Had to end my fast early 💀🔫
I went to town with a friend and my fat @ss couldn't say no, I'm a big that deserves to starve.
But I got two packs of gum and a 0cal drink before I binged

Anyway this is what I ate:
2 pop tarts (400 cals)
pirouline wafer sticks 6 ½ (423 cals)
Chester's hot fries x35 (150cals)
Bang energy drink 16oz (0cals)
A ton of gum (2cals)
Total cals: 975cals
Even after eating all that when I weighed myself I'm 98.8lbs!! (44kg)

3d tw: purging ☆ving
So tonight had a few curve balls in regards to my căl count after my 24 hour f@st, which wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be.
In short, we got fried mushrooms instead of mozzerella sticks which was actually kinda better because i love the tsste and it had less căl, but I ended up pųrging 3x at the bar 🥲 the waitress was so nice and gave us some free chips and beer cheese. So I had to eat some of that plus my friend ordering another round of the mushrooms 😭 and I don't want them to think it's strange that I'm not eating one of my favorite veggies.
But hey, I'm great at pųrging and timing it right to get up the most I possibly can. With almost nothing at all in my stomach by the time we left I'm likely under what I had planned to eat.

Ik u already spoke about reverse diet but can u go more into detail pls, im worried about gaining, is this metabolism thing meant to happen every week or every two weeks? I dont like the thought of it being every week bc just gaining sounds awful after my progress
Hi love! Reverse diet is actually not that scary thing as we used to think. You can start on your current cal limit and add 50-100 cals to that number. At first few days it might seem that you start to gain weight (1-3 pounds) but as you continue with that cal limit the "extra" pounds will drop and thats when you know your body is adapting to that new cal limit. You can eat that way 1 to 7 more days and then start rising your cal intake for other 50-100 cal. So i'd say you only need to do that every 2 to 3 weeks. What makes you comfortable. If gaining temporaly pounds is scaring you, you can also increase your activity level. But you have to make sure that you eat the burned cals. That way you can kick start your metabolism to life again. I hope this helped even for a little.

day one of trying out this diet!
breakfast: black coffee (0 cals)
lunch: apple slices (91 cals)yellow pepper slices (20 cals), carrot slices (38 cals), black coffee (0cals)
dinner: skipped
snacks: granola bar (140 cals), i had a couple other snacks but they didnt have a label/package so i couldnt check the cals and my food scale is broken :( but it was like a few really small pieces of cheese so im sure it didnt count for much.
ive also been on my feet all day before, during and after work so im sure i burnt off a good amount of cals there!
total (estimated) cals: 320-380cals
if this diet works well ill probs continue it or something similar for all of March! also contemplating if i should wait till the end of the week to weigh myself, but like obsessively weighing myself is my fav hobby rn soooooooo
