I wanted to know if you could tell me what's possibly wrong with me!

I've been feeling thirsty for three to four days and despite drinking loads of water the feeling won't go away. I also feel lightheaded most of the time during the day.

And the worst symptom, I've been having pain in my pelvic region since the past three days and it comes and goes. But I'm not constipated at all. I don't understand what's wrong with me. Can you tell me any possibilities?
