How dissociating feels for me

Sometimes you wish people would see what you’re going through, maybe they’d believe you more. Maybe they’d help you more. But it’s not the answer. I know that. There are people who believe you. Your pain is real and it shouldn’t be taken lightly. You don’t need to prove anything. It is important and you deserve help

just know that anxiety can protect you, but so can you. it’s ok to take risks, it’s ok to be vulnerable. you are strong enough to survive whatever happens. love can hurt, but love can bring you so much happiness
