Mama Betty + Papa Simon Headcanons

Betty will often take you out of the house and just to anywhere. Whether that be the park, library, or just on a walk, she loves going outside with you!

Simon loves to explain ancient objects and artifacts to you. You’ll often ask seemingly dumb questions to get your papa rambling.

Simon’s usually good at stopping tantrums, while Betty will just give you whatever you want to stop the tears, usually out of panic. Simon also gives in to this as well at times.

Betty loves when you help her cook. You are usually the mixer/taste tester. She’ll gladly infodump about what spices work and don’t work for a dish.

Whenever your stuffy accidentally tears, Simon’s the person to go to for repair. He’ll often add small embroidery to the stuffy when you take a nap.

Betty can usually pick you up and cradle you, while Simon’s not strong enough. Betty and you often tease him about it.

Simon and Betty will show you pictures of them (pre-canon) and share stories of their explorations

As a prank, you’ll often hide Betty and Simon’s glasses somewhere around the house. They both know where you’ve placed them, but they like to act dumb and “plead” with you to help them find the glasses.

(Gonna add some post(??) Fionna and Cake Multiverse stuff where Betty is turned back into a human and stays in Ooo with everyone else!)

You often have playdates with a regressed Marcy and Fionna. Most play dates end with Simon being “forced” into a princess tea party. Betty will gladly take photos and tease him. Marcy and Fionna are also your sibbies!

🚀 ; I'd like to think he's also a flip! But since I think he'd be a little bit on the little side, there may be a few Headcanons of him as a Regressor than a caregiver (only by 2-3)

👾 ; HC count , Little (12) , CG (9)

⚠️ ; slight angst (feeling the need to be mature and/or perfect for the sake of family and peers), Regressing due to stress and anxiety, exorcising (mentioning a few times) + some stuff may not be canon as I'm not too far into the manga myself. Such as his relationship with hanako-kun. (Which i headcanon them as friends just because)

🐈 ; he regresses quite often than not. Mainly due to his family pressuring him about his exorcist 'job' he does. Growing up quickly to pursue his families plan to be the top, and best exorcists known to man.

🐈 ; as the oldest he always was more the father figure of Kou, than a big brother to him. He doesn't mind really. But he still wishes he remembered more of his childhood outside of being the babysitter for his absent parents

🐈 ; his little age is 1-4. Sometimes he could be 6-8 if he's not too deep into his regression state.

🐈 ; when he's little he loves anything paranormal. And is absolutely obsessed with ghost busters. He will dress up into anything that would be themed "ghost hunter" worthy and go capture ghosts with his broom.

🐈 ; despite his differences with hanako when it comes to the big kid stuff, he quite enjoys his company when regressed. Heck, hanako will even play along if he felt like it

🐈 ; has no interest in having a caregiver. However a babysitter is probably something he'd budge on. It's not that he wouldn't want a CG, but he always says; "I just need to figure out my own problems first"

🐈 ; Kou is his babysitter/sibby/playmate! They trust eachother to death. So of course they both trust eachother with their Regression. (I headcanon kou as an age regressor—)

🐈 ; love the attention. He craves it, he wants it. Call him Prince and he'll be the happiest baby there is. Just praise him for literally anything, he'd end up being one clingy kiddo

🐈 ; has a cat onsie because he loves cats too much. He also probably watches bluey and Garfield outside of watching anything with ghosts in them

🐈 ; he is good at masking when he's regressed. After an incident in school when he overhears his popular friend's opinion on "childish" things he felt too embarrassed to openly regress. Being the class president and all. But call this man "bud" or "kid" OR even "prince" he'll softens up and feels less guilty about it

🐈 ; his favorite song to listen to when regressed is "Sweet dreams (sky like dreams)" by Ferdinand fka Left Boy And "Mama's boy" by Dominic Fike. Because he relates to them in some ways. Especially after he became the school president and school popular

🐈 ; owns too much agere gear for one person. But then again, there's no such thing as "too many"!

🐈 ; when he isn't an age regressor he's a 24/7 caregiver. And an amazing one at that. Despite him being power hungry to succeed at his job, he would do anything for his little one.

🐈 ; sometimes full of himself, but he's not doing it on purpose. He wants to be the best caregiver for you, and since he grew up to be, well, perfect. he wants to be a perfect caregiver as well

🐈 ; "mm.." "oh yeah? Go on.." "mhm?" Whenever you rant/ramble/talk about your interest to him

🐈 ; doesn't seem to realize he's a spoiler. (Daily shopping, getting you too many toys, getting you everything you ask for, etc). Though he doesn't seem to mind if asked

🐈 ; he's not a good comforter.. but that doesn't mean he doesn't try. He always listens to what you have to say, and tries to understand your feelings. If that doesn't work he usually turns on your favorite show/movie/etc in attempt to help you feel better

🐈 ; outside of being a total spoiler, he can also be a babier. He doesn't try to do it as much if you don't like the idea of his babying— but when he does he will do it in a more protective-over-your-physical-being way. (Ex; ,"hey! Watch their head!" Saying this while hanako and Nene toss books at one another for.. some reason

🐈 ; absolutely refuses to exorcist anything or anyone when his little is regressing. For obvious reasons, he doesn't want to get all serious when he's on the job and babysitting his little

🐈 ; doesn't understand gifts. Give him stuff like buttons, rocks, pile of dirt, a stick, anything random, he wouldn't get it. He'll accept them, but most of the time he doesn't understand it. Once when you gave him a stick (maybe for a game you were playin, or something) and he ended up just throwing it for you to catch it. He doesn't understand but.. he has spirit I guess

Their big sibby is THEIR sibby!! The babie loves them, they might not always understand what the older sib is rambling about (like, vibeo game facts, or the big kid movies they've watched) but they love listening!

So, if older sibby has to go somewhere (maybe the store and babie stays home) oooh babie sib is near inconsolable! They don't understand that they'll be back, they think sibby is gone foooorever😭

Okay, so… I went into this book knowing it was going to be chaotic because Sibby is one crazy little girl. But I didn’t expect the book to open up the way it did.

If you’re not a fan of gore, then this book isn’t for you. It’s straight up murder/torture from page one.

I liked reading about her past so we could get a glimpse of what she went through and then reading the scene with Zade after returned from the House of Mirrors haha.

It’s crazy and intense, and I’m kind of looking forward to more Sibby books.

Are caregivers always romantic? What is it called when you want to be a “caretaker” for your friend or even your (blood) sibling?

Hi anon! Thanks for this ask! Honestly, i think caregiver is a pretty neutral term for anyone who takes care of a little regardless of relationship to eachother. In my pinned post, I have a link under "titles you can call me" and that's a post of non-romantic cg terms that I created based on some research and my own personal made up titles as well! You can always feel free to use these or create your own for a non-romantic cg!

Care taking is not inherently romantic, and is a wonderful way to bond and help Littles who you love in any sense of the word. Whether you're best friends or even siblings, having someone confide in you that they regress/dream can be a big honor! It can also be a lot of work sometimes, but that's just how care giving is. No matter what your relationship is to the little, a care takers biggest job is to help keep the little safe and to, well, take care of them. I want to always remind everyone that no matter what, there is nothing s£xual or inappropriate about regression. Anyone can be a caretaker or a little, there's no right or wrong ways to be a part of the agere community! If your sibling regresses and you feel comfortable taking on the roll of a care taker, there's nothing wrong with that! You can go by your real name, or Sibbi, or whatever makes the carer happy and comfortable! There's also nothing wrong with taking care of friends who regress, and being a platonic care taker! There is absolutely no need for a caretaker to be structly romantic! You can even be a regresser and a care taker at the same time if you want. Again, there's no rules! I have a list of playdate ideas, which can easily be used for either a Cg and Little or two Littles to enjoy time together, or you can just enjoy doing whatever you typically do together but regressed!

Basically, as long as your relationship is healthy and mutually healing, there's no wrong way to do it! Care taking is all about making sure your little one is being safe and feeling cared for, but it's also important to remember to care for yourself too! Make sure that you/ your carer also gets time to feel loved and cared for! Littles can do this in a varities of ways, even just drawing a picture can sometimes bring a huge smile to a cg's face when they're having a rough day! No matter if you're platonic or romantic, your relationship should always be mutual!

I hope this helps a little, I tend to ramble in my answers but basically the short of it is that carers can have any form of relationship with the little as long as everyone is happy and comfortable with the situation!

-your whole family's mental health took a toll after ingo disappeared, you and your parents were devastated, but somehow emmet was the worst out of all of you.

-i mean, not somehow. there's some different level of twin bonding there. but– you get it.

-he persists to work to get his mind off it, and he stays overtime in fear of returning to his shared apartment with ingo.

-you decided to temporarily move in with him just to make sure he was taking care of himself and lessen the lack of occupants.

-ingo's room is boarded off, emmet doesn't have strength to look into it.

-emmet's bathroom mirror has tape covering it too, so you tend to have to brush his hair for him and straighten his tie.

-every day before you went to the trainer's school (where you work temporarily), you would make sure he finished the breakfast you made for him.

-you also made packed lunch for him, knowing he can't refuse something made by his little sibby.

-after your working hours, you headed over to gear station to sit in emmet's office and stare at him until he relented to come home with you.

-the depot agents are very appreciative of your efforts and they also reassured emmet they would take care of the rest of the work ^^;;

-the drives back home were silent, save for the jingle of the soothe bell hanging below his rear mirror.

-dinners were also quiet, you're the only one who really talks.

-you try your hardest every day to cheer him, yourself and your family up. it was incredibly hard but you thought that if- if ingo was really gone- he'd want your family to live happily for him and not stay hung up on it.

On another sleepless night, Emmet had knocked on the door of the guest room you stayed in. You opened the door, wide awake as usual despite the accumulating bags under your eyes. The sight that greeted you broke your heart further.

Painful cries racked his body as he hugged you, anguish in his tears as they rolled down his face. You steeled yourself as much as you could, circling your hands around him and trying to provide comfort.

"He's out there somewhere… he'll come back and it'll all be okay! We're gonna be okay…"

You didn't know if it was to reassure him or yourself, it was probably both. Your Pokémon (Emmet and Ingo's included) that were standing at the door, unsure of what to do, came over and tried their best to join the embrace. They chirped what seemed to be encouragement.

Emmet calmed down after a while, wiped off his tears but still held you and your companions close. He sniffled as he ruffled your hair.

"Thank you all, and thank you, [Name]. I'm the big brother yet… you're the one staying strong for all of us."

Your smile was small, "I just don't like seeing you guys so sad."

-at some point, you had taken over the double battle line just as the temporary subway boss. you weren't in charge of the train, that's for sure. you knew about cars, not trains.

-still, you knew just about the basics to help people get around the subway. you even had a whole handbook that you carried around just in case a situation called for it. emmet's "subway-doctor" handwriting was a bit hard to make out but you understood vaguely what he was trying to tell you through the blue ink.

-you had your own little hat too! it was dark gray and blue in color.

-it was kind of interesting? your double battles were different given your prowess as a trainer (see: little sibby reader ramblings) so you were limited to 3 pokémon only, but get 2 moves per turn.

-you and emmet bring out ingo's pokémon sometimes to battle on the lines, they need exercise and training so everything is ready for ingo if? when he comes back!

-slowly, emmet became a bit more chipper. not as much as he used to be but it was enough that there was some semblance of his former self. progress, progress.

-his smiles were less strained and he was able to function normally, untaped mirror and all. he started making breakfast for you, too. if he woke up earlier that is.

-ingo's room was eventually opened again just so his pokémon could sleep in there- let's be honest, an apartment with 18 pokémon running about (NOT COUNTING EMMET'S JOLTIKS) was quite suffocating.

-sometimes you see emmet sleeping in there so you join him by starfishing onto him and potentially knocking the wind out of his chest depending if you jump before you land.

-things were looking better, sort of.

*weeping* I am so attached to this little family unit you have no idea! It’s gonna be okay!! Things will be okay!!

Be prepared for a bit of a ramble including the reason I don't draw digital or traditional.

Pixel art takes Daaaaays to make, what I got posted on ref rn is all I can make(and have made so far), I'm not able to draw with pencil, stylus or anything like that. Hands are extremely shaky and my dominant arm/hand is the worst.

My dominant arm is fucked and I'd rather not go into the many reasons why because the worst one upsets me greatly due to the involvement of others. Sometimes (a lot rarer now since the biggest culprit that caused the worst of it is out of and banned from the apartment complex due to their nature) my fingers in my dominant hand lock up and I can't open them.

I can do paints but only scenes and abstract but haven't in a while because my paints and brushes vanished when I left them at Sibby's, they got lost and no one could find them. Only reason my fingers still have a pretty good reaction time is thanks to someone who told me to play video games, the reaction time is still a bit off but only less than a second, enough to be noticable but not a huge deal.

I go for cheap but good paint, folk art has a nice verity and they mix pretty well. They got metallics, neon, glow, glitter, pastel and regular colors. Some are even multi surface. They've got some with satin finish or matte finish, planing at some point to grab a bunch as well as a tiny easel and canvases to make little paintings I can hang around my room.

Is the creeps gone? Okay good!

So I had a random thought while I watched My hero academia. What if the league of villains were portrayed as caregivers? My little brain might've gotten excited about the idea. Literally little me was jumping up and down and having the time of his life. I mean to anyone who age regresses and watched mha at least a few times have to agree with me in some way. I mean— if they WERE caregivers they'd be maybe a bit of a strict caretaker but sweet nothelees

like shigaraki for an example. He isn't an affectionate caregiver (even if he was it was extremely rare for him to) but he cares enough for you to not touch you with his hands (In fear of triggering his quirk)

He probably doesn't know alot how to help especially when it came to emotions, but he shows his affection some way or another, even if it wasn't hugging or Patting you on the head ☁️

AND DABI WOULD PROBABLY BE THE MOST MATURE AND CHILDISH OUT OF THE GROUP. Like it's like this isn't his first rodeo. He is a complete brat and he is completely mischievous. He'd be like "heck yeah, let's steal shigaraki's cookies" to "okay, that's enough, let's get you in bed" he always switches between the two. He's the most strict and can handle bratty littles in the matter of minutes. However he likes the sound of his little one being a bit of a nuisance once in awhile.

Kurogiri is just tired man 😭 I feel like they'd be the type to say "yeah, they're my kid.." while you end up getting in trouble and getting caught. I have a feeling that they are the most calm out of the three trio. They are the type when asked to do something they'd let out the most loudest sigh before agreeing. Spite being the most calm, they are insistent when it comes to your pleading. Want a later bed time? Nah, want dessert before dinner? Nope. You ain't budging them for anything

But what about if they were age regressors? If it came to be most accurate to the series and or lore, I have a feeling majority of the villain league regress instead of being caregivers. (At the most being flips)

When regressed I imagine they have trouble keeping their quirks under control, especially shigaraki. In my opinion he has it the worst when it comes to regressing. It's always a chore but if someone babysits over him it would probably be easier even if it's not a lot. They also probably prefer to regress by themselves or with eachother, they rather not have a caregiver when they are in this state of vulnerability. With shigaraki he prefers a caregiver but if you were to sit him next to Dabi and Kurogiri he'd be just fine without one

Is it me but would they be the best playmates and Sibbys? Personally when I'm regressed I don't hang around other Littles much (or anyone in the matter) I regress alone and I prefer it over playdates and siblings. Buuut honestly if it was with these three trouble makers how could I say no? Imagining how napping would be? That would be exciting in my opinion

Yeah so you just read some idiot on the internet rambling about an anime media, now how does that feel? (If you even read this far lol) but anyways yeah that's just me thinking about the villain league with age regression. Maybe I should make separate headcanons for them? I wouldn't mind doing so.. I love dabi and shigaraki alot— perhaps hawks as well? Who knowsss, if I get an ask for it I'll do it ✨
