I am going to a play tonight and dinner out at a new restaurant in town called protein house. I am very excited for a legit healthier option restaurant. 🙌

This was my dessert last night after biking. It was mildly flavored. I was trying for pistachio some-fucking-thing but wanted to try it.without adding pudding powder. 🍮
It was gluccomannon powder, pistachio syrup & monkfruit. No sugar cherry pie filling and zero cool whip on top.
It was fun to eat at least.

Konjac is a plant of the taro family and has a jelly-like texture and is harder, but it is gouged and inedible as is. If you grate it and boil it with alkali, it will become a chewy food. Japanese people love konjac. The main component, glucomannan, is not digested. Zero calories. It seems to be effective for constipation.
