The Chariot: What freedoms would this yandere allow, and take away?

I don’t think he would take away too many freedoms. He’s probably the most restricting in who he allows his darling to hang out with and where they can and can’t go without him, but I don’t see him going much further than that. The most he’ll do is strongly advise against things he’s not particularly fond of his darling doing; he won’t feel as bad if it’s ‘their own’ choice to change their plans

The Devil: What taboo things would this yandere do to their darling?

With Tatsumi, I feel like he views most things that he does as taboo, even if others might not. But one that’s universally agreed on is stalking. It starts out innocently enough; he was simply worried about them getting into trouble whilst he’s not around. So he took to occasionally following them when he knew where they were going. And this led to following them, even when he didn’t know what they were up to. Eventually, it became sort of a habit of his to check in on them when they were out and about without their knowledge constantly. It’s just for their safety and his peace of mind though, so surely it’s forgivable right?

Of course! Tatsumi is a wonderful character ^^ Now, it´s actually been a while since I last wrote something for enstars if I´m not mistaken, so I´m sorry if I´m a bit rusty!

Yandere! Tatsumi reacting to a darling that loves drawing him

It´s no secret that Tatsumi greatly admires you and everything you do. He treasures every single smile you send his way, every word you speak to him. You are utterly divine in his eyes, an angel sent by god himself to walk this earth.

Oh how blessed he feels, being alive at the same time as you and being allowed to breathe the same air. There is no doubt in his mind that you are an angelic being deserving of praise and worship and so much more.

Everything you touch is a masterpiece, so Tatsumi is utterly enchanted when he sees you draw something for the very first time.

He hadn´t intended to walk in on you while you were deep within your creative process, he had simply meant to check up on you to make sure that you were feeling alright. And of course he had already started missing you after a short while of being away from you, but he vowed to restrain that part of himself.

Nevertheless, he had found you hard at work, staring at your work-in-progress in full concentration. He didn´t dare say anything, afraid that he might accidentally break your focus if you did.

No, whatever you were drawing deserved to be brought into this world in all its glory, ready to be admired by every person that happens to look upon it.

So Tatsumi took this rare opportunity to simply admire your form. What he adored most about you was certainly your personality, it´s what made him fall in love with you in the first place, but he would be a heathen to ignore how wonderful you looked as well.

To say he was surprised when he managed to catch a glance of the piece you were working on was an understatement.

You were drawing him.

It was unmistakable. At once, Tatsumi felt as if an arrow had shot right through his heart as he felt it wildly thumping in his chest. Oh how lovely you were, to dedicate this drawing to him of all people! What had he done to receive this great blessing? Your kindness truly knew no bounds!

Stuck in blissful reverie, Tatsumi promptly gathers his thought again and then slowly makes his way over to you with a gentle smile on his face, still utterly awestruck and full of love for you.

He had vowed to not interrupt you but seeing that you were drawing him, he felt obligated to properly praise and thank you for your work. It was truly moving!

Tatsumi really couldn´t believe his luck, he would be very flattered and encouraging if you were to ask him for his permission to keep drawing him. You know he could never deny you but especially not when you would do something so kind for him!

If you were to gift him your drawing, he would be beyond grateful and would make sure to cherish it as it deserves. He stores it somewhere in his room, either keeping it in a secret hidden box or proudly displaying it on his wall. He both wants to keep it safe but also display it for the entire work to see. Everyone should learn how truly divine and awe-inspiring you were!

But he´d still prefer to be your greatest worshipper in the end.

You wouldn´t really notice just what big of an effect your drawing had on Tatsumi, he was acting as he normally would, very level-headed and kind. Tatsumi was very low-key when it came to his yandere tendencies and rather abnormal worshipping of you.

All you see is a gentle and comforting man that´s always there to lend a helping hand should you ever need it. Someone you can rely on.

But to him, you were something so much more. The sole light in his life, the embodiment of all that is good in the world. And he would cherish you forevermore until the day his body would be buried within the earth you walk upon.

A sad, depraved and nasty Yakuza story. A daughter and her guardian. An obsession that seems abusive at best. A morally bankrupt man. The hints are the best part about this one. After the death of their leader and father, they fell into darkness.

I'd love to tell you this is useless smut that involves a questionable age gap. I would, but every single page of this is depressing.

Yozora lost her father, and she can never truly be normal. She must live in hiding, with Tatsumi by her side for protection. It's implied that she's paranoid, clumsy and spoiled. A hopeless rich and corrupt daughter that cannot live on her own.

Tatsumi was a loyal man, but now his master is gone. Caring for Yozora has been his duty since she was an elementary schooler.

They used to have an ok relationship. The master was powerful. They had cash. A big garden. Yozora was a beloved young lady of a grand family. Tatsumi loved serving her.

She is an absolute joke of a young adult. She desperately searches for Tatsumi when they're apart for short periods of time. She has zero friends and Tatsumi has devoted his daily life to her and her needs.

At first you think it's him. You think he enjoys controlling the pretty, young girl. His intentions were pure in the beginning.

Yozora was never pure. She thinks of Tatsumi as her possession. That spoiled, scary side of her is still there.

Everything he does is for her.

She wants to have him, and he is unable to come up with an excuse. She is no longer a well protected young heiress. He can take her.

She's not unwilling.

Over the years she encourages his codependent behavior. Basically, she molded him into a yandere. She got it. A way to become a princess again.

Tatsumi is troubled by his feelings, but it's clear that he's too far gone.

He is exactly what she wants him to be.

He lies to everyone to keep Yozora at a distance.

She will never make friends.

School isn't important. College isn't even on his mind.

He'll take care of her.

Double Face died. yeah they're dead. ANYWAY. mama and kohaku kill people. that's it. did i forget to mention that kohaku was raised to be an assassin and kills people? yeah. that 15 year old has killed. anyway df died and mama is going on hiatus and kohaku is just kinda there.

The Star - How would this yandere deal with their darling’s loved ones?

I think Tatsumi is probably one of the least problematic yanderes when it comes to your loved ones and their safety. He´s a very mature and truly kind person and I believe that would also extend to your family and friends.

He´s so nice and accommodating to everyone he meets, how could they not simply adore him? He´s very good at making a good first impression which will serve as a great benefit to him when he seeks out a romantic relationship with you.

Your parents approve of him and your friends think he´s a really sweet guy. So why wouldn´t you want to date him when everyone you´re close with starts pushing you in that direction?

Wouldn´t he just make the perfect boyfriend? Everyone else thinks so too!

He´ll also let you continue meeting with your loved ones because he knows it makes you happy and your happiness is absolutely vital to Tatsumi. He doesn´t want to see you sad for even a second.

But of course, he will ask to tag along wherever you go because deep down there is a hidden path of him that gets jealous when you spend too much time with someone else.

He tries to suppress that part of himself most of the time but it sometimes can rear its ugly head when you tell him that you´d prefer to spend some alone time with your friends today.

Really, there´s no need for you to push him away. He surely won´t be a burden when everyone you know is so eager to have him join, right?

Strength - How outwardly passionate is this yandere around their darling?

I think Tatsumi is a bit more subtle with his obsession for you than other yanderes. He´s generally pretty mature and I believe more than being super clingy and professing his love to you loudly in a grand show of affection, Tatsumi´s love for you is quieter, a bit softer.

He certainly almost sounds reverent with the way he talks about you, the way the words spill out of his mouth like gospel, it´s as if he treats you as a being worthy of worship, just as much as the god he believes in.

Showers you with compliments and sweet words to the point it´s almost a bit too much at times, the constant barrage of praise too overwhelming after some time.

I also don´t believe Tatsumi to be too physically affectionate and would rather be romantic with you behind closed doors. Doesn´t care too much for public displays of affection that go beyond him holding your hand in his own, though he might sneak in a quick hug or even a kiss on the cheek when he feels particularly jealous and wants to show someone else that you´re already taken

The Tower - If this yandere saw their darling in danger, how would they respond/react?

Tatsumi would of course be very shocked at first and unsure of what exactly to do. He´s a worrywart already and when his worst suspicions come true? He´s really panicking beneath his calm exterior

Is not going to get violent but depending on the situation might try to negotiate or talk sense into a potential attacker. He´s good with words and we´ve seen from his past at Reimei that he knows how to rally other people behind him to strive for a good cause.

So even if your attacker doesn´t give in, Tatsumi would be quick to find someone else to help you out.

If you´re not being attacked and simply put yourself into a dangerous situation? Tatsumi is going to run to you as fast as he can all while cursing his bad leg. Why must he be so slow when his love is in danger?

He still tries to stay calm for your sake and throws words of reassurance your way as he tells you that everything is going to be okay. You´re going to be safe soon.

self-aware yandere au rlly has activated my fucked up hindbrain i think

imagine some of the people (like me) who produce multiple characters but struggle with a single favorite - especially when you have the mix of Ritsu, Mika, and Natsume that i consider my top 3. those three would not be happy to share the spotlight, i don't think. imagine them all trying to one-up each other to become your favorite. Natsume messing with gacha rates so only his cards show up; Mika upping your dia during banners so you can pull for him; Ritsu making event grinding easier and faster so you can spend more time just resting on the homescreen to talk to him. It'd be a constant race to see who becomes your "favorite" while also trying not to scare you off because they need your affection.

There's, like, 48 characters in this game (+2 if you count the teachers), it is definitely plausible that some would have more than character they'd grind for... the only question is, how would they merge? I'll take your assortment as an example. Under the cut more for the topic being yandere (which i see as horror and not romantic) than length this time <3

To start of, you'd have especially bad luck because I feel like all three of those are the violently jealous types. Natsume is very possessive and would absolutely despise this situation. He would constantly be trying to one-up Ritsu and Mika, and I do think he'd be among the first ones to figure out more difficult stuff, like changing gacha rates and returning past banners. He'd try his best to get on your good side as the only one with this knowledge (considering he refuses to share it). As for Ritsu and Mika, it should be noted that them being friends means that there's gonna be some drama. If it were only them, they'd probably very soon start to resent eachother, considering both are jealous. However, Ritsu is a lot more prone to outbursts and might end up trying to fight Mika, whereas Mika would likely just stew and try to sabotage Ritsu. But! You also like Natsume. So, begrudgingly, they decide since they're "friends", they should first work together to get rid of their joint enemy. Mika feels bad about it because he hates seeing you sad, and he knows you like Natsume, so you would be sad... but Ritsu is good at convincing him seeing you sad for a few days is better than losing you to some gross pervert who calls you kitten. I mean, doesn't he agree that you deserve better than that? Natsume is strong, too, and very quickly got the hang of the code, but... if you notice that one, or maybe two, of those three is seemingly gone from the game, all CGs and models and voicelines replaced by glitching, and entering their idol room makes your game crash... well.

Of course, there are combinations that could work better or worse. God help you if your favourites are Eichi and Shu. Or Tatsumi and HiMERU. But, if your favourites are Mayoi and Tatsumi, or the Aoi twins, you might have a more peaceful time, as I can see those being a lot more willing to share with one another. And, of course, if your favourites are Mika and Mayoi, they'd be too afraid of disappointing or saddening you to do anything beyond sabotaging eachother (talking shit about the other or preventing the other from loading properly, but not actually pulling the plug).
