Ugh, I love this man and I'm a slut for hand kisses.
I had this drawing done for almost a week; I don't know exactly why I didn't post before.
It's inspired by that one scene in the movie 'Anna Karenina'. It randomly popped into my mind and I HAD to draw it with Future!Leonardo. I wanted to put a part of the lyrics of some music because why not, I thought in many, from the Beatles to Lana Del Rey to even Metallica(don't question my train of thought, I haven't taken my ADHD meds for two weeks straight) and I ended up with 'As the world falls down' by David Bowie since Leonardo loves Glam Rock.
I think it's kind of yandere-ish? I don't know 🤷🏽♀️
In case anyone wants to see it, my first attempt drawing it(I ended up hating it and re did it), the current drawing's Sketch, and the scene I mentioned.
I suffered too much trying to figure out the hands.
Also have a sketch I did randomly in the same day.

I was thinking about this prompt for a longer while. But it's finally done and well, even I am proud of the outcome (I usually don't like my art second after finishing it)! Thank you for giving that idea for me! I went much more crazy than usual with colours this time 😊

I was listening a lot of classical music while creating this piece. Imagining Raphael playing piano was soothing feeling 🤭
I also noticed that after low mood I developed some nice behaviour - I'm not leaving painting, I'm just changing direction a little. There was a time when I stopped painting for a very long time. Now, however, instead of switching off, I am opening anatomy books and turn on tutorials for the art basics. When I feel very bad - whether physically or mentally, I try to at least look at and organise inspiration for my next works.
Self-expression through digital painting is something beautiful and believe me, I would like to share this love with everyone. The main reason for this is that when I started I was drowned in a spoonful of water, without even a word of constructive criticism. Someone will soon say "HEEEY, but you have to know how to paint first, Octarine!" No, stop. Express yourself through what you love to do - not what you are good at.
I love watching "young" artists develop, like blooming flowers. Maybe they'll forget to add a thumb to their hand one day, maybe tomorrow they won't get the colours right. But this joy of creation comes out of the work and makes me happy. And next time there will be thumbs up and juicy colours.

🐹 A living star system. A star system where the star(s) and planets are gigantic (but adorable?) creatures. How will they function? What kind of smaller creatures live on or in them? What happens after they die?

⌛ Art vs artist 2023 - a way to stop and look back, take stock of a past year.
📘 A year with some noteworthy satisfactions, the publication of several publications with my illustrations: Autumn twilight, Shadow of the black rose, The journals of Kaz the Minotaur: the lost colony were released with the Dragonlance Nexus - the latter with the famous writer Richard Knaak. More illustrations for projects to be published next year.
🤝 Various private commissions, often full beautiful collaborations with people that opened for me doors to their cherised, secret worlds.
🎨 Few "personal" illustrations or in general creations - as often happens, sometimes a pencil sketch is enough for me to express what's on my mind - and, who knows, maybe one day I'll go back to expressing myself more.
🎭A difficult year from a health point of view, which started badly and ended badly; a year in which art was a crutch to move forward and lose myself in a world where things can go the way I want.
🎨 A year in which I worked hard on my private website, a collection of my latest paintings in a place where I can take all the space I want to tell, as well as show, each painting - a private space outside of the big platforms like Deviantart and Artstation, which from my point of view they betrayed the world of artists, making all the contents available to the big AI companies when few still knew what was happening, so that Ai generated images suffocated the space meant for art created by humans.

🍫🎭🧸🦾 😶 for shadow
🍫 A headcanon about food: You get 2. 1, Shadow has pica, an eating disorder characterized by compulsively eating things of no nutritional value. Shadow tends to chew on and eat rocks and ice bc he likes how hard it is to chew. The closest thing to food that satisfies that craving is coffee beans, which is why he likes those so much- they satisfy the compulsion while still being food enough. 2, Having spent his whole youth on the ARK, he has almost zero exposure to different types of food. He’s so used to bland shit that he cannot handle any kind of intense flavor or spice.
🎭 A headcanon about what they lie about: Shadow is a pretty straightforward person to me, but I think he tends to “lie” and downplay his feelings about those around him bc it’s hard to admit that he cares. Not so much an outright lie, but a lie of omission. He also tends to do this with his PTSD, because opening up requires vulnerability. For example, Shadow canonically gets flashbacks so intense they cause him physical pain, but I think he tends to avoid disclosing the flashback part of that.
🧸 A headcanon about their childhood: He and Maria had a lot of shellac records from the ARK’s creation in the 20s-30s. Maria liked to sing along while she read.
🦾 A disability headcanon: By keeping his body regulated, his inhibitors help him to not suffer too much from his injuries, but since he wasn’t wearing them when it happened, the burns and injuries he sustained falling to Earth in SA2 are very deep and won’t quickly heal like his other injuries. He’s got some chronic pain from those- also, his wounds are like my scars, and every. Every fucking touch to them. Registers as pain. Any amount of pressure on his scars is enough to send him into self defense mode. As such, he’s wary about being touched. Chronic pain is enough without people with no ill will accidentally triggering it.
😶 A random headcanon!: The memory loss in Shadow the Hedgehog was not and scientifically could not have been caused by head trauma because then he would never have been able to get those memories back let alone have them just randomly resurface (such as the flashback at the beginning of the game). It being psychologically induced makes more sense to me- his brain had no idea how to keep going after all that, and so it did the only thing it could think of and tried to protect him from it by blocking out all the memories so Shadow could survive.

Appearance & Personality:
Lucifer is a slender-figured fallen angel who sports a close resemblance to his daughter, Charlie - having her white skin with rosy-cheeks, blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the thicker, paler blonde highlights, and eyes with light yellow sclera and red pupils. He is shorter than his daughter, though not by a large amount.
Unlike Charlie, his mouth is full of sharp teeth, his hair is short-cut and has been slicked back with one tuft sticking out, his pupils are slit like a snake, and his cheeks are a paler shade of red. In addition, he also sports black sharp eyebrows, and his eyelids are light purple. His forearms also appear to be dark grey when his sleeves are rolled up.
Lucifer's white and red clothing is somewhat like that of a circus ringmaster; he wears a wide-brimmed white top hat with a golden snake and a red apple over golden spikes, which resemble a crown, and a red-lined and red-trimmed white popped-collared suit with several golden buttons - his coat worn over a light red-and-white striped waistcoat with two golden buttons and a small, accessorized black bowtie. In "The Show Must Go On" his suit has red and golden epaulets, resembling those of a ringmaster.
He also wears a set of heeled black knee-high boots. On his left pinkie, he sports a golden ring which is presumably his wedding ring.
Lucifer is usually seen carrying an apple-topped black cane that matches his hat. Due to his angel origins, he possesses six white wings with red feathers, which he can extend from his coat.
Demonic form:
When he takes on his full demonic form, as well as displaying his wings, he displays a pair of red horns with an orb of fire between them and a thin crown resembling a snake with an apple above his hat. His eyes also change to have red sclera with yellow pupils. He also has a black tail with spikes that end in a triangular tip with a red heart at the center.
Eyes also appear on the inside of his coattails, and a similar eye also appears on his bowtie. In addition, his entire body gives off a light white glow.
Pilot:
In the pilot, Lucifer's appearance is nearly the same, only his pupils were instead black, just like Charlie's pilot design. The snake around his hat was also colored purple.

Arlecchino theater anon here, glad you liked that idea! I also thoroughly enjoyed the Arlie gf texts you made, particularly her and Bina putting together a list of banger plays to take reader to.
This time I'd like to talk about Sandrone, since I find it utterly risible how little love she gets. I HC that one of the reasons Sandrone is known for having a bad attitude is because she's only really talkative when it comes to her work, and as a massive perfectionist she's notoriously difficult to work with. She insists on building/repairing all her automations by hand instead of relying on mass production to maximize quality (notice how the factory in Liyue was Dottore's and not Sandrone's!). Having absolutely zero tolerance for incompetence, she'll likely prefer working alone whenever possible.
Now, imagine a reader who is well-versed in engineering (maybe a Kshahrewar student expelled for dabbling in mechanical lifeforms, or a Fontaine mechanic) drafted into a team to assist with Sandrone's work to speed up production a little. Everyone was ecstatic to collaborate with a genius of her caliber, but the experience was quite different from what you imagined. When it was time for everyone's work to be inspected, after just a once-over Sandrone launched into a tirade pointing out every last imperfection and the exact impacts they would have on automation performance, with no shortage of harsh words sprinkled in. The others looked like they either wanted to cry or argue back, but not you. You weren't even the most talented or driven of the bunch, but you instinctively understood this was the rightful arrogance of a master and also found her voice and angy face really nice. Thus, it was easy for you to smile and nod, and work on what she pointed out. As time went on, the others steadily resigned, unable to take the repeated hits to their egos from the scathing criticism. Only you remained, steadily improving in your craft. Was it just you, or were Sandrone's criticisms getting gentler as they became less frequent? You eventually came to miss them after you got to the point where they stopped completely, so you would intentionally make little, easily fixable errors just to hear her sweet voice more. She's far from stupid, and would catch on pretty quick.
"Spare me this foolishness. Such a frivolous error is unbecoming of your ability. What is the meaning of this?"
Knowing you were busted, you'd just bashfully smile and tell her that you love her voice. She'd probably short-circuit for a good 5 seconds or so, then turn around and continue working with ears cutely tinted red.

Now... I'M IN LOVE WITH YOUR HC. It makes sooo much sense considering how engrossed she is only with her research :) So it's own natural that she wants things to be done her way, since her way is the best way as she spends copious amounts of time on her Automatons. And when she has to work with people who don't have the same skill, interest, intelligence etc as her she gets rather annoyed since they're messing her work up 😭
Ahh yes, reader and the group of newbies, so naive and thrilled to be working with such a revered Harbinger and researcher. So excited to present their little inventions to her and hopefully impress her. Sure their creations may not be perfect, but it still something right? WRONG. Sandrone walks over to each and every person and points out every flaw, internal, external, and even aesthetic wise about their creation. It's enough to have some people on the verge of passing out before she got to them.
Yes it was harsh, but she was right- even the littlest mistake could have a detrimental impact. Which is why you admired her unwavering dedication and attention to detail for her craft. (And also the way she would close her eyes and scoff and huff at how lackadaisical these people were honestly kind of cute... not to mention how elegant she looked perched on her robot... like the queen she is 💝) So you stayed. You stuck through it. Others tried to follow your example, but the numbers dwindled until you were the only one left under her wing. Even though she could be cruel, it wasn't without reason. Sandrone could actually explain to you what you were doing wrong, how to fix it, ways to prevent it in the future, etc. She actively made you grow, in her own little Sandrone way.
It got to the point where she didn't even need to criticize you anymore, and if she did, it was not like the scalding tone from before. Now she would simply take a look at your work and give you a small nod. On very rare occasions you might even get a "Good work"! Which of course you were delighted that she was finally satisfied, but you wanted to hear her talk more! The lab was always dead silent, only the sound of metal and tools filling it. But damn messing up on purpose for that? You know that most people would die for doing something as dumb as that? Luckily Sandrone has a soft spot for you that she doesn't exactly realize yet but will soon discover quickly <33 Omg I can just imagine her face morphing into surprise, her jaw hanging open trying to form a response to that, but she just closes it and turns around to pretend nothing happened 🥺
Off-topic but I find it interesting trying to talk to Sandrone about stuff outside of her research. Like i can just imagine her realizing she really doesn't know what else to say since she absorbs herself in her work all the time. After she gets a crush on you would she get jealous at how other people can easily hold a conversation with you? 🤔 Would she try to learn about the art of "normal conversation" and then fail halfway? Well it's okay since you can talk enough for both people :)

"So you only know my name? Interesting." Sandrone looks at me in the eyes, and back to the slump of unused puppets behind her. I didn't say anything back as i don't know what to say, my eyes focusing on the big robot behind her instead.
"Hmm.. you are very much different from the other puppets that i've created, you look just like a human being, and your skin is just like those of a human..it's as if you've been reborn." She said, as she puts her hand on my face. "Very well. You have piqued my interest. Maybe i should turn you into my assistant? Though i don't want to break such a perfect doll."
Suddenly, i heard something that seems to be a knock at the door. Sandrone ordered her robot to turn around to open the door with a slight annoyed expression on her face, possibly annoyed that people have been disturbing her while she is on her research. "Good evening, Lady Marionette. I am terribly sorry to have disturbed you in your busy times." Said the man politely as he bows down to her.
He is wearing a black and red hood over his head, and he is also wearing a weird looking mask. "I do not mind at all. If you've got something to say, please get to the point." Sandrone said in a threatening tone.
"Her Majesty is calling for you and your creation." Sandrone looked down at the man with a neutral expression and nod at his words.
"Very well, i shall meet her after this." Shortly after, the man leaves the room. Sandrone looks back at me and told me to get off the counter and dress properly to meet the 'Tsaritsa'.
As we were walking down the hallway, i asked Sandrone a question. "..Sandrone, who is Tsaritsa?" Sandrone stopped her robot in it's tracks and looked back at me with narrowed eyes. "You will not address me by my name unless i allow you to. When outside, you need to address me as Lady Marionette. Do not call Her Majesty by her name. You need to call her by her full title." She grumbled, as her robot turned around to continue walking.
"I apologized, Lady Marionette." The walk to the main hall is silent as we do not have any other topics to discuss. As we arrive to the main hall, we are suddenly stopped by a tall figure.
"Oh? I didn't expect to see you wandering around at your 'busy hour', Marionette." The tall figure exclaimed as he approached us with a smile that doesn't seem genuine. "..And who is this girlie over here?" He said, as he leans down to meet my height.

"Oh, please. I was just curious. Besides, all this time, you've never really called me by my-" Sandrone ordered her robot to walk away from him without a care, not even sparing him a glance. "If you're looking for the Tsaritsa, she is not in her usual place!!~" He exclaimed. Sandrone seems to ignore him but changed her direction to the other hallway anyway.
After walking through a series of halls, we have finally arrived infront of a room that the Tsaritsa might be in. There are lots of people guarding the place outside, but infront of the room, there are only two men. Before going inside, Sandrone reminded me of something. "You are not to say a word unless you were told to, understand?" I nod at her words. The two men infront of us opened the door in sync. With that, we entered the room.

Happy April!
As someone who plays both Hi-Fi Rush and Cassette Beasts, and inspired by @psychangels AU, I'm ready to share the beast teams I've assembled for my main HFR OCs.
🟣Violet/Bacon🟣: Palangolin, Ratcousel, and an Undyin (Poison bootleg?) she swears isn't part of her team
Palangolin's knight theme ties to a pair of characters Violet connects with in RP (neither one is a Zanzo) and Sir Bromelain's Travels, a fictional play I made up for her to obsess over so I don't break immersion 😄. This beast also uses a polearm type weapon. Ratcousel is both for humor and to connect with her toy collecting. Undyin is related to the scary ghost lady Violet sees in her dreams. No significant lore relevance with that other than I had a creepy dream and wanted to incorporate it into RP.
Fun Fact: My Cassette Beasts character is currently a version of Violet. I plan on redressing her as the Moonstone Island Alchemist once the crossover update releases

💓Shiruko💓: Mascotorn, Kirikuri, and Fountess (Glitter bootleg? So her entire team can be pink ❤️)
Mascotorn because Shiruko likes cute things, wants to wear a mascot suit someday, and would kin this mon. Kirikuri is for vibes, though part of its description fits it like a glove. Fountess was also chosen based on its description. It's a bootleg since Shiruko actively avoids water
🧜♀️Mel🧜♀️: Miasmodeus, Mardiusa (Water bootleg), and last is either Spitzfyre, Southpaw, or Scarleteeth (maybe bootleg?)
In RP, Zim's nickname for Mel is "Sea Witch", since she loves mermaids and is also... Not a pleasant person to be around generally. Miasmodeus is the "witch" part and bootleg Mardiusa is the "sea" part. Mel also likes dogs so she would have one of the canine monsters.
🦇Worcestershire💀: Kingrave for sure. Second is either Folklord or Apocrowlypse, and third is either Hedgehern or Draculeaf
Goth druid, goth druid! Whatever his final team is, it's dripping with style.
🎭Forte🎭: Flapwoods, Sharktanker, and his piece de resistance GLAISTAIN
Flapwoods is a funny guy that wears a tie, so Forte respects it on principle. Sharktanker is a funny reference to the Production level shark that Forte plans to use for transportation. Glaistain is the closest equivalent to a Spamton Neo like form in this game and it goes FAST
🐢Allegro🐢: Lobstacle, Fungogh (might be a Plastic or Metal bootleg), and Lapacitor
Fungogh references the creative inclinations O5-KAR units have in canon. Lapacitor fits since Allegro struggles with battery charge retention + tortoise and hare. Lobstacle... Is another vibe based choice, I guess.

When Astrology Meets Aesthetics
I can't seem to get away from the exploration of aesthetics or just general navel-gazing about how I present myself to the world in my day-to-day life. So I've decided to lean in and continue the exploration until I bore myself to death and move on.
In this post, I engage in pairing astrology with aesthetics and where I think my lifestyle reflects my astrological vibration. (So if you're into aesthetics, but not astrology or astrology, but not aesthetics, this post may not interest you.)
A quick note: Some of the traits, colors, or activities I do on a regular basis aren't mentioned below because it's something I think all of the aesthetics I embody are known for, so it doesn't really belong to just one of them. (For example, eating in or hanging out in cafes while reading, writing or people watching. I feel that activity really belongs to all of the aesthetics below.)
Enough introductory explanation, let's dive in ...
Pisces Sun
- Art Academia (An aesthetic centered around the creation and enjoyment of art. It is similar to Light Academia and Dark Academia in its value of studying, dedicated practice of learned interests, 18-19th century-inspired aesthetics, and architecture, but is unique in focusing primarily on the visual and performing arts.)

- Beat Bohemian (An aesthetic centered around the counter-culture movement of the Beat Generation in the mid-1950s and early 1960s characterized by their rejection of conformity, social norms, and mainstream culture while romanticizing the bohemian artist communities of San Francisco’s North Beach, Paris' Latin Quarter, and NYC’s Greenwich Village. It advocates for personal release, purification, and illumination through heightened sensory awareness via music, spirituality and experimental drugs like mushrooms. Find more info here and here.)
