Back at the gym again pushing myself. Think I may have worked out why squats weren't really working for me. Will go lighter with weights until I can work out my form. Not feeling too tired now compared to last night which is good I guess. I know sleep is good for muscle recovery but my first attempt at sleep after a workout seems to be a challenge - unsure as to why. Seems from a quick Google that temperature increase might be the culprit... the days afterwards are usually fine. I have a big reading day tomorrow but the good news is I can be home and rest and get cozy with fun drinks etc to keep myself going. This week has been a lot easier than the last few at work which I'm grateful for. I feel miles better today with bowel stuff. I did have to take 1 of my painkillers but it wasn't too serious and I think (hope) I've compensated with other fibre and lots of water.

O zamanlar, üşüyorum anne, diye ağlamak isterdim annemin kucağında, şimdi, o kadar üşüdüm ki kendimi yaktım ben anne... Diye aglayabilirim. Oysa yaptığım tek şey okuldan eve bir rutin. Çok yoruldum. Gözyaşlarım bile o kadar yorgun ki akamiyorlar. Sence ileride mutlu olur muyuz? Sence ileride biri yaralarımızı öper mi? Sence... İleride biri de bizim saçımızın teline zarar gelmesin diye dünyayı yakar mı? Bunca yıl kendime teselli verdim ama ben bittim. Çok yoruldum sevgili günlüğüm. Nefes almak bile zor gelirken ben halâ nasıl ders çalışabilirim? Şu mezardaki ölülerle konuşuyordum az önce, ben sizden daha ölüyüm, dedim. Tek farkımız, onlar orada yatıyor ben burada. Nefes almak demek yaşamak demek sanıyorlar, oysa nefes alanlar almayanlardan daha ölü olabilir. Nefes alıyordum ama kalbim atmıyordu ki... 🫥 20.02.2024 // Another full studying day! 📖

I didn't study as much as yesterday as I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed so I took it easy. I studied pharmacognosy, the chapter about the aminoglycosides.

One thing that took alllll my energy today is that I went back to my pharmacy because I had doubt about a patient I saw last Saturday.

[tw mention of blood and wounds] I was concerned because she said to me how she bleed easily and how her little wound on the finger hasn't cicatrise for one hour (which is reaaaally long and very too much). I asked my hematology professor about it (he told me it's not normal, even with anticoagulant drugs) and I went back in the pharmacy to ask if I can see the prescription to analyse it more (conclusion there was an antiplatelets drug) and if I can call her back to ask if she is okay and to tell her that it's not normal to bleed that easily and long and that she have to talk her doctor about it (I didn't have the strength to tell her to go the ER the next time it happens but I should have.) I'm a super socially anxious person so it was reaaaaally hard for me to 1. ask my professor about it 2. go back to the pharmacy and explain everything to my coworkers 3. call her on the phone

Anyway I'm glad I was able to do it and I feel better now :)))
