Five years older than Nesta, they met when she had just turned 21 and he was 26, and clicked instantly, being soulmates, and lived a whirlwind romance, marrying in Gretna Green and soon expecting a child together.

Unfortunately, there was a prophecy that the birth of the next Ymir would bring doom to Nesta's branch and whoever joined it. It became true when their daughter Effy was born.

Nesta had a very difficult pregnancy, with heavy pains and was always bedridden, and her mother's berating was not helping. She went into labour for three and a half days, losing most of her blood. She died of childbed fever and didn't get to meet her daughter. The only thing for Elon was to name his daughter, for he felt something terrible watching over him. He went to face it, and was never seen again.

Melinoe, in an effort to save the baby's life, went to their old friends, the Lionettes, and left a note explaining what had happened and begging them to keep baby Effy away from them until it was time to know the truth.

The Arcano Family

The Arcanos originated from one of three brothers. This brother loved magic and knowledge and so he imparted his love for it down the generations. The Arcano shield features the norse Vegvisir which means guidance and protection. It also has Nordic runes that was said to have some magical properties long ago before the use of wands in Norway....

The Varangr Family

Being from the second of three brothers, the Varangr family lives a life of solitude and freedom like the brother before them. They prefer the company of animals before any humans and like to live off the land. Their shield honors that, baring an animal claw. It also represents the Lycanthropy that runs deep within the family. Unlike their Arcano counterpart, the Varangrs hardly ever use magic as they believe it’s better to do things yourself as magic could fail you. This has caused a rift between the two families for centuries....

I haven't seen anyone talk about this in the finale of aot; Ymir Fritz' relationship with King Fritz. No one talks about how he took everything from her. He burnt her home down. Killed her parents. Cut off her tongue. Took advantage of her titan powers for the sake of his own gain in the war against Marley. Heck even see other women right in front of her. But she still loved him. I feel like this emphasises on womens standards of men where they'd love their male partner no matter how many wrongs they commit because the stake for male partners is so low and for women its the complete opposite. Her love was so strong for him that she even jumped in front of that spear. This could also be that she had some type of Stockholm syndrome. I think the reason why we never saw her speak was because King Fritz cut off her tongue, i mean it explains why never spoke. But we don't know if it was before or after she turned into a titan. Lets say it was after because she would still be able to regenerate but maybe she just collectively chose not to speak to obey Fritz' orders. That ending scene where we could see her with mikasa while she was cradling erens decapitated head, we could actually see her eyes and they were not covered by that shadow created by directional lines. I feel that it emphasises on the fact that mikasa freed her from king fritz' orders as the power of the titans was gone completely. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with us being able to see her eyes but King Fritz also says something along the lines of "slaves have no need for 2 eyes". Another way that depicts that Ymir is free of Fritz' wrath is that there is a visual of him getting hit by the spear instead and Ymir comforting Maria, rose and Sina. I suppose it just shows us a altered visual to emphasise that she's free and feels no need to protect him with her life, which unfortunately isn't the case in what really happened 2000 years ago. She was the one that started this story and she's so overlooked because the fandom choose to only pay attention to Eren and other characters, completely disregarding her presence.

I have come up with the Erehisu children for my new fanfic I am about to start.

Carla Ymir is the eldest daughter of Eren and Historia, is Ymir Fritz reborn, born on the day of the Rumbling. She looks mostly like Historia except she has Eren’s eyes, eyebrows, and dark brown hair. She is also heir to the throne of Paradis.

Adalard is their second child and only son who was born six years after Carla Ymir. Looks like Eren except he has Historia’s blonde hair and blue eyes. Is training lead the army of Paradis when he is older.

Frieda and Faye the youngest children of Eren and Historia, twins born two years after Adalard is born and eight after Carla Ymir. They both look like Historia but Frieda has Eren’s dark brown hair and Historia’s blue eyes while Faye has Historia’s blonde hair and Eren’s green eyes.

Minor Victorian OCs: Nesta Madeleine Ymir

Nesta lived from 1880 and 1905, she was the twin sister to Melinöe, and was part of the Ymir family. She was a quiet, shy, sweet and a hopeless romantic who strived for more than the cabin.

At age 22, she escaped the cabin to look for something more. She met [TBD] Lionette and fell in love with him. They spent many months together, and Nesta fell pregnant with their child. Melinöe located her sister and brought her back per their mother's request and she gave birth to the child: a daughter, whom she whispered "My child. My love. Your name is Ephyra." before passing away due to childbed fever. Melinöe took the babygirl to Skalafell, leaving it to Unni Arcano's care.

Effy wouldn't know until later her Ymir blood, when the Gift claimed her.

AoT x The Quarry Idea

I really love The Quarry and AoT has been my hyper fixation for *checks watch* you don’t wanna know, so naturally I’ve been thinking some thoughts

AoT but the set at The Quarry and there are two sides of the camp: The Red Camp (Marleyans) and the Blue Camp (Paradians). Each side of Camp has their own sets of counselors and they help the campers train for competitions against each other when they’re not doing crafts and activities.

Hacketts = the Reiss Family

Travis = Eren Krueger?

Silas = Ymir Fritz

Zeke = Chris Hackett (no kids, but like his Reiss cousins bit him or something)

For the Laura and Max I was initially thinking Armin and Annie, but now I’m leaning towards Historia and Ymir with Ymir being in Max’s position and Historia being an eyepatch wearing, silver slinging badass.

Not sure what characters would fill each counselors role in the game- would probably have to figure out a different way of telling the story without deviating too much

Anyways, these have been my thoughts as of late.
