Sorry for being inactive gang Ive been on a month long binge session and now I can't stand looking at myself in the mirror (^o^;)

Literally still binging as I type this im such a fat fucking failure!!

I hate myself for not being able to eat normally. It's literally either I eat everything in the fridge or I eat nothing at all. It's either f4sting or b1nging. There is no middle ground.

HI EVERYONE!

I just wanna share my own laxative recipes that worked for me especially with the water weight gain after a binge day. These cocktails helped me a lot with water retention after a binge. I think I should share them here so that we won't be having problems figuring out how much we actually gained from the Holidays or binge periods.

AFTER FOOD LAXATIVE

3 tbsps of sea salt (do not use iodized salt)

1L of warm water

Directions: Mix the sea salt with 500ml of warm water and drink it within 5-10 minutes. Use the another 500ml as a chaser if you find the water too salty. This worked for me after eating but I usually have it after two hours and it cleanse my stomach pretty well especially when I feel bloated. Make sure you dont put too less salt or else your body will absorb it and end up with water retention and edema which will make everything worse! Take it first thing in the morning or before bed.

APPLE CIDER DIURETIC

200ml Apple cider vinegar

100ml warm water

Directions: Mix and drink and just drink as usual. May taste too sour but works before bed. I peed so much when I woke up lol.
