Are you doing okay? It has been a while since you've posted so I wanted to see if you were doing okay
It's sweet of you to check up on me, thank you but I'm okay (lol sort of).
Just working through some very important school stuff for art, basically, if I don't pass this series of reviews, they cut me from one or both of my art majors. Very never racking and stressful stuff. But I've poured my heart into art over the years, even some of my high school work made it in so I'm confident.
Also been enjoying some Horizon: Forbbiden West on the PS5 to de-stress when I have time.
It will be over soon, maybe I'll be able to write/post more <3

It's not rude it's called social media being less important than basically everything else in life. Yes, blogs hold value, but this is a blog about fictional characters and stories, you can be patent or you can move the fuck on. We have jobs, classes, pets, friends, family, bills, etc; and I am not sorry in stating that all of those things are way more important than an ask.
Phinix53 has been pretty much constantly active for years and you have the nerve to ask more of them. I'm so tired of seeing this, it makes my blood boil.
Our artwork is our artwork. Our characters are our characters, Our stories are our fucking stories. We are making them for ourselves and our own enjoyment. We can and will stop producing them when we like, so grow up and move the fuck on.
These are my boundaries and I'm setting them here. If I see one more comment on a fic of mine that suggests otherwise you are passing that boundary and I will delete your comment, do it again and I forbid you from it.

Well until the app updated it never displayed that I had any ask. It had always been blank. I have notifications on but tumblr has always been screwy with notifications. I would see when ask popped up only when I was actively on tumblr. And I never use tumblr on my computer cus I’m not the biggest fan of its layout.
That’s what I woke up to.
I didn’t intentionally ignore ask, I like doing them it just takes a bit to answer sometimes. But I didn’t know. If I don’t get a notification I don’t assume that someone has a question.
I’m going to go ahead and turn off anon for a while, I’ll still have the ask box open.

AROMANTIC, ASEXUAL, & AROACE PEOPLE ARE VAILD
For my designs of the varies heads, I wanted the asexual one to be predominantly masculine because of how "taboo" it is for someone who idenifies as male to not want to be sexually active. Or how "being a real man" depends on use of sexual organs.
The aroace and aromantic designs are mostly feminine, based on the socialtly push for women to get married and have kids. That it is "a womens duty on this earth".
Obivously these crititisms aren't something that are gender spectific, every thing that I'm making points to critisize can be applied to the oppisite sex (alswell as genderfluid & non-bi peeps). These are just the ones I've heard or been faced with the most and are therefore a little bit more presonal to me
Since making the other pride dragons, I realized that despite being a apart of the lgbqt + communtity, I havn't really took part in it. Sure I made my coming out public knowlegde and I ship queer relationships all the time, but I've never really made a stand. So here I am, making a stand <3

In case you're having a bad day
So some context, I am currently back home from college because the move-in day for my apartment isn't until mid-August. My room is underneath my little sibling's rooms (they share the master), so their vent is on the ground and mine is in the ceiling.
Thursday (after I got home from working a 5am-2pm mind you) what looks like water just starts streaming from my vent. Reasonably I yell "Uhhh, Mom there's water pouring out of my vent!" we're all like wtf and so I grab mixing bowls (that's just where my brain went at the time, yes I regret it now) and place them under my vent. My mom and her bf go upstairs into the kids room to try and find out why while me and my cat are just watching this mystery unfold. Then I hear yelling. Go back upstairs, and guess what. Just guess, I'll give you a min.
...
My little sister had been peeing in a bowl in her room, and pouring it in the vent. It's fucking pee coming out of my ceiling.
Yep.
My room smells amazing as I'm sure you can imagine, my eyes don't water at all.
You want to know the best part, there was fungus and crap growing all in that vent. So that cough that I had ever since I came back home, over a month ago, that I still have. I know why I have it now. So needless to say, I have a steroid inhaler now. And a vet appointment for my poor cat who has also been breathing that in for over a month.
So, if you ever feel like you're having a sucky day, just remember, at least you don't have pee coming from your ceiling ;3.
(This is why I am never having kids)

I 100% agree, Ink has so many possibilities to be such an interesting character and have an even more interesting character arc, @paintedkinzy-88 's winged and dragon balance aus, as an example. Also, as someone with memory loss problems, playing it off as a joke is a coping mechanism because if people aren't laughing about it, they're angry over something that can't be controlled. It is an awful thing to have and to feel like your life is slipping away, little by little.
Yet nobody touches on it in that deep of a way anymore, or the logic of a soulless creature, which would make Ink be able to make very logical decisions because he wouldn't be clouded with emotional influences. The fact that he is a "protector" and therefore, could have super protective instincts over the aus and people close to him. The idea that Nightmare and Error are from Aus so technically, Ink should want to protect them too. Creating an interesting dynamic of trying to keep everyone alive, while catching protective instincts for every one of them. Which could be confused with true emotional attachment. I just can up with this in five seconds yet the majority can't give more than one of the flattest villains I've ever seen done in fic writing. WHY???
For most of you fgod writers out there that make Ink the god of creation, you do realize that creation isn't always good right? Illness, pollution, overpopulation, and just the general fact that life sucks half the time. Destruction brings mercy, protection, and peace, like come on. The fact that Ink is so dumb that he doesn't get why Error is destroying, maybe if he was super high on red paint and angry over the loss the first time sure, but afterward. The guy is Creation, he had to be the one to make a shit ton of ideals, cultures, yadda. So he's smart enough to create worlds, but not smart enough to realize that there may or may not be a limit, and Destruction is obviously his yin. My guy made positivity and negativity, life and death, but no this being of destruction that is equal power strength as me is obviously not required, yes good logic.
And on the Creation not being an all-good thing. The number of times I have died laughing when the "council" a fic starts being all surprised and horrified when they see Ink making "bad" universes. It's like... DUH. He is creation guys... and also Dream wtf are you mad, you know if Ink didn't Nightmare would starve right. Like, Ink making "bad" and "good" universes at random is super smart and effective because it creates a natural balance that Dream and Nightmare can have territory over and both be equally healthy and satisfied without fighting constantly. Ink would literally be preventing a war by doing what he's doing... just, UGH.

(Just want to point out that there are wonderful FGOD fics out there that do a good job spicing things up and not making everything so flat and 2 diemonal, there's just an equal amount of ughhhhhh ones that make me want to pull my hair out.)
