Shit shit shit.
I woke up today and I’ve gained weight in my fucking chest. This is awful. (I am ftm)
I need to properly restrict & relapse ASAP.
Except I can’t do that today coz mum is having guests coming over today and we’re all eating dinner together.
Fuck Fuck Fuck.
Then on the 4 day trip starting on Friday, (WHICH INVOLVES SWIMMING FML) I’m going to have to eat like a normal person as well.
From tomorrow to Thursday, I will restrict.
Then once I get back home from the trip, I will continue restricting until Christmas.
Halloween is overrated. I know what sweets tastes like already. I don’t need to eat food for the taste if I’ve already tasted it.
I just have to calm myself by realising what I am experiencing now is a temporary problem. As long as I continue to restrict consistently, the problem will go away. Also I’ll need to eat less fat as well and workout more. Like I need to do a lot more strength training specifically targeting my chest (and other areas as well obviously) to help masculinise it while I lose fat in that area.
It is not the end of the world. I may have to suffer now but I will suffer temporarily. My problem is solvable. I know exactly how to solve it. All I need is self discipline and consistency and then all will be well.
I just have to get through today and the trip and then it’ll be okay. Today, there’s nothing I can do to help except pace and attempt to learn how to properly use the KT tape I have.
