How are we so big on "That's my body and my choice" but the moment it comes to abortion it's demonic and not your choice?

After you get us paid parents leave, better education systems, better healthcare and stop school shootings we can talk about a womans body and her choice over it!

To my American sisters and binary people with uteruses - and trans brothers with functioning uteruses! - out there: please, please, PLEASE delete your period tracking apps!!! TELL YOUR FRIENDS and whoever you can about this!! And IF you can - and I do mean IF because I am fully aware this is not possible for every person with a uterus - see if there is any possibility for you to get an IUD or a contraceptive implant.  Stock up on condoms, pessaries and the day after pill if you can and if you have a circle of friends where you are all pro choice, try and see if you can create an abortion emergency fund and plans on how to proceed if the worst happens. In fact, I HOPE there will be SEVERAL obgyns, nurses, docs, pharmacists etc who are willing to BREAK this draconian law in the name of fucking DECENCY.  I was once against abortion, as a catholic. I was, how ever, NEVER against abortion being legal because it was perfectly clear to me, that an abortion ban wouldn’t stop abortions, only make them life threatening. And to the straight/bi, sexually active guys out there, of which some of you might not think this concerns you that much: It. Does. This also takes away your choice. YOU will become fathers - sure, some of you will bail and be assholes - and this means YOUR life are about to loose freedom too. So, to my straight/bi guys out there: You should ALSO stock up on condoms, the day after pill and why not a pessary! And no matter what you think about the democratic candidate in the next state election - or midterm election or whatever fucking election - you WILL make sure to register in time and FUCKING VOTE ! Because right now, you are going in a very dangerous direction and you cannot fucking afford to be idle.  And by the way, don’t just tell your friends this - let the people you really dislike know it too if they’re pro choice.
