YES!! the hunt smells like wood fires and the eye smells like old books and paper

what about the entities. what about a perfume for them. or a scented candle. I'd buy a candle. a nice earthy scent for the buried. horrible mildew and rot for the corruption. the spiral just smells like rotten eggs. stranger smells like every lotion combined. flesh smells like meat and metal. slaughter literally just smells like blood. etc.

A comic that I made for my Inktober prompt: God.

I did this painting a long while back for a palette challenge with a friend! Just realised that I did not share it with you all so enjoy :)

I love Billie so much. They are a Genderfluid slime folk and every time I draw him I love making all the little slime droplets in his hair. I admit that I don’t draw her more masculine form as much as I probably should as I still need to redesign it slightly but hey, maybe that’s an idea for my next post!

it’s 7am and I just woke up from the worst dream…

I was on a bus. The bottom floor of a double decker, so awash with people I could hardly breathe, going who knows where yet all I knew was there was salt on the air. The sea. I was by the sea.

There were so many around me. A mother and her six children, two men talking fervently behind me, a woman and her daughter beside me and so many more. We were on our way to Who Knows Where when suddenly we were not. The bus stops. Not in any oh-you’ve-just-hit-a-wall way, nor a i-have-to-stop-this-thing-now way, just simply a gradual and purposeful slowing and stop. I looked around. Surely this was not a bus stop, we were in the middle of a costal road, indeed there was even a beach to our left. The city was just in front of us, less than a mile away so why stop? Why wait? The road is empty?

That’s when I see it. Her. The bus driver.

She does not turn, does not give us any information, as she swings open the door to Outside and leaves. I watch as she walks straight in front of her bus and onto the beach. She does not stop.

Some of the kids around me were talking, asking why. Confused, scared, even more so when their parents start to do the same. Walk Out. Down to the Beach. I watch them as they go. And they do not stop. Not even when the water reaches over their heads. They Do Not Stop.

Every person over the age of 25 suddenly and irrecoverably had an Urge to walk into their nearest body of water, And Keep Walking. I am 19. In fact, it was my birthday yesterday. My parents are way over this 25 limit, my neighbours too, they own a pond that even I could Drown in. But that’s not what Scared me. No. That was two separate things.

The fact that my sibling, my older sibling is six years older than me. Meaning that at the time of writing, the time of the Urge, they would have months before the same thing happened to them. And They Would Know It.

For the first time in my life, I saw my mother completely without thought. you have no idea how terrified I truly was.

Hello Internet! Little help?

I was looking round my work (it was late so I think I was probably the last person there?) and stumbled into the server room. I’ve been round there before but it’s dark yk, don’t want to be there after hours so I was abt to exit when I found some disks? I’ve never seen them there before but they both had a label on them saying “Gameshow”.

“The Gameshow” hasn’t been produced by my company for years? Most of the copies of this kids show were abandoned or destroyed (idk why? Something about a bug in the server I think) and the servers were supposed to be destroyed, or at least deactivated.

I used to watch this show with my little brother years ago! We were so annoyed when my company’s founder decided to scrap it. Idk how many of you guys have seen it so I’ll give you a little description I guess:

there’s a select number of contestants who play against each other, like any gameshow ig, but this one is entirely animated? Very cool to watch but must have taken ages to make bec, from what I can remember, it all looked hand drawn? Each contestant was a fantasy creature like a dragon-person or had horns. I guess like each had their own avatar.

I might be miss remembering bits but I know for sure that the show host was only ever called Host, and there was a new Host each season.

Bec I don’t want to get fired I’m gonna keep this anonymous, hence nothing else on this account.

TLDR: found weird DVDs of an old gameshow at work (the place that first made the show) and idk why they’re here when the show and servers were shut down years ago???

Idk whether I want to load these into my devices, they might be bugged? What should I do?

here are my demigods in the style of Welcome Home! I love this ARG so much! This is the first time I’ve drawn in another’s style, but their style is just so wonderful I could not wait to try! who’s your favourite? :D

left to right, the characters are:

Billie Ouroboros, a genderfluid slime creature who uses any pronouns and demigod of death

Saga, a harengon with an eye for books (she/her), the demigod of history

Aceso, the only robot in the entire archipelago! (So far at least) She loves her parter Aeon, a lovely witch satyr, and goes by She/they. Demigod of peace

Iisaac (said eye-eye-Zack), the prince of palAmes, demigod of space and quite partial to Saga (shh!) He doesn’t verbalise but really he is quite a talker! (He/him)

Sutton Hoo, the only walking bat (in this world at least) and demigod of the wild. He’s my personal favourite but don’t tell the rest of them that (eek!)

and finally, Alora Moribund, demigod of Love and the tallest demigod! 6”8 1/2! Woah! She holds a red thread, hmmm, I wonder why…?
