i get a lot of my fic recs from other friends since i don't really go out and search on my own all too much for this fandom. but there are lots of great works out here! i will be listing out some of my favorites :3 mostly hc but a couple general mcyt ones that i think are an excellent read no matter what. all of the fics i'm listing will be genfic without ships!
also i just realized a lot of my bookmarks are grian-centric which is funny i guess because i am admittedly quite picky about content of my other favorites and grian just tends to have the most content in the fanbase. hope that'll be alright

the last days of the free angel of carrows by @theminecraftbee - loved stuffed bird? here's another great longfic by second! this one is about joe and cleo in an urban fantasy mystery setting. again, second writes our beloved hermits into an captivating au!
leaping and hopping on a moonshadow by @lunarblazes - a fantasy au by luna my beloved! pearl suddenly gains magical powers and goes on a quest to find her long-lost friend grian who might know what's happening to her. she meets a lot of familiar faces along the way!
Recall by @redwinterroses - hey, i was the artist for this one! :D mumbo goes missing, so grian and scar search for him. they find that grumbot has been up to some... things along the way. the fic isn't finished but i think the chapters red put out is worth a read if you don't mind leaving off on a cliffhanger because it really is super interesting
dramaturgy by wormcity - a universe where gem and pearl join in a season 7 that was never finished. mumbo became the mayor, but the turf war went so very wrong afterwards. admittedly i have not finished reading this yet because ummm short on time xD but it's super interesting with a lot of layers of drama(turgy hahaha)!

the wheels on the bus by sparxwrites - a hilarious post-s8 oneshot about grian being a little shit towards the watchers. one of the first fics i've read from this fandom and i still love it
a body is an object by ruffboi - grian is a mimic, and pearl's arrival in s8 shakes him up. she hasn't seen him in a while and is quite upset to learn that the grian she knew died a long time ago. a great read for familial connections and conflict of friendships!
Goatman and the Rift by TheDepressedCanary - doc's eldritch powers start acting up when the rift appears. what shenanigans will ensue?
other mcyt fics/crossovers:
late at night, when the stars don't look quite right by @lunarblazes - an excellent empires s1 and hermitcraft crossover longfic, where grian lands into the server and is discovered by pearl! very great worldbuilding and relationships, i especially love the dynamic between gri and pearl and pearl and gem :D
every new discovery is just a reminder by amaranthinecanicular - grian begins pulling alternate versions of the hermits from the life series into the server. he does save a lot of them, but at what cost? it does end on a cliffhanger but this is genuinely one of the most captivating oneshots i've ever read... argghhh
The Fair and the Brave and the Good by @slashmagpie - an afterlife smp longfic centered around the shelby, scott, and sausage. i have never watched afterlife smp before in my LIFE and this is still one of my favorite pieces of literature ever. the characters and worldbuilding is impeccable and perfect if you like something dark with themes of hope and renewal.
Two Can Keep a Secret (If One of Them is Red) by anonymous secretmcblog - a 3L oneshot! ren suspects grian has stockholm syndrome with his pact to stay with scar, but his expectations are wrong. a truly excellent read and one of them first fics i've read! i still go back to reread it from time to time
dog at the door by fluffy_papaya & iamsolarflare - a longfic where doc and ren take a trip on a van on their way to s8. ren, however, is not quite himself, and doc has to learn to befriend the red king.
devil town is colder in the summertime by @bananasofthorns - a oneshot from a 100hsmp/life series d&d au! team BEST ventures into a cursed evil fucked up forest. uh oh.
Interview with the Aftermath by @ranchersrevenge (wanderlasts) - the last life contestants are invited for an interview. the responses vary greatly.
stars, smoke, and stolen car keys by wormcity - a 100hsmp modern au oneshot where grian, scar, and joel go on a hike. it doesn't go quite as they expected.
the beehive state by amaranthinecanicular - a dsmp oneshot after wilbur moves to utah. tommy visits him, and the two reconnect. i have to say i stopped following dsmp a long time ago but this fic made me BAWL. i don't even think you need to know any of the characters that well to really enjoy just how amazing the writing itself is
Can't Go Back (This Time) by @duckmumbo (musicaltvbooks) - soup group goes end raiding and accientally finds themselves in afterlife smp. nothing goes wrong, surely! also admittedly i havent finished reading this either but roy i swear i will. this is a great read nevertheless and the soup group dynamic is impeccable!
TommyInnit's unbeatable method of avoiding sudden death by eneliii - on the train of dsmp fics, this is the superhero au longfic that inspired my own hc superhero au, vdhau. it's a lot of funny shenanigans with tommy and his friends. the fic does take a dark turn at the end, but that can be skipped entirely (as said by eneli herself) if you just want the wholesome aspects.

it takes two to play (the game of mutual secrecy) - the aforementioned hermitcraft hero au. this installment is centered around xisuma and evil x as brothers resolving their issues through hero work and solving the mystery of welsknight's disappearance :D there are other works that are set in the same universe if you're interested for more!
how to form the ultimate besties dynamic: an unreliable tutorial by hypnotizd - a oneshot! hypno is a warlock who goes treasure hunting under the sea. he meets a guardian who later becomes his unlikely friend.
smoke and mirrors, the hunt perseveres - grian's arrival in empires s2 unwittingly brings the watchers' suspicions with him. cue jimmy freaking out and a lot of shenanigans.
ballad of etho’s lab - my newest installment! a oneshot about etho's storied life as the redstone god.
i'm also currently working on the sequel to the game of mutual secrecy and a new (well not exactly new since i made concept art for it) au called private detective gem tasey! these will likely be released sometime late january or february. have fun with these fic recs! i haven't been reading as much lately but i hope ill be able to find more if anyone else asks in the future. cheers!

Why Some People Don't Like Jaune Arc
I've seen some folk confused about the dislike towards Jaune, such as @the-sapphic-raven and @foxgirltail so I thought I'd compile all the reasons (that I can remember without a whole-ass rewatch) in a single post. For the most part, it's not the character himself that earns ire but the way he's used
Volume One
All the goodwill Jaune built up by being sweet towards Ruby is immediately soured by his chauvinistic attitude towards Weiss and his dismissal of Pyrrha, a strange choice given this is supposed to be a progressive society/show. And Pyrrha, the prodigy of the entire school, is somehow into being treated like dirt
There's also the matter of his sneaking into a school dedicated to protecting people from man-eating monsters despite the fact that Jaune had negative skills (while somehow being from a long line of warriors). It makes for good story, but it's also an incredibly selfish and dangerous decision that put people, most directly his teammates, at risk due to his inexperience. This would've been smoothed over had he actually been proactive, but instead he sleeps in class and Pyrrha has to take initiative in training him
The biggest problem comes in the "Jaune Arc" where his generic bullying plot not only overshadows the anti-faunus attitude, not only comes before Blake or Yang get an arc, but takes up an entire twenty-five percent of the first season. That was a whole month of Jaune instead of RWBY back in the days of release
Volume Two
Once again, Jaune has a disproportionate amount of time dedicated to him but this time he's joined by Neptune so we can have a love triangle between these two and Weiss. Given that Jaune and Neptune are voiced by Luna and Shawcross, the writers who, yknow, write Weiss's every word and action, this comes off as super creepy. Additionally, he pursues Weiss despite her multiple unambiguous rejections, and the narrative is clearly on his side. And then, after learning that Neptune turned down Weiss - something well within his right to do - Jaune gets pissy and confronts him with language objectifying Weiss as some sort of possession and forces Neptune to reveal something he's obviously very ashamed about
There's also the man-in-a-dress "joke" that shouldn't be considered a joke in a gender-equal society, but that's simply more bad writing choices with Jaune as the victim
Volume Three
There's not as much here since Jaune plays more of a supporting role to Pyrrha, which is where he really shines as a character. There's that bit during the Vytal Festival with the team name shenanigans throwing off the scene's rhythm, but it's more of an annoyance than anything else
But then after Pyrrha sends him away, instead of calling Glynda like he'd been about to do or any authority, he calls Ruby and breaks his phone before calling anyone else. Grief does make people do stupid things, but this is goes beyond that. This was a choice of the writers to refuse Pyrrha backup so she could die, leading into the most consistent complaint of Jaune in all subsequent volumes: trauma hogging
Volume Four
While Ruby, Ren, and Nora get only outfit changes, Jaune gets upgrades to both his armor and weapon using Pyrrha's crown and sash. This is pretty blatant favoritism since Ren and Nora don't get anything of hers to symbolize their connection to Pyrrha despite them also being teammates and friends. This trauma favoritism continues when Ruby wakes from a nightmare about Pyrrha only for the scene to be about Jaune's feelings. We never come back to Ruby's trauma (unless you want to count that one talk with Oscar in V5, which still isn't great) and Ren/Nora are completely passed over
Then in the Nuckleavee fight, instead of Ruby being the one to rescue Qrow from oncoming attack because she's got the speed and that's her uncle, it's Jaune who saves the day. It's Jaune who gets that silent handgrab with Qrow, which means nothing because these two don't really know each other but would mean a wealth of things had it been Ruby instead
Also, the sword sword "upgrade." It's not Jaune's fault that it's poorly designed, I'm just legally obligated to say it sucks every time I talk about this fight
Volume Five
When Qrow and Lionheart talk about Raven, Jaune knows she's Yang’s mom despite the two of them sharing maybe 10 words with each other. Yang didn't even tell Blake, her own partner, much about Raven, but for whatever reason she told Jaune? Sus
The climatic fight nerfed everyone, but Weiss and Cinder got special stupid juice specifically so Jaune could be the main character. Cinder spent the last two seasons building up and reinforcing her hatred of Ruby, even agreeing to Raven's alternative plan just for a stab at the kid. Yet her attention during the big fight is solely on Jaune because...? And he goes toe-to-toe with her! She was trained by a professional huntsman for years as a child while Jaune has, what? Maybe a year of training? And she's a Maiden! The deck is so stacked against Jaune it's not even funny
Then to punish him, instead of attacking Ruby - who's entirely preoccupied by Emerald, his very first friend, and the person he crossed continents to follow - Cinder goes after Weiss. His crush. Who conveniently forgot her sword isn't a wand and her glyphs can do just about anything so her aura could be broken
Weiss got fridged so Jaune could discover his semblance. Female empowerment at its finest
(Before anyone tries it, no, I'm not saying Ruby should've been fridged instead. The situation as written is set up so that somebody HAS to be fridged, which is stupid. This could've been revealed in a million ways that didn't involve girls being maimed)
Volume Six
Getting aggressive with Oscar was out of line. I understand (not condone) Qrow being violent because he's been in the game longer than any of the kids and just watched an entire HD powerpoint of Ozpin's lies. Being Oz's spy was essentially his life
Jaune does not have that same depth of investment. One can argue that he was acting on his grief of Pyrrha, but that falls flat when neither Ren or Nora come even close to the same reaction
Once again, Jaune hogs all the Pyrrha-related trauma, even getting a visit from her mom(?) while looking at a giant statue of her (despite the fact that Pyrrha blatantly said in V2 she didn't like being treated like she's above others)
Volume Seven
Jaune hogs the camera for JNR's new landing strategies, his hair is dumb, and grown women fawning over a teenager is gross, but overall Jaune this volume is fantastic. Super swell in his supporting role here and that bit where he compliments Nora after her failed flirting always makes me giggle
Volume Eight
Imma be honest, I don't remember much of V8 and I do not have the time, will, or energy to rewatch it, so I'll just skip to the biggest thing in the volume: Penny's death.
Jaune did not try hard enough to save her. Whereas any other time this trope of mercy killing during combat has been implemented, it's typically done as a reluctant last resort after every other option has been exhausted. Cinder was still preoccupied with Weiss and Jaune's pretty beefy; he could've made a dash for the exit while still healing her
Instead, he boosts her aura for a whole 2 seconds before agreeing to stab her in the heart.

Volume Nine
Everyone's fears of Jaune stealing the spotlight once again get confirmed. He gets a legendary role in a story loved world wide, a pedestal only matched by Ruby's weird deified status in the rtx V9 epilogue, which may or may not be canon
Weiss is into him for "being mature" despite never having shown a preference for older men. Not counting villains we have Ozpin, Oobleck, Port, Klein, Qrow, and Ironwood; all of whom could've been used to establish this trait, yet it only comes out with Jaune? Highly suspicious
His relationship with the paper pleasers is incredibly terrible. He has no respect for their culture and treats them like children despite their obvious intelligence. It rings far too closely to missionaries "saving" people, usually of color, in third world countries
Then, when Ruby finally snapped and is venting her frustrations, Jaune cuts in to take his rage out on her. Jaune, at this point, is at least in his mid thirties, so we get a grown ass man yelling at a seventeen year old girl who then runs away, putting her in a vulnerable position that is immediately taken advantage of. Nobody blames him for being upset, but as an adult he now has a responsibility to take care of how he treats people significantly younger than him
Not even an hour after Ruby drinks the tea right in front of them, the entire group hugs Jaune with big, bright smiles. Ruby not once had someone actually comfort her despite her obvious failing mental health, but Jaune gets comforted by both the team and the narrative

If the saga were rewritten again only this time from the perspective of another character in each book who would the characters be?
My choices:
Philosopher's Stone: Hermione and Ron
Chamber of Secrets: Ginny
Prisoner of Azkaban: Lupin or Sirius
Goblet of Fire: Cedric, Barto Crouch Junior or Ron (when he was angry with Harry)
Order of the Phoenix: Neville, Luna and Dumbledore
Half-Blood Prince: Snape and Draco
Deathly Hallows: Snape, Voldemort and Neville
Hmm, interesting idea. Honestly, I never really considered rewriting it because if I wrote it, it won't be Harry Potter. But I really love multiple POVs, and it's a fun thought.
The main concern would be how to not reveal the mystery too quickly in some of them. And I think sticking to a limited number of POVs and being very careful with them is the way to go here.
For Philosopher’s Stone, Ron and Hermione are solid choices. I agree with you there. Like, I imagine a chapter from Hermione's POV that she's crying in the bathroom and it ends with a cliffhanger of a troll barging in, then the next chapter is either Harry or Ron. I think it could be fun.
For Chamber of Secrets, Ginny is the obvious choice. The main risk is that if Ginny is a POV, it'll be really hard to keep the readers guessing about who the heir of Slytherin is. Even if the readers know she has the diary early on, it's enough to undercut the mystery. Maybe she could have a few chapters in the end to cover her side of what happened. I imagine towards the end, after Hermione gets petrefied, we start getting Ginny's POV that goes back in time a bit, shows her losing time, and writing to Tom. The reader would feel the dread build up slowly and then, bam, she's writing her own death message on the wall while crying, and then we cut to Harry's POV. I think maybe for the second POV, we could get away with a Tom POV? But like, not one that makes it obvious he's writing to Ginny. Like, the POV would cover Tom's diary experiences before coming into Ginny's hands in a way that'll leave the reader uncertain who he is and how he connects to everything. Bonus points if the reader gets attached to Tom and then recognizes him when Harry gets his hands on the diary. The reader would then be shocked and heartbroken when Tom is revealed to be Voldemort.
For Prisoner of Azkaban, I think Lupin would be a fun one. More stories of the marauders, his guilt and wondering if he should tell Dumbledore Sirius is an animagus or not. Like Ginny, Sirius reveals the mystery too fast if he's a POV. I would actually want to hear from Hermione in this book. The time turner is a mystery, but it's not the main one, and I feel it can be used for fun shenanigans from her POV. Also, we could discover Lupin is a werewolf throughout the book with her.
For Goblet of Fire, so with Barty Crouch Jr we have the same problem as with Ginny and Sirius. The readers get answers too fast. So, I feel like Ron and Cedric are really solid options for this book, I agree with you there. And maybe once Barty is revealed we can have like 1 chapter from his POV to sum the situation up instead of listening to the varitesorum interrogation, or during the interrogation we have this chapter and get his thoughts too. I just don't think his is a POV that'll work if we want to keep the reveal at the end. But I love Barty, so I can give him one chapter at the end.
For Order of the Phoenix, I want Sirius' POV a lot. This is the book that should make the reader connect with him the most so his death hurts the most. So, I want his POV, well see a bit from the Order without revealing all of Dumbledore's cards. The second POV, I think either Neville or Luna are a good choice, but I'm leaning towards Luna here and Neville in DH.
For Half-Blood Prince, Snape is a very fun POV here, and so is Draco. Draco’s POV in this book would be fascinating. The thing is, both of them would reveal everything too fast. So, I'm thinking some chapters from Snape's POV that are carefully selected to not reveal too much, but show a little of what's going on with the Death Eaters and Draco's book long breakdown, without revealing he's on Dumbledore's side. It's the book named after him, so I feel he should get a POV there. The second extra POV, I think, could be someone like Pansy or Blaise Zabini, maybe? Like, a Slytherin student we don't really know that'll shed light on what's going down in their house in the wake of Voldemort’s return. But they'll still not really know what's up beyound, Draco has a mission, and we're growing a little concerned.
For Deathly Hollows, I definitely agree on Neville being a POV. It'll be great to see what's going on with the DA at the school through his eyes. As for Voldemort and Snape; Snape, I feel, would be too revealing, and Voldemort would be a fascinating POV, but I think it wouldn't really fit what the book is going for. I think Draco could be a better POV here to show the Death Eater side of things, without undercutting any tension. He'd just up the tension, becouse he'd have a shitty time. Also, Draco POV adds another mystery to the book: "where is the Dark Lord disappearing to?" It'll kind of mirror Harry wondering the same thing about Dumbledore in OotP and HBP and could be really interesting.

ARC Review of Isabel and the Rogue by Liana De la Rosa

Premise:
Isabel Luna is conscripted by Mexican officials to spy on possible French sympathizers while she and her sisters are in exile in England. She keeps running into Captain Sirius Dawson, who is also tasked with a similar mission, and the two of them agree to work together despite Isabel being a bookish wallflower, and Sirius being a rake.
My review:
This book has everything I have wanted from recent historical romances: The characters are diverse and the heroine is a woman of color from Mexico who has indigenous ancestry, the plot is centered around political intrigue complete with spy shenanigans, it brings an international perspective beyond England, and the romance is the perfect blend of sweet and sexy.
There is no space for ignorance in Isabel and the Rogue; where other historical romances gloss over British colonialism and the imperialism of the era, this one confronts them head-on. The prevailing attitudes of the British upper-classes that we tend to blindly accept as historical romance readers do not escape the scrutiny of the Luna sisters. It's 1865, France has invaded Mexico, and President Juárez's government is in exile, which is why the Luna sisters are sent to safety in England. They face a great deal of judgement within the ton, and there's a conversation early on about the perception of anything non-European being "backwards" and English superiority. I recall a similar conversation in Ana María and the Fox where an equally ignorant white woman espouses racist and imperialist sentiments, and our heroines quickly set them straight.
There is another discussion during an event at the British Museum about priceless cultural artifacts and Britain's willingness to take them from their homes in the name of "protection", but far less willing to aid the people of these lands. As someone who has seen countless Indian artifacts behind the glass walls of the British Museum and the V&A among others, I don't think any of this comes across as preachy, but rather, I applaud how Liana De la Rosa was extremely pointed while writing these dialogues.
If the strong anti-imperialist themes weren't reason enough to engage with this book, I would also recommend it because of the romance itself. I really enjoyed the build-up between Sirius and Isabel; both are initially weary of each other— Isabel because the first time they met, Sirius was seducing another women on the desk she was hiding under (lol), and while Sirius does find Isabel attractive, he does not know her very well and nor does he receive much encouragement from her. Isabel considers herself the "forgotten" Luna sister, both as a point of pride and chagrin, and she uses this to conduct her spying activities. Sirius on the other hand uses his social acumen to charm men and women (especially women; you get the sense he actually isn't much of a rake at all and seduces mostly for the sake of his job) into getting him information for the Home Office.
Things start to heat up as they Sirius and Isabel both set their eyes on the same possible French sympathizer. What's really funny to me is just how much of an abject failure both of them are at espionage initially, BUT because they keep meeting while spying, they get to know one another a lot better. Add a suitor into the mix and what we get is an inordinately jealous Sirius, which leads to my favorite seduction scene in this book.
The sex:
SPEAKING of seduction, I loved the build-up in attraction between Sirius and Isabel; for all that Isabel is the shy, quiet sister, she certainly has no qualms about expressing her desire, starting with a classic STOP SQUIRMING moment while they both hide under a desk of the person they're spying on and she's in his lap. Obviously she doesn't stop, as she shouldn't. Liana De la Rosa has definitely increased the heat levels (and number of sex scenes I think) in this book compared to Ana María and the Fox.
They also have a thing for clandestine encounters because the next time they meet, he's dragging her into a back room in the British Museum and eating her out while demanding to know if she's actually into her suitor, a possible sympathizer, or she's just encouraging him for the sake of motherland. And look, Sirius might not be much of a rake, but he's a smooth smooth man who says things like "Do you need to be soothed? You know I can give you what you need" and I'm completely inclined to believe him, and so is Isabel.
Overall:
I adored the note this book ended on; it wasn't what I was expecting but I thought what Sirius eventually does to reunite with Isabel was so romantic and pretty unique as far as historical romances go, since they tend to be very Britain-centric and fairly patriarchal. I would strongly recommend this book to any historical romance reader, and I'm looking forward to bratty-younger-sister-who-knows-way-more-than-she-should Gabby's romance with the Duke of Whitfield!

Hi! I'm Alex, she/her, 32 years old. I was a member of the writeblr community a few years ago, though I never made a proper writeblr introduction. I stopped being active around the time of the pandemic, unsurprisingly and for a number of reasons.
Now that my life is back together and the internet is...the way it is, I decided it was a good time to come back here. I love interacting with other writers, gushing about our stories and swapping worldbuilding questions. I also have a discord for indie fantasy writers (published and unpublished) if anyone is interested in joining that.
What I Write
I am a self-published author with a debut novel that released in May, The Wounds of Wisdom. Wounds is the first in a YA romantic fantasy trilogy with court intrigue called the Time's Sacrifice Trilogy. I currently expect the second book to be out in September of 2024. You can read book one for free on Kindle Unlimited.
My stories feature messy, emotional characters coming together and learning to lean on each other while unraveling still messier truths about the world around them and the people who hold power. I also write about the queernormative worlds that I want to see, and draw much of my inspiration from years of playing tabletop RPGs.

The Time's Sacrifice Trilogy - A would-be knight, a reluctant prince, and a prickly bodyguard from an enemy nation, each gifted with mysterious divine powers, find themselves thrown into dangerous intrigue when someone begins killing their fellow Wise Ones and they learn that the history they've been told is far from the truth. YA, Arthurian vibes, political intrigue, polyamory.
The Fox Eyes Duology - A young woman looking for the lost realm of elementals in hopes of saving save her uncle and the dying forest she calls home crosses paths with another young woman who would give anything to escape the elemental powers she considers a curse. NA, campfire talks and traveling shenanigans, dark gods and darker humans, elemental magic.

Come Home - A boy finds out he's a changeling and plunges into the enchanted forest surrounding his hometown to trade himself for the sister he never knew. His older brother follows after him, unwilling to lose another sibling. YA, Brother centric, ace sex averse MC, scary fae woods, there's a cute puppy.
Asha Crowe Mysteries - A whodunnit murder mystery series in a high fantasy world. Asha Crowe has been chosen by the God of Death, so deaths just kinda happen around her. She gets fed up and starts investigating them. Reluctant protagonist, gods fucking with people's lives, immense fantasy world.

Thoughts on 23.5 episode 3
* I loved loved loved this episode from start to finish, pure joy
* P'Ton being so into Ongsa is great: 1. It makes her seem cooler 2. It's a perfect rendition of a dopey but sweet boy being completely oblivious to someone's (lack of) feelings - no notes. The flashback scene was adorable and hilarious.
* Aylin was sweet this episode, I really appreciated both the writing and the acting. The vulnerability was on point and her momenta of connection to Luna despite what she wants and believes about herself really resonated. Still not totally sold on June for Luna though and I can't quite put my finger on why.
* a lot of prat falls this week and almost a make-out fake-out but with hugging too? Anyway I'm not mad about it, they are building a bit more chemistry with both our lead couples and its cute
* I think what I really loved about this episode though were the Breakfast Club highschool shenanigans vibes interspersed with some nice character development - especially from Aylin.
* I'm not totally sold on Mawin/Tinh I would like Mawin more with a more cocky assured character like P'Ton.
* basically I am loving this.

God fucking damn it. Maybe I should write something. Just to get my brain to stop.
Geo Wily au.
Kelvin comes back to a cult that is not run by his wife (did nobody read his backup plans? They said to introduce the cult to his wife and not drag his son into anything until he was an adult. Why did they? Geo is a child!?!?!) but his son. His son. Who is a superhero. A superhero the world is convinced is a Hikari. Geo. Child. How?
Grampa Wily is laughing.
The Cult refuses to let Kelvin take back over.
Geo was the best leader they had. Geo gave them treats for good behavior! He didn't immediately stop the money laundering schemes (Geo: What's a money laundering?). Geo is the Cult's dad now. (Geo, very tired: I have no idea how we got here and am afraid to ask. All I did was give them stickers and candy for not committing crimes.)
Grandpa Wily refuses to leave Geo. Every time Kelvin takes him he just device hops back to Geo with Omega-Xis's help. Grandpa's favourite.
Kazuma, meanwhile. Is dealing with the dreaded twins. They are. So chaotic. Kazuma kind of wishes he could trade circumstances because at least the Cult can't device hop away from consequences. Please stop getting him banned from locations.
I like to imagine in SF3 all Netnavis became Wizards. Grandpa Wily is free(ish). Granpa has a larger area to encourage children towards evil. Lan and Hub are also commiting crimes. They are breaking and entering to get their boy the best they can. Because it's been 200 years, the laws can't have changed that much, right? They don't even realise. Dr Wily is following the law better than the chaos twins is what I'm saying.
At somepoint the Wily Cult becomes Geo's Cult. Because they adore him. Geo can do no wrong in their eyes. Except working with the cops (generalized). Copper is the exception. They like him. He gives them fun tidbits of info in exchange for not wreaking havoc for a week. (Geo finally asked an adult for help and boy howdy he got it.)
I like to imaging SF2 has a lot of Cult saving lost children shenanigans. Buddicus? No. Bud is kidnapped home before Geo gets there. There are a few memory issues but the familiar environment fixes that quick.
Hope only learns about the Cult when Kelvin asks her how she's been keeping them in check.
Funnily enough, with Geo in charge the Cult grows. Also funny is when he goes back to school half the faculty is made up of cult members. (They were worried about him.)
Pat gets recruited by Geo when he finds out about the dump. Geo's only intentional recruit. (Geo may have tried with Solo. Solo now has a place to go to for help. Solo rarely goes but sometimes he gets sick and just crashes there.)
Grampa Wily approves of this method of world takeover. Kind and just ruler accidentally spreading influence? Sure.
Lan and Hub approve because hey. It's not murder they guess. Kazuma is very tired. But hey. Friendly rivalries are fun.
Kelvin is--so not ready for when he comes back. He expects to find a cult completely under control of his lovely wife, his son safe and sound, and--
What do you mean Geo is the Boss of the Wily Cult.
GRANDPA GET OVER HERE--
Grandpa Wily has had many grandkids over the years and loved them all. He loves Kelvin of course, but.....Kelvin is a goody-two shoes. Geo has sense. Geo is subverting the enemy. Geo is a primo-candidate for world take over.
Geo is his favorite.
Kazuma eventually, in a fit of frustration, introduces the twins to Luna (big mistake), Geo's cult (bigger mistake), and to WAZA (biggest mistake). The Twins recognize Luna as Chad's descendent, grow appalled at her neglectful parents, and call in Protoman.exe for help. But, ah.....all the Netnavis come back, and suddenly all the kids have very watchful NetNavis as as their Wizards. And with the Real Wave technology, they can pop out human sized and interact with the world whenever they like. Is this what parents are like? Weird.
The Twins join Geo's cult for the lols, and quickly become its marketing people. The cult spreads.
The Twins subvert WAZA also for lols, and also for the massive breaches in privacy the police do. This becomes a massive thing a couple years in the future.
Geo eventually becomes World Leader as an adult, because the world loves him. Kazuma is dying in the background. Geo gives him all the paperwork.

I'm very excited about this one, and I hope I can actually finish HGS to start it! Kind of spoilery so putting info under the cut.
So, Starcrossed is a Romeo and Juliet retelling but without the all the death at the end! It starts 16 years after Hot Girl Summer.
It centres around Luna (Gwynriel's daughter) and Nyx.
There's an incident that happens in the Night Court that forces Luna to move to the Autumn Court with her parents and siblings. During the incident, Nyx realised Luna is his mate, and he has to figure out a way to reconcile the tension between two courts so they can be together.
There are about 15 original characters including Elucien twins Hunter (who can see the future) and Sybil (who can see the past), Nessian's son Felix who's the worst parts of both of his parents and Jude, Nyx's brother who may or may not be sleeping with the heir of spring - Tamlin's son Oisin who's half human!
Lots of shenanigans to be had, but writing it is a long way off!

Kiss Kiss Fall in Love (OHSHC AU)
Just some thoughts and headcanons on a Vanoe Ouran High School Host Club AU that I probably won’t write but want to get out of my head.
So…
Vanitas (who aims to be a doctor) manages to get a scholarship into Altus High School, an elite academy for the rich
He can’t afford the uniform so he’s allowed to dress as he wants (which is whatever he can find that he likes in the house)
He was trying to find a quiet place to study when he encounters the Host Club, a wonderful mix of the some of the most beautiful and rich kids at school
These members are as follows:
Jeanne, Principal Ruthven’s ward and a well known martial artist who feels obliged to do as Ruthven directs her because he helped her when her parents died (cute yet sporty appeal)
Dante, club treasurer, an illegitimate child made legit for inheritance purposes (who knew Vanitas from middle school before he was taken in) (a rugged sort of appeal)
Amelia Ruth, in charge of organizing the club’s treats and costumes and is the adopted daughter of a hotel conglomerate (girl next door/domestic appeal)
The twins Dominique and Louis (with Louis as VP), children of a high level politician and whose completely opposite personalities (except when it comes to teasing) adds to their appeal
Individually, Domi is the flirty outgoing type while Louis is the cool type of appeal
And President Noé Archiviste, sole heir to the Archiviste fortune and ward of the school chairman (basically a natural with a princely appeal)
Anyway…
After accidentally breaking a vase, Vanitas has to do chores and run errands for qthe club (which he’s surprisingly good at even as he complains)
Then Noé gets the idea of him being a host
But due to Vanitas’s androgynous appearance, he thinks Vanitas is a girl (at first)
Dante knows the truth the whole time but still goes along with it, getting Vanitas set up with a girl’s uniform
Others slowly realize and Noé’s the last to know
Unfortunately, by that point, all the customers think Vanitas is a girl so he has to keep up the ruse. Dante’s not let anyone get a refund or claim they lied to them
Since his life isn’t as horrific or traumatic here (though there was some crap in his past), Vanitas legit doesn’t care what gender people think he is as long as he can take care of his debt and leave these stupid rich people behind him
Cue shenanigans as Noé and Vanitas fall in love and they have to deal with many incidences
Other notes:
Johann is sometimes called the club’s Sugar Daddy; he’s Dante’s bf and pays top dollar to exclusively see him
Riche is also allowed to see Dante because they’re friends but she often comes to see Amelia as well
Astolfo hates the Host Club and vows to bring them down
Olivier and Roland are teachers at the school; Roland is actually the Host Club’s advisor
Luca often tries to visit from the middle school to see Jeanne, once tries to fight Vanitas for Jeanne due to a misunderstanding
Luna is Vanitas’s adopted parent and the one who taught him the true meaning of being gender
Misha and Vanitas met in their previous (bad) foster home; Luna adopted them together when Misha raised a fuss about them eventually being separated after they were taken out
Luna is ecstatic about Vanitas’s involvement in the club, glad he’s making friends and doing more than just working on school
Misha is wary of the club and hates Noé due to the clear internet brewing between him and Vanitas and fears he’ll take Vanitas away (even though he knows Vanitas hopes to study abroad at some point)
Vanitas does all the cooking and chores at home because Luna is hopeless at it and Misha is a child and doesn’t want to learn
Domi and Louis have always had some issues with sharing Noé but Vanitas coming into the picture makes them confront this
Jeanne first gets a crush on Vanitas after he helps her out but as she notices his feelings for Noé, she becomes his wingwomen instead and finds herself falling for Domi as they start hanging out more
And that’s all I have for this. I just wanted to sort of let this all out because I’m busy with other stuff but let me know what you think.
I will say that part of this came from me imagining Vanitas going, “Damn rich people,” whenever everyone else gets over the top.
Also, from imagining the scene where the gang visits Haruhi’s house with Vanitas and the others.
Specifically with Noé accidentally falling on top of Vanitas and then Misha walking in right after and proceeding to fling Noé off him to check on his brother.

Another hfth drabble 🥳😍☺️ I missed the gang and my main couple 🥰 The return of Jinnie’s cursed playlist 😂 Idk but I actually wouldn’t mind a car ride with him but I guess I understand Jk just wanting alone time with MC 😏 And he’s also so cute sulking for not being the favorite anymore, i think it’s MC at this point with Jimin just being a close second lol 😂 The random petting!!! I also hate it when I see random people try to pet other people’s dogs without permission, like they’re entitled to it or something. And then when they get bitten or what, they act as if as if they’re a victim 🙄 It just irks me, sorry for the rant 😅 And I just love that Jk showed her his childhood diner (it’s a diner, right?) that their family always went to, cause he’s including her in another family tradition 🥺 And can I just say, I love how the drabbles are just how they spend different holidays. Just like how the title states, they’re always home for the holidays or atleast celebrating it together with friends and/or family. Just love that. Celebrating Easter like this always fascinated me cause in my country, it’s more of a traditional Christian holiday and not this egg-hunting one. Can I ask, if it’s alright, why you guys celebrate it? And is it just like a get-together where you hunt for these eggs? Sorry, the internet just gives so much info that I wanted to ask someone that actually celebrates it or atleast has firsthand experience on celebrating it like that. And excuse me, “almost-lovers”?!?!? I need more info on this 😳 And not Yoonie’s “These are mine!”, acting like a territorial greedy kitten 🤣 I really miss him 😭
And I see you read a story from @/jimlingss, I really like their work too. I just remembered how much I loved their stories cause the story ideas were so unique ☺️
Anyways, I really loved this update, thank you again for sharing it with us. I really love reading about this couple, the gang, and the Jeon family and the happenings after the main story. It’s fun to see all the shenanigans and the lovey-dovey scenes that it makes me always look forward to it every time you gift us a drabble from this story. I enjoyed writing them for Easter brought back a lot of good memories of my childhood. This one was very self-indulgent 😅

I will eventually get JK and MC on his motorcycle at some point though! I needed him to have his car for the diner 👀 and definitely MC is the favorite now! Aera loves her and Saraí as daughters and Minji adores MC so much bc that’s her baby now 🥰 I always imagined a loving family and in laws so again self indulgent 😅
The diner is something I went to growing up. My parents went there before they met and continued to do so after and I took my husband there as well. It’s also near the church I went to as a child and we’d head there for lunch after.
The part with Luna happened to me and we were both shocked. This random man came up to me 10 years ago and put his hand in my dog’s mouth and asked if she bites. When I tell you I was dumbfounded and so was my dog 💀
Ah the Easter thing, I called my mom/family holiday!catholics bc it was the only time we were in church 😅 for my family it was about getting together and the Easter egg hunt was for the kids. We’d either buy the eggs or go to my grandmother’s house to dye eggs and stuff them with confetti.
I hope I can sprinkle a little more taejin in the next one lol they fight like nobody’s business but they could be flirting 👀
I absolutely loved their story! I have to read more but I’ve been trying to balance reading fanfics and books and writing and video games and tv shows and it’s a lot lol I’ve been trying to read shorter fics for the past few months but I have a long lists of long fics I’d love to get into 👀

1. What motivates you to write?
For me I just love to write ideas, you know when your mind thinks about something and you just feel the need to write it down on a pice of paper.
2. A line/short snippet of your writing that you are most proud/happy of. If not maybe share a line of someone else's work you love.
This one of the scenes of Lucian's prompt, that I love and can relate.
I want that writing and creating this IF, I can show the hardships of writers in making their story and coding it even.
As you ride through the forest on Beatrice's back, you take a deep breath and close your eyes, letting out a shuddering sigh of relief. "Being a writer my entire life, I've often found myself feeling lonely, empty and drained," you confess, feeling vulnerable but comforted in Lucian's presence. "But meeting you has changed that. Being here, riding through these woods with you, I feel like a caged bird that's just been set free. It's like the world has come alive again."
Lucian looks at you quizzically. "You're telling me that writing, something you love doing, makes you feel this way?"
You let out a bitter chuckle. "It sounds crazy, I know. But it's not the writing itself that's the problem. It's the fact that writing can be a solitary occupation, and sometimes it feels like no one understands what I'm trying to say or express. But being able to share my ideas and have someone understand them…that's beyond comprehension. It's like the story takes on new depth and meaning than it ever could on paper."
3. Which OC makes you smile every time you think/talk about them and what are they like?
Luna, Variel and Serena. This 3 gals makes me laugh when I try to write their scenes. Luna for being a lone wolf and trying to sacrifice her friends for the sake of the mission. Variel being a sadistic and dominating dragon. Lastly, Serena for being a charming and manipulative poet.
4. What process of writing do you enjoy the most?
Thinking, writing the angst and action scenes and of course death for added drama and flavor.
5. What part of writing do you think you are the best at? (Yes stroke your own ego it's okay)
I think I'm best at Inner conflicts, tragedy, flashbacks, fluff and some other sorts of shenanigans.
6. What is something in the writeblr community is most enjoyable?
Tag games, how supportive the people and helping each other out.
7. A writing tool/device you use that helps you with writing? (It could be speech to text, a writing program etc)
Google Docs for helping found those excess punctuation marks lol. Plus its accessible also for phone when I'm on the run.
8. A piece of worldbuilding that you like in your own story? (It could be the magic system, a particular place in the story, a law etc)
For me I like, characters and monsters that I will be putting in my story. For one I love mythological creatures and I'm sure you noticed that my 2 IF's got some dragons in them and of course let's us not forget about supernatural creatures.
9. What piece of advice would you say to encourage others to write if they are having a rough patch?
Take a break if you feel tired or exhausted. Ask help from your fellow writers, they will not bite. Writer's block? Stop writing your current IF and see if you can write scenes in your other IF's.
10. Tag some people whose works you love/have been your biggest supporters
First I wanna thank @apollo-gate for helping me code my story and a someone to talk to, either IF related topics or not.

I’m reworking my one MoD!Harry AU. Details below the cut.

What is the AU now, FF^2?
*inhales deeply*
SO. Everything’s mostly canon (not cursed child compliant tho lmao), and Harry is officially Master of Death since he was the owner of all three hallows at the same time. This means, essentially, that he is now the personification/god of death.
Since Harry is Harry tho, he doesn’t want to live forever alone, and so his friends and family try to help him find a way to get out of it. There isn’t one. So he is, of course, resigned to living forever alone.
Except his friends decide “no, no thanks, we’re not letting you do this alone.” So when Harry dies and ‘ascends,’ his family and friends choose to ascend with him. He’s able to reach already dead souls using the stone, so Sirius also ends up making the choice to ascend too. The rest of the dead are content staying where they are.
(I have,,,, such a long list of who ascends and what they do and blah blah blah, but I’m not gonna get into it because it is….. so much. It’s truly just so much.)
The important thing is that the way this works is that the universe resets itself every so often, slightly different each time. And certain things carry through, like tales turning into mythos. Harry and his immortal (sometimes reincarnating) family, are the focus of several of these myths, including the harbingers of the apocalypse one.
So when his family meddles, it’s usually with those names, rather than their original ones. Which, when they interact with alternate incarnations of people they know, can cause some shenanigans.
What is actually depicted in your doodles?
Regulus,,,, listen he is my current blorbo and I just wanted to draw him, ok? The jegulus fandom got its teeth in me and now I’m thinking about Harry Potter stuff again. (Speaking of which! Fuck JKR.)
In this AU, he doesn’t ascend with everyone else, but instead ascends later during a whole thing that I will maybe actually write into a fic. Maybe.
Top left is just the first full body Regulus design I did. Dipping my toes in, you could say. Key things; he’s younger in this. Pre-ascension. He’s wearing slytherin’s locket for plot reasons.
Top middle is the Black brothers with their animagus forms behind them. And yes I made regulus’ a lion. Tbh I think he deserves it. He’s dangerous, lazy, proud, sneaky, and at the end he was really, really brave. I know lots of people make him a house cat, but like. If Sirius can have his star’s namesake as an animagus form, so can regulus.
Below that, we have Regulus saying “Potter?” While looking shocked. I won’t elaborate too much on this for plot reasons (in case I write the fic), BUT, this is the moment that he learns that Lily Luna is a Potter.
To the right of that is the brother hanging out and being cute and I love them. I just want them to reconcile and talk and be family again 😭. Also I want Sirius to have 100 little gay pins for his leather jacket. He deserves it.
Bottom left is Lily Luna and Regulus together. I this AU on particular, Regulus has a mentor/mentee and uncle adjacent relationship with her. They are cute, and I love them, and I won’t hear otherwise, sorry not sorry.
Bottom right is the only doodle I will give spoilers for. It’s post-ascension, where Regulus, Sirius, LilyLuna, and Teddy are all about to wreck some shit. The rest of the family jokingly calls them the “Grim Squad”, because all of them go out and hunt down wayward or death cheating souls. So if you see them, you’re their target, and will die. Just like the Grim thing.
Last words
This is a self indulgent au, and idk if I’ll write it, but maybe I’ll elaborate on it more here if anyone is actually interested. Either way, I’m just happy I had the motivation to draw this 😌

hi!! i was wondering if i could request a matchup—from any fandom (besides stranger things), i only want to mention that i use he/they pronouns and have a strong preference for women :D!!
APPEARANCE: 5’3” (but the combat boots i wear almost every day make me 5’6”) bodily fem, adrog-masc presenting! i’m mixed between indian & cuban, so i Do have melanin, with black hair (that’s usually at a short-ish wolfcut style). i have tons and tons of beauty marks on my face and arms, & i have a few scars on my hands and face from various shenanigans. i dress in a dark academic style, and sometimes trad goth if i’m feeling Tangy. i dont have any tattoos yet, but i do have plans for some!

You would constantly be trying to beat each other! Also I feel like you would come off a little mysterious to Max and maybe not getting along right away. But eventually I could see you just letting her talk about her past and how she feels you just being there and learning more about her as a person. I feel like you guys would then turn to lovers!

I think you would be enemies to lovers with Hermione Granger! Hear me out! I could see you guy eventually maybe becoming friends before lovers but I most feel enemies and here's why... I feel like it would start in herbology class where you are like the most knowledgeable on plants and you would hang around Neville and Luna. I think she would secretly despise you since you are very gifted in this subject. As it comes natural to you. She's defiantly heard about you since you are a Slytherin but you are not known as some of the evil ones such as Malfoy...lol! I think then you would kind of tutor her a bit or her trying to ask for your help but not directly because of how she doesn't like to accept help from people especially her studies. I think she would become a bit annoyed at the way she would start to fall for you. But you eventually confront and ask her and she says no. But then you give her a look and you just knew it was a yes!
The Walking Dead

I ship you with Beth Greene. I think that you would be her safe person. I feel like she would feel the most comfortable and protected with you. I could see you telling her stories about your life post apocalypse and drawing her little pictures. You would defiantly be the genius in the group (better than Eugene). You would be able to hack into systems and such to help the group out. I also think you and Beth would talk about your future together a lot. You would also have a lot of fun swimming and lakes or taking walks to scavenge stuff for the group in the forest or wherever you are at to help the group out!

ORI!! ORIIIIII! ILYSM!! You’re one of the people I consider a really good friend in the BSD & HSR community. It doesn’t matter if we haven’t spoken in a couple of weeks and I just randomly assault your notifications with my insanity, you’re always quick to pick up right where we left off. Your Dazai is my Chuuya’s hubby and you know I could gush about them for hours but!
I’m super excited to establish new dynamics with you as well. I’m definitely curious to throw my new, up and coming muses ( Diamond, Serval, Lynx, DH, and Bailu if you were wondering bc I have zero self control ) at you and see what kind of worlds we can build with them. And I know you just made them but I already love Neun. I want to protect the lil blob!!

The kids all feel real and solid, like actual tiny gremlins. which, if they're based on real actual tiny gremlins makes sense. but you've written them really well & believable.
kids in fiction are normally hit and miss for me because they get kinda... extra baby or Adult in Tiny Body (with add on lisp) and it's weird because i'm used to kids and that's not a kid. yours are super cute and i really wanna know what nonsense they get into tho. they seem like they'd be really good about the ooblek, but god help the floor for shaving cream math. and the glitter for the ooblek is just, everywhere now. forever. the riot when they start gaining any extra teeth or loosing them would be so loud. obviously a big, both classes bash for Teeth™!
anyway, i love your writing and brain folds, they're so good. i love your friends for giving you good tiny gremlin stories too. i going to go wait extremely normally while rereading your stuff

(I'm guilty of making Georgie lisp when he says sorry to luna, but I forgot to write in that he was chewing on his hand in that one snippet, he has perfect diction when she apologizes to marina 😓 why am I making Georgie say sorry to everyone lmao)

What they smell like:Old parchment and wood, mostly. Living in Joey Drew Studios tends to leave you smelling like the place.How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc):When Luna was a baby she slept curled up in a tight ball, much like a kitten. Bendy almost died from the cuteness when he first saw her do this. When’s she’s a child she sleeps much more stretched out, usually on top of whoever she was cuddling with last. As for schedule, Luna’s one of those kids who insists she isn’t tired and five minutes later is out cold on the floor, table, or wherever else she was just playing. She usually has to be carried to her bed because of this.What music they enjoy:The swing music that’s on the radio from time to time is fun to dance to, and the sheet music lying around the studio is a lot of fun to play. Luna’s gotten pretty good at practicing the piano this way, and she’d love to learn the banjo if Mister Lawrence would let her get near it. He’s proven to be a very reluctant music teacher, but that’s not going to stop her in the slightest.How much time they spend getting ready every morning:Being a toon means you don’t have to spend more than a few seconds getting ready every morning. All Luna has to do is toss on her standard black dress, slip on her gloves, fix the bedhead if it’s particularly bad, and she’s ready to greet the day!Their favorite thing to collect:One fun thing about living in a studio is that there’s all sorts of fun stuff to gather! How fun it is for others is another story… Nonetheless here’s a list of things Luna has collected in the studio:
- Bow ties. If these things are not nailed down or otherwise on your person (and sometimes even that won’t stop her) you can guarantee they’ll be snatched up by this little demon-angel. She promises she’s only borrowing them and they will be returned, but she never seems to specify when that’ll be.
- Plush toys. These are both harder to gather and harder to keep hidden than bow ties. Mr. Shawn Flynn has had small moments of panic where the toys seemed to have disappeared right off the shelves, only to find them piled up in a storage closet with Luna napping on top of them. They’re so soft, can you really blame her?
- There was one instance of Sammy’s clarinet being borrowed. Luna still thinks he didn’t have to be “such a big meanie” about it. She was going to give it back at the end of the day, what’s the harm in that?
- Wally’s keys. This is saved for when it’s a slow day at the studio and Mom and Dad are busy rehearsing. It’s good for a little giggle when the poor guy swears he just had them on his belt, but Luna won’t let him get in trouble over it. Wally’s a lot of fun and she’d hate for him to get booted out because of her.
- Multiple attempts have been made at hijacking her mother’s halo, and results have been mixed so far. Turns out no matter how far you take her halo it’ll always fly right back as soon as you let go, like some sort of long-range magnet. After it was learned that halos can smart something awful if you get smacked in the head with one, Luna now has to give people a heads up before snagging it.
- Anything that happens to be sitting on Henry’s desk when he isn’t looking. The poor guy has trouble keeping his desk organized as it is, so stuff getting stolen and put back definitely doesn’t help much. He could have sworn his ink well was there a second ago, as well as his pen, the model sheets, his lunch…
- She’d love to steal something from Mister Drew himself, but the man spends so much time in his office it’s next to impossible to sneak in there. He doesn’t seem to have much on that desk other than a stapler, some pens, and lots of paperwork. Nothing valuable to steal if you ask her.- By the way, only steal the stapler with extreme caution. There’s probably two, maybe three staplers in the whole studio that everyone has to share. Luna never knew she would create such anarchy by stealing such a simple little object.
Left or right-handed:I’d say left, since I’m left handed myself. Luna is ambidextrous; she can write as fluently with her left hand as she can with her right. (Thank you @nightanddusk for suggesting this to me! I love it!)Religion (if any):Seeing as the toons likely don’t have their own religion, that sort of thing isn’t a major part of Luna’s life. She likes the concept of “Christmas” though, what could be more fun than giving and most importantly receiving gifts from your friends and family?
Easter is a lot of fun too once she learns about it. Those dyes are so much brighter and more colorful than anything she’s seen in the studio!
Favorite sport:The ‘hey guys I’ve got my mom’s halo on the other side of the studio so you got five seconds to hit the deck before I let this baby fly’ game is a personal favorite, not so much for everyone else. Mr. Drew doesn’t let any ball larger than a hackey sack in the studio though, so she’s got to entertain herself somehow.
Favorite touristy thing to do when traveling (museums, local food, sightseeing, etc):The toons don’t get out much, but when they do Luna loves taking photos of everything. There’s so many things to see! And most of all so many colors! Make sure you don’t leave her with the camera or else all the film’s going to be gone in mere minutes.
She also loves trying the food. Anything tastes better than bacon soup.
Favorite kind of weather:Luna was scared of thunderstorms as a baby, believe it or not. Alice and/or Bendy would have to get up and hold her until she stopped crying, which could sometimes take a while depending on how bad the storm was.
Now that she’s older, Luna loves thunderstorms. There’s something very pretty about how grey the sky becomes, and puddles have proven to be a blast to jump around in. Even better if they’re mud puddles! The only drawback is that she has to take a bath when she comes back in, but it’s a worthy sacrifice. A weird/obscure fear they have:Some of the monsters the crew animated for a Halloween-themed Bendy episode scared Luna pretty good the first time she saw them. Things like animated ghosts, skeletons, and other creepy imagery might not look too scary from a human’s point of view, but they look a lot more real to a toon. A couple of bad dreams later, Bendy helped her overcome her fears of the ghoulish creatures. As demons, he told her, they were easily the scariest things out of all of the monsters, and therefore they had nothing to be afraid of.
The carnival/arcade game they always win without fail:Balloon popping. Accuracy doesn’t matter so much just as long as you throw the darts as hard as you possibly can, that’s her method. Ducking is strongly advised.
