Understanding the Five Ds of Fencing Sydney Installation
Optimising security systems is mandatory regardless of which city or state you live in. The first line of defence for any property is the fencing in Sydney, and hence, it has to be well-designed security fencing. This will help you save a lot of money on other security installations like CCTV cameras, sirens, etc. Apart from being a security element, well-designed fencing in Sydney also becomes a value enhancer for your property.
Tumblr media
There are 5 Ds to help you understand how security fencing can help your property's overall security. These 5 Ds are –
•          Deter
•          Detect
•          Deny
•          Delay
•          Defend
Let us go through a brief review of these Ds below.
Deter
Deterrence occupies the first spot as the most influential solution to optimise security. It includes options like installing fencing in Sydney with the help of fence contractors and other safety equipment like additional lights and CCTV cameras, sirens, etc. Getting fencing installation done is the most robust step to restrict intruders from gaining entry into your property. You must get anti-climb mesh fencing done to make climbing completely impossible.
Tumblr media
Detection
Early detection of unwanted intruders gives you an advantage as you get adequate time to respond to their threat. Protective fencing services can also be beneficial, as they will provide transparent surveillance around the parameter fencing. This will help you detect and monitor unusual activities around your fencing in Sydney and act promptly to them.
Denying
According to the experts in fencing services, fencing in Sydney properties can be beneficial in denying any entry or access to unwanted intruders. The fencing in Sydney is highly resistant to cutting tools, toppling, ramming, etc. In other words, you can rely upon their ability to withstand severe and sustained attacks during forced entry attempts.
Tumblr media
Delay
The fencing in Sydney done by fence contractors should comply with AS 2423-2002 requirements. This means that they have to be incredibly strong and cause severe delays in attempting to gain illegal entry. Also, this delay will give you adequate time to take the necessary steps to scare off intruders. You can call your security response team and nearby police when this delay is caused by high-quality fencing in Sydney.
Defending
The last D stands for DEFENDING, and here also, well-designed fencing in Sydney can prevent you from any damage or loss caused by intruders. For this, it is essential to ensure that tried and tested, high-quality fencing is installed. This will save significant money and enhance safety like never before.

Showrooms of LANCER Manufacturers
IPS-N
IPS-N showrooms are what you'd get if you slammed a truck dealership, a hardware store, a camping gear shop and a sports bar together in the Bass Pro Shops Pyramid. We're talking row upon row of shelves stocked with the most precision-engineered engine parts you can print on one side of the floor, and on the other, durable, hard-wearing survival gear. Camping stoves you can run off of your mech's coldcore, sleeping bags that'll survive a HEX charge, automatic camo cloth, the works.
Right down the middle, you've got the mech floor. They've got the Tortuga. They've got the Blackbeard. They've got the Drake. They've got the Lancaster and the Kidd. They've got the Vlad (they put a chain-link fence covered in DO NOT TOUCH signs around that one after the infamous CFO's 10-year-old Incident). They've even got the Raleigh, kinda tucked away a little bit behind the water feature, but it's there!
Everything on the shop floor is ruggedized to the point that you could take a mech's fist to it without leaving a dent - and they sometimes do that to demonstrate the engineering quality. There's a giant screen hanging from the ceiling displaying constant advertising for the mechs and IPS-N in general, usually striding purposefully through idyllic Diasporan wilderness or doing hard, honest work like starship loading or construction. There's a mixtape of the most famous bro-country hits playing 24/7.
Smith-Shimano Corpro
In a word: bespoke. Everything in this place is custom. Each and every desk is individually built according to the height of the salesperson who sits behind it, and manages to be a unique art piece without disrupting the overarching aesthetic of the showroom. Whenever there's a change of staff on the sales floor, they rearrange every single desk so that they're still in ascending order.
All of the salespeople are inhumanly pretty, by the way. This atelier has its own fully-staffed makeup and wardrobe team. You're part of a work of art when you work for SSC. Everything and everyone gleams. Even the most chic visitors might feel underdressed in the midst of all this splendour.
The mechs aren't just there to be sold, they're there to be part of the experience. You might see a Monarch holding up the ceiling like the titan Atlas himself. A Mourning Cloak might be posed provocatively like a nude statue. That Swallowtail - is it in a slightly different position every time you see it, or is that just its camouflage decals? How does it always manage to be just inside your line of sight, even when you're looking somewhere else?
They have a catwalk, like you'd see at a fashion show, but it's sized for mechs. If they really think you might make a purchase, they'll queue up the entire performance for you, and you'll get to see a Viceroy strut.
The mix tape for this showroom is a seamless mixture of complex jazz, psychedelic ambient and classical piano music. It's sophisticated and mysterious.
Harrison Armory
Imagine if America could be a showroom. Harrison Armory mech outlets are part dealership, part museum. Every mech is in its own diorama, depicting some heroic event in the Armory's glorious history. A phalanx of Sherman Mk. Is holds the line against some Diasporan slaver-tyrant's army. A Saladin fends off Karrakin hordes during the Interest War. The Genghis Mk. II? Oh, that diorama isn't open right now, it had to be closed for *coughcoughcough* and *coughcoughcough* but let's move on shall we heh heh
Everyone who works here has been in the Colonial Legion at some point, and knows every specification of the mechs they sell off by heart without even looking at their slate. If possible, the Armory tries to employ people who have actual combat experience with the mechs they're selling; people who can speak to the efficacy of their technology first-hand. It's one of the many programs which the Armory has open for retired veterans; it's easy work for decent pay, good benefits and it looks great on your Social.
The music here is a constant loop of patriotic Armory anthems. If you've ever heard the music from Starship Troopers, or the Outbreak of War from Star Ocean, you'll know what I'm talking about.
HORUS
Being a decentralized omninet collective with no official branding or even consistent manufacturing standards, it should come as no surprise that HORUS has no showrooms.
ERR:CONNECTION_INTERRUPT

Some of my favorite things about Chayanne!
He likes swimming! The reason Phil has that bath outside of his house is because that was a little swimming area for Chayanne when Philza and Missa first build his house. Swimming was one of the first things he did when they got him up the wall (it was very cute). I also very distinctly remember a moment where Phil and Chayanne visited Bad's house, and Chayanne took off his armor and swam for a bit in this two by two infinite water source that Bad had inside his house while Phil and Bad talked. He wants to be a water dragon when he hatches into a dragon.
He likes being up high! Or, if there's a random block up a bit higher than other blocks Chayanne will get up onto it. A very popular choice is that orange wool that is outside of his house. If I remember correctly Missa gave it to him for a bed (this was the first day and they didn't know how the eggs operated so they didn't know that he had like a bed bed. They also fed him seeds for a while because they didn't know he needed actual food).
Chayanne used to throw himself off of the wall a lot, which is why the fence and walls were put up. I think he enjoys making his fathers worry and likes exciting things. I saw a twitter post point out that Chayanne used to be a lot more disobedient until one day that led to Ramon's first death, and that's been living rent free in my head.
Chayanne can be suspicious of strangers! The first time that Wilbur showed up at Chayanne's house he attacked him before Phil reassured Chayanne that Wil was a friend. Another time this is illustrated is that one of the first times Chayanne met Richarlyson he asked him a bunch of questions trying to figure out here he came from.
Going off that last bit, Chayanne is actually interested in knowing about the mysteries going on in the island when it pertains to the safety of others. He questioned Richarlyson when he first showed up, asking where he came from and if he was a danger to others, and the day that Phil had to defend Chayanne , Richarlyson, and Leo from the code Phil actually wanted to leave early, but Chayanne wanted to stay because he was eavesdropping on the other adults because they were talking about the eggs.
Chayanne is very quiet! He's said a few times that he struggles with words and expressing himself, and he uses body language to communicate a lot. One of my favorite moments is when he threw Phil is sword, and then started shift dancing on top of the anvil because it was low on durability and he wanted Phil to repair it. Phil was talking to Wil at the same time, and didn't know what Chayanne meant until he clarified it.
Speaking of shift dancing, Chayanne does it a lot. One of my favorite dance moves is when he jumps in the air, spins in a circle, all while shifting. It just makes Chayanne look very excitable and I think it's cute.
If I remember correctly Chayanne's first pet was the white cat that's in the boat outside of Phil's house. It's name is Avocado. Chayanne seems to really enjoy small animals in general, having cats, raccoons, parrots, and axolotls as pets. Phil actually took Chayanne and Tallulah into a cave, and Chayanne took a dive off of the cliff to get one of the axolotls, which lead to a bunch of mobs attacking him. I think that one was one of the two that lived in the pond in front of the house, but I think they accidentally got wiped when other mobs got deleted.
Going off of the last point, when Chayanne sees a raccoon in the wild, he'll pause, crouch down in front of it, stare at it for a few seconds, before going back to running again.
Despite what Phil says, Chayanne actually does enjoy decorating and things looking good. He and Tallulah decorated the basement together, and he argued a bit with BBH when he told Chayanne to use the block enforcer in his safe room because it would make the blocks ugly. He was wanting to decorate his safe room for a while before they got to it.
Chayanne also has some Autumnal vibes to him. When he decorates he uses a lot of oranges and yellows and dark woods and red leaves, and uses jack-o-lanterns a lot for lighting. Since he's gotten it he's also been favoring his jack-o-lantern staff when not in fights, a few times conjuring a Mr. Pumpkin to hang around him. He also has a lot of death vibes, but so does his entire family so.
Chayanne wears a skull helmet a lot when he doesn't need to wear full armor. Missa made him a whole set so they could match, and Chayanne likes wearing it. Recently he's also been wearing a king's crown a lot more, and mixed with Bonnie's "he smells like an old king" thing, this is most likely a reference to Technoblade.
After coming back with cracks Chayanne was very disappointed with himself and that his siblings and him got hurt, and even said that he wanted to be strong like Technoblade. Phil managed to cheer him up by giving him a pep talk about getting back up when pushed down and if Chayanne was Phil's little hero.
Chayanne tends to write and all lowercase, including referring to himself and other's names, but that's not an always thing.
Chayanne and Tallulah are pretty much a team at this point. They'll very often say things like "I've got your back" and things like that to each other when they need reassurance. I bet a lot of people who don't watch Phil have seen Chayanne's "u and me, u and me always" sign to Tallulah when she was extremely distressed about being dirty.
Chayanne tends not to hit people. This is true of Tallulah and Phil too, with Phil only hitting Chayanne or Tallulah by accident or like when it's meant to be a high five or something, and Tallulah gets into slap fights with Chayanne sometimes when they disagree with each other or hits Phil when he says a joke she doesn't like, but Chayanne doesn't usually hit people? When he wants someone to read his sign he stands next to it and does a shift dance or jumps until they notice.
My favorite scene with Chayanne and Phil:
Chayanne: "I mean, gosh I'm bad with words! I don't want to die, I won't die soon, I take everything you [Philza] showed us seriously. Thank you so much of [for?] that. When the giant squid grabbed me I was shaking bc [because] I thought that was the end of it. So yeah, it's not a good feeling."
[A few minutes where they talk about pictures, and Chayanne seems to collect his thoughts?]
"There's something else I want to say. Last time with Forever, I spent so much time out of home. It was nice but felt weird. I'm always saying I want to go to dungeons, but my life so far has been pretty chill. And you know what, I love it it's perfect. I wouldn't change it."
Philza: "Aw, I'm glad Chayanne, I'm glad. I was getting a bit worried I'll be honest when I came back from TwitchCon or wherever and I heard that you had been going through dungeons and stuff and you had so much fun I was like 'aw man. Am I a bad dad?'."
Chayanne: "I once said this to Dad Missa. I don't envy anyone, or anything. I love our current family."
This turned out way longer than I meant it to be. I dunno, what are some of your favorite things about your favorite eggs that people might not know?

You know I had this real random au I made on discord on my other account that I logged out of and subsequently lost!
Where Vlad was a priest and Plasmius is his contractually obligated partner.
Except, said contract is actually 50-50 all the way on the scale of a good deal, but meh.
So baaaaaaasically, Plasmius was (I think) a demon that appeared before Vlad while he was in the hospital suffering from Ecto-acne and basically gave him a:
"Bind yourself to me or die."
Offer.
Like, literally. Vlad became Plasmius' vessel in the mortal world and Vlad is free to live his life. Well, whenever Plasmius wasn't living his life that is.
Which is pretty rare but anyways.
Vlad was a goddamn workaholic who spent most of his time working away on whatever little thing he could, before the rest of that time was spent with Plasmius taking over his body and doing whatever he wanted.
Most of which, due to having a mortal vessel and not as durable as his demon body, ended up with Vlad being injured a few times than not before Plasmius got a grasp on what Vlad's body could and couldn't take, well, compared to his other human vessels he's had in the past of course.
Then, a few years later, or whatever, Vlad and Plasmius have been going around killing a multitude of priests. Mostly the ones that have a high position and the like, and having Vlad replace them and work there for a while.
Why?
Because Plasmius wanted to find a suitable vessel for his son.
Which Vlad was totally a-okay, the killing priests part and taking their place he means. Taking over their roles were surprisingly easy, and he's memorized enough verses that he could recite the entire thing back-to-back from book to book with no real difficulty.
Oh, and he also found how to make holy water! And he could even confidently say that it works because, hey! He's literally the guy being possessed right now, and if it works against him then it'll definitely work on your probably possessed child, miss Samantha!
(He doesn't tell about the demon possessing him part of course, because that would be more paint something that most surely works in a negative light.)
It quite literally never even became a thought in his mind to try and use said holy water against, well, you know. The literal demon possessing him.
But hey, Plasmius brought it up once and Vlad just gave him the most, blank-eyed stare he's ever seen, and then just moved on with his life.
And Plasmius?
Well shit, he's realized he's picked a wonderful vessel.
(Usually, they would try to eject or kill him at their first opportunity, which is quite rude since he helped. But y'know, past is past and what not.)
So then comes time, after Vlad's like, 25th switcharoo they managed to find a picture perfect vessel for Plasmius' son, and he's like:
Plasmius: Kill him.
Vlad: What-
Like, kill priests? Sure no problem Vlad legit does not care, but killing a child? Not something he can do, he gets some shade for his decision, of course, but he's adamant about it.
So Plasmius, powerful demon from hell who is used to taking what he wants.
Lets him.
At the cost of the boy becoming his son's newest and first ever vessel of course.
And Vlad was kinda on the fence about this, but due to the contract- in which he stated that he'll do anything so long as he lives- is, well, there, he had to chose between the two.
And that, was how one young Daniel Fenton, was made the vessel of demon going by the name of Phantom.
Of course, he wasn't happy about such a thing, but it was going to happen eventually, so at least compared to the original plan he'll live.
(Can't remember if Danny's fam was alive or not here, so I'll just say they dead as hell in that Nasty Burger explosion. Cept it was more of a celebration thing, and Danny was running a little late on his way there and then BOOM.)
Vlad tries to make Danny as comfortable as possible after the possession, and of course Danny isn't happy about it, give all three of them snark and sass and being a genuine little shit. Except Phantom doesn't like that, and since Danny is the equivalent of a newly gotten toy, it doesn't end well for him.
Mostly, in the form of numerous injuries that leads to Plasmius lecturing his son about how fragile mortals are and some- looking at Vlad- even more fragile than some others
You know, since he was trapped in a bed for years and all that.
So then Plasmius and Danny wander around, dragging their vessels along behind them. Vlad and Danny do get a quiet a bit closer during this time, Vlad explaning that hey, he didn't want to subject a child to his fate, but it was either that or death so.
And that kinda thaws the ice a little between them.
Vlad says that it'll eventually get better, he's been at this for years and Plasmius regards him as either his most loyal henchmen.
Which is an upgrade from being viewed as a pet since he can actually add his opinions now, well, he could before but now Plasmius would actually take them into consideration if Vlad doesn't wanna do this or that.
Danny is very obviously bummed out about that, and also kinda pitying Vlad but is also still dealing with the trauma of his family and friends exploding and then having to share (Not really even THAT) a body with a demon who leaves him injured far more often than not because of his stunts.
Well, you could say he isn't having a good time.
Then, cut to a while later, and Vlad managed to make these things that allow for them to be separated, but not past a certain point.
Why?
Because Vlad was getting tired about Plasmius' wants for his body getting in the way of working through Vladco (a business idea he pitched and Plasmius backed once he found out he needed money) and there's only so much mental calculations he could do before he tries to find a way around this.
Plasmius thought that Vlad was finally about to do the expected 'fight back against the possessor' and was even a little hurt, before realizing that no, said thought still hasn't crossed his host's mind and he's just upset that he couldn't work on Vladco because of Plasmius' need of his body.
Plasmius, once again. Realized he picked a wonderful host, though this time he thinks there may be a little something wrong with him.
But that's okay, he still loves his henchmen regardless.
Meanwhile, Danny and Phantom are ecstatic, more so Phantom than Danny, and instantly use them. Thankfully, unlike the rings Vlad and Plasmius have, they have bracelets, the point extends city wide comfortably, a fair bit while past that if they strain it though.
So, Danny has been having the best time of his life now, able to spend it doing normal teen things instead of stunts that'll injure him or kill him and having fun.
Phantom?
Well.
He joined the Super scene.
If I remember correctly, he was a hero and his father played the villain, mostly because Phantom wanted to play as a hero, but he didn't have a nemesis like everyone else or something so-
Then for Phantom and Dann's birthday (Phantom kinda declared Danny's birthday his because it was the day he came to the mortal plane), Plasmius decided to kidnap various heroes to participate in an escape game that's really just an elaborate ploy for said party.
Some balloons here and there, confetti, a few gifts and a lot of things you wouldn't expect when kidnapped by a villain. Then at the end there was a birthday cake and a Happy birthday sign hung up there.
Then a Tv turned on and it showed Plasmius, sitting there in a classic villain chair with Vlad standing next to him- a surprise to most heroes there since Vladco was relatively clean actually- and then Plasmius going Happy birthday and then waving over at Vlad saying that he planned most of it.
Kidnapping various heroes was his idea, of course.
But everything else, from the design of each room to the traps to gifts and all of that, and Phantom excitedly shouts a thanks Dad and Papa, with Danny giving a quieter thanks Dad, which leaves the two of them shocked. Then Vlad, who was currently standing to Plasmius' side and working through Vladco investments and business opportunities, tries to play it cool but everyone (heroes included) can see the pink dusting his ears.
While Plasmius is just laughing his ass off at Vlad's reaction.
That's all I can remember right now, of course with a few tweaks here and there because, well, you can probably tell why.
Oh right, there was also this funny thing where, because of the matching rings that Vlad made and the two were wearing. The heroes thought they were married lmao.

Beloved Husband
Especially for you, the entire story is translated below
[ warnings: character death, violence, progressive madness, depression, mourning ]
Although it had been two springs since her beloved closed his eyes forever, it seemed to her that just a moment ago she was standing at his side in front of the altar in a small wooden church. She was clad that day in her new linen chemise and kaftan, under which stretched her skirt sewn from long, colourful strips, embroidered by her own hands over many nights.
That morning, her mother herself had collected fresh flowers in the field, from which she later wove a beautiful garland of daisies and forget-me-nots for her. The smell of baking cake spread throughout the room as her sisters helped her dress and prepare to leave her family home.
All her belongings, which consisted of several linen shirts and woollen skirts, two kaftans, one winter coat, two pairs of shoes − one for colder days, the other festive, only for church − hair pins, a set of bedding and a holy picture she had received as a gift from her godparents, fit easily into a small wooden chest decorated with painterly ornaments.
Her beloved was beautiful, joyful and kind, his lips curving into a lazy smile at the sight of her, for he had loved her ever since she could remember. He called out to her when she returned from the fair, when she left church with her parents, he made her laugh by looking at her over the fence as she fed her geese, by telling her made-up tales and legends.
He would come to her parents with gifts, wishing them to look upon him with a more favourable eye, as he was poorer than they were − she was the daughter of a respectable farmer, while he was the son of a simple serf peasant apprenticed to a blacksmith.
Although her guardians at first regarded him with disapproval and reserve, they eventually recognised his industriousness, which also brought him a tangible income. He spent days and nights in the forge, creating things that were not only useful and durable, but also beautiful, appreciated by the villagers and the heirs of the manor houses.
Without delay, he came to the aid of his future parents-in-law when the hinges of their doors and shutters began to loosen and fall off. He forged new ones for them, beautifully fitted, with indentations and swirls, which they later showed off to their neighbours. She watched it all from afar, daring to offer him only her warm, happy smile and a gratitude that filled his heart with fervent hope.
− Wait for me, pretty dove. − He called out to her then, and she laughed, not even thinking of marrying another.
His approach full of patience and understanding eventually won the hearts of her parents. Her father decided, after some thought, that it was good to have such a swift, hard-working son-in-law, who, in addition, was cordial to the women.
He believed that he would certainly be a good and gentle husband, who would not hit or shout at his daughter, and who would also gladly drink vodka with his father-in-law, and would conduct a conversation well, as his mind was sharp and enlightened.
She knew that she had caught God by the feet when they finally agreed to give him her hand, and she did not hide her joy. She thanked her Lord during every evening prayer for the fact that she did not have to marry a drunkard, a scoundrel, but a kind, handsome, hard-working young man, at the sight of whom she felt warmth melt through her heart.
Not even one spring of their marital happiness had passed when her beloved fainted, having returned from the forge all hot and fiery. He coughed terribly and babbled, only making it home with the help of their neighbour. They laid him on the bed together, wondering what to do. Fear then overtook her and she immediately sent for an herbalist who lived a few huts away.
The woman arrived in the evening and, without saying anything or demanding payment, prepared water over the cooker by throwing dried leaves and herbs into it, muttering something at the same time. After these mysterious procedures, she gave her decoction to her husband, ordering him to drink.
She rejoiced, for the colours returned to his countenance, for life returned to his members, for he recognised her, calling her his pretty dove.
Her heart was filled anew with hope. Lying by his side at night, she prayed fervently, thanking God for his grace.
Only in the morning, when the first rays of the sun woke her up, wanting to attend to her daily chores and prepare his morning meal, did she feel that the body lying next to her was cold and stiff.
She was afraid to look at him, and when she finally did, she saw his face, pale and blue, his lips parted slightly, as if he were in fact still asleep. She tried to wake him, at first with a whisper, then with cries and wails, clamping her fingers over his body, but his eyelids never opened again.
She couldn't name what was happening to her. It seemed to her as if her speech had been completely taken away. Her body was left without strength, her mind became blank, dulled. She lay next to him, looking at his face, holding his cold hand in hers, unable to let go of the thought that the only thing left of him was his body.
She didn't understand what her mother was saying, stroking her cheeks and shoulders as they stood over his grave on the day of his funeral. She stared at the simple wooden cross stuck into the fresh, damp earth, listening to the women wailing and crying raucously around the coffin, chanting mournful hymns that only increased her despondency.
It seemed to her that her mind was foggy and sluggish. She drank, she ate, she did her chores, but she did not feel or experience anything. Her body was as if in a state of prolonged shock. In her mind there was still the conviction that her husband would cross the threshold of their home as he did every evening, that he would take her in his arms, speaking of his longing, that they would sit down to supper together, recounting what the day had brought them.
Her parents, seeing the impact of her bereavement and such a sudden loss, ordered her to return to the family home, which she did. From then on, she helped them with their daily chores, as she had done when she was still a maiden.
She would speak to them and be in their company, but her mind seemed to be out of her body, the emptiness that filled her began to be slowly replaced by a progressive rage and irritation, as she noticed that everyone had begun to forget about him. They laughed and smiled, got drunk and danced as he lay there, deep underground, alone.
Shrill thoughts flashed through her head as she lay alone at night under her quilt. Her heart squeezed with pain at the notion that perhaps the gravedigger had not buried him deep enough and his body would be desecrated by wolves or stray dogs or, God forbid, her poor beloved would wake up in his wooden grave and be unable to get out, driving his nails helplessly into the wooden lid.
She would cry aloud then, burying her face in her hands, holding her thoughts and pains deep inside her, feeling that no one else would understand her suffering, that only he, her dearest, if he were still alive, could comfort her.
It was then that she heard him for the first time since the day he closed his eyes forever: the loud, clear rustling of the grass and the quiet cracking of the branches beneath his feet.
She rose quickly, feeling the aggressive, chest-shattering pounding of her heart. A cold sweat ran down her back as she leaned out uncertainly to look out of the window.
There was no one in the courtyard.
She sat still for a moment, feeling a tightness in her throat at the thought that there was a graveyard beyond the woods overlooking her small room.
The next day she lay down to sleep faster than usual, excusing herself to her family for being unwell, feeling a pleasant tingling in her fingers and excitement at the thought that perhaps her beloved would visit her again, give her some sign, tell her what he needed. No one came, however, and salty tears of regret and disappointment ran down her cheeks as she lay, facing the window, watching the first rays of the sun.
She wandered off to the cemetery in the morning, explaining to her relatives that she wished to place fresh flowers on her late husband's grave. However, when she arrived at the site, she found to her disbelief and dismay that although grass should have grown on the grave long ago, the sand on it was still wet and fresh, as if he had been buried only the day before.
Walking back home along the dirt road, wrapping herself in a warm woollen shawl, she thought of her grandmother's stories. Of how people who had died, called wraiths, rose from their graves to haunt their families, peering down on their children and placing cold, corpse-like kisses on the lips of their wives and husbands.
At this thought she felt heat in her lower abdomen, a pleasant tickling sensation engulfed her fingertips and lips, and she imagined that her beloved had come to her then, that night, wanting to prove to her that he remembered her, that he loved her and could not leave without her.
The realisation that he could wander still in the world without knowing a holy rest both frightened and delighted her at the same time, that their love could be stronger than death, that his desire to stay with her was more important to him than the will of God himself, who had called him to join him.
She stopped and trembled as she heard a loud rustling in the depths of a field filled all around with tall, golden wheat. She lifted herself up on tiptoe, feeling the rumbling of her yearning heart, looking around carefully. Her breathing became raspy and loud, full of excitement.
− My love? − She heard her own trembling, warm voice, sounding as if a mother was calling her child, wanting to give him courage.
However, she saw nothing, nor did she hear any reply.
Nevertheless, the conviction that her husband was still prowling the earth and watching her was growing stronger within her. Candles would suddenly burn out in the rooms she was in, although no one passed by them, doors would open with a loud creak of old wood even though no one was standing behind them. She was awakened at night by a quiet tapping on the windowpanes that kept her awake. She had the impression that she heard someone's footsteps even when there was no one in the room but her.
She whispered to him each time, asking him to appear to her. She would convince him that his cadaverous, pale face would certainly not scare her away, that he still remained her beloved, her only one.
He did not answer.
It seemed to her that she was slowly losing her mind. She was getting thinner and thinner, her face becoming pale, bruises from dozens of sleepless nights surrounding her lifeless eyes. Her parents, worried about her behaviour and the fact that the slightest sound or movement made her flinch as she looked around the rooms, suggested that perhaps it was time to find her a new husband.
− You will have your children, and he too will comfort you with a kind word and a strong embrace of his arms. − Her mother said. She looked at her dully, feeling that her pale lips trembled parted in disbelief. Cold sweat trickled down her neck, her fingers clenched tightly on the material of her skirt.
Tumblr media
That night, she cried aloud with her face pressed into her pillow, calling for her beloved, her kindest, cursing him and begging him to relieve her suffering, to prevent her from being given away to any other man, because they had promised each other that they would be together, now and for eternity.
It was then that she heard him again − the quiet crackling and rustling outside her window, someone's footsteps so clear that her heart leapt into her throat. She pulled herself up from her bed and looked out of the window, pressing her palms against the glass. A pitiful, low sob escaped from her throat as she spotted a male figure disappearing deep into the dark woods.
She got up quickly, putting a warm blanket over herself, and slipped out of her family home in only her nightgown, moving after the mysterious silhouette, wanting to shout for him to stop, fearing, however, that she would startle him. Seeing only the full moon and stars above her, she trudged through the tall shrubs, the needles of the pines and the sharp stones beneath her feet hurting her skin.
She knew that in order to reach the cemetery she had to walk straight ahead, and despite her fear, her heart was filled with courage, because for him, for her beloved, she was willing to do anything.
A loud sigh of relief left her lungs when she finally stood at the border of the forest, seeing clearly the outlines of wooden and iron crosses. She froze completely when she noticed a male figure leaning deeply into one of the grave pits. A broad smile appeared on her face for the first time since fate had separated them.
− My beloved! − She shouted with joy, with hope, with relief, drenched in tears, running towards him with confidence, thinking only of throwing herself into his arms again, of speaking to him again, of hearing his voice again.
My pretty dove.
She stopped halfway, feeling her heart freeze, shivers ran along her spine as the man she was running towards jumped out of the pit like a burned man.
She saw his terrified eyes, he was panting heavily as if he was some wild animal, raising his hands high in the air. She found to her horror that she did not recognise either his face or his figure, looking at him in the moonlight. He was older and taller than her husband, dressed in dark, dirty trousers and coat, his large hands black from the ground.
Only after a moment did she notice a long shovel lying next to his feet, a sack lay immediately next to it, she swallowed with difficulty recognising in its contents something that resembled shimmering gold jewellery in the moonlight.
The stranger moved suddenly towards her, grabbing earlier a shovel lying on the ground. She screamed loudly, throwing herself into flight, understanding her mistake, her stupidity, her naivety. She stumbled several times over tombstones and tree roots, her sore feet seeming to scream with every step she took.
Her voice stuck in her throat when suddenly something dull and hard hit her heavily on the back of her head, then again and again; she fell to the ground, panting heavily. Everything around her seemed to spin, she no longer recognised shapes or where she was, warm liquid ran down her forehead, the metallic taste of blood that had flooded her face melted between her lips.
She wanted to scream for rescue to her beloved, to her parents, but she was unable to get the words out. She cried out loudly and drew in a loud breath, bursting out crying when she felt his large, rough hands clamp down on her bare calves, pulling her back on the ground. Her fingers impulsively dug into the sand and grass, fruitlessly trying to resist him, something akin to a grunt escaped her throat.
My God, have mercy.
She was already completely limp when he threw her into the middle of the grave. No sound left her lips as the heavy, cold sand began to fall on her body. Her empty gaze, from which the life was slowly escaping, was fixed on the bright moon disc spreading over her head.
Before the last breath left her lungs, a thought flashed through her dying mind, from which she smiled gratefully at the stranger who stood high above her like death itself.
I will see him again.

What Factors Affect the Cost of Colorbond Fence Extension in Australia?
We are all aware of the features and advantages of using colorbond fences and colorbond fence extensions. Due to these advantages and features, they are the number one choice for residential and commercial properties all across Australia. They are known for durability, robustness, ease of maintenance and, most importantly, the privacy that they offer. People often have a lot of questions and confusion related to the cost of colorbond fences and colorbond fence extensions, and we have attempted to clear them in this post.
Tumblr media
What Are Colorbond Fencing Styles?
Colorbond fencing and colorbond fence extensions are mainly available in three different styles, and their names are traditional fencing, lattice fencing and gated fencing. Traditional fencing is the simplest style that includes colorbond steel fencing available in more than 22 colour options.
Tumblr media
What Is The Cost Of Sheet Of Colorbond?
The first thing to mention here is that there are not too many options available in the markets that are as durable and as flexible as colorbond fencing. It is tried and tested for longevity and corrosion. It can withstand even the toughest Australian climates, and more importantly, it is 100% recyclable to reduce the burden on our climate and landfill sites.
The price of colorbond fence extension sheets depends on the type of siding, and it varies between $17 and $37 per sheet. You can expect to pay around –
●       $17 per base of steel sheet
●       $22 per colorbond sheet with powder coating
●       $37 for the most durable ultra colorbond sheet
What Factors Affect The Cost Of Colorbond Fence Services?
According to colorbond fence contractors, the cost of these extensions and services get influenced by several factors. You must first have an exact idea of the budget to purchase these fences. While determining the right budget, make sure that you consider the following factors.
Tumblr media
This Size You Need for Your Property
If you have a larger property, you must contact top-rated colorbond fence contractors for measurement. The team will dedicate more time and resources to measure the exact dimensions and estimate the size of colorbond fence extensions needed for fencing.
Whether You Are Replacing an Old Fence
In case you are getting your old fence replaced, the team sent by colorbond fence contractors will first remove the existing fence and make space for the new colorbond fencing. The cost of removing the old fence will be determined based on the material that the old fence was made up of.
Tumblr media
The Complexity of Work
Installing colorbond extensions is tiresome, and colorbond fence services will surely be required from colorbond fence contractors. If your property’s terrain is complicated and complex to work on, the fence contractors will let you know in advance that the cost will increase because the time taken to install the fencing will also increase.

I am currently screaming over the Körangi AU with the wings and stuff and I'd love to see more ajhskdhkdhdkd!!!
I'm introducing another ship in here! Also we're calling this the Hunter AU because I need to name it for the tag
Alejandro had heard from Ghost the entire thing and since König seemed pretty distressed, he agreed to help. He put on his helmet and talked to them, Price, Farah and Alex.
König explained everything he saw about Horangi and Alejandro, despite thinking this was a bit of an overreaction, agreed to help him find his soulmate. He didn't really believe in the whole soulmate thing, but he knew König and Price believed it. Alex was on the fence about it, but Alejandro wasn't going to disparage their beliefs either.
Even if he thought it was stupid.
"Alright hermano, we'll help you find him." Alejandro smiled at him and listened to where Price was sending him. He had a zone he was going to comb over and then they'd meet back up.
So off he set. The area had mostly tall trees with little underbrush and clear space.
Alejandro took stock of himself. His spirals resembled ruby as they traveled over his skin, visible through the fishnet over his legs and across his chest. Most of his gear covered his midsection and his back He was durable. His hair, which annoyingly kept curling, was slicked back at the moment to keep it from getting into his face.
That didn't mean the arrow that flew straight though his shoulder, only stopping because it hit said gear, didn't fucking hurt. He yanked it out of him and snapped the thin arrow. It looked like birch wood.
Alejandro looked up, ready to snarl and disembowel whoever did it. Unless it was this Hawk Moth they were searching for. The rope in his gear, specifically for this situation, hit his leg, as if to remind that it was there.
Rodolfo jumped down from his trees, giant blue wings erupting from behind him. It was like everything had slowed to a crawl.
Rodolfo was gorgeous. the wings had a soft black outline with little white dots over the blue. His body... Alejandro admired the toned arms and the way the leather wrapped around him. Not to even start on how pretty his face was. He could get lost in those eyes. Though he couldn't be sure, the air around him seemed to shimmer with his beauty as if he were one of the angels from the stories his mother told him as a child.
The arrow shot at him but he lifted his arm and it went through the leather of his arm guards instead. Like Cupid's arrow connecting their hearts.
"Mi amor. I think you changed my mind on soulmates."
Rodolfo responded in something he couldn't understand, but that was fine. Alejandro could learn how to speak the language. He pulled his bow and knocked another arrow to send at him.
Mostly on instinct, he rushed forward, grabbing the weapon from his hands. Rodolfo's eyes widened and he hit Alejandro hard. Stars exploded in his vision but fighting was a well beaten instinct. Unlike Rodolfo's kind, which usually only fought when provoked, Alejandro's was a warrior species. Fighters. Hunters. Despite Rodolfo getting several hits in, Alejandro managed to pin him, staring down at him.
His butterflies face flushed brightly, a stunning color against the blue. He tried to struggle against the hands pinning him but Alejandro stayed firm.
Alejandro pressed their bodies together, watching Rodolfo's realization.
Slowly, he pushed his hands under his gear, feeling the soft skin underneath. There was hard muscle there that Alejandro admired. He was so small compared to him. Alejandro easily had two feet of height on him and the little butterfly seemed to realize this as he stopped struggling.
It happened quickly but they went from pinning each other to Alejandro ripping his clothes off. Despite the... almost pout on the butterflies mouth, he didn't struggle or fight, just blushing more once Alejandro had him undressed.
"Rodolfo."
Alejandro paused and then mimicked. "Rodolfo." He pointed at him and Rodolfo nodded. "Alejandro."
"Alejandro." The way he said his name... Alejandro shuddered and put their faces close together. Close enough they shared breath, though unlike König, he wasn't going to kiss him so quickly. It was bad luck! It also meant a little too much for him to want to kiss him on the dirt ground.
Alejandro spread his legs and moved down, holding Rodolfo's legs so he couldn't escape. His tongue darted out to lick over his hole. He was so tiny. He'd have to be careful with prep. How König did it so easily when he was bigger than him didn't make sense, but he didn't want to risk it. His tongue pushed into him and Rodolfo arched, moaning.
"Ah... Ah...." Rudy's legs started to shake before he dug his fingers into Alejandro's hair, messing it up. He tugged him but it wasn't clear if he wanted more or to pull him away.
Alejandro added a finger, trying to make sure it was plenty slick for him.
Rodolfo moaned and it made Alejandro's head spin.
Slowly, he worked him open to two fingers and stopped using his tongue, spitting on his fingers and pushing them back in.
His little butterfly bit his lip and looked at him, a perfect flush over his face. If this was even close to how he had felt with Horangi, Alejandro understood why König seemed so obsessed.
Finally, when he was pretty sure Rodolfo could handle it without pain, he pulled him into his lap. His hands held the very base of his wings and picked him up, lining up.
Rodolfo whimpered a little but his legs stayed open and pliant. His cock was hard against his stomach as Alejandro gently slid him down on his own cock.
Tight. So tight. Alejandro panted softly as he sheathed himself. Rodolfo teared up, fingers digging into his shoulders. His thighs tried to close but Alejandro gently tapped them open again. When he bottomed out, he kept Rudy in his lap, holding him by his waist now.
They sat there a while, Alejandro all too content to enjoy the tight heat. Rodolfo had other plans. At first, he tried to pull away from him, but Alejandro would growl and pull him back, forcing him back down his cock. He panted, clearly enjoying this if his hard cock was anything to go by. After a moment, his butterfly gave in, rolling his hips to try to get off.
Alejandro kept his hands on his waist but let him move so he could more properly ride him, admiring his body as it moved. Rodolfo must've slipped just a little because he suddenly slammed down rather hard, biting his lip hard to try to stay quiet. The pressure around his cock made Alejandro dizzy. He let him try rocking again, but thanks to their size difference and Alejandro's gear, his butterfly couldn't seem to get a rhythm.
Alejandro noticed him getting frustrated and thrust up into him, surprised by how loud that made him. His nails dug deep into his shoulders and he ended up laying Rudy back against the ground. He took control, starting to thrust into him properly.
Rodolfo was loud. Moaning and letting out sharp cries when Alejandro thrust in harder. Tears started flowing down his face but he was pulling him closer, wanting more.
Alejandro hit something and Rodolfo screamed in pleasure, legs wrapping around him. He started to speak in his language before making a "hurry" motion. Alejandro got the message and hit it again, harder this time.
Rodolfo buried his face in his neck, feeling so tiny. His fingers traced the wings and he wasn't sure if that's what made his wings tremble or how hard he was fucking into him.
His butterfly came underneath him, panting softly and whining from overstimulation when Alejandro kept going. He didn't stop until he came in him, loving every sound he got from him.
Unlike König, Alejandro was smarter. He held on to him and gently ran his hands along his thighs. Rodolfo nuzzled against him before going to pull away. Alejandro helped him get dressed, maybe running his fingers over him a little more than necessary. Rodolfo blushed and smiled, leaning in a little. His body felt warm, probably from the flush.
Alejandro took advantage of the fact that Rodolfo was fucked out, quickly tying his hands. He saw his eyes widen before he tried to struggle, but Alejandro tightened the ropes. He scooped him up and held him tight, ignoring that Rodolfo continuously struggled.
"My darling, mi amor, I'll take good care of you, yeah? Just relax." Alejandro smiled at him and traced his pretty wings. "My soulmate."

I don't understand why people like to make Marinette become super strong even out of the suit, is there any base of this fanon? Not saying people couldn't, it just weird for me because Marinette isn't really athletic or working out so her being portrayed to be a strong girl seems to be out of the blue.
Like there's this story I've read once where Marinette is super strong, even matched cat noir who is a miraculous user despite of her not being one. Or the other one where she suddenly be able to fight against some thug despite none of the chapters before this shown her to be really strong or capable to do that. Also I've seen a post that said Marinette is actually stronger than Adrien because she manage to beat him in sparing in episode riposte. Is it true? Sorry of this question weird.
Tumblr media
This is basically a “yes but no” kind of situation. Yes, the people insisting Marinette is strong have a legitimate point. Marinette can manage some feats, like all the characters in the show. For example, the Mime can lift the entire Eiffel Tower because the universe operates on cartoon physics, so goofing off with character endurance and strength is to be expected. In addition, Marinette should get to do some really cool stuff, at least as Ladybug, because Miraculous is a girl power show and she is the main character. Marinette is supposed to be inspirational to young girl viewers, so she’s cool, competent and strong. The point is to find the baseline of the series.
As it stands, Marinette’s abilities in her civilian persona do get exaggerated in comparison to other characters in the fandom. The thing is, the tumblr fandom has a thing about Marinette. Marinette gets bashed to hell and back on Youtube and some other parts of the web, so parts of the tumblr fandom are really defensive of Marinette. This means that anything “negative” said or done with her character by other fans gets backlash. And some of these fans include depicting Marinette as anything that’s not the strongest, bestest, smartest at everything ever as “negative”.
As I said, Marinette’s physical feats are not out of place in the world of Miraculous. Everyone in Miraculous can do insane stuff even without a Miraculous. The show runs on exaggerated reality. Also, you need more than one example to prove a point. Marinette scoring one point against Adrien in a fencing practice match where Adrien thinks he’s teaching the ropes to a complete newbie is not a pattern. It’s Marinette impressing him by showing off that she’s competent at his hobby. Now, every time we see Kagami and Adrien have a spar, Kagami has won, that’s a pattern. But even this doesn’t mean Kagami is stronger than Adrien, it means she’s a better fencer, skill and strength are two different things.
Then we get to “Marinette can match up against a Miraculous holder”: this claim is absolutely made up fantasy and nothing but wish-fulfillment on the part of Marinette stans. Every single Miraculous grants its holder super strength and super durability, I repeat: super strength and super durability. If a normal person can do the same or even better, it’s not super. End of story. Marinette is not stronger than any Miraculous holder because that defeats the purpose of using a Miraculous to get superpowers.
Now, as for Ladybug versus Cat Noir, there actually was a very in-depth analysis in this fandom on this topic some time ago. The consensus we came to was this: the show gives us a lot of clues that Cat Noir is physically stronger than Ladybug, but, in an actual fight, the end result is determined by them hitting their win condition, since Ladybug is a better fighter in terms of strategy and agility. Also, Cat Noir would absolutely go easy on Ladybug, no exceptions, while Marinette has an insanely high competitive streak and will go all-out at the slightest provocation as long as no harm will come to her partner out of it. Even Cat Blanc, a literally brainwashed Cat Noir, gives her so many openings he practically hands victory over to her. Ladybug will win a fight between her and Cat Noir every time unless something really extreme happens to make him take the fight seriously.
Another thing to take into account, however, is this: a tiny girl being secretly as strong as The Hulk is funny.

There's already a CN two op goat/caster clear of the boss for this event that just uses my ops, so I figured I'd turn my attention to seeing if there was anything interesting I could do with the other stages. And I'm pretty pleased with how this one turned out!
It's really neat the way trying to optimize niche clears helps you realize just how much one or two ops can do on their own. I've always taken a full 12 units into everything because why not, but being able to go in and do something with just two, even if it's a relatively simple stage, is always a bit of an eye opener. Also, it's especially true for non meta ops. I don't think anyone would call Czerny a must build, but here he is solo lane holding, without any healing. He's durable, can do pretty decent arts damage, and has some really interesting mechanics. So if you're on the fence about building some more off meta units or non six stars, I say go for it.

So I read a good hundred plus chapters of my hero academia (maybe 200? Can’t remember if it’s even got 200 lol) and I liked it but just stopped reading it. But it’s kind of like Pokémon where I didn’t care for the story but the world itself is FASCINATING I think quirks are such a cool idea, and it’s fun to come up with some yourself
Like one quirk idea I had was one day when she was like 7 she was being picked on in the playground when these swords just fell from the sky, almost hitting her bullies, and one fell right into her hand, and she discovered that she had a psychic (don’t know if this is the term) link to these swords, but she still exerts energy controlling them, it’s just as if it’s extra limbs, it feels easy to wave around your arm but if you do it over and over eventually you’ll get tired, same thing with the swords. She has an odd number of swords, so an even number on each side acting like “wings” and then a “strong hand” like sword she’s most dextrous with (the one that originally fell into her hand). The swords can hold her up and can let her fly, but it is the same as carrying her body weight (plus seven or nine METAL SWORDS) so it’s not something she can just DO willy nilly.
Anyway, her hero name is Valkyrie and she has slots in the back of her armour to hold the base of the swords (making them act like wings) and a sheath for either all of the swords or just the “strong” sword.
I know it isn’t a typical quirk which are more biological and… scientifically explained, but who cares it’s my character idea and I think it’s cool.
I think it’d be a cool dynamic because it’s actually dangerous. She can’t exactly spar or practice with others because THEY’RE FUCKING FLYING SWORDS, I guess the average durability is higher, but they’re still dangerous, and as a child before she got them fully under control they would’ve been a real hazard.
I think the swords would have some level of senses, obviously not sight or anything but I think they’d at least be able to tell when they’re not in the immediate proximity of anything (so they won’t knock into or accidentally slice anyone or anything) and would feel pain, just obviously with a lot higher pain tolerance as they are metal swords. In my mind they are literally limbs that just happen to be psychically controlled swords.
She’d be a very well trained sword fighter (obviously), and she’d be clever and studious and rule following and all that, but also with a layer of social detachment, as having 7-ish flailing death sticks following you and only just being under control (they’d definitely be uncontrollable with intense emotions/stress) isn’t the greatest way to make friends, and she’d be slightly socially awkward already (hence being picked on as a child. Obviously no one picks on her now, because of the swords, but she’s still outcast). This would lead to her being strong of character and high and mighty at times, but I think she’s VERY nerdy about swords, and is also interested in fencing and other blades. She’d be an absolute geek once she’s on the subject of something she’s interested in LOL
You may notice I’ve been referring to her with pronouns this whole time. That is because I am awful with names and do not have one for her. Suggestions are welcome.
Anyway yeah this is the closest format I have to oc dumps since I can’t draw lmao
Oh but yeah both the sword breaking and reforging would be incredibly painful, I cannot stress enough they are like limbs so it would be like a limb being broken or being grafted on to. Not fun.
