes first, always.

now, it takes a little patience and discipline in order to rid yourself of intrusive thoughts. you see, the reason we get intrusive thoughts is because we are identifying with them. those who have a perfect self concept and no doubts when manifesting simply do no associate themselves with any negativity that doesn’t align with them having what they want.

undesired, intrusive thoughts are the old story. along with you not having your desires, the 3d not conforming, the law doesn’t work for you blah blah blahhh… nope, old story, out the window, we do not accept that anymore.

instead create a new story for yourself! become so clear on the person you want to be, and become them. think like they would right now. surely someone who has all their desires and manifests everything instantly and effortlessly wouldn’t entertain doubts or intrusive thoughts? so neither do you! flip any intrusive thoughts, literally tell them to shut up and go away. you are not your thoughts and they do not control you, and at any given moment you have the power to chose what thoughts exist in your reality. so, make the choice. become aware of what kind of thoughts are filling your mind and which ones are serving you. identify with the ones that serve you and take the liberty to laugh at any that don’t. become used to doing this, and you’ll soon find that you’ll get less undesired thoughts, and that you’ll naturally begin to resist them as they have no place in your new story.

I love these korean radfem. Does bad grammar bother you? My own grammar is important to me, so if I make a mistake I have to go back and fix it as soon as I'm aware. Although, there admittedly are times where I just go off on a ramble or venting session and just let it flow a little.

Do you usually complain a lot when you first wake up? I can be irritable and blah when first waking up. I need time to wake up first and take my medicine and just come to life somewhat at least. I'm more of a zombie these days, though. I'm barely functioning and awake it feels like.

What's something you're thankful for? God, my mom, and brother. They keep me going. I seriously could not do it without them. Especially my mom, who has had to do so much and taking care of me right now takes up so much of her time.

My best (and basically only) friend lives like over 1000 miles away in another state and recently he has been getting so much busier just hanging out with his other friends and it makes me jealous all the time and causes me to have bad thoughts that maybe he doesn't really care for me as much as I think and yesterday we had a conversation about it and it really reaffirmed that he does care about me and that I'm the first person he goes to for stuff and I can never be replaced in his life but I can't fucking get that jealousy out of my head and I hate it. And the conversation came up because we were playing Stardew Valley yesterday and suddenly I just started crying and I was so stressed out on Saturday because he had a girl sleep over at his place and I was just so jealous that he had a pretty intimate time with her for the first time and I just wish I was able to be there and experience that with him and I am just so fucking lonely and I simultaneously am so happy he found someone who he thinks can be a potential partner because he has been wanting it and I'm also just so angry/jealous because again I just wish I was able to provide that for him in this weird way and idk if I like, love him more romantically than I am able to admit to myself or if it's just because I'm so lonely and he's my only friend that I just wish for us to be able to do more stuff together but we can't because of how far he is and blahhh I just feel like such a shitty friend
