Hello ^^!! Alr so like I said before, I'm gonna lower my calorie intake and update my process here.
I've been eating like 2000 calories daily (wich left me feeling disgusting everyday) and now I'm gonna be eating like 1300-1500 and do a lot of exercise to start for somewhere.
I know that may be a lot of calories or whatever but I have to do this slowly so I don't binge by the end of the week. Wish me luck!

3d tw: purging ☆ving
So tonight had a few curve balls in regards to my căl count after my 24 hour f@st, which wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be.
In short, we got fried mushrooms instead of mozzerella sticks which was actually kinda better because i love the tsste and it had less căl, but I ended up pųrging 3x at the bar 🥲 the waitress was so nice and gave us some free chips and beer cheese. So I had to eat some of that plus my friend ordering another round of the mushrooms 😭 and I don't want them to think it's strange that I'm not eating one of my favorite veggies.
But hey, I'm great at pųrging and timing it right to get up the most I possibly can. With almost nothing at all in my stomach by the time we left I'm likely under what I had planned to eat.

I always see people on here talking about the ‘good’ side effects of having an ed on here, like vision going black when you stand up. I understand that feeling the side effects are validating but oml no one actually talks about the other side effects (that i have seen)
For example, i got really sick from pur91ng a few days ago and even though I’m not sick anymore, my body is trying to reject food, and i have been bloated and in pain constantly. even with a restrictive ed bloating and pain from it is extremely common but i feel like very few people actually talk about it. Anyway, just remember you’re not bad for having symptoms of your d1s0rd3r that aren’t ’good’ or validating :)

My boyfriend has been trying to get me to eat more and I was, but I need to get back on track so I made this diet for me to follow. I started it yesterday so I'm on day 2 now and it's going well so far
The Rules (for me):
• Drink at least 3 litres of water per day
• Work out for at least 4-5 times a week
• Stay under your calorie limit. If exceeded, burn off excess calories
• Eat only when people are watching
• Have 2 cups of herbal tea per day
• Always count calories, no slip ups allowed
Feel free to join 🫶🏼🫶🏼 you don't have to follow the rules as long as your net calories are under the limit. This is definitely tons easier than the mermaid diet 😳
