“I couldn’t stop myself from writing to you.”

Noé’s hands quivered holding the pathetic example of a piece of stationary. It was crushed, torn in the middle, and nearly falling apart. The ink was barely decipherable. So much of it smeared with blood.

“I realize this is more unfair to you than it is to me.”

You got that damn right, that awful human. How dare you. Noé told himself he didn’t want to continue. That was another lie.

“I see you writing in your notebook all the time. You are so focused on your work. You are so dedicated to your purpose. It’s admirable. Because in a way I can relate.”

So, he was looking at him. Noé wasn’t just imagining the small glances thrown his direction. The little flashes of electric blue. His desk was on the side of the room where Vanitas could see a perfect profile of Noé’s candid face while he worked.

“I hope you never stop being as dedicated as you are.”

Vanitas never spoke like this.

“I hope you find a new purpose after I’m gone.”

Stop. Where was this even coming from?

“And I hope you are able to forgive yourself.”

Noé laughed. A fake giggle of disbelief.

“Because Louis would forgive you.”

Damn you. Louis was dead. And now so was Vanitas. Noé wasn’t trying to make a habit of being forgiven by his dead friends.

So why was he saying these things now?

“And I already forgive you too. Actually, there is nothing for me to forgive, really. You promised to hold up a deal I never thought you would agree to. If anything, I need to apologize.”

Damn right you do.

“I’m sorry.”

‘Sorry’ doesn’t mean you’ll come back to me.

“Noé, I’m so sorry, mon chéri.”

Don’t call me that. Noé would never get to hear him say that name ever again. It was torture for Vanitas to remind him of that fact.

“I’m sorry about the secrets I had to keep from you and that I could never tell you about my past.

I wanted to.

I wanted to terribly.

But I do also know that you understand, as much as you wish it were different… as much as I wish it were different.”

Noé wished nothing more to be holding his Vanitas rather than the decrepit letter in his hand.

This should’ve been a love letter not a suicide note.

In some ways it was both.

“I’m leaving the book in your care. Destroy it, if you can. The tear stone should have shattered upon my death, but the book must also be forgotten.

Burn it, rip it to shreds, throw it into the void between the barriers, if you must.

The world needs to forget any trace of Luna.

The world needs to forget any memory of me.”

I don’t want to forget.

“I know you can’t forget me. You always were a sentimental one. I know you wouldn’t even dare try. So that is why I must say this.”

Noé stared at the page. His eyes could burn the page to ash if he scrutinized the message with any more intent. His heart pounded with anticipation, trying to guess what words he would read next.

He tried not to be so hopeful, but that’s hard when you’re reading someone’s last words. Vanitas’ last words.

“Noé…

My friend, and partner in crime.

Whatever words you are hoping to see me say, you will not find in this letter. Whatever confessions you are hoping I write to you will never exist. Whatever I have left unsaid should remain that way.

There are things I could say, things I might even mean, feelings that might even be true, that which will die with my last breath of sanity.

To be human is to feel. But I’ve never really been human, have I? I was born that way yes, but I don’t have the luxury of that now after all that has happened.

Noé, there are things I cannot say because I mean them.

But they wouldn’t be fair to speak into the world.

Wouldn’t be fair to you.”

Selfish human.

“And the universe isn’t fair.”

That was one phrase Noé didn’t need to be told to know was the truth.

With a sigh that left his lungs feeling like they should be drowning, Noé finished reading.

He didn’t want to take another breath, but his body forced him. Everything felt heavy. Like his body was made of lead. He couldn’t move for awhile. He just sat at his desk, and turned to the right, looking at Vanitas’ empty bed.

Noé pressed the paper flat to dry and let his mind wander. Eyes unfocused, looking at nothing, but still facing Vanitas’ side of the room. A few memories replayed in his mind. He wished he could lose himself in them. Drown in them if he needed to.

But no.

Some time later, Noé folded up the dry, flattened words of his late partner. One, two, three, four folds in half, into the size of a business card.

That letter found it’s home in the left inside pocket of Noé’s coat, buttoned tight for safekeeping.

He never read those words again. He didn’t need or want to.

Years passed, and from time to time Domi would notice Noé press his right hand to his chest over his heart. She thought it was some routine he absentmindedly did when he was feeling a little more emotional.

What she didn’t know was that there was a little folded piece of paper in his pocket that Noé kept for when he was feeling lonely. Warmed between his hand and his heart for when he needed it to be.

Vanitas’ letter might have said nothing, but its existence meant everything.

Though he only saw the words once, the last line would pop into his mind more often than he was willing to admit.

Vanitas didn’t even have the sense to sign his message. He simply ended with…

“Noé, I set you free.”

No, Vanitas.

You’ve just left me alone.

" What about this one?" You asked Yoongi, holding a purple coloured dress up.

Yoongi shook his head.

You huffed in frustration.

You and Yoongi have been dress shopping for hours now. Yoongi never seemed to agree with whatever you picked out, yet refused to pick out something he liked. Jaehyuk was with Yoongi's mother, who had decided that he would not come with you two to the party as it would be boring for him anyway. She offered to stay with him, stating that she wasn't in the mood for a boring party anyway.

" Yoongi, if there's nothing here we like, then I'd like to suggest that we go by my house. I'm pretty sure that I have something suitable." You said, crossing your arms over

" Listen, I'm not sure if you've realised it. But we're supposed to impress my father. I want him to look at us and think about how wrong he is-"

" Yoongi, love, calm down. We don't have to impress anyone. I'm coming to prove the opposite remember? I'm here with you to prove that you don't care about what he thinks." You cut him off, caressing his cheek for a moment.

" Yeah, you're right, but I just- I don't know-"

" Yoongi hyung, is that you?" Yoongi was interrupted by a ( dyed) blonde haired male.

" Jimin." Yoongi replied sharply, his eyes sharpening.

" Hello, hyung. It's been a while since I've seen you around. Oh, wait a minute. You've braught a girl with you. How cute. The names Jimin, sweetheart. Park Jimin." Jimin walked over to you and greeted you with a smirk on his full lips, taking your hand in an attempt to kiss it formally.

" Nice to meet you, Park." You said curtly, taking your hand out of his grip before his lips could touch your skin.

Bippity bop, I think the frickety frack not. You tough. ( A/N : Yes, I got that from the internet trashcan, stay pg 12 folks.)

Yoongi felt a smile come to his lips at your simply avoiding behavior.

Jimin didn't expect it, by now, any girl would usually already be swooning over him. You barely batted an eye at him.

Intresting. He smirked to himself.

" And your name is..?" Jimin asked, stuffing his hands in his pockets.

" L/N Y/N." You replied with a polite smile.

" Nice to meet you. What are you doing with a guy like him?" He asked you.

" She's my girlfriend, we're shopping for tonight." Yoongi answered for you, and even tough you didn't like it when people speak for you, you accepted it for now anyway.

" Ah, I see. I suppose that I'll see you tonight too then-"

" Jimin! Where are you?! Oh there you are. What do you think of this dress?" A random woman around your age had arrived, wearing a short, red dress.

" It looks fine." Jimin shrugged, obviously not interested.

" I think I might be getting this one. Let's go and then you can pay for it baby." She smiled, taking him by hand.

" Sure, let's go baby. I'll see you tonight Yoongi hyung. And you too of course Y/N." Jimin winked before leaving.

Yoongi opened his mouth to say something but you beat him to it.

" Let me geuss, he's the 'hot bachelor ceo' we all secretly read about in books and fanfics?"

" Yep." Yoongi nodded.

" Also, for the record. I'm paying for the dress.-"

" Nope. I braught you here and demanded you pick something out, so I'll pay for the dress. You've paid for the food last time when we went to Mackey D's with the kids." Yoongi pointed out.

" Alright." You shrugged.

" What do you think about this one?" Yoongi asked, pulling a navy blue off shoulder dress out with a sparkly belt and minimal glitters.

" That one's really pretty." You said as you moved to stand beside him, running your fingers over the fabric and stopping by the price tag.

Your eyes bulged at the price.

" Yoongi, this one's too expensive. I can't ask you to pay for that.-"

" Y/N, listen. My father is a ceo of a wealthy company. That dress is merely a dent in my bank account." Yoongi cut you off.

" I know that, but still." You pout.

Yes, the dress was beautiful, but you couldn't get it over you heart if he were to pay for this.

" Try it on. If it doesn't hit the wow factor, we can put it back." Yoongi said.

" Fair." You shrugged.

Barely a moment later, you were in the fitting rooms, looking at the dress which hung on the hanger. Was this really a good idea?

You decided to try it on anyway. Sure, the dress was beautiful, but would it look the same on you?

Once you managed to get it on with little to no trouble, you looked stunning. Even you couldn't deny that. Sure, you saw yourself as a potato too all the time, but dn, even you had to admit that you were a shiny potato right now.

You smiled as you tough about Yoongi's reaction.

Will he like it? Will it take his breath away like in those romance movies?

You exited the fitting room and turned to Yoongi.

" What do you think?" You smiled cheekily.

Yoongi looked up at the sound of your voice, and a cute smile rose to his face as he checked you out.

" I think my babygirl looks beautiful." Yoongi smiled, biting his lip.

You blushed.

If you really did look this good, you could overthink the price and allow Yoongi to spoil you, right?

Laughs at everything and anything. Often collabs with jisung and chenle because he has no friends. The purest lil group ever.

Jamin and jeno: the most click baity channel out there. Their channel name is, brothers and lovers. Posts 'i made out with my brother?' 'I got him pregnant!!' 'Our parents found out!!!!' But 99% of the time its just a normal vlog.

Jisung and chenle : does whatever they want, name, lolidk2. Sometimes asmr vids, sometimes vlogs. Often films their brothers getting yelled at. likes to pull harmless pranks. Films themselves having their own mini music video in the grocery store and always ends up getting lost.

Wow, I love love LOVE your account! I'm extremely new to the fandom and to Tumblr, so what kind of advice can you give me??

so i meant to respond to this the other day but the day i got the message was a super bad day where i was incredibly busy and only on mobile and just generally not having a great time of it, and then i just sort of.........forgot. oops?

but! my best advice is to just follow people! interact with posts, make funny posts and put them in the tags, if you make any kind of content like fic/art/edits/etc post them and tag them, post headcanons/meta, whatever you feel like! honestly this is one of the most welcoming fandoms i’ve been in! everyone is really friendly, and idk whether it’s because the fandom skews older or just because the fandom is smaller than a lot of others, but you don’t really get the ~elitism~ as much here as in some other fandoms? no one seems to really feel the need to compete for popularity over fics/gif-making or anything either which is really nice.

seriously, just jump in. the water is fine.

Summary: It’s been a week since the terrific night at school. A week since Allison had stopped talking to Scott. And a week Y/n got severely hurt. It’s been a week and Stiles didn’t get the strength to go visit her. Until today.

Word Count: 1682

Warning: Slight mention of violence? FLUFF.

Pairing: Stiles x Reader

A/n: This story happens after season 1 episode 7, School night! It was a request I got almost 4 months ago by @bririshstiles. So so so sorry it took so much time! I hope you like it!

"Seriously, Scott. You see how Allison is treating you now, uh? You noticed that she ended your relationship and that ... "

"Yes," the young werewolf cut-off his friend who was stammering nervously for several minutes now. "Yes, Stiles. I’ve noticed that Allison looks at me as if I betrayed her. And yes, I feel the pain every day."

"Don’t you think…" the hyperactive boy continued, hopping around, unable to contain his energy. "That Y/n ..."

"Stiles.” Scott put both hands on his friend's shoulders to try to calm him down. When Stiles was in this state, anxiety took possession of his body and panic attacks were more likely to occur. Scott spoke in his calmest tone that was usually able to sooth his friend, and searched for the simplest words to get him to understand. "Y/n isn’t Allison. And she got hurt, she needs you, Stiles. She needs her- "

"Her best friend," Stiles rolled his eyes while licking his lips nervously. The term best friend always left a bitter taste on his tongue, and he knew it was because he wanted to be more than just that.

"Yes," Scott resumed, squeezing his shoulders gently to encourage him. "Y/n needs you, Stiles Stilinski. The alpha left her more emotionally hurt than physically, and it's my fault. If she has anyone to blame for it, it's me.” Stiles shook his head in disagreement; it wasn’t Scott's fault that the alpha wanted him in his pack. And it certainly wasn’t on him that he had planned to kill everyone Scott loved for it to happen. But the young wolf refused let him argue on the matter. "Go and see her.” As a final gesture of reassurance, Scott pat Stiles' back. The young man swallowed and walked to his jeep, the destination: your house.

Ding dong

He hesitated for many minutes in front of the closed door of your house. In spite of all that Scott had said, Stiles couldn’t quite quash the fear of seeing you for the first time since the incident. What if you blamed him? What if the front door opened just enough for him to see your pale and tired face, only to be immediately slammed shut again? The omnipresent anxiety that remained in him, swirled like a tornado in his stomach.

When you had been hurt by the alpha, Stiles' world had collapsed. All he could do when he saw your wounded body fall to the floor, as if in slow motion, was shout your name. Helpless, all he could do was look and scream at the sight before his eyes. It was him who took you to the hospital, telling you to keep your eyes open, holding the gaping wound on your legs; three long scratches from your thighs to your foot.

A week had passed but Stiles could still see your expression of pure fear as he closed his eyes. He still smelled the blood that made him nauseous. His mind would constantly replay your cry of terror and pain when you were hurt by the monster. Your image haunted him, every night Stiles had nightmares of this night at the school.

Ding Dong

Too nervous, Stiles had pressed the bell again, without thinking that perhaps the time you took to answer was due to your injury. The doorknob turned and the door was peeled open, revealing you to him.

Your hair was a complete mess, as if you had forgotten how to deal with it. Dark circles contrasted starkly with your pale skin, circles that Stiles shared, having also slept only a couple of hours over the past few nights. You were still in pajamas and when he lowered his eyes, the young man could see the end of a bandage on your foot. In your hands you held two crutches to help you walk. And when he dared to look up at you, afraid of to see you angry at him, Stiles could only see a light shine in your tired eyes. You were all too happy to see him, you would have rushed into his arms if not for the crutches restricting your movements.

To be honest, you were waiting for his visit since the day you were discharged from the hospital. You assumed that school or the responsibilities of everyday life had prevented him from coming earlier, but it didn’t matter because he was there now.

"Stiles! Come in!” Backing away cautiously, you opened the door wider to let him in as a big smile stretched your lips. Your friend did what you asked him, but no smile came with his “thanks”. You put this on the account of the surprise of seeing you in this state. In spite of everything, you tried to make the atmosphere more joyful. The nightmares and the pain was enough for today. "Did you come to bring me homework?"

The silence became heavy, after you tried to break the atmosphere with a simple question that felt weighty to Stiles. He was still standing in the same place, in front of the door, as if he was waiting for you to look elsewhere so could escape. Something seemed to turn in his head and you recognized his expression after having seen it too often on your best friend's face.

"No, I ... I ... Fuck.” Stiles sniffed and turned away to hide the tears he couldn’t hold back. Seeing you again was harder than he thought. He had a hard time seeing the girl he loved, a girl who considered him her best friend, hurt by his fault.

"Stiles ..." After gently sighing his name, you limped to him. Putting your crutches against the wall to free your arms, you reached out and hugged him. His face went into the hollow of your neck and you felt his arms encircle your waist. "It's not your fault, and I don’t blame you. Nor do I blame Scott. Why would I want to? It wasn’t you who did this to me. Unless you turn into a gigantic, red-eyed, scary monster with murderous tendencies ... which I doubt." You tried to turn the mood into something lighter, but failed miserably.

As usual, Y/n had read his thoughts. It must have been their years of friendship, together with Scott - every day the three of them playing at the park or climbing trees - that allowed her to always sense when Stiles wasn’t doing well or what was tormenting him.

"If you came to comfort me it's very bad started because it's me who’s doing it," you laughed, stroking his back. Stiles straightened quickly and wiped his face to hide the tears on his cheeks.

"Why do you ... How can you be so nice to me? After all I did, me and Scott, the alph ... the thing that hurt you? If I were in your place, I would have called the police to lock us both up."

"Because I care." You smile, repeating the three words that you say all the time, in hard times as in good ones, sometimes only as a reminder that the other wasn’t alone. "Because I ..." You stopped right in the middle of your sentence, staring at the void on the left of his head. You had almost said it, the three words that would destroy your friendship with him. But ... what if that was all it took for your friendship to evolve? And what if there was a chance, however small, that Stiles felt the same for you?

The thought alone made you blush and you bowed your head, your heart pounding in your chest. After clearing your throat, you took your crutches back and walked to the living room, the place where you spent the most time since the incident. Unable to sleep, your nights were resigned to watching as many funny films as possible to help drive away the nightmares in your mind.

"What do you say we watch a movie?” You asked, letting yourself fall on the sofa, placing your crutches on the floor near your feet. Your parents were working today and so you had the living room all to yourself. You turned your head to Stiles who ran awkwardly to you, a smile finally stretching his lips.

"With pleasure! We should watch Bruce Almighty."

Your head snapped to him as he almost threw himself on the sofa near you, your eyes wide at the mention of your favorite movie.

"But you hate that movie."

"But you, I love you."

Oops. It escaped before he could stop it. Stiles fluttered around to sit like a normal person, the red burning his cheeks.

"I mean ... I forgot to take your homework. And I know you’re probably suffering a lot... so I just want to make you happy, to make you feel better, you know, that's what friends do, they ... Sometimes they can make huge sacrifices for those they love. And because I care. "

"Uh-huh," You shook your head smiling, unable to believe your friend. "And watching this movie is a sacrifice worthy of the great Stiles Stilinski. "

"Obviously."

"I would get up to put it on but..." You pointed to your legs, laughing softly, cutting short the silence that was hovering over the film's decision. Stiles rushed to the television after understanding his mistake and cursing himself for his clumsiness. "Popcorn too, that would be good! "

"Anything for my princess!” The hyperactive boy exclaimed before realizing what he was saying, again. "I mean, um ... popcorn it will be!"

And Stiles disappeared into the kitchen, knowing exactly where you hid the famous bags of divine food, leaving you alone in the living room to think about all that was said. You held a grimace of pain when you touched your leg, pain that you quickly forgot by mentally repeating Stiles’s words. Yes ... after the movie, you were going to tell him your feelings. But for the moment, you only wanted to enjoy your favorite movie with your best friend and soon-to-be-boyfriend, hopefully.

But... wait a minute! Is Jensen out & about in Austin while his “wife” works in Vancouver? Shocker! No, wait! She changes the caption the morning after, tagging Jensen as the photographer.

So,Jensen has a clone in Vancouver! How interesting. Even more interesting is how everyone and their mothers were commenting how creepy and inappropriate M was looking at D in the picture... then BAM! Oops! Forgot my “husband” took the picture, of course.

Now the best thing about all that? Jensen’s comment with his usual double entendre mastery and dripping sarcasm:
