1 • the animation

the anime adaptation is absolutely hideous and extremely offensive bc what the fuck?? this is so bad and yet yall are eating it up.

everytime i see an edit of the anime i just start shaking and sobbing uncontrollably (especially the takemichi ones bc how can you guys find him handsome in the anime when he's even uglier than kiyomasa)

my friends and i have this really fun challenge where we have to watch a tokyo revengers episode without laughing at the animation (we always end up failing after like 3 minutes)

2 • those dumb kokonui shippers 🤓

don't get me wrong, i love this ship sm i want them to get married and have kids

i just hate ppl who enjoy this ship for this exact panel :

it wasn't romantic shut the fuck up

koko is a really well-written character who is clearly in pain after losing a girl he was in love with (as silly and childish his crush on her might have seemed) and with a very visible mental instability, and yall are choosing to close your 12 years old ass eyes on that just so you can have ship content, gross

3 • the toxic y/n/ocs enjoyers

i don't see the point of calling shippers weird if you are yourself a characterxreader enjoyer or an oc creator 🤓

Ahhhh I have so many lines of dialogue that I love from LTL I can't choose just one so please take a compilation of some of my favorite moments:

Ghost and his stupid jokes and I feel like not many people picked up on the joke here, bit it always makes me giggle when I think back to it like he's so stupid I love him

This part is just so fucking funny to me because I can just see Soap being bright red and Gaz just declaring this and now Soap is melting completely embarassed its just so cute and such a funny little friendship moment for the 141

I am insane btw like I am clinically insane over this line. THEY'RE SO SOFT AND CUTE AND SOAP IS SO IN LOVE AND AJDNCBCJCJNF 🥺

I actually lost my mind when I wrote this he's so silly and hot. I love him sm like the possessiveness here and the implications and Soap putting Roach in his colors to show him off with pride I agsgdbdbcndjhx

"Of course," Makarov turned his head to meet Roach's eyes a terrible glint in them, "After all, I only have Roach's best interests at heart."

In case it isn't clear, I love Makarov and I love how evil he is teehee. This line is so good, such a good callback moment where we take a Jackson line that was a relief and turn it sinister with Mak I'm just...I love him next chapter is gonna be so fun he's so evil

I love that despite galand not being able to lie, they still don’t believe his stories lol

the tears pooling on their insanely pointy chins always gets me lol. but also mel just violently sobbing and then suddenly being fine. Mans has serious issues with repression that can def be drawn to his daddy issues

BAN/ZHIVAGO ARC😭😭😭 a few observations: Ban is very clearly influenced by Zhivago’s style, like the clothes are so similar, the fact that they sent Ban to Aberdeen prison and his favorite is Aberdeen ale makes me think he associates it with his dad, Zhivago was hot, Ban mirrors Zhivago’s words to him to Elaine, Zhivago tells Ban to never trust humans and the only humans he ends up trusting are Escanor and Jericho, zhivago has lived in misery about the deaths of his children for almost 40 years :(

The alchemist- she's a bit on the gloomy side and honestly just tired of life 😭😭 i went with this origin first so her personality is like pretty much based off the game mc we play as, just a tad bit more passive 🚶‍♀️will melt down and turn into mush at the slightest bit of affection so i paired her with leander, and since shes gone through a lot i thought, she deserves some treat <3 and throw in mhin into the equation too hehe another random fact abt her is that she loves plain water... a LOT. Since shes a mage apprentice, i imagine that she probably learn a lot of magic stuff after meeting leander, mostly to get stronger and for self defense

The hound- she got massive trust issues (being betrayed by her friend in the thief syndicate and all) so shes extremely wary of the LIs, like if u think the in game mc is wary of the ppl in eridia, she's like 10x worse. Honestly lowkey like mhin 2.0 except a lil bit snappier 😭 i pair her with kuras and their relationship is kinda like him trying to get a stray cat with human issues to warm up to him 😭😭 doesnt get along with any of the LIs at all and always keep an arm's length around them, but she only lets kuras into her life (and fun fact he loves feeding her) surprisingly tolerates mhin too, and learns a lot abt how to use weapons from them, and since she was in a thief syndicate i imagine her agility lvl is v high (and dont tell this to my unnamed mc but my alchemist and hound mc is my favourite children...)

The unnamed- shes raised like a royalty all her life, since being an oracle means that everyone borderline worship her, but being raised at a temple also means theres many restrictions and shes honestly lowkey sick of being treated like it, though she keeps the perfect facade up, all smiles and all. Shes kind of a lil shit since after running away from the temple, she finds it hard to keep her nice facade up but still tries too hard to keep em (this results in her going 😄😄 but when she suddenly snaps she was like- omg i accidentally let my true colours out- and went back to being nice and all smiles as if her previous outburst didnt just happen- yes shes two faced) i pair her with ais and vere (aka the lil shits 😭) honestly their relationships r just ais and vere trying to make her snap and drop her nice facade its kind of hilarious

I got into stray kids shortly before Maniac comeback, originally because i was curious about Felix haha, but over time Han won me over with his talent and hilarious sense of humor. His personality is just so great, he’s super talented and silly and knowledgeable and ridiculous all at the same time. I was really blown away by his episode of the Lee Mujin show, he is such an incredible vocalist but it isn’t even his main focus in the group. And don’t get me started on his rapping! 😤 Not to mention I love his songwriting, i’m always so impressed by him. Chill, Collision, Miserable, etc. have all been songs I end up with on repeat.

Ahhhh there’s too many to choose from 🥺 Chill has SUCH an amazing sophisticated vibe that I love from them. Super Board, Cheese, and Gone Days are so fun, while Venom was sick, Ex is beautiful, and hello stranger has a simple concept but it’s so gripping (i love that song)…the range is truly amazing. But I think my all time favorite is Easy. And my favorite skz content is definitely Code 😬 they’re just too funny i love them sm

okay so i am HERE. and i wanna say that the thing that probably strikes me the most about you as a writer is the attention to detail in everything you do. the dream world aka snake!jay fic has me by the throat bc of how you set the scene and describe this bizarre thing that is either happening or not who knows. and by that i also mean the mericulous way you plan and progressively hand out plot points. the pacing per say and your view of how much you can and want to disclose until its all out in the open, its immaculate. it never feels weird or rushed and that's a constant in your fics. even if the plot point is about a silly drunk game. also i have to say this. i love the way you write jay. i really think your portrayal of jay is so good. you Get him. i always find myself going "omg yes he totally would" when reading your stuff with him.

and of course apart from being a beautiful writer, you're also a beautiful human being with an immaculate sense of humor and with the kindest heart. you've been nothing but kind to me even before we were friends and i just really love and appreciate you. im soft 🥺
