How's it going?
You may have noticed that things look a little different since the last email (unless you're new... in which case, WELCOME!!!). I decided it was time for a change, so I've switched to SendFox to manage my mailing list. I used SendFox a few years ago, but stopped when I realised it was missing a few features I desired. Now that those features (and more) have been added, it's time to return!
One of features is a cool referral link thing. --- details on this are only available in the newsletter. Mainly because I can't work out how to make it work here.
Do I know it's Christmastime?

The Gathering at the Gallows
As mentioned above, the next Morga episode will be a little later than planned because I'm working on (yet another) project! This is a goblin-flavoured tale that features Glintsprock (everybody's favourite frog player), magic (well, duh!), mayhem (also, duh!), and executions! Fun, fun, fun! The plan is to have this little story ready for human consumption in January.

Shu Yan is done being sold—first by her parents, and then by the owner of the brothel where she has been a serving girl.
Now a runaway with a price on her head, she has to choose: the dangers of being a young girl alone in the world, or the dangers of accompanying a legendary swordsman bent on revenge?
And maybe, if she can convince him to take her along, he will learn that Shu Yan isn't the only one who needs the help of others.
ABOUT THE PIC:
I made this one on Friday. It's been a journey getting this far, and I really like this version. The dots in the back really give the background some texture, and the combination of the square Chinese font and the Montserrat font in the small print I find particularly nice to look at.

In addition to my last post, regardless of if you read books from BookTok or not, the entire reading community was deeply saddened by the shutdown of Z Library. I checked the website today and there’s a countdown. however, there are no books displayed. I’m not sure if this means that they’ll be putting all the books up once the timer ends but if you guys are looking for alternative book websites then feel free to send me a message on here or dm me on twitter @_spvtw_ .
