i’m looking for a fic that i think may have been asked for before?? i can’t find it though, so basically eddie and robin are talking about like, the struggles of being poor, and steve says he knows how it feels. eddie and robin get mad at him (i think) because all they know is that steve is super rich, so they don’t think he knows what it’s like. im not exactly sure what happening the end, i think steve reveals that his parents cut him off or something??

Comments: I made Jackie and Hyde’s question of whether the other loved them explicitly important in the comics. Its importance on the show is evident, but I shone a light on it. Jackie and Hyde, understandably, have a lot of insecurities around love. The people who were supposed to care for their well-being and survival (i.e. their parents) ultimately did the opposite. Kelso lied to and cheated on Jackie then blamed her for both.
Since Jackie and Hyde truly love each other, they’re both afraid of losing the other, particularly through being betrayed.

Abi Damaris Corbin's fact-based "Breaking" pretty much works as a non-heist movie. It has some of the trappings of the bank-robbery thriller, only its protagonist, former Marine Brian Brown-Easley (John Boyega) isn't interested in looting the bank's money at all. Instead, when he walks into an Atlanta-area branch of Wells Fargo one morning, claiming he has a bomb, what he's actually after is a platform to air his grievances with the VA, the byzantine government agency that withheld his benefit check based on a clerical error (the film's original title, "892," was the actual amount of the withheld check, the only money he was demanding).

Watching F.airy T.ail and O.ne P.iece, it's almost strange that the arcs are shorter. Like, woah you defeated that bad guy in ten episodes not 70 that's super impressive. Lmao
#for example#one piece's current arc is from episodes 892 to just rn 1089 and they are releasing new episodes within it#however the main battle within the arc was like 100 episodes with some filler ones lmao#campare it to fairy tail where they have lots of smaller arcs#and they do have some longer ones later that are lots of episodes but like average not quite as big#lol
