Example: No driving on the right side of the road, No wandering in certain areas without buddies (safety reasons), etc.
While I'd system rules probably cover this too, we always try to gear things towards innerworlds in particular!

I am enjoying this blog a lot! I personally am a system without an inner world, sometimes I will intentionally day dream a place for the alters but it’s not like what I hear others talk about.
I sometimes imagine a bed to sleep in or a living room for people to talk in but it’s fleeting and rarely used
I want to make an inner world because I think it will help me ,,,, I’m not entirely sure where to start so if you have advice let me know!
My place is to look on pintrest and write my ideas down + take it slow and not try to rush
I don't have too much advice but here is so here is a link to a pretty good post with information for how:
https://www.tumblr.com/subsystems/714113294690058240/developing-an-inner-safe-space-for-parts?source=share
Having said that:
Innerworlds will and do vary from person to person. For us, we went about trying to intentionally create one: We would send messages to one another in a personal server with ideas and information about how we wanted our innerworld to be, which helped us figure out what we could add if it was possible. We never really got far because we suddenly just stopped being in a void, and appeared in an innerworld not of our own making necessarily, though for older areas it is highly likely that some alters who existed then created those.
We tried meditating, and giving ourselves time to "focus inward", if that makes sense. We would (and still do often when one of us is struggling to access our inner or things are a bit "glitchy") play music (usually nature sounds or anything similar to the area we were trying to access, like car sounds if there was a part of our innerworld that had busy streets which made it a bit easy to imagine it all), and sit alone with ourselves for a while in a comfortable position.
Taking it slow and the Pinterest boards as well as writing things down are wonderful! Going back to what was said regarding us talking to one another about an innerworld, I'd suggest maybe trying to come up or share your ideas with your other headmates too (if possible), and if they have anything to share or add.
As a reminder: It is very alright if your innerworld changes a lot. As it is a visualisation, often times things can be a bit "glitched" (as previously mentioned for ourselves), or we'll be in one area then it'll "glitch" somewhere else and we'll feel like we are all over the place.
The way we experience our innerworlds will look different for each person: Some of us may have an effortless time going and out, rarely having to intentionally imagine it (I think this can be honed), with others having wild and inconsistent innerworlds with no true "one place" they reside in (say A is in a bakery one day, and the next they're on an entire planet now). Innerworlds can also feel incredibly different too. For us, it can get pretty tricky because our innerworld feels incredibly similar to daydreams, minus the feeling of headmates, and this itself can become a bit tricky when there are collective daydreams too.
Overall, I'd say what you're doing is wonderful, and to keep continuing onwards with that for a while alongside the addition of the aforementioned contents in the linked post and here. Good luck!

Non-traditional here is used as a for a better lack of terms way, but I mean moreso a way of transportation that does not exist out here or impossible out here. I would say if it's something like a mix of magic and technology for example, feel free to put it wherever you think it fits best!

For an example: parties, celebrations, dances, sleepovers, mountain hiking. What is considered an event very much depends on what you want to consider one!

For more clarification: if it's night outside, it is night inside too. 24 minutes outerworld is 24 minutes in the headspace too.

OHHH THIS IS GONNA BE GOOD
Headspace ramble !!
Okay so first- we got the very very huge and expanded neighborhood, alot of the houses look the same. But there's only the 3 right next to each other that look completely unique, they're occupied by us and the first is a bloxburg house we made- second a Roblox house from a game we play, and third is customized. There's a house kinda mild down the neighborhood that we have to use a GPS to get to where a small bunch of FNaF au fictives live.
There's also the EverymanHYBRID cabin headspace, where all EverymanHYBRID fictives live since we have alot. Some others do live there!
We used to have 2 ENA fictives, but they both chaotically and controllably split into all of the different personalities, they have their own cool weird funky headspace now
There's also a People Playground headspace, based off of the steam game completely. Completely sandbox and chaotic, the wounds that apply can easily rewind and there's no pain much. Just creativity and chaos
And every subsystem has their own headspace.
And we can make our own headspace functions! There's a few coders here and there that can code random functions in, funny ones and ones that Higher-ups assign them to code.
The front room and co-concious are both completely different, co-con is a black void with a pitch black floor that doesn't light up by light. And the "roof" has a huge light lighting down to the Headmates, though it's only there sometimes?
And the front room was built by Sammy, it's a nice cozy front room attached to a small bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen is based off of a friends kitchen- and there's no door to outside. The TV shows what the fronter is seeing.
There's also a weird part of the co-con that's likes a detached part from co-con and near front. No gravity and light, You can easily fall asleep in it, and it's quite actually hard to stay awake in. But it's also very near front to where you can see front? It's confusing.
There's also some headspaces that we cannot get into forcefully, but we randomly appear in. The following are:
The Backrooms - Just like the backrooms. We're personally a huge Broogli fan, so there's a very wide range of levels people end up on. Literally like 5 days ago we found out one Headmate, Joey, wasn't actually dormant. He's been stuck in the backrooms for over a year now, living his best life.
The Forest - A forest that you can simply end up in, most likely if your a Slenderverse introject . . Because it's from slenderverse. It's the lake that's seen, and we know a few entities who live in there. There's unknown ones who lurk, too.
The Upside Down - The upside down from Stranger Things, last we've seen of it was over a year ago. But we still do believe there's a opening somewhere to it.
Hehe that's all of my ramble!! It's okay if you don't wanna send this xD it's a huge ramble. But I'm happy that atleast one person could finally see what our headspace looks like. Thanks for letting me ramble!
Thank you for sharing your experiences!
Don't worry about the length of text! We made this blog with the intention to let others talk as much as they want about their innerworlds/headspaces, so you're free to!

Sorry. We just realised we forgot to even add an ask button to send in asks.
Asks are open now, though! Please look at our pinned too.
We're also considering if we should make polls sometime, about system stuff, like idk if you ever eat in the innerworld. Something like that.
